Monday Coaching Call Facilitated by Tracy Think Feel Act Cycle Jul 21 2025 1

Tracy leads a coaching call where participants plan their week using the Think-Feel-Act cycle: reviewing what worked last week, setting 1-4 intentions, and listing tasks. Members share struggles with journaling, social posting, and website delays, and one participant gets coached on feeling stuck in multiple areas of life.

Good morning. I'm just sitting here with all my AI friends. You're on mute. I can't. Let's see there. You're still on mute. What about now?
That's fair. Okay, there it goes. Oh, I thought I pressed it. Where is everybody? That's so strange.
I don't have any idea. I don't know. Maybe. I don't know. I messaged the coaches this morning and only one person responded. So I was like, well, that's weird. I'm like, do I have something on my calendar that's making people think that there's no call? Yeah, I don't know. I mean, I feel like I'm in La La land because we just got back last night from a trip. Country music festival. That takes every ounce of energy out of me.
Yeah, I can. I could see that for sure.
Yikes.
Was it fun, though?
It was really fun. Yeah.
That's good.
That's good. Gracie ended up leaving, so we went Thursday morning and then the concert started Thursday afternoon and she left Friday around noon. And then, then her and her boyfriend flew out to LA to meet with Alex Hero and the founder of school. So, yeah, that was cool. They got to do that again.
Did she pre order his book? His new book?
You know what? I totally forgot to ask her if he did anything around that. I got something in the mail. Did you.
Know I just got an email because I bought the 100 million offer book? Yeah, I haven't bought the lead book, but I actually, one of my colleagues Pre ordered like 15 copies. And. And then he ran this little giveaway thing and I ended up getting one of the books. So I don't know when I'm getting it or, you know, if I'm waiting until August or whatever. But yeah, that'll be kind of interesting to see.
Yeah.
In there.
Gracie said that. She said he was like, you know, raring to go when she first got there. And she's like, as the day went on, you could just see his battery draining. And she's like, he ended up not going out to dinner with them. Yeah, she said he seemed kind of tired, but yeah, like, yeah, that man's got a lot going on right now.
Yeah. Yeah. So.
Oh, well, that's good. Like you get to. Oh, and right as I said that, somebody comes in.
Oh, no, that's okay. But that's good that she's able to meet him again.
Yeah, yeah, they. She didn't actually win the school games this time, but they have been using her for their ads. Oh, I haven't seen them, but. But I'm also not on Instagram and Facebook that often. I think that's where they're running the ads.
Okay.
Yeah, they are only. It sounds like they're only using her ads. And they originally started with a 2 million dollar a month spend on Facebook ads. They said by. I think she said by the end of next month, they'll be at $6 million a month in Facebook.
Yeah, that's why people, you know, I was talking to somebody recently and, and they said, yeah, the, their younger generation, people who are trying to get into marketing, they say that Facebook is dead and you shouldn't get into it. And it's like, no, because. And I was. This was a nonprofit, so they're looking for people with money, you know, to donate and help out. And I'm like, yeah, but your demographic is skewing older. And Facebook has 230 million people just in the United States or. No, 230 billion people just in the United States still on there. Like 70% of their demographic skews like 35 and older. So Facebook has, has started decreasing, you know, where they've always been on the upswing, but they're not going anywhere. You know, they're building a data center the size of Manhattan right now. Like, they're not going anywhere. Yeah, that's funny.
I'll.
I'll have to see if I can push in a Hermosi ad. If you go on there and you start skimming all of his stuff and maybe commenting or something or maybe going. I don't know if they're doing it for his wife too, but I feel like eventually an ad would pop up.
Yeah, I know it's weird. I just, like I said, I got something in the mail yesterday. It was like a. It's like a magnet. And it's something about this new book that's coming out. Like, because I am sure it's because I bought his book in the past, but.
Yeah, that's so funny.
Now I don't.
I haven't gotten a magnet yet.
But she didn't say anything about him bringing the books or anything like that, so. But I really talked to her and I'm guessing the fact she's not on this call, maybe she told her. Her members that she wouldn't be on this call. I don't know.
Yeah.
But anyways, let's just jump into it. I know Jen's on here and so. Kara, are you still using the. Yeah. Awesome.
Good girl.
I know Jen. Jen is extremely faithful to this. I Asked. I'm.
I'm here. I'm at the car dealer. Can you hear me?
Yeah.
Where?
