The Alchemy of Abundance: Embrace Divine Energy, Heal Trauma & Discover Your Purpose | Sean Clayton

Transcript of a conversation between Sean Clayton and Catherine Plano about healing trauma, forgiveness, and cultivating abundance as a form of divine energy. Sean describes his personal journey (childhood sexual abuse, incarceration, illness), his methods (ho'oponopono, Kabbalah-informed masculine/feminine balance, meditation, plant medicine integration, codes of abundance) and practical coaching approaches for shifting mindset, taking responsibility, and integrating inner work into daily life to manifest health, relationships and financial flow.

My, my forgiveness process is an incorporation of ho', oponopono, where it's, it's, it's the forgiveness, but it's right where I look at it and say, what is my part in this? Why am I observing this into reality? Okay, so there's something inside of me that is creating this observation. Whether it's a sickness, a death, something, you know, a celebration. Why am I observing that in the life? Okay. And then at which point I use principles from the Kabbalah where I'll look at everything from the sphere, right? And on the left side, which is what most happen, most things happen in our life is we don't understand the concept between masculine and feminine. We think it's a man and a woman, right? But there are principal constructs that we hold between the masculine. The way it shows up is in wisdom, in love and victory, right? And victory is not, I'm going to beat you. This is where we got it lost. It's been victory for everybody, right? The feminine version of it that sit inside of it are understanding, which is being and that's the future state. It's not being able to understand the past when. But this is why I find like when even I'm out of balance in my embodied feminine, I start seeking an understanding of the past. I went for the yyy right instead of the actual intuition that created that from the present moment that I can gain wisdom off of that helps steal the past in an integrated fashion.

Hello, beautiful souls. We have another special guest for you all the way from Texas. Welcome. Sean Clayton. Welcome to the show.
Yeah. Thank you for having me. Awesome to be here.
I am super excited to have you here, and especially some of the topics that we are going to unpack today, which are very, well, intriguing for me and I'm sure intriguing for lots of others. So the way that we love to start the show is we always love to ask our guest what inspired you to do what you do today?
Yeah. Yeah. Well, for the guests that don't know what I do, let me start a little bit with that. Then I'll talk about what inspired me. So you would call me an Abundance alchemist is what I gotten termed as I gave myself the term and then it kept going, so it must be true. Right? That's how the thing works. And what I did is I created an abundance coaching and expansiveness program that I helped take people through. And help. I call it more of, like, an integration. Some people feel like it's really mystical, but it's really bringing the mystical and the esoteric and all of the, you know, ancient wisdom and religions and then grounding that into very rhythmic Principles that you can apply to your everyday life so you don't feel like you have to escape this world to go into a new one. Okay. And then what inspired me to do this is my own personal journey. So, yeah, I was sexually abused from 9 to 14. Tried to take my life in my 20s. Ended up being federally incarcerated. Got super sick with thyroid disease in my 30s and didn't really know where to go from there. Ended up meeting. Her name is Sophia, who's now my wife. And I put her through a bunch of hell. Okay. But in that window of time, she pointed me to meditation when I thought religion was the only answer. And so I kept getting caught in these religious cycles. And there's nothing wrong with religion. You just got to understand it's a code that we have to unlock to understand the abundance within ourselves. So she's like, go meditate. And I'm like, I don't know what you mean by this. So I tried to sit in stillness and of course, in the busyness of myself and not loving myself. I'm looking at the outside world for answers. And thus the process continued. But it led me to a path where I ended up finding some Joe Dispenza work. It was sadhguru. Then Joe Dispenza went on a happy, happy Joe Dispenza path and got really stuck in that world for a period of time. Created my own little mini cult in Los Angeles. About like five or six people turned into a spiritual and one day woke up and was like, this is not the answer. Sat with Iboga, went to the Hoffman process that broke through all my negative self love patterns. And then I figured I'd got to start talking about this and let other people know what I know, what I'm remembering. And that has just been like the biggest gift that I gave myself in this process was actually expressing what it is that was inside of me and then getting feedback about how great it was or how horrible it was. And then being able to find the balance within myself, to be able to then go deeper within self. And then those answers started to pop up, and then more beauty just started to arise. And so a lot of this knowledge that has come in for me, it's like all of a sudden I'll go into a bookstore and there are three Rudolf Steiner books sitting there. And it's not even a bookstore that would have this stuff. And I pick those up, right? Or I'll get some crazy download at night. Like last night, I kept waking up in the middle of the night writing stuff down and then I'll go and find it. All of a sudden it'll be on my Instagram feed like it's like the wildest thing of synchronicity. So that, that's what inspired my journey is kicking my own ass to realize that it was all created out of love and knowing that right now I'm absolutely perfect and leaving that in a space of balance between masculine and feminine. So that's the thing.
Wow. There is so much there to unpack. So much. So I think the thing that kind of triggered me the ways when you were saying religion is a code. Is it a code to unlock that door that you speak about?
Yes. Yeah. All of it is. Everything in front of them, like this hat on my desk is code. This Sharpie is code. Religion is code. Religion is just very. Is in your face. And then we get caught in the dogma because we in our ego want to own it and we want to control people with it is historically or we want to judge people with. And that was never what it was intended for. Yeah.
Yeah, that's really interesting. I've never heard of that, but it makes absolute sense. So how do you. I mean you've gone through a lot of. And obviously you've gone through a journey, so how do you, you know, like you were talking about like the remembering of who you are and now you've got all these, these downloads and it's. All these things are coming from within. How does one do that? Because I know that we all have come here to remember who we are, but how do we do that? We've been getting so conditioned with these belief systems about ourselves, with ego, with all of these layers. I mean, how do we get to that? We remember who we are and we start living our life from that point.
