I have one little thing, so we've got the messy middle, which is my online community. You can follow the link in my bio in my Instagram at She's honestly mental. But it's a free community. It's built to be able to help hold women where they're at. So let's be in a space where we find things that work for the brains and, like, connecting and collaborating all of these things is just so important in life. And that's why I really believe that sharing my story is a way to be able to build connection.
