Here we are for another episode of the Becoming Bulletproof podcast. And you know, as I sit here today, we are in week two of the coronavirus and it's been really interesting, fascinating eye opening to see how the world as a collective is handling this, adjusting and also how individually we all are so different. And that's what's so beautiful about the human race is we're all so different. And as this is an Enneagram episode on Tuesdays, there's nine basic personality types and 27 different personalities with the subtypes. But there's multiple infinite ways that these personalities are expressed. And you know, in times like these, especially when we're all collectively dealing with the same thing, which is the first time that I really can see this playing out, like we're all in the same boat, this doesn't discriminate.
But it's interesting to see how differently we all handle things. And you know.
My jam is talking about personality and I know there's a lot of people that give that this shit a bad rap. And, and I get that. I was one of those people for a very, very long time. However, when we have a deeper understanding and new levels of self awareness, we are able to navigate hard things, tough emotions, other people's stuff, right? With, with a lot of elegance, with a lot of grace. It's when we are kind of going in hot with like blinders on, that shit goes sideways. And we're seeing a lot of that and we're also seeing a lot of beautiful things. And you know, with the Enneagram and the nine basic personality types, there's a wide range of how each of these are expressed. And you know, like I said earlier, you've got wings, you've got subtypes, we've got Levels of health. You know, we've got certain circumstances that might tend to trigger us more based on past traumas.
Our age has something to do with it. You know, I'm happy to think that because I'm closing in on 50, that I have a lot of wisdom, and I do, and a lot of experience under my belt. But I thought this would be a great episode as you are swimming in the unknown waters. I mean, this is not anything any of us have any experience in. None of us. And so this is one of those times that, you know, some new things are going to be developed as a result of something like this. However, what hasn't changed is, like, human beings, human nature, human emotions. And so I thought I'd put together a little episode to let you know and give you some education and some tips on how each enneagram type handles stress and crisis. You know, for some of us, crisis may lead us to numb out. We can appear calm and resilient from the outside. Yes, you types, fives and nines, you who I'm talking to. And when we're healthy, that is true. And when we're not so healthy, it's kind of like we're imploding. It's like, yep, nothing to see here. We're smiling on the outside, but, you know, we know what's happening on the inside. For others of you, you may feel it difficult to move on quickly. Some of you might turn into grief, or some of you might just, like, bail on it. Altogether, yes, type fours. I know. I know who you are, too. And again, those are a wide range of health.
Some may be downplaying the impact of stress and crisis on themselves and the whole thing altogether and try to focus on others and what they can do. Types twos, sevens and threes. Yes, I see you. And for each of those types, it looks very, very different. Others may look to rescue people. Ones and eights. Some of us, the ones are all about doing the greatest good. And my eight friends like myself were the justice seekers. So I don't. I don't like the word rescue, but maybe seek justice for all of mankind. I feel that a lot sometimes. And others are born. Others feel born for moments like this and instinctively know what to do in the midst of crisis. And you've heard me talk about this before. Most of my closest friends are Sixes, the loyalists. They should just be called the troubleshooters because you know what? They've had a spreadsheet for times like these, or if their spreadsheet isn't up to Date, they're losing their shit a little bit, right? Like, how do they not see this one coming? Right?
You know, the assertive types. There's the assertive types that move against, like, stress and crisis, the threes, the sevens and eights. So I fall into that category. We can, like, those in that category can redirect fear and stress into action and problem solving. That is so who I am.
