If you've ever felt like sales was too aggressive, too pushy, or just not for you, then this video is for you. Today, I'm sharing five feminine energy hacks that completely changed the way I sell and made me a better closer. These are the exact shifts that helped me achieve consistent 20k months without feeling burnt out or like I had to act like a man or like someone else. Hi, I'm Shelley and if you're new here, I teach women how to get into high ticket sales and sell in a way that feels natural, aligned and in their feminine energy. So let's get into it. Number one, slow down your energy. When I first started selling, I was always rushing through calls. I was talking too fast and I was trying to convince. I was in like that convincing mode that I thought that I had to convince someone to do the thing to buy the product, to close the deal. When I learned to slow down my breathing, my tone, my pacing, literally everything changed. Remember, feminine energy is calm, it's grounded. And when you slow down, your prospect will feel more safe, more relaxed, and they can open up, they can process what you're saying, they can open up and they can have a whole different conversation that makes them feel more natural and more comfortable. Number two, focus on receiving and not chasing. One of the biggest shifts I made was moving from chase energy to receiving energy. I always say I don't chase, I attract. And you really do have to use this. With sales. I stopped begging for clients and for closed deals and instead I showed up ready to listen, ready to receive, and ready to understand them and their pain points. When you're in receiving mode, you're quite literally magnetic. People want to be heard from you, people want you to listen. And they can feel when you're fully present and when you're not. And like I always say, if people like you, they trust you. And if they trust you, they will buy from you. Number three, use your intuition. Your intuition is your superpower as a woman. If something feels off on the call, then trust it. If you sense that the prospect's not the right fit, don't force it. You can also call out bs like if you're sensing that the prospect is lying to you, if they're making excuses to you, then challenge them. Don't be afraid to to challenge and to really probe deeper if something doesn't sound right. Prospect often like to give a lot of excuses, especially because you're a brand new person on a call, maybe you've been chatting 5, 10, 15 minutes. People don't want to open up naturally and be vulnerable to a stranger. So they're going to seem like everything's together, everything's fine, and they don't need any help. It's your job to uncover the problem, to ask the right questions, and to make the prospect feels comfortable because that person wouldn't be on the call if they didn't have a problem. So remember that every person you're speaking to has a problem and it's your job to uncover it. Number four, bring playfulness into the conversation. Sales doesn't have to be serious or stressful. When I started adding lightness, smiling, laughing, or even a little joke into the conversation, it made people relax. Funnily enough, I used to add three jokes to every sales call. So start, middle and end. And I would do these jokes every single call without fail. However, when I delivered them, the prospect on the other side had no idea that I would say these jokes every single time. And they thought those jokes were for them and it made them laugh. And I and I figured out what made people laugh in a professional way to defuse any sales resistance. Now, of course, this is using my EQ and I'd highly recommend if you're on an offer, setting or closing, to find a couple jokes that make sense for your offer and to use them because playfulness is a high, high vibe, feminine energy. It makes you memorable and it creates a really fun buying experience. People love to buy from people who make them feel good. Remember that. And number five, celebrate yourself after your calls. This one is so underrated because no matter what happens on the call, a yes, a no, a maybe you need to give yourself a pat on the back for showing up. This will keep your spirit, your energy high and stops you from spiraling if someone says no. I have to admit, I constantly used to spiral at the beginning when I didn't close the deal thinking it was the end of the world, thinking it was all my fault, or, you know, taking things personally, but that leads to burnout. Like it's not going to create longevity sustainability in the industry. If you keep your vibe high, if you bring positive energy, you will attract more yeses as a byprod. So the more positive you are, the more gratitude you express for yourself. I know it can sound a bit silly, especially if you're like me. You can be quite hard on yourself because you want to be a top performer, but if you can just give yourself a bit of a pat on the back, even through the hard times, this will really allow you to relax more and enjoy the process. A lot more. So yes they are my five Feminine Energy Hacks. Slow down, relax, receive, not chase. Trust your intuition, bring playfulness into the cool and celebrate yourself. Every single cool.
