Hey guys, it's Will, and in this video I'm going to show you exactly how I made $743,000 in 45 days. So where the money came from, what was running, what the numbers actually looked like, and then I'll show you how to build the same thing for yourself. Now, over the last 7 years, I've built 2 separate businesses using this exact model. The first one I grew to $16.4 million in total sales and sold to private equity 2 years ago. The second one, I scaled to $580,000 a month in just the first 9 months, and I've now helped over 741 other people build and grow their own businesses using this exact same model. So let me start with the simplest version of what this business actually is. You know something that other people want to learn, and those people will pay you to teach them. That is the entire business. And I know that that sounds almost too simple, right? But let me show you what this actually looks like in practice. One of my clients is a woman in her late 40s who teaches knitting. That is it, just knitting. She makes about £17,000 a month, depending on the month, No big audience when she started, no business background, just a genuine passion for knitting and of course a willingness to teach other people how to do it well. Another client of mine teaches people how to get commercial cleaning contracts, about £55,000 a month, again depending on the month. Another teaches piano, over £100,000 a month. Another teaches people how to stop drinking alcohol, around $90,000 a month, again depending on the month. I've got clients in niches like trading, fitness, e-com, dating, communication, manifestation, real estate, even calligraphy and rowing, wildlife photography, even porn addiction. And the pattern across every single one of them is the same. They learned something, they got good at it, they built a business around teaching it. That's it. That's the repeating pattern. Behind pretty much every millionaire that I know personally. Now here's the part that most people miss: the model is not the hard part. The model is genuinely simple. The reason that most people never build this, even people who completely understand the model, is that they still see themselves as workers or as helpers or, you know, as people who are, you know, good at a thing, but not people who would build leverage around the thing. And that gap between what you know and what you believe that you're capable of building is the real reason that people stay slow, right, or stuck. It's not the tactics, it's the identity. And I've watched people sit on knowledge that could make them a millionaire in a few years, right? They sit there tweaking the logo rewriting their bio, telling themselves that they're going to start when they feel more ready. That's not preparation. That is fear wearing a productive disguise, and it's costing those people real money every single month that they do that. So before I explain how the 45 days worked where I've made this money, I want to make something clear. The reason that this produced $743,000 in 45 days is not because anything exotic was happening. It's because a specific model was just running cleanly at volume with no hesitation. And I call it unscalable consulting, and it works exactly the same way that the name sounds. You trade your direct personal expertise for serious money. Just one human helping another human to solve a real problem. There's no complicated funnels, there's no massive team, there's no years of like audience building, just genuine knowledge delivered personally, priced at what it's actually worth. And here's what that looked like in those 45 days for me. The offer was simple. I will help you build and/or grow your own unscalable consulting business. And we had 3 different offers: $10K for 3 months in a group setting, $20K for 3 months in a 1-to-1 setting, $30K for 3 months in a done-for-you setting. And we let people pick whichever one they preferred. Basically, some people were new and were starting from scratch. Some people already had a knowledge-based consulting business that they wanted to learn to advance and to grow and to take to the next level. Now, in the $10K group program, they got my video training course, a workshop every day of the week in a group setting on Zoom, run by me and members of my team for 2 hours per call. So Monday is with me, Tuesday is with my sales director, Wednesday is with my copywriter, Thursday is with my paid ads buyer, and Friday is with my content production coach. So a daily workshop in a group setting. The 20K one-to-one program, they get all of that, that I just told you, plus anytime calls with me and my team and a WhatsApp group with us all in it for anytime chat. And finally, in the 30K Done For You program, they get again all of that, but me and my team just build everything for them. And I do mean like literally everything all done for you. So those were the offers and the things that they actually got in the offers. Now, next, how did we get the customers right? Where did the customers come from? And it was through two things. So one was YouTube and Instagram, two was paid ads. And we funneled all of the traffic— and that's, that's what it is called, it basically means attention, that's what traffic means— into an explainer video, just a short 12-minute video that shared who I am, my background, what I help people with and how, and who I can and can't help. And also, of course, what it looks like to work with me. That's it. And then they had the option of booking in a call to discuss joining. Now, if they booked a call, a member of my team will get on Zoom, chat to them about potentially joining, and they either buy or they don't buy. We don't offer payment plans, so each fee has to be paid in full. And we also had what's called a downsell, which is basically a 1-hour call with me for $2,000. If someone didn't want or need one of the main programs. And we usually sell a few of those a week, around $30,000, $40,000 a month or so of, of those one-off one-to-one calls with me. Now, to hit $743,000 was roughly 32 sales of one of the main programs, and most people bought the done-for-you. And that was and is our most popular program that we sell by far. We've changed the pricing a little bit recently for all of our programs, but that's