Integrate it into my life.

In fact, in true enneagram 8 style, I told my therapist to F off when she wanted me to dive into.

It well over a decade ago.

Now that I have more than a decade of experience using the Enneagram and working on myself in my family with those closest to me, building my own bulletproof leadership, sales teams with one on one clients, couples, leading workshops for top Fortune 100 executives, and speaking to large audiences all across the globe about this powerful tool. I've got the proof and deep understanding.

Hello. Welcome back to another episode of Lead with the Enneagram. And since the Enneagram is the most powerful growth tool there is, I want to keep this short and sweet and really powerful as a reminder for you today around the power of the tool and whether you use the Enneagram, human design, money, anything as a chainsaw. Regardless of the tool you're using, it is the intent behind your choice in using the tool and what you want to do with it that makes all the difference in the effectiveness of the tool. And there is a lot of stuff out there that comes up with the Enneagram that it's the devil's work or it's one of those personality things. It doesn't get the appreciation of the beauty in it. And part of that is ignorance, which I get. And part of that is people using it in a not integrous way. And so today I wanted to talk to you really quickly about using tools. And you know, if you're listening to this podcast. You are somebody that is into personal growth. You absolutely are. I love that about you. When you raise your hand and say, I want to grow. That's amazing. Now, that being said, I also see a lot of really, really shitty out of integrity people in the personal development space. I see manipulative marketing. I see bullshit promises from coaches and gurus and all the crap out there. And like, it is so important that you understand that if you're listening to this podcast, first and foremost, integrity is number one for me. I could have honestly and using the tool of the Enneagram. I have been told for years there were better ways to scale my business. And that being said, I did not want give you guys false information. It's why I did develop the blueprints. It's why I did find and have the most powerful assessment available to you. It's not to make tons of money, but because I believe in the beauty and the power of the Enneagram and how important it is to have the correct information. It took me a lot longer to bring something to you that I felt really, really good about that was giving you the right information to send you on your way with this growth tool in a way that could work for you. Giving you the wrong information or sending you some basic ass Enneagram assessment that is inaccurate 65 to 70% of the time could have made me a shit ton more money. I could have, you know, sold it, I could have run ads to it, all sorts of things. But I want you to use the tool the way that it's intended to use. And it's super powerful, but only when you have the right information. So I really wanted to preface it with even people that have consulted with me who didn't understand the downfall with the Enneagram, which is the typing process and why I didn't do something earlier in regards to scaling my business. I know a lot of you listen for business and I am a great business strategist and a great business coach and performance and leadership and all the things and integrity will always come first. And regardless of the tool you're using, it's really, really important that you come at it with the right reasons. It's why I came out as the Enneagram girl about seven years ago after seeing it used. Not necessarily out of integrity, but not with the beauty and the elegance and the knowledge of the integration of this tool in your life. And for those that maybe think that anything outside a certain tool is the devil's work or not, great Again, it comes down to either ignorance or somebody out there is using it out of integrity. And I'm going to say this because I know this might be where you stand. There are lots of tools out there. The Enneagram, human design, astrology, money is a tool. The Bible can be a tool. Anything that helps us grow is a tool. Now, I know there are a lot of people that have religious trauma because the Bible was used as a weapon. I know a lot of people that have a shitty taste in their mouth for astrology because it sounds a little too woo and pulls you away from God or whatever that looks like. I know people that have used the Enneagram as a weapon, not just against themselves, but out in the world. To label, to box in people, to manipulate people. The power of the tool is only as good as the intent behind it. To serve you and to serve the people that you're serving for growth. That's it. Honestly, you know, a lot of times I'll be talking the Enneagram to people and once they drink the Kool Aid and they understand and they feel that warm fuzzy part like they can exhale for the first time, like, finally I feel so understood. I wish I had heard this and found this sooner. And you know, I've been a student, teacher, integrator of this for 11 years now, and there are times I wish I had found this sooner. And that being said, had I found this sooner, I might have used it out of integrity. I might have used it to manipulate. Whether it's subconscious or not, the tools, whatever tools you choose to use are only as beautiful as your intent behind them. And in this age of business, and I know a lot of you are building a business, a lot of you are in crisis, maybe personally, in your relationships, as a parent, in your health, in your business, and you are grasping onto anything. And there are a lot of fucking shiny objects out there. And there are a lot of other people out there that are way better at marketing their crap than I am. And I know this to be true. And I need help with that. And I'm very aware of that. But I'm very reluctant of it because I also know marketing is a tool and marketing can be used as a weapon and out of integrity for that manipulation, for the false and empty promises to rope you in, to hit your pain points and all those things.