Yeah. So most of us, here's the, the, the, the biggest. How do I say this? We have, we have convinced ourselves that we are where these 5D beings. We talk about this, right? We're like, I'm five dimensional and four dimensional. And most of us are running from the 3D. 99.9% of us, I'd say the majority aren't even three dimensional beings. Okay. Most of us don't even have an understanding of the depth of ourselves. We understand the surface level, the height and the width. You know, I can tell you, I don't know what the hell's going on on my phone, but I can tell you the height and width of it, Right? I can tell you the surface level. I'm experiencing you on A surface level. The more we talk, the deeper I go right within you, and you within me. And we don't even have these exploratory conversations with ourselves most of the time. What meditation does is it allows you to sit with yourself long enough to where you break away from the illusion that you have to go within. And then most of us are like, God, these thoughts I'm having are bananas, right? And so meditation is a great practice, but it's not the game. And for us to live our lives, right? This is the paradox of how we live. For us to live our lives, we have to be in the game. But then we use plant medicine, we use meditations. We use all these practices to escape without actually integrating and without bringing it into our world on a daily basis. So what I found is when I was doing a lot of the Dr. Joe stuff, I went to, like, nine retreats is. And I would go there in order to escape my life, and I would create really cool stuff. I would meet amazing people. I would do all this stuff. Then I go into the real world, and I hated it, right? And so I was like, why do I hate the world that I'm in every day? And I've got to go live in Joe Dispenza land, or I've got to go live in some other Eckhart Toland or some Wayne Dyer thing or whatever it might have been for me to feel like I was worthy and I was whole. And then what woke up in me was the fact I just wasn't going deep. I didn't love myself. I wasn't finding the depth of Sean. And every day, my intention is, what can I learn more about me that I didn't know the day before? Okay? And we think we know ourselves. We don't know a damn thing, right? We. We all of the stuff we get from our generational patterns. And you know, why I was considered to be somebody of melanin skin, you know, learning about my ancient history, you know, what brought me here, learning about the people around me that show up in my life. And these people are code that helped me wake up. There's something in me that's creating that, right? So when I go down that journey, then I can see why everybody shows up in my life the way that they do. I have this overview effect, but it starts from the space of within. And I take those very practical steps in order to sit with myself and what I call back, test the universe against my life and be like, oh, wow, this is why this showed up. Because if it didn't. These five things that are beautiful right now wouldn't have happened. And then if something bad happens, perceivably bad, I don't judge it because I know that all of this stuff that was really bad according to society, has made me a really beautiful person now. And that was me making myself that well, hell, if I get cut off by traffic, that's awesome. I probably would have. I probably avoided a wreck. And I look at it all as a blessing, right. And I enjoy it. And so that's the process that we must go through is understanding how to be three dimensional beings. Quit chasing the 5D and the 40. Once you become a three dimensional being, you will actually become all the other things.
I agree with you. I'm having a big smile because I say those things. There's a gift in everything. So every time somebody. There was a friend of mine that got caught drink driving and I said, how do you know that didn't save you from something greater to happen? Like you could have had an accident 10 minutes ahead, like, you know, and maybe hit someone. And the fact that you've got alcohol in your system, you could in jail, you could have killed someone. So have a look. The gift in the moment, we see the bigger picture. So I love the fact that you brought that up. And the other thing too is. And I relate to it too. I mean, I did it for years, is you're constantly. I'm a massive meditator and have been for years. I remember when I first started, Sean, I was like, I want to feel what everybody else feels, but I was seeking external. I want to get that light, I want to feel that bliss. But looking outside, and you're constantly looking outside for ascension, for expansion. And what I was realizing is I was externalizing everything in the moment. I let go all of that and actually went within. That's when the magic started happening. So now instead of like looking outside for signs or looking for astrology or numerology or things like that to am I on track? Or I actually go inside and go, well, what does my soul want me to do? Where does my soul want me to go? And just allowing life to unfold naturally is effortless rather than pushing through something. But that's. That to me, Sean, that's not a. That's not always a. It has to be a conscious act. It's not a. It doesn't automatically happen for me. So it sounds like it automatically happens for you, but it's obviously taken a lot of work to get to where you are. Today?
Well, yeah. Well, I mean, it doesn't, nothing, it doesn't automatically happen. It's like, you know, I always, I always use the, the analogy of a baby learning to walk. When a baby first learns to walk, it's the hardest thing that that baby will ever do at that moment in time, right? One foot after the next, falling, bumping your head, trying to figure it out, reaching for things. And all of a sudden you watch the baby, you watch that your. I've got a 16 year old, I watch him walk. He's not even thinking about it. Right? So that intention that you said, but how long did it take for the baby to learn to walk? Took, you know, months, six months. So if you, if we think about ourselves and it didn't even have the cerebral capacity to be able to execute the way that we can in our life right now. So if I took myself and put myself in that position and said, okay, if I only took two or three months and created an exercise for myself, that I really set the intention of choosing this or that. I can choose to see everything as love or I can choose to be pissed off about it. I can choose to see everything as a miracle and pay attention to it. That way, two months, everything changes. It doesn't take long, right? So like whenever I coach somebody, it's like, hey, I just, we need to do nine weeks. After nine weeks, your life will be completely different if you take the intention and really walk down that path. And it happens every single time. No different than a baby walking.
I love that. So in your workshop, what do you see as the biggest resistance? Because I know that sometimes, you know, people want to, I mean, you know, they're holding themselves back from reaching their full potential. There's always something getting in their way, whether it's, you know, I don't know, I call them psychological archetypes. In a critic saboteur imposter syndrome. What do you see some of the biggest resistance to your work when you're working with people?
Yeah, I see they, they that the first thing that I ask somebody is what's the most real thing in your life? The fact that they see the illusion as more real than what's inside of them, that they are not the creator of their life and their victim. All the stuff that you talk about, the imposter syndrome and everything else is a product of that. The karmic cycles and not the karmic. Like you, you know, you do something bad, you get something bad to you that's happening. It's the fact that you're sitting at the seat of effect and not the seat of cause in your life. So when I can help show somebody that, like, right. Like, the first thing I'll ask somebody. Do you not realize right now that you are me talking to me and I am you talking to you? And if they're like, no, I can't get that. Like, okay, well, let's get. We're going to get there because we are each other talking to each other. We're all one unified thing. So then when we have that conversation. And then we map ourselves back to that moment. And then helping individuals understand where the original source of trauma came from, then that opens the door. Because then they see, oh, this is why I created this human experience. So that I can actually go back and heal that original source of trauma. And when I can do that and move myself from I to we, everything changes.
