Hello and welcome to another episode of the Becoming Bulletproof podcast. It is Enia Talk Tuesday and I wanted to talk about books. I get a lot of you hitting me up in the DMs and my emails asking me for certain books I should read based on my Enneagram type or personal development or business and leadership books. And I'm a reader, always have been. I love looking into things that help me grow and I get that's the motive for most of you guys. And before I get into all of that, you guys have heard me say a million times, information doesn't equal transformation. And I think where a lot of us, myself included, sometimes get caught up is thinking that there's something else we have to know before we can take action. There's something else, there's something missing, there's some secret sauce that I don't know. And as an enneagram 8, when I am, when my coping mechanisms of my eightness don't work, I move into the not so healthy parts of the five, which is that investigator. So I want you to know that although I am a take action kind of girl, when I'm really feeling the stress, I can go into that like analysis paralysis stuff. So I hesitated doing this episode because I don't want to enable that because, you know, information doesn't equal transformation. Integration of the information equals transformation. And if you are one of those that are struggling right now with how to take action, even if you do know your enneagram type or it's not making sense to you, or maybe the information of your enneagram type isn't helping in the way that you would like it to, that is when you need a guide. Quite honestly, that is my favorite thing to do, is help to guide you with the information so that you can actually take all these amazing power tools that are hanging in your metaphoric garage, so to speak, and actually use them and use them to transform your life, to accelerate that transformation of your life. Because what I love in this last decade of understanding the Enneagram is, and you guys have heard my story, if you've listened to any other podcast of mine or any part of my story or seen any of it that I've shared over the years, you know, there was a lot of stuff that I had to unpack and really work through. And I still continue to like this shit. Doesn't stop, y'. All. Because quite honestly, the more that you desire to grow and level up your life, the more will be required. With great reward comes great responsibility. And so just knowing that that doesn't end helps. But what I love about the Enneagram, and this is the God's honest truth. And that's why I'm so passionate about teaching it. Not just the information, but teaching the integration aspect of it, which nobody really is doing out there, is because it is probably more useful than any other tool. Aside from a lot of the other stuff, it's just a great partner to everything else I do. But it fast tracks the self awareness and it takes that emotional charge out of it. It is, you know, it's got ancient roots. It goes way back. It's rooted in psychology and spirituality and brings it all together to bring you back to who you were always meant to be. And so there are, you know, as you have dug into the Enneagram, you know that each type has like, their core motive, their core fear, and the, like the hidden thing or not so hidden thing. For some of us, that. That really holds us back. And so the books I'm going to go through for each Enneagram type will really cater to you. Unpacking that and understanding yourself and that cor kind of thing that holds you back and the core motive for everything that you do, everything that you say.
Every move you make. So the book that I have chosen for each Enneagram type will help you with that. And I'm putting a disclaimer on that. You know, listening to a podcast and reading a book does not solve the problem. Information doesn't equal transformation. And so as you take these notes and.
Take these books and run with them, I want you to take two to three good nuggets out of each one and then go for it. Go and run with it. And the book I wanted to start with, there's two that I really wanted to start with, that are great for all Enneagram types and why I think they're so important. You know, I love reading personal development.
I have a whole library and I'm on my second round of library. Last, maybe last year or two years ago, I emptied out and gave away a bunch of them and refilled my library with some newer ones, updated ones. As I've evolved, my library has evolved and I pass on so many books along the way to those that maybe were in a part of my journey that I was back then, and they are in now. But the most important book I've ever read was actually given to me in rehab, which is ironically where I also learned about the Enneagram with my therapist. She recommended this book to me. And the key to this book and why it has been so damn powerful is because I used it like a workbook. Not just something that I put in my ears and listened to, not something I just read and put some highlighter to it. I actually took the book as a workbook and used it as a handbook to how I would start moving forward in my life. And I paired that up with the information and integration of how I was going to use the Enneagram. And it really started to make some powerful changes in my life. That first book was called the Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown. And I have given away so many copies of that book.
And told many to use it as a workbook. But that is my go to. I still have my original copy that I had in rehab with all of its notes in the. In the margin and, you know, looking back at it and what I did with that information, most of you guys get to see today, right? And that's. That's the great thing about reading when you actually use it and move forward.
