Monday Reset Call May 12 2025

Tracy Pleschourt leads a group coaching call through the Becoming Self Made weekly reset process. Participants reflect on what worked and didn't work, rate themselves on awareness and control, then pick up to four focus areas with micro-actions. The core idea: decide how you want to think and feel while executing your goals, then schedule the work instead of just listing it.

How was your weekend? It was good. How about yours?
Oh, exhausting.
Why is that?
Oh, well, last weekend, we got our entire lawn back in front, and so it's just been watering the lawn twice a day. But then yesterday we had some residual stuff that we needed to finish up.
And.
So it's just, you know, another project, but.
Right.
But it's good. We got a lot done and, you know, went to Home Depot and bought Mom a bunch of flowers for Mother's Day. And she plants and.
Yeah, she. I know she lives with you. Does she help a lot around the house? Just like.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
She's.
She cooks dinner and, you know, because we're both still kind of working around that time.
Yeah.
But she loves gardening, and so I just kind of, you know, give her that pleasure and give her something to do. And we go and buy plants, flowers, so she'll be out there. Like, I went outside, and she was pulling up weeds in our backyard. I'm like, what are you doing?
Oh, my God, that's huge.
So she has probably about a thousand sunflower seeds that she bought, and so we built her some planner boxes a couple weeks ago, and, you know, so she has a place to put them and.
Oh, very cool. But it's exhausting.
Yeah. How about you?
How was your mother's. Happy Mother's Day.
Yeah. Thank you. Yeah, we. We got up early and went to my nephew's soccer game out at Holy. Or I guess that wouldn't matter to you if you don't know where Holy Angels is, but.
Oh, I know that place.
No, in, like, the Dinah area. And so we went and watched him play, and then we went and had brunch on the patio. We had brought our dogs, so we went and had brunch and then came home and hung out because it was pretty hot here yesterday. It was, like, almost. I think it was in the 90s. Oh, wow. Yeah. And Gracie and her boyfriend Daniel arranged for our family and his family to play pickleball at, like, 3. So it was pretty hot. It. Thankfully, it was still a little windy. Yeah. So we went and did that, and then we had dinner with all of them, so it was a full day. It was really fun, though. It was an awesome, awesome day.
Yeah, that sounds good.
Yeah. My vacuum cleaner died on me over the weekend, actually, last week. And I'm like, I got to a week without being able to vacuum. Like, oh, we have to get a new vacuum cleaner. So I did all of the research on, you know, best vacuums in 2025. And trying to figure out, hi.
Okay, you bought one of those sharks, you know, like the tall and they're detachable and.
Yeah.
We also have a Dyson that we bought used probably like a decade ago and the thing is still killing it, but we needed something lighter and that thing just rocks. It's really.
Yeah. We ended up getting the Dyson. Oh, cool. Dyson V15. And I had. I had done a lot of research and so it was so interesting. I know we've got a bunch of people on here. I think it's. I think it's all women. So you guys all find this interesting. The Dyson V15, it's cordless and you charge it and it'll hold a charge for, I don't know, probably 45 minutes. But I always thought like, anything cordless was not going to have near as enough suction. Probably wouldn't do as good of a job. But I kept reading all these reviews and I mean, hands down that Dyson V15 was far and away everybody's favorite. And So I use ChatGPT to do a cost comparison at all the retailers. It was 7.99 on Dyson.com, 7.99 at Target. Best Buy was running a deal for Mother's Day for 200 off. Yeah. And then. So we were going to go to Best Buy and pick it up. All of a sudden I'm like, that's weird that Costco and Sam's Club didn't come up. So. So I got online with Sam's Club. 799. Got online with Costco. 5:25.
Nice.
Yeah. Yeah. And it's like, it was like their big, like, door buster thing yesterday or Saturday. So it was sitting right at the front. Yeah. So we got it home, got it charged, and that thing is unbelievable. Like we had a shark that kind of pooped out on us and I thought that thing did a good job.
Yeah. No, the Dysons are insane.
Yeah.
That's why. That's why we never let go of ours. You know, we just need something quick and dirty. We'll get the shark out. But if we need more power. And like I said, our Dyson is like a decade old and the thing just keeps going.