I'm at the car dealership. So I'm at car dealership. It's not private, but I'm here and I'm on.
Okay. No big. Yeah. All right.
So I'm mostly gonna listen. Problem.
So. And I just gotta make sure I keep an eye on the waiting room just to make sure nobody else comes in. So. So this call is really a way that every single week, you don't find yourself having to wait to feel better. It's all about deciding. Deciding how it is that you want to feel. So the way we do that is by using this tool, the Weekly Planner. And we look back at our past week and we ask ourselves, what worked well? What worked well about that past week that we can just simply bullet point. And so I want you to do that even. Even if you don't have the book with you, Jen, Just kind of think back to this past week and bullet point. What worked well? So we don't want to add a lot of drama to it. Your brain is going to want to skew to what didn't work. Resist the urge to go there and instead just ask yourself, what worked well about this past week?
Since it's just us, I figured I could, like, openly chat about this a little bit.
100%. 100%. I love getting feedback, and this always helps me, like, really better understand how users are maximizing this book. So. Yes, please.
Okay. What worked well? I think we had to redo. We had to redo the kitchen pantry that we built. Long story short, Sherwin Williams, like, totally screwed us over on the paint, so we had to strip it and start over from scratch. And so, like, setting goals, setting realistic goals, I think was something that really worked well. Because for me, and I'm like, oh, we could get this done in an afternoon. Yay. But that's not. And then you end up being really disappointed that you didn't move fast enough. So setting realistic goals, not putting that sort of pressure on ourselves, but also taking time to rest and relax and, you know, like, we went to the dog park both days with the girls and not prioritizing. Pushing ourselves to. To an extreme level, essentially. Yeah.
Good. Very good. Okay. I'm doing this along with you. So I'm just. I'm looking back at my week. Just jog my memory.
Yeah. And then I think on a business level, like, really trying to focus, building my business and posting on social. I'm really good at Helping other people do it, but I'm really bad at doing it myself.
Making baby steps in the right direction.
Yeah, yeah. It's slow, but, you know, I'm trying, so.
Yeah, yeah.
And then what worked well, we started dipping into that book, that diabetic book, and we, you know, cook healthy meals for ourselves and.
Excellent.
Yeah.
So. Okay, so now that your mind is in this place of looking for facts and appreciating the things that worked well, now I want you to skim this past week and look at what didn't go so well without adding a lot of drama. Just again, we're just bullet pointing and we're just being factual. So feel free to think through that too, Karen, and if you want to share.
Yeah, let me think. I'm almost done building out a website that has been almost like a year and a half. It's just been horrible. Like, pauses and stuff. So I had set goals to get that done, but she keeps adding things, like little details that she wants. So not hitting my goal for that and then not posting to social. So what worked well is that I started but worked. What didn't work well was that I wasn't consistent and I haven't fully built out a strategy for myself.
Okay, perfect.
So I guess you could say, like, future planning, I guess. Really?
Yeah. Okay. And from that, what would you do different this next week? Now that you've seen what worked well this last week, what didn't work so well, what kind of small strategy step in the right direction can you set into place going forward?
I think kind of probably cutting her off on new requests of, you know, we just need to get this done and this is stuff that you can add later. You know, if she. She shouldn't add anything else.
But, you know.
Cutting off requests on that and then actually setting aside time to work on my business and pull that. Bring that strategy in. Yeah, it's just. It's crazy. Like, I don't prioritize myself because right now those things aren't making me money, you know, posting on socials, nobody is. Like, people are watching it, but nobody's liking it and reaching out. But that's typical with a brand new account.
Yep.
So you think in your head, and maybe that's just that, like, switching my strategy up in my head of, like, these are seeds that you're planting, so.
Yep, exactly.
Yeah. Okay.
All right. Hey, Kyle, how are you? Good. Thanks for joining us.
Thank you for letting me be here.
Yeah. So, okay, so this is just as a quick reminder, this is the reset Call. So what we're doing is we're setting our intentions for the week. And this book is very counterintuitive. It's just a tool, but it's meant to support you in making decisions less about where it is you're going to be and what it is that you're going to be doing and more about how it is you're going to be thinking and feeling. Yes, it is a, you know, project management tool, but it really puts the emphasis on how it is that you're going to be thinking and feeling. So regardless of what the project or the initiative or the desire is, whether it's, you know, to hit a goal, a professional goal, or it's to go on a date, it doesn't matter what the goal is. What matters is how it is we're thinking and feeling that actually springboards us into a very organic approach.
