Every new business needs more than just a product. Beyond your app, build an About Us page, a shop with clear categories, a blog that captures emails, a support section with return policies and size guides, and legal pages. These let customers connect with your company, not just your product.

There's a couple things that are crucial in starting a brand new business. I'm talking around things that need to be involved in creating your product, right? A lot of times people think, oh, I have an idea for an app, but a lot of times that app needs to go— needs to have some other stuff. Usually I have a web page or you'll have some other content that you'll have before even getting into like the functionality. Some of these things are now depending on if you're e-commerce or selling products or not, you will need a shop. Right, if you're selling products, you're gonna need a shop. This can be categories like men's, women's, home decor, accessories, some kind of shop. Some stuff you need around your company, things about your company or your brand that people will need to connect with will be an About Us section, maybe a news blog to keep people up to date, also a way to collect emails, a blog which you may use to give information or insights or helpful content that helps collect information, a contact section that allows users to contact your business. That also helps build trust with your users. I've got some, a support category here, and within that support category I have, if you're e-commerce, you have a customer care or size guide, a return policy, shipping, and a way to contact support for if you need help. On the legal side, there's a privacy policy and terms and conditions, and then a social section, so a way for users to connect with you on social. These are areas I think every business needs, no matter what your idea is, but it allows for users to connect with your company in some fashion. All of these things are ways that businesses connect with people and not products, like not how products connect with people. I think, you know, a lot of times if you do some exploration online, you'll find a landing page that has all this additional help and then you'll also find a way to interact with the product. Example of this, you can see once you click started, you now enter the authentication flow, which is the signup and login. But before that, there's all the highlights about the product. There's why you should use it. There's all the selling. And then when you get to the footer, you link to those, those sections.