Yeah. Amazing. So I wonder, for a vacuum cleaner. Yeah. I wonder if Best Buy.
Because Best Buy, I know Costco. You have to log in to see their prices.
Exactly. Yep.
I wonder if that's the paywall and everything must be.
Yeah.
Nice.
So welcome, everyone. This is our weekly reset call. We're using the Becoming Self made goal planner and all and the weekly like worksheets that are inside of it. We also have the worksheets downloadable as a PDF inside the membership. So no problem if you're not using the book, but you can get that on Amazon if you want it. I find it to be an amazing tool to stay intentional. And if you're somebody who feels like you just can't quite get your arms around your goals or you can't get your arms around any one particular like to do and you feel like, you know, you can't get focused, this is what I recommend is becoming intentional. Deciding ahead of time what is it that you want. Deciding how you're going to get there, what are the actions you're going to take, and then deciding ahead of time how it is that you're going to be thinking and feeling as you execute. So that is the big differentiator between our process and any other goal planning day planning process is that we don't only decide where it is we're going to be and what it is we're going to be doing, we decide how it is we're going to be thinking and feeling, which is the game changer. If you decide ahead of time when the stakes are low, it changes everything because you're actually asking yourself the question like how do I want to feel? What would I have to be feeling to think that way? So you're not taking just some affirmation that isn't believable to you and writing it down. You're actually doing the work to internalize that question. How is it that I want to be feeling? We give you all the tools, we give you lots and lots and lots of choices of emotions and then we ask you, okay, if you were feeling this way at any given time, what is it that you would be believing? So a great hack for that is it's. Let's just say you want to feel compassionate. Think back to the last time you were feeling that way, what is it that you were thinking about? That's a great hack to pull forward. Just decide, okay, at three o' clock this afternoon when I'm heading into a meeting with my kids teacher and I want to feel compassionate, this is the way I need to be thinking. So you do that while the stakes are low. So that intellect is high, emotions are low. If you do it in the moment, you risk emotions being high. And when emotions are high, intellect is low. Okay, so there is a very good strategy to this process that I want to make sure that everybody understands not Only the what it is that we're doing, but why we're doing it. It's always helpful for me to retain information if I understand the why behind it. So as we go through this process, we're going to start with what it is we do at the week level, the weekly level. Then we're going to break it down to the daily protocol. At any point I want you to ask questions like, can you clarify that? Can you give me another example? Here's what I've got going on. Can you help me with the steps in accordance to, in the context of my situation? That's what this call is meant for, is so that when you get off this call, you feel like tomorrow you can crack open your book or grab your worksheet and you can do this without us. It is so important that you dedicate 10 minutes every single day to decide ahead of time how it is your day is going to unfold. Okay, so today we take an hour and a half and it's to set up the week and to, well, first reflect on last week and then set our intentions for this week and then to actually do Monday's daily schedule together so that you're comfortable doing Tuesday through Sunday on your own. And then we'll meet back here again next Monday. All right, so I'm going to see if I can get my other camera to work here what I want. It did work. Okay. Okay. So this is where we're going to start with a weekly reflection. So we're looking back at the past week and you ask yourself, what worked well this last week? What worked well this last week? So what I recommend doing is flipping through the pages and just jogging your memory about what worked well. Okay. Notice how your brain wants to answer the question what didn't work? Okay, that's totally normal. Our brain is scanning for all of the evidence that it needs to keep us safe. It wants to remind us of all the danger that's out there. So it's always going to start with what didn't work. And we're going to just notice that and we're going to resist the urge to go there and instead we're going to answer the question, what worked well? What we're doing when we do that is we are asking ourselves to state facts, which gets us in high intellect place and a low drama place. Okay? So we're setting ourselves up for success when we do answer the question of what didn't work. But right now we're focused on what worked well. Okay? So if you're somebody who maybe is trying to lose weight, maybe you lost a couple pounds. That's amazing. Maybe you were able to stick to the protocol that you had decided on at least one of the seven days that worked well. Maybe you tried out a new approach. If you are in the dating scene and you wanted to try like an in an in real life situation versus being on a dating app and sometimes it doesn't have to be the outcome doesn't have to be a total win. The outcome doesn't always matter. It's the fact that you tried something new that can be the win. That can be what worked well. Anybody have any questions on that? Okay, now the next question. What didn't work? Well, now we're asking that question again in a very strategic order because right now we're in a high intellect place, low drama. And if we would have answered this question on the front end, we probably would have been high drama, low intellect. Okay, so I want you to state the facts. I want you to just bullet point what didn't work last week. So again, where I go with this is I look at all my to do lists, I look at the things that I had intended to do and see if there's things that just didn't get done that often is just didn't work for me. I like to use bullet points. I don't like to journal this question. I like to just be very factual. All right, the next question, what will I do differently next week? So you know what worked, you know what didn't work and now you want to answer the question, what will I do different this week? Yes, Sarah, I will grab those for you. Gracie, do you have a link to the PDFs? Okay, can you put them in the chat?
