Monday Coaching Call Facilitated by Tracy Think Feel Act Cycle Sep 15 2025

Tracy leads a weekly reset using the Becoming Self-Made planner. Participants pick focus areas across eight life categories, choose one meaningful win per focus, brain dump their to-dos, and schedule wins into calendar white space. A Q&A covers applying the practice while traveling.
Good morning.
I'm here too. I just was being noisy and didn't know when the call would start.
Oh, how are you, Dirk?
Doing good. How's Tracy?
I'm doing good. We just got home from our international trip, let's see, 10 hours ago, 11 hours ago. So trying to like recalibrate myself right now.
I hear you.
But it's so good to be home. Oh my gosh. I'll give it just a couple minutes, let everybody get in here. Okie dokie.
Some scratch paper because I forgot my notebook.
Oh, that's okay. Yeah, I think sometimes just hearing the prompts and writing them down is super helpful. If I don't always have my book. Just some, you know, getting myself to some high quality questions to ask myself is super helpful and it always changes my perspective. So hope here comes more people. Morning crazy.
Yeah, it is so nice to be home. Sleep in our own bed. I don't think my bed has ever felt so comfy ever.
That's what dad said, huh? Meatball, it's good to see you. Meatball is looking all over the place for you.
I'm so excited to come get him. I wish he was here last night, but he will be sleeping in my bed tonight. Non negotiable.
Yeah, it's funny how he is like right next to my feet like when I went to let them out this morning. You know, usually he like runs ahead but he is like right here. Like don't leave me, don't leave me.
Sad, distraught. If you want to stay on a couple minutes after this call, mom, so we can just finalize our.
I can't, I have another. I have a 10 o' clock call.
Okay, goes.
It only goes till 10:30 so I could get on at 10:30.
I will be on my other call.
Okay. Probably.
We'll see.
Okay, here comes Jen Truman.
Good morning. How was the past weekenderk?
Refreshing.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's good. And I, I think she's dealing with it better than I thought. She, she had a couple of rough days. Not, not as rough as we had forecasted, which was good. But then like Sunday afternoon, she was appreciative of all the good times and all the memories and all the things we did together and you know, really seemed like she was accepting it. So.
That's great.
Yeah.
And it felt good for you. You felt like it was the right choice.
Yeah. I feel like I'm getting back to myself. I feel like I lost quite a bit of myself in trying to find a happy medium between our two lifestyles it was a one sided thing. So. Yeah, yeah, I heard from several family members and friends, like, you know, you weren't, you weren't yourself. And it's like. Yeah, I, I realized that a little, a little late, but I did realize it and.
Well, I think, I think also give yourself some grace. Like you were super intentional that entire relationship. Like the, from start to finish, you were super intentional. You were always checking in with yourself. You were always looking for ways that you could make it work for the both of you. And I don't think that's like anything to feel bad about or to feel like you wasted time on. I think it was a really good learning experience for you and you learned so much about yourself and also what you want in a future relationship. And so I think overall, even though it's not the easy decision, I think that you definitely made the right decision. Especially if like you're only a week out of it and you're feeling really refreshed from, you know, this new transition.
Yeah, it's, it was just all the little things piling up, you know, the last minute plans and the, her stuff from work and her stuff from her family that she would bring over to, to me just to, you know, get it off her chest and like that weighs a lot on, on the other person. I don't know. Some people realize that.
Yeah. Yeah. Well, good. I'm glad to hear that you're doing well with that.
Yeah. So gonna, gonna try to get some, some of my own habits in, in check that have been going astray for far too long and hopefully that'll make me feel even more refreshed.
Yeah, absolutely.