With that information. If I had just read the book and moved forward, it really wouldn't have allowed myself to change. But one of the biggest quotes that I heard in there and really took to my heart as an enneagram. 8. Vulnerability is my biggest hang up. Honestly, it's still. I categorize things as weak or strong. And vulnerability is hard for an eight first and foremost. Plus, I was conditioned early on in my life and taught and modeled that that was weak. And so, you know, for me to be vulnerable has been very, very, very hard. And, you know, one of the quotes that I read that I loved in that book.
Was this. And you guys get to see this kind of play out today, almost a decade later. She writes in the Gifts of Imperfection authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every single day. It's about the choice to show up and to be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen. And you know, obviously by the time I got to rehab.
I didn't know what that looked like. And I stripped all my masks down, stripped them all off and exposed who I was because I knew that I really wanted to live into my most authentic self. But because I'd spent decades covering it up, I didn't know what that looks like. And sometimes, you know, if you watch those renovation shows on hgtv, you know, demo day, you can't have the beautiful transformation without demo day. And when we want a transformation in our own life, sometimes some demo is required. And so the gifts of imperfection is hands down. I think every person alive, man or woman, needs to read that book and take some amazing action from what nugget you choose to get from it. I always say this, you know, you take what you need and leave the rest. And that book, hands down, is probably my all time favorite.
The other one that I think every Enneagram type should read is the Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. It is a powerful, powerful book. I know that.
A lot of.
Seminars and events, they talk about this book a lot. It's about conquering your hidden fear and take life to the next level. And if you know the Enneagram, it's kind of really looking at what we're most afraid of and how we find that biggest fear is through our motive based on each Enneagram type. And that book is something that's really, really, really good to help you look at it with new perspective and things like that too. And one of the quotes that I love from that book.
And I talk about the thermostat, I'm going to do an episode based on the thermostat versus the thermometer. But this quote I love about.
Fear and this is from the Big Leap. Conquer your hidden fear and take life to the next level by Gay Hendricks. Each of us has an inner thermostat setting that determines how much love, success and creativity we allow ourselves to enjoy. When we exceed our inner thermostat setting, we will often do something to sabotage ourselves, causing us to drop back familiar zone where we feel secure. Unfortunately, and you've heard me say, like Dorothy said it best, there's no place like home. And even if home was really scary, the known, even if it's hard, seems a lot easier than going into the Unknown. And that book, the Big Leap, Conquer your hidden fear and take life to the next level by Gay Hendricks is one of my favorites. For all Enneagram types. Take what you need, leave the rest. And so I'm going to talk about each Enneagram type very briefly in the book that I recommend for each one. So for the type 1, also known as the Reformer, the perfectionist, which I don't love, or the Improver, they are driven by a need to.
Be good, right? They have a voice in their head all the time telling them how they could do better and be better at every moment. And their inner thoughts are filled with awareness that there's always something to improve upon. Not only in their cell, in themselves, but their environment.
It's not uncommon for ones to learn their type and then start to feel like they need to be better about how they perceive others. And so they work on becoming less critical, which is great, but it's not the full deal, because what, what they're doing when they do that is they're actually becoming way harder on themselves than they are on others. So the work for your, the ones out there, is really allowing your mind to be kind to you. You know, I've said this before. You can't give what you don't have. And the first part of learning the Enneagram and understanding the Enneagram is your work. You know, I do a lot of work in leadership and business and everybody wants to know how to help people and how to lead other people best. But how to lead other people best is how to really lead yourself through the lens of compassion, love. And so for the ones, the book that I would recommend is called Banish youh Inner Critic by Denise Jacobs. What is covered in this book is calling upon neuroscience, psychology, mindfulness principles, and self compassion, which you guys know I'm all about that. That book offers kind of techniques for putting that inner critic in its place and how to defeat the things holding you back and achieve your success through a positive, compass, loving attitude. And one of my favorite quotes from that book is by giving the inner critic less of your bandwidth, you access, express and cultivate your creativity. You take back your creative power. And from this place of reclaimed creative power, you can go after even bigger challenges. So that is beautiful for you guys that are the type ones. I know how hard you are on yourself and you guys get a bad rap for being like so judgy. But I want you to know that I see you and I know that as judgy as you can kind of outwardly appear when you're under stress. I know that that has. That couldn't even touch what you kind of say to yourself. And I really want