a conversation for another time. And to hit the 32 sales with our average close rate being historically around the 24% mark, depending on the month, it goes up and down. But to hit 32 sales closed, here's what the math actually looks like. 260 booked sales calls. Roughly 50% of them show up, which is industry average. You take about 130 sales calls, 24% close rate is roughly 32 sales. Now, one thing I do want to mention, we don't sell courses. We sell hands-on, unscalable consulting programs where me and my team, we get hands-on with our clients and we go above and beyond to help them by advising them, hand-holding them, and just going out of our way to make sure that they succeed. And some people say not to do that and not to do one-to-one, but I just love what I do and I like to play a part in my client's success. And that is what Unscalable Consulting is all about— helping people hands-on. Now I know what you're thinking, well, that's not scalable, right? Hence the bloody name. You can't scale human time. But by having a training program, WhatsApp, my team and me, we've been able to strike like the perfect balance between selling our time, yes, but at a price that's fair and at volume that makes as much as $743,000 in just above 1 month in a way that's fun and very fulfilling as well. So that's the forensic breakdown. And when you see the actual numbers, the thing that should strike you is how straightforward this is. There's no secret ingredient. There's no secret hack, there's just a model running the way it's supposed to run in a market where the economics are genuinely unfair in your favor right now. Let me explain what I mean by that. Right now in 2026, YouTube is rewarding these raw, unedited, conversational content videos just from real individuals in a way that's never happened before. One person with a camera with something useful to say can reach tens of thousands of people a month for free. And that kind of distribution used to cost serious money. Now it costs you nothing but a bit of time. And when you combine that free reach with a knowledge business that runs at 80%, 85%, even 90% profit margins like ours does, again, depending on the month and so on, you don't need inventory, you don't need a warehouse, you don't need a physical location, you don't need complicated operations. You get an economic situation that is almost offensive compared to anything else that you could build. This truly is the best business model that there is on planet Earth, in my opinion. A traditional business doing a million a month in revenue, they might keep $250K in profit if they're lucky, whereas a knowledge business doing a million a month in revenue, you can keep $800K in profit same revenue, 3, 4 times the net. And that is not a small difference. That is the difference between building wealth and building a job. But let me say this, this window is not permanent. Platforms change. The moment that a real person talking to a camera consistently outperforms polished production, that closes eventually. And every month that you spend waiting That's a month of compounding leverage that you are never going to get back. Now let me walk you through how unscalable consulting actually works piece by piece. First comes the skill. This is what you're going to teach, and most people massively overthink this part. You don't need to be the best in the world at something to teach it. In fact, in a lot of cases, you actually shouldn't be. Now picture a scale from 1 to 10. Tiger Woods is a 10 at golf. That's unarguable, right? I am a zero. I've never played a round of golf in my entire life, ever. If I wanted to learn golf, do I want to learn from Tiger Woods? Hell no, I don't, because he has far forgotten what it feels like to be a complete raw beginner who can't even hold a club. He's been playing since he was 2 years old. I cannot relate to him, and honestly, he probably can't be bothered with me. It's just not worth his time or his effort. What I actually need is someone who's a 3 or a 4. Someone a few steps ahead of me but who still clearly remembers what it felt like to be where I am. That changes everything when you think about your own situation, doesn't it? Or at least that's my hope for you watching this video today. So if you're a 3, you can teach 0s and 1s. If you're a 5, you can teach 2s and 3s. If you're a 7, you can teach 4s and 5s. So wherever you are on that scale right now, you have a business. And if you truly feel like you don't have a valuable skill yet, maybe you're watching this and thinking, I don't have a skill or something to teach. Just learn something. Spend a month or 2 or 3 on YouTube, read some books, get yourself to a 2 or 3 or 4, and then teach 0s and 1s. The knitting lady, she did that, and I did that with trading as well. It was a completely legitimate and proven path. And here's the thing that most people get just completely wrong about this business in general: they think they're selling information. They're not. Everything that I teach is available somewhere on the internet for free. So why do people pay me tens of thousands of dollars to work with me? Directly then? Well, it's because free information does not give you a clear path, and it's very hard to piece it all together. It doesn't tell you what to do first, what to ignore, what your specific situation actually requires. What people are actually buying from me and from you is going to be certainty and control, the confidence that they're doing the right things in the right order with someone who's already been there watching over their shoulder. That is what you're selling, not knowledge as such, certainty and control and peace of mind. And once you understand that, premium pricing stops feeling like something that you have to justify, and it should start feeling like the only logical option. Next is the offer that you have to build. Now, you don't need a finished product before you start selling. Waiting until the product is perfect is one of the most expensive things that you can do because the market will tell you exactly what to build, right? But only if you're already in contact with the market. Now, what do I mean by that? Let me give you an example. My first ever product was a Word document and I charged $50 for