All right, well, we'll go ahead and get started. So this is the Monday reset call. And we do this every single week in an attempt to really get you set up for success. And we use the Becoming self made daily planner to do that. And so there's a process, a method to, to setting yourself up for success. And what we do is every single Monday we come in here and we come alongside of you to make sure that you fully understand how to utilize, maximize these tools. So whether last week was a win, whether it was a complete whirlwind like it was for Gracie and I, or maybe it was a total wash. It doesn't matter. You showed up today and that said says everything. So our theme for today is you don't need a new you. We talked about this a couple months ago where we talked about this belief that we need to be fixed. And that belief does not serve Us. So I want to take that and kind of run with it. And I really want you to try on the thought that. That you don't need to create a new you. You just need a new way to see yourself. You need a new perspective. Right? We're not here to hustle for worthiness. We're here to create clarity and control and confidence. And it happens one intentional step at a time. So this is the process that we use to. To do that. So first thing I want you to do, just getting all these texts from people saying that we're coming or. Okay, so the first thing I want you to do is reconnect with your bigger vision. So look back at the goals that you've set. If you don't have your book, just think about, what are your current goals. I want you just to take a really big, deep breath and reconnect to why you're here. What kind of person are you becoming? Think about that. What kind of person am I becoming? Who is it that I aspire to be? What will my future self thank me for doing this week? This is such a good question. I was telling Dirk before the call started. Even if you don't have your book that you're working from, just high quality questions that you can ask yourself can be incredibly helpful. What will my future self thank me for doing this week? What would feel powerful, honest, and aligned? What is it that I want to accomplish that would make me feel powerful, honest, and aligned? This is going to be these. These answers to those prompts are going to be the anchor for everything that you decide today and you plan. Anybody have any questions or anybody want to share anything? When I ask myself those questions, I feel like I'm, and I obviously, very metaphorically, I feel like I'm back home. I feel like, all right, I'm very grounded. I'm ready to go. I'm back in that mind space of deciding ahead of time what is it that I want. When you're on vacation, you kind of tend to just let everything unfold for you and you don't probably make as many decisions with intention and that I'm so used to making so many decisions with intention that are very steeped in my goals and in alignment, that it is a little rattling when you're on vacation to not do that. So it feels so good to be back in this place, ready to make some decisions about my upcoming week. That is. That feels powerful and honest and aligned. Okay, so we have those life categories. It can be really helpful to peruse those if you can't come up with any goals. I want you to just revisit those focus wheel categories. There's career and work, finance, relationships, contribution and giving your physical environment, fun and recreation, personal growth, and your health and wellness. So ask yourself, is my current focus still aligned with what I value most? If your current focus is on your finances, is that aligned with what it is that you value most? What area maybe is calling for more attention this week? We just got back from vacation and our health and wellness. Even though we were on the go the whole time, we probably could have eaten a little bit better. Maybe that's an area that you want to focus on. Maybe that's an area that needs a little bit more attention this week. Ask yourself, where am I unintentionally avoiding progress? That can be a helpful question to answer when you're trying to find areas of focus. Where am I unintentionally avoiding progress? And remember that you're not married to some static plan. This reset call every single week. Whether you come to this call or you reset in more of a self coaching session, it should be because you're not married to any static plan. You're in a relationship with your growth. That means that you get to adjust when life calls for it. So reminding yourself of the areas of focus that you currently have set your sights on, asking yourself, who is it that I'm becoming? What will my future self thank me for doing this week? And what would feel powerful, honest and aligned to accomplish? Just want you to get grounded in those areas of focus so that you have a better launching pad, a better springboard to reset from. Now. Now you've looked at those areas. I want you to now ask yourself, what is one win that I can intentionally commit to? So for every area of focus that you have for this week, it doesn't matter if it's one or if it's three. I want you to turn intention into action. I want you to write down one clear win that would feel great to accomplish by the end of this week. Not 10 things, just one meaningful move forward in any category in any of your focus areas. So you might have a focus on your finances, you might have a focus on your relationships, you might have a focus on your health and wellness. One meaningful move forward for each area of focus. So for your health it might be going to the gym three times before Friday. For personal growth it might be finishing the next chapter inside or the next module inside your coaching course. In business it might be reaching out to a new client. Pick the win that moves the needle, not the one that just feels the easiest. I want you to really focus on progress. Pick the win that's going to help you make the most progress, not the one that feels the easiest. Anybody need any help? Anybody need any suggestions? Okay, so now I want you to take those wins that you've come up with. Whether it's one or four doesn't matter. And now we're going to figure out how to. How we're going to block time for them in our calendar. So that's going to require you to answer, when