How to scale from $0K/month to $55K/month in 76 mins

William Brown mentors 21-year-old Joe on scaling a high-ticket sales academy from $15-20k/month to $100k/month. The strategy: flood Instagram and YouTube with vulnerable, funny content, run profile-visit ads once conversions work, then optimize price, script, and hiring. Joe's ticket price is $10-20k.
Chapters
Ah, okay, Joe. Right. Well, first things first, dude. Tell me a little bit about the business.
Yeah, so it's called lfg. And what I'm on a mission to do right now is help, you know, not just as many people at once as possible, but to really help, like 10 to 20 people go from offline sales with a job, like with an office with a boss who they don't quite like the idea of having to ask their boss for permission to, let's say, go on holiday. And even if they were able to go on holiday, they might not be like, financially able to travel quite to the extent of they. That they want to and help them transition from that situation into like, nothing crazy, just making like 10, 15, 20k a month online and traveling around the world doing what they want to do, when they want to do it, and opening up that freedom. And once I have those testimonials, then we can start to think about, you know, scaling into helping more people.
Okay, so, well, let's start with that. Let's start with the avatar first. So you just said what, like offline salespeople that want to transition to high ticket? Yeah, yeah.
Cool.
What, like men and women? Just men. Rough age.
I would say men who are anywhere from 18 to 21 would be ideal.
Okay. And they're doing. They're definitely doing sales already in some capacity.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I think that if somebody reaches out and they. They're not in a sales job, but I can sense that they have what it takes in themselves, then I'd be willing to take them on. But in terms of an icp, I think it's best to go for people who are in offline sales already. What do you think?
Let's talk about the offer. So tell me the offer and the promise and everything.
So I'm going to bring people in, train them up, and then if they per se graduate, then I'm actually going to allow them to close deals for me on my offer for my training academy. Because I believe what that's going to do is actually give the people that are coming in social proof. Because when you hop on a call with me, you're actually speaking to someone who's like, yeah, man, I met Joe like two months ago and, you know, he trained me up and I've already closed a few deals for him, made my first couple thousand dollars online. I've got like two interviews lined up next week. And it just reinforces that belief in their mind that I can actually help them. And so again, it's not Going to be like a guarantee for everybody. But it's more like you get the opportunity to do, you know, let's say you have weekly coaching calls, you have the material and then every single month you get a chance to speak with me or one of my coaches. And if we feel like the role play goes well and you've actually been studying and you're actually ready to crush it, we're going to book 10 calls on your calendar where you have 10 opportunities to actually close a deal. And what that's going to do is that's going to give them a call recording that they can then use to land a role when they hop on the interview. That's my idea.
Okay. Okay. Have you started this and got any customers yet?
No, I've got, I've got one student, but I mean, I was coaching him before I even came up with this idea.
Okay. Okay. So we're starting from scratch and the offer is how to transition into high ticket sales and make around 10k per month and just achieve the freedom and lifestyle.
Correct.
That comes with it. So it's kind of a, it's kind of a like a freedom, Freedom and lifestyle kind of thing. Lifestyle kind of offers. I've got that. And the avatar is young people. And dude, what. Tell me more about your background so far and what you've done.
So I've been in sales for five years and for the last one and a half years I've been a high ticket closer and I've closed around $2 million in like cash collected for like two different companies.
Yeah, really good. Well, this is perfect then because you were selling back what you've done to your old avatar. And how old are you, dude? 21. That's too young. That's too young, man. That's just ridiculous. It's fucking crazy. I feel like an old man. It's just amazing. Right, So I know what you're doing niche wise. I know what you're doing avatar wise. We're starting from scratch. So how are you planning on acquiring customers? So.
What I'm planning on doing is I'm going to have, first of all, I'm going to have my Instagram set up. I want five client highlights, five lifestyle highlights, like traveling and just kind of a visual representation of the life that they could be living that they're not. And then I'm going to be posting, you know, not, not like five client highlights. I mean, five highlights. But then there's going to be loads of different clients inside of each one. Right. For social proof. And then I'm going to be posting one reel per day. You know, one's going to be like a selfie style just so that they can see I'm a normal guy. The other one's going to be like subtle lifestyle kind of videos. And then my idea, I was, I didn't really know what to do. I didn't know if I should go the link in my bio or my IG to like an unlisted YouTube video or the link in my bio to a, you know, like a, a no friction VSL where they just watch a video of me and then book a call and then they give me my information in a calendar link or if I just take all of my traffic through IG DMS to kind of reduce that sales resistance online. But I don't know, you can tell me what you think and I'd really appreciate if you know that's just a bad idea, just let me know.
Good. Because this is coming together. So we will talk about that. And in fact, let's talk about, about contents. Calendar as well. So we'll get to that in a sec. So you're thinking of starting with Instagram. And so I know what all of that stuff is. What, what problems do you feel like you're stuck on at the moment? Man.
I would say who, who do I trust to help me build my funnel and give me a content strategy?
Yeah. So which, so one of the problems is acquisition.
And also something I'm really stuck on is when you have, let's say a number of consultants in the same area because I've done a lot of competitor analysis. Yeah. They have many students in the same niche that are using different funnels per se. Like some of them have Nothing in their IG bio and just their IG link in their YouTube bio. And I'm not quite sure what the best way, the best way to go is, to be honest. In terms of that link in my bio. How can I capture the most qualified leads to speak to? Does that, does that make sense?
Does indeed. Okay.
Yep.
Social media setup and optimization plus. That makes sense. Acquisition and funnel uniqueness. And dude, what, what's the, the offer or offers like prices, deliverables, all that stuff?
Haven't figured it out.
Right.
I said seven, I said to my, one of my mentors, 7,500 now and then once you land you a role and make 10k in a month or 15k in a month, you pay the other 7 5k. And my mentor told me that that's too high to start out with.
Well, it's not too high because here's the thing, right? So your promise that you're making is that you'll get them to about 10k a month. If you get someone to 10k a month, that's 120 grand a year.
Right?
So if you can make someone 120 grand a year, well, you can charge 10, you can charge 15, you could charge 20 to the right person.
Okay.
Right. Now obviously it's not that simple, okay. Because that's quite a lot of money upfront depending on the avatar and where they are and stuff. So the way that I think about price is like this. The first thing I think is on average, how much can I make someone after a year? Someone works with me today and they do the work. In a year, roughly how much will they have made? Right, so let me ask you that question. Let's say someone comes along today, pay five grand, whatever, and they work with you and they do the result. Roughly how much money could they reasonably make in a year's like in a year's time? Fast forward 12 months.
