Okay, I know you may have heard about the Enneagram or someone told you you need to know all about it. So here you are. But what the hell do you do with it? Great news. You are in the right place. Lead with the Enneagram is the show where you will actually learn how to use this incredible growth tool and apply it in all areas of your life, personally and professional. Hi, I'm Tracy. And to be honest with you, I was a skeptic of the Enneagram before I started to actually integrate it into my life. In fact, in true enneagram 8 style, I told my therapist to F off when she wanted me to dive into it well over a decade ago. Now that I have more than a decade of experience using the Enneagram and working on myself in my family with those closest to me, building my own bulletproof leadership. Sales teams with one on one clients, couples, leading workshops for top Fortune 100 executives, and speaking to large audiences all across the globe about this powerful tool. I've got the proof and deep understanding of how to help you implement this into your life instead of it just being some fun thing you heard about. The Enneagram can be a complex model. But with me as your guide, I will show you how to first lead yourself in a powerful, effective and compassionate way, and then help you lead others that way in your life as well. This podcast will have powerful conversations with guests, live typing sessions, and as well as solo episodes of Breaking Down Dynamics of the Enneagram and how they impact your life, career and relationships. So now let's dive in.
Oh my goodness, you guys, you are in for a treat. Because, you know, I don't do a lot of interviews, but when I do, they're only people that first of all, I love, like and would put my stamp of approval on. So. So we're gonna talk about something that I know that you listening are into. Because if you listen to me, you're gonna be into this too. Because I'm all about self awareness and understanding yourself so that you can make the best decisions, do things that are in alignment. You can stand in your superpowers for who you were always designed to be. I believe that we were designed a certain way and then we're dropped into these lives and environments and families and all this shit that kind of changes the expression of it. And my whole focus is helping you get back to who you were always designed to be. In leadership, in your home, and in business. And today, I am bringing you not only one of my closest friends, but also, like One of my very sacred spiritual advisors for all things seriously. She is the master of astrology, birth charts, soul blueprints, business, friendship, love, support. And, like, I've had her mentor, my own daughter. So that tells you how much I trust her completely with not just my life, but, like, my little human lives that I've created. Natalia Benson is a master astrologist. She's also a brilliant, brilliant businesswoman that has really brought the spiritual edge to the CEO life and the business world. And because I operate very instinctively, intuitively, spiritually, in everything I do. Not just personally, but also professionally, I thought bringing her to you today would be such a treat. Natalia, hi.
Oh, hi, babe. I love you so much. I'm so honored to get to do this with you. Is this our second podcast?
Yeah, second on mine. And I've done twice on yours too.
Oh, my God, look at us. I'm so honored, babes, because when you recorded me, I remember we were both, like, laid out. It was like the chillest interview I've ever done. It was so great.
It was a Friday night. Like, it was literally like 8 o' clock on a Friday night. We're both laying down with microphones, just kind of chit chatting.
We should make it. Maybe one day we'll have a podcast where we release whenever we want. And it's us just laying down with microphones and talking about things that Aries talk about.
Yeah. So here's another thing. We're both Aries sun, Capricorn Rising, Sag moons.
Yes.
So we might explain what that is. We're also both manifesting generators.
Yep.
What is your numbers?
Oh, I'm 1 3.
I'm a 5 1.
So we're a little different there. Okay.
Yeah. Which not very surprised that you're different. I knew we were a little different. She is a Enneagram 3, a social subtype. And she's just an all around amazing, soulful badass.
So I love being an enneagram 3, by the way. Like, when you told me about being an enneagram3, I think my Capricorn Ascendant is, like, really into it. Like, let's do it.
Totally. It screams. And the one part of you and your human design also really likes it too. And this is also where we're really different. And like, when I watch you, because I know how wired we're very similar. But then that, like, that 3 difference, like, God damn it. Like, I wish. I wish I was at three some of the days. What do you love about being a three?
