Okay, this is always the last song I do at any of the concerts that I do. It's called "For Good." It's from Wicked, and it's really a song about friendship and about how we change each other's life just by being in each other's lives. So I usually sing it by myself, but I'm super excited that my girls are gonna sing with me. So, okay, let me plug the right thing in here. This one's really rehearsed really well too. We've been practicing together. I think that you did it with the—
oh, okay.
There's definitely a YouTube karaoke version out there.
Yeah, let's do that.
While they're getting the music ready, I just wanted to give you the spiel I usually give at the beginning of this, which is to say that we— I— you guys all, those of you that I know and those— some of you I don't know, which, thanks for coming. You guys are all part of what makes my life good, and hopefully I can be a little part of what makes your life good, and we can influence each other's lives in really awesome, positive ways.
We must learn, and we are led to those who help us most to grow if we let them and we help them in return. Now, I don't know if I believe that's true, but I know I am who I am today because I knew you. Like a calming cold storm as it passes the sun. Like a stream that meets a boulder halfway through the road. Who can say if I've been changed for the better? Because I knew I had I've been changed for good. If I leave you, like we were never meeting again, it is lifetime soon that we save for your heart so much of me. In spite of what I learned from you, you'll be with me —like a handprint on my heart. And now, whatever way our stories end, you know you have rewritten mine by being my friend. Like a ship blown from its mooring by a wind drop blue, like a seed dropped by a skybird in a distant blue. Who can say if I've been changed for the better? But because I knew you, because I knew you, I have been changed for the worse. And just to clear the air, I ask for forgiveness for the things I've done you blame me for. And I guess we know their pain to share. And none of it seems to matter anymore. Like a ship blown from its mooring by a wind of fleeting demons, like a seed dropped by a burning boat. Who can say if I've been changed for the better? I do believe I have been changed for the better. Because I knew you. Because I knew you. Because I knew you. I have been changed. Thank you guys for coming.
Please stay where we planned on having you guys here as long as you want to stay. So there's still food.