Yeah, I will grab them.
For me, typically when I put things in my to do, when I don't schedule things and I'm just like kind of letting them hang out there, typically they don't get done. So this week I'm gonna the things that I have on my to do list, I'm actually going to schedule them. I'm not going to just let them hang, I'm going to schedule them and if I don't get them done, I'm going to, I'm going to look at the next day and I'm going to schedule it and if I don't get it done the next day, I'm going to schedule it for the next day. So it's so much more likely that I'll actually get it done if I, if I Do that. That's what I'm going to do different this week because I've learned the things that aren't getting scheduled that are just kind of hanging out on a to do list, they're not getting done. Okay. I'm not going to beat myself up over that. I'm actually going to, like, celebrate the fact that I learned that about myself, and I'm going to take that forward. All right? And now I want you to rate your week. Okay. So on a scale of 1 to 5, 1. Not at all. 5. Highly aware. How aware of your sabotaging feelings were you? So throughout the week, I don't have a lot checked, so obviously I wasn't super aware.
It doesn't let me.
Yes, it.
It says that admin doesn't allow PDFs, so you probably will have to do it.
Oh, okay. Can you text the link to me?
It's.
Oh, it's.
It's a download.
Okay.
Here I can. It's named BSM Weekly Workbook. So that's how it should be.
Where? In the Google Drive?
No, to your computer. Do you have it in a Google Drive? I only have it in a PDF form.
No problem at all. I'm taking notes. That's okay. I think I can get it. BSM Daily. What?
It's BSM Weekly Workbook is what it's named online. You find it. Otherwise I can put it into a drive.
I did find it. It's not letting me put a PDF in there either.
Okay, I'll put it into a drive and then I'll link it.
Okay. Okay. All right, so now I want you to, after you've rated your awareness of your sabotaging feelings throughout the week, now I want you to rate on a scale of 1 to 5, how much control do you feel you have over the progress towards your goals? Okay, so what we're going for is a feeling of control. So many of us, if we are not being intentional, we feel out of control. Okay, you're here. You're on this call. You are doing. Taking the very first step of being intentional. So this is a step in the direction of feeling in control. But looking back at the week, at the progress over your goals, how much control are you feeling? Okay, there you go, Sarah. It's in the. It's in the chat. And give yourself a score of 1 to 5. The objective here is to meet or exceed week over week. Okay, Next I want you to.
Turn.