And I'm not going to do that. That's why I know when I talk the Enneagram, I want you to know you're in a trusted place, that I am on team humanity. And I am team what is in the greatest good from a divine source for you? Honestly, I use the Enneagram to help you be more connected to a divine power and not to. If you have religious trauma or you have been on the receiving end of religious or Bible abuse, or astrology abuse, or enneagram abuse, or human design abuse, I want you to know that the person behind the tool isn't the tool. It isn't. Yeah. I felt like I needed to tell you that today. Not because I had anybody say that the Enneagram was shit, but I've been doing a lot of work with couples. I've been doing a lot of work with teams. And sometimes I'll walk into it and somebody's got their arms folded like, oh, great, here we go. She's going to put me in a box or she's gonna slap some woo on this and it's gonna be one of those basic ass things. And the way the Enneagram is taught out in the world, sometimes it can look like that. I really do get that. And it's why I'm so passionate about teaching you integration tools for good, for greatness. For greatness within you. For greatness within you that was given to you. That was your God given right. And before the world came and kicked you in the teeth a little bit, before people put you in the box, I wanna help so that you can do what you were called to do. Including myself. Honestly, I was put into a box not just by the world, but by my own doing. For 40 years. For 40 years, I was boxed in. And no matter how much headway I would make in growing, it never failed. I would go back to the tool of the whipping stick. Right? And sometimes a whipping stick can motivate you to make changes. And sometimes the whipping stick can really paralyze you and keep you more stuck and keep you in sabotage. So with the tool of the Enneagram, I know a lot of you are big, huge fans of it. You are, you've been listening, you've been binging my podcast. You tell me all the time, you've seen the effects of it. Maybe you've done a session or private coaching with me or been part of a team workshop that I've done. And you see the power in it and you're so excited about it. You try to repeat some of the knowledge that you've learned. And I get. You come by it innocently and you're excited. Be careful, be careful. Because if you don't know how the Other person might receive it. You could steer them away from a beautiful tool like that, and you could give the tool a bad name. Right? And I know you don't want to do that. So a lot of times I've talked at length about, especially if you want your partner or business partner or your team to be part of this kind of beautiful exploration into the Enneagram, that it's better to kind of live that work rather than to speak that work, attraction rather than promotion. That was one of the things I Learned in recovery 11 years ago by living my work and living sobriety. More people were likely to ask me questions about it, and then I could actually help them. Same thing with my faith. I don't preach scripture, I don't scream the Bible, and I love God, I love Jesus, all those things. But again, I live like that rather than speak like that. I have a lot of people that I have seen speak a good game, but I've seen what's happening behind closed doors, right? And this is not some religious rant, I promise you. But same thing with the Enneagram or any tools. I've seen people talk a good game when they're out in front of people, and then behind the scenes, they're either beating the crap out of themselves or they're using this as a weapon on somebody else. I'm not here for that. I want to give you this tool coming from all the great places. Because.