Wait, remind me the three. So the one is I get them confused, like, oh, I'm sorry, not the profile, sorry. I was thinking human design for a second. I was like, oh, she's put me on the spot. So I was, I'm still learning human design. But what do I love about being a three? I mean, here's the thing, I just feel like I've always been very achievement oriented. But what you taught me about was it the wings. And it's also just being thoughtful about other people and not being like a bulldozing three. When I was younger and if I'm just extremely transparent, I definitely had that big time Aries selfishness, which is very, I think the unconscious experience expression of 3. Like I'm just gonna like kind of bulldoze my way through and get whatever I need to. And again, this is when I was very, very young and I really learned the hard way of hurting people, of hurting myself. And now I'd say being in a more mature, not to mention my brain is much more, I think my frontal lobes have fully kicked in at this point at 36. And I just feel like I move through the world as a much more mature expression of a three. And you tell more about the wings and really being mindful of being like a conscientious three. Not just like success by any means necessary. That is, I think just, that's just my calling card. And I've seen it over the years work so much better than just being about myself and being in a hurry. So obviously it's a little bit of what I understand about being an Aries and then also what I remember from my blueprint from you about being a three.
So let's talk about the Aries vibe a second. Because like, I mean, we love ourselves.
We love being Aries. When you meet other Aries, you're like, oh, we're just instantly in love.
Yeah, we are.
And we just, we just operate a little different. We're a little self absorbed sometimes, but.
Man, we're a personal sign. We're a personal sign. Yes, that's what we're known as in, in astrology. There's personal, interpersonal and transpersonal. So Aries, we are a sign, singular energy. Like literally the first house number one. So it's very much that singular quality. Anyways, you know, I geek on this. Please finish your question, girlfriend.
My people geek on this. And so like, obviously you've always been into astrology and you hit a point over 10 years ago that you needed some self awareness because left to your own free will, Right, Same like we were kind of evolving at the same time. Even though I'm like 14 years older than you, 15 years older than you, at the same time in time, you and I were kind of on this self awareness journey and needing tools because what was taught, told and modeled for us maybe didn't emulate where we were headed, where our soul. Like we were meant to blaze new trails for sure. But in order to do that, you needed some self awareness. And why astrology for you?
Well, when I was 21, I was actually in the midst of a very, very bad cocaine addiction and addicted to alcohol. Not having the awareness that when you've had traumatic experiences in your early life, that addiction is not because you're bad, dumb or stupid. It's literally like it is a trauma response and it is. You were trying to escape your own fried nervous system. Yeah, Quiet the chaos. So when I was 21, moved to Los Angeles, I just really dove into the party scene. I'd never partied before. And basically what was very interesting is at the same time I also in turn, and I say this lightly and I put asterisks around spiritual, spiritual awakening and stuff because I don't take myself seriously. But I mean this authentically. I did have. I was also waking up spiritually at the time, but I was also stuffing down all the pain on this journey and on this little fork in the road, so to speak. I had a choice. It was like either do all the things I've always done or turn a corner and do things in a new way. And for me, astrology came into my life. I actually got broken up with by a guy when I moved to la. He was like an out of town boyfriend and I was so upset. And I remember being at lunch with a friend of mine and she was like, have you ever heard of astrology? I'll never forget it. That was a moment that changed my life because she turned me on to the first astrologer who ever read my chart. I saved up to get a hundred and fifty dollar reading from him, which for me at the time was like $15,000. But thank God, that little investment changed the direction of my life. And it wasn't overnight. It took time, but I got that session with him and I had never had someone speak truth to me ever. Like, I definitely had semblances of truth from my grandparents. They were very wise and they were very loving. Definitely some things I'm sure from my family, friends, little inklings of soul truth. Never like that. It was like someone speaking me to me, who didn't know me. And it wasn't like him telling me, oh, you be this, you do that. It was like this deep, soul shattering heart opening wisdom about me to me. It was returning me to myself. And so that I was hooked after that. And he even told me in that session, he's like, you're here to be a messenger. You're here to work in the space of empowerment and transformation and you have a message. And I was like, I mean, I had jet black hair, it was always greasy, it was always in front of my face because I didn't want to be seen. And I was like, my ego was like, you have the wrong person. But my soul was like, I know that's totally us. So. So, yeah, that's how it started for me with astrology. And then I just dove deeper and deeper and deeper into my chart and the truth never ever ceased. And so here we are, you know, long time later.
