Monday Coaching Call Facilitated by Tracy Think Feel Act Cycle Jun 9 2025 2

Tracy Pleschourt leads a Monday Reset coaching call teaching her journal system for weekly planning. She reframes goals as emotional desires and walks through a daily planner workflow: transfer calendar commitments, choose three events, decide how to feel, and track self-sabotaging patterns. The call includes a live demo with participant Brent working through debt goals.

Good morning. How are you?
Good. How about yourself?
I just got, or I just received my second self made you journal.
Oh, awesome. Somebody else was just telling me that they ordered one. I get. I get notified every time one shipped out. So we do a small little happy dance every time that happens. I can't see the names. I think I could if I, like, really dove into the dashboard. Yeah. But it just sends me an email. So we have some marketing going on right now. Trying to think. I was just looking at what I was spending per day on marketing, and I want to say it's something like $70 a day, which of course adds up really, really fast.
Yeah, exactly.
The objective is to, of course, at least sell that. That, you know, that equivalent so that your organic ranking within Amazon improves. So most people think that you're doing the marketing for revenue purposes, but actually you're doing it so that you're ranking within Amazon. So if anybody goes in there looking for a goal planner, you come up first. So you just invest a lot of time and a lot of money on the front end to get that organic ranking higher. And so I have to remind myself of that when I look at, like, how much money was spent per day and how many books were actually sold, I'm like, it's not about the. It's not about the sales. It's about the ranking. It's a whole new world.
Yeah. You try to play the long game rather than the short.
That's exactly right. Yep. And for somebody who doesn't have a lot of patience, Easier said than done. Oh, good morning. So good to see everyone. I am. After this call, I'm heading to Gracie's house. Normally she comes here and we record the podcast after this. And she asked me if we could record at her house today, which is no small feat because there's a lot of equipment that has to be broken down and set back up in a new environment that we, like, have never, you know, recorded in before. So this should be interesting. But before she gets on, I just told my husband. I'm like, I have a feeling she's secretly hoping that everything can just stay as put and we record at her house forevermore. It's not a bad idea. He's like, you need to get out of the house more. I'm like, shut up. I wasn't asking you for your opinion. It was just simply telling you something.
Or, guys, we see things differently.
Yeah, exactly. All right. Still letting people in. I'm going to shut my door here. Okay, so this is our weekly Reset call recording. Yes. Okay. The weekly reset call is meant to help you really leverage this book. If you don't have this book and you only have the worksheets, even if you don't have the worksheets, go into your community. The worksheets are posted in there. But it's a tool. It's a tool to help you decide what you want from your week, what and how you're going to get there, bottom line. So we have a method that we teach and most of it was delivered through coaching. And I started to really challenge myself in how do I help my clients achieve what it is that they want without me holding their hand. And this book was really the solution that I came up with. Now my job is to really make sure people understand how to use the book. And so I created this reset call with the objective of simplifying this process and giving you a place to ask questions to make sure that you fully understand how to, you know, really leverage this book so that you can tomorrow sit down, open it up, spend 10 minutes and get your day scheduled with an emphasis on how it is that you want to feel. So the reset call takes you through more than just scheduling of the day because there are, there are other components that are really going to tee up your week nicely. So the reset call is very comprehensive. But we do take you through today's scheduling as well so that tomorrow you can confidently come back to this and do this by yourself. Are there any questions with that? Gracie, just put the link to the worksheets for anyone who doesn't have the book. Gracie, will you also put the link to the book in Amazon? And I am going to share my screen here. Okay, so where we want to start is with the weekly reflections and it's really important that we take what we learned from this past week. Even if you didn't follow this process in the past week, it's super important that you just reflect back on what worked. Okay, so I want you to ask yourself in a non judgmental way, what worked well last week? And just jot down what comes to mind. Oops. Now answer the question. What didn't work last week? Sorry, having some technical difficulties today. What didn't work? And again, I don't want you to put a lot of adjectives in there. I want you to just be very factual, just bullet points. What didn't work last week? And based on what you just kind of revealed from what worked and what didn't work, now I want you to decide what will you do different this Week. So maybe for those of you who maybe didn't follow this process, maybe you didn't break out the book last week. Maybe that's something that you'll want to hold yourself accountable to this week. Maybe you want