am I actually going to do this? What time of day do I feel most focused? What's likely to get in the way if things aren't scheduled, if things aren't in intentionally planned? It's just a wish, okay? We're not operating from wishes. We're being very intentional. We're revisiting our focus areas. We're revisiting our goals. We're deciding what is the one thing within each of these life categories that's going to move the needle the most. And I want to be clear, this is not just about managing time. This is about managing energy and attention. This is going to let your calendar, your goal planner, your daily planner reflect your priorities, not your distractions. Okay? So those wins, whether it was one or it was four, those get written down on the weekly intention page for those of you who have your book open. I don't know why it keeps saying Janet's still in the waiting room, but I've let her in. Okay, so those, those wins that you've decided on, the ones that are going to make the most, that are going to move the needle the most, those are written into the boxes on the weekly intention sheet under goal one, goal two, goal three, goal four. And then underneath, you are deciding, okay, what actions would I have to take? Now, this is a very strateg, very important component of the reset call. It's breaking down the steps that you would have to take to actually make some progress into really super small steps so that they're very doable so that you're not self sabotaging yourself by creating such a big goal that you don't even know where to start. It can be a big goal, but it also needs to be accompanied by what are the small steps that are so easy it's almost hard not to do. Good morning, Janet. So just to recap, I want you guys to look at your focus wheel, look at the goals that you've been working on. Whether last week was a wash because we didn't do this call or you actually did a self coaching session and you made some progress. Today is our opportunity to reset. So you look at those life areas, those eight life areas, and you decide which area do I want to focus on and what specifically is the goal? What goal is going to move the needle is going to help me become the person that I want to become. That's going to. That my future self is going to thank me for doing. Those goals get written in on the weekly intention sheet along with the actions that are going to support it. Actions are baby steps. They're steps that are so easy, it's hard not to do. Okay, now I want to flip to the weekly to do page. Okay. It's just a page that has all these lines and it says weekly to do. This is where you capture your brain clutter. This is the to do section that we kind of dump out anything else floating around in our mind that typically is unrelated to your goals. This is such a great place to capture all of the chaos. Our brain is not a vault. If we treat it like a vault, we do not leave any room for processing. So I want you to support yourself by using this page and really cleaning out all of that chaos that's just kind of floating in there. Oh, I have this email that I need to send. Oh, I have to return that call. Oh, I have to go run that errand projects around the house that you might need to revisit. This is the mental decluttering space. This is how you keep those small tasks from hijacking your priorities. You kind of give them a home. You fill out these. It's a. It is a living, breathing list that you can add to throughout the week, but it keeps your brain from running wild throughout the week. It becomes a list that you reference each morning. And you ask yourself, where can I fit this in today? Okay, you're doing the heavy lifting on the front end. You're again capturing, okay, this week, what are the goals? What are the small steps that are going to help me progress towards those goals? And then you are also capturing any of the other clutter. Okay, the next step is filling out the reoccurring or things that have already been planned for our week. So I often pull up my digital calendar. Some of you use Outlook, some of you use Google. Whatever you're using, I want you to just peruse what has already been committed for this week. And I want you to write those commitments in each of the daily planners, the daily schedules. So at the top of each Daily planner. There's a place for the date. So we start off with Monday, 9:15. And now just quickly run through the next six days. Tuesday, 9:16. Wednesday 9:17. Thursday 9:18, 15, 16:17. Thursday 9:18. Friday 9:19. Saturday 9:20. Sunday 9:21. I think I got that right. Yeah. And now fill in the blanks of anything that has already been committed. I'll give you a few minutes to take care of that. Okay. So doing this should give you an idea of what kind of white space you have. Okay. What kind of opportunity you have to start scheduling, AKA making decisions about what's going to get done and when and where. You might have space that you wouldn't have planned for otherwise had you not done this. So this obvious open space allows you to schedule in some of these action steps that are going to get you closer to your goal and take care of some of those weekly to do's, some of those tasks that are cluttering up your mind. So now that you can see the white space, I want you to turn back to the weekly intentions and to that weekly to do and ask yourself, where can I take care of some of these things? I now can see where the white space is. What can I intentionally schedule into this white space? Anybody have any questions? Okay, now the next step is super important. This is what is going to make all of these things non negotiables. When you decide what it is that you are going to be doing and at what time. The best practice is just also deciding how it is that you're going to be feeling that is going to make that as good as done. So on each one of your daily planners you'll see the left hand side is your space to schedule out the tasks. The right hand side is for you to make decisions about how it is you're going to be thinking and feeling. That is what makes this as good as done. People do not typically take the time to decide ahead of time how it is that they're going to be thinking and feeling about the tasks that are on their to do list or that are on their daily schedule. So I want