That is so true. That is so true. I see. And the reason I was asking the question, too, Sean, is that I see that. And I'm in the believer that we, you know, the external world is a reflection of our internal world. And if you're not happy with something in your life, then you can't change other people outside of you, but you can change yourself. And the biggest resistance I see in that, Sean, is accountability. People find it so easier to blame the parent, blame the boyfriend, the girlfriend, you know, the boss, you know, that's why I was asking the question. I see that accountability, like, that's. It's almost like it's freeing, the accountability. It's empowering once you get there. But I find that that's a really big resistance. What are your thoughts?
Yeah. Yeah. And I call it, you know, it's that ho'. Oponopono. It's total responsibility. So accountability, Total responsibility. You know, I always tell people you are responsible for everything that you create. And then we map that back to quantum physics. It's like, you want to see a study on this? You know, we can go down this Roger Penrose. We can go to Stuart Hameroff. We can go through any of these physicists that are current. Or we can go back to, you know, the delayed choice quantum eraser or the double slit experiment. And I can show you how your thoughts create reality. So if that's the case, then can you not understand how you're responsible for everything that's happening in your life? Because thoughts become things. And therefore, if you can't take responsibility for just the little things. The mess in your house, right. The incoherence. Why My shoulder could be hurting this day and it's on the left side of my body. It's the feminine side of my body. It's up top, you know, therefore it's aligned with my throat. I'm not speaking my truth. I'm not receiving the feminine energy in my life. And those are all energetically connected. You're not taking responsibility for it. So then at which point, you know, to your point, the accountability ends up falling short and then people end up blaming everybody else. So the first thing you know, this is why I always tell people, you know, even at the end of my videos, it's, you know, thank you and I love you. You know, because that's part of the ho' oponopono statement is that every single time I'm taking total responsibility for every comment that I get that's positive or negative. Perceivably, I'm taking total responsibility for. It's not the algorithm that gives me a bad video, it's me. Right. I'm observing that I doubted that I had a hesitation about it. I didn't stand in confidence and know that that was going to be truth. I take total responsibility for, you know, if, you know, the other day my dog, you know, my dog's leg had a whole problem with it, and now I take responsibility for which leg was it? What energy have I been giving him, and how can I heal that? And then miraculous things happen when you do that, because then the leg that was broken healed within a couple of days, which is. Makes absolutely no sense.
That makes so much sense though, because I believe I've got six dogs. So I believe because I have, I have every time something. I purposely don't want to be around them when I'm, let's say, feeling less than perfect. I don't really ever get sick, but let's say I do work hard so I can get a little bit run down. But I, I'm. I swear my dogs pick up on anything that I have. Whether it's stomach, then they have a stomach thing, whether it's anxiety, then they have anxiety. So I'm. They absorb. Dogs absorb. Yeah, yeah.
Thousand. One thousand percent. Yeah, yeah. That's why they live a shorter life. They're like the most empathetic things in the world. They take on all of our stuff and we are there to help alchemize it from them and they'll live longer.
I love the fact that you brought that up. So you were talking about honopono. I can never say it, even though I went to and Studied huna every year in Hawaii for about five years. I still can't say it. For those that don't know, it's a, It's a forgiveness practice.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And so it's interesting about. And I'd love to unpack and better understand your, Your, Your forgiveness process. Because I know that for me, when I was doing it, what kept coming forward was the very thing I was forgiving that. The picture, the visualization, that energy kept coming forward, which triggered the remembrance of the very thing I was trying to forgive. And it wasn't till I stopped for giving because I thought, well, this is not working for me. I'd love to hear. So this is just my experience. And I thought, I can't keep doing this because I keep bringing back the past into the present to forgive. So the moment I went, I accept what took place and I paid part in it, or my soul chose it, completely transformed everything.
Yeah.
From my experience. What are your thoughts?
Yeah. And that's beautiful. So my, My, my forgiveness process is an incorporation of ho', oponopono, where it's, it's, it's the forgiveness, but it's where I, where I look at it and say, what is my part in this? Why am I observing this into reality? Okay. So there's something inside of me that is creating this observation, whether it's a sickness, a death, something, you know, a celebration. Why am I observing that in the life? Okay. And then at which point I use principles from the Kabbalah, where I'll look at everything from the sphere, the sphero. Right. And on the left side, which is. Would most have, when most things happen in our life, is we don't understand the concept between masculine and feminine. We think it's a man and a woman. Right. But there are principal constructs that we hold between the masculine. The way it shows up is in wisdom, in love, in victory. Right. And victory is not I'm gonna beat you. This is where we got it lost. It's with victory for everybody. Right. The feminine version of it that sit inside of it, or understanding, which is being and that's the future state. It's not being able to understand the past. But this is why I find, like when even I'm out of balance in my embodied feminine, I start seeking an understanding of the past. I look for the yyy. Right. Instead of the actual intuition that created that from the present moment that I can gain wisdom off of, that helps still the past in an integrated fashion. Strength is a feminine trait. We think It's a masculine trait, right? It's a feminine trait. I. For me to receive fully, I have to be so strong that if I had a funnel that was built out of paper and I put a bunch of water in, it's going to break. If this is strong though, it can hold anything. So in the feminine receivership, there's that. And the last thing is empathy. And this is where forgiveness really transcends. Because one, I have to be. I have to understand the future. I have to know where I'm going. I have to be intuitive while I'm being still enough in my wisdom. I have to be strong enough to be able to hold anything that's coming to me while also loving and understanding why I created it, to love myself. And then I have to be empathetic enough. Sorry for the middle finger. I have to be empathetic enough to then be able to create victory for the all. So I have to look at everything instead of it being me. And it's. It's I. It's Sean, right? It's we. It's my past, present, future version of myself. I'm not empathetic on everything in the past that ever could have happened. I'm able to take it in because I used to say, don't be empathetic, be compassionate, because I don't want to take on anybody else's stuff. But now I'm like, no, I'm going to actually be wildly empathetic. I want to take on everybody's stuff because I want to feel everything. I'm not going to judge the emotion, though. And when I don't judge the emotion, I don't create righteousness from it. Then I can see it from a victory perspective because then it unifies and it's no longer dualistic. It holds the polarity in tow. And I'm the center point understanding why it's all created. And then at which point that empathy becomes an alchemy machine. And then the energy I give back out to the world is wholeness, is holiness, is love always on? And that's when it centralizes back into that center point, that beauty that sits in the middle as a balancing. When all that comes together, converges of beauty, then it drops into foundation, and then we're able to hold the light. That's my forgiveness practice.