to help set you free with that. So check out that book. I would love to know what you think about it. My ones, the type twos, the helpers. You know, you guys walk into every situation super aware of how the people around you are feeling and what they need. I know that you focus on the emotional and physical needs of others and you're so incredible at loving the people in your life. But what kind of goes unnoticed for the two is the fact that you guys actually have needs. And you start judging yourself if you have needs and you aren't even always aware that they are offering love because you're in pursuit of feeling loved yourself, right? And so this can kind of be manipulative and you guys come to it so innocently sometimes. So the main work for type two is learning to be the source of love for yourself first. Again, you can't give what you don't have, so give it to yourself first. And then you will be giving to others from the overflow. And this will help you eliminate resentment and bitterness and really letting yourself go to shit. So the gift in this for a two is to show you that you have everything you need to do without involving other people in the process. Like you are loving and lovable and worthy without anything that you do. And so knowing that you have that, that you can absolutely start giving from a place of. I really want to do this and I care because I care, not because I care to be loved. Right? And this is a huge, huge, huge thing for twos. So the book that I recommend for the twos is Braving the Wilderness by the Queen Brene Brown herself. She talks about a four step process in this book to find true belonging through authenticity, bravery, trust and vulnerability. And this book is about learning to stand confidently in yourself as you are rather than always trying to fit in or be something to somebody else. I love this book. Anything by Brene Brown is like solid. And one of my favorite quotes from this book specifically for my twos out there is this. The truth about who we are lives in our hearts. Our call to courage is to protect our wild heart against constant evaluation, especially our own. No one belongs here more than you from the Queen Brene Brown. So go check it out. Type twos. I would love to hear what you think about this one. All right. My threes, the achievers.
When I think about threes, you know, it's you guys have no problem getting things done. Like, there's not much that holds you back. And so, you know, I want, like, this is the one type I actually encourage to slow the way, slow way, way, way, way down. Because you guys will work, work, work, work until you arrive to the peak. You know, I think of it like climbing a mountain. It's the biggest peak that you've ever seen, and you have set your minds to climb it, making it to the work until you get there. You'll get there completely exhausted, only to find that just beyond there's a bigger mountain. And that's where, like, you guys lack fulfillment and joy and you just, like, you miss the miracles along the way. And what happens is sometimes you burn out, become bitter, your body will break down on you until you realize, you know, those peaks, there's always going to be a bigger peak to climb. So more than any other number, I think three is the achiever need to learn to accept the space between accomplishments and learn to sit in the space of.
Themselves. I want you guys to find the rhythm between rest and productivity and inspired creation. And so to go along with that theme, the book that I recommend for my threes, the achievers out there is how to do Resisting the Attention Economy by Jenny o'. Dell.
This like, and I know the threes out there are like, I don't want to not do. Like, I am born to do things. And I swear, I promise you, this is not like, it doesn't propose a life of doing nothing and just like being a thug or anything like that. It's about finding moments of doing nothing so that when you actually do do something, you're ready and rested, and it's for all the right reasons. It's also, this book is also about questioning what nothing and something are in the first place. And this is actually.
What inspires the rest is work rule of working brighter and you will be more fulfilled. The point of doing nothing is to return to work refreshed and ready to become more productive.
But rather to question what we currently perceive as productive. Because I know, like, for a three, what they see as productive and you know, is to drive the line. It is to achieve, to have success, the recognition. Because the core of the three believes this is their motive for everything. They believe that they have to do that in order to be worthy of love, approval, acceptance, anything. And so that is why the finish line keeps moving, the peaks keep getting bigger. And so my goal for the threes are to see that they are amazing. You don't have to do or be anything or have a certain title or have a certain appearance or you know, fill in the blank to be worthy and that you can really find what lights you up and what gives you the fulfillment. So when you actually do make it to whatever summit it is, you actually enjoy it and you stop to celebrate for a moment and celebrate those that you've brought along with you. Because you have that beautiful knack of doing that.
All right, so my four is the individualists. It's not uncommon for the type fours to find themselves in a loop of self destructive behaviors and sabotage. Making choice after choice that keeps you feeling like something inside of you must be flawed. When things aren't working out for a four, they can become super angry at themselves, self indulgent in the negative emotions. They can go down that path.
And they definitely can fall into the pattern of making the choices that sabotage their happiness, success.
