Hello.
Welcome back to another episode of the Leadership Formula podcast. And we are continuing our series on all the Enneagram types. And, you know, the seven. The Enneagram seven. The enthusiastic visionary. My own daughter, who is a seven, is the whole reason why I dove head first into the Enneagram. Because it was my relationship with my daughter and women in general, quite honestly, that I was feeling most conflicted with. I didn't understand women in general a lot of the time, but especially the seven. I didn't know how they functioned. I don't know how they make anything happen in their life because that enthusiasm they get a bad rap for sometimes. But there's so many more. More gifts that come in being the enthusiast, the enthusiastic visionary. Like they are the master innovators of anything's possible in this lifetime, in this world, in our bodies. And I wanted to bring one of my favorite sevens that I've ever worked with, Dr. Nicole Marcione, right? Is that how we say it?
Yes.
Hello. Oh my gosh, I'm so excited. And you guys know I only bring people on that I actually really respect, Period, End of story. And we were just talking for the last 20 so minutes about some juicy stuff that I think we're going to touch in on in this podcast. But the gift of the Enneagram 7 is the ability to kind of switch lanes, pivot. When they're done with something, they're done and they're ready to move on to something else. And that's where they get the bad rap, is maybe not being focused or flaky and raising one. I used to kind of low key judge her for that and I was like, no, no, no, no, no. I see that beautiful visionary spirit, but how do I help empower that? And for those of you listening that aren't an enneagram7, I think this is going to be very, very, very Important for you to listen to. And if you are a seven, you're going to feel so seen, heard, understood and valued for all the gifts that you bring to the table. Nicole, I'm so excited to have this conversation with you.
Thank you so much for having me. I'm super excited as well. And yeah, just listening to that little intro about sevens really touched my heart because so many times, especially growing up in a very traditional family, like, my enthusiasm was not appreciated, to say the least. And I always was being told like, you're in La La Land. Get out of La La Land. Start focusing. And what was really interesting is last year I was in Sedona and I was getting an aura reading with my friend Dr. Laura, who I know you know, and we walked.
Where did you go? Where did you go? Because I love Sedona. Did you go to Jamie?
No, his name was is Tyler. Now he lives in la, which is really funny. We've connected here. His. I'll give him a little plug because I love him. His Instagram is faze the future. But anyways, as soon as I walked in, he goes, girl, you are in La La Land.
And it made me feel so good because that was the first time it.
Was being celebrated and not criticized.
Exactly. And so I have in the past year and a half working with you, really kind of claiming and embodying and embracing. This is who I am. And it's not something to be shamed about, but it's something that's my strength. I'm like, yeah, I'm in La La Land and it's fantastic. And if you want to join me and learn about how to live in that place, please do, because it's fun and it doesn't mean like, I don't get shit done.
I'm a doctor, for crying out loud.
I know how to accomplish things, but it's just in a very different, non traditional, non linear way.
Oh, my gosh. You know, I was thinking as you were saying that, yeah, you've got a doctorate or a doctor in front of your name. So it's like, yeah, you are able to get things done, clearly. You know, I love the La La Land and I used to be judgmental of people like you. And usually when we are casting judgment, now that I've done, you know, lots and lots of work over the last 25 or so years on myself, usually when we're judging somebody else, it's because we have envy that they have something that we don't. Right? And I, for the longest time, it's why? When My daughter was 4 and I saw this beautiful La La land spirit, I was so angry with her for no reason other than she had something that I so desperately wanted and didn't know how to access. This is the beauty of being in the presence of Enneagram Sevens. My daughter has become one of my closest friends at 25 years old. And some of my very closest friends are sevens because you do bring out the best of any situation. So let's go back a little bit because I remember one of the first messages you sent me. You're like, either you're, you know your shit or you're a really good salesperson.
I know.
And I was like, I know I'm not a really good salesperson.
I sent you that.