And I know, like, because I had a similar experience with the Enneagram. It was like, it was like, like you said, my ego is like, what the fuck? But my soul was like, finally, finally. And it was like this roadmap back to who we were always designed to be before kind of life and the world kind of kicked us in the teeth a little bit. And when you have a profound moment like that, and I've experienced you reading the charts, I've watched you do it for me, people I love, people that we both care about. And I've experienced me doing that with the Enneagram. Like, it is so profound and uncomfortable and vulnerable to be so seen. But also, especially, you know, in the personal development world, like, that's what we're looking for. But when we're faced with it, it can feel super vulnerable because you can't unsee it. Yes, right. You had that moment where like, your ego is like, what? But what do I do with this? And so when you, when you get this information, you know, coming out of a coke habit and, and all sorts of shit, like, how do you take that information and integrate it to equal some sort of transformation? And I know, like, obviously where you're at today, there's, you know, we see the glory, but we don't know, like the story and the winding road that got you here. And we'll get to that. But like, how did you take that information, integrate it and start to have that equal transformation first, personally?
Oh my gosh. I mean, well, first, you know, I went so deep and dark that by the time I was 23, I just quit cold turkey, and I just decided to move in a totally different direction. Now the thing, the moment of, like, really profound truth for me to actually integrate and trust this was I was making a YouTube video because I was like, okay, well, if I'm supposed to be a messenger, then I guess I got to start, like, making some content or putting myself out there, right, universe? So I basically started making this video on a digital camera because I think I had a BlackBerry at the time. And I remember I hated how I sounded, I hated how I looked. I was just hurling insults at myself because it was so embarrassing to, like, be a beginner and be really sucky at this. And so finally I slammed the digital camera down and I go, universe, if I'm supposed to be a freaking messenger soul or whatever the frick. My reading said, you better give me a sign, otherwise I'm never going to do this again. So I set it down, I hit record, and I record again. And right as I get to the word love in the middle of the video, a hummingbird flies into my apartment and stayed there for two and a half hours. And finally I looked at it and I said, are you ready to leave? And before I could say leave, it shot out the window. So I still get chills telling that story. But talk about universal intervention. Like, I asked for a sign and I freaking got it. And I have never stopped. I still wish I had that video. I felt so shamed by who I used to be that I definitely, like, you could find some old stuff of me online, but I deleted so many things. And I'm sad that I didn't let that video survive or I don't know where it went because it is such a prolific example of, like, taking the action but also getting the feedback from life around you that you're on the right path. So to answer your question in a roundabout way, that was really the start for me is I was like, okay, okay, I'm going to start to actually do this. I obviously got a pretty pronounced sign, but nobody needs to wait for that.
But it was really just one of those things where it was like, okay, step by step, like, let me just integrate this into my life. And I did. And I let myself be a beginner because to step forward and totally transform your identity from being someone with an addiction who was hiding all the time behind it versus someone who is like. Like embodying their talents, embodying their what they believe, which for me, it was definitely around, like, spiritual practice. It just became. It was really just A process. Like, I don't feel like I really hit any semblance of stability and success until I was 31. I had little inklings of things, but it took me a very, very long time to, like, really integrate everything. And by the time I was 31, I was just like, less. Let's fucking go. And I've been on that tip ever since. Not to say it's always easy, but. No.
As somebody who comes with an addictive background myself, I think especially those first few years as we step into the soul blueprint and the divine plan, that I think that those first few years, like you, I was, like, almost waiting for the shoe to drop. Or like, is this really, like, is this really who I am or am I just playing a part? Yeah, right. It's like I felt it in my soul, but it's like, is this embodiment or is this bullshit?
Yes.
Do you think you were playing small in that too? Or maybe not stepping into the let's go part because you're like, okay, now I'm putting myself out there. I actually. If I put myself too far out there, there's a bigger target on my back. And the higher up we go, the further down we fall. Do you think there was. I know for me, there was that going on, whether I was conscious of it or not.
Yeah. Oh, babe, that's a powerful. That's an enneagram8 question. I'd say it is.
Let's go for it.
Yeah, right.
Let's go in.
