You've probably clicked on this video because you want to know exactly how much high-ticket closers actually make. So, I have got all the details on my phone. I've got each month for 12 months from the day I started, and then 12 months into the industry. So, you can see a very honest month by month of what I made. I'm going to break it down. I'm going to try and add as many screenshots as I can. I always say my biggest regret was not taking more screenshots, but I do have a fair few. So, I'm going to try and add as many as I can. So, You can see as proof how much I've made, and the bank transfers, et cetera, where they came from. Just so you can see I'm telling the truth. I've done this for 3 years. I became top 1% female sales rep globally. I've closed at 70% plus. I became a sales manager, scaling a company to $1 million a month. And my best ever month was just over $38,000 in one month in commissions as a high-ticket closer. So I'm going to be taking you through A to Z, what I made in one year, so you can see exactly how I did it, which offers I worked on, did I work on one or multiple, close rates, you name it. I'm going to try and spill as much of the tea as I can, so you can see what's realistic. And I'm genuinely creating this video, because I want you watching this, you ladies watching this, to feel confident to be able to embark on this journey. This is to show you what is possible. 3 years ago, I was working as a nanny making £1.8K a month. I was working from 6:00 AM till 6:00 PM. Life hasn't always been this way. Before the nannying, I had a business that completely failed. I was in over £60,000 worth of debt, and that was high-interest loan debts. And with the results I'm about to share with you, I was able to pay off my debt within 6 months, completely transformed my life, quit my nannying job within 3. And cut to now, I've moved to Dubai, I've fully retired my mum, and I help women all over the world do the same. So I really want to give you this honest breakdown to show you what I made, what is possible, and how you can do it too. So let's get into it. Okay, we are going back to November 2023, and that was my first ever commission check. So I was working as a nanny full-time, 6:00 AM till 6:00 PM, and I did sales part-time, a couple of hours in the evenings and then on weekends. My first ever month, I was working as a triager, so I was qualifying people on Zoom, I made £900. Nothing crazy, nothing to write home about, but that for me was my first ever online money. That was like proof of concept, if you will, that this is actually possible. Of course I wanted to get to the £10K month as quickly as possible, but for me, just being able to make £900 said a lot. So that was my first ever commission check. From then, December, I made £2,200, triaging still, working part-time, because this is when my skill got better. So you're asking, how did I increase my income like that? Purely skill. October was the first time I'd ever done triaging calls. So I did call reviews, I got better, my sets started to get better. So when I was passing leads over to the closer, they were higher likely to close. My skill just built, so I increased my income. I like, what was that, triple my first paycheck, I think, while doing nannying still full-time. Next, January. January was the month that I quit my job because I made over £4,000 working in sales while also being a nanny. So I quit my job and went full-time in. That was like triple my nannying salary when I was still doing both jobs. And that's because I became excellent. And I started taking more calls like I wanted to. I was seeing if I could fit a few more hours in the day, but I was top of the leaderboard out of 5 ladies on the trials department, I was the top. I did as much as I can to get the best quality sets in. So that's where my skill developed. I became obsessed with honing my craft, which is why my income went from £900 to £4.2 in like 3 months. So, and you're going to hear me say this a lot throughout the video. There's a few things you can focus on. Offer, skill, and hours that you have available. So for me at the time, I had minimal hours, but I was on a good offer and I was really building my skill. Okay, next up we have February. So this is my first full-time month in sales, and at this point I was doing hybrid triaging and closing because I was working my way up to get a full-time promotion, which I got in March. So part-time triaging and part-time clothing, which meant a full-time job. I, I described that confusing, but basically I'd quit my nannying job. I was in full-time sales doing triaging and closing. I made just over £6,000 in my first month full-time. So you can see my income is climbing, climbing, climbing. We're not like massively dipping or anything, it's climbing. And I'm going to talk about that at the end. I'm going to tell you exactly how that I was