Chapters
How many times have you felt like there is a squirrel running around in your brain or you know, in light of losing Matthew Perry. One of my favorite episodes of Friends was the Pivot Pivot episode. And I know for many of you listening right now, you know when we're trying to figure out how we show up as an entrepreneur online or even out in the world, it feels like, gosh, I don't know how to get my messaging or how does this land or how do I become the thought leader so that I'm known for something when I'm constantly pivoting in my mind and in my vision? And today's episode is with one of my all time favorite clients, Dr. Nicole Marcioni. She is a self preservation enneagram7 and she has some really juicy questions that I know Whether you're an enneagram 7 or not, you will be able to relate to. And the advice that I give her, whether like I said, you're an enneagram 7 or not, will be super valuable. Especially in using the Enneagram in the marketplace and in entrepreneurship and in community building. This is a great, great episode. You will love her. Go dive right in, right here, right now, as we talk about all things stepping into thought leadership and how to get our message and build community out in the world.
Okay, I know you may have heard about the Enneagram or someone told you to know all about it. So here you are. But what the hell do you do with it? Great news. You are in the right place. Lead with the Enneagram is the show where you will actually learn how to use this incredible growth tool and apply it in all areas of your life, personally and professionally. Hi, I'm Tracy and to be honest with you, I was a skeptic of the Enneagram before I started to actually integrate it into my life. In fact, in true enneagram 8 style, I told my ex therapist to f off when she wanted me to dive into it well over a decade ago. Now that I have more than a decade of experience using the Enneagram and working on myself in my family with those closest to me, building my own bulletproof leadership. Sales teams with one on one clients, couples, leading workshops for top Fortune 100 executives, and speaking to large audiences all across the globe about this powerful tool, I've got the proof and deep understanding of how to help you implement this into your life. And instead of it just being some fun thing you heard about, the Enneagram can be a complex model. But with me as your guide, I will show you how to first lead yourself in a powerful, effective, and compassionate way, and then help you lead others that way in your life as well. This podcast will have powerful conversations with guests, live typing sessions, as well as solo episodes of Breaking down dynamics of the Enneagram and how they impact your life, career and and relationships. So now let's dive in.
Hey, Dr. Nicole. What's happening, girl?
How are you? I'm so excited to be here with you.
Oh my gosh. I was so excited when I saw your name pop up on my calendar for wanting to pop on the hotline and get questions answered because you and I did an in a conversation probably about a year and a half ago on the podcast. You guys definitely will want to check out the show notes for that and find it because it was very juicy and kind of just understanding what it's like to be an enneagram7. Honestly, I think it's probably one of the most misunderstood types. You guys get a bad rap and honestly, they're like, they have superpowers that most of us need, but because it's hard to catch up with them sometimes, we don't always get to reap the benefits. But I am so excited for the questions that you're about to ask because you are somebody who is so deep. You know, you don't portray as like the typical enneagram 7 that can look a little scattered. You're actually. You actually give off very four vibes to me. Just that, like that. Very individualized. But, you know, I think the four is in your tri type for sure. So what do you want to know about being an enneagram 7 as it pertains to your life? And I know, like, this is going to help a crap ton of people for sure.
Yeah. Well, let me just first say I'm so happy to be here because we started working together. I think it was spring of 2021, so a little over two years ago, and I feel like we got super. You were probably the first person I worked with in light of more of my, like, background and growing up. And it was so much more in depth than simply a personality typing test. And the Enneagram really helped me to see that so many of the things I had been. I don't know if shamed for is the right word. That seems a little extreme. But maybe embarrassed by or not quite. I feeling like I fit in. Knowing the Enneagram system and where I fit into that really opened my eyes and helped me to see my strengths and helped me to realize when I would be going into, like, my stresses. And that was so helpful to me because instead of me thinking I was just flighty and flanky and couldn't focus or finish anything, it was like, oh, no, it's. You're the one who is so interested and curious and wants to dive into everything and. And explore and experience. And this is my strength. Not something I should be ashamed about. But for a long time, that's how it was for me. And so, yeah, in my personal life, it's been so good. I'm always like, oh, I'm really stressing out. Look at that rule.
Rule.
Abider coming out in me. That Enneagram one. That means, you know, I need to step back and take a breath and figure out why I'm so stressed out or, you know, just learning how to really use it to my advantage in my personal life. And so I guess my questions today for you are more in my professional life. So I'm a longevity doctor that focuses on midlife women, helping them with their sensuality and sexuality and health.