But here's the thing. Like, I remember hearing this quote from Tony Robbins, and he said that if you. For most people who are afraid of success, they're afraid of loss. And for me, it was definitely that, because it was the idea of, like, I know where I've been. I know how you know and look like. Thank God, and what a privilege to say this. I was never gonna hit rock bottom completely. I could move back in with my parents. But for me, that may as well have been like, no, thanks. Right? Like, I was like, I'm not doing that. But at the same time, it's like that, to me, was worse than anything else that could have happened. Because what it represented was like, that I didn't keep my word to myself. I didn't show up all the way. And I feel like in my 20s, the biggest thing that I learned was that healing is really important on the path to success. And even no matter how successful we get, no matter how much money, no matter how many accolades, if we don't have a healthy Relationship to ourselves. It never ever, like nothing ever feels enough. And so on my journey, I feel like the process and you've helped me with this trace is just like, how can I feel safe in my nervous system that I can handle everything that I'm creating? And for me personally, that's why I move. I might move a little slower than most people or, and that's okay. Like I, I, lately I feel like more than ever, I've like put my blinders on a little bit. I've actually always been like this. I really am mindful of not comparing myself to other people because I know that it's not like I'm 10 out of 10 on this, but I'd say I'm an 8.5 out of 10 because I really know that, like, I have a path and a process and I have to feel safe. And if I don't feel safe, I'm going to sabotage whatever I create. And I've learned that the hard way a couple of times.
So how do you know the difference between feeling safe and sabotaging? Because a lot of, I mean, we're Aries, we can justify all our bullshit till the cows come home. Like, I can justify why I do anything and my big ass ego and bravado can like make you even believe it. So how do you know the difference between like discernment of I'm not doing this because this doesn't feel safe versus I'm not doing this because I'm really fucking afraid?
I mean, that's such.
And I'm sabotaging.
It's such a great question. And honestly, here's what I know about myself and my own path is that even if I do the latter, which is like I'm scared and I'm sabotaging, I will figure it out at some point. Like I will be. I will figure it out because I know I'm not here to settle. Like, I just know that I'm not here to settle. And what that means is yes, you have moments, sense of the safety, meaning that I'm in a place right now where things feel good, it feels right, but I know that that's not always where the fruit is. But at the same time, it's not always about being scared shitless either. You know what I mean? So it's like, what is that it really, to me at least what I found is that it is about a certain level of accountability. It's like, how can I be self aware and accountable to myself? And what is my bigger vision for my life? And I've, you know, I've got things that I really want to experience here. Like, okay, I'll. I'll tell you guys a secret, but basically, I really want to do a TED Talk, but at this moment, my nervous system is like, freaking terrified. Like, like, what are you talking about? But. But I know I'm gonna do that at some point. Like, I know. And I'm telling you this because it's accountability, but also it's like we all have those, as Chris Harder says, like, those big hair, scary goals. And that is one of them. It's maybe not the end all, be all, but it's one that scares the absolute out of me. But I know I have to do it. Because the thing that keeps me accountable is I do visualization and I take myself to the end of my life, which I pray is very, very, very, very, very, very, very far in the future. Me and my hubby, like, just think there and then I look back and I'm like, what am I pissed about that I settled for that I let other people's op.
My own. Where did I settle? Where did I not keep my word to myself? And that helps me and Donald Miller, I was in a class with him last year. He said something about that. He's like, people don't. He goes, people don't.
He's an enneagram 3 too. Really?
I freaking love him. Like, I love him. And he really resonates with my heart as like a business person. But the. The big thing about that, babe, was like, he literally said, look, I know people don't like to talk about mortality and it's kind of like faux pas. But we're. None of us are getting outta here alive. And we live our lives like we're guaranteed so much. And I don't mean to be, you know, morbid about that, but it's like, that helps me fucking hit the gas pedal sometimes because I'll just be like. Cause, yeah, there is a part of me that wants to play it safe. But what's the sweet spot between, like, roller coasters scare the shit out of you and, like, comfort zone? And it's like, what's the sweet spot right between there where we're still making forward progress. And that's why I feel like our Capricorn ascendant. It is about one step at a time. Like, how do you get to the top? Like, you a steep mountain. And business is a steep mountain. A goal is a steep mountain. You have to be agile. You can't just run up that Thing you might not make it. Like, the air gets thinner, you're going to run into problems, you're going to run into things that scare you. And you have to be agile and you have to be thoughtful. So that's the way that I look at my process and it's the way that I coach and mentor, too.
