I taught him THIS and he made $4.5 million in 2 years

William Brown breaks down how his client Andy Zoltan built a $4.5 million education business in two years using a five-pillar framework: a low-price offer that scales, qualified traffic, a three-page sales funnel, conversion scripts, and continuous price increases as results improve. Prices went from $2k to $8k as the product proved itself.

Hey guys, it's Will. And after I taught this guy what I'm about to teach you, he made $4.5 million in just two years. So it might be worth watching this video in full so that you can learn it too. And here's what we're actually going to cover in this video. We're going to start with how he went from platform founder to 4.5 million a year education empire. The exact five pillar system that made it possible, which I want to hand to you in this video so that you can copy this and carry it into your own business. How he scaled from 2k pricing to 8k pricing for the exact same offer. And the secret behind scaling this so this far so quickly and so easily as well. And every single step that you need to do to do this for yourself and get a similar result. Now just before we get into the video, I put a lot of time and effort and energy and thought into these videos. So if you wouldn't mind subscribing to the channel, I would really appreciate it. You don't have to, but if you would, it would go a long way essentially. And why? Listen to me. Well, I've scaled a coaching business to 824k a month and 16.4 million in total in just 5 years. I exited that business to a private equity firm in America last year for multi seven figures. I then founded my new consulting business, grew it to 580k per month in just nine months from a from scratch, from a standing start, I grew a hundred person, sorry, 100,000 person YouTube and Instagram audience from zero in just 22 months. And I've made $8.2 million cash collected in that time as of last month. Anyway, a little bit more now and I've helped 741 other people to do this too again as of last month. That was the customer count. So let's get into it. So to begin with, who am I talking about and who is this guy? Well, his name is Andy Zoltan and he was actually my seventh ever consulting client in this business, one of the first 10 people I ever worked with. He joined me in January of 2024 and two years ago and in that time he's made, and I'll show you this in a second, he's made $4.5 million in sales in two years from scratch. And he sells a coaching program where he helps yoga teachers transition online and teach through zoom instead of in person in a studio. Basically. He used to own an online yoga platform called do you which sold low ticket online yoga classes provided by other yoga teachers. Kind of imagine Netflix, but for yoga. That was his business with videos made by other yoga teachers and he just took a small cut of each sale and he owned the platform, but he didn't actually do anything. He didn't kind of do the teaching and it was a very successful business as well. But through my content he found out how high net profit and how high cash flow information product businesses are that sell high ticket coaching and courses and consulting. And that inspired him to want to get out of that business and transition over to consulting, basically. So he pivoted and he came to me to create a high ticket offer helping yoga teachers to scale their own brands, to teach online and to make more money using everything that he'd learned from his former business. And that is the most common way that people start these businesses. They master a skill or a talent or they build something and gain some kind of like specialist knowledge in their field of expertise. They package up that knowledge and sell it to others to speed up other people's journey and help other people to get the same or similar results. So Andy joined my program back then it was £5,000amonth. So he started paying me that monthly fee. He stayed with me for 14 months in total. So he paid me £70,000 and he made back $4.5 million in two years. So pretty good ROI. And he crushed it with the online app that he built to help people get into yoga and get fit. But he'd never built a high ticket education business before and that's where I came in. And that's why he joined me as a client, because he could see that I'd done this at a multi eight figure level for years and years and years. He liked my content and he wanted to do it. Basically, let's cover the four pillars that actually generated that $4.5 million. Now when Andy joined me, we focused on these pillars in order and if you get these right, you almost can't help but to make money. And if you get even one wrong, the whole thing, the whole system falls apart and doesn't work. So here's what these five pillars are offering. Price, traffic, source, sales, process, conversion and value. And by the end of this video you are going to understand exactly how we use those five pillars to take Andy from literally, absolutely zero, knew nothing about any of this to 4.5 million in just two short years, making him a cash millionaire in a matter of actually the first few months, the first half a year he was Already a cash millionaire selling information through the Internet. Honestly, it is a joke how easy it is to make millions selling info nowadays. I truly believe that. So pillar number one, offer and price. You have to craft a red hot offer with the right price first. That's always the starting point. So we identified both A, what people need and B, what people think they need. We crafted a killer 2K offer that we knew would resonate with the market. We kept the price low on purpose to start, just to get people buying so we could then iterate using their feedback and then raise the price later. I always say to my clients that's the best path. And then when I create an offer, I always keep in mind things like the dream outcome of the buyer, the