able to get my income to do that and not go like this, because I think a lot of people think commission-only jobs are going to be like this. And for me, it wasn't. And for a lot of the ladies I teach, it wasn't, because I teach them a strategy so they don't do that. We're not looking to be in scarcity. We want to make sure that if you're going to quit your job, that you have a full proven concept and you have income that you can actually make. Okay, March, March 2024, I left the triage department I was a full-time closer, and I hit my first $10K month. The big month that I've been working towards. To be honest, I genuinely never believed I could make that money. Like, I thought $8K was enough for me, and I would live a rich life forever if I could just make $8K a month. And don't get me wrong, $8K a month is a lot of money, but obviously, I'm ambitious, and as soon as I got a taste for it, I wanted more. And yeah, March was the first time that I hit a $10K month, And I was top of the leaderboard. Second month in closing, top of the leaderboard, and I was the only woman on the team, with guys who had been closing for 1, 2, 3 years, and I was able to climb to the top. I am competitive, and I love sales, and I was loving what I was doing. I finally felt like I was living life in alignment with what I always wanted. Like, was it easy? No, but I didn't have to go to a job. I could wake up, I could have my slow mornings. I would walk the dog with my mom, go and get a coffee, clean my apartment, make breakfast, et cetera, log onto calls, start my day, make money on these calls. And yeah, it was like level unlocked. Like, you could probably see by the smile on my face, like literal level unlocked. Like, it was my best days, my absolute best days. Like, I'd Finally was doing the thing that I'd always wanted to do. Don't get me wrong, the decision to quit my nannying job was very difficult. Like, I was scared, so scared. I was questioning whether it was a good idea or if I should do it, XYZ. But yeah, I mean, 2 months later I hit my first ever $10K month. It was pretty good. April, I made $8,500, so I took a slight dip, nothing major. Just a slight dip, and the offer took a slight dip that month too. So some months you're going to be on an offer and they're going to have their record months. Other months they're going to have lower months because nothing's linear. That's business. Now what I don't want you to think, if you're on a good offer, it shouldn't be one month they're making $500K in a month and the next month they're making $100K. It should never be like that. If it's that drastic, something's fundamentally wrong with the offer. Um, and that very rarely happens. We're talking about sometimes things are a little bit like this, but not like this, right? It's okay to have slight dips. It's the nature of the game. Um, or maybe my close rate wasn't as high that month. I can't fully remember. It might have been me, it might have been the offer. I know the offer did take a bit of a dip that month, and that's fine. It was still £8.5K. Um, still very happy with that. And then in May, I went up again, £10K month. So it just went straight back up to $10K months. And at this point, I was closing over 60% on this offer. And this was an Airbnb biz op offer. So we were teaching people how to start their Airbnb businesses. So it was great. It was like very fulfilling. People in their 9 to 5s were balancing their jobs and starting an Airbnb business. And yeah, I loved it. Then in June, I made $9,500. So a tiny dip of £500. And then in July, I went back up to £10,000. At this point, I'd achieved what I wanted on that offer, and I wanted more. I wanted to get to those £20K months. I was ready, I was hungry for it. I was the top of the leaderboard consistently in both the departments I worked in. I was the hardest worker. I knew I was capable of it, but the offer that I was on No one was making 20K months, and that's something that I want to teach you in more detail. But you can't make more than the offer is. Let's say if the offer is making 100K in a month, 10% for closers commission. The closers can only make 10K, but that's not 10K per person. That's a 10K pool across how many closers. So if there's one closer, that closer can make 10K. If there's two closers and they both have equal close rates and distribution, they can both make 5K each. That is how you want to think about it. So that no one could make 20K on the offer because the offer wasn't made. Making enough to, uh, for 3 closers to do that because there was 3 of us on the team at the time. So it wasn't possible. If there was 1 closer, maybe, but that wouldn't make sense for the business. They want like more opportunity, which makes sense. So I had to get another offer, but I was scared because obviously I'd worked that offer. And you almost think like— this is why it's really good to