I love the way that you coach and mentor. Obviously. Like, my daughter was mentored by you. Like, next to myself, I wouldn't have handpicked anybody but you. And I met you, I met you right when, like, right after you turned 32, I think, or 33. And you had been using, like, this astrology thing, went from being this cute, fun thing that you helped people with to using the spirituality and the power of astrology in business, not just for yourself, but also to create this movement of spiritual thought leaders, spiritual entrepreneurs, to use their soul blueprint with astrology to execute moving forward. What was the shift for you that where you went from using it? I think for eight years, right?
Yeah.
You did readings and things before you actually was like, you made a business out of this?
Yeah, Like, I mean, I started to do readings when I was probably about 23, 24. And then I remember I had a conversation with a gal, I was on her podcast and she was like, why don't you take this more seriously? Like, why are you playing so small? And she's like, why don't you bundle your readings? Like, actually take this as a serious business. And at the time, I had a. I had a corporate job that I worked for six months. Before that, I had tons of jobs that I did just to make ends meet in LA. And yeah, when I turned, like 30, moving into 31, I was like, let's freaking go because I've had enough. Like, I was broke for so long, I was barely making it for such a long time that it finally just became, well, look, if I want to really go all the way, then I have to own what I know. And if I know one thing of a few, I know that astrology is very powerful. And I know that understanding your blueprint is very powerful. And it's not to live and die by it. You have to live your life. But just like the enneagram, just like human design, these are frameworks for us to create self awareness, accountability and a successful life, not at the whim of, like, our habitual looping patterns. And astrology for me was like that shift, but mostly seeing how it helped me understand my blueprint when it comes to money. And business was huge because Most people would say, and I get this all the time from my, from my gals. They'll be like, well, Natalia, I have like water in the realm of my money. That's not money making, blah, blah, blah, like they, they'll, they'll really stand by this. And I'm like, you need to get a little more creative with your thinking, because I have that too. And instead of that, that is a detriment because people say it is. Instead I was like, no. For me, money and business have to have a deeper octave. I can't take it at face value. I need to heal. I need to be accountable to myself, soulfully, energetically. Because I had a business for nine years that never did more than $30,000 in a year because I was terrified of selling. I was terrified. I had to find a fear of money because of my family. They instilled financial terror into me via scarcity thinking. And God bless, they were doing the best that they could with their upbringing and we've come a long way together with that conversation. But all in all, I needed to heal. And for me, doesn't mean this is everybody's healing journey. But for me it was spirituality. It was meditation, it was nervous system healing, it was yoga, it was, was through the framework of astrology. So that's what I built a whole business around, like, because it's what has served me and it's what's helped me go from someone who had a business for nine years that never did more than 30 grand in a month to someone who has, I like to say, just not throwing around numbers because revenues are, you know, they're a dime a dozen. But more than anything, I have grown this, this spiritually based conscious business 290% from barely making like, I think we did 90,000 in our first year to, you know, we're on track to do seven figures in a year. And that is not to toot my own horn. It's like a full blown celebration because it's like that is possible because of the healing and the integration that I've done, to feel safe being a powerful person. And not just that, but to feel safe sharing what I care about. And I've gotten my share of criticism, people being like, you can't. Money isn't spiritual business isn't this. Oh my God, it's crazy. I actually just recorded a podcast about stuff like that. But it's like at the end of the day, it's like, look, if this, this is going to be who it benefits, this is going to Be for who it actually benefits. And if it doesn't benefit you or you don't resonate with it, then there's tons of other people you can learn from. So. So yeah, I don't know. I hope I answered your question. I just went on a.