To the weekly intentions. Simply put today's date in the right hand corner. And I want you to look at the goals that you are working on in these three months. This book is a three month book. We've set goals. Some of our goals are, some of us have goals that are all related to one big life circumstance. So it could be weight loss and then we would have goals around exercise, we would have goals around nutrition. I mean we might have goals around sleep. I have, I personally have professional goals and finance goals. Okay. So then I break it down into the things that are going to impact those goals. So the podcast, the journals, sponsorship, one on ones. Okay. So you can either, in these places you can either have your goals and, and you might only have one and that's okay, or you could have one goal and you're going to break it down into focus areas related to that goal. Okay. So this can be a little bit customized into how you know what works best for you. This might, you might have your daughter's name. You might then have the place of your employment. You might here have your weight. I want you, but I don't want this to be so random that it has nothing to do with the goals that you set in the front of this book. So often we have to go back to our smart goals and refresh our memory. Okay, what were those? My focus area was health and wellness. The actual goal was losing 10 pounds. Okay, then these were the work that I did early on when I set this goal. These were the things that were going to have to happen in order for me to lose ten pounds in three months. These things can become your like micro areas of focus. So as you can see right here, it was logging the meals and the exercise. You could transfer that. Logging the meals and exercise, drinking eight glasses of water a day, attending a group fitness class three times a week, deciding ahead of time what it is that I'm going to eat. You can break it down into these micro goals if that feels better to you. Or you might have one health and wellness goal, one finance related goal, one professional goal, and one personal goal. Again, this is very customizable to you, but I don't want it to be a complete exit from those goals that you set at the beginning of this three month period. Any questions on that? This I know can be a little bit tricky. Please get clarification. If you're not, let's just say last week you didn't make any progress towards your goals. Work on that. Okay, let's talk about that and let's adjust a little bit so that what you're intending to do this week actually works. For you. So don't hesitate to ask for clarification. Once you've got your four areas of focus, it is up to four areas, I guess I should say. Now, I want you to clearly decide what actions you're going to take inside of those areas of focus. Okay? So you've got the goal. You. You may have up to four areas of focus, four goals. Now, I want you to break those down into steps that are so easy they're hard not to do. That's how you answer the question or you fill in these blanks. What are steps that are so easy it's hard not to do? So on our podcast, I am working on a template so that I don't have to reinvent the wheel every single time. I made a ton of progress last week, but I have a few weeks that I still need to take. Still didn't make. I'm attending a. Like a expert on podcasting. I'm attending his office hours tomorrow. And then today, after we finish recording, I'll start the editing, producing, and posting. These are all the steps that I'm going to take this week to get this podcast done. Okay? I want you guys to break your. Your areas of focus down into steps that are so easy, it's hard not to do. So you want to be really gentle with yourself. Sometimes it looks like looking at my calendar and deciding what time I'm going to do this, like little, tiny baby steps. It. Anybody have any questions on that? Okay, that's the step where we're setting our intentions for the week. So if you have zero intentions to get these things done that you've just listed, take them off your list. Okay. Because this is not meant to be a source of beat down. Often we do that where we get very ambitious and we just start listing all the things that we need to do. This is not the place to do that. The place to do that is in the front of the book. So this is not a capture of all the things that have to get done in order to achieve your goal. That is right here. So if you don't intend to do these things, don't put them on the list. Because this becomes then a source of, like I have to. A source of feeling overwhelmed and burdened. This is meant to be a tool to hold your hand through getting it done. So if you don't intend to do it this week, it just goes on the action steps of the goal. If you do intend to do it this week, then list it. Okay, now turn the page or turn to the weekly to do list. This is a place for you to start a list of all the non goal related things that you want to get done this week. Okay. Often I look back at last week and I figure out what didn't get done. I actually got a lot of it done this week. I know I want to get some wheat sprayed and I want to buy, I want to buy a cushion for the front porch. So far that's all I've got on my list of things to do. It will grow for sure. I want you to have a place that you feel comfortable adding and taking off this list so that you don't have all of your like to dos either just saved in your mind or scattered throughout your house, inside your car, on your texts, in your emails. This is one place where you are collecting all of the things that need to get done. Non goal related. We've just taken care of the goal. This is now all the non goal related making doctors, taking the dog to the vet.
Hey there.
Any other non goal related to do's go on this list? I'll give you a second to get that filled out.
Sarah said best route to add all to do's for each child.