And I'm, I guess you would say, you know, I help through coaching people, but I'm wanting to step more into. Which is feeling really good. And I've been encouraged and into more thought leadership and speaking on the topic on big, bigger stages. I know you're a big public speaker. I've always admired that about you. And so I'm wondering. It seems like an enneagram 7 is probably a really great candidate to be up on stage. Like, I love public speaking. It's. I've never had that. You know, I fear public speaking more than death at all. I think it's a lot of fun and exciting, but. But yeah. So I guess that was a long, long winded way of asking a question about my Enneagram 7.
Well, I think we're in Enneagram 7 can get tripped up in this. Thought leadership or speaking is because you guys pivot so much that by the time somebody gets wind of you, sometimes you've already moved on to something else. Which there's nothing wrong with that. But like, own it. Like, own it. And even in the two and a half. Two years. Yeah, two and a half years you and I have, you know, known each other, worked together. I've seen you pivot several times and that's. That's your gift. But also hard to nail down as, oh, Dr. Nicole is a thought leader in this. Nothing. Nothing wrong with that. Just accepting that that's going to be part of.
Not yet.
Right, Exactly. I love the fact that, that like you're landing on specifically. I mean, you've always been about longevity, right. But what's been cool is watching you step into this sensuality piece too. And you have been more consistent with that. But as far as like strategy goes, which sevens are very feeling the energy of what they're doing kind of people. And within your tri type, I know this to be true. I mean your self preservation enneagram 7, I believe, with the 748 tri type, which what's cool about this is, is the 748 tri type is called the messenger and my daughter also is the messenger. And so you're always going to have a unique voice and you're going to have to be bold because a lot of times people won't understand the way that you message things. And when it gets a little murky for an enneagram 7 because you don't love to experience uncomfortable feelings. You're not afraid of a pivot, you're not afraid of a stage, but you don't love icky feelings.
And so this is going to be a time where you step into the conflict and step into the icky for a short season in order for your gift of being a messenger to be able to be put out into the world. Does that make sense?
Yeah. So what kind of icky feelings and conflicts would you be talking about?
So when people push against what you're talking about.
Right, okay. Yeah.
Like you can be like. And you can re like sevens are masters of reframing shit. And especially when you might be met with, I mean, the topic you talk about that can be controversial, which you know, you know your history in religious cult, like you talk about that too. And part of your nature is to bolt when that comes up. It's like you have feelings about it, but you don't necessarily want to feel them. So moving on. I'm good at this too. Like, seriously? Yeah, I don't care. And so it comes across as we don't care, but we still have to grieve. Right. So what that means for you and the icky feelings is it can feel hurtful when people challenge you and what you're talking about. And this is sometimes when a 7 will pivot into something else or like dismiss or ghost a situation out, move on to something else, get busier, chase a different shiny object instead of kind of feeling the hurt and sometimes being misunderstood. You know, you have that doctor in front of your name and I know that it can feel super disrespectful when Somebody challenges you, and sometimes the seven's way of dealing with it is to avoid it rather than get in the ring and fight about it.
Right. I feel that. And also I think that's when.
In the past I've been able to lean into my enneagram8wing and be like, let's fight. Get your boxing gloves on. Let's go toe to toe.
Well, here's the thing, because I. The eight is your wing, and I also know it's in your tri type, for sure. I would say that although the 8 isn't afraid to fight, sometimes our delivery of justice in the fight. Right. Can, if we're not careful, and I live this every day, sometimes that willingness to fight is for all the right reasons, but the delivery of it can help us and make us sometimes lose credibility if we're not careful.
So don't lose that fighter in you ever. Like you, you were born to fight with everything you've experienced. Like, you absolutely are a fighter to your core. Now being more effective with the way that you fight about it will keep your credibility and.
Trust in what you do. I've had to learn this one the hard way because, like, I can pop off with the best of them. And sometimes the best fighting you can do is to say nothing but still feel your own feelings about it. It's one thing I just had something happen today, Nicole, that, like, I understood it, and part of my strategy and not in fighting is to kindly walk away, even though I could bury some people.
Right.
And then I was confronted with a part of it today that really there was more grieving for me to do. And I'd much rather be fighting in my strength rather than feeling the sadness of it. And sevens, especially that seven eight combo that you have, we don't like the sad parts because it makes us feel weak or incapable or disrupted.