perceived likelihood of achieving it, and am I making it obvious that they can achieve it much easier by buying along with factoring in the effort and sacrifice they feel like they're having to make? That's kind of the formula. So basically I try to sell them what they want, but give them what they need. Now, in this case, the dream outcome is getting out of a physical yoga studio and instead working from home and making the same. But ideally more money, just easier. More money, more freedom, more control. Innate human desires, right? And to solve effort and sacrifice, I decided to keep it really simple. No complicated tech, no expensive equipment, just Zoom from home. Andy's proven system, plug it in, it works. Easy to buy, easy to implement, and that's the core of a killer offer. Now, the original offer was yoga teachers. Transition from studio to online, double your income without leaving your home, just using Zoom. More money, more freedom, no techy stuff or ads or anything to raise objections or add complexity. The original price was 2k for 6 months for an online course, group coaching, very scalable for Andy, very valuable for the end user, which is why his reputation is so good, because his course, his product is absolutely world class and customers love it. And by the way, if you're going to do that scalable structure of just an online course and group coaching, the online course has to be very bloody good because it's such a key component. If you do one to one, the training program's actually a lot less important, but otherwise it's a lot more important. And the result was people bought in floods, catapulting him to 30k a month in sales by. Actually, we made more than that. That's actually an error. I, I'll show you in a sec because I've got a screenshot from Andy. We, we moved fast, we worked fast and Andy made money fast. And then we started scaling. Now pillar number two is traffic. You can't make sales without eyeballs, right? We needed to get Andy in front of his ideal audience, yoga teachers who wanted to go online. And when it comes to getting attention in order to get leads, calls and sales, there's a few different ways to do this. So for example, warm outreach is one way. Reaching out to people who already know you, cold outreach, reaching out to strangers, organic content, making short form and long form videos for social media, paid ads is another way. So running paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and for Andy, we focused on number three and number four on that list. We also followed what I call my rule of 100. Now if you were going to do any of those four things, any of those traffic strategies, you have to do 100 items of input. So if you pick say organic content for Instagram, well, you've got to make 100 reels. Or if you pick YouTube, you've got to make 100 videos. Or if you pick outreach, you've got to message 100 people. Or if it's maybe paid ads, you've got to spend a hundred dollars a day for 100 days, 100 units in, right? So that's what we did. So the traffic strategy was organic social media content. We created valuable, high quality content that attracted Andy's ideal clients. Naturally on Instagram, only paid ads on Facebook and Instagram. And we ran targeted ads to yoga teachers ready to scale online again through Instagram and Facebook. And the content wasn't about selling, it was about educating, inspiring and positioning Andy as the go to expert for online yoga business building. And Andy didn't want to be on camera. Many people don't. But he realized that at first it was necessary. And when he began to see the cash pouring in, he didn't mind at all. Especially when he was making like 50k a month, 100k a month in cash. So the result was consistent flow of qualified leads who were ready to learn more. And at this stage he had a consistent flow of traffic. So attention coming in ready to be sent into the next piece of the puzzle, which is a sales process, also called a funnel. So let's cover that next. So pillar number three is the sales process, also called a funnel. Now traffic is useless if you can't convert it into high paying clients. So we built a sales process designed to turn attention into action with just three simple web pages. No website. We did not even have a website at all. You do not need a website. A website is for information. A funnel is for conversion. A website is vanity, A funnel is profit, sanity. Right? And the funnel that we built here is also called a VSL sales call funnel. By far the most effective sales process to run. So we made a video sales letter which is a compelling video that just explains the transformation Andy's program offered along with who it was for who it was, not for what would happen if you book a call. I and just a note that I want to share here. Never talk about the program or the price in a vsl. Sell the call, don't sell the program in a vsl. Big mistake. We built an application funnel so prospects watched vsl, booked a call if they were interested so they could find out more, ask any questions, and then get their credit card out and send Andy $2,000 over the phone on call number one. And another note for you here. Always, always, always make sure people pay on the first call. Never bill people after the call. Bloody don't send an invoice after the call. 90% of people, if they get off that phone without buying, they will never buy. Like we've got the stats for this and it's just ridiculous. If someone gets off that phone call, the chance of them going on to buy later is like less than 10%. So for God's sakes, close on the first call and then finally sales calls. So Andy didn't want to do the sales calls himself, so he asked someone else to do it for him. Simple enough, they were able to close the calls very easily, right off the bat. And this wasn't some complicated 47 step funnel. It was just a clean, simple, basic, highly effective three web pages, no