Yeah, I will never forget that. It was so funny. And I took that as a compliment because I know I'm not full of shit. You know, I'm not into manipulative marketing. I joke that I'm the worst, like self promoter of all time. And I really, really am. And when somebody says something like that to me, I. I know we're going to dive really deep. And that we did, you know. Like, were you surprised that you were in enneagram 7? Because when I was looking at your assessment, you know, there was a few that were right up there at the top.
In general, no, everything I read is fine. Because I was reading what you sent out to our group at the very beginning and I was like, oh yeah, this feels so good. This feels so good. I feel like I do tend to my everyday life. I like to be a little more introverted. Like I love being by myself and that's how I recharge. So in that way, I feel like I'm not as much as the extrovert, but when I'm around people that I enjoy, I'm very open. I'm very like lively and let's go and the cheerleader and all of that. I live with my partner. He's very extroverted. And so when I see him, I'm like, oh no, I'm not that. Like, he's everyone's best friend, friend and walks, people walk down the street, he's like, let's have a beer, whatever, you know. And I'm like, don't talk to me. I have enough friends already.
So in that way that didn't really settle in. But everything else, like the multi passionate, the all over the place, like freedom and adventure are some of my core values and choice and options, all of those things. And then when I read about how. And we can get a little bit more into this. When sevens are out of balance, they go to the one which is the reformer and like the rule oriented one and the critical one. And I can very quickly go into that if I'm not taking care of myself. Like, you know, why aren't the trash cans taken in? Or, you know, why is this drawer open? I mean, really, that's not me, but that's when I. The red flag goes up and it's like something, something needs to be addressed here.
It's. It's so cool using the framework in the system of the Enneagram and knowing that, like, it's used more as a compass because that isn't you. And when my daughter would slip into that back before I understood any of this, you know, because I'm an eight, when she would get into that mode, it felt like disrespect and, oh, you want to fight? Like, let's fight. I'm all for the fight. And it'd be expensive. Explosive, right? And then of course, she would have all these feelings about it. And of course I'm like, we just fought.
I love it.
Like, I'm eating this for breakfast. And so now when I, you know, because I have a lot of sevens in my life, when I see them in that, I know that there's overwhelm happening. Whether it's they have yes. Themselves to death or people aren't taking them seriously. People aren't seeing their vision the way that they're having it pan out or what is that usually for you when you kind of go into the one zone of that, Is it a combination.
Of that, what you said, with people not seeing, the vision and the frustration of not feeling like someone or multiple people believe in you, but they're just tolerating you. Like, oh yeah, they're, they're, they're so cute. Again, let's see what, what she's getting her fingers in this time. Let's see how long she lasts in it.
Oh, yeah.
And that for so long. Because, like your daughter, I have many, many, like, certificates and degrees and like, I've been this and I've been that. Like, I'm 47. Like, I've had a life. Like, I've never been in one job ever. And so thank God for you.
That's what you need. That is exactly what you need.
But for the longest time, it was more like, well, she can't ever finish anything or, you know, can't you just stick to something? Or can't you focus or what's the problem? Like, what's the. What's wrong with you? Not that those exact words were coming out. And so being able to educate those around me and tell them this is actually where I thrive and this is my zone of genius, so stop tamping that down. Like, it might be irritating to you. I understand that and we can discuss that part, but that is really when I feel I get into the one.
Because then I can at least try to control something about other people. And that's the criticism totally.
And I have recognized, like, because I go into tactical strategy a lot of times and I have to be like, this is why understanding the people close to you or the people that you're leading or loving. Right. Like, what really can set them off? And even though I'm going into tactical mode, if I start going into that before a 7 has completed their brain dump or they're in fantasy land or whatever, like, I interrupt that vision and they get frustrated. Not because of like, it's. It's like they're going on this trek and they have to believe that everything is possible. And even if it isn't, we have to let them believe we believe that everything is possible. Because the more that they believe, they know that we believe that anything's possible, the more likely somebody like you will trust someone like me for wisdom, for strategy. But when you dismiss the visionary spirit of an enneagram7, you are missing out and you're frustrating them.
And then we don't want to share with anyone else. Yeah.