I've just had an etheric slap, so thank you, Sean. Well, I've just had a moment because I. I mean, I not ever heard it, anyone describe it in that manner, because I've always looked at it Because I remember a long time ago somebody said, because I'm a very, very much a giver, you know, action orient. And, and that's how I learned about the feminine and masculine engine. It was more about receiving and giving that in that. But not as beautifully as you described it, by the way. But what you were talking about, the dichotomies, it's not a gender thing. It's more of a, it's, it's more of they, they have essences within themselves. But you're talking about being the observer of knowing they coexist, but being right in that middle point is where the beautiful. Because it's interesting, I'm a massive empath and I used to think it was a hindrance rather than superpower because I carry it on. I carry people's stuff. But you know, in the same token, as you were saying, because we've got, we've got a positive psychology coaching academy, we, we have three principles, which is non attachment, non resistance, and oh, what I can't. And non judgment. Thank you. Non judgment. But to live and breathe those three principles. Easier said than done.
Yeah, No, I know it. I know it. 100. 100. Yeah. Yeah.
So, yeah, so I'm curious about, so abundance, because I know that's kind of your thing and I know a lot of people at the moment. You know, there's, there's, you know, especially in the space that I'm in too. I do a lot of corporate work as well and I'm seeing a lot of people being laid off and you know, worrying about money. I see it from a collective perspective as well. It's like a collective consciousness about scarcity mindset rather than abundant mindset. So I'd love to maybe start with what does abundance truly mean? And then let's unpack that.
Yeah, Abundance is divine energy. That's it. Love it. Okay. Yep. And so what is divine energy? Divine energy is not earthly energy. Right. Well, we, what we experience is matter. We experience a slowed down version of abundance and then we look to materialize that through efforting and doing and we call it money and all this other stuff. We don't receive abundant health because we don't connect ourselves with divine energy. We don't have abundant relationships because we don't connect ourselves to divine energy. We don't have abundant money because we don't connect ourselves to divine energy. So if we're looking at the world as the, the arbiter of how we create wealth, relationships and health, and we're not connecting to divine energy, then you're never going to be abundant.
Okay, okay, so then how do we. So what's the trick? How do we then create to. To the energy you speak about to maybe, you know, and we're talking about beyond material wealth, by the way too. It's not just always because it could. It's. It's like you said, it's. It's physical. It's a whole raft of things.
Yeah. And what else? What I'll mention, material wealth and money is just a trap. That's why they say, you know, what is it? You know, money is the root of all evil. Okay? Because it's not the money. It's the currency and the flow of finances. It's being a, you know, a love, you know, an energy turbine, you know, able to move this stuff around. We're here for that. Okay? We are here to take everything, the energy of the divine. Right. Because. Are you familiar with the concept of Abraxas energy? Have you heard of this before?
I have heard, but I'd love for you to explain it.
Okay, thank you. So Carl Jung talks about in a lot of his books and what Abraxas energy is, is it's this. And Rudolph Steiner talks about it a lot too, is it's this energy that sits between the Elohim and the In. In. They call it light. They call it Luciferian energy and aromatic energy. And we've judged Luciferian energy. We call it the Devil armonic energy. Have you heard of Aramon before? Okay, so Aramon is the like the. The God or the devil of the material world. Lucifer is the God or the devil of the light world. And then you've got Abraxas assistant between it. Each one of us is Abraxas energy. We are the threshold that holds the light and brings it into darkness and holds the darkness and brings it into light. And this is Christ consciousness. This is Buddha consciousness. This is all that consciousness that is this threshold God. We are all these versions of gods that can bring the light in the dark and we translate it and move it back. Okay? So with that said, the energy of the divine is all of it. And being able to bring it back and forth, it's not just this aromatic energy. It's not just this Luciferian energy. And a lot of people will judge those terms because we've been taught to judge those terms, which is kind of the trick. When you get onto those terms and see them all as love, you're like, okay, these are helping me. This is even why Jesus said, satan, get behind Me. It wasn't Satan, right? Get away from me. Get behind me so I can lead you. Okay, so the divine energy to get to that point, the abundance, is being able to sit as that Abraxas energy, not judge and have righteousness over the darkness, not judge and have righteousness over the light, creating unity in the duality of all that exists. Understanding your holy Trinity, you have a. You have a trinity that's coded for you, and you actually have a masculine and feminine version of that trinity, which is why the Merkabah and the star David and all this other stuff exists. It's a sign and a symbol. And when you know how to walk in your isness, all that happens at that point is the divine energy rolls into you and you'll just have days where you test yourself. It's like, I lost my job. What does that mean? Why did I lose it? Well, probably I was out of my purpose. Maybe I was out of integrity. But then I can use that as a. As a lesson for me to get back in integrity. And when you see time as an illusion, you start to curve time by when you stand in integrity, you receive the light, you become that Abraxas energy. All of a sudden, the entire illusion changes and you become instantly wealthy and wealthy. Not just in finances, wealthy in health, wealthy in relationships. All of a sudden, people will just start recruiting themselves to you. And then everything shifts. It's the wildest thing. And so to show people that they are the creator of that version of the illusion, and they can be that Abraxas energy that holds this light and dark together. And then when they do that, it's like nothing but love. The illusion will start shifting itself. And I can give you several examples. This has happened to me in my business recently, you know, where it was like, oh, okay. Like we, you know, we wasn't anything out of integrity myself. It's like we started chasing, doing like, political advertising, and we went super deep on the political stuff. And then it was like, we knew that it probably wasn't the way that we needed to be going as a company. So then, at which point all the political season stopped, as we see in America. That's. I have. I have a marketing agency too. So this is that part of my life. We saw all this stuff happen. I sat down with the team. You know, we started to say, okay, where were we? What have we done? That hasn't been an integrity. We recognize it. How can we get back in integrity? Literally the next week, a massive client comes through, fixes everything and this happens all the time. But it's like we have to recognize and take total responsibility for our part and why things didn't work. And then now abundance just starts to flow and it's always there, it's just sitting there waiting on you to like, get out of your own way.