to prioritize differently this week. Maybe you want to prioritize how it is that you want to feel over how it is that you're going to get something done. Maybe you want to focus more on being intentional versus being perfect. These are the kinds of things that I want you to try on. I want to suggest to you they are worth tapping into this week in a different sort of way. Okay. Why can I not get this up on my screen? Okay. Okay. Now I want you to turn the page. If I can turn my page. What is going on? And I want you to look at your weekly intentions page. Okay? So it would look like this. The right hand side. And what I want you to do is I want you to first ask yourself, what is it that I want? What is it that I desire? Instead of chasing goals with a pressure or frustration, we are going to do a little exercise where we're going to sit in the enjoyment that of the desire. So I really want you to choose either a goal or something that maybe is something more recent that you have noticed that you desire from your life. Is it paying off debt? Is it losing weight? Is it attracting a partner? Is it learning something new or starting something new, hitting a professional milestone? I want you just to kind of focus. And it can be more than one thing. And if it is, all you do is you just list them in these boxes. Goal 1, goal 2, goal 3, goal 4. We could swap that goal vernacular out for desire one way. If you're really, you know, stumped right here and you've taken the goals workshop, look back at your smart goal pages to kind of jog your memory of some of the things that you are committed to working towards over the course of this next quarter. But again, like I said, this could be something new. Maybe you realized you want a new car or you want to go on a vacation, something that kind of crossed your path. Somebody was telling you about this amazing beach vacation that they just went on and had a great time, and it's kind of lit a flame of desire inside of you. Okay. Doesn't have to be something that was on your smart goals, but it certainly could be. Okay, Everybody got at least one goal. Raise your hand if you have at least one goal. Ana got one goal. Perfect. Gracie. Michael. Awesome. Austin. Michael. Oh, Michael. Got it.
Okay.
Austin. Got a goal, got a desire. All right, still thinking. Sorry. Okay. It's okay. Sometimes. And I get a lot of clients that I'll work with that they are like, I really don't know what I want right now. And a really great way to be able to get closer to what it is that you do want, Knowing what you don't want. You've had a lot of contrast. You had a lot of variety that can lead you to a better understanding of what it is that you do want. And it doesn't have to be something super profound. Okay? Now I want you guys to ask yourself, what makes this desire, this goal exciting to me right now? What makes this goal or this desire exciting to me right now? Does it mean that you're ready for more? Does it mean I'm no longer willing to stay where I've been? So for me, I'll share with you. Share with you what my desire is. My big desire. And I got this from my goals, my smart goals. But mine was to. Mine is to pay off debt, okay? And so I have to ask myself, like, why is this desire exciting? Or why is it important to me? I have a deep desire to feel free from any sort of debt. It feels very light to me, feels like freedom to me. It's the opening of something new. It makes me feel clean and powerful and in control. That's what makes the desire to pay off debt feel exciting. That's why it's important to me. Ask yourself, what is it about this idea, this goal, this desire that feels fresh or alive? Or why is it meaningful to you? I just want you to jot that down, and you can do. You can jot all of this down on this brain dump sheet, okay? Because this is something that I think is worth going back to. Because sticking with that feeling, that fresh, exciting feeling, is the best way of manifesting what it is that you actually want. It's not in the how. It's not in the doing. It's in the being. And that has everything to do with the vibration, with the emotion that is going through your body. When you realize that you've just given birth to a desire, a desire in and of itself is actually a manifestation. It's an emotional manifestation. And it is the way, the most powerful, guaranteed way to get you what it is that you want. No matter if it's weight loss, if it's a girlfriend, if it's. If it's professional advancement, if it's health and wellness, if it's paying off debt, you'll get There through the emotional manifestation. Okay, so I'm prompting you to get you into this place of vibrating, of really, like, feeling what that desire is like. Okay. What would it feel like to already have this whatever desire or goal you decided you want? I want you to ask yourself, what would it feel like to already have that? For me, paying off debt would feel like pride. It would feel like a deep exhale. It would feel calm in my chest. It would feel very spacious. It would feel very trusting, like I can trust myself again. How can that be? Some people look at it and be like, so boring. But the people who get on the carousel, they love the fact that some of those horses go up and down. Some of the carousels have a gold ring that you can reach for. Some of the carousels have a target that you can throw the gold ring at. Some of the carousels have just a place that you can sit without having to move. Some of the carousels are in really cool amusement