Yeah, I would, I would either if these. It doesn't matter if so a lot of us have goals related to relationships. So those might have been actually on your intentions, your weekly intentions. If not, if these are just like take the kid to the doctor, get them signed up for basketball league, yada, yada yada. Yeah, I would break it down per child. These lists are meant to support you. They're meant to like really be a place where you feel like you can go and get the reminder when we start to store things like in our brain. Our brain is not a vault. Our brain is a processor. And so the reason why things start to feel overwhelming or chaotic is because we're trying to use our brain as a vault. Our brain is a processor. So you want to find a place that acts as the vault and relieve your brain of having to do that. Okay. So yeah, any way that it makes the most sense to you, I would use that sheet. And no shame in transferring week after week. If you're only going to get, you know, one thing per kid done, that's okay. And then next week you list the kids again and you list the things that you want to get done that week. Okay. So it just becomes kind of your secure place to hold all that information. Okay. The next sheet is the brain dump. Now all I do on this is I put today's date 5 12. And I ask myself, how am I feeling? I want you to come back to this sheet every single day. This is your mini self coaching session. Here's how you self coach. You put the date, you ask yourself, how am I feeling right now? Now I self coach every single morning. It is my way of grounding, level setting, finding some peace in a typically pretty chaotic morning. So I carve out 10 minutes for myself every single day to fill out my daily schedule and do my self coaching. I ask myself, how is it that I'm feeling right now? I might be feeling something unwanted. I might be feeling a negative feeling. I may be feeling a positive feeling. If you don't have a large vocabulary of emotions, I recommend looking at. Jeez, I just keep missing it. These emotions right here, listed on pages 32 and 33, these are all the positive emotions, primary and secondary. Gra. Grateful. Appreciative. Thankful. Love. Kind. Compassionate. Empathetic. Understanding. Connected. Maybe you are feeling negative feelings. Perusing these lists of emotions are going to help you come up with the emotion that's vibrating through your body right now. Lonely, vulnerable, Unworthy. Frustrated. There is no shame in feeling any of these emotions. We are meant to to feel them all. The point of this exercise is to get as close as you can to the emotion that you're currently experiencing. Okay, So a lot of us have like a very small vocabulary of emotions. And when somebody asks us, how are you feeling? We come up with good, bad. Okay, fine, right. We have this very small vocabulary. I highly recommend expanding your vocabulary of emotions. We also have the bookmark inside the book. This is all of the motivating emotions, the, I guess a lot of people would say positive emotions. So perusing these, asking yourself, like, how often do I feel compassionate? How often do I feel curious? What does that feel like? Where do I feel it in my body? All of that expands your vocabulary. You do have these emotions. You just might not know that. That's what it's called. Right? So today on 5 12, right now, how are you feeling? Simply write the emotion next to the date and if your answer is, I don't know, it's just kind of, I'm just there. Okay, find a word for that. Is it neutral? Okay, once you have your word, now I want you, your emotion that you're feeling now I want you to ask yourself the question, why? Why am I feeling that way? The answer is the thought that you're thinking, it might be very subconscious, it might be buried. Keep asking yourself, why? Why am I feeling that? It okay, congratulations. You just did a mini self coaching session. All it is is better understanding yourself. It's taking a few minutes every single day to better understand yourself. Why is it that you're experiencing any vibration at any moment? Most of us think feelings happen to us. That is not true. Feelings happen because of us, because we're thinking something, because we're believing something. That's how feelings are created. They're created from our thoughts, from our beliefs. That is when you come to that conclusion, when you really believe that, then you start realizing how much control you have over your day, over your week, over your life. These mini self coaching sessions are meant to heighten your awareness around that. Okay, next step. I want you to turn the page or find the worksheet that is your daily planner. Okay. First thing I do is I just go through the whole week and I date it. Monday 5 12. Tuesday 5 13. Wednesday 5 14. Thursday 5 15. Friday 5 16. Saturday 5 17. Sunday 5 18. Okay. And as you can see, I also add in any appointments that as of right now, I know are going to happen on the week ahead. So I'll give you a few minutes to take care of that. Look at your calendars, look at your phone, anywhere that you've got commitments. Transfer that, transfer them onto these sheets, onto these daily planners. And I want you to put the time and what it is that you have committed to. I like to kind of spread out my day so I can clearly see where the white space is. So I don't. Do you know if I have an appointment at nine and then another one at noon and another one at three? I don't take the top three lines. I spread that out so I can see the white space that I have. I also at the top, I don't know if you noticed but like we have a birthday in our family this week. So underneath the date on Thursday I wrote Sam's birthday. I always anything that's like special about