Feeling like they're flawed in a ways that other aren't. Like the grass is always greener. Envy is that underlying emotion for the four. So they think that there's always. They're beautiful though they are happy for other people, but inside of them they feel like there's something missing and then they turn inward and the shame, you know, and shame is that silent, silent killer. So the work for the four here is pretty straightforward, like change your behavior and change your life.
And so the book that I recommend is so great. I love this. Stop doing that shit Ending self sabotage and demand you'd life back by Gary John Bishop. And in this book he explains how the four's destructive cycles come down to the way we are wired. And he identifies different types of people and the ways we fuck ourselves over. We can't save money. We land in the same type of toxic relationships. Stuck in a rut at work analyzing why you can't show up the way that you do or why you show up the way that you do.
Including the common grenades that blow up your life. He shows how you can interrupt the cycle and stop self sabotaging your life. And one of my favorite quotes from this book. I love this. I love this author. I think he also wrote Unfuck yourself too, which is great. This quote is from Gary John Bishop in Stuck Doing that shit. You got yourself to this point in your life and I'm going to show you how you subconsciously did it, how you fucked yourself and how to dig yourself out. So all my fours out there, you know, it's, it's pretty easy. Just change your behavior. You will change your life and you know, when we start to change our behavior, we really start to build that muscle. And the more evidence that you get that when you change it, you can change your life. It's why, you know, fours can have tremendous success. And if they don't stay on that path, that's when the sabotage comes in. So I would love to hear what my fours out there think about this book. I love it. All right. The fives, the investigators, you know, to appeal to A5, you must appeal to their intellect, showing them that you've done research and that there's facts and theories.
The same thing goes for changing the habits of a type 5, because the type 5 friends, they respond best to supported arguments and fully examined ideas. So most fives need to learn how to take action before they think they're ready. Because a 5 is driven by the need to feel equipped and capable. And that's why they can go down the rabbit hole of information analysis paralysis, for sure. And that's why they will sometimes stay isolated.
They disconnect from emotion a lot of the time, or if they do, it becomes almost manic emotion.
But the thing that will really help them make the shifts that they want to make is all in their understanding of why they're making those choices in the first place. And so the book that I recommend for my type fives out there is called Quiet by Susan Cain. Her extensive research. Research which. That word alone. Love, love, loved by the type Fives. They love research. So Susan Cain's extensive research shows the slow rise of the extrovert as for success. And I know, like, the fives is the most introverted on the enneagram, you know, especially in the entrepreneur world or the business world, you know, the. The extrovert is the ones that we. We really kind of see. And with that rise of that ideal for success.
You know, we're trying to break that because there's tons of fives that I know personally that are amazing entrepreneurs and business owners. More importantly, she makes a strong case for the power of the introverts and also how the two can. How the two can cooperate together. This book is a deep well of wisdom about human interaction. And so for my fives out there, that really, like, you know, the deep dive. Well, here we go. And this. This quote, I love. And I know that all my Fives really, like, love the fact that they're introverted. I'm an introvert, too, and I do love the fact that I'm an introvert, but I love her quote, don't think of introversion as something that needs to be cured, because it doesn't. All of us have our own gifts, and there is something about being an introvert that really allows us to have a different perspective. The extroverts are amazing too. Like, my daughter's an extrovert, and they bring a whole different thing to the table. But honoring who you are.
But also as a five, understanding that you don't have to know everything about everything before you take action. Taking action will actually help you build the confidence to know that you are equipped and capable of all amazing things. All right, my six is the loyalists out there.
If I could wave a magic wand and give one gift to my loyalists out there, it would be that the belief that everything always works out for your good is what happens even if you get blindsided, even if you didn't see something coming, that in this moment, you are completely safe and no matter what happens in your life, you will be okay. And I know, I can feel all my sixes out there going, yeah, but saying, yeah, but that there is no amount of effort or overthinking that can prevent pain and there's no amount of restlessness that is worth attempting to. And so the book that I chose for all my beautiful sixes out there, because they're driven by the need to have certainty. It's why they're master troubleshooters. And they can definitely fall into analysis paralysis and paralysis. And they have like plan A, B, C, D, E, F and G. Right? And they do worry and they do kind of work themselves up.
And so, you know.