parks and others are in, like, state parks. So there's so many different things that you can see that you can experience. That's how I want you to describe this feeling that vibrates through your body when you think about this desire that you have just birthed that feeling. Can you access right now? Can I trust myself right now? Can I feel the pride right now? Can I access that deep exhale type energy right now? Can I feel the calm in my chest right now? The goal is to demand less and to allow more so to demand less about how it is that you're going to land that girlfriend, land that job, get the money in your bank account. The goal is to allow the feeling more than demanding, to know the how. And the way you do that is by staying in the current feeling, that place that feels good. And I think we talked about the zooming out. Staying general is a great practice. So what is one feelgood thought that you can sit with about this desire? So don't zoom in and get real specific. I want you to zoom out. So this desire that I have to pay off my debt is evidence that I'm expanding. I love that I care about becoming financially free. That means that I'm growing. Those are all thoughts. What is one thought that feels really good that you can sit with about this desire that you have? How do you describe this feeling? Almost like it's a sunset that you're watching, not a finish line that you're racing to. That's probably one of the biggest. Oh, shoot. That's one of the biggest challenges of my life. Is to get my mind shifted from this, like, chasing to try to get there. Chasing the financial freedom versus watching the journey as if I was looking at the sun rising and the sun setting, knowing that it's gonna come and it's gonna go, and it happens with a guarantee it's gonna happen every single day. It's. Other clients have heard me talk about being on a carousel where it just keeps going around and around and around. It never gets off track, it's never chasing. It stays that same speed. You know what to expect. And people love carousels. How can that be? Some people look at it and be like, that's so boring. But the people who get on the carousel, they love the fact that some of those horses go up and down. Some of the carousels have a gold ring that you can reach for. Some of the carousels have a target that you can throw the gold ring at. Some of the carousels have just a place that you can sit without having to move. Some of the carousels are in really cool amusement parks, and others are in, like, state parks. So there's so many different things that you can see that you can experience. That's how I want you to describe this feeling that vibrates through your body when you think about this desire that you have just birthed. This desire is part of the journey. It is not a manifestation that is going to someday happen once you finally cross that finish line. That's the old way of thinking. We're teaching you how to think differently, how to stay general, how to stay soft about your desires. Notice how this desire is already starting to change you. What kind of shifts have you noticed in yourself in the last 25 minutes? What small shifts are already happening as a result of this desire? How are you becoming someone who aligns with that reality? The minute I realized I wanted to pay off my debt, I started checking my accounts more. Not from a place of, like, punishment, but from a place of awareness so that I could make better choices. And that feels like self respect. That is already a payoff right there. This feeling of the desire is the creation, is the manifestation. It's not actually the thing that will appear in front of you in a physical sense. It's the feeling of the desire. If you can stay there in that feeling, the rest will fill in. I want you to ask yourself, what if this moment right now was already a form of manifestation? What if this is what I was meant to do with my life, was just to, like, live in the moment of desire, to really, like, breathe it all in? All of those feel good emotions and vibrations. Can I let this moment be complete without needing to change anything? Can I feel proud of wanting more for myself and letting that be enough for today? Can that be the win? I think coming back to these kinds of prompts for two to three minutes every single day will help you stay aligned with the vibration of your desire. And I don't know how many of you are familiar with Law of Attraction, but that is what creates the magnet. That is how Law of Attraction works. It's not in the doing. It's not in the how. It's in the being. So if. Does anybody have a desire that they would want to share that I can take you through? We can get really specific. We can go through this one more time so that you can get real clear on what the prompts are that you can go back to. Take two to three minutes every day this week and go back to so that you can stay in that vibration. Does anybody have one? I don't see any hands up, but I'm also in screen share, so if you're. If you want me to help you with it, just come off mute. Otherwise, I'll use a. I'll use a partner. So a girlfriend, a boyfriend, a new friend. Okay. We can use that as an example. And I want to take you through this one more time. Okay. Because I want to make sure that you understand what the prompts are so that you can come back to this every single day and live in that manifestation of the desire. Okay. Okay. I don't think that anybody had their hands up. So we'll just move forward with a partner.