The good news is, I believe, like, that four, in your tri type, you feel things very, very deeply, and you're highly, highly intuitive.
Yeah, for sure.
So this is the time to really lean into that. But the four also in your tri type allows you to have capacity to feel the darker feelings that you and I don't typically like.
Yeah. So I guess my question with that would be.
Like, how or what some tools would be around.
Not being afraid to go into those feelings and maybe into that darker part, but also not lingering in there.
Totally. So as a seven, your biggest fear is being trapped, being put into a box, and, like, having choices and options taken away from you with, you know, the way that you grew up that was constantly. Right. And so what One of the coping mechanisms A7 develops, if they do feel that, is that scattered jumping from thing to thing. So one of the things that you can do is reminding yourself that even though this might feel restricting right now, whether it's a conversation, you need to have some strategy around your business, whatever. You know the logistical stuff about business which isn't the fun part or where you shine. Same.
Right.
But recognizing that, yes, this isn't my favorite thing to do, I don't really want to confront these feelings that I'm having. But if I do this now, it's for a short moment, a short season, and it will create actually long game freedom and choices. Like that is the love language of an enneagram 7. It's like you want to make sure all options are available to you at all time, but when you're unwilling to get in the icky parts, even for short periods of time, you actually restrict your long game freedom and choices.
So just remembering everything's just for a moment, this too shall pass. More will always be revealed.
Yeah, always. That feels good. And I, when you said the long term freedom and choices the first time, like, I just got goosebumps like, oh, that is what I want.
But there's a catch. There's the catch.
Exactly.
I know, like, I want to be strong and powerful and I can understand, like, being strong and powerful means I have to be vulnerable. And although, like, yeah, we want to skip the line and get to the, the freedom and choices for you, I want to skip to like my strength and power in vulnerability. But I don't necessarily want to have to do the icky parts for me. But like, to whom much is given, much is required. So. So long term freedom and choices means for very short spurts and short seasons, you'll have to do this icky stuff. And the cool thing about it is, is sevens are very adaptable that when they realize like, and they. And you know, you're old enough to have enough evidence that this is true. Like when you have dealt with the hard things, it doesn't feel like it when you're in it. And when you're in it, it feels like death, right? And like you're suffocating, but you have enough evidence to show that on the other side of it, more was revealed. And it's just like any muscle that we build, we have to be consistent and committed to doing it pretty frequently in order for the real flex to happen. Especially when real shit's hitting the fan, you know how Often have we done, you know, gotten healthy, worked out, and then we're, like, coasting for a while, and then the holidays come and we skip the gym, and then we go in January and it feels like we never went.
Right, Right.
This kind of muscle building works the same way. So, like, the more that you can add resistance onto the building this muscle, the easier this does get. It's never going to be fun for you, ever, ever. And you will always try to reframe this in a way to avoid it. Just know it. It's like your blind spot. So just know it's there and just keep looking at it.
Right.
And. And go for it. Build the muscle.
Okay. Okay. I guess you convinced me to do that.
Well, you can keep trying it the other way, but, like, good luck. I keep trying. Trust me, if there was a way to bypass any of the shit that I hate to do, I absolutely would do it, and I'd be a gazillionaire in teaching it. But there. There just isn't. The only way is through it.
Oh, my gosh. I love it. So. So then with the thought leadership. Sorry. It's okay.
We're good.
With the thought leadership and public speaking thing.
What would you say is important to lean into as an enneagram7 to really bring out and amplify the strengths as opposed to maybe just flitting around them? I think because we like to flit.
Yeah. And you absolutely can.
But what I will say about this is what's really important, especially for sevens, is building community and building a strong one.
Because when you build a strong community, you can switch topics, switch passions, switch it up all the time, but because you've built a solid community that no matter what you're Talking about, like Dr. Nicole, delivers good shit every time. It won't matter what you talk about, people will want whatever you're throwing down. But you can't really earn that right to keep pivoting with the benefits that come with that without building community.
Yeah.
I've seen a lot of Sevens jump from thing to thing, and there's nothing wrong with that. That's your gift, and you do it better than anyone. But for it to get traction as a thought leader and monetization, a big part of that is the community that you've built, that no matter what you deliver, even if it's longevity one day and how to, like, reach the ultimate orgasm, and next day, like. Like you. You have to have a community that trusts that whatever you throw down, like, they're here for it.