it. Customers started giving me feedback on it, then it became a PDF. Right? By customer 20 or 30, it was a Dropbox folder of videos. And by customer, say, 50 and 60, it was a full structured course. So I didn't sit down and plan a curriculum. I just started selling, and then I listened to what people needed, and I built it out as, as I went, basically. My point is this: every client gives you feedback that makes the next version sharper. Every objection tells you what to address in your marketing. Every result gives you a testimonial, right, that makes the next sale a little bit easier, and you can raise your prices as well. So clarity comes from market contact, not private planning. The business gets better and more valuable while money is actually already filling up in your bank account. And during those 45 days that we're talking about here, the reason that we were able to do £743K is because we got the ducks in a row over the previous 2.5 years. Of testing and iterating and listening to customers. So that amount that we made, that's not an accident. That's what happens when you let the market shape the product instead of trying to build the perfect thing before anyone's even paid you a dime for it. The worst thing you can do is spend 3 months or 6 months building something in isolation before anyone's even paid you a penny. Start selling now, as fast as possible. Build as you go. Let the market tell you what to build. And when you've done that, next comes attention. So once you know what you're going to teach, you need people to know that you exist, right? And there are two ways to do this. So like I said earlier, the first is organic, and the best place right now is YouTube. And before you tell me that you don't know how to make videos or you don't have the right equipment, I am filming this video on my iPhone. With a $14 microphone off Amazon. No editing, no script, hopefully one take unless I really mess up. Some of those videos of mine in this style, they have over half a million views and they've made me multiple six figures in sales. So the style that works right now on YouTube, it's raw, it's real, just you talking to the camera like you were talking to a friend and even having a coffee. With a friend. That's part of the reason why I hold this cup, actually. Some of you might not know that. If you mess up a word, leave it in. If you want a coffee whilst you're filming, have one. The less polished that it is, the more real it feels, and the more that people trust you, right? People can tell when you're being genuine. And the people spending 3 days perfecting their thumbnails, they are being beaten by people who just press record. And here's something I really want you to internalize, okay? You do not need a huge channel for this to make serious money. I book right now roughly around 150 calls a month from my YouTube channel, and most of my videos only get a few thousand views. You just need a tiny fraction of your viewers to go ahead and take the next step with you. Okay, so that's way one to get traffic and attention. The second way is through paid ads. So or Facebook ads, YouTube ads, Instagram ads. You run ads that put you directly in front of the right people. And yes, it costs money, but it is significantly faster and with a lot more control. I've had clients close their first high-ticket sale within 9 days of running ads for the first time ever from scratch. And during the 45 days we're talking about here, as always, we got our traffic from YouTube primarily, with some coming from Instagram and some from paid ads. Now we are spending roughly $60,000 a month on ads at the moment, and we make back around 3x to 3.5x. So for every $1 that we spend, we make back roughly $3 in cash and a little bit more in revenue on occasion. One caveat, whenever we have an unusually, unusually large month, it's usually because we get what is called an outlier, YouTube. Now, an outlier video is where a video does exceedingly well for some random reason. So for me, I usually average about 5K to 10K views per video, but sometimes I get a video with 50K views or 100K views. That is called an outlier video. And when that happens, sales calls flood in and we'll make an extra 200,000 or 300,000 that month and a bit the next month as well. And let me just say this, outliers always come around eventually. Content is a volume game, and that's really worth paying attention to because the source of the leads shapes everything downstream. Okay, the quality of the calls, the close rate, the kind of clients that you end up with, it's all influenced by your traffic and what you're saying to them. So I always tell my clients to make content. Please, please soak this in. Only for your dream customer. That is very important. If you do that, eventually you're going to get a big video. And when you do, you can— you're going to have an outsized month. So be ready for that because that day will come. Next comes the sales process. So once people are finding you, the question is, where do you send them? And this is where most people make a really costly mistake. They send people to a website. Please don't do that. Please, for God's sakes, never do that. A website is for information. What you need is a sales process built for conversion. They're very, very, very different things. And here's how this works. You send people to a simple explainer video, and it's usually around 12 to 20 minutes long, and it has one job: take someone from a stone cold viewer, cold traffic, who just found you, to a warm lead who is genuinely excited to, and also not only excited, but ready to get on a call with you. And here's what goes into this, okay? You open by being crystal clear about who it's for and who it isn't. You show them that you deeply understand the problem that they are dealing with. You describe their situation so accurately that they feel like you're almost reading their mind. And you share how you help people like them. You add your credibility, your story, your results, your testimonials if you have them. And by the way, you don't need testimonials. It helps, but you don't need them. And then you invite them to book a call. And here's what does not go into an explainer video. You don't— do not share your price. Save that for the