If they fully do the work, I think 180k.
180K?
Yeah.
What about if they do good but not amazing? 100k? 100k. Right, let's take that 100k number then. So the first thing I think is, is what's that number? That number for us is 100k then I think. And by the way, I a good of you should be charging about 10 to 15% of that number. That's like fair value. Good for you, good for the customer. Okay, right, so 100k, 10% is 10 grand.
Right.
The next thing you think is, but can the avatar afford that, that price to ten grand?
Right, that's the thing.
Now coming back to your avatar, 18 to 21 year olds, I don't know many of them that have ten grand sitting around.
Me neither.
Right, so then we've either got to change the avatar or we've got to change the price. Those are the only two things that we can solve. Yeah. Which one makes more sense to you? Age. Changing the age. Yeah, changing the avatar. Yeah, I would agree with that. The only problem is so the best people to sell to are your old self relatability for the relatability of the story. Because coming back to uniqueness, well, your uniqueness, your edge is that you're very young, you've closed $2 million of cash collected, which is unbelievable. It's incredible as a young person. So it'd make the most sense for you to sell that back to that market within reason.
Yeah, yeah.
Right. You could go a bit older, 25, 26, 27 year olds and get away with it, in my opinion.
Yeah.
So let me just think about this. So to come back to loop back around, is 7 1/2 K a lot for the transformation? No, no it bloody isn't. Hell no it isn't. It's cheap.
Yeah, yeah.
But for the avatar. So now we need to think about, could we. I mean you're, you're 21 now, right?
Yeah.
You must have friends that are 21. Could they find 5K, 7 1/2K or is it just never going to happen?
I think they could find it. Yeah.
Yeah.
Unless the more disciplined ones, I'd say. Yeah, yeah, they could find it. Yeah.
Because if you think that they could find it, then I would say start. I would start because it's nice to start a bit lower. It is nice to start lower. Right. It's better to start lower, get it working and raise the price and start higher and struggle and have to lower the price. Okay, right. I would start at 5k. And now my next question is, how long does someone need to work with you to get results? 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months? 3 months.
3 months to start closing deals.
Yeah.
Right. That's, that's bearing in mind they have little sales experience. I mean if they're already an offline closer who's generated companies lots of, lots of money, then I would say within a month to two months to get them on an offer and start closing maximum. Right.
So in that case we now know the price 5k which for the value that we're providing is super, super fair. Yeah. Like more than reasonable. So we're good on price. We're going to do a three month program because it's going to take us no more than three months to get them good results. Yeah. Right. The next question is what do we need to give them like a course? Group coaching, one to one. What are you thinking?
We're going to do the, the framework videos of how to navigate through that framework with live call examples of like every possible situation or outcome they could, they could come across, which I've already created. And then we're going to give them that framework and they're going to hop on one coaching call a week so that they can role play with somebody and if they kind of mess anything up, the coach will, you know, coach them through that so that they don't make that same mistake again. That's how we're going to do it.
Nice. How many group calls per week and are they themed if they've paid?
I think it should be a one to one. Cool. What?
One to one with all customers.
I mean how can we, how can we make sure that the most amount of people as possible actually graduate, you know?
Yeah. Good attitude. Good attitude. Well, the thing is one to one will get people the best results. Okay. To be honest, group is very valuable, especially for an offer like this because it's good to. Objection. Handle role play and learn from other people. But I think the price is too low for three months of one to one, you know.
Yeah.
That's a lot of your time.
Yeah.
For 5K it's quite a low price. So you could do.
So where's the middle ground? You know, because I want, I want to maximize the student results, especially in the beginning because the more people I help now will compound into, you know, the more successful my academy becomes in the future.
Definitely, definitely. I think 5k for three months course group calls. You could do maybe two group calls a week for, for two hours each. One could be. Objection. Handling role play. One could be a broad Q A. Yeah, that's nice. Right? Like Monday, two hour, Thursday, two hours, something like that. And you could do one 30 minute, one to one every other week.
One 30 minute, one to one fortnightly. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, no, that makes sense.
So then they get 630 minute 1 to ones per customer. So it's not ideal in terms of your price. Like you're giving way more value than you're charging, but it's very, very good for the customer.
Yeah.
And I agree right now this is the best thing to do because it will get people the best results. Yeah. Which will compound and you can raise your price later.
Yeah. So I agree. And also I think that, you know, with the job that I have right now and you know, the, the companies that I'm closing for, I think that even if I make half or a quarter of what I'm bringing in, I can live a comfortable life and you know, eat food, roof over the head and just focus on getting as many testimonials as possible. Like how do you feel about that kind of maybe sacrificing the, the short term for the, the long term in that sense.
I completely agree. Dude.
Okay.
Completely agree. That's the best thing to do.
Awesome.
And I would suggest so 5k for 3 months if paid in full or 6k if it's a pay plan.
Okay.
All right. And just do. Because it's a three month program obviously do a maximum of a 3P. So that would be 2K a month for three months. Okay. And depending on. So right now we're basically taking a best guess as to what we want, as to what the market wants, the pricing, the terms. I think this is a nice place to start and obviously you can play with this as time goes on. You know, depending on close rate, how many people need a payment plan. Okay, blah blah, blah.
Right.
So I think that's solid for the offer. 5k for three months. Course the group calls a one to one with you every other week, so they get six in total. Anything that you would add to that or does that sound solid?
I think it sounds solid and I like the, the middle ground that we found between giving to too much to potentially even handle in the beginning and also whilst maintaining that value. I think that's a solid middle ground.
I agree. I mean that is you're losing and the customer is winning there. You're not losing, you're making money.
Right.
That's great. But it's stacked more towards customer value than you, which is what we want. That's great for the customer. It's a no brainer offer.
Yeah, yeah.
It's essentially, are we going to have a guarantee, do we need a guarantee or not?
That's what I was thinking. Right. So my original idea was like I guarantee that you'll be closing for me X, Y and Z. One of my mentors told me that that's going to cause a lot of students saying, you know, where are my calls, where's my this, where's my that? And before you know it, you're going to onboard loads of people and then you get, you're going to get loads of customer complaints. Because who realistically, who can just build a business where you've got like 20 closers, you know, in three or four months.
Right.
And so that's why I added the aspect of you need to graduate to actually take the course.