the day, I usually write that right underneath the date. Just a little thing that I do that's really helpful for those of you who came on after, after we started. This part of the reset call is the most counterintuitive part. This is so different than most day planning type techniques. Other day planners will have you deciding where it is that you're going to be at what time or what it is you're going to be doing at what time. And although we do capture that, what we do that makes this very different and very, very intentional is we take it one step further and we Decide how it is that we're going to be thinking and feeling ahead of time. So right now we're planning out the remainder of our day. Today, Monday, May 12th. And what we're going to do is once we have today's schedule in front of us, now we're going to decide. We're going to pick three events. We're going to pick either three events from today's schedule. Maybe we take an event or two from our daily to do list. Maybe we pick up one of our goals, but something that is significant to us to our day. We pick three events. Okay, so the easiest thing is just to transfer find three events. Maybe you have an upcoming meeting with your boss. Maybe you're breaking a 36 hour fast. Maybe this evening you have a FaceTime scheduled with somebody that you've been talking to on a dating app. Okay, Maybe it's going for a walk with your significant other. They don't have to be significant in the, in the context of like some major life event. It's just got to be significant to you. Okay, so just pick three events, transfer them over to those three boxes. Look at event one. Ideally, my event is the podcast. I'm recording the podcast around noon. At noon, ideally, how do I want to be feeling? I use my bookmark a thousand times a day. I ask myself, how do I want to be feeling at noon when I'm recording that podcast? Do I want to feel joy? Do I want to feel hopeful? Do I want to feel curious? Do I want to feel fulfilled? Do I want to feel resilient? What makes the most sense for me? Ideally, how is it that I want to be feeling? I know this feels very unconventional. Nobody has ever probably asked you, how do you want to be feeling as you sit down behind the desk and have a meeting with an employee. Most people never go there. But this is how you become self made. This is how you create self made days. And self made lives is when you decide ahead of time how it is that you want to be feeling. This is how you take control of your life right now. And you don't have to only do this for three events. Once you get very practiced at this, you can do this over and over and over and over and over all day long. Okay? But the whole point is to get you into a pattern of realizing how much control you have over your day. You don't have to be thinking and anticipating a meeting with your boss and thinking how nervous you're going to be. No, decide ahead of time that you're going to be confident. As you sit down to that meeting with your boss and you don't leave it there, you ask yourself, what is it that I'd have to be believing that creates that emotion, that vibration? What is it that I'd have to be believing about me, about my job, about my boss that creates confidence? If you leave it to chance, you're going to be thinking so many other things that that belief will completely escape you. The fact that you even want to feel confident will escape you. So we decide ahead of time. While the stakes are low, we decide ahead of time right now how it is we want to feel. Today at noon when we record the podcast. I want to feel compassionate. The next question is, what would I have to be believing in order to feel that way? Now, this is in my world, okay? All of the suggested thoughts that I've got on the back of the bookmark, and these came from my brain. So you may have to customize them a bit. You might have to manipulate them a bit so that it's believable to you. Because if it's not believable to you, it'll create a feeling that is something along the lines of skeptical. Okay, that's not what we're going for. You want to, first off, decide how it is that you want to be feeling, and then what belief actually creates that feeling for you? There are hundreds of thousands of emotions, right? Not just the ones that I have listed on those pages. There's countless emotions. And us, as humans, we spend our life experiencing emotions. Arguably, that's what life is. We experience life through emotions. There's so many emotions. You get to decide how it is that you want to be feeling at any moment of the day. And the way you create those feelings is through a thought or a belief. So do yourself a favor and simply decide ahead of time, and then practice that thought as if it was your job. I say that a lot. Now it's your job to stay focused on what it is you want, what it is that you want to be feeling, and you simply create that through the thought that you've decided ahead of time to think. Okay? So if I want to feel compassionate, I have the little cheat code on the back that tells me I choose to approach everyone, including myself, with kindness. Now, of course, I created these, so that does work for me. But you might need to manipulate that. I'm becoming somebody who approaches people who. Who treats myself with kindness. It's possible that I could become a person that treats myself and others with kindness. See how I've manipulated it just a little bit to find a believable thought for myself. Okay, now simply do the next two events that you've chosen with do the exact same thing. So now I want you to choose. How do you want to be feeling for the second event? Peruse the bookmark, peruse the emotions. Maybe you want to be feeling free. Maybe you want to be