testimonials, no who is Andy? Just a frigging video, a button and a calendar and a thank you page. And there was no fancy design either. It's literally white. Page, logo, video, button, zero design at all. You do not need design. Design is just an excuse that people make to waste time and procrastinate. I'll tell you something else actually as well. From my experience of doing this now over eight years, usually the better the design, the worse the conversion. There are some things that they don't make logical sense and that is an absolute goddamn fact. Usually the better the design, the shitter, the performance and the conversion. So I just wanted to share a nugget with you there. Keep it bloody simple. And the result was a predictable scalable sales machine that converted cold traffic into paying clients. Andy, well, his sales rep was closing the calls at 21%, which meant roughly 2 in 10 people sent him $2,000 over Zoom almost daily. And he was doing actually over 100k a month within about six to eight weeks. And I'll prove that to you in a second, by the way. Ah, here we go. Yeah, so he hit 100k a month in month two of running the business. And I've just screenshotted our WhatsApp here and you can see he says we made way more than 30k in the first 3 months. I think we made 100k in the first month. And I didn't close people myself. I fucking hate sales. So there you go. That's from Andy himself. And if you think that's fake or you think I'm lying, just message him on Instagram or whatever and ask him that yourself and he'll confirm that for you. So that's pillar three. Pillar four is conversion. So getting people on the phone is great, but if you can't close them, you're toast. And from my experience, booking calls is not the hard part. Like, booking calls is easy. It's one of the main things people come to me to solve is booking calls. And it's just a piece of cake. I literally. We booked 41 calls yesterday in a bloody day, for God's sakes. It's a walk in the park to book sales calls, but often it's closing the calls that most people can't do because they're. They don't have a good sales script, they don't have a good pitch deck. They're not confident in what they're selling. They're scared of people. People are scared these days of other humans. Welcome to 2026. Just. Just stuff like that, you know, just. It's more mental, really. But I have a secret hack that makes this so bloody easy. And I teach that to my clients inside my consulting program here at my. My consulting company. So if you're one of my clients and you're watching this, you'll know what I'm talking about. It's in the training program, the script that I give you, the pitch deck that I give you, the blocks that I give you, all of that stuff in that part of the training program, so that this is never a problem. Never a problem. And the sales call was our conversion mechanism. So we didn't rely on low ticket funnels or cheap courses or any stupid shit like that. And we certainly didn't have a school community either. We just went straight to a high ticket sales call because that is where the real money is made, right? 2K program or a bit higher sold over the phone. That is the key to making millions selling info literally. It's just what I'm giving you in this video. If you just do what I'm telling you here properly like you almost can't help but to make money when, when the business is built properly you're patient and you do the hard work right you don't just push a button and make money. It's, it's hard but if you do it right it's a bloody lot easier. Basically now we made our sales calls so effective in this way. So pre qualified leads. Only people who'd watched the VSL and applied got on the form. They had to fill out a 10 question pre call survey before they were allowed to book. We'd cancel any bad surveys, accept the good ones. Simple and easy. We showed people a clear transformation. So Andy's program promised like real tangible results. Andy poured hours and hours and hours and hours and hours into building a world class program for his customers. That's what I'm talking about when I say hard work. It's that, that's one of the elements that it takes time and effort and energy and thought, right? You don't just for God's sakes never use friggin chat GPT to make a course. You've got to do it properly right and have some respect for you for your customers. So he built a world class program and it got people really amazing transformative results and that gave us testimonials to play with later on and confidence in pricing as well. So we charged what the program was worth, not what felt safe. Now 2K was a, was a steal for those first 20 customers. They were very lucky to get it for that cheap. Then we went to 4k and it was still too cheap for the results that people were getting. Then we raised it again, we raised it again, we raised it again. When it comes to the pre call survey they had to answer questions such as like age, experience, income, seriousness, their goal, their challenges and so on. And that is what is called funnel friction. And you add it to stop non serious people from booking and or getting on a call basically. And the result is consistent high ticket sales that fueled rapid growth with tens of thousands in cash going into Andy's bank account making him a millionaire the same year that we started working together and again he paid me £70,000 British pounds and he's made back over now $4.5 million. So not bad. So here's the thing most people miss. You can have all the Traffic in the world. You can have the best sales process, you can have killer conversion rates. But if your product sucks, it's not going to work. Now. Yes. Not everybody gets results. That's life, right? Some people are going to make excuses. They're gonna just have a bad mindset. They're gonna just so many things. That's a different video in itself, right? Why people don't get results. And I might even make