And when you say graduate, what do you mean?
I mean like I hop on a call with you one to one every single month you've gone through. You've been putting in the work, learning the modules, hopping on the group calls, hopping on the fortnightly role play and obviously reviewing that call as well. And I'm going to role play with you. It's like the final boss level. Know I'm going to role play with you and if I can sense that you've actually mastered my process, it's very simple process and that I feel confident that you can close a simple deal online. Then I will book some calls on your calendar and kind of we will record them. Does that answer the question?
It does.
Perfect. How do you feel about that?
I like that. Okay. Yeah, I like it because then it gives you control. So what you're essentially saying is, listen, if you are approved at the end of the process, we reserve the right to be able to hire you.
Correct.
Essentially for the company. So it's not a guarantee.
No.
You know, as such. But it gives you the right, but not the obligation.
Yeah.
To hire the best people and give them calls to grow your offer.
Correct. And I think that you can still use the term guarantee in the sense of, hey, I guarantee that if you pass that call with me, then you get on a placement. But it's a very like, shady, subjective kind of guarantee because it's like, what does that determine?
Exactly.
And I don't want to fall down that route of kind of being over specific there.
Yeah, yeah, that's. That's completely fine. That's completely fine. Because the value is still stacked to the customer.
So do one question. How can I get people to trust me in terms of, like me being reasonable on that last call? You know, how do I avoid people in the back of their mind thinking, well, yeah, you could just like, you know, turn me down even if I do well, is that like a valid.
Well, yeah, I mean, look, you can't hire everyone.
Yeah.
It's just, I mean, you just can't hire everyone.
Yeah.
Really? You're just going to hire the best of the best. And you say, listen, there's no guarantee here that you're going to get hired. I just want to make that very clear. We are going to take the best of the best and retain them for our business, whether that's you or not. We're simply not going to know until the end of the program. But at the very least, you're going to leave with the skill set and the knowledge and the ability to be able to go and land a great role.
Yeah.
So whether it's for us or not is really irrelevant because at the end of the program you're going to be good enough to get a great role.
Yeah. The part, I don't know. Did you catch the part where I'm saying, like, they only. They only close like three or four deals on my offer and now they have those call recordings. I can land them because I'm going to open up like a B2B side of this business as well. Right. Where I'm talking with high ticket biz op info product business owners and I'm. So they close like three or four deals for me, like three or four pips. And they take those call recordings and they use them to, you know, get the interview with my B2B clients.
Oh, I see, so you're going to train them, allow them to close for you just for a short period of time to build the tangible, real life proof needed.
Exactly.
To go and get a role.
Exactly.
Yeah, got it.
Yeah, got it, got it. Okay.
It might be a bit messy in terms of like letting closers come in, close a few deals and leave.
Right.
You know, but that's more of a problem for later, to be honest. The problem we want to solve now is just acquisition and happy customers.
Yeah.
Really. So I don't think that's too important for now. Right, question. What is the goal with this business? What's like the next goal?
The goal for me right now in my mind is help 200 people go from having a boss, having to ask for permission, sinking in the back of their mind, is this life even real? You know, I want to be able to do all this stuff, I don't know if I can do it to actually living that life. Because that was literally me. I was in an office with a boss. I was asking him, like I told him there's people making more than you online without having to ask somebody what to do, without being told what to do, when to be somewhere. And he told me that it's, it doesn't exist, you know, and that kind of just lit a fire in me where I was like, you know, I'm not willing to settle for anything else. And I want to help those people who feel like they're destined for something better, but they're not quite sure because they've never lived it and actually help them live it. And I want to do that for like 200 people.
I like it. Yeah, I like it. Because that's what you've done yourself.
Yeah, yeah.
Really good, man. It's a good. You're going to be able to make some really good content with this, especially short form. All right. So that's the goal. And do you have like a. Do you have a more short term income goal or, or not?
I wouldn't say a short term income goal because I know that I'm kind of sacrificing that short term profit for like the long term testimonials. But I'd say, you know, by the end of 2026, I could be pulling in six figures a month.
Yeah, you can. You absolutely can. If you do things right. 100%. We can think about that later. Because at 5k, you'd have to do 20 units to get to that. So 20. 20 units at 5 would get you to 100k and you can absolutely do that. That's not hard. And you'll raise the price later as well. Anyway.
Right.
As things work. So. Right. So let's come back to the funnel for a second. Okay. Now, I just want to give you my recommendation and then kind of get your feedback. Okay. Right. So if I was you, Instagram would be my main focus. Okay. YouTube will be my secondary focus. And eventually paid ads later, but we're not quite yet.
Right.
And this is what I would do. So, ig, I would do two reels a day.
Right.
I would do the selfie strategy. Talk about that in a minute. I would do. So to answer your question, you asked earlier about, like, what should be in the bio? Vsl.
Yeah, yeah. Just.
Just literally just VSL to a calendar.
On the same page.
Right. I would test to start with. So the VSL page. And literally it should just look like this. This is the best place to start. Right. Literally. Logo. Button.
Okay. Right.
Just keep it simple. When you start T's and sees blah, blah, blah. Because when you start like that, there's. Because there's no distractions. Often what people do, they put like an about me, they put testimonials, they put copy, they put this thing, all this stuff, and it detracts from the vsl because when you land on a page and there's all that stuff on it, it's easier to get lost. Whereas when you land on a page like that, all you can do is either play the button, play the video, press the button, or leave. Yeah. So all attention goes exactly where we want it. That's the best place to start.
Okay.
Depending on what it converts at. And by the way, that should convert. That should convert around 4 to 8%.
4 to 8.
Yeah. So for every 100 people that go there, you should be booking about four to eight calls.
Okay.
Is if it's converting at, let's say, way lower 1%, then we can add to the page and add an about me and test testimonials and try putting the calendar. Calendar on there, but not yet. That's where we're going to start. All right, so Instagram, you're going to do two reels a day and have you. Do you know what my selfie strategy is?
Is it just Uncut selfie videos.
No.
No.
So what we do, every single person that follows me on Instagram, we send them a selfie video. Have you. Have you had it yet? No, no, not had it yet. No. So, like, for example, if you followed me today on Instagram, within about 12 hours, my setter would send you a selfie video from. Okay. And the video just says, like. And there's no name in the video. It just says, hey, dude, thanks so much for following me. If you're following me, you're probably interested in the course and coaching space. If you are, let me know where you're at. Let me know if you're stuck on anything. If you need any help. And I. And I'll see if I can help you speak soon. Really, really soft, broad video.