I love the way you describe that. Sorry.
Yeah. And then you just kind of collect and make it, you know, you change the vibration, you change the frequency and the energy around everything within self and it changes, it changes the whole picture.
I could relate to an Internet for us as well in business where we, we were working on a project for. And it went for. It was meant to be a three month project. It went for a year and it just kept going, one thing after another that just kept going wrong. And then I sat down with the team and I said, all we're focusing on is what is going wrong. So we're projecting more of the wrongness into this project and we keep receiving more of the wrong stuff. Let's shift our consciousness and our way of thinking and start looking at all the things that are going right. And I swear, Sean, within about a week, maybe less than a week, it shifted. And that was purely from us shifting our level, our mindset, our level of consciousness has stopped focusing on all the things that are going wrong. Let's start looking at the things that are going right. And it was amazing, the shift.
Yeah, yeah. It's really, really beautiful. Really beautiful. Yeah.
But how do you do that? So, I mean, it's easier said than done, right? Because I mean, sometimes it takes you to be like on your ground, on the knee, on your knees, at the bottom, like, you know, for you to start going, well, what do I do? I mean, it starts with you, you know, even like I hear it like some people are really in, you know, debt up to their, their, you know, their ears and all of those things. How do you shift your mindset like that? Like to help you? Not because we are abundance, we are abundant. It's not. We are, we are abundant. So how do we shift our mindset so we can tap into that beautiful energy so we can start shifting things around for ourselves? That takes a lot of consciousness in itself.
It does, it does. So a lot of, a lot of people say, well, you know, like I love Eckhart Tolle talks about, you know, the present moment, be here now. You know, Ram Dass, be here now. The generous present moment. And when you are in your sympathetic nervous system, you cannot get into the present moment. It's just that you know the amount of practice you have to go through to get there. And then even when you're there, you're thinking about everything else. It doesn't work. So there's two paths I take people down when they are need to course correct this and to create the stillness in their life. One is showing them how to see the code, that there's a codes of abundance. I wrote a book on it. And so in this codes of abundance, what it is, is it's being able to recognize that you've been left this code. That when you start playing around with it and it's like a game, you just play around with it. It's like, oh, I have a. I could show it to you. There's a. This is what I teach with. Mind you, I don't know if you can see it. All right, here we go. So each. The light gets me. So each day of the week is aligned with like a hermetic law that's aligned with. Sorry, with a color that's aligned with the frequency, that's aligned with the meaning. Okay. You have seven of these different codes that you go through. Those are tied across nine dimensions. Okay, sorry, the light, but you get the point. So it's tied across these nine dimensions. Whenever you have an emotion, that emotion sits in one of those different dimensions. Okay. And say I feel fear. If I feel fear, what does fear, the emotion mean? Because I've been taught with how to act with fear. I haven't been taught where it really sits in my body. So for what I help people with is like find where that emotion sits in your body. And that is a sign that. Right. Generally for a color. Right. Which is why we have the chakras. It's like a symbol, it's a sign for us. And then at which point you can take that, you can turn that into divine energy. So what I do is, I think if it happens on a Monday, you feel the specific thing. Here's what your divine sign is. And we've been left this stuff like through the Kabbalah, we've loved it through chakras. We've been left through all these different, different. The seven days of creation, all of it. Every book in the Bible has something associated with it. The Torah, the Quran, all of it. And so when you can take that feeling and you move it into a divine energy, and then you move into divine energy and you listen to a frequency associated with the color associated with that day of the week, and then you map that to the dimension. There's an Astrological sign of a frequency that somebody that will show up in your life, that's immutable, fixed or cardinal sign, and that person will help you unlock it. And I mean, we did this with a class recently, and there were 20 of us that we did this in, like, a really strict group. And I've also done it with a larger group, but everybody's like, I can't believe this person shows up in my life. Exactly the day I feel the thing I feel. So you create your savior, right, in your life to help you remember that you're the savior of yourself. And it's like this constant recognition of being able to see the code. So that this is a complex kind of way of going about it. But when you get into the rhythm of it, you start to see it and you're like, oh, this is why the number seven shows up. This is why the number six shows up. It's not a numerology thing. It's just seeing that you're saving yourself, okay, from this taught feeling, this emotion. Because emotions are nothing but taught feelings, right? It's like you were taught to what to do when you feel love. You're taught what to do when you feel angry. You're taught what to do when you feel grief or guilt. And that's. You're just judging it. And so there's that. The other thing that I take individuals through is for them to be able to then break down their trauma responses. So the fact there's. There's actually a really fast way to move through trauma. But most people are like, sean, I don't want to do that. So the fastest way to go through trauma is to understand the original source of trauma. Where did that happen? That happened at the creation of the universe. Because the God all divine lives beyond space and time. However, it was looking to create an experience for itself, to understand what space and time could be, which is why we have these first four dimensions, right? So it did this, and then it. It splintered it through the entire existence of infinity and eternity. And in that question is a hesitation. That hesitation is missing the mark in original sin. That original sin, we then embody that at a version as a version of God to understand how we can go through the process of forgiving God. And not because God needs forgiveness, because God's already solved the whole thing like it's already done. It's for us to recognize and release the judgment that we've had against any version of anything that God's ever created, which is us. So every time we get Mad. And we judge something, we judge ourselves, we judge God. We take a piece of God and we say, okay, I'm going to turn that into this devil. And then I'm going to gaslight God. Literally, I gaslight God and call it this other thing. And I'm the one that was part of it, that created the whole time. So I just got to go back and forgive it. I merge back with it. I take total responsibility for everything I ever created beyond space and time. And I'm back in one with unity.