have a mentor, because you almost think, well, no other offers are as good as this one, because you brainwash yourself. It's just not true. It's like being with a partner, that it's not the best partner. You think no one's better than this one. They are, 100%. You can always find better, um, if that person or that thing is not the best. Obviously the grass isn't always greener. Never it's always greener. I want to preface that. But you, you get what I'm trying to say. Um, there was grass that was greener. This offer was good, but there was grass that was greener. So I had to find that grass that was greener. And in August I worked 2 offers. While I was moving over to my new one, I took on my old one, which was the Airbnb offer, and then I brought a new one into the mix, and I made $21,000 in the month of August. That was purely offer. But where things go— people go wrong, sorry— is they try and make the jump too quickly. My skill was excellent, 10 out of 10. I'm gonna be honest with you, my skill was so good that I could move offers and just perform, and an offer of that level would hire me like this. Most people try and get that unicorn offer first. It's very hard. It's very rare. You need to build up the skill and become excellent before you can get the unicorn offer. You can still make great money. Like I said, I was still making $10K a month, but you have to build up the skill first and then move over. So that's what I did. So yeah, August I made $21K working 2 offers, the Airbnb one and then the other one which was career coaching part-time. I did that one because I couldn't physically do— well, I did more full-time. It was hard, but not full, full-time. Time. Then that was my proven concept. So I left the Airbnb offer, and in the September I made £25,000 in that month full-time. In the October I made £27,000. You may have seen my honest experience video that was celebrated that month. I was top of the leaderboard. There was over 11 reps on that leaderboard, and then I became top. And in the November I made $38,000 in a single month. And that is my 12-month journey. And there was obviously more commissions after that, of course, but that gives you an idea. The average percentage for a closer is 10%. There's also bonuses involved. So we got bonuses involved in this, cash prizes, show-up rate bonuses. There's lots of incentives in this space. Like, you get bonuses for being the top performer. So I would always get like a top performer bonus, a couple thousand dollars. Like, we're not talking $20, we're not talking— $50 gift card. We're talking like thousands of dollars. Like, I have known offers that have had a $10,000 bonus pool for top performer. Like, that is what we're talking about. That is why this industry hands down is the best industry. What other industry would have bonuses like that? It is wild. Um, so yeah, there's bonuses involved, things like that. But that was my year of commissions. And yeah, I wanted to try and be as honest Well, I was fully honest about, but I want to be as honest as possible about not only— oh no, no, I can't speak. I want to try and be as honest as possible with not only the income I'm making, but what it takes, like the part-time, the full-time, the different offers, the close rates, etc. Because I don't think people really talk about that. They just talk about the income that you can make and that's it. But there are other factors involved, and I actually think you watching this will give— this will give you a lot more peace of mind. That there are more factors involved. You're not just relying on the offer, and you're not at mercy to the offer. You can increase your close rate, you can increase your show rate, etc. You can change offers to make more money. Like, there are lots of things that are fully in your control. And I know a lot of people leaving a 9-to-5 will think like, oh no, but my 9-to-5 say this isn't safe. No, it's not true. AI redundancy— the sales space doesn't have that. If you're a top performer, you will never be replaced. Literally never, because you are the person driving the industry, and that's what I love about this. And you would have heard me talk about different topics about vetting the offer, knowing when to move over, how to increase your close rate, how to increase your show rate, the bonuses, etc. And you probably want to know more about that. I have created an hour-long free course, an hour-plus long free course. Yes, it is criminal. It's basically robbing me that I have created this course for you. I'm going to link it here. You can watch the whole thing. It's going to explain everything from A to Z, my journey, all those questions that you want answering— how to channel your feminine energy, how to land an offer, how to make $10K months, etc., etc. So just click here and you can watch it. And yeah, hope you enjoyed, and I'll see you in the next one.