Okay.
You're going to send that to every single person that follows you to start a conversation with them.
Okay.
And then chat to them.
Yeah.
If they have a problem you can solve, book them in for a call.
Yeah, yeah.
That books us around 70 to 80 extra calls per month.
Okay.
Just by doing that. So you're going to do two reels a day. You're going to do the selfie strategy on Instagram. You're also eventually going to run. Profile visit ads. Okay. Also called follower ads.
Right.
What I'd recommend is, so when you've been doing reels for a while, you'll get some that do really well and you'll get some that blow up your inbox and get you leads and calls and sales.
Yeah.
When you get an organic reel that does that, boost it and run it as a follower ad.
Okay.
Right. Because if it's proven to work organically, then we just want to show that to as many people as we can.
Okay.
And you're going to boost that and run it as a profile visit ad that is going to get you more followers.
Yeah.
And then you're going to start sending the selfie video to the followers to start conversations, to book more calls, to close more sales. Gotcha. And it's going to start to spin a flywheel and grow the business.
So it doesn't matter about, like, the views specifically. It matters about how many followers that post has got you.
No, it matters. It's not about the views. It's about leads and calls and sales.
Okay.
Right. So. And usually it's the reels that get less views that get more sales. Okay. And it's the reels that get more views, weirdly, that get less sales, you know? You know, because viral shit is just viral Shit.
Yeah, yeah.
It's not conversion content.
Yeah, yeah.
You know, I could, like, run around naked out there, put it on my Instagram, and I'd get a million views. I don't think I get many customers.
Yeah, because you're just attracting everyone as opposed to your icp, Right?
Yeah. You know, like, viral attention isn't what we want. We want to put valuable content out there. Okay. That and we can talk more about content later. But all your content should just be about the pains and the problems and the desires of your ideal avatar to get their attention, sell them on you, sell them on your business model closer.
Right.
And turn them into leads and calls and sales. And eventually you're going to post a reel and you'll get loads of calls. You'll get an influx of calls. You'll be like, oh, wow, that reel did really well.
Yeah. Yeah.
When that happens, boost the frigging reel.
Okay.
And show it to more people.
Okay.
As a profile visit ad that's going to grow your followers, you can send a selfie video to them, set more calls and close more calls and grow the business.
Yeah. Quick question. When you say making videos about people's pains and problems, how do you. How do you actually execute on that? I mean, let's say I was to pull out my phone right now because I don't want. I don't want to just wait for an idea to come to me. Right. I want to. Yeah. I don't know if you have any framework in your mind of how you actually go by creating these videos, but then at the same time not making the same video every single time.
Yeah. It. So thinking about your avatar, what are their top pains and problems? What keeps them up at night? What do they want to achieve the most? What are their. Limiting beliefs? And you write all of that stuff down as much as you can.
Okay.
So literally write down as many pain points as possible, then as many problems as possible, then as many things as possible that keep them up at night. As many things that you can write down as they want to achieve. Same for limiting beliefs. And then when you've got that big list, you're going to turn it into. Into content.
Okay.
You know?
Yeah, yeah.
So one of the biggest problems that my ideal avatar has is they struggle to book more sales calls.
Okay.
Right. So I would make. I mean, I'd make a YouTube video about how to book more sales calls.
Yeah.
I'd make an Instagram reel. Like, hey, do you have an info business? And you're doing okay, but you're struggling to book more calls so that you can scale. If that's you, here's three tips to help you out.
Okay?
Blah, blah, blah. Right?
Yeah.
So all your content is always for these people, always about these things. And you can repeat yourself as well, again and again. Okay? And when something works, you get a reel that does well. You get an Instagram, a YouTube video that does well. Yeah, Remake it.
Remake it.
Remake it and tweak it a bit. Remake it and tweak it a bit.
Okay, Right.
Because when something works, do it again.
Okay.
Okay. So that is what you're going to do content wise. So again, two reels a day, selfie strategy. You're going to boost any reels that do well to get more followers to send more of these and book more calls, feed it around. The funnel is going to be a VSL to a calendar, to a thank you page to a call.
Right.
And basically Instagram.
Bless you. Bless you.
Oh, hell, almost almost died. So. And your Instagram and your YouTube are both gonna link straight to the BSL. Only one link? No. What's that thing? Is it like link tree or something where you have loads of links? Yeah, don't use link tree, man. Okay. Jesus Christ. Leave that to the 14 year olds. All right? Just always link to your VSL, okay? Always to this one page and that page only because that is the main conversion mechanism. So there's two parts to this machine content and the VSL funnel.
Okay.
So you want to do the best content that you can for these people and send them all there to book calls and close calls. Okay, I'm just going to blow my nose. Just give me 2 secs.
That's so good, my man. Is this going to be uncut or is this going to be like.
Yeah, I'm going to cut it a little bit.
Okay. Okay.
I'll probably cut out like me blowing my nose and stuff.
I was going to ask a quick question. Have you ever thought about. There's lots of people online and they throw shade on people. There's this whole stereotype around, like the core seller, you know, in my mind it's like if, if I can actually help hundreds of people completely change their life, then I don't see why people would throw shade on me. But how do you avoid that? Because I feel like in today's day and age, we're facing like the most trust issues online that we've ever faced.
And I don't.
I don't quite know if I need to do anything in particular to overcome that. And help people understand that I can actually help them.
Yeah, yeah, definitely. Well, that is a problem that all of us in this space have. No matter who you are or where you are.
Yeah.
We all have to build trust. Because people only buy when they trust you. Right?
Yeah.
Now, one thing that you can't do is stop judgmental broke losers from talking shit. They're always going to talk shit about you, about me, about everybody. Some people are just stupid and they're just like that. And you can't help those people, unfortunately. But we've just got to think about what we can control. And when it comes to building trust, you just. I mean, the first thing you've got to do is at least look credible. Mm.
Right.
So I think of my Instagram as a business card. Okay. And when you land on my Instagram, it's all like engineered for a reason. The profile photo, the bio, all of the posts in a specific order with specific captions so that when you land there, I look as credible as possible. And you should do that as well. Make sure your Instagram looks credible, trustworthy profile photo, trustworthy mature professional bio, good looking photos, and just make it fit your avatar. So what would they have to see to trust you? I want to ask you that question. What would these guys that we're selling to, what would they have to see to be pulled into our world but also trust us?