call. You don't go through a detailed program breakdown because you're going to overwhelm them and you're gonna scare them off and they're gonna leave. No price, no program breakdown, and you don't give them anything that lets them talk themselves out of it before they've even spoken to you. That video's only job is to build enough trust that they wanna have a conversation. That's all, okay? And finally comes the call, and this is where money actually exchanges hands in return for value. They give you money, you give them value. It's called a value exchange. Now, I don't call them sales calls. I call them, surprise, surprise, value calls, because that's what they are, right? You get on Zoom with someone, you ask them about their situation, you understand the problem that they are dealing with, you genuinely figure out whether you can help them or not. And if you can't help them, you tell them. And if you can help them, you tell them, right? You explain how, and you invite them to come on board. It's just a conversation between two people, one who has a problem, one who knows how to solve the problem. That's it. And here's roughly how the call flows. So you start by understanding their situation. So like, why did they book? What are they struggling with? What have you already tried? And then you ask them, why now? This is really important. Why is solving this problem so important right now? What's the cost of not fixing it? And then you ask them what they actually need. It sounds so simple, it really is. People really overcomplicate this. I, I like to say, if I could wave a magic wand and get exactly what you need, what would that look like? And then you present your program as the direct answer to exactly what they just told you so that it fits, because they told you themselves, right? 3 or 4 people out of every 10 You're going to say, look, you're not the right fit for this now. Here's what I think you should do instead. Come back in a few weeks. Because this is the thing. The goal is never to close everybody. You can't close everyone and you shouldn't close everyone. The goal is just to find the people that you can actually help and serve them really well. And that's the thing that people don't see when they look at one of these big numbers that we make, like 743,000 in one just above 1 month, they think something exotic is going on, and there isn't. It's the same conversation, the same way, at volume, with a good enough offer. That's the whole thing. Unscalable consulting is not complicated. It's just discipline, really. The math might look like this. If you charge $5,000 for your program, which is honestly the lower end of what I recommend, you need 200 clients a month to hit $100,000 a month. At $10,000, you need 10. At $15,000, you need 7. And look, I know that some of you are already thinking right now, you're thinking, listen, Will, there is no way that someone's giving me $5,000 or $10,000 for my skill or my niche. Man, I've heard that sentence hundreds of times from people teaching piano, stop drinking alcohol, commercial cleaning, how to speak to women and get dates, executive communication, on and on and on. All of whom proved themselves completely wrong. Take it from me, I've been doing this for 7 years. I know by this stage, right? Here's why people pay high prices. When someone has a serious problem, one that is genuinely costing them time and money and health or relationships or something important to them, the price of solving it becomes almost irrelevant compared to the cost of not solving it. They're not paying for information, they're paying for certainty, for someone who has already solved the problem they are dealing with to just get on a call and help them and hold their hand and walk them through it and help them skip the learning curve. And to the right person, that is worth thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars. And something that I found consistently over the years, the higher the price, the better the client. That is a goddamn fact. They're more committed. They do the work, they get better results, they give you better testimonials. They almost, almost never ask for refunds. Cheap clients, on the other hand, are actually the most expensive thing in these businesses. They demand the most, they deliver the least, they cost you the most time. They suck up the most headspace. You know, every low-ticket offer I've ever seen is just a high effort dressed up as low risk. High-ticket clients are the complete opposite in every single way. The business is easier, more profitable, more enjoyable, especially the further upmarket that you go. And that's not an opinion. That is just what the data shows every single time. So hopefully by now you can see Unscalable consulting is not a complicated system. It's a skill turned into a conversation, priced at what it's actually worth. And I've done this twice— two 8-figure companies, one private equity exit. And I've helped in this consulting company that I currently run over 741 people to do this. Now, this model works. The market is there. The infrastructure exists right now to do this with almost no overhead. And margins that would make a traditional business owner feel physically ill. The money is already out there, and it's sitting there right now, and it will keep sitting there for somebody else until you go and get it. The only question is, how long are you going to wait? Because every month that you spend getting ready is a month of income you are never getting back. Every month the person in your niche who started 6 months ago before you is compounding their advantage. And the window where building this, as accessible and cheap as it is right now, man, that window is not going to stay open forever. Honestly, I wonder how long it's going to be this easy because it won't be forever. If you want help building this from scratch or you've already started and you want to grow faster and go further, there's a link in the description the Work With Me link where you can book a call with me or with a member of my team. Worst case, you get a free consulting session out of it. Best case, we build something together that genuinely changes your life, just like this industry has changed mine. I'll see you in the next video.
