Excerpt from a YouTube interview (Cracks Podcast) with Dr. Patricia Restrepo discussing humans as energy-producing ‘beings of light’. She links quantum biology measurements (photons/electrons) to traditional concepts—mitochondrial energy production, voltage-driven pH—and frames health in terms of energy and elemental influences (sun, water, earth, air).

How are we a living ecosystem full of energy? We are beings of energy. And light, too. Before we believed that what I was telling you that I used to say, oh, this is all just nonsense. Science is corroborating much of that. We have. We are a light panel. Our body produces light. Have you seen the armies that put on these infrared cameras and perceive movement? It is the light that the body produces. So it wasn't so crazy that we are beings of light today, quantum biology is corroborating it and is being able to measure it. And we are beings that produce energy. What I was telling you about here, about the primitive organelle of mitochondria, they produce energy. We have a voltage that is what gives your blood its ph. We talk about ph, which is biochemistry, that is chemistry, right? But ph is produced by a voltage. It is the voltage. So that is quantum biology. How do we see life from the perspective of electrons, photons and energy transfer? And it's fascinating because it sounds very complex, but it can also be very simple. Like our ancestors, sun, water, earth, air. Who approaches you? Who would be your ideal patient?