You did, you did so beautifully. I do that too. And I just love that because, you know, I think especially after the last few years with, you know, the pandemic and all of that, like people are more open to the spiritual side of business and bringing and bringing it because I mean, the world got. There was nobody immune to that blind side. And that puts a lot of shit in perspective real quick. Absolutely right when like you have zero control. Zero. And what I have noticed is that brought out the best in people and it, it brought people to their knees and an open, honest, willing conversation with what if there is something to spirituality and business and self awareness and these tools that, you know, people made fun of and make light of, or they're like, oh, okay, you know, because I get that too. Like, fuck that. Like, this isn't for you if you're close minded like that. But you know, I think that the person listening to my podcast is so into this and there are people because obviously, like, how's what you're doing working for you? Do you have this gift inside of you that you don't know how to bring into the world or you're one foot in five out one, you know, one of those things. Things. And I love what you do. Like, I absolutely love what you do and how you guide people. Not just how you do it for others, but I've watched you firsthand do it for yourself. Like the whole thing about money. And I know you brought that up because it's valid to you, but I also needed to hear it. I've got some stuff and offline you and I will chat about this for sure because I want to dive deep with you on that around the money. But you had to educate yourself and get really fucking vulnerable and put basically all the cards on the table to people that would. And at risk of being told like, oh my God, you're a business owner and you don't even know what this means or you don't even know what this means. I think so many of us, especially women, are afraid to say, I don't know this. And so we hide, we hide, we hide. And when we're hiding, we're not going to be able to do what we do. And I think, I think part of the true testament to the success of your business and the people that you help is your willingness to be vulnerable and say, I don't know this, but I have to be in integrity here, otherwise I can't do this. What changed for you? And what, like, I'm still not there. Like, I'm afraid. That's the one area I'm kind of afraid about to. Like, I'm there.
Yeah.
But what. What do you think that was about that? Because I watched you do it and I've seen what you do behind the scenes. I don't even know if that's a question, but I know there's a lot of women specifically that are afraid to talk about that. Yeah.
And like, getting their money right.
Financial.
Money and financial literacy and taking ownership and accountability of that like you did. And you do it so beautifully.
Oh, my God.
One of the things I love most about you.
Oh, I love you so much, babe. I mean, for me, it has just been financial education.
How did you pull astrology into something that is so analytical and numbers and how did you bring astrology into financial literation?
Well, it talks about it, the genius of the astrological system. Just like the enneagram is. It accounts for human life. It's not pie in the sky, like off planet, whatever. It's literally like the human experience synthesized into a very, very intelligent system. So astrology talks about money, it talks about love, it talks about sex, it talks about family, it talks about parenting, talks about your soul, talks about your mind, your body, your digestion. Everything, Everything is in the system and it reflects the human and experience. And so, you know, for me, it was really coming to the understanding. And I had an amazing conversation about this with a gal I had on my podcast today because she is an actual. Like, she actually, she actually has a finance degree. But she was like, you'd think. And she talks about. She's a very, very well known YouTuber, but she's like, it's funny. Like, I was a finance major and I like, graduated from. With six figures in debt, a negative net worth, and nobody taught me how to take care of that. And so I actually. Her name is Rose Hahn. She's an incredible youtuber and I learned a lot from her. I. The first thing that changed the game for me was Secrets of a Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker. That book changed my life. And when I was at my brokest at the end of my 20s, that became the little light that I started to nurture because every Tuesday I sat down, I set a timer for 33 minutes. And I read that book and I. And I disciplined myself. I said, I am going to teach myself to be a millionaire. I'm going to teach myself. I'm not a millionaire yet. Millionaire is not about making seven figures in a year. It is about your assets. Not. I'm sure your people know that. But I always like to share because nobody explains this clearly. And it's like, that's another reason I love Rose. I love T. Harv Acker's work because just, you know, it's really funny. So in astrology, the eighth house represents sex and taxes. And ironically, it's the house of mystery. It's the house of self transformation. It's the house of mystery. And it honestly also encompasses money, money that you receive from other people. Inheritances and sex. This is very funny, but that's the eighth house. It's a Scorpio ruled house. But the irony is nobody teaches you how to do any of that stuff. Nobody says very often. This is how you utilize your body for healthy pleasure, hopefully with someone that you care about. Like, nobody teaches you this stuff. You're supposed to, like, just know it somehow. Nobody teaches you money. People are just like, yeah, money just you should know. And that's where the shame comes in, because not everybody just knows. And that to me is the magic and the power of teachers and people who are willing to share from their experience. And Tony always likes to say, Tony Robbins always likes to say, like, we're. You can move from months to minutes just from someone helping you understand through their own experience. And that's really, really big. So that's such a beautiful question, babe. But yeah, I just think financial education, and that's why I also created my membership, because I want to have a healthy, safe, fun, soulful place to learn financial, to take on like the journey of financial acumen, like, and financial literacy.