Because it allows me to believe that I have some sense of control. And I know for threes and sevens, that looks different for them, but it's kind of like the same thing. So it's really good if you've got a three, seven, and eight in your life. Right now, we are into action and looking for a way to solve the problem, even though we can't change what's happening. Like, we have zero control over this whole thing. However, there's something to be said about people taking action to make things better, right? And so the assertive types, the three sevens and eights fall into that category. The dutiful types, you know, the ones that just handle things, right? These ones move toward others and kind of begin organizing support and resources for everybody. The ones, the twos and the sixes fall into this category. They, like I said, they have got the lists. They know what people need. They have, worst case scenario, figured out where the three sevens and eights just like, ready, aim, fire. We just go for it, right? And then there's those that are the withdrawn types. And quite honestly, in times like these, when we are in, you know, air quote social distancing, the withdrawn types actually are somewhat like, at least this early in the game, thriving and enjoying this because they tend to move away from crisis. They prefer to kind of like, be in their little quiet spot, their own little spot in the world. They could be feeling overwhelmed, and they kind of tend toward isolation, naturally, anyway. And so for times like these, especially if they're healthy, they're thriving in this. One of the girls that I've worked with, she's a five and she's doing great, and she's in a really healthy spot, and she's using this time to just crush it in her own home in isolation, where she likes it. So I thought I would go through each of the types and kind of how they navigate stress and crisis, where you go when you're really stressed out, like, personally, not just the environment and what's happening in the world, and also when you're in a healthy range, what that looks like and maybe give you some of your superpowers. Right. So for those of you that are ones, you're motivated, like you want to do the right thing and you have opinions on how to improve everything you can. You know, depending on your wing, you can be an ideal or the advocate. You know, under stress, the ones take on the unhealthy four so they can become moody, irrational, a little obsessive, compulsive. When A1 is healthy, they take on the healthy traits of that seven, that individualist or the enthusiast. Right? They're more discerning, wise, rational, objective, spontaneous. They aren't all in their head where ones are strong during times like these, a crisis and.
You know, the unknown like this, their attention to detail is unmatched and they have courage and fortitude to do what's right. And when we're in uncertain times, sometimes somebody just saying like this is the right thing to do, it brings a sense of peace and calm to the whole situation. So for you ones out there, lean into your superpowers right now because we need you. And here's the spoiler alert. Each one of you types, we need you. We need you in your superpower, especially right now. So twos, my beautiful helpers, my empathetic, warm hearted, who can I help today? People, you guys are incredible. And depending on your wing, whether it's a one or a three, yes, you can only have a wing that's right next to you. So my twos with either a one wing, you are the servants. My twos with the three wings, you're more of the hostess. So when a two is under stress, and you've heard me say this before, I'm raising one. My son is a two. He's a very healthy two. So this very rarely happens. But when it does, an unhealthy two takes on the unhealthy traits of an eight. And so because I'm an eight, that can be a recipe for disaster. So thankfully we figured that out. But for those of you that are twos that are really stressed out right now, you're usually calm nature, all of a sudden looks like a lion. You're aggressive and dominating and because you don't feel like can be of service and help, like you're just like, or nobody's appreciating it, you just want to lose your shit. Which is understandable because you guys are the beautiful helpers of the Enneagram. The beautiful thing about twos, when they are growing, and like I said, my son is this, and I'm seeing this even in these uncertain times, they take on the healthy Four traits. The self nurturing, emotionally aware, compassionate. You know, the healthy fours are the creative ones on the, on the Enneagram, and they're the artistic ones. And my son right now is like writing music and, and being super creative and it's beautiful. So like, as a mom, watching my beautiful too, seeing those kind of things play out lets me know he's really in a good spot right now, even with the craziness. So that's exciting. The two superpower, especially during times of stress and crisis, are empathy and compassion. And with so much uncertainty around this is beautiful. They also come up with possible plausible solutions that are heart centered, which, you know, I think we all need a healthy dose of compassion right now. So twos, keep leaning in. Leaning in. We need you. It's beautiful. My threes, my achievers, are not liking this one bit because the world, pretty much the productivity of the world has come to a standstill. And threes, the achievers, thrive in the doing. They want to be valuable in any situation, be admired for strength in crisis and how they are perceived. So if you're a 3 with a 2 wing, you're the charmer. If you're a 3 with a 4 wing, you're more of the professional, right? And so what I'm seeing from a lot of threes, especially in week two of this, is they're figuring out how to add value to everybody. They want to be seen as the author in whatever it is they're great at. And I'm not knocking it one bit because, you know, we've got a perfect opportunity to learn some great things and to have value poured into us, especially when there's so much fear going on. But a three under stress can disengage. They take on the unhealthier traits of the nine, the peacemaker, so they can disengage, especially from their own feelings, and they can become even more opportunistic. And I'm just saying it because I'm seeing it, I'm not judging it, because I just know that that's them under stress, right? And that's the beautiful thing about understanding the Enneagram is when we recognize and understand where each type goes under stress, it allows us to have compassion and not judgment. So when I see the threes out there, because they are the achievers, they are the get shit done kind of people, I see a lot of them disengaging from their own feelings and just like business as usual, how can I take advantage of this opportunity? And their hearts, they don't mean it from such a shady kind of way, they need to do this because that is where their worth and value comes from. That's where they're rooted. That's where their value is rooted for them. The good thing about threes, when we are in crisis and during hard times, their strength is they're action takers and they're super resourceful. They can turn a crisis that has taken over the world into something really, really beautiful. And you know, when so many people are out of work and jobs all of a sudden were cut off, these people are creating opportunities for everyone. So for you threes out there, if you're questioning sometimes you know where you're at in this, you know, check your level of health and if you know that you are, you know, moving in that operation of growth because you guys take on the healthy sixes where you become more cooperative, realistic, in touch with your own feelings and committed to others, not just your own kind of success. You guys are the ones that are going to keep the economy going. You are going to be the ones that create new opportunities for people that are scared, that are struggling financially right now. So be healthy you threes. We need you at your best. My fours, my individualists, my romantics, you know, you are driven to be and significance. You are self aware, sensitive, reserved. And if you are a four with a three wing, you're like the aristocrat and I know many of you. And fours with a five wing become like the bohemian, right? So fours under stress can become a little melodramatic. They can become over involved, you know, because they want to feel significant. Sometimes they'll stir the pot and have some drama they'll lean into like their emotions and may be very heightened right now. Whether it's anger, sadness, happy, whatever it is. They just need to feel tied to something.
