Hey guys, welcome back to another day of the self-love, self-belief journey. If you don't know me, my name is Vivek George, and I'm so excited to do this practice with all of you. Um, first and foremost, for myself to continue to grow in my own self-love and self-belief, but also to do with all of you guys so that you too can continue to believe in yourself and have more greater confidence and realize your own self-worth. And I feel by doing it together, by doing it through YouTube, by sharing what I'm doing and you guys sharing what you're doing in the comments, we will together feel better and stronger and over time have greater confidence and self-love. So today's practice is we're going to do a gratitude journal. So I'm going to turn a timer on in a few seconds, and for 2 minutes we'll just write a few things that we're really grateful for in our lives and realize that we actually have a lot of abundance and that there's so many amazing things around us. It could be big things, it could be small things, it could be just that you have friends, you have family, it could be that you have food in your fridge, it could be that you have some money in your bank account, it could be that it's a beautiful day out, it could be that you got a nice message from a friend yesterday or today, whatever it comes to mind, big or small, it doesn't really matter. It could be way back in the past, or it could be something that you know is going to come up that you're grateful for as well. And it's powerful because, you know, sometimes when we're not feeling good and we don't love ourselves, we feel like the world is so small that we don't have much. But when we take a little bit of time to reflect and to look back at our lives and look at what's going on right now, there's so many things that we can be grateful for and that can make us feel really good. And taking that little bit of time for us to recognize that, that is a beautiful gift. That's such a beautiful gift. So that's the practice for today. And then after we do the 2 minutes, I'll share and, you know, like I said, you can share yours if you feel like it in the comments. And before we do that, we always do a little check-in, how we're feeling today and as we're doing this practice. So, and then we'll do a checkout after the practice. So how am I feeling right now? To be honest, I'm feeling a little tired. Uh, didn't have the best night's sleep, uh, but also had a nice Saturday, so I'm generally happy and feeling good. Uh, but, uh, yeah, a little bit a little bit tired, so I think maybe this self-love, uh, practice will energize me a little bit. Doing these videos always do, so let's see how it goes. Okay, I'm gonna turn the timer on. We're gonna do 2 minutes once again. We're gonna do a little gratitude journal, just try to remember, reflect on, uh, think about some of the things that we are grateful for in our lives that happened in the past or in the present or maybe be coming up soon. So, okay, ready? And Let's go! Okay, we have a minute to go. Keep at it. About 20 seconds, so just keep wrapping, wrap it up soon. 10 seconds. Okay, that's, uh, I hit the alarm for this, uh, timer. Uh, I'm just gonna Finish writing my last thing. Okay, that's a weird alarm. Okay, hopefully you had enough time to get a bunch of stuff in. A lot to be grateful for, I feel like, for me at least, and I'm sure all of you as well. And so I'll share my list. So the first thing I'm grateful for is I'm grateful for the food that I ate today. I'm also grateful for my, my amazing parents and my brother. Uh, I'm grateful to my friend Clarice who let me use her pool yesterday. It was pretty warm here in Lisbon, so cooled off a little bit. I'm grateful for the money in my bank account, um, able to buy the things that I can buy. Grateful for, uh, my health, uh, just feeling good and healthy and my body taking care of me. I'm grateful for my meditation practice that keeps me anchored. Um, and when I'm not feeling my best, it keeps me grounded, calm, and cool through different struggles. I'm grateful for my loving grandparents. Uh, though they passed away many years ago, I just think about them often and the big positive impact they had on my life. Um, I'm grateful for the apartment I have in Lisbon. It's a nice apartment, it's sunny, so you can tell in this place it's awesome. Um, and I'm grateful also for the beautiful weather here today in Lisbon. So a bunch of things that I'm grateful for. As you can tell, uh, Yeah, just feels good to remember some of these things and to appreciate them and take a moment for myself to remember that I have a lot, a lot of things to be thankful for. What about you guys? Uh, leave, leave a comment if you, if you feel inclined to share what you're grateful for. Love to hear about it. Love to reply and, um, you know, share, share my thoughts on what, what abundance people have in their lives. And, uh, before we close up, we'll just do a quick checkout to see how we're feeling. I'm still feeling tired, but I definitely have a little bit more of a bigger smile, I think. So tired but happy and content. So anyway, thanks again for joining me in this self-love, self-belief journey. Please come back again tomorrow. If you— this video was helpful, consider liking it and subscribing to the channel.