That is fascinating because it was. I had another conversation with another lady. We're talking about the soul, how there's many aspects of our soul in different dimensions. And so. And she was talking about healing trauma, that once you start healing the trauma, you're actually calling back those. Those lost parts of the soul back to the center. And then you're able to create something completely new and different. That's just another way of. So it's just another way that you described it, which was amazing. So. So you're. Because, I mean, I've been doubling into astrology for a long time in numerology, so it doesn't really matter. You don't look at somebody's chart or numbers. This is just these. Because they are. It's a language, astrology and numbers is just a language. So you're just looking at. From a language perspective when you're talking about the codes.
Yes. Yeah, because. Because, you know, there's this whole thing going around. Have you heard of, like the 12 stranded DNA and the base system and all this stuff? And people are demonizing the base 10 system. Yeah, well, the base 12 system lives inside of the base 10 system. And if you look at like the chart of astrology, you have, you know, the, the way that I look at it is you have a hemisphere of, you know, the, the six signs below the six signs above. And the first six signs, you have 1, 2, 3, and you have 10, 11, 12. Well, 1 plus 0 is 1, 1 plus 1 is 2. 1 plus 2 is 3. It's still 1 and 3. Okay. Each one of those signs are fixed, mutable and cardinal signs that sit above the equator that create a material world. Okay? And that is the first six. But it's only nine numbers because then you go below that, you've got 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. So it's only nine numbers that sit in the astrology chart that are the base 12 system, the circle and the entity of the 13, as we would call it. Right. Or the 10, the 10 and the 13 are the same number are the wholeness that encompass it or the observer that's looking at all of the different perspectives, which is just the code of Christ, of Christ having 12 disciples Himself looking at it and saying, this is the whole thing. Okay, so that whole, that whole deal is just once you understand the frequency of each one of those numbers that sits inside of it, that's associated with each one of the signs and how they show up in the world, it gives you a signal of how to move based on what resistance that you're getting in your life because you're creating it. It's like all it is is just teaching the code of the program that's been left for us. And it's. There's no possible way that me as myself will ever figure the whole thing out. But I get little snippets of it and then it starts to harmonize and create consistency based on the divine flow. And then you just ride that wave.
So. Because the thing is, it's not. I mean, I know everyone uses language, whether it's astrology, numerology, doesn't. Doesn't matter. I think that it's almost. Use it as a predictive tool. This is what happened to me last time when these, these energies were available or present, but it's not really. Does it prepare you? Do you look at your week ahead, Sean, and go, well, this is what's about to happen. Or do you more look back at what took place and then you're starting to join the dots.
So what I do is I look at, I take the wisdom and ground and integrate everything that I've done. I take each day of the week and I know that for instance, I have. Yeah, I won't pull it up right now, but like for instance, on a Sunday, it's a creation day. So I know on that day, this is what I'm supposed to do. I know that I, on a Monday is the day that I create the meaning I create, like what I'm going to do with that week. And everything moves in cycles of seven, right inside of like our, our calendar, right? You've got, you know, if you go from it's seven hour increments, which is aligned with the seven planets and the seven days of the creation. And the whole thing just goes in 7, 7, 7, 7, 7,. 7, over and over and over again. And so I'll take those and understand when those frequencies of seven take place. And then I'll lean into that and it's almost just like knowing, okay, this is what the wave looked like last time. And then I just learned how to ride that wave, and then I stay on that, and then I show other people just how to stay on that wave. Because it's just. It's just this frequency. It's like a. It's a. It's just like a divine flow. And that's the energy of the divine that we're supposed to tap into so that we can alchemize it. Then we just, like, learn how to surf. And all this code is just being able to see it, because most people, like the Tower of Babel, what it is, it broke it all up. So we'd have to go seek it out from 900 different places. Right. And then bring it back together. So, like, what I teach is that, well, it's hermetics, that's tied to Buddhism, that's tied to Hinduism, that's tied to Christianity, and, you know, all of the Abrahamic religions that spin off of that. Right. Islam and, you know, Judaism and the Kabbalah. And so you take all of that and you figure out how it fits together, and it all fits. Like, it all literally all comes together in, like, a unified source. And we're just here to reconstruct what we lost when we tried to seek our own ego, thinking that we could individually get to heaven when we had to unify to get there.
Yeah. You know, it sounds so complex, Sean, but I know, because I know just from the things that I've dabbled into. Like, I'm sure people are listening to this guy. My brain's just exploded. But the thing is, it. They're such synergy. It's like the more that you bring other elements in, you can see it's. That's why you say it's alchemy. It's. There's a real alchemy to the blending and the synergy of the information. You'll see. I find that. And I mean, I'm not as. As. Nowhere near as intelligent as you and as educated as you, but I can say that the more that I bring in information, I can see the blending, the synergy, and they're actually all from the same source.
Yeah. Yeah. Well, you are as intelligent and as educated because you are me.