When you have the right tools and they're in the right hands, great things can happen. One of my really close friends and one of my mentors, Chris Harder, he has a podcast. He is the one who facilitates a mastermind I've been part of for seven years. That says a lot about him and his character and his integrity. But he's often said, money as a tool is a magnifier. Good people make good money. They do great things. When good people have the tool of the Enneagram in their life, they can empower people to do great things, including themselves. And that is one thing I really want you to know with any tool. It is the intent behind it. So if you are somebody that really believes in this tool, please, please, please use it in integrity. If you don't know the ins and outs of it, just direct them through the podcast. And even better, just live what you've learned. Like, embody what you've learned in the Enneagram. Like, don't be so judgy and spiritually arrogant that you tell people what they need to do. Because what happened when I was using the Enneagram for the first five years telling no one, by the way. That's why I'm such a beautiful integrator of this tool, because I was using it without assessments, I was using it without telling people. So I had to get really, really good at getting to the root of things with people. And one of the things that happens when you live growth is people get curious. It becomes a magnet and a repeller. I'm going to tell you one of the things. When you use tools and grow in integrity, the people that aren't ready to do that will be repelled by you. But when you have this attraction and this kind of energy, that people know that you are operating at a frequency that is way higher and they want some of it when you are walking that talk, then maybe you can talk that talk when they ask. And so I just really, you know, as the Enneagram becomes more trendy and there are more Instagram, things popping up left and right and probably even more Enneagram podcasts out there, be very careful with who you're listening to and really direct them here. I want you to know your people are safe here, that this will always be used in a way that empowers you, empowers them, empowers the greatest good. I promise you that I will make that my mission till I'm done here on Earth. That my intent with this tool is to give you guys more, to give you more, so that you can step into that sole purpose that you are here to do. If you want to dive deeper, there are a few options. First of all, like I said, getting your Enneagram blueprint is, number one, getting typed accurately. If you're using this tool, you must have accurate information, and you can, yes, go on a discovery process on your own, and that's okay. It's hard to be objective with yourself when you're kind of going on this on your own. It's why I waited this long, to bring you the right information that would give you accurate results when it comes to the Enneagram. Okay, so once you have my assessment in your hands, you'll take it, and then you'll get your blueprint. I'll review the assessment. I will give you your own custom blueprint that is like basically the roadmap for who you are. And again, there are directions in this to integrate this in your life, how to use this, how not to use this, how to be gentle with yourself and those that you love, those that you lead, things like that. And then you'll have the right information and then you can go on your discovery process on your own. If you really want to understand on a deeper level, you can spend 90 minutes with me and we will dive deep into your life as a whole. You know, your business, your relationships, your friendships, your parenting, if you are a parent, your health, whatever you want, all the parts of your life, we can dive a little deeper. We can do a 90 minute session with that. And it is like next level kind of integration process. I want you to imagine like having that person who's the expert at something like take your hand and show you the way, know the way, go the way, show the way. I love John Maxwell and all of that. You can do the deep dive. Do not sleep on this again. The power and beauty of working with me is you know that I don't have any other agenda other than helping you be the very, very, very best version of yourself. I know that in times like these, in the world where it's so uncertain, this feeling of desperation to have the right tools in your tool belt, it's very tempting. And like I said, there's a lot of really savvy, manipulative marketing out there, even around the enneagram, you guys. So be very, very careful. Be very, very careful. As a mom, as a friend, as a partner, as a business owner, as a leader, as a coach, all across the board. It has allowed me to have beautiful relationships with my kids that are in their 20s. It has allowed me to have hard conversations and let go of people in my life that I've needed to. It's allowed me to receive love and support which has never been a strength of mine. It has allowed me to make millions of dollars in a couple different businesses. At this point, when you are operating as your true, authentic soul given self, this shit gets a lot easier. But you have to have the right person showing you how to use the tool the most integrity filled way for you. I'm honored always that you trust me with your time with something that you can't get back. They have lots of choices out there, a lot of other Enneagram experts with a lot more followers on social media, but they don't teach it the way that I do and they don't have the heart behind it the way that I do.