Yeah. And it sucks. Like, you guys are the most underrated on the Enneagram, I would say, like, you're larger than life. You're very. Like, when you do show up passionately, like there's no denying it. But yeah, a lot of sevens aren't necessarily like, woohoo. Like, you know, all the things.
Yeah. And I think probably if that uncovered and down deep that would come out. But we live in a. Let's just face it, we live in a society that doesn't value that all the time. Like maybe little sprinkles of it and it gets tamped down and. Or dampened and then you kind of just give up. If you're not. If you doing the growth, the work and the development and. And wanting to grow and really get to know more about yourself, then I feel like. Then it just becomes, you know, like, frustration and maybe even depression or anxiety. Like, like when you go into the depths, like mental health stuff. Because. Because we're extreme. Like, we have a Lot of energy, and we need to get it out. And if it doesn't, then that goes really deep into ourselves, and then we start really questioning, which everybody in general. But I feel like sevens just have this even more so that you.
You guys are grossly misunderstood a lot of the time. And a lot of that is just. I wish I had more of that. And, you know, knowing I have this wing and watching, you know, having very strong, powerful women, sevens in my life, you really bring out the best in. In who I am, and I love that. Being underestimated as a seven, you know, you're. As a kid. We can go into that even as an adult. And, you know, I've seen you pivot probably two or three times in the time I've known you, and I'm celebrating it, but I'm sure you've got people looking at you going, what the hell is going on? Where was the earliest memory of you feeling underestimated or not taken seriously?
Probably when I was little. You know, if we really want to go. Yeah, let's back. Yeah. I was. I was brought up in a really strict household. My dad was very military, was Vietnam vet. My mom was very religious. We were raised very religious. And so talk about no freedom, no options, no choices, no visionary things. Always being told what to do, how to do it. Especially also being a female. Like, my mom was born in Mexico, so that cultural that came upon, that conditioning came upon me. And. Yeah, just always thinking one way and then being told, no. Being told, we don't do this. Being told, that's wrong. Being told, that's not for you. Even being told you're a girl, that's not for you. Like, that seems crazy right now in 2022. And so then I broke away from that religion, but took me a long time. And then it was like, I want to go back to school. And I was the underdog in that. And I had a lot of people because I didn't have. I didn't go to college right afterward after high school. Like, I went when I was. My first college class was when I was 36 at a community college. And it was because someone very close to me called me uneducated.
Wow.
Pissed. And talk about fighting, like, when you're up against something. And I was like, okay, you know what? You're right. I don't have any degrees. Let's go.
Yeah. When a seven hits the accelerator, man, what you've done in 11 years.
Yeah. Yeah. All the way to Ph.D. and actually nine, because I've been out two years. But. But I realized, like, my whole life was trying to prove my worth, whether it was to my parents or to religion or to, you know, men or to my advisor or to whoever. Like. And it's always been like, I'm accomplishing these things because no one's gonna tell me that again. Or because someone said, you can't do it.
Did you feel like it was gonna give you more options? Which is a big thing for a seven is they wanna believe that everything's available to them and every option is on the table. Did you believe that? Or was it more to prove something?
I mean, maybe underneath was to bring more freedom and options into my life. For sure. I don't think I've ever had that question asked until right now, but for sure. It was like, I'm proving myself and you're never going to keep. It was like, you can't keep me in this box and whatever I have to do. And that's when, like, if you want to go into the enneagram wings, like, that's when the eight. And I never knew anything about this, but that's when the eight in me comes out and it's like, oh, yeah, hold my beer. Watch this. And like you were saying, you fight. But what I realized in the last couple of years especially is that I don't. I can accomplish anything in that mode of fight, flight, hustle, grind. And really, that is not me. It's not sustainable.
Right.
Doesn't feel good in my body or in my spirit.
Especially at our age. Our hormones and our adrenals will not like that if we take it too long.
