And to be honest with you, I was a skeptic of the Enneagram before I started to actually integrate it into my life. In fact, in true enneagram 8 style, I told my therapist to F off when she wanted me to dive into it well over a decade ago. Now that I have more than a decade of experience using the Enneagram and working on myself in my family with those closest to me, building my own bulletproof leadership, sales teams with one on one clients, couples, leading workshops for top Fortune 100 executives, and speaking to large audiences all across the globe about this powerful tool. I've got the proof and deep understanding of how to help you implement this into your life instead of it just being some fun thing you heard about. The Enneagram can be a complex model. But with me as your guide, I will show you how to first lead yourself in a powerful, effective and compassionate way and then help you lead others that way in your life as well. Hey there. Welcome back to Lead with the Enneagram. You are in the middle or beginning of season two, and I just want to say thank you so much to those of you that went and listened to the first episode of season two. I was a little rusty and so I'm excited to get my groove back here and been working behind the scenes to come up with new, exciting, valuable ways for you to not only learn more about the Enneagram, but know how to integrate this in your life. If you know me, if you've been listening to me, or even if you're new to me and you love the Enneagram or you're learning about the Enneagram. All the information in the world doesn't equal transformation. And so I really want to focus hard and heavy on. On helping you integrate this beautiful, beautiful tool into your life, personally and professionally, so that you can accelerate transformation in your life. And so I wanted to kind of give you a little intel and Peek into what's coming for you, because this is about you, this podcast. The reason I started it was for you to be able to serve you at a high level for free. It's free for you, not free for me, that's for sure. If you are a podcast listener. I had.

I'm an enneagram8, by the way. So I'm just going to preface this by saying that I got a review and I. I have really great reviews. Like almost all of them are five star reviews. But this is a fun little story for you and how I use the Enneagram to not blow my stack a little bit. So anyway, I got a review that wasn't so great and it pissed me off. And I get it because I've been that person before. Before I was in the podcast world, I would get so frustrated with advertisements or it felt like it was an infomercial, right? And once I started doing my podcast, and it costs a lot of money to produce a podcast, like between a producer, software, time, all the things, you know, it's not cheap, but it's a beautiful way to be able to serve at a high level.

And mobile. So anyway, the review came in and said they got so much value out of 358 episodes, y'. All. I've done 358 episodes in four years. And they loved the content, but they felt like I was selling my, my business and my stuff all the time. And yeah, I am a little bit. Like, you can come and listen for free all you want, but if you want to take it to the next level, obviously having an expert guide will, will definitely help you get there. And at first I was a little spicy about it. I was like, Jesus. And of course, you know, then I'm like, God, do I suck at this. Maybe I shouldn't do a podcast. So anyway, I get. I was like, gosh darn it. Like, I don't do it a lot. In fact, I am like the worst marketer of all time. And I hate, like, I don't typically love even sharing. And the people that work for me, they're like, you need to market and promote more. And I'm Like, I don't want to be like that girl. So I think that's why it, it hit me and made me feel a little shitty when I saw that review. I was like, well, damn it, like, you know how much I over give typically. Like, if I'm going to throw an advertise out there, I at least want it to be, you know, me and something that I know I can help you with rather than a product. Even though I'm. There's so many different complexities. It's not complicated, but it is complex. So on Tuesdays, I'm going to have short and sweet episodes. It's going to be like enneagram101. It's like deets. What is this? What is that? What is this? Short and sweet. Tuesdays will be enneagram101. Information on Thursdays will be integration of the Enneagram. And that will come in the form of either a solo episode from me. You know, I have coached thousands and thousands of people personally and professionally. And so integration through my experiences without, you know, disclosing anybody's personal information or even in my own freaking life. So on Thursdays, we'll either do integration through a solo episode with me, an industry expert of somebody that I really respect, admire, believe in, trust completely. You know, I don't do a lot of interviews because I'm just not going to have anybody on. I don't care who it is if I'm not down with them. And I don't trust everything about them, I'm not bringing them to you, period. End of story. But I have a lot of really great people in my life. Tons. And the people that are industry experts that also have some knowledge, and because they've worked with me or, you know, been friends of mine or collaborated with me at some level, they know about the Enneagram and how that applies in their life. It's like kind of, you know, I'm the phone, a friend card when it comes to that. So I'll be bringing you industry experts that I love and how they integrate the knowledge and information of the Enneagram in their life, personally and professionally. And then also for integration episodes, these will be the hotline episodes. So these are the ones that will be, you know, just anybody that is learning about the Enneagram through the blueprint that I have worked really hard on over the last 11 years of my success studying and teaching and integration through, you know, CEOs, down to, you know, teenagers. I have worked with teenagers and families and couples and individuals and all sorts of things. So the hotline will be just everyone. So that is how you will learn about integration of the Enneagram on Thursdays. So I'm really, really excited about the podcast. It's why I needed a little break. I really wanted to get creat creative and how I could serve you better and how I could serve you better for free. Right? Because I understand, like, the world is changing and it's getting crazy and resources are limited. And so if I can serve and give you something that you can take and run with that, I want to do that. And this is what the podcast is, is all for.