Oh, yeah. I know. Yeah. I knew you were going to say that. Is it as those words are coming out? Because we are one. Right. So as I said that, I bet you he's going to say that to me, which is really interesting. So I love your fact that you said that. Thank you. So the other Thing too is another thing that I hear a lot of people and you talked about fear. And I always say fear is false evidence appearing real. It's only a figment of your imagination or an illusion. But there is so much uncertainty in, in what's to come over the next couple of years. And I think, you know, everyone has gone down their own rabbit hole. How would you help those that are listening navigate through that fear and uncertainty?
Yeah, so what the, the fear and uncertainty is only because we don't know ourselves. Okay? We're at a where this, this to me is the most beautiful time to be alive because we have created so much entropy, so much chaos that the illusion is so confusing that we have to center ourselves and this is why we're on this awakening. You know, be one thing if there were 200000 people trying to figure it out. There are 8 billion people literally like losing our ship. Okay. We are at a time when it's, you know, from a cognition perspective we're the weakest we've ever been, but we have the most potential in that space of weakness to become strong. And we're only weak because we keep thinking that what's outside of us is more real than ourselves. Okay. And so I've, you know, I, I've had all of these downloads about what's coming and it's not as, I mean to me it can be really scary if we decide that hey, we're just gonna like hold it up and really keep chasing after the entropy, right? And we're getting this little mini example of what like a tiny big bang would look like around what self destruction could potentially be. And we can do that. Like that's an option. We can also say, you know what, I'm not gonna do that. And we go within. We learn how to harmonize as unity, as humanity. We literally become three dimensional people of what we've just been like, we've been given all this the whole time. Like hey, you've got height dipped and width. You should probably use all of your gifts and I'm going to sprinkle a little bit of time. But the time is just for you to remember yourself, right? I'm going to keep creating. This is, this is the divine. I'm going to keep creating cycles so you guys can stop the cycle and come right back home. Okay? And when you do that, everything changes immediately. But we keep looking at it and saying that answer my bridge. I'm gonna go chase the outside thing. And when, yeah, and, and all we have to do is quit being victims. And so the, the and it's easier said than done. I get it. But it's also not easier said than done. It's actually really easy. Just a choice. Same thing as choice of, you know, if I, if I gave you, you know, this penny, you want to eat this? You're like, no, I don't. What's the same choice? It's the same one that just seems like that tastes probably really bad and it's going to be bad for my teeth and probably hurt my stomach so I'm not going to eat it. But yet we keep making the decisions that hurt our teeth and hurt our stomach. But spiritually and as a unified group and it's kind of silly watching it, you know. But we are at a, we are at a time in life right now where the only choice is to go within. And what will happen for us to get there is entertainment's about to change. Our monetary system is going to change. We're going to go from time and space into it, to an energy of currency, I mean to a currency of frequency. This is why Bitcoin is becoming a thing, okay? Because it's literally money built off of energy. If you miss the boat on that one, there's going to be a gas token that starts powering literally everything that's happening around us that everybody's going to be able to participate with. There will be quantum computing that's going to go after and re regulate all of the hoarders and all the people that have become filthy rich and these oligarchs that sit over the top that think they can control the masses because they built a system off of hyper masculinity that will no longer work. And quantum computing will can crack and hack every single thing that lives out there in order to redistribute wealth back into people that are holding that frequency. We're gaining wearables and Apple's doing stuff with Apple AI that is going to connect with literally your electromagnetic field to be able to understand how your brain is working. Are you an alpha and theta state? Are you staying in your heart? We use blockchain in order to then take every action that we take. Put it on a ledger to say, are you actually staying in integrity? The things that you're doing from your thoughts and your feelings and how you show up in the world literally telepathically and those that stand in that space out of wholeness and love will be rewarded by the system that we're building. That's what's going to happen over the next few years. And it's, it's an unstoppable force. I know I might sound a little crazy to people, it's an unstoppable force, but the stuff is like literally an AI is a tool that we're giving ourselves to free ourselves so that we don't have to do the monotonous work that we've been doing and it'll take those little jobs and whatnot and it'll have, we think it's going to be a war against the machines. But no, the quantum computing is here to actually save that so it can put everything on a ledger and have a governance protocol so that this machine doesn't end up losing its mind. And it's only going to be for the benefit of the all, which is tied to this whole concept of victory.
That's a lot of taking Sean just sitting there going, wow, wow, wow. So absolutely. And I think that's still a scary in itself. Right? Once again it's about letting go of the old. Letting go and being open to the new. I mean it's massive. Even from an astrological point of view. There's going to be some massive changes next year anyway. Major planets shifting into completely different signs. So you can see already some of the stuff that you're talking about is, is what's going to be unfolding. But at the same time it's to, to, to go within and really connecting with that intuitive intelligence or that inner wisdom once again. It's, it's. Sometimes it would be because we get caught up in the, in the, in that rut of working, you know, like, you know, it's, it's, I see it all the time. I mean we talked about it before we came on the show. I'm French and so when my cousins come here, because in France it's joie de vie. They know how to live life. They don't. Everyone has part time work. There's nobody there that I've met, had a full time job. When they come here, they go, wow, you guys work way too hard, way too hard. And I see that in the us, I see that in Canada, I see that in the uk. So we are caught on this autopilot which is all that unconscious stuff and repro replaying out our programs and our patterns. And so, you know, it can be quite complex. And then when do we say our world is complex? So how do we. I know you have to slow down. Don't we have to slow down and go within and because you're really, we're building that light from within, which is actually we're creating what's coming anyway. Right. To assist us for the expansion.