Exactly. And so that's when I was like, no, I don't need to do this anymore. I've proven myself to myself, to myself. This is who I am. And it's always getting deeper. Like, I'm always discovering new things because, like you, I am all about growth. And that if we're not growing, we're dying, really. And so there's always a new discovery. And I think that's why you said pivot, but I personally don't like that word very much, because me, it was more like a deepening, because it wasn't like, I'm going this way, and now I'm going this way, which is what I think of as a pivot in my own brain. But for me, it was like, I'm going down this path, but it's. I want to go a little bit deeper. And when I uncover that it's not completely different, like, it was always there it's just now I'm peeling off this layer and that. Because that. That felt too heavy for me. Like. Like a big jacket that maybe I needed at some time. And it was, it was serving me. But now it's like it's hot and I don't need it. So why am I still wearing it? Like, let's adapt and transition into whatever this new environment that I'm creating myself. Creating for myself and dressing for the part, if you will, for using that analogy of like the jacket.
So you go to get a PhD and then what do you think you want to do with that? Do you even know?
I definitely like one year in, which is not very good. I definitely realize I do not want to be a research scientist.
Oh my God. Worst case scenario for a seven, right?
Stuck in a basement looking at data and writing boring grants all day. And yet here is this R1 highly regarded university spending hundreds of thousands of dollars into my education to create a research scientist.
Wow.
So for a long time, again, having to bury that seven and not let anyone know, like, I don't want to do this, but I really want the PhD because I told everyone I'm doing it. So I'm right. I'm going to finish this. And so when I finished and decided to not go into the typical trajectory, which is like a professor, research scientist, I mean, my colleagues in the same program had postdocs at NASA. Right.
This was not something flippant like, ah, okay, I got my PhD from some online obscure university and now I'm going to just traipse along and do my thing. No, this is like serious shit. And I totally went against that. And when I look back, it was the best decision. But as I was in. Didn't feel good. But it felt right. You know what I mean? Like, it felt hard.
Hard journey for sure.
Exactly. And that had. I've always. I've. It wasn't the first time I had to make extremely hard decisions in my life. Knowing that I could lose it all and still following my heart because I knew it wasn't going to be fulfilling to me. And I think that as a seven, like really tapping into that energy of what lights you up and what's going to give you the freedom is so powerful.
Yeah. Even if you don't understand how this all plays out, that is the gift of the Seven is you don't worry about it. Where some of the other types on the Enneagram can get in the thick of. Well, how, how, how, how, how the 7 doesn't care how they just believe that it's possible and. And it's going to work out for the greatest good.
Yeah. I mean, I had no idea about Enneagram until a year and a half ago. And yet all of these things, like, I was able to tap into that. And. And I think it goes back to also sevens, really, if it doesn't feel good, you know, right away. Like, we don't tolerate our bodies physically don't tolerate it, our spirits don't tolerate it. And so being in a situation that doesn't feel good, like, it doesn't matter what's on the other side of leaving it, you just know you. You must get out or you're gonna die.
I'm so glad that you said this, because I am like somebody who, you know, there's a big difference between intuition and instinct. And instinct is a reaction to something where intuition is this divine, you know, knowing this divine direction. Right. And I think so often, even in the Enneagram, if we talk about the centers of intelligence, the seven falls into the thinking center of intelligence, where, yeah, you can get a little heady in. But I want to do this, I want to do this, I want to do this. And that's all head stuff, right? But so often we just go off that center of intelligence that we dominate. We use the other ones, which we're going to touch on for you, because I think this is all going to make even more sense of the other centers of intelligence. But what overrides the centers of intelligence every time is this divine intuition in our body. And I think that you and I both, with the trauma that we have experienced, experienced in our lives for the longest time, we shoved down our intuition. We ignored it. We didn't even know what the hell it was. And even though, yes, you do fall into the center of intelligence, of the thinking center, you are always being led by what your body's telling you first. How did that happen for you? Because I'm going to tell you how the Enneagram comes into play with what center of intelligence you actually use. Because even though, yes, the seven is in that thinking, we use all three of them. But the body never lies.
Yeah.
Body always tells the truth. So where did you kind of make that connection of, like, listening to the body?