feeling courageous. Maybe you want to be feeling satisfied. Okay, now little side note, you guys just spent a lot of time making decisions ahead of time. Do not waste this effort. You've done the work to make these decisions. I want you to to now roll up your sleeves and commit to practicing these thoughts. If this is the way you want to feel at noon or at one or at five o' clock this evening, it's not going to just magically happen. You have to stay aware that you've already done the work of deciding. Now you just have to try on that thought. Practice that thought. Get yourself in the moment. Envision yourself at that time believing that thought, feeling that vibration. Okay? Don't just check the box of this work and start thinking about tomorrow. This is a practice of presence, of commitment. Once you've decided how it is that you want to feel, commit to not letting that moment pass without going back and reminding yourself what it is that you'd have to be believing. Okay, you've done the work. All right, so, so now that is the bulk of what you would be doing today. Okay, you're going to schedule all of the commitments that you have, anything that was listed on this to do list or on your intentions that you actually have white space for. I, I highly recommend school scheduling it in. If you can't schedule it, it's something like I need to get money for the haircut appointment that I have tomorrow. I don't know exactly when I'm going to get that done, so I just put it in my to do list. But if it can be scheduled, I highly recommend scheduling it. And I want you guys to either set an alarm for those three events on your phone so that you're reminded, oh, that's right. This is the event that I chose today to practice self made feelings. Because if you don't, I want to be very real with you. If you don't, you'll probably practice the self sabotaging feelings unintentionally, but you will. And the more you practice the self sabotaging feelings, the stronger those beliefs get. It's just like lifting weights in a gym. The muscle gets stronger the more you use it so if you stay unintentional, you will practice unintentional thoughts that create self sabotaging feelings, which ultimately create self sabotaging results. So this is an exercise of intention. You have to support yourself. So setting alarms, there's no shame in that. We only have three events that we're practicing with. Set three alarms. Do yourself the favor of reminding yourself you've already done the work, the hard part's done, you guys. Now all you have to do is try on that thought that you've already decided you believe, and then tomorrow you come back and you start. I always review my weekly intentions as I sit down every single day. I quickly peruse these. I check off anything that might have gotten done. I peruse this list which arguably will have new added items on it. I will tomorrow write 5 13. I'll ask myself how it is that I'm feeling and what it is I'm believing that creates that feeling. I then look down here and I ask myself, do I remember feeling any of these emotions, any of these self sabotaging feelings throughout my day? I don't do that to shame myself. I do that to heighten my awareness. Because if I can ask myself, did I feel anxious, Did I feel disappointed? Then I can ask myself why. The reason why is because what it was that I was thinking isn't that interesting that I was thinking that thought that created frustration. Good to know. Okay. It's simply an awareness exercise. And then I do the exact same thing that we just finished doing. I look, I put any of the to do's that I want to get done that might not be able to be scheduled. And then I pick three events, three events that I'm going to decide ahead of time how it is that I want to be thinking and feeling. It is the most powerful and supportive thing you can do for yourself is not to just schedule out your day and to run on autopilot. Getting things done is to decide ahead of time how it is that you want to feel as your day unfolds. Give yourself that gift. It doesn't have to take an hour like we just took. We actually planned out the whole week. We had a touch point on our goals. You don't have to do that every single day. This only has to take 10 to 15 minutes every single day. It's a great grounding exercise and as you get better and better at this, it'll go faster and faster and you are going to become more and more productive and you are going to be mind blown at how good you're getting at creating the life that you want. Creating self made feelings that make you way more productive, way more successful in achieving your goals. But this is where it starts. We break it down to the day. Any questions? The other thing that I just want to point out is in the back we also have the monthly planner. So if you are somebody that likes to see things at a month's view, that is in the back. Okay. And there's also some blank writing pages back there as well. Any questions? Wednesday for those of you in art in the self made you membership, on Wednesdays we meet back here at 9 o' clock to coach on thoughts and feelings. So we don't let too much time go by before we have a touch point with you where we can help support you through either creating feelings or processing feelings. This is how we live our life is through experiencing feelings and getting support to create. Generate the feelings that are going to make you most productive, that are going to make you most successful is what we're here for. So between now and Wednesday, if you come up against any obstacles, note it and bring it to the call. That's what we're here for. Okay? All right. Thank you so much for being here. We will look forward to seeing you in the group coaching call. Take care.
