Hi, guys. Welcome back to my channel. I hope everyone's doing well in this video today, I want to discuss six reasons why I believe women excel within high ticket sales. So let's get into it. Reason number one, why I believe women excel within the high ticket sales space is because we often have higher emotional intelligence. And that is truly a sales super superpower. I cannot tell you how many deals I have closed purely built off my emotional intelligence. You want to think about the empathy, the active listening, molding yourself to be the person that that person needs, Understanding, relating, using that superpower to really build that connection. It's so, so important. Typically within a sales call, I can read someone between, you know, like 30 to 60 seconds and I can be that person for them. So who they need me to be, whether they need someone to show them respect, whether they need someone to listen, someone to care, someone to show more authority and leadership. All these factors are super important in a sales call and probably not spoken about enough. It's not just about, about following a script. It's actually about understanding a person so you can help guide them to make the best decision for them. And that all comes with emotional intelligence. And even when I have trained men in the past to increase their sales skill and to increase, you know, their close rate, we have always focused on the emotional intelligence, the more feminine side of a person, because men and women both have emotional intelligence, but women have it more. So we should use that to our advantage, focus on honing that skill to close more deals. Reason number two is high ticket sales is about building and maintaining relationships. People won't buy from you if they don't like you. There's actually two reasons someone's going to buy from you. It's not going to be because of the product, the pitch, the price. It's going to be because they like you and they trust you. If you don't have likability and if you're not trustworthy, then game over. No one is going to buy from you. As women, we naturally are good at building relationships, keeping friendships, maintaining connections. We enjoy it. That's how we thrive. In a community, men tend to thrive more alone. It's just science. So to be a woman and to be able to build those connections in a sales call is often a big advantage to close more deals. Reason number three is women often have more storytelling power. We naturally are more creative or we're more empathetic. We can build relationships with connections, with things in common. We're good at kind of connecting the dots. And really, for Good and for bad, molding ourselves to be someone for somebody else. But we need to use that to our advantage in a sales call. And we absolutely can. And I absolutely do. And you can tell stories by building connections. Going back to what I said about being likable and being trustworthy, you can do that through telling stories and your creativity in order to actually close the deal and to help people get to their desired state. Number four is women are often more value driven. And I've actually noticed that quite a lot recently since having my female sales community compared to where I used to manage and coach guys in the past on a previous offer is men tend to care more about metrics and money. And women tend to care more about value, purpose, service, transformation. Now, I'm not saying men don't care about one and women don't care about the other. I very much care about money and metrics, just as I do about value and transformation. But as a woman, we have that superpower in the sense that we actually want to lead with value, we want to lead with service. And that really shines through because at the end of the day, people can tell when you're being disingenuous, People can tell when you're being pushy, people can tell when you're not being yourself for the most part. So when you truly care about the mission, when you truly care about helping people, one, you close more deals because people can see through that. And two, it actually prevents burnout. And I've seen, well, this industry is huge for burnout, this type of line of work. If you're pushing and pushing and chasing the numbers and chasing the metrics, in reality, there's never going to be about an amount of money in your bank account that's going to make you happy. You can think you want the 10k a month, but trust me when I say I have never met one single person who has made 10k in a month and then just been happy. They want to make 12, they want to make 15. There's always more you can push, which leads to burnout. Whereas if you're truly driven by value and transformation and that is your purpose and then the money is a byproduct of that, then you're serving others. And that's coming from the heart. And typically, as women, that is how we thrive and that is how we're actually, we get enjoyment from helping others. Number five is women often close with, with connection rather than pressure. And this is so important because really it's 2025. We cannot pressure people to buy, nor do we want to. We want the sales process to be a very enjoyable experience. And I think sales does still have a bit of a misconception. It is definitely getting better and it doesn't have as much as it did maybe a couple years ago. But people still think salespeople are pushy. And obviously the majority of the sales base is our men. And that's kind of maybe how they were taught in the past by certain influences, etc. But in this day and age, and especially as a woman, we don't need to force anyone to buy. We don't need to go down that route because we're closing with connection. Because as I said at the beginning, the prospect will like us and trust us more if we've really led with value, if we really led with storytelling and having that mission. And the prospect will already like us and already want to buy. So with that being said, yes, pressure sometimes under the right circumstances can be good. But overall, because we are women and we thrive more with connection, we naturally flow down that path. We are naturally better at sales. Last but not least, reason number six, women have the underdog advantage. It goes without saying that both men and women tend to overlook women as salespeople. So when you are on a sales call with a guy or a girl, they don't feel they are being sold to as much as they would if they were on a call with a guy. This is just a fact. So for us to already be able to drop someone's guard from the get go because they feel more safe with us allows us to actually get the prospect to open up, lead them in flow and close the deal. It is a huge advantage and one that again has made me a lot of money in sales, just to put it bluntly. And it is one that should not be overlooked because if you are women thinking about getting into sales and you are, I guess just a bit intimidated by having that male dominated environment, do not be the most successful women that I know are in sales and the most successful people I know in the sales industry are women. So it's time to take that step. If you've been thinking about it for a while and you're not sure whether women belong in the industry or you don't really know many women, trust me, this is where you are going to thrive. This is that high income skill that you can do while being in your femininity, while enjoying what you do and while being in that natural flow.