I have always, since I was little, loved to move. I was always. I never was into dance or. And I wasn't allowed to go into, like, formal sports until high school. But I always love to move my body to swim, to walk, to run, to skip. And I always. I don't know, there was always an attraction, an interest in the human body. And so when, even when I graduated high school, even though I wasn't allowed to go into university because that was against the religion, I decided to become a massage therapist because I was so interested in the body and how it moves and all the systems and all that. And that was like kind of the closest thing I could do that was, quote unquote permissible as a vocation. And so then that really just deepened in. And then I got into Pilates, which made it even deeper and, you know, learned how to teach that first. I did it and felt how good it was in my body. And so I've always just had this very close relationship with how I feel in my body. I don't know why. I don't. I mean, I've always been the straight A student and the thinker too, but I just felt like my muscles or something was off or if something was painful. Like, I never ignored anything like that. It was always a lot of information.
And to me that was intelligence as well, even though I wouldn't have used that word back then, but it was like also probably because I was always being told what to do so much, that feeling into my body was really important to me. And I'll even bring up like I was physically, like I was beaten as a child. And so the pain that that caused. Probably like the physical pain. Yeah, probably very quickly as a little kid brought me into what my body is feeling and whether or not it feels pain or it feels good or it feels safe or anything like that.
So when you're making a decision where, where a seven can get into trouble is the fomo, the excitement, the. The right now. That sounds exciting. And a lot of times I'll see a 7 yes themselves into a situation and then all of a sudden they're in it and they feel like a caged animal. What is your process today? I was talking to one of my best friends yesterday because she was. She got a case of FOMO and she had already knowed herself, but then wanted to switch it. And all I said was like, sleep on it, take 24 hours, go into your 5k, write your growth number and really like get in tune in your body of why this is now a fuck yes rather than yesterday it was a fuck no. How do you go about making decisions that align with your intuitive powers rather than the seven kind of yoo hoo, this is. This sounds great.
Yeah, that's such a good question. And I've learned this over the Years. So for me it's a couple of things that have informed my decision making process. One, I will, because I know I get very excited about everything right away. I will pause and I will breathe. Especially if I'm by myself. I'll like sit, sit with something and feel in my body. Like when I think about this, do I. And it's subtle. Sometimes do I feel a contraction in my body, like I want to literally physically contract or do I feel an expansion or an opening or like a release of energy? And I know that sounds kind of a little bit woo woo, but.
But it's so right.
And when you start practicing it like it becomes more and more familiar. I also, which we talked about a little bit beforehand and I don't want to bring this too much but as bringing in my human design. I'm what's called an emotional authority, which makes sense. And basically I have highs and lows emotionally. And so I'm not supposed to make a decision until I'm neutral emotionally. So like I feel the high. I feel the hell yes. Then I feel the hell no. Then maybe I feel the hell yes. And then once I get like removed from the excitement of it, then the clarity comes of if it's a yes or no. And, and that can. That could take days and that could take minutes, right?
It.
It just really depends on the situation.
I am so glad that you brought that up, that emotional authority. Because something we didn't even dive into in our time together, you know, God, almost two years ago now. And something I wasn't sure, the power of it within the Enneagram. This is the cool part about you know, diving deep every day into this. And this is going to like blow your frickin mind for a second. So I love that. Like for you, for me it's always the body first, the body first. What. What is the body telling me? And then we go into the other centers of intelligence to figure out now what do we do with what the intuition in our body is telling us? Right. And for you as a 7, your first default is to the thinking center. But we do have an emotional feeling center and we do have an instinct, instinctual center. And where you dominate in your framework of the Enneagram, yes, your home, your default will always be the seven zone. But when it comes to using your instinct, seven isn't a natural instinctual being. Right? So you dominate in the nine, in the instinctual center, which is this Yoda wisdom, a divine knowing. I know that you have a lot of religious trauma. Obviously there's a lot of listeners that do so the divine knowing is, you know, the most beautiful spirit that is guiding you. You dominate in the instinctual center as the nine. And so when you have to operate on instincts, you do embody that nine. And you are like a Yoda. You are this wise, peaceful, more introverted being. And you, you think about how this affects the bigger picture for long game. That's the gift of a nine. When they're in a good spot now in the emotional center, this is it. This is like the magic. You dominate heavily in the four, which is the creative, the most emotional, intuitive being in the heart center.