So they can take on those unhealthy parts of the two when they're under stress, that resentment, the need to just stir the pot. The good news about fours and I love fours, you guys are, are the most unique on the Enneagram in my opinion, for sure. You're the most under typed on the Enneagram, for sure. And fours, when they are in a growth pattern, they are objective, principled, level headed. They don't rush to judgment. Yet they still have this kind of self awareness and sensitive and they're the most intuitive on the Enneagram too. So when I see a healthy four not lose their shit, I kind of look to fours for things. The healthy ones, the unhealthy ones, they're looking for drama everywhere. But when a 4 is in their growth because they're so damn intuitive, that's where I look, honestly, because I'm just, you know, I'm very instinctual. But the intuitive part of the fours is something that we could all use right now. And their superpower during hard times is their depth. And they're not judgmental. They're very like, mm, this is what it is. And so fours that are healthy right now, we need you too. My fives, my investigators.
Oh my gosh, I love you. They are the brainiacs of the enneagram. They are the walking, living, talking Google. They want to have everything figured out and understand the environment that we are in, as always to be safe. Like, they want to like assess situations. So they are really embracing social distancing right now. And if they're super healthy, they're thriving in this. They're like they've been preparing their whole lives for a moment like this.
So if you're a five with a four wing, you are like an image breaker, right? Because you've got that creative, intuitive energy. But if you're a five with a six wing, you're more the problem solver. And as a reminder, you aren't just one wing. You might lean into one more than the other. You might not even touch the other one and you might not even use any of the wings. But these are just kind of like this is just how complex and different we all are, even if we're under the same type. So a five under stress, all of a sudden, that quiet, introverted person can become scattered, hyperactive, avoidant, frazzled. They might be looking for things to do with people because it's just mind is taking off and they can't quiet it down. And so when I see a 5 that is under stress and I see those patterns, I can have compassion for them as well because I understand that that's what's happening. Like I said before, fives that are healthy are self confident and decisive. They take on the healthy traits of that eight, you know, that, that get it done justice. Self confident, decisive, like can like at a snap can make moves and know exactly what's needed in any given situation. So my healthy fives out there, like I said they were, they've been waiting for times like these. I am really confident that when this tends to blow over, the fives are going to come out and, and do some epic shit in the world because they have been in their cave preparing and creating. And especially with a five with a Four wing. Oh my God. An investigator with creative, intuitive energy. They are the ones that are going to come out of this on top. But in hard times, the strength of a five is that wisdom, that insight and that attention to knowing all the things. They don't get wrapped up in the fear mongering or anything like that. They look for the facts, which I like. And sixes do too. So my sixes, the ones that are committed and security oriented, the ones that are healthy, are doing okay. The ones that, you know, fear that the world is ending, they might be losing their shit a little bit. But sixes are the master troubleshooters. And a six with a five wing becomes the defender because not only are they the loyalist, but they also have all that investigative five wing power. Like they got spreadsheets upon spreadsheets upon spreadsheets upon spreadsheets and you know, an answer to everything. Like if you say, yeah, but they'll be like, because X. Yeah, but xyz, like they have it all figured out. And if you're a 6 with a 7 wing, you're the buddy. You have things on lock, you have people protected and safe. And you're a little more lighthearted too. So when a six is under stress, they take on the unhealthy traits of a three. So they disengage. They can disengage from their feelings, like I was saying about the threes earlier. So they can become a little arrogant or competitive.