Yeah. And I mean, the science is there that the more orgasms we have, the longer we live. So there is some, you know, there's. There's definitely some continuity between.
Well, I'm telling you right now, talk about orgasms and women. Like, you're gonna build a community fast. And because you know what? Like, our age demographic, this shit wasn't.
Talked about, like, not at all.
Like, I'm gonna live to like 150, by the way, if what you say is true, which is really, really great. But, like, I grew up on Dr. Ruth. Like, I remember, like, I hid under the covers to listen to her in the closet when I was 10. Because nobody was freaking talking about this. I mean, 10, 10's a little.
But, like, if you boldly, boldly talk about this consistently in fun and make it fun and light too, like, you can go dark and deep too, because I know you have that, but also make it fun. The other thing for an enneagram 7 too, is recognizing, like, you have to kind of talk about it in a few different ways for it to land and build community fast. Right. Because just the way that you talk about it. Yeah, you'll attract people that comprehend and understand things like you do. But you might miss somebody like me or a more sensitive enneagram too, who's like, oh, I'm afraid to talk about this. So, like, being able. What I'll usually say, this is something really helpful for you as you're building that momentum in a community, is using the three different centers of intelligence and speak to each of them. I say this in all kinds of sales and marketing and community building when I understood, because I don't lead with my heart ever, Like, I lead with instincts, which is great. That's what makes me great. But if I didn't lean into that heart center of intelligence, the people that make decisions based on how they feel, I'm really missing the boat and missing the impact that I can make out in the world. Right? And if I didn't speak to the visionaries like you, who are forward thinkers, who kind of use their brain to process and make decisions, although you might like me, you may not. It may not land, and it may not feel like I get you and speak to you, so I can speak instincts all day long, because that's how I typically operate, what do we do about it? What do we do about. It's why I'm an integration specialist. Like, I don't give a shit what this means. Tell me how this makes my life better. Right? But there are people who want to know what this means and there are people who want to know how they feel about it. So. So really kind of dancing your messaging and the way you communicate to all three of the centers of intelligence will allow you to build community faster.
Okay. Yeah, I definitely need to look into the tri type and three centers of intelligence more. I feel like my knowledge of enneagram is mostly surface level of my own and what it is to lean into my wings and then, you know, my stressed out where I go or my happy when where I go. I forget what that one's called, but yeah, but anyways, I. I think really leaning into the more in depth.
Opportunities that the anagram has available is. Is definitely somewhere.
Well, if you think about it, if.
You think about it seems good.
Why I love talking about the tri type because even though you're a thinker by nature, you automatically go into forward thinking what could happen. And you know, that's why you're a great visionary, like amazing problem solver, problem solver and troubleshooter. But you still use your heart and your feelings and you still do your use your instincts. And like, what do you do about this? And so this is what's cool about understanding your tri type. Like, when you process feelings, you process like a four. You absolutely do. Like, you aren't necessarily driven by a significance that's external. Like the twos and threes. Do you process significance? Like a four would. Is like, what does this mean to me? And is this authentic and true to who I am here to be? Very different than how a two or three or somebody that uses like I use the two in my feeling center. So I don't necessarily, like, I can be codependent if I'm not careful, where you can be self absorbed if you're not careful, but you also can tap into that 4 of creativity and empathy. Right. And then when you're operating in your instincts, you operate like an eight.
Yeah.
And so thinking about that, like, you know, we use all three centers. Everybody uses all three centers. But when we are speaking and building community, we're speaking to people's defaults.
Does that make sense? Okay.
Yeah. Just like what they automatically lean where they go first. Lean more into where they go first.
Before, you know, when we bypass our intuition and our nervous system, which we talked about on your podcast with Dr. Laura, you know, when we bypass that intuition and our nervous system, you know, this is where we default to the defense mechanisms of our personality. And so if you can kind of speak to that, it like subconsciously it Builds credibility and trust. Because the people on the receiving end, whether you're on a stage, on a podcast, or just speaking one on one to somebody, they're going to be like, wow, she really understands me.
And that's when you get hired to speak. And when people hand over their credit card and say, oh my God, like this person can help me and make an impact in my life. Mm.
Like me just sitting here in awe of you being like, oh, well, yeah.