Knowing that they're going to be okay is really the goal. That no matter what, they're equipped and capable to handle even a blind side or something they never saw coming. So the book I chose for my sixes is called the Power of thinking Without Thinking by Malcolm Gladwell. And it's all about the amazing ability to make fast and effective decisions, which I know for a six, they don't. They don't make really fast decisions. A lot of the time. They make very thought out decisions. So in other words, it's about intuitive thought and how you know things without knowing. That's why, like, sixes and eights, like healthy ones, can really be good friends. That's why they do like me, because I am healthy. But when I was a loose cannon, not so much. At the heart of this book is the idea of keeping decision making simple and avoiding the analysis paralysis that can be the result of too much information. And the quote that I love from this book is, we have as human beings a storytelling problem. Oh my gosh. This is like every conversation I have with sixes. You're a bit too quick to come up with an explanation for things we don't really have an explanation for. Like, that is like the motto of a six. So this book, I think will be very, very helpful to you. All right? My sevens the enthusiast, they fear being trapped in emotional pain or committed to something that doesn't bring them joy. So one of their coping mechanisms is to deal with this fear is a constant pursuit of the next great thing. That's why they can appear flaky or uncommitted or unfocused, because once A7 has finished planning something beautiful, they enter into the reality of doing that thing and they start to panic, so they start to prepare for something else.
I love the fact that sevens keep things fun and interesting, but what happens sometimes is they're in something great that they've created and they're already, I can't wait for the next thing. I can't wait for the next thing. And so the trouble here is that nothing ever is quite enough, right? There's always more good. And that day to day reality of things can become a little lackluster and boring to them.
So the work for that seven is to allow themselves to feel all of it, because they don't want to feel pain. The real work is to live in the moment, absorb the magic in everyday simple things, and to not overspend and over consume in the pursuit of feeling just a little bit better than normal. And so the book that I recommend for my sevens out there is called the Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer. And in this book it describes how you can untie yourself from your ego, harness your inner energy, not the energy outside of you, which is what a lot of sevens gravitate towards to, right? But to really feel their own inner energy. And sometimes that is the harder parts of the energy, right? Expanding beyond yourself and float through the river of life instead of fighting it, blocking it, or running from it. And the quote that I love from this book is we are constantly trying to hold it all together. If you really want to see why you do things, then don't do them and see what happens. This is a great book, by the way. I recommend it to everyone, but especially my sevens. Okay, my fellow eight challengers out there. So as you know, the eights value strength and we spend a significant amount of energy preserving the idea that we are powerful and therefore we are not weak and controllable like I said, the Eights pretty much categorize everything. Every decision, every person they talk to. We put you in a box. Are you weak or are you strong? And.
So this can take beautiful manifestations, such as taking the lead and protecting those that are.
Uncapable. It can mean that we say things that need to be said when others are afraid to do that. But it also can mean that myself included and I was faced with this reality this week that many aides never rest. And because so many of us, and this is so true for me, that Eights don't have a safe place to land because they fear the vulnerability that comes with letting their guard down. I have had a vulnerability hangover last three days for this very thing. Because I actually allow myself to go here now doesn't mean it's easy. It's still the most terrifying thing. I would rather run into a burning building than really crack myself open and be vulnerable. I do it because I know that this is strength and power and courage and actually the strongest thing I can do. But we don't rest because we haven't most of our life had that. So it is no big surprise. But the book that I recommend for every single Eight out there, again by the Queen, the one, the personal development person that really helped me see the power of this is Brene Brown. The power of vulnerability. Teachings of authenticity, connection, and courage. And the language in the title of this book alone is so important for the Eights, you know, the power of vulnerability. Because too often, and we need the word power because we see that as strength, right? So it's kind of a play on words, but it's so true, because too often we see most Eights has seen vulnerability as a sign of weakness, yet it's actually the act of vulnerability that makes us stronger as people. It's what builds connection and trust with those that lean into us. And Brene Brown is a straight shooter. That's what I love about her. She's no bullshit. Which Eights also love.
The quote that I love most from this book.