Yeah. Yes.
Okay. So we just went through the very first step, which is assessing the past week, because there's always something that we can learn from this past week and make a decision about what it is that we're going to do differently going into this next week. And right as Kara was saying it, I literally was writing Prioritize Myself, and she literally said it, and I'm like, right.
Like it's something that everybody needs to do every freaking day. And it's. It's so hard because you just. You get wrapped up and stuff. And. And that's another thing. You. You were kind of just talking about the importance of the book and how religious Jen is about it. I'm really terrible at journaling. Like, I want to do it. I want to write down my thoughts and stuff ever since I was a kid, but I just. I suck at it. I do it for a little while and then it just, like, full disclosure, I don't think I've filled out this journal for the weekend ever, because I just. I already have the goal in my head and I just forget about it because it sits on my desk and I don't go into my office during the weekend. And obviously, the simple solution is moving.
It or set an alarm. Like, I do this all the time, where if I know that come Saturday, it's, like, very unlikely that I'm going to walk through my office. I never come in here on the weekends. So if this book is sitting in here, I would have the exact same result. But if I were to set an alarm for Saturday at 8am that, you know, I actually label it Journal, it's like, I would do it and. And Then I would have the advantage of being like, okay, I tried something different. Like, that's the strategy going into this next week of what it is. I'm going to do different and just assess. Like, maybe it makes a, you know, it makes an impact and maybe it doesn't, but you would never know if you don't try. And I have made. I mean, I have noticed such a massive shift in my life, in every area of my life by making decisions ahead of time. Not about where it is I'm going to be and what it is I'm going to be doing, but how it is that I'm going to be thinking and feeling. It changes absolutely everything, so.
Oh, it does. 100%. Like, this has been amazing. And I'm using it with other people, too. It's like, well, how do you want to feel about this child's birthday party that you're going to that you don't want to be at? You know? Yeah. So. And. And I guess that's the thing too, is that sometimes I don't offer myself quiet time in the weekend. Like, we wake up and right now, because it's hot, we get the dogs out, we, you know, Maddie's breakfast, we leave, we just go, go, go and get things started. And I don't really give myself quiet time. So maybe that's something.
Yeah, there you go. That's. I. I would say that that's worth trying going into next week. Like, and again, if you. Not that you don't trust yourself, but if you just know that the. The routine is not going to support you, like, trying something new. Set an alarm.
Yeah.
Put it on the calendar.
Okay. And Jen said, make decisions, think ahead on Friday so you don't have to think about it over the weekend.
Great idea. Yeah.
Sorry, Kyle, I.
Go ahead.
Kyle, I know my mother does that a lot. Like, she. Because she's very business oriented. And she was an accountant manager for Tropicana and Naked Juice. So she's very, like, she very, very good at handling, like, business stuff and everything like that. And like, she'll be like. Because she does it for herself. She'll be like, are you gonna remember? I'm like, yeah, yeah. She goes, you're gonna set an alarm or do you. Or you just.
Just this is.
As long as you're on time, as long as you remember. I'm like, no, I will, I will. She goes, okay, that's fine.
Yeah.
Yeah. I'm constantly setting alarms and reminders and stuff for myself, but. And I think it's Just physical proximity to the book, because I have it all in my head, so I don't need to write it down necessarily. But oftentimes, if I don't hit a goal that I wanted, you know, like, frame out the entire pantry, get everything sanded, like, whatever it is, I'm disappointed. And so I think having the journal, setting those realistic goals within it will help. And the whole account management thing that you're talking, you know, managing my brain. Yeah, yeah.
Honestly, like, because it's always there, and I'm like, I used to carry notebooks with me. This is just too inefficient. So I. So I went to my phone, and I like, I mean, who doesn't use their phone for everything? But, you know, I just start writing everything down in notes, and that's, you know, it's fast.
Yep. And that's the kind of stuff that there's no mandate on this. It's. It's literally learning a concept that can be very, very helpful. This is just a tool that we created to support people. But if it doesn't work for you and putting the notes in a. In a phone app works, that's what you should be doing. So. And that's the value of a community where you can share those kind of ideas and somebody else might be like, oh, my gosh. Yeah, that makes a ton of sense. That's gonna. You know, I'm gonna try that next week.
Okay.
