Monday Reset Call Feb 3 2025

Tracy Pleschourt leads a group call where participants check in, then work through setting weekly intentions. Review copies of her book just arrived at Amazon. She walks through rating last week's awareness on a 1-5 scale and rewriting up to four goals using SMART templates from pages 18-24.

Morning. Hi. Good morning. How's it going? It's going all right. Waking up. Yeah, I know. Me too. Hey, Anna. Good morning. How are you? I'm doing great. How are you? I'm good. I'm hanging in there. Awesome. This E right here, this whole thing is. Is on a canvas, so all of it is, like, individual frames on one big canvas. I have no problems with any of it except for the E. It comes, like, unglued or whatever the tape is. Doesn't hold in one corner, and so it just falls and it drives me. I see it in my background at some point during our call today. We'll keep an eye on it. Yeah. Hey, Linda. Hi, everybody. Hi. Hello. Oh, Gracie texted me. We. It snowed here last night, and so she decided it's easier on Mondays if she comes prior to the call, because we have a bunch of calls back to back, and then we have our podcast and stuff like that. So she told me last night she was going to be here before the call, and then she text this morning. She's like, and it snowed and traffic is not moving, so gonna be a few minutes late, but we'll get started without her. One more minute. It sounds like Gracie is missing home now. I'd like to think so. Yeah. I take the pulse on that every so often. I'm like, okay, enough is enough. Are you ready to move home yet? Looks at me like, no chance. Yeah, I miss her desperately, I'm sure. I just went out into the kitchen and got some coffee. My son was in the. In the kitchen. He said, I'm working from home today because of the snow. So I still got one of them. And it is totally one of those grass. Grass is always greener on the other side. Because then I have my moments when I'm like, okay, when are you moving out? Yeah, we had probably, like, 3 inches of snow so far. And I'm just like, that was dumb. That was a dumb winter. But. Oh, the whole winter. Yeah. Oh, yeah. But apparently the groundhog saw his shadow yesterday, so I'm happy about that, if you believe in groundhog lore. Yeah, But. But then I reflect, and I'm like, well, you know, one of Matt's dream's jobs is in Minnesota, but I'm not ready to move there yet, but I want the winter, but I want to live close to New York. Like, we just need to sneak fashion together. Yeah. Or just move to upstate New York. What do you want? Right. Right. Yeah, we. I think we're supposed to have, like, a true wintry week this week. Last week it was cold, it was very windy, and we didn't have any snow. And this week it's supposed to be. We're supposed to have flurries all week, so. Oh, fun. Yeah. Yeah. All right, I'll go ahead and I'll keep letting people in as we move through here. So this is our reset call. This is the call that is here to support you in setting the stage for an optimal week. Okay. And so we do that by reflecting on last week, and we do that by referencing either the worksheet or the book, whichever one you're working from. Super good news. The books arrived at Amazon this week and the the books that are were meant for review purposes, made it to Amazon. I got a box because those are being professionally photographed. So we're just a couple of weeks away from the remaining order hitting the Amazon warehouses, and we'll all be working from the same book. But I'm going to go ahead and share my screen so that we have a reference point. So we start by reflecting on the past week. What worked, what didn't work, and what will we do differently? Okay. And you can easily come to those kind of conclusions by looking at what were your intentions? Okay. Looking at your goals. Looking at your intentions. So flipping back to the weekly intentions that you set last week, right at the very top of that sheet, there should be your goals listed. What is it that you had in mind? What were your priorities? What were some of the actions? How many of those actions have check marks next to it? Just quickly look, kind of peruse through that and answer the questions. What worked well, what didn't work? And what will you do differently? And then, as you can see at the bottom, there's a place to actually rate your week on a scale of 1 to 5. 1. Not at all. 5. Highly aware. How aware of the sabotaging feelings and thoughts and the thoughts that were causing them. How aware were you of those sabotaging thoughts and feelings? And how much control do you feel like you have over the progress towards your goals? Don't overthink this part, you guys. These can be one small sentence. Answers. I did this this morning before we started, and I just kind of took a quantifiable of how many times did I go play pickleball? How many times did I strength train? How many times did I connect with my family and how much money did I make? Those were the quantifiables that I just kind of assessed to be able to answer these questions. Now, there's obviously a lot of activity, a lot of actions that go into those goals, but those were my primary goals. And so I just quickly answer the questions, what worked? What didn't work? And what am I going to do different based on my gut reaction? So from there, we go into the weekly intentions. And that's the sheet that you see. You can see my screen. Correct. Okay. So from there, now we do the weekly intentions for this week. So for starters, just fill in the date. Today's February 3rd. Your goals. This is a place for you to rewrite your goals. Again, we have no more than four goals. If you need to refresh your memory, pages 18 through 24, if you're in the book or the goals workshop, we had those smart goal worksheets. This is where you rewrite those.