Actually talked about debt, and that's something I struggle with. Maybe we can help each other out here.
Yeah. You want to use debt?
Yeah.
Okay. Okay. So I want you to just ask yourself, like, what is the. Why is it. So the first step I'm going to give you. I'm going to give you what the first step is so that you guys can take notes on this. So the first step is to really honor the desire. So this desire just came to life, or it's a desire that I've had for a long time. I gotta let some again. And I want you just to pause and feel the bigness of that. I want you to honor the fact that you even have that desire. So what makes Brent. What makes that desire feel exciting or important to you?
Just the opportunities to create a different life than I've had the last, whatever, 10, 12 years.
Okay. And what is it about creating a different life than You've led the last 10 or 12 years that feels fresh or that feels alive or that feels meaningful. What is it about that?
Just that there's more opportunities to explore that I haven't been able to indulge in because, you know, just all the guilt or.
Okay, no, no, no. Stay with me. I want you. So just notice how your primitive brain wants to go to the lack. It wants to go to the scarcity. It wants to go to the suffering. Totally normal. Totally normal. And I want all of you to just notice how your brain does that, too. My brain did the exact same thing when I'm taking myself through this exercise of just staying in this amazing feeling of the desire my brain wants to go to. Not possible. Not me. It's never happened. That is normal. That is the suffering that most humans experience. But this, the exercise is to actually tap into the vibration, the unusual experience of just living in the desire, just simply, like, blowing up that feeling of excitement, of importance, of meaning, and staying there. And it's hard to do. I know it's hard to do, but what is it about that idea of opportunity that feels fresh and meaningful?
Just being able to explore new experiences.
Awesome. Awesome. How does that feel? Powerful. Does it feel like control?
I mean, there's curiosity, excitement. Yeah.
Okay. All right. So the first step was to honor the desire. And you ask yourself, what makes the desire feel so exciting and important to me? What about it feels fresh and meaningful? Okay, that's step one. Step two is you want to feel the emotion of the fulfillment right now. Not dreaming about it 10 years from now or even 10 days from now. It's feeling the fulfillment of that emotion right now. The emotional manifestation is the real prize, and you can tap into that right now. So what would it feel like to already have that?
Well, right now I just feel like there's, like, pressure to move forward, like.
Nope. I want you to tap into having it right now. Having those opportunities, having that curiosity, that excited curiosity about those opportunities that having no debt creates. Explain to me what that feels like. Tap into that, Mommy.
It feels like a fresh start.
Yes. Tell me more.
I'm trying to find words to, you know, because obviously this is, like, a different reality than.
Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. It's your reality right now. You get this opportunity right now, Brent, to actually experience a feeling. Nobody can take that away from you. Nobody can gift it to you. You've got it. Every one of us gets to exert that ability, that freedom to experience a feeling at any moment. And you've Decided what it is that you want. That desire in and of itself is the prize that you can tap into today. But it takes an extraordinary, an extraordinary amount of mental management to keep yourself from going to the past, the catastrophizing of the future. You gotta stay in the now. In that, in that moment where you feel the pride, where you feel like your chest is exploding, where it feels spacious, where it feels like you can trust yourself again. That is where I'm asking you to stay. And, like, lean into it. Let that vibration run through your body. That's the gift, right?