A six under stress right now at the line in Costco is freaking the fuck out. Like, they're like, where is the hand sanitizer? Why are people closer than six feet from me? They are the one taking, taking an inventory on people right now. The ones following the rules. They know if it is going to rob their security, they will go Chicago on them. Yes, you can all have a little Chicago and you too. The beautiful thing about six is when they're in a growth pattern, yes, they still have that troubleshooter.
Trait about them, which I love, but their emotions don't take over because when they're in a growth pattern, they take on that healthy nine peacemaker, that relaxed, optimistic. The Yoda kind of wisdom definitely comes into play. So not only do they have the troubleshooting knowledge, but they have the wisdom. And that, that optimistic, relaxed, that calm, that calmness that only nines have. It's beautiful. The six of superpower in times like these are their ability to connect, their willingness to be vulnerable and create stability and security. I am leaning into my sixes right now. Even though Like, I'm good. They just reinforce that. And so Sixes, get your healthy selves together because the world needs your ability to connect and to create that stability in such unstable waters that we're in. Oh, my Sevens are. They're probably having the hardest time with all of this social distancing and isolation. Feels like a slow hell. Two sevens. You've heard me say this before. My daughter is a seven. And these are the most obvious extroverts in the world. And this is like torture, absolutely torture, because they have this, this need to be fulfilled, pain avoidant and keep things light. And boy, other than the fun memes out there, there's not much that's light about the situation we're in. And a seven with a six wing can become the entertainer. The seven with an eight wing are the realest. But a seven when they're under stress. And I'm just going to be very transparent right now. My seven living with me in week two is under stress. It is not good, y'. All. I'm just going to be really honest. I seriously almost wanted to throat punch her today. I'm just being completely transparent and honest because a seven under stress takes on all the unhealthy traits of a one, that perfectionistic, super critical, will go to the death thinking they're right. And with an 8, that doesn't work very well. So I'm just. Little, little public service announcement for my Sevens out there. Get healthy if you're going to be dealing with an 8, because we'll pulverize you.
Especially if they get thrown off. And there could be not anything that would throw them off more than a worldwide social distancing order. Like, seriously. And all the Sevens lost their shit. The good news about seven, they're healthy. So for my healthy Sevens, they are also using this as a moment to really do some work, inner work, exterior work, because they take on the healthy traits of that five, that investigator. So all of a sudden they're like, okay, I know that this will fulfill me. They're not escaping from things, they're actually turning inward. And this is a beautiful thing. When a 7 is healthy, like they are big, huge idea people. There's nothing in a box for them. And when they are healthy, they can also pull in those strengths of that investigator role. And Sevens that are healthy right now, the sevens and fives, I think, are going to come out of this the best if they're healthy. Because the Sevens, when they're healthy, are going on lockdown and creating, creating, creating. There is nothing off the table and on the other side of this, we are going to see things that the world has never seen before. And I believe it will be at the hands of all these healthy sevens and their strength during times like these. They are ferocious. They are. They look for the greatest good and even fun in something that is so uncertain as what we are living in. And they are anticipatory and they are always thinking on the fly. And since we have never experienced something like this, they are fun to have in your corner when they are healthy. So sevens, get your healthy on because we need your brains, we need your passion, we need your out of the box thinking at times like these for sure. All right, My fellow eights, the challengers. Our inner drive is to protect ourselves and others. We like to have control of our lives. My eights. And I'm really grateful right now that I am healthy, emotionally, physically, spiritually, all the things, because had this happened a decade ago, I am losing my ever loving mind.
Our strengths are obviously we are super strong, assertive. We are heroic. Eights with a seven wing, which is what I lean into most, were called the maverick, right? Because we can take on that on the fly thinking because we're so decisive. We do look for the greatest good when we're in a seven wing. The eights with the nine wing are the bear, right? Super protective mama bear. And also that wisdom and instinctual sense and that calm strength of a bear, right? When an 8 is under stress, however.