you to ask yourself, pick up, pick one event that's showing up on your schedule Today. Today, Monday, 9:15. Pick an event and ask yourself, how do I want to be feeling at that moment? Today is my son's 26th birthday and so Gracie's coming over this afternoon. We're going to take him out to lunch and celebrate him. So if that's the event that I want to pick, I ask myself how do I want to feel at noon today when we take him out to lunch? As you can see, that's not a super dramatic, doesn't have to be super significant. It can be something that's, you know, fun. It can be something that for some people could be insignificant. Just pick an event and ask yourself, how do I want to feel? If you need help with feelings, you can turn to page 32 and page 33. Self made feelings. You can also reference your bookmarks. I know a lot of us when we ask ourselves, how do I want to feel? We typically come up with three to five feelings. Good, Happy, joyful, right? There's so many emotions that are available to you. And by doing this exercise, you'll expand your vocabulary in the emotions that are also available to you. Do you want to feel grateful? Do you want to feel loving, compassionate, understanding, Connected, Empowered, Assured, Open, Innovative, Brave, Resilient, Content. Clear, trusting, optimistic, creative, courageous, Peaceful, Aligned, Faith. How do you want to feel at that moment? It's your choice. Nobody else gets to make this choice for you. You get to choose. And then once you've chosen how it is that you want to feel, we're not going to just leave it there. We're going to support ourselves by deciding what it is we will be thinking that will create that feeling. If we don't do that step, then it just becomes an emotion that's written into a. A blank space on a book. We want to support ourselves by deciding how it is that we will be thinking that will actually create the feeling that we want. If you wanted to feel calm, maybe the thought is one thing at a time. If you wanted to feel confident, maybe the thought is, I have a plan and I trust myself to follow it. So now you decide what it is that you would be thinking in order to feel that way. That also is part of the exercise on page 32 and 33. I did supply you with some intentional thoughts that create self made feelings. And there is also a column where you can write in your own thoughts that create those feelings so that you're not redeveloping the wheel every single week. Recreating the wheel that you actually have the thoughts that work for you. And now I want you to do this exact same thing for two more events today. And I know some of you do not live by calendars and that's okay. But I promise you there are activities, there are events that you will be engaged in today. Even if today is a day that you plan to stay home and watch tv, that's fine. Watching TV can be an event. Getting up and brushing your teeth can be an event. Making lunch for yourself. They don't have to be significant, but they certainly can be. Maybe it's showing up for a group coaching call or getting through a module inside of the Dating with Gracie program. I just want you to pick the three events that decide ahead of time how you want to feel as you are engaged with that event, and what it is that you'd have to be thinking that will create that feeling. This is the way to making progress towards your goals. Deciding what are my goals? Revisiting every single week, what are my goals? That's probably the number one reason why people don't accomplish their goals. Because they set them and then they forget about them. They never revisit them. So resetting your week with a reminder of what your goals are is a great best practice. And then making sure that the actions that you're going to be taking that are going to help you progress towards those goals, making sure that those are scheduled somewhere into your week, and then deciding how it is that you're going to be thinking and feeling as you take those actions. Create a plan, a strategy that is as good as done. But you got to do the work. You got to set aside some time every single week to do this work. And that's why we create this call so we can come alongside of you and support you in this practice. Anybody have any questions? Okay. So as you step into the week ahead, I want you to remember, you don't need more hustle, you need more alignment. You don't need a new identity. You just need to see yourself clearly. So the challenge for this week is to do one thing that your future self will thank you for. Just one, and I want you to track it, because you're always building something, whether you're doing it with intention or not. So let's build with purpose. That is how you launch your week with success. If you did this work last week, you can also reflect on that work. You can ask yourself, what worked well about last week? What didn't work? What will I do differently this week? That is also another component of the reset that can support you in really creating a very strategic week ahead. Any questions? Now that we've done this quite a few times with everyone, we're starting to see that we can start to condense this call, which is great. I'm not trying to monopolize people's days because I know several of you, especially on Mondays, have several calls with me. So if we can get this call down to a 30 minute call. I think that's great. And I hopefully it'll attract more people because it's not such a commitment. But I also want to make sure that nobody has any questions.
I have a question.
Hey, Evan, how are you?
Hey. Doing well. Sorry, my hair is totally crazy. So I'm staying off camera this morning. Just waking up a little slow on Monday.
Come on.
So I have a question and I think you and Gracie might be well equipped to answer it based on your travel, your recent trip, which I hope y' all both enjoyed thoroughly. Do you do this exercise when you're out of town on vacation? And if so, how do you stay intentional to stay in those rhythms? It's. Yeah, I always bring it with me and I always bring my books and sometimes it just kind of, you know, falls by the wayside. And then two weeks have gone by and I haven't really, you know, you know, I'm finding myself back in Richmond, back, having to get in the rhythms again and choosing to do that.