I love that. Like, with astrology and the way that I talk about the enneagram, it is like the holistic approach to who we are. Because we are holistic beings. And you know, when we compartmentalize and take off this hat and this hat and this hat, like, like, eventually we're gonna burn ourselves out. Because, like, switching hats, like, that isn't a holistic approach. It's like, let's wear one hat. Let's just change how we wear it. But like, depending on whether we're dealing with, with our bodies, our money, our businesses, our partners, our sexual life, our, you know, whatever, like, we have to know how we operate. And so you have a program that I'm obsessed with where it is a coaching program, what's it called? And like, who's it for? I know it's for the people listening right now because my people definitely need what you've got going on. They do.
Are you talking about the Capricorn Academy, the advanced business?
So, yeah, it's basically so I have two different levels of like business education, so to speak, self education. The business school Conscious Bay Business School is for like more beginner, intermediate business owners. This, the Capricorn Academy is the first program I've ever put together that is geared towards like high level advanced business owners, CEOs, people who are already generating well in their business, but they need to take on a deeper sense of organization, they need to take on a deeper sense of leadership. And we do all of that first rooted in the blueprint, the astrological blueprint of you, the CEO and your business. So like, when was your business created and what in terms of like planetary language, how can we understand the potential and the gaps? And then of course, I like to get very tactical. So the rest of the course is around all the things I geek out about that I never thought I would geek out about. But like financial organization, knowing your numbers through and through cash flow, projecting things that are very, very important if you want to feel stabilized. And I know I told you about this program and you were like, why is it called Capricorn? Like Capricorn Academy? And I was like, because Capricorn is about stabilization and longevity and really cultivating systems so that that something can span the test of time. Which I know for many of us, we may want to evolve our business over time or do something different, but most of us, if we're entrepreneurial, we want to work for ourselves, we want to serve, we want to feel fulfilled through the work that we do and we want to fulfilled through the space of business and actually bringing something to life that means something to us and living life on our terms. So. So with that being said, we have to have stabilization, we have to have organization. And we of course need to know how to be the leader of our ship. And even leaders need support. If anything, leaders need more support than most because they hold a lot and yet they don't ask for much. And this is really like a nourishing space for a more advanced business owner CEO to, you know, come and lean into, into my world for a minute and receive the support that your blueprint wants to communicate with you and then perhaps also learn some new tools and skills and just a lot of us, especially when we're busy with our business. We don't work on it, we work in it. And this is an opportunity to work on and look at your bigger vision. So thanks for letting me share, babe. I'm very, very excited about this.
It's, it's.
I have so much, much fire around this because it's also been a really hard journey for me to figure a lot of this stuff out. So I love to teach it. I really love to teach it.
We all need more Natalia Benson in our world. I need to be in the Capricorn Academy, quite honestly. So maybe I'll see you all in there. Where can they find information on that? You've also got a podcast. You're amazing on Instagram. You're my favorite.
Manny, Jen, Life. Like, what do we, what do we do? So many things. We just are all about it.
We do all the things. So where can they find and sign up for the Capricorn Academy? Because they need it. Yeah, I need it.
I love you so much. Oh, my God, I'm so flattered. So I just say the easiest thing is go to Natalia Benson dot com. That's my site. And there's a banner up right now at the very top that says Capricorn Academy. I only have 10 spaces because I want it to be really intimate. And you get two private mentorship sessions with me. So there's only going to be 10 spaces, I think.
I don't. Don't sleep on this. Don't sleep on this.
Because it's.
She like, she's been talking about it. It's going to be gone.
We're gonna do your astrology. We're gonna just lean in for your CEO support. But it's gonna be a beautiful container. It's eight weeks. It's four two hour trainings every two weeks.
Weeks.
We start May 16th. So it's gonna be phenomenal. I cannot wait.
And I've been. I've been on her trainings before. Two hours feels like 15 minutes. And it's so valuable. Like, seriously, like, you guys don't sleep on this. I would never bring somebody to you and recommend so highly somebody if I didn't trust them with my life. So go now. Natalia, I love you so much. This isn't the best.
My heart is just overfloweth. I love you. Thank you, my angel.
You guys go follow her. Go get on her website. Tell her you love her. Because I love her. And share this. If you feel like it could benefit somebody. I know each and every one of you. Will benefit from more Natalia in your life. Love you babe.
Love you.