It'S like people think I have some like Yoda crazy ass voodoo powers and I do. But like this act like I understand that I really made a lot less impact than I was here to make when I didn't do that. And especially in my own home, like, that's where I recognized it first was like, wow, no matter how well intended we are, if we don't know how to speak a language to other people out in the world, we won't make the impact. And in fact, we can create division and disconnect. And I know at least in my own home, I didn't want that. And of course out in the world and in the work that I do, like, I never want that. So I mean, it takes learning other languages. And even though it's never going to be your default to speak, maybe to me or some empath, necessarily, you can't, you can learn how to. And especially coming from all integrity filled places and service driven places, like, that's when the magic happens because you, you care enough about your people that you're here to make an impact on, to speak a language, they can receive it.
Right.
And that's the problem I have with religion, quite honestly. Like, I know you didn't ask about this, but like it's, you know, people use it like a weapon instead of a tool.
And so weaponized.
So weaponized. And the enneagram can be too if we're not careful. So, you know, I think that any way that we market, you know, there's a lot of manipulative, fluffy ass fantasy, fantasy marketing as well. So whenever we're well intended and in integrity, whatever tool we use, like, can absolutely land on the hearts and the souls of the people we're here to impact. So the more you can learn it more it might help make that impact.
Yeah. And I think.
So many of us who have gone through the experiences, we're now helping others with.
That integrity and authenticity really comes through as opposed to maybe someone just reading about it and then deciding, oh, I'm gonna, you know, put on this hat and help people Or. Or, oh, this is the. The trendy thing to be talking about. So I'm gonna start making offers or pivoting in that way. Whereas, you know, if you've lived through something and you've brought yourself through with help, with the help of others, and now, you know, you're. You're able to share that and, you know, like you said, make impact and be of service, I think that also brings people around in ways that nothing else could because you just are able to talk from such a deep, knowing place that others could never make that up, no matter how good of a marketer you are.
And. And that's where, like, you and I have to get out of our own way sometimes, because we are. We. We have experienced the very trendy things we both talked about. And.
Right.
Like, both of our, like, the Enneagram and sensuality are hot button, you know, the feminine energy and aging. Yeah. And all, like, all three of those things are very high trend. And that's part of why we're talking about it, because it's pissed us off enough. Right. But we can also tend to overthink it if we're not careful too. Like, God, are we basic. Are we a basic ass bitch talking about this shit? Like, I know I can get in my own way, and I have to get over that. Like, I'm. I know in my whole heart the whole reason I came forward to lead with the Enneagram is because I was so sick of the trendy shit.
And I can still fall victim to my own stinking thinking if I'm not careful. And the more that I keep leaning into the authenticity and stop looking at what other Enneagram people are doing or how other people are talking about it, the more that I make a bigger impact in my way. And I will encourage you to do the same thing, but it's hard when I'm not a natural born, like, marketer.
Yeah, me neither.
So this is where you and I can get into trouble, is we're not natural born marketers. We're just very, like, intuitive and wise in what we know. And so we go to learn marketing and we watch people that are doing kind of what we do, and then we're like, we feel, like, sleazy afterwards.
Right?
And so we need to just stop looking at it and just. Just go with it and just do us and be us. You're a messenger, for crying out loud. Like, that's what you're here to do.
So just it and go be the messenger. All right. All right.
There you Go. Full blown permission.
Thank you. I was gonna say that just came full circle. Mic drop, we're done.
I'm saying it to myself too, so I think I needed to hear that.
Because man, amazing.
All right, what else you got for me?
I mean that was the biggest thing I think. Yeah. Just to really being able to bring this more into a professional context and I mean obviously when you're your own brand with your own business, the personal and professional always overlap. But yeah, I feel like bringing that piece is part of what I wanted to help kind of buttress what I already have learned and experienced and, and yeah, just being able to lean into that. What you said, building strong community.
Remember the long term freedom and choices that this is going to bring about and to be able to, to speak to others in the ways that they hear things through the different centers of intelligence. Like those are the probably the biggest takeaways I had from this. Thank you so much.
Well, good news for you is self preservation. Enneagram sevens are natural born networkers because if you think about like they recognize that in community and with the right network more freedom and choices come. And the self preservation. I have two in mind of people in my very close inner circle that are both self preservation sevens masterful in their network.
Masterful. One of them has the same tri type as you, one of them doesn't. But knowing that about you like being and, and this is where you might get tripped up because it might feel like you're being strategic about your network but. But you also create win win for everybody that you come in contact with. So I, I don't want you to kind of judge yourself for actively building a strong network. It's one of your gifts and I'll always know that like you will receive and you will give and this is where like that beautiful flow happens, right?