Well, when I hired my first mentor, surprisingly, one of the things I liked about his profile was that he only had 6,000 followers. Because I didn't want to work with somebody that has loads of people to focus on. And also it kind of made me feel like he might want to help me more for a lower cost because he needs testimonials, doesn't seem to have any really. So I don't know if that's how everybody thinks, but that's how I was thinking at that stage.
Well, often what you think is what others will think as well.
Okay.
That's one thing that I've learned. If, if you think it, it's very likely others will think it as well. Okay, so it sounds like to build trust you actually might want to. It sounds, sounds illogical, but you might want to be a bit smaller and have less followers and.
Yeah.
You know, be a bit more real.
Yeah.
Because I agree when someone is smaller, you do tend to trust them more. Really? Because they're a bit more relatable, a bit more normal.
Yeah, yeah.
So I mean, that's going to change over time. But. But I know where you're coming from.
And. And also he said the video that I watched that attracted me to work with him was. He said, I remember back in the day when I was making $20,000 a month and my friends were still on food stamps.
Wow.
And it just made me feel like if. If 20k a month for him was back in the day, then he can definitely. I can definitely learn a lot from him. And he just seemed like a, you know, a credible guy because there's lots of stuff that I'd read on sales, and it seemed to be congruent with his content, and it also seemed to be very laid back, very chill. Seemed like a trustable guy. It's hard to. Hard to put a description on. It really is like. It's like not. Not a. But wouldn't hurt a fly. You know, that kind of aura.
Genuine and trustworthy. Yeah, that's the aura.
Yeah.
Yeah. Well, dude, this is really useful, the exercise you're doing in your head right now. Right. Was my question. So, again, these people, how can we build trust with them? One way is proof. The next thing to think about is what would you want to see? Like you've just told me, and why and when you know that you can simply do it. Right. So what would you want to see to work with someone, what would you have to see to trust them and like them and respect them and then do that for your content?
Okay.
Yeah. It's a simple book, but very impactful kind of thinking exercise to do. And I think this myself. I remember a few months ago, I just thought to myself, like, what YouTube videos would I love to watch? I was like, man, I wish Sam Ovens would just sit down and talk.
Yeah.
And just sit down at home and tell me stories.
Yeah.
Yeah. And, you know, the guys that I look up to and respect, I wish that they would just sit down and tell me things that are valuable.
Yeah. Yeah.
So I thought, well, if that's what I would want, that is what I'm going to make for my audience. Because if I want it, they will probably want it as well.
That makes sense, you know? Yeah.
So same question to you. If you were your ideal customer, what would you have to see to trust someone?
Mm.
What proof would you want to see to believe that they were credible.
Right.
And why? And then just simply do that. And it's highly likely that that will work for your avatar as well.
So should I go through that exercise at a later stage or should I tell you what I think about that?
Tell me now.
So first thing is present that you actually know what you're talking about. Position yourself as an expert. And I would display. I would say display. Even go as far as, like, displaying commonly known things in sales, because that's an easy way for people to just be like, he knows what he's talking about. I agree with that. I agree with that concept. And then also add some humor. People need to feel like you're a real human being. Say, add some humor. Maybe even be a little bit vulnerable. Just be a real human being. What do you think comes underneath that? Because I would say. I would say it's like vulnerability opening up and humor and not just being that guy that, you know, sits in front of a camera and speaks. Like, in today's video, we're gonna be doing this, like, actually be yourself, you know, how would you act in front of your friends? Bring that out a little bit when it comes to, you know, making your content. That's what I would say. So just to summarize, I would say present that you're an expert and present that you're a real human being.
You've nailed it. Dude, that was fucking awesome. Yeah, that was a really good train of thought.
Yeah.
Yeah, that was really good. Well, I mean, just do exactly what you've just said for your content. Yeah. Keep it real. Keep it genuine. Show you're an expert. Show through what you're sharing that you know your stuff and you can't fake that. You know, like humans, we have this inbuilt thing where we just know when someone's genuine. Yeah. It's a feeling.
Yeah.
You know, and when someone's talking in a way, you just know they're not. They know what they're talking about.
Yeah.
You know, they've just got that. That energy. It comes across. Yeah. And, dude, you've nailed it. That's. That's. That's exactly it. So I think. I think you're ready to go on the content side.
Okay.
I think that the only thing you need to do now is just do those lists that we talked about. All the pains, all the problems, all the desires, what keeps them up? What are their limiting beliefs? What do they want? What do they think that they want? What do they really want? And when you've written all of that stuff down later on in a doc, turn it into. Into Instagram Reels and YouTube videos. Simple as that.
Yeah, sounds good. And just to summarize, the funnel we're gonna do, you said IG lifestyle funnel. So we're gonna do two reels a day, every, like let's say the, the videos that we can see book the most calls. We're gonna run profile, visit ads and that's why you said we're gonna run that later on down the line because we need some time to warm up the, the audience. And we're gonna have a VSL funnel in place, very, very simple video and a button underneath. They can't even scroll on the page because we don't want them thinking about too much. If that converts less than 4 to 8%, then we're going to add some stuff, test some stuff, maybe some testimonials, maybe you know, you know, just test some other stuff. But it's going to go directly to a calendar link where they fill out some information. We're going to financial financially qualify them or what, what are we going to do there?
Yes, good point. So when they click that button.
Yeah.
It's going to load a new page that's going to have a bit of copy. It will say like you know, booking your blah, blah, blah, call now. And you're going to have an embedded calendly and you're going to have questions on the calendly form.
Okay.
Right. So name, email, phone number, age, job or occupation. Why are you booking this call? Please explain in as much detail as possible. Just, just, just the basic qualification questions needed. And to start with, keep it low friction.
Yeah, yeah.
Because at the start we just want calls. Yeah, it's better to have calls than the best calls in the world. Yeah, yeah, we just want calls to take and close and also to learn from. So yeah, you're going to have a survey on the calendar, then they're going to go to a thank you page.
Okay.
And hopefully they're going to attend the.
Sales call that they've booked and should I say go to your email and click that you know the sender.
Exactly, exactly. And you'll have like the standard confirmation emails and SMS's that go out to make sure that they attend.
Perfect.
And you're probably doing this already but just in case, when someone books you just want to dial them to confirm their appointment as soon as possible, you know. Yeah, just to, just to confirm. Yeah, that's going to help with show. Right.