that. Actually comment below if you want me to make that video and I'll make a specific video about that for you guys. But right, if you don't think your product is good, it isn't good. So as an example, and obviously I'm biased, I truly believe that my training program, right, my elearning accelerator program that all of my clients get. The new version we just launched, by the way, with this really, we redesigned it. I paid a designer like we spent about four more months bloody doing this. I truly believe it's one of the best in our industry, hands down. I truly believe it's a masterpiece. I've spent an ungodly, ungodly amount of hours and time and money. I've rebuilt the program three times. Clients literally say to me it's the best program I've ever seen in my life. It's unbelievable. It's amazing. That's other clients saying that, not me. And that's how you should feel as well. You should really, really, really believe it's one of the best friggin products that could ever be made. And if you can't say the same, you've got work to do. And Andy could say that 100%. Hand on heart, Andy nailed that. He built an amazing product that genuinely transformed people's lives. And his program helped yoga teachers to build thriving online businesses. And the results were just incredible. Now let's talk about the value evolution. In year one, we charged 2K for six months and we started there to just validate the model, just get some money in the bank, get some customers, get some feedback and just dip our toe in the water and make sure it was working. Then we raised the price to 5k later on as results improved and then we kept on increasing the price from there and then we moved it to 8K for six months. Heading into year three, the program evolved and got better. Results were through the roof. Testimonials were flooding in and pricing reflected that evolution in value. And why could we keep raising prices? Because the value kept increasing. Andy's clients were making real money, changing their lives, building sustainable businesses that were Amazing. And just one thing to share here. Always remember, people don't buy on price, they buy on certainty. How you look, how you dress, the room that you take the call in, how you speak, your conviction, your perceived achievements. So have you got like a award in the background? Your book in the background? Really nice house. It looks like you've got money, you've got a nice watch on past experiences, client results and case studies and so on. And the result for Andy was hundreds of clients transformed. Millions in earnings now and a business that scales with integrity. And the result was from 0 to 4.5 million in two years. So let's talk numbers. Here's what happened when we implemented this system. So year one was just above 1.5. Year two was three by the end of the year. And this year he's tracking for about 6 million for this third year in business. So not too far by the end of this year, probably crossed 10 million, which will be exciting. So total in two years was 4.5. And again soon, it will almost certainly be over 10 million. Andy just signed up for my mastermind, happening in Bali on the 3rd and 4th and 5th of April. If any of you want to come to that, there's two tickets left. As of me making this video, it'll probably be sold out by the time I post this. But, but, but nonetheless. And it's not just about Andy's revenue. It's about the impact. Hundreds of yoga teachers transformed. Collectively, Andy's clients have earned millions themselves, Right? Lives changed, families supported, dreams realized. That's what happens when you focus on those five pillars and you get them right. Offering price, traffic, sales, process, conversion and value. And when you get them right, the money really does just flood in like clockwork. It's amazing. And this system works in any niche. Here's the beautiful thing. This isn't just a yoga business strategy. It's a universal framework for building education businesses in any niche. And like I said at the start of this video, as of last month, I've worked with 741 clients now across pretty much every niche that you could ever imagine. Fitness, marketing, financial advisors, business consultants, therapists and counselors, and yoga teachers as well. And the five pillars work because they're rooted in human psychology and proven business fundamentals. And the formula is simple, right? You create value with an offer. You get attention through traffic. You explain the transformation in the sales process. You close the deal and make cash in the conversion stage. And you deliver real results to your clients and customers and provide them value. And you give Them value, they give you money. And that's what is called a business. And if you get those right, you'll succeed. But again, I'll say this one more time. If you get even one of those wrong, that bottleneck can stop the whole thing working. So if you've got one of these businesses right now and you're watching this video and maybe you're struggling to get leads or calls or sales or price properly or something like that, often there's bottlenecks somewhere in the pillars and when you get rid of them, man, you will grow so fast, you'll make so much more money. Now I want to share with you the three mistakes that will kill your education business. See, most people fail not because they don't work hard, but because they make critical mistakes that sabotage everything or they don't know what they don't know. They try and go it alone. Mistake number one is not having a coach. It's dangerous to drive a car if you've never had driving lessons. It's dangerous to get in the ring with Conor McGregor if you've never had boxing lessons. It's dangerous to fly a plane if you've never had flying lessons. Building a business is no different. You need to learn first and implement second, not the other way around. This is why so many people fail. Because