My goodness.
They are like the emotional magical people that bring beauty and creativity to life. And seeing what you have done, especially in the two years that I've known you, I see you leaning heavily into that feeling. And instead of shoving down that emotional authority in you, you are using it to springboard the seven home like to the next stratosphere.
That's your tri type. It is the 794-or-749 tri type. Just so you know.
That's really. That just gave me.
Yeah, that feels also why you don't.
Look like a typical seven. Because that, you know, aside from the wings and our subtype, which I would gather you're probably self preservation or a one on one, which I kind of toggle between the two as well. That four is a more withdrawn type. And especially when you're feeling things instead of looking a little bit more manic like a seven can when they are, you know, in their unhealthy zone, you actually do take on that more withdraw part of the, the four to kind of make sense of all of this because you feel it so deeply.
Well, I was just gonna say that sits in me so, so deliciously because. And I think that for me, for my journey has come with all this self development and digging deeper work. Because the, the manic and the like all over the place and flighty and freaking out like that was me for a while. It wasn't allowed to come out right. It was beaten on me. If I was little or religion, it was like. But like that was what was going on inside of my hat, which was like not a safe place to be.
Like what do you do with all that?
Exactly. And well, you go into the struck. That's what you do with it.
Yeah, I know that one well too.
And so for you to say that about the four and the nine really kind of gives me a little bit of an atta girl pat. Like yeah, this work that you're doing is manifesting in how you're living your life. Keep going. Like, that is what I'm feeling. And I think, you know, for so long and for, I want to say for women in general, but I also want to say maybe even for sevens, a little bit more like being. We're told to be more in our heads and not be in our body and not be in our feelings. Right. And so we cut off ourselves, like, neck down, dead. Exactly. Because it's dangerous or it's shameful or we don't understand it or we feel betrayed by it, like all of these things. So it's just easier to stay in our head and be in our thinking no matter what. Our dominant thing is center. But so being kind of like gently, slowly opening that back up and, and sinking into the intelligence of our body. And that might just be taking a deep breath. Like, it doesn't mean you have to go, you know, do some sacred ritual naked and run into the ocean baptized for a better lack of a better word yourself. But you can, like, that's being in your body too. Right. It's just like whatever gets you to feel and get out of just the head. We need both. We need both. But we know as women and in the society, it's really respected and revered. If you were like the brains as opposed to the body. And yet our body, that's where as females, our power is like the creativity. And even if you've never get, like, I don't have kids, I've never given birth. But like, that creative ability is in all of us. And when we cut that off, it's like cutting off an arm, whether we realize it or not.
Yeah, it really, really is. And you know, the body is the. The compass for everything that we do. And that's why movement. And like you said, like, yeah, you can go to some spiritual retreat and, you know, do the mushrooms and whatever it is that like, get you whatever you feel. But what I have found, and I'm sure you have too, is this unconditional commitment and consistency in every day, kind of tapping into my breath or just getting outside, away from all the distractions and the technology, just to kind of breathe in the air that brings me back and grounding me so that I can step into the centers of intelligence and use them for not only the calling that's on my life, but for the greatest good of every person that I touch. And I see you doing that so beautifully today.
Yeah. And then we're able to really know what we desire what brings us joy and happiness and lights our, us up, not because of anyone else but us, but until we take that time. And it takes time. Like you can't just wake up and go, go, go. You will never tap into that. Like, you have to put some intention around it and whatever that is, deep breaths, hands on the body, doing yoga, going for a walk, hugging a tree. Like, I definitely hunt these. Literally putting your feet in the dirt, standing in the water, being in the waves of the ocean, Whatever it is that brings about. Like I talk, I've been especially right now, talking about a lot about sensuality. And a lot of people go into, oh, does that mean sexuality? No, it can mean sexuality, but sensuality is really just about the senses. Like, how are you bringing in, how are you using this physical being, this body, to bring in all these things through your senses, Whether it's visual or smelling or eating or feeling or hearing, all of this is bringing sensuality into our body. And then that's one very quick way if you have a hard time getting into your body is just doing something through your senses. Maybe it's eating a fig, maybe it's lighting a candle, maybe it's listening to beautiful music, maybe it's, maybe it's rubbing oil on your body. Could be any of those things. But that is a very easy access way to tap into your body's intelligence. And then you go deeper from there.