Another, another question. There is in terms of the reels that I'm posting right now, in my mind it's going to be like the first reel of the day is going to be like a selfie style, just like presenting that I'm a real human. And then the other one is going to be more like even If I'm still talking about business, it's going to be more like lifestyle. Maybe at a restaurant, maybe by a swimming pool. What do you think about that? I like that. Yeah.
I really like the balance on that. One of one, one of the other. One of one, one of THE OTHER.
50.
50 between value and lifestyle. SL proof. Sure. You know, you're living the life that they want to live. You're proving that you're giving them value. You're proving that you know what you're talking about. That's perfect.
Do I need to give value on Instagram as far as like breaking down my process, maybe showing them how to land a role? Or is that more for you?
That is more for YouTube, but you can and you should certainly do that.
Okay.
In the value reels.
Okay.
Just give away nuggets.
Okay.
You know, you. You're never going to be able to give everything away. You shouldn't just give them nuggets of value. Sure.
Yeah. Okay. Is that going to be once every few weeks or is that going to literally be every few days?
Well, if you're doing so two reels a day and one is value slash teaching, one is lifestyle.
Yeah.
So you're gonna be doing one of each each day.
Okay.
Yeah.
And. And in terms of that value itself, I've spoken to a few people and they said that if you're showing somebody how to. Objection. Handle, but they've never been a closer, I. E. My ideal customer, you're not speaking directly to them. You know what I mean? No, I mean, if I'm showing them how to. Objection. Objection. Handle, but they don't actually have a closing role, does that actually make sense to do that?
Well, yeah, because you're preparing them for. For the future. Okay. For what's to come.
Right. Okay, I'm glad that's clear.
Nice, mate, nice. Now let's come back to the problems. Social media setup and optimization. Have we solved that? Any other thoughts or questions on that?
Yes. So what do you think about the highlights? Is that important?
It is important. It's not. It's not going to be groundbreaking, but it's good to have. So I think I would just have a proof one. First there's really nice, like customer case study slash testimonials. You might write a bit of copy. This is this name, he's done this thing, blah, blah, blah. That could help to have a few of those. A lifestyle kind of life one like I have where you're just showing your life and the insights of where you are and what you do. And maybe a value one where there's just a few lessons and teachings and shit, where they can see that you're credible and that you know what you're talking about. Yeah, I think that's enough. Well, what do you. What do you think?
Yeah, I think that's good. Yeah, that's a good balance.
Nice, man, nice. And acquisition and funnel we've talked about. So Instagram, you know what you're doing? YouTube. Do you feel solid on the YouTube side?
I was thinking on YouTube to just make two types of videos. Number one is, like you said, I'm giving them nuggets and I'm actually helping them for free and applying that, you know, Alex Hormozy concept where it's like, if your free content is better than everybody else's paid content, then you're going to win. How do you feel about that?
I agree. I agree and I disagree. So you should add value, but don't give everything away. Because if you give people too much to the point where they feel like they can do it themselves, Right. They'll go and try and do it themselves. They'll probably fail and then they'll blame you.
Right. Okay.
When really they just didn't have enough. Because, listen, the whole reason that coaching programs exist is because they need to exist. I mean, you can't give people enough value in enough of a structured way for free online.
No.
You know. Right.
Really?
So you could give people a free course, but then they're still missing the coaching they still need, not getting the help, and they're still likely to fail. So give value for sure, but don't give away the fun. You know, don't. Don't give everything away or else they'll go and try and fail and then. Make sense.
That makes sense.
Yeah. Yeah.
Okay, so in terms of the content I'm actually posting on YouTube, what would you recommend? I know I'm going to do in person client testimonials in the future, and I guess I'm gonna pin my story like a video about myself, who I used to be, and explaining how I was the same as you. Well, the. The icp, yeah, I'm speaking to. But in terms of the videos themselves, I mean, first of all, how do you feel about that pinning my. My story?
I like it. Yeah, I like it.
And then in terms of the content, you've given me that strategy there to study my. My avatar, understanding their pains, their problems, and make content based off that. Does that just apply to Instagram?
Yeah, so. I would. So what I suggest is one video a week.
Okay.
Right. Is a really nice cadence. And then every video can be really, really good, really quality. I would. One of the first videos I would make is the my story one where you just sit down for 20, 30, 40 minutes. Raw, unedited, uncut, Sit down and tell the story, you know, in a way that is going to build trust, relate to the avatar. So you're speaking. Always make sure you're speaking to your dream customer when you're making videos. What I do, before I make every YouTube video, I think of this dream customer that I worked with a while ago. He was just best customer, got amazing results. And I get him in my head and almost pretend that I'm just speaking to that guy. It's so helpful. It's such a good frame to have. Right. Make the videos long form. So ideally the video should be as long as you can make them. But obviously don't just talk for the sake of talking.
Right.
20 minutes plus, 30 minutes plus is really nice. I usually shoot for 30, 40 minutes. Have you ever heard of the seven hour rule?
No.
No. So I think it was Google, they did this study where they found out that someone needs to watch content for seven hours before they feel comfortable buying from you. Right. Right. Now, if so, on YouTube, imagine if all your videos were an hour long.
Yeah.
If they watch seven videos, they're ready to buy. Imagine if you only had Instagram and your reels were 60 seconds. Right. How many reels would they have to watch before they get to seven hours?
Yeah. Yeah.
A lot. Yeah. Right. This is why YouTube is so powerful. It converts so high because it builds so much trust. The more time that you spend with someone, the more you like them and trust them and respect them. So YouTube long form is really should be the focus, to be honest. You know, I think because of your age and the demographic of the avatar, I think, would you say they watch Instagram more or YouTube more?
YouTube because they're, they're serious about sales. You know, they listen to people who have done it and you know, before they show up to the office, ideally, you know, they train, they want to be the best. Like that's. Very close to the person that I want to work with as much as possible.
All right, there we go. Well, in that case, similar to me, YouTube should be the number one focus. Instagram should be the number two focus.
Okay.
All right. And when it comes to making videos, you know, you might be thinking, well, what titles do I do? What content do I make? Anything that would help These people value focused, problem focused content that solves just one. One problem per video. You know, like I made a video about how to book more sales calls.
Yeah.
One problem, one video. I made a video about how to sort your mindset out. One problem, one video. You know, I made a video about what funnel to what funnel is the best funnel. One problem, one video. All helps my dream customer. Makes sense.
Yeah. Yeah, that makes sense.