Yeah. It takes discipline.
Yep. Yep. And the less that you demand to know the how, the more you'll be able to allow your feelings just to be there. The good feelings, the feelings that feel spacious and curious and like opportunities. So the next step, step three is to stay general zoom out. What is a very general thought that I can sit with about being debt free?
I deserve this.
Yes. Yes. And what is this evidence of the fact that you've gotten there, that you are recognizing the reality that you deserve this, just like every other human being deserves. How does that feel? Does that feel expansive? Does it feel like growth?
I, I, it just feels like, why not like I, I should, you know, I mean. Yeah, like why, why shouldn't I?
Yes. Yep. Okay. Step four is notice the now. Evidence. Our brain wants evidence. It's always looking for evidence. So I want you to give it the evidence that it wants. Desire is always changing me. I am in a constant state of becoming because I desire. It's always changing me. Notice how true that is for you right now, this very minute. Ask yourself, what shifts, what small, tiny little shifts am I experiencing? Have I experienced in the last 40 minutes what small or even big shifts are happening as a result of this desire?
Yeah, well, obviously my thoughts are getting challenged.
Yeah.
So I'm, I'm focusing more on positive thoughts instead of the. Okay, yeah, there you go.
Look at that. Look at that. See, you caught yourself, right? You caught it. Your primitive brain wanted to go.
I have you in my ear. That's why. But also just making, making the moves, you know, in my everyday life, you know, I can see that that's getting me where I want to go.
Yes, yes. So for me, like I said, I noticed that I am the type of person when I'm just focused on the finish line of being debt free. You know what I don't do? I don't check my accounts. I don't want to see them. I put my head in the sand when I'm living in the moment, in the feeling you in the pride, in the expansion of who it is that I'm becoming. I start looking at my accounts and I start making cleaner choices and I start realizing how much self respect I have. That's the payoff right there. That's me becoming, realizing that that's all there's ever going to be. You guys, you're always going to be in the state of becoming the finish line. If there is a finish line, I promise you, it just keeps moving. So let's not chase a finish line. Hopefully that metaphor, the carousel or the sunrise and sunset, hopefully that hit you today and that is one of the small shifts that you've noticed happening to you as a result of you having this desire. Step five is letting that be enough. Letting the desire, that vibration, letting that creation be enough and knowing that if you can stay there in that feeling, the rest will fill in. And that is a completely contrary way of thinking that most of us are thinking about the how we've been taught to think about the how we've been taught to be driven by action. What if that was the biggest lie of our entire life? What if it actually had everything to do with the feeling of the desire that was actually birthed from today's call and if you sat with that, the rest would fill in. What if it could be that easy? What if you could be proud of wanting more because this was all birthed from a desire? What if all you had to do was tap into desires? Because like I said earlier with Austin, sometimes it's the contrast or it's the variety that leads us to the desire. If you don't have a desire, that's okay because that means you're living in the contrasting side of it. That's going to make a desire more profound and that can be enough for today. That can be the win. Can you wrap your head around that, Brent, about what you just did today, just now?
Yes.
Tapping into that feeling is the win for you.
Well, I mean, I think, you know, you. You operate from a higher frequency. I'm thinking about it right now, just contrasting. Like sometimes we surround ourselves with people that are on the fear frequency and that's where some, sometimes they're like, they disguise it as like devil's advocate. Like, what if this goes wrong? What if that goes wrong? It's like, well, if you're operating from a higher frequency, you're not. It's not like you're trying to be in denial, but it's just like you're thinking differently.