Yeah, that's such a good question. It really, for me, it depends on what kind of vacation I'm on. So this last trip, which was over 10 to 12 days, I had went ahead and I filled out like the, the days that we were going to be gone. And if I had something that, you know, I knew I was committed to during that day, which there weren't very many. I think out of the 12 days I only had two days where I was committed to doing something. And for example, it was editing a podcast and watching a training video. And so I knew when I was going to do that on the trip. And so that was it. Out of all 12 days, there were only two things that I was committed to doing. Outside of that, it was very kind of free flowing. And so I only use this planner in a very limited capacity. Now when I'm like on a road trip or we're like heading to a conference, I know that there's going to be a lot more things. I'm not just going to be winging it. Like there's way more, you know, things scheduled. I bring it and I live by it. I will say that on this trip there was one day where I was just feeling really kind of blah and I don't know, I was feeling very out of sorts. And so I grabbed the book. Cause I did bring it with me and I grabbed my book and I just did a self coaching session. And so what that looked like is I flipped to the brain dump page and I first asked myself, okay, what is it that I'm feeling right now? And it was just kind of a kind of blue, like just really blah. And I couldn't quite put my finger on what it was that I was feeling. So I went to the self sabotaging feelings on page 26 and I perused those. Am I feeling overwhelmed? Am I feeling fatigued? Am I feeling worried? Am I feeling irritated? Am I feeling discouraged? Like I just sit and I keep asking myself those questions, what is it that I'm feeling? Because when you can pinpoint what it is that you're feeling, you'll be able to more closely land on what it is that you're thinking. And that thought can have self sabotaging consequences. So that's why I do this, is because I don't want that to get away from me. So when I notice that I'm not feeling the way I want to be feeling, I go through a little self coaching session to find out a what is it that I'm feeling and why? And then I just do a little free write on that. So the question is, what is it that I'm. What I'm feeling? Maybe it's discouraged. Now I ask myself why? What am I thinking that is creating the that vibration that's running through my body? Maybe it's I expected more and I'm feeling a little let down. Okay, nothing. There's no shame in that. There's so much power in knowing what thoughts unintentionally are running through this head. And now I can ask myself, is that even true or is that a helpful thought or is there a better feeling thought that I could be thinking right now that will not have self sabotaging consequences. That's how I really support myself on vacation or otherwise is by really becoming clear, gaining clarity on how it is that I'm feeling and why. And from there I can continue to self coach and maybe come up with a better feeling thought. Maybe the new thought is that's okay, I'm feeling discouraged and that's okay. That also creates a sense of relief, which is another feeling that probably is not going to have self sabotaging consequences. So I literally do not leave home without this. But if I'm being honest, I wouldn't say that I'm in it every single day. But I have become, because I've done this work for so long, I have become pretty good at doing self coaching sessions, even on the fly. And that's all it looks like is how am I feeling and why? If I Can put pen to paper and like, really journal. I typically yield better results from it. But even if I'm just doing it as I'm walking through my day, that too can be really helpful. Gracie, do you have any comments on that?
Yeah, I definitely think it depends on the type of trip. Like you were saying. I feel like there's definitely trips that we go on. If they're business related, I am. I'm always doing it. But if they're for like, like, pleasure, fun, whatever. Like this last trip, I didn't even bring my book. But what I'll tell you is that I definitely feel like I feel more grounded when I do have it. So, like, coming back last night and then waking up this morning, I felt like almost a sense of like, peace. Like usually I feel like. Or like before having this book, I feel like coming back from a trip would feel very chaotic. It would feel very overwhelming. Like, oh, my God, there's so much to catch up on. There's so many things to do. There's so many. Like, we were just gone for so long. But I honestly felt like getting up this morning and having the book, it just. It felt like almost like grounding, like, I know I'm going to be able to, like, look at all of this, organize my week, like, get really, like, grounded and on track and all those things. And so really what I would say is, like, this tool is meant for you. It's meant for you to decide what works best for you. And if having it on your trips is helpful and like, really keeps you thinking and feeling the way that you want to throughout things that even are fun and exciting for you. Because I have brought it on trips that are trips with friends or whatever. And even just deciding ahead of time, even with the friends that I'm excited to see and spend time with and just deciding ahead of time. I want to feel very present or I want to feel very interested. It's like the little reminders that sometimes you forget to give yourself of. Like, the point of this is to connect with the people that you're with or whatever it is that you want it to be. Maybe it's to connect with yourself. Maybe it's to learn something about yourself. Maybe it's just to, like, get away and have time for yourself, whatever it is. I think having a tool like this can be super beneficial when you're on vacations like that. But also it's meant to be a tool that is used to your benefit. So if you're somebody like, like this last trip of Ours. I fully went into it, like, I just want to think about nothing. I want to think about, like, no business. I want to think about, like, I don't even want to think about the things that we're doing on this trip. Like, I just want to be. I just want to be there. And. And so I didn't really have any intentions of. Of being very mindful or being planned out or, like, deciding how I wanted to feel. I just wanted to be there. So. But coming back, I felt really at peace, like, knowing that I was going to have this tool, knowing that I was going to get to come back and, like, and get organized again after the trip. So I think it's intended to use how you think you'll benefit most. And I don't think it's. It should be used as a tool to be like, ah, I didn't bring my book this weekend, or I should have had my book with me on this vacation, or I should have planned this out better. It's like, no, no, no. If that's. If that's how you feel, if you feel like you could have been more intentional or you would have benefited from being more intentional, good to know now, you know, for the next vacation that maybe having the book is. Is something that would benefit you. Maybe it's something good to try.