Brilliant, mate. Any thoughts or questions on the YouTube side? So.
Go back to this. The problems that they have, the pains that they have, what keeps them up at night, and make YouTube videos that don't solve five different things at once, but just that just solve one at a time. Yeah. And I'm posting. Am I still posting one per week and also posting two reels a day or has that changed?
Yep. So the content strategy is going to be one YouTube video a week. Two Instagram Reels a day.
Yep.
Selfie strategy. So every single day, go on Instagram, go on the followers tab, any new followers, send them all the selfie video.
Okay.
Start conversations with them, chat to them, see if they have a problem that you can solve. Okay. If they do, book them in for a sales call and get them closed and help them.
Okay.
And your YouTube, there is going to be. I'm not sure whether you've seen my channel, but at the top of every video it says, work with me, link to the vsl. You're going to do the exact same thing. Okay. That's that.
Okay. Okay. So it will literally just say work with me and arrow down and then the link.
Yep, just work with me, semicolon link.
Okay.
Nice.
I like it.
Good.
Is there anything that we haven't covered? So we've done the social media strategy, YouTube, Instagram, we've done the entire funnel and done all of the things that I need to research to prepare for that. We've, you know, outlined exactly what the offer looks like and the goal of the business. And we've also set a tangible, you know, monetary goal. Yep. For me as well. So I think that's really solid.
We're definitely getting there. Yeah. So funnel type, we now know content, color. We've talked about trust, we talked about. We know the goal. And there's just one other thing on.
My mind right now.
At the moment we've got one offer which is a really nice place to start.
Yeah.
It's not too cheap, it's not too expensive. 5K for three months. Course group calls 1, 1 to 1 every other week. Now, you don't really need to worry about this yet. But eventually you're going to need to start thinking about ltv. You know what LTV is?
Lifetime.
Lifetime value. Yeah. So later on I would suggest adding in a one to one program. So later maybe when you've done 20 or 30 or 40 sales and things are working, I would add in a second offer and I'd have two tiers. Group tier for 5k, one to one tier for 10k. And in the one to one it's exactly the same but they get anytime one to ones.
Okay.
And anytime. WhatsApp chat as well for the three months. So it's like intensive one to one.
Okay. With my coaches or with me?
With you.
With me.
Okay.
Yeah.
You could put a cap on this. You could say just three people a month, just five people a month or you could not cap it. That's up to you.
Yeah, yeah.
And one thing that I found, right, there's always people that, that will buy the best thing, the biggest thing, the most expensive thing. So it's good to have that for them. You know, I didn't learn this. I wish, I wish I bloody knew this soon.
Right.
Man, I'd be like 3, 4 million ahead if, if I knew this sooner. So not yet. Because let's. I want, I just want to keep things simple now. Get this working, get sales in.
Right.
But when it's working, that is one of the next things that I would do is I would add in, add a anytime one to one offer and if you want to add in a mastermind as well and that anytime one to one is going to make you more money and the mastermind is going to make you more money as well and raise the LTV so you make more money and scale further. Nice.
Is that mastermind in person?
Yeah, I mean most are in person. You could do virtual.
Yeah.
But yeah, most. Not most are in person. Okay. Yeah. You could just. Do you know who. Orlando San something?
Yes, the Australian guy, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So he did a mastermind here in Bali recently. I think it was one day, 15 people. I think it was like 2k each. 30 grand for the day. I think something.
2K each?
I think so. Nice.
Okay.
Yeah, I think it was 2k each. 15 people.
Yeah.
So not massive but. But worthwhile. And you could do the same. You could do a one day mastermind, two day mastermind.
That's a good idea.
Whatever you want. Yeah. Like later when this is working and.
The 1 to 1 is that the same timeline as the original author, 3 months for 10k or should it be 6 months?
That's one thing that's on my mind as well. I was thinking three or six for both. I was thinking three or six for the group, three or six for the one to one. But if, if three months is enough to get them great results. Three is fine.
Yeah.
If you said to me, oh, yeah, some people are going to need longer though, I would go to six months. Right. For both. What do you think? Well.
Again, it depends on who they are. But I would say on average, six months would make me feel more confident in that they're gonna get there. But what I could say is if you're not there by the end of the three months, I'll keep on working with you for another six months. Sorry, another three months.
I like that.
Yeah. Yeah, I like that. Yeah, I like that a lot.
Yeah. Then you can keep it. So again, 5k for 3 months group, 10k for 3 months, 1 to 1.
Yeah.
If you don't have the result by the end of it, we keep working with you for free until you do.
Yeah, we could do that. Yeah, we could do that. So, yeah, I was just trying to figure out what's the middle ground between, you know, you're charging so much that it's bringing like a lot less people in. But then also, you know, your, what was I going to say? You're, you're not charging enough. So now you've got your whole calendar stacked and it's taken up loads of your time and you're capped in terms of the income that you can make from the business. You know what I mean? But, but I feel like if we say, yeah, I feel like if we do that, what you just mentioned, that's going to solve that problem. What do you think?
Yeah, yeah. Well, people are often scared by anytime one to one, but honestly. So we do anytime one to one. We have a program anytime one to one calls on WhatsApp. It's not as hard as people think. It's really not as hard as people think because people, there's work to do, they're busy, they get distracted, you know, so it's not as hard or intense as people think at all. And I wouldn't worry about capacity until you're at capacity.
Okay. Okay, sounds good.
Yeah. And to be Honest, with the 5k offer and the 10k offer, you're going to be at 100k a month before you know it. Okay. I think you'll be surprised how fast you get there.
Yeah, yeah.
You know, if you do everything that we've covered today properly.
Yeah.
You'll be 100k in, in a few months time on five months, six months, seven months time.
Okay, sounds good.
Yeah.
And yeah, yeah, I think. But when you said people are scared of anytime one to one, what do you, what do you mean by that Exactly? Yeah.
So usually when I say to people like, oh, you should have an anytime one to one offer, they're like, what? People can have calls to me anytime and WhatsApp me anytime. And I'm like, yeah.
Oh, like I'm scared of it.
Yeah.
Oh, right, yeah. No, I think that's fine.
Yeah. It's not as hard as you think. Like you set your calendar to specific hours anyway. You check what's, what's that? Once or twice a day. It's easy.
Yeah.
And it's well worth it. It's good for them and it's good for you.