Yep. Exactly. Yep. You're thinking and you're feeling differently. Your thoughts create your feelings. So when we talk about mind management, it is with the objective of feeling differently. It's not so that you behave differently, so that you get different results. We're actually changing the root cause, which is how it is that we're thinking so that we feel differently. That is why I created this goal planner the way I did. So you've done your weekly reflections. You've done a brain dump that you can come back to every single day. You've decided on what your desires are now. The actions that you need to take in order to get closer to that goal, to those desires. From this place of feeling, abundant feeling like you've already got the win. We only want things, guys, because we think it'll make us feel something. I only want the lake house because I think it's going to make me feel a certain way. You guys only want a girlfriend because you think it's going to make you feel a certain way. We're in the feeling right now. From that feeling, I want you just to be very clear, what are the very simple actions that are going to get me closer? Okay, don't make this hard. Harder than it needs to be. It's a question of if I was watching somebody else do it, what would I see them doing in order to create this proposal or organize my workspace? What are the things that are so simple they're almost hard not to do? I want you to break down those steps. This becomes a reference for you throughout the week. When you have free time every morning, you're going to be able to clearly see where the white space is. You can come back these weekly intentions and stick them in. You've done the hard work figuring out the how you're in the feeling of already having the win. You've done the hard work. All you gotta do is now schedule it. Okay, so now we take ourselves to the daily planner. So Today is Monday, June 9th. You put the date the top right hand corner of your daily planner. You look at your digital calendar, you look at your reoccurring events and you fill in the time that you have. The commitment and what the commitment is. We do this every single day. I actually do it for the entire week. So last night, I love doing it on Sundays as kind of my wind down routine. I open up my digital calendar and I just transfer all of the commitments that I've made so that I can start my week off feeling really in control and very Grounded. I know what's ahead of me and I expect it to change too. Don't be so grippy that you think it's a fail. If something change or shifts, expect it. And this part of it, you guys, this is just like the semantics. Like, this part helps us get to the important part, which is the thoughts and feelings. This is just a way to stay organized. It's, it is the fodder for really getting to the, the grit of what's going to create an optimal day. So you got to do this part. Clear out your mind of all the to do's. We're traveling this week, so there's a lot of to do's. It felt so good to get those out of my head. Make sure that you go back and reference these goals, these actions. If you've got white space today, tomorrow, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, get these actions scheduled. Get them scheduled. Don't think that they're gonna magically show up because this page may not be turned back to. Do yourself a favor and transfer some of those actions into the white space that you see in your upcoming week. Any questions on that? The daily to do's. These are things that you might not know when you're going to be able to do them, but before your head hits the pillow tonight, you're going to get these things done. That's what this box is for. All right, now I want you to look at the right hand side of the daily planner. This section right here, the thoughts and the feelings. And I want you to pick three events or moments from today's schedule, from your day, from your upcoming day. It doesn't have to be something that you're actually seeing spelled out right here. Maybe the event is parenting, okay? Maybe the event is another person that you know that you're going to cross paths with today. Or it could be the meeting with your team that's happening at 10am I want you just to pick three. So fill in the box. Event one, event two, and event three. When you've got that done, raise your hand. Nobody's getting off the hook today. I feel like I could read your mind, Kim. She's like, oh, I better do this. All you're doing is picking the three events. Once you've got your three events picked, raise your hand. It you got your three events picked. You didn't raise your hand.
Anna, some people are going to check some people are going to check the anxiety box today.