Yeah, so it really.
Yeah, no, that's good. I just. Yeah, I was also gone for like a month in California, and so. And my mom and I drove across the country and she's leaving today. And so it's just been. I feel like, you know, love having family around and being around everybody. But also probably now that I'm thinking out loud, indicator that I probably need to at least have it just to have, when I'm on a trip that that's that lengthy, just to have some sort of a structure and carve out time for myself because I'm kind of like, okay, like I've, you know, giving myself the grace of, let's enjoy the moment, let's be in it, let's enjoy the trip. And also there's probably some element where things could be enhanced if I am a little bit more intentional with my time.
100%.
Yeah.
That's a good way to look at it.
Yeah. I think looking at it from a perspective of, like, this is a tool to help enhance what it is that I want for this trip. Like, it's not. I don't think it should be looked at as like a chore or something that you need to hold yourself to. It's like if you're realizing that there's opportunity for this to be better or more meaningful or more intentional and. And you want to take it, then yeah, I think using it on a future trip, like maybe even just trying it out for a future trip could be beneficial for you.
Yeah.
Yeah, Absolutely.
Great question. Yeah. And it's kind of funny how, you know, we have these thoughts. I could probably be enjoying this a little bit more. And there's a little bit of a punitive tone to that. Like, you know, a punishing, like I should be doing something that I'm not doing. Just recognizing that and recognizing how that thought makes you feel can be a game changer. And then with baked into that is like a suggested or a deeply desired feeling. I could be enjoying this more. Okay. If I want to create more joy in these moments or what is it that I would have to be aware of? What is it that I would have to be thinking? What is it that I'd have to be aligned with? Like, those are the questions to be asking yourself. And for me personally, writing it down really makes it more concrete for me. So that's why it's helpful to have this book. But even if I was on a trip without the book and I had that thought, you know, I'd really like to be enjoying this more or I should be enjoying this more, I would probably realize that I was feeling a little burdened by that thought. Like it was like I said, a little punitive. And that in and of itself is going to help me to shift a little bit. Like, okay, why am I beating myself up? Like, why am I putting pressure on myself to enjoy this more? And what is it that I could be thinking that would actually like enhance this experience? And now I can be done, like that can be how quick and concise that little self coaching session and it can yield like mind blowing results. At the end of the day, you will literally look back and go, that 10 minutes that I sat there and had that little self coaching session made such a huge difference. My day unfolded so entirely different because I asked myself those questions on the front end. The book is just a tool to help you kind of either you know, make it a little bit more concrete or to, you know, schedule or plan. You don't need to have that. Really. The value is in this heightened sense of awareness. And that can be done on the fly for sure. So that is such a good question, Evan. Thank you so much for asking it. Hopefully that's helpful for everyone. Anybody else have any other questions? Okay. Well, we will be back here next week, next Monday doing the same thing. I encourage you guys to show up to the coaching calls that you have access to. This is, again, a tool that can really provide insight into areas that you could get coached on in a group coaching session. You can be the person in the hot seat, or you can be a person that is just kind of watching from afar. I promise you there's value from both perspectives. So I would really encourage you to show up to those calls. And if you're somebody who feels like they would, you know, gain more from a one on one session, I would encourage you to get one of those. So. And I know I have a lot of you on my calendar this upcoming week, and I'm super excited to see all of you. So thank you so much for being here. And if you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out. All right, good to see everyone. Take care.
Bye, guys.
Gracie, I do have a few minutes. I'll just give you a call.