So now we look ahead to the entire week. We've looked backwards. We've assessed what worked, what didn't work, what we can do different. Now we're going to look ahead to the week and decide what are the. What are the one to four goals that I want to focus on. So these can be the goals that were set when you joined the community. It could be the goals that you set when you started a new book. It can be a micro goal of a bigger goal. So I personally keep mine pretty vague. So these are, again, the weekly intentions. So podcast is always a big one that I have to keep my finger on the pulse of. And so the actions that I have to take, edit, I have to produce. I typically am working on some different type of commercial or I'm working on getting us on podcasts. So all of those kind of actions fall underneath that goal of optimizing the podcast. I also have, like, buckets. I have. I actually use all four spaces for my weekly intentions. So then everything that falls under the Dating with Gracie community, I have actions that I need to take on a weekly basis. And I capture it on this page. Same thing with the self made you. And then, and then I always have a fourth goal and it's always more personal in nature. So it's like this. We're still in the process of selling a car, getting some repairs done to the house, things like that. So those are where I capture those kind of things. Okay. And these are things that are, they're going to get done this week. If they're written on this page, it's likely that I am going to get them done. I'm going to see it all the way through because from here I'm going to transfer it to the daily schedules. So it's just a week at A View. And this, this visual can be very, very helpful from the perspective of you're not like over booking yourself. You can look at. Okay, is it, is it practical for me to have three major goals or four major goals? Having sometimes that many balls in the air isn't realistic. Like we just had a, a funeral pop up this week and it of course hits right like during the day on Thursday where I have the bulk of my calls. And so I'm now I'm trying to shuffle that like I can see this week in one view. And I can ask myself now with the, you know, with that popping up, is this realistic or am I really going to be able to get all these things done this week at A View can be helpful again no matter what the goals are. It's just a way for you to see it all in one space. And then the next page is the weekly to do's and now this is all the non goal related things. Okay, so like I just mentioned, we have a, a funeral. I need to go get a card for that. I have a bunch of travel that I need to book. I have at least three to four people that I need to follow up with. So their names are listed as follow ups. They didn't, they don't really, they're not really connected to my goals per se. But these are just to do's that I don't want to keep in my head. My head. My brain is not a vault, it's a processor. And so I don't want to ask my brain to have to track all of that. So instead I just use this list as my place to keep track of it and then I can just let it go. I don't have to be thinking about it anymore. So take a few minutes, figure out what your weekly intentions are, what's realistic and then all the other Things that might be kind of weighing on you. Just these little random things. Oh, I gotta follow back up with my mom or I gotta get the dog to the vet or schedule a haircut. Whatever it is, this is the place.
Would there be any chance that. To ask some questions. Questions as well, that are like more late to like, like dating and everything like that? Because I, I know what day that we do that. Okay, cool.
You can absolutely do that on this call. So feel free, like while we're taking the time for people just to start to fill in those sheets. Feel free to ask any questions you've got.
I appreciate that. So I guess I'll start with. I'll start with the first one I had. Does it really matter that the car I drive is old? Does it not? It, you know, doesn't look really the greatest shape inside. And living with my grandmother and I'm trying to get a better car and I'm trying to get an apartment for myself because I feel that women are not attracted to this in my current situation. And I feel like I'm falling short of something that I can't get it. Is this.
All right, so tell me a little bit more about that feeling short of something. So I. And I can't get it. Those are the words you used. Like, if you had to describe the emotion, the vibration, the feeling that runs through your body when you think I'm falling short, what is it? One word emotion.
Stuck.
Stuck.
Okay, very good. Now, when you're feeling stuck, how do you show up? What would I see you doing? If I was a fly on the wall and I was watching you and you were feeling stuck, what would I see you doing? Or what would I not see you doing?
Like, getting delayed with, like, you know, like, you should have had like, like, metaphorically speaking, you should have had this done an hour before. But I'm getting it done like a half an hour later.
Yeah. Okay. So procrastinating and then beating yourself up.
I, I guess, I mean, and I'm not really, I feel like, I guess, like, I mean, because this could just be me, you know, I mean, I'm on God's. I mean, we're all. But me, me especially, I'm on God's time and your time is not God's time at all. Two completely different things. And my, my time says that you're delayed and you're behind. Like, you know, you should. How you should kind of already be, well, pretty well established on a full time job. You should like, pretty much just like very much halfway there to get in your car, and you should just be trying to look into, like, what apartments to get, you know, and I'm. And I'm not, and.
