How I reprogrammed my brain to make getting rich inevitable

William Brown built two eight-figure companies and argues manifestation isn't magic but the gut intuition that comes from years of real wins and losses. He walks through an exercise: write down what you truly know will happen this year, then look at the gaps between certainty and doubt to find where you need to work harder.

Hey guys, it's Will. And have you ever said something like this? Man, I just knew that that guy in the car in front was going to pull out on me. I just knew that that customer was going to ask for a refund. I just knew that that girl was going to cheat on me. Or on the flip side, maybe you've said something like this. I just knew that that ad was going to be a banger. Or I knew that video was going to blow up. I just knew it. I just had the, the feeling. Have you ever said something like that? Have you ever had that feeling where you just know? That feeling in your entire body where you just have that unshakable belief? Now, pretty much every single human being above the age of like 16 or 17 has felt that at least once. Most of you watching this video today have felt that many, many times over your lifetime, right? And that feeling right there, that's manifestation. That's the real version of it. Not crystals, not vision boards, not whispering into the universe before you go to sleep. It's that gut-level knowing feeling. And that's what we're talking about today. Now make sure you stay with me on this one because towards the end of this video, I'm going to give you a practical exercise that will actually show you exactly where your manifestation actually stands right now and how to truly affect it so that you can get more of what you want out of life. And this method of mine, it might surprise you, it's made me literally millions. It even bought me this house that I'm sat in right now. Now, before we go any further, let me just tell you who I am and why I think I'm even qualified to talk about this. I'm not a manifestation guru. I don't sell courses on law of attraction. I've never told anybody to meditate their way to a Lamborghini, right? But what I will tell you is this: manifestation, the real version of it, has served me extremely bloody well. I've built two 8-figure companies, exited one of them to private equity, and I want to pause on that for a second because almost nobody actually sells their business. And if they do, almost no one sells it for, you know, a pretty damn large amount. And I did both of those things. I've built a multi-eight-figure net worth. I own real estate in multiple countries, no mortgages, no debt, millions in cash, and I have a pretty, pretty awesome life. And I'm not telling you that to show off. I'm telling you because I want you to understand that what I'm about to actually share with you here, it is not theory. It's not something I read in a book and decided to regurgitate like most of these broke loser manifestation coaches on YouTube these days, all ripping off my client Nero knowledge. This is actual genuine lived experience, and this is what actually happened, and this is how I understand it looking back. And what I want to give you today is that same understanding so that you can start applying it consciously, deliberately to your own life, so you can actually achieve everything that you're working so hard to achieve? Because working harder is not the secret. What I will tell you today, it's my belief that this is the secret, and I think that I'm proof of that. So let's actually define what manifestation is, because the way that most people talk about it is completely wrong. And honestly, it puts a lot of people off, and rightfully so. The way I see it and the way that I've lived it, manifestation is this: it is what you deeply believe based on what you've experienced, based on what you've seen to be true or false in your life. And then ideally changing those ideas and those lessons and those learnings and those thoughts into firm, unshakable beliefs. That's it. That's the whole thing. It's not magic. It's not woo-woo. It's the compounding of your lived experience into a belief system that drives your decisions and your actions and your energy and ultimately therefore your outcomes. Now think about it this way, okay? How did you know that guy in the car was gonna pull out in front of you? Probably because you've driven for years, you've seen thousands of junctions, you've seen that particular body language from a car before. You've actually experienced it. Your brain and your body processed all of that and delivered you a knowing feeling. And you were right. Why do elite traders know that a market is about to move before it moves? Why do great salespeople know that they're about to close someone before the customer even opens their mouth? Why do the best entrepreneurs know that a business idea is going to work before they've even built it, or a YouTube video is going to do well before they've even uploaded it? Well, it's because they've done the work. They've accumulated the reps and the the failures, the wins, the lessons. And all of that has really kind of come together and compounded on itself into what I call manifestation intuition. And here's the beautiful part of this, and I really want you to hear me on this. You've already got this. You already have it. The question is just whether it's pointing you in the right direction or not, because for most people, well, they simply don't know how to tap into this. And that is what I want to reveal to you today, because here's the thing, that knowing feeling, that let's call it intuition, it doesn't discriminate between positive and negative. So if you've grown up watching people around you fail financially, if you've been maybe cheated on multiple times, if you've had a business, you know, maybe not work out or fail, your intuition is going to start telling you that those things are inevitable. And because you believe it with your whole body, you're going to walk into situations where those things happen again and again. Not because the universe is punishing you, it's because your beliefs are directing your behavior in ways that you are often not even consciously aware of. You'll unconsciously pick the wrong partner. You'll unconsciously price yourself too low. You'll unconsciously not send that pitch deck out. You'll unconsciously not make the phone call. And then when it all falls apart, you're gonna say, "I knew it. I knew that wasn't gonna work." And you did know it. That's the terrifying part. You did know it because you've trained yourself to believe it. Now flip that for a second. If you've built up a track record of wins, even small wins, if you've invested in yourself, learned from coaches and mentors, read the books, watched the videos, taken the courses, had the hard conversations, taken the uncomfortable actions, and experienced progress, even small progress, your intuition starts pointing forwards and upwards. And that's why investing in learning is so important, because your brain starts to point you in the right direction and believe in you. And that again, it kind of manifests more success, bigger wins, and it compounds on itself over time. You start walking into rooms knowing that you're going to close the deal. You start launching products just knowing that they're going to sell. You start having conversations knowing that they're going to go well, and they do. Not, not every time, right? Nothing works every time. I wish that it did. I'd be a billionaire, right? But enough times that the momentum becomes self-fulfilling. And that's why that I think