they've never done it. They have no idea how to do it and they're trying to do it alone. You wouldn't drive alone, you wouldn't fly a plane alone. You wouldn't do so many things in life without learning first. You need to learn first, right? And Andy knew that, which is why he invested in the coaching, did the hard work and went on to make 4.5 frigging million dollars for God's sakes. So that's mistake number one. Mistake number two is skipping the sales call. Now, for high ticket offers, you need to get on the phone, right? There is no way around it. There is no way around it. Trying to sell a 5K program through a landing page alone, never going to work. Sales calls. They build the trust, they handle the objections and they close the deals that other sales processes cannot. Yes, you can sell through a word doc or a Google Doc you can, but. But you're not going to. You're going to leave so much on the table, right? You have to have a proven sales script, pitch, pitch deck and objection handling framework along with an understanding of how to close on the phone. Ideally on call number one. Again, 90% of people do not buy when they get off that first call mistake number three, charging too little. Now let me ask you this. If your program genuinely transforms lives, why won't you charge what it's what, what that is really worth? You know, I was on a call with a, a real estate developer last week who just came into the program and he wanted to charge 997. I was like, dude, you are teaching people to make hundreds of thousands, if not millions of frigging dollars and you want to charge 997? I, I, I, I, I, I just don't know, man. I just, I just do not know how people think. So think about what you're really selling, the long term transformation and charge based on that, basically, right? Oh, it winds me up so much when people don't charge what they're worth, man. So yes, Andy started low. He started at 2, then we went to 3, then we went to 5, then we went to 7. Now we're 8. So yes, start lower first to prove the model right. But don't start ridiculously low. That's just stupid. And then scale as the value scales, right? And because the value increased and the results justified it, that is how we slowly raise the price. So just don't undervalue yourself, right? If you sell amazing outcome and real value, just charge like you do, okay? And here's the thing, if you undercharge, right, People don't think, wow, this is awesome, this is amazing. They think, hold on, why is it so cheap? It can't possibly be very good if it's fucking 997, right? So charge a minimum, I would say of 2k, ideally 3 to 5 or even higher if you've got balls and you know that you're worth it. Basically. Now, why most people fail and how to avoid it. So the brutal truth is most people fail because they don't know what they don't know. They try and figure it out themselves. They refuse to invest in coaching, they give up before it works. That is one of the most common by far. And they skip critical steps or they won't do the hard work or they charge too little. Now, one of my mentors from back in the day, Sam Ovens, he said most people try to save 5k on coaching and end up losing half a million in opportunity cost. That's most people. They're like, oh yeah, but I don't want to spend five grand on a coaching program. And this is the scary thing, what you don't see, what you don't physically see is every month that you're not making the Money that you should. You're costing yourself the money that you should, right? So we've done almost 800,000 this month for, for January. And if I didn't know what I know now, I might be making 100k and maybe be happy with that, but I wouldn't know. If I knew what I knew, I'd be making 800. So I'd be losing 700k a month without even knowing it. And I bet a lot of you watching this video right now, you might be making 10k a month, 50k a month, 100k a month. If you just knew what I know, you could be making half a million. And because you don't see it, it doesn't impact you. But I just want you to know your business could be a lot bigger. And every month that it's not, you are costing yourself money that you should be making, right? So how much is not knowing what you don't know costing you? That's the real question. And the solution is to get help from someone who's actually done it. Now, I've built education businesses. For the last eight years. I've worked with 741 clients. Now I helped Andy go from 0 to 4.5 million in sales over 4.5. Now, if you try and do this alone, you'll probably fail, right? If you get proper guidance, you'll probably succeed. Hit the link in the description booking a call so I can help you get this right the first time. Okay, Now I want to leave you with an action plan. Here's what to do next. So today I would say watch this again and take notes and really let it sink in. Identify your niche and the transformation you offer. Set your pricing minimum, let's say 2 to 3k for about six months. This week. Choose one traffic method, organic, paid, whatever you prefer. Start creating content or running ads. Outline your VSL scripts and then this month record and publish your vsl. Set up your application funnel, get your first few call bookings and then over the next few months, close your first few clients. Deliver incredible results and scale to consistent revenue. Final thoughts for today. Andy's story proves that you don't need years of experience to build a massively successful education business. You just need the right system along with the five pillars to get it done the right way. And just a reminder, the five pillars are offer and price, traffic, source, sales, process, conversion, and value. Get those right, you'll make money. Get them really right and you will change lives, feel very fulfilled and happy, and build wealth. The blueprint is right here. Everything you need to know is in this video. You just need to go and execute. Best of luck.