This is a dark spot for an 8 and I have to watch myself because these are stressful times. You know, this is unheard of stuff that none of us have ever faced. And you know, I, as a, as an eight, can go to the unhealthy traits of that five, that investigator. And I can become very secretive and fearful and like I'm a private investigator and super skeptical and isolating. And you know, when it's one thing that, that's a natural tendency that we go to under stress, but when we are like enforced isolation on top of it, it becomes dangerous. And so thankfully we have this as a compass to not to go down the dark hole. My eights, this is not a time to go down the dark hole. You can use the enneagram as a, as a compass and a tool to pull yourself out of that and have compassion for yourself. There were times that I would go into those secretive, fearful, isolating places and just pulverize myself and beat the shit out of myself emotionally for doing those things. And now I have like much love and Compassion for myself when I do find myself going there. And when we have compassion, we're able to pull out of that pattern the good things about eights when we are in a growth pattern. And this is definitely where I'm at right now. Open hearted, caring, compassionate. You know, when I'm seeing all the plethora of different kinds of reactions to all the different personalities that are happening right now, I have, like so much compassion and no judgment. Even if I don't agree or it isn't how I would necessarily handle things. I do have so much compassion because I realize that these are stressful times and nobody knows what the hell we're doing. And when we can lean into compassion, that's only going to help us as a collective be better. So my eights that are, you know, the strongest energy on the Enneagram, we are the biggest justice seekers on the Enneagram. We are the leaders, quite honestly, and people are looking to us for that. So when we can have compassion on top of it, I am confident we can help move the needle because our strength during hard times is like true care and protection over the greatest good. So, my Eights, get your shit together. We can be very, very passionate, that's for sure. All right, you nines, you've heard me call you Yoda before. And if ever there was a time we needed some Yoda wisdom, it was right now with our peacemaker nines. They are driven by peace of mind and harmony in the environment, in the world. With a nine with an eight wing, they can become the referee. And a nine with a one wing are the dreamers. So Nines under stress, it sucks, because we need you. You guys are so calming and inclusive and collaborative and wise. Yet when you're under stress and if you're not too healthy, you become so anxious and worried and you become that chameleon just trying to keep the peace, even if it isn't the right thing to do. And again, so much compassion for you because you take on those unhealthy traits of the six. You know, that troubleshooting, like on steroids, so much so that you are spinning out, right? And that worrisome, when you're worried and anxious and overwhelmed, you become paralyzed. And that peacemaker in you that just wants to help everybody, all of a sudden becomes useless. And so that inner cycle of the beating yourself up continues. So we need healthy nines right now more than ever because you do have that wisdom and inner knowing. You are led in the instinctual triad. You have instincts. But usually when you're unhealthy, you shut down on them. The good news with the nines and the peacemakers are when they are in a growth pattern, they take on all those beautiful, healthy traits of the three that achiever. So not only do you have that inclusivity, that wisdom, that collaborative, that inner knowing, that instinct, you also have grounding and self confidence and you actually trust your wisdom and you get shit done. The world needs the peacemakers at their healthiest to step up with so much uncertainty. We are looking to you for your Yoda wisdom because your strength in hard times is that calmness and understanding. You're so reassuring and stable and safe. You're a safe place for all of us to fall. So here are some things. You know, I went through all the types and like I've said before, there's so many different expressions of each types and these aren't just like exactly for everybody. Because I know, I mean, I've heard things about aids. I'm like, yeah, that's not true. But you know, there's multiple different ways each type expresses themselves. So I just gave you the basics. But here are some things like if you listen to that and you recognize. Oh, oh shit. Yep, I'm under stress. This is, this is what's showing up for me. Some things you can do. Here's some things you can do to course correct. Since you've got all these time on, all this time on your hands, I highly recommend you.
Either a figure out your right type and you've heard me say before, a guide is the best way I can do all of that kind of guiding you to your accurate type on zoom so we can practice social distancing and via the interweb. It's how I do most of my sessions anyway and they're recorded so you can play them back. I highly, highly, highly recommend doing that because most, as you've heard me say, over 75% of the tests are inaccurate and the wrong information will give you the wrong compass to be navigating yourself from. So you know, with these times and you kind of having your schedule wiped out, I highly recommend you going to Tracey O' Malley.com under the Work with me and let's do a session together so we can get your accurate type and then you can either take that information and do your own research or we can dive deeper together. Just saying. However, if you are confident on your type and you recognize that you are under stress.
Be really mindful of what your body is telling you. My body overrules anything. My Brain is telling me. And that took 40 something years, y'. All. So be gentle with your yourself with this. But my body is the ultimate truth teller. And be very mindful of what your nervous system is telling you. And whenever I feel anything off in my body, I focus on my breathing because deep breaths really kind of pull us back into center. The deep breaths at the lowest part of your belly. Not just like the short breaths, like gasping for air breaths, like, no, like close your eyes and take a huge collective deep breath. And if you're listening right now, we're going to do it together, right? Because I could use it.