that the traditional manifestation space has it about 20% right, because the belief is real, the knowing is real, right? The power of your internal world shaping your external one, it's completely real. But they leave out the bit, right, about the work that builds these beliefs in the first place. I've never heard a manifestation guru mention the work, the doing, the investing, the steps. That's the secret. It's in the work and action and the feedback loop that's created. For me, that work looked like years of planning, years of learning, years of failure, working with coaches and mentors, going through courses, reading books obsessively, watching every YouTube video on a topic, talking to people who were further ahead than me, trying things. Some things worked out, a lot of them didn't work out, And then just doing it again and again. And through all of that, gradually, slowly, right? Sometimes painfully, I started to develop a set of beliefs that I didn't just intellectually hold, but that I actually felt in my body. And I didn't just think I could build a successful company, I knew that I could because I'd done it before, even if only on a small scale and even if it was only a small win. So for example, when I was younger, I used to film and edit skateboard videos when I was about 16 years old. And sell them to my friends for like £2 each. And even just one sale ignited the fire of a small win. Then I started a graffiti magazine and took the pictures myself, wrote the copy, made it in Photoshop when I was about 18 years old. I saved up my McDonald's income to print some copies, and then I got them stocked in a few small UK art stores. Now, I only made about £6 profit if they sold, but the feeling of walking back into one of those shops asking, did anyone buy any? And them saying, yes, we sold 2 of them, here's £12. That made me feel like a millionaire back then, right? And that's the point right there. Did you catch that? I'll say it again, it made me feel like a millionaire. And fast forward 10 years and I am one. So that feeling that I created by selling 2 copies of my little ghetto graffiti magazine made me feel successful, and success then manifested. And that's where manifestation starts to work in the way that people talk about, but they can't quite explain. Because when you genuinely, deeply feel something in your body, you know, however small, your entire being starts organizing itself and making it happen. You make better decisions, you make bolder actions, let's say. You don't quit when it gets hard because you know, you start to really know what is on the other side. And it's not magic. That's the most practical thing in the world right there. Okay, so here's what I want you to do right now, and I mean literally, genuinely right now. If you've got your phone, grab it and open it. If you've got a notebook nearby, even better. Open a new note, open a new page, write this at the top. And you can word it however feels natural to you, right? Here is what I know is going to happen. Not what you hope, not what you want, not what you're going to try and make happen. What you know. And then just let it come. Don't force it, don't overthink it, just write. Now let me show you what mine might look like, just to give you a sense of what this can look like. When your manifestation intuition is calibrated and it begins to point you in the right direction. Now, I know that I am going to make minimum $3 million net profit this year. Probably 4, maybe 5. But 3, well, something would genuinely have to go wrong for that not to happen. I just know that, like I know that the sun is gonna come up tomorrow. And it's not arrogance, it's experience based on years of doing this. I've built the systems, I've got the team, I've done this before. I just know that I'm gonna be able to do that. I also know I'm gonna be significantly healthier at the end of this year than I am right now because I've got a personal trainer coming 3 days a week, I've got a boxing coach coming twice a week, I'm on a treadmill desk for 1 or 2 hours pretty much every single day. My diet is as clean and solid as it's ever been. I'm sleeping well, I'm walking every day, and you can't do all of those things consistently and not end up healthier. It would literally defy the laws of bloody biology for that to not be the case. And I also know that my team are going to thrive this year. I know that because over the years and years of hiring now and training and getting it wrong and getting it right and losing great people, finding even better ones, me and the senior people around me right now, we've become pretty bloody good, let's just say, at this. Now we know what good looks like. We know how to bring people in and ramp them fast and keep them motivated and keep them growing. So I just know, the evidence is overwhelming. Now here's what I want you to notice about all of those 3 things. None of it's magical thinking. Every single one of those 3 things has a foundation of real, tangible, earned experience beneath it. So the knowing didn't come from nowhere, it didn't come from hope, it came from work. So when you do your exercise, and please, please actually do this, do it right now or do it after the video, pay attention to how it feels to write things down. If you write something and it feels a bit hollow, it feels like wishful thinking, that's useful information. That's telling you you don't yet have the evidence base to genuinely believe it yet, which is okay. That means that, you know, you know what you need to go and do and build and take action on. And if you write something and it feels absolutely bloody certain, if your whole body goes, yeah, that's obviously gonna happen, then you're operating from exactly the right place. Now look, I know that manifestation is a loaded word by now. I know half of you probably rolled your eyes at the title of this video. I completely get it. I'm probably one of the most skeptical people that you will ever meet when it comes to anything that sounds like fluff or magical thinking or BS, but this is not that. What I've described to you today is genuinely how I believe that the world works. It's how I've lived my life. It's how I've built everything that I've built. Your beliefs drive your behavior. Your behavior then drives your outcomes, and your beliefs are built. They're not wished for. They're built through learning, through doing, through failing, through adjusting, through winning, and and through accumulating enough real-world evidence that your gut starts to speak with authority. And when your gut speaks with authority, that is when you just start to know things. And when you know things, when you truly know them and feel them, well, that's when they start to actually happen. That's manifestation. That's the real version. This is the version that actually works based on genuine experience. So here's what I want you to do now. Do the exercise if you haven't right now today. Open your notes app, write the heading, write down everything that you genuinely know is going to happen. Let's say this year. Again, not what you hope, not anything like that. What you know. And then I want you to look at that list honestly. Look at what has real evidence beneath it. Look at what doesn't. And use the gap, that is your roadmap right there. Because whatever you can't write down with certainty, that's where the work needs to go. Next. If this video gave you something to think about, give it a like. It genuinely helps more people to find it. And if you haven't, subscribe to the channel because this is the kind of content that I put out regularly.