So you guys know that I again, don't promote anybody or anything that I don't a hundred percent feel safe for you to go into. And this whole situation, sensuality, space, has become very trendy and it fucking pisses me off because I get it in theory, yet some people are doing it so irresponsibly and, and I know a lot of you have experienced trauma, some sexual trauma, all kinds of trauma that it sounds really good, but if you aren't with somebody that can responsibly hold that kind of space for you, understanding that there's a lot more underneath the surface than just wanting to feel more sensual. And in our body, you and I both know that there is a lot more to that. Dr. Nicole is one of the only people that I would ever recommend sending you to, 100%. And I mean that, you guys, I want you to be held so beautifully in your own journey that has gotten you here. I don't believe everything happens for a reason, but I do believe that everything that does can mean something magical and beautiful. And Dr. Nicole has lived this, that she's lived it. You've heard Just a sliver of what this beautiful woman has journeyed in 47 years. And if you are wanting to be in your body and feel all the things in a safe, loving space, she is your person. So where can they find you and follow you and be loved and held by you in this space?
First of all, thank you so much.
Yeah.
Those of you listening, I'm definitely crying because of course, of course I couldn't get through a conversation like this without feeling into my body and letting it, you know, come out. So thank you. I know you don't recommend people very. Don't lightly. So that just warms my heart so much. So I just. Thank you.
Thank you.
I would say right now, probably Instagram is the easiest way to find me. DM me, learn more about my work. And that is my handle is at Dr. Nicole Marcioni. So just Dr. And then my name. And then I have a few programs depending on. And this is so my seven coming out. So basically, my work is all about combining the science of longevity, which is my formal training, and living a life, an art. It's like the art of sensuality in our life. So bringing those two together and basically working with women, especially around aging, because our mindset and beliefs around aging are so all, you know, just in a place that I don't like. I really want the paradigm of anti aging or around anti aging. And so, yeah, and so I have different programs depending on if, you know what. What's the flavor of the month? You might say now it's the sensual sage, and it's all about mindset of aging. Sage stands for sophisticated, audacious, genius, and epic. Because I feel so many women just downplay their journey and downplay their brilliance and don't think that they're bold and don't think they've made gutsy moves or feel sophisticated. And yet when you get to know them, like in these conversations we're having, they are. And so owning that. Whereas my next program is called Anointed Heretic, and it's all about religious trauma, about healing and accepting and witnessing yourself and trusting in yourself. Because if you've gone through leaving a cult or an extreme religion, the biggest thing I feel is not trusting in yourself. So that's the next one. Almost every month I have a different program either dealing with health or aging or healing. I feel like those. And I had one on La Dolce Vito, which was all about an exploration of indulgence and pleasure, which sounds very frivolous. And it was all about how that helps us to live longer, better lives.
So.
So yeah, you can kind of come and pick and choose what you what you like or join me for the whole thing. And I have a 12 month experience experience called LA Academia that I am creating. So. So yeah, there's so many different ways to kind of hop in. Free master classes, just reach out and we can find out which, which works best for you. And I work with people one on one as well.
I know you love this conversation. I seriously could talk to you all day long today and I would love that. If any of this resonated with you, just go follow her. I guarantee something will hit you. Just like I hit her at the time is like, oh shit. Okay, this is my next kind of guide for whatever the journey takes me on. And Nicole is definitely a guide for you and one that I fully trust. So I'm so grateful we had this conversation. Please continue to do the work around the anointed stuff. I think that that is more needed than you even know. I know you've experienced a lot of that, but I think that that will be the gateway for a lot of healing.
Thank you.
Not just your own, that you may not even know about, but for thousands and thousands of other people as well. I love you.