Yeah, yeah. And I, what I, what I've noticed is the wisdom that we're creating for ourselves is all the old systems don't work anymore. They just don't. Like, you know, you can take all of the antidepressants, they're not going to fix you. I mean, they actually kill you now, you know, and then you can go and seek whatever external guru. Right? But those aren't the answer you can seek after some entertainment. It doesn't, Nothing is going to get you there anymore. And so the, all of the systems around entertainment and media and news and what people are going to get rewarded for is authenticity and vulnerability. Okay. Once we move into true authenticity and vulnerability and full surrender, which is going to happen and it'll be shown through our entertainment, through our music, all this stuff's about to change. And those will be the signs that we give ourselves. And so when people start seeing, ah, okay, well, there it is again, there it is again, there it is again. That becomes the consensus reality. Because the, the truth of it is, is if we all said right now, every plane in the sky could, would stop flying right now, they would all drop out of the sky. Okay? That's how powerful we are. Now we don't do that because there are people on the planes and we love them. So therefore, the system keeps doing its thing. But when we start to have this consensus, consensus reality and we're a network that's doing it, and we're holding each other accountable, are you loving yourself today? Right? Instead of me asking you how are you today? Are you loving yourself today? Damn, that's weird. Instead of me shaking your hand, my right hand, the right hand. What if I grabbed both your hands every time I saw you? What if I gave you a hug every time I saw you, a person brand new on the street, Right? What if we engage, increase the intimacy honorably, you know, and said different words to individuals? It would start to shake everything up, but that would become the new normal. And then at which point the ability to remove the resistance that we're afraid to go within, we'll go within super quickly. You know, this is why I started talking about my sexual abuse story to people. I was like, yeah, I was sexually abused and raped between 9 and 14 years old. And I can say that without freaking out. But like, you feel it, right? I know what that felt like. And you look at it and you judge It. And you're like, well, that gotta suck. But no, but why wouldn't be me now without it. I was just thinking, oh, well, bless you too. Thank you. Yeah. But a lot of people are like, oh my God, I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry you went through that. I was like, I'm not sorry I went through that because I wouldn't be here now. I'm not sorry that the times that I, you know, stubbed my toe or the times that I tried to slip my wrist or I did, or the time I put the gun to my head by the time I was incarcerated. I'm not sorry for any of it. I'm so grateful for all of that. Right. And when you can tell that story, people are like, wait a minute, I can tell that story too. And then they let it go because it's no longer holding them back and they no longer feel like they got to fight the Matrix, right. In order to win some battle that isn't winnable. You can't beat the thing that's outside of you, can only heal what's inside of you and then the whole thing shifts and it comes to reward you.
Yeah, that's so beautifully said. I mean I, I'm a true believer that even then that's this my belief. Of course for all those listening, it's, I'm a believer that we chose these experiences and, and they have no meaning unless we give them meaning. So, you know, like you said, some may judge it as a, you know, oh, it's a bad thing or. But it experience because the soul doesn't really judge good or bad or not as God or the universe.
It just is.
Right. It's an experience. It's, it's, it's an expression. And then we there within once we give it meaning, we create form from that expression. So I love the way that you talk that through. Sean, I am also conscious of your time and I'm probably going to have to ask you to come back on the show because I haven't asked you all my questions, but is there anything specifically that I have not asked you today? Some information that you would like to share for our audience before we go to our three shiny golden nuggets that you think might be really important to share?
We shared a lot. I don't know. I mean. Yeah, no, I don't think so. I mean, just, just, just. I mean we, we've, we've definitely dug in.
Okay.
Self love. Yeah. You know, watching, you know, watching your word. We didn't go into watching your words, you know, but, you know, what you put out there, the frequency you put out there. But no, I think we're. We're good.
So, Sean, the way that. And of course, you know, we'll have everything in the show notes and. And your course that you actually do, the book and everything that will be available. The way that we wrap up the show is we always love to ask our guests to leave three shiny gold nuggets for our audience. That could be three practical exercises.
Yeah. So one. One. One exercise that I would talk about. Well, shiny gold nuggets. 1. What I tell people is that there is no they. There's a lot of, you know, especially in the spiritual community, there's a lot of. It's them. It's they. It's this larger power. It's the Illuminati. It's all this other stuff. So one, when you recognize there is no day, you created the day, and you got to seek out why you created that. Okay? So for any of us that are chasing after this whole day concept, and you're using the they in them, you're just gaslighting yourself. So I would recommend individuals to hold back on that number two, be mind whenever. If you're a plant medicine person and you're going down that path, it's a way to expand the perspective of what you see. It's not an escape tool. Okay. Use it as a integration process. And if you don't know how to integrate and you're chasing after all of the medicines in the world, it will force you to get into integrations. And no matter how far you take it, the faster you integrate, the more balance you'll have. And if you use it as an opportunity to see the aperture a little bit outside of the spectrum that you've seen, it'll be very, really rewarding for you. And then the last thing that I would say is in a. Take your meditation, feel how you feel in it, and bring it into your everyday life. Okay. For those of you that do a lot of meditate, I used to meditate four hours a day. It was like the biggest escape plan that I had. And it would make my life. You know, it's like I would, you know, like speeding up a car, and then I would let off the gas, and I would hope that I would get to the finish line every single day. Right. And once I recognize that I don't meditate anymore, I used to chant. I used to do all the things. No judgment for those that do. But if you do it do it as a practice that helps you learn how to integrate that feeling into your rhythm of your day. Kind of what I call a rhythmic state of permanence. Every single day, you just feel that feeling. And when you can train yourself into that, it becomes like walking. So those would be the three gold nuggets that I would leave for the audience.
Love all three. Thank you so very much. Love them. And I really am a big advocate about meditation as well. It's not that you have to sit there, like I said, four hours. And being Buddha, you can do it a very short time, even 10 minutes every day, as a way to connect and activate what's within you, which I love that. So thank you so very much. Where do you hang out the most, Sean?
Where do I hang out the most?
On social media.
Oh, yeah. So, I mean, I am on. Yeah, I mean, Instagram. It's my jam abundance. 10,000 is the handle. I've got TikTok. I don't do much on it, as much as I probably should. And then on YouTube, I've been spinning up something about every 10 days. So that's getting a bit of a rhythm there. So a little more long form.
Well, we'll have everything on the show.
Notes.
I can't thank you enough. It's been fascinating listening to you speak and going deep, like, really deep. But bring it all together. I loved it. So thank you so much for your time, your energy and your wealth of wisdom, Sean. Thank you.
Bless you, bless you, thank you, thank you, bless you.