And there's nothing like letting that hot air out. And it does calm your nervous system. It is my go to when I'm feeling a little off. It's the first thing I do when I notice my nervous system is off or if something in my body isn't right. The other thing, if you notice you're under stress right now, which, you know, be. Be gentle with yourself if you are. We all are navigating new kinds of stress that we've never faced before. Ask for support from healthy sources, right?
This is something that I never did, ever. Like, ever. Unless I was paying somebody, there was no way in hell I would ask for support. And I realize how much I robbed myself of healing, of growing, of joy, of all the things. So lean in for support. There are, you know, all those achievers out there in the world that are adding value right now because they want to feel like they are doing something important in the world, like they are on a mission to offer support.
But if you've got people that are close to you that won't judge you, that.
Will hold space for you, lean in. Sometimes just telling people the thought or feelings racing across your mind makes all the difference in the world. I have a few people in my life where I will just say at the forefront. I'm not going to try and coach myself through this. I am not going to try and make sense of this or like objectively understand what the fuck it is I'm trying to say right now. I just need to get this out the way of, of my freaking head. Because as long as that is spinning around in my head, it's going to rob me of clarity. It's going to rob you of, you know, that inner knowing, that ability to be present, which is your instinct and your intuition. So lean into support and, you know, just get the things off your head if you don't feel comfortable doing that. Two things I've been doing I have voice memos in my phone. You know, doing a podcast really helps us, too. Just going to be really honest with you, but if you don't feel confident in saying words out loud to somebody else, there is so, so much power in speaking it, right? So get your voice memo on your phone out and just talk as though you're talking to, you know, somebody. Get it out of your body. The other thing I've been doing is keeping a notebook and just writing every thought without judgment in my head that, you know, in real time, I would try to make perfect, positive sense of. But getting it out of our head and out of our bodies will make all the difference in the world right now. And another thing that you can do right now, and probably the most important thing you can do during times like these, is don't judge yourself or others. When we go into judgment, that means we're trying to avoid fear, feeling something, right? And.
I see a lot of it on other people. We're judging, you know, how the authorities of the world are handling this. We're judging how people are, you know, not staying home or following the rules or. And trust me, I get all of it. But judgment isn't going to push people to do what you want them to do. I'm just going to say it right now. Throwing shade and judgment never gets anybody to do what you want them to do, including yourself, right? So in moments when you tend to judge yourself, does it ever get you doing the things that you should be doing or you know, are best for you? Absolutely not. So let's just try to put an end to that. And the best way to do that is to get to the healthiest part of your personality. And understanding the Enneagram really is just a compass. It's a tool to help you get back on your soul's path. The path, the soul that you were given by God. Like, we're just trying to get back there. This is not putting you in a box. This is not to make assumptions about other people. This is. This is about walking your own soulful journey, the one that you were designed to all along, regardless of what is happening in the world around you. Because I will tell you this and as I leave you today, that being able, the ability to be present even in the unknown, even in fear, even in uncertainty, and not knowing what tomorrow will bring. I mean, two months ago, the big thing was we lost Kobe Bryant. We saw how immune none of us were to life being changed on a dime. And for two months later, for the entire world to be on lockdown. If this doesn't tell you more than ever that now is the time to have such a deep level of self awareness about yourself and how you navigate all the things. Not just the happy things but also the hard things. You've got more time right now than ever to become self aware. I would be honored to walk this journey with you. I've been doing lots of sessions with people this week during the social distancing and wow. Like wow. I would be honored to guide you through that process and if you are on your own journey, what I will say is this is as you try to discover your personal type in the basic form, really look at all the motives behind each type. Don't just go off your test score. You've heard me say this before. If you're taking a test, even the paid ones, look at the top four and most of the times that top score is either where you go under stress or it's one of your wings. Just a little FYI. So I really want you to look at all the motives of each type. What drives you, regardless of any situation, what is your driving force and that will lead you closer to to finding your correct type. And if it's hard for you to be objective, that's when you need me and I would love to do that with you. So I am going to bid farewell and until next time, be gentle with yourself. Don't make assumptions. Just try your very very best to get into your healthy state and say stay centered.
That self awareness is your superpower. Especially especially during times like these. So until next time, here's to Becoming Bulletproof.
