Rob Bagley and others recount spotting a moose family in a residential yard. They worry about people trapped in their homes if the mother approaches, since protective moose with calves are dangerous. One speaker mentions someone named Rusty who apparently helped but then abandoned the babies.
So we're driving today and it's the moose family again. Yes, this is someone's front yard. So for those people afraid of moose, which are many people, they probably cannot get to their car because what if the moose tramples them?
I think, um, that we make a call.
Unless a moose with babies could be a little protective.
My, my Rusty came to protect me, but he yelled his chest around away from the baby.
Who's Rusty?