Yeah, I love that. And I was just in up north for a few days with a group of women and it's funny because I don't see it as being a yucky way. Like I actually the term I've been using that just has felt, has come naturally and it's felt really good is I've curated a group of women in my life that are outstanding.
And it did not happen by accident. Like I put myself in similar rooms. I gave of myself as much as I wanted support.
And, and so yeah, I'm really proud of that. Like I feel like I am someone who knows how to do it and well and where everyone feels supported, taken care of, heard and able to fit feel like, they fit and belong. Yeah. In fact, I don't know if I told you this, but I'm a regular contributor to a magazine called Pro Age Woman. And one of the topics that they wanted me to write on was, oh, we see as. As women age, they tend to be more judgmental. Can you write about that? And I just didn't see that as being true, actually.
And.
But I didn't want to say I'm not writing the article because I really want the, you know, pr.
I was able to write the article, but I really flipped it on. Why? Like, it really depends on who are you bringing in and what our intentions with bring in relationships. And actually, this can be a time in life where you can have, you know, the closest people. And probably the reason why someone might be judgmental is because you desire what they want. That's really what it is all about. If we're envious or jealous of someone or judgmental, it's really probably if we dig deeper, it's because we want what they have and we don't have it yet. And so flipping that on its head has been something that I like to do, and I think that's been really helpful in building community.
They let you write the article?
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Bingo. See, this is where the seven is the master of the reframe.
And oh, yeah, I didn't even think of that.
Whereas, like, somebody like me, I'd be like, no, I'm not doing that.
Like, that's an 8 move. Like, where you're like, that's great, actually. And like, you're a messenger and you sold it without, like, like, because you didn't believe in it. But, like, you did that beautifully. That's the seven gift. I'm not. So I have to build that muscle because I'm not great at that. I'd be like, no, well, it's good.
To know I'm leaning into that.
Yeah, like that. But that is how you create more impact, like you said. And your visionary, that seven. What's the best that could happen? You like even writing about things judgy, icky, like, no, you don't want to do that.
What's the best that could happen? That's always the lens that you will look at the world. What's the best that could happen? And then using your voice, like, and you just did it beautifully. Like, it's a perfect example of using your gifts and connect, keeping that network. I have a good network, but I don't do it like you guys do it.
I do it by burying people's bodies in my backyard, I think, oh, my gosh.
Well, you can, you know, you. You can invite people over to help bury or unbury, whichever you're doing.
So crazy, my girl. Where can people learn about, like, let's talk about sensuality in midlife? Because most of the people listening right now, even the dudes, I think it's important they understand what the hell's going on. So what is it? What is it you're doing and. And where can people listen? I'm. I'm gonna be tuning in because I'm all about this. All about it. Yeah.
So you can find me on Instagram @ Dr. Nicole Marcioni. And I just. So my background is I have a PhD in longevity and health and wellness. And I was just kind of bored of talking about nutrition and exercise all the time. Like, everyone's talking about that ad nauseam. And what I realized is so many people that I worked with.
We would get into, like, body image and connecting back into their own bodies and relationships and sensuality was always coming up, like, how can we bring more of that so that we can understand ourselves better and so that we can feel better about our bodies? And then the sleep, the exercise and nutrition just happens naturally, right? Because you can eat all the kale, do all the yoga, but if you don't like yourself, you're not going to be happy and you will not live long, like. Or if you do, it's going to be miserable. And who wants that? So anyways, I decided that I wanted to not totally throw out all my scientific training, so instead I came up with over. That's taken a while to finally come up with it, but what I like to call sexy, smart aging, which is the blending of the science of longevity with the art of sensual living. So it's not one or the other, but really, how do we integrate the two to have the most extraordinary lives? And so with that, yeah, I have a really fun, quick and easy little mini workbook called Sensuality and Midlife. You can grab that my link in bio, or if you just want to DM me, I can send it to you if you have any questions. But, yeah, I just love. And it's all been about bringing this through my own experience because I really had to learn more about my own sensuality and sexuality, especially being brought up in a cult and having so much religious conditioning around pleasure and desire and what it means to be a woman. And so, yeah, I feel like being able to bring those two things together has helped me to not feel like I need to pivot, but actually feels like a deepening and a more settling in the best way of something that I really love to teach others, help others, speak about, you know, all the different things. So I love.