This is so true. And this is why after 40 years, I was ready to really fully surrender to vulnerability is you can't numb those hard feelings without numbing the other ones. Our emotions, you cannot selectively numb. So when we numb those, we numb joy, we numb gratitude, we numb happiness. And then we are miserable and we are looking for purpose and meaning, and then we feel vulnerable. So then we have a couple of beers and a banana nut muffin, and it becomes this dangerous cycle. And that is so true. That's a story of my life. And so once we can really understand that invulnerability is actually where the strength and power comes from, this is, this is the game changer for the eight. And this is the person, when I embrace this, this is who you all see today. Over a decade ago, it was the opposite of this. Right? So all my eights out there, let me know what you think about this one. All right. Finally, the nine, my peacemakers. And you know, the Enneagram nines are probably one of the most and most great untapped resources. The problem is, is when you have a nine, they're probably the hardest to coach out of the darkness, to be honest with you, because they just don't feel much when they get to that. But an awakened, like Healthy 9 has the deepest awareness and perspective paired with such insight.
To most problems. They have the kind of voice that our world needs to hear the most. They see from all perspectives very, you know, very openly. They approach the world with zero judgment and they understand that everybody's just trying to do their best and they don't really have their ego in any of this. They really, really don't. But when they're in a dark place, it can seem like the opposite. Like they don't have any of this. So because so many nines don't even know how valuable their voice is and they feel overwhelmed at the thought of discovering how to share that. It's easy for the type nines, the peacemakers, to talk themselves out of anything. It's why they'll play small. And the thought of, like, the stress that would come with that and the fear that they could be just something else or disrupt anything.
It becomes too loud in their head and they, you know, if they don't have the resources, they can shut down. So the goal for the nines, you know, because they, their goal is to have internal peace and external peace around them, you know, so stepping into your voice is very scary for them because, you know, if you stand in the light, you're not going to make everybody happy. And that is like the last thing they want. But they have the wisdom and the gifts and the voice to actually change the world, right? And so the book that I recommend for all my peacemakers out there is, you are a badass how to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life by Jen Sincero. In this book, you identify and change the self sabotaging beliefs and behaviors that stop you from getting what you want. Blast past your fears so you can Take big exciting risks. I know that just freaked every nine out. Figure out how to make some damn money and learn how to love yourself and others, setting big goals and reaching them. And how to create the life that you totally love and how to create it now. And the quote that I love from this book is this. Because if you base your self worth on what everyone else thinks of you, you hand all your power over to other people and then become dependent on a source outside of yourself for validation. Then you wind up chasing after something you have no control over. And should that something suddenly place its focus somewhere else or change its mind and decide you're no longer very interesting, you end up with a full blown identity crisis. And if you ask a nine who they are, a lot of them will say, I have no fucking idea. And that's because of that. And so my goal, I am working with a lot of nines right now. And they are hard. They're very hard to pull them out of that kind of thought because they've learned early on that like their needs, their opinions, their voice really doesn't have a place here.
And so to really help them believe that is my goal. Because I do know the power and the Yoda like wisdom that nines bring to the world. My personal coach is a nine. And you know, he is a world changer in every way. And so you nines out there, your voice, your opinions, it matters in ways you don't even know. We need you. So that is my recommendations for the books for all the Enneagram types. Again, I can't emphasize this enough. Information does not equal transformation. It is integration of the information that will transform your life. And if you want to accelerate that transformation at a rapid pace, you are done banging your head into the wall. You know the best way out of it is to have a guide. And that is what I spend my days doing. I would love nothing more than to take your team or organization or business through my process. You individually if you want to do this for yourself. I'm currently still doing typing sessions with people and I can take you the Enneagram experience where I help you understand and acknowledge where this is all rooted from, bring you back to who you are always designed to be, and then show you actually how to integrate this so you can move the needle very quickly in all areas of your life. I would love to know what you thought about this episode. And if you read these books, tag me, show me, let me know what you think. You can find me on Instagram. Traceyomalley and if you are ready for your transformation, go to traceyomalley.com at the work with me section and I would be honored to walk this journey with you. So let me know what you're thinking. I really, really, really want you to shine your light and your gifts on this world. We need it now more than ever. Stand on the front line of your life, my friends. That that is how you become bulletproof. Until next time, thank you for tuning in to the Becoming Bulletproof podcast. If you learned a thing or two from our show today, it would mean a lot to me if you shared it and tagged me so I can hear exactly what landed on your heart. This will help me to bring you even more episodes with the topics and guests you want. Please head over to itunes and leave an honest and loving five star review. If this made an impact on you, you you can find me on Instagram traceyomalley and I have tons of free resources for you@traceyomalley.com as always, if you are wanting to ignite your purpose, profits and build your legacy, it's time to stand on the front line of your life and do the work. Sam.