Kim, you got your three events. Okay? Okay. All right, so now I want you to look at Event one. And I want you to ask yourself, how do I want to feel in that moment? Kim, you got your three events. Okay? Okay. All right, so now I want you to look at event one and I want you to ask yourself, how do I want to feel in that moment? How do I want to feel in that moment? If you need to, if you're working from the book, you can reference how do I want to feel in that moment? If you these feelings right here, do you want to feel grateful, appreciative, thankful, loving, kind, compassionate, empathetic, understanding, connected, confident, empowered, self assured, curious, open, creative, innovative, free, courageous, brave, resilient, peaceful, calm, content, aligned, clear, trusting, optimistic. These are all great self made emotions that are available to you. You get to decide. Nobody can take that away from you and nobody can assign that to you. You get to decide. You all have free will. You have the gift of deciding ahead of time how it is that you want to fill. And the best news in the entire world is that you know how to generate that feeling. You are deciding ahead of time how it is that you want to feel about an upcoming event. And the best news ever is you have the capacity to generate that feeling. Nobody can rob that from you, nobody can steal that from you. It's amazing. And the way that you generate that feeling is by tapping into the belief that resonates with you. So if you've done this work in this book, you would already have it here. My believable thought that generates gratitude would be written right here. You'd be able to reference that seconds every single day. You decide I want to feel empathetic, you turn Back to page 33 and you're reminded. What believable thought creates that feeling for you. You don't have to do the heavy living lifting every single day. If you wanted to feel courageous, maybe the thought or the belief is I'm brave enough to take action even when it's uncomfortable. So you've put your event, you've decided how it is that you want to feel and you've written down the believable thought that creates that feeling. Maybe this event is happening at noon today. What I would do, I would put a timer, set a timer, set an alarm on my phone and I would label the alarm with the believable thought, because that believable thought creates that emotion. I don't have to remind myself of what the emotion is, it organically vibrates through my body. But some of us need to be reminded of the thought at the time. So that's my little Hack. I set an alarm and I promise you, it's like the gift that keeps on giving. When that alarm goes off and it's seconds before your commitment, it's such a relief. Because I promise you, at that point your primitive brain is probably in the driver's seat. You're probably in a state of dread or you're probably in a state of boredom. You're probably in some sort of unintentional state which will create unintentional self sabotaging results. Don't do that. You now know better. Getting on my soapbox. You now know better. There is absolutely no excuse to live unintentionally. If you have a desire, stay in that feeling. That is what is going to manifest your desire. It's staying in the emotion that is vibrating when the desire is actually birthed. Connect with those emotions. That is how you get what it is that you want in your life. That is how you live a self made life. Moment after moment after moment. This is not easy. There is a simple protocol, practice format, it's all in this book. We go through it every single week. I will help you. There is no dumb question. Because what you have learned, the way you have learned to live your life is completely contrary to this. You have learned to action your way through life. So it is no wonder that this feels very counterintuitive. So do not be afraid to come to this call and ask for help. Do not be afraid to reach out to a coach to get help. This takes practice. At the bottom of the daily planner, there is a place for you to stay aware of these self sabotaging feelings. As you saw, Brent kept going back there. His primitive brain kept taking him back to the frustration, to the disappointment. It's normal. But through awareness we can intercept. So this is meant to keep you aware, not to punish you, not to pass judgment because we all feel it. It's to heighten our awareness. So either in retrospect or in the moment, just check the box when you notice that you're feeling those self sabotaging feelings. Any questions? Today we did an exercise in really recognizing that the desire that you have is the emotional manifestation that we are actually going for. We only want things so that we can feel things. The mind blowing news is you can feel it right now. And when you tap into that feeling, everything else fills in. Okay, we're not doing it because we want physical manifestation. We, we're doing it because we want to feel you have that available to you right now. And it is a practice that we have to get good at doesn't come natural. I want you to remember that this is very counterintuitive to what we have been taught. I'm trying to reteach you a different way of living intentionally of achieving your goals in a very unconventional way. So it's no wonder that it feels weird, it feels hard. It's okay. You can do hard things. All right, any questions?
Are you able to post those questions in the communities?
Sure.
Yeah. Just because I want to go through it with something else.
Yep, I will do that and I would recommend just making that part of your self coaching practice. It just takes a couple minutes but you gotta really concentrate you guys. And notice when your primitive brain wants to start catastrophizing the future or reliving the past and shaming yourself and judging yourself. The hard part is staying in the now. Okay. But yes, I will post those in both communities. All right, we'll see. Bye Bye.