Yeah. I think that the way I would pitch that as well is going to be like you have, let's say weekly accountability calls with me, but so that the work doesn't pile up until the end of the week. You can give me a call if you ever get stuck at any point, no questions asked. Because I think that that way I'll actually spend less time with them if my goal is to get all of the work done with them, to actually get them the result. Letting all of that work pile up until the end of the week just doesn't make sense when I could do like a 20 minute call with them on Monday if they get stuck, 30 minute call with them on Wednesday if they get stuck, and then that call at the end of the week there's less to do. Like, you know, we're here, we've gotten all the work done.
Exactly. You know, Exactly. So social media setup and optimization, we're good on.
Yeah, I think so.
Acquisition and funnel we're good on.
Yeah.
Uniqueness we've talked about. Be yourself, be genuine, keep it real. You know, be an expert, but with humor. Be vulnerable. That's going to make the content pop and feel great.
Good on that.
And content. Any other questions on content. Questions?
What do you think about editing? Does it matter as much as people think?
No.
Okay. Where should I invest most of my money? Is it going to be into the profile visit ads? Well.
I was just thinking this. So in terms of like phases and what to do and when. Phase one for you right now is just get content, build the funnel first so that people can go through it and book. And when the funnel is built, phase one is just Content, content, content, content. Right. And just driving traffic into the funnel. Now when that starts to work, right, then the next phase is the ads. And that is so basically by doing this for a month or two or three, this is all gonna start to work. You're gonna start to book calls and close calls and make money and get clients. When it's working, we then wanna pour fuel on the fire and start running ads that is gonna book us more calls, get us more sales, all of that good stuff. Why is my pen not working?
Do you have another one?
Oh, all good. And then three. The fuck is going on? Well, let me write.
Pen's not. It's not rating you today.
Stupid bloody thing.
Is that the only one that you've got?
Yeah, never mind. I think that's working now. And then number three is scaling. No, it's not. It's optimizing. Content first, get it working, make money, get sales. Number two, start running ads, blow things up, get more sales. Number three, optimize and scale.
When you say optimize and scale, what do you mean specifically?
You might want to change your price. You might want to play with your sales script a bit. You might want to change your content style slightly. You might want to hire. You might want to make the program longer or shorter. You might want to rebuild your product all the more. Let's. It's working. Let's make it work better. Yeah, yeah, that's that phase.
Gotcha.
So get it working and make some money.
Yep.
Pour fuel on the fire, blow it up and make a lot of money. Stop optimize things before you then just make it absolutely solid and scale further.
Yeah. I really like what you said earlier about. I was worried about me being at my maximum capacity and being limited, and then you said, you know, leave that problem for later. Yeah, we need. We need to aim for successful problems.
Exactly. Don't worry about a problem that's not a problem yet.
Yeah.
So it's good to have it in mind. It's good to have the foresight to see it coming. But let's get to 100k month first.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And then we can think about how we can, you know, maintain that income whilst buying back more time.
Exactly. And that's what that phase is about.
Yeah.
So basically, really, you want to just go crazy and break things. Yeah, yeah. And just fucking get it going.
Yeah.
And then eventually, when it becomes messy, right, let's stop what's wrong, let's fix the problems, get it solid again, we're solid.
Right.
Let's Go again. Let's scale.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And also, what do you think about in terms of staying congruent with the market? Right. Let's say my offer piles up and then maybe I need to step back from the offer that I'm working on. Although what I really want to do is I, I like closing deals. Like, I like staying congruent with the market and making sure that my students, my students are using the most up to date strategies. Right. As the market changes. And so I don't want to be closing like full time because I'm interested in learning how to build businesses like you're teaching me to do right now. But I also want to keep on getting better per se at closing and obviously giving my students the most up to date stuff. How would you go about that?
That's just time management. It's just time and energy management, isn't it? I mean, I would suspect like, you know, business is going to start to go up, closing is going to start to come down. You know, that's just natural. And. But you might keep closing one day a week, two days a week or something.
Yeah, yeah. And also there's the, there's a perspective of if my offer owner hopped on the call, they would obviously just have a higher close rate than me without needing to, you know, go through the sales process. Right? Yeah. I don't want to be that guy because I want, I want to still know what it's like to be on the cause as the guy that's not representing the brand. That might be a limiting belief. I don't know. What do you think?
Tell me the problem again.
So let's say I was closing for you, right?
Yeah.
As the offer owner, if you hopped on those calls, you would just close more deals than me whether you followed a process or not. Yeah. Because you're Will. Right. So then how do you, as the offer owner still know like what works in terms of closing right now in the market if you're not closing those deals as someone who's just a closer?
So you mean like you're going to get detached from it? Could you just own the business but don't do it anymore?
Yeah. Because I want that empathy for my closers and my students as well.
You're still going to be involved.
Yeah.
Because you're going to be doing the coaching.
Yeah.
So you're going to be seeing the problems, hearing about the problems, solving the problems. So you're still going to be in that world.
Yeah. Yeah.
You're just not going to Be on the ground, in the trenches doing it. Which is okay because you've done your time.
Right.
You know, you've earned your stripes. You've been there and done it.
Yeah, yeah.
Now you're consulting. That's okay.
Okay.
That's okay.
Okay. That's okay. Yeah. I suppose it was more of like a limiting belief, like, how can I train people to do something that I'm.
Not doing Right now you kind of are doing it though, because if you're role playing with them. That's true. You are doing it.
Yeah.
You know, it's like me, like, I mean, I do it, I do what I do in my own business, but on the consulting calls, like today I'm solving all this stuff which keeps my mind doing it and in it, you know, so I'm basically like, if I wanted to, I could go and do this business. Yeah, yeah. Cause I know, I know the avatar, I know the offer, I know the traffic flow. You know what I mean?
Yeah, that makes sense. Okay, so when it comes time, I can just say, step back from closing deals for my current clients and just go full into scaling this business.
Yep.
Okay, sounds good.
What number per month would you stop closing at when you're making the money in this business?
I would say a good question. Over 100k a month?
Yeah. You wait that long? Yeah. What. Roughly how much are you taking home per month now?
15 to 20.
15 to 20 USD?
Yeah.
That's good.
That's good. Obviously I've made 30k in a month, but on average, 15 to 20k? Yeah.
Really good, man. Really, really good. What's the ticket price of the offer that you're selling?
10 to 20k.
Makes sense. Yeah. Cool. Well, there you go. Yeah, cool. Nice. Well, mate, what else do you want to talk about if anything? Are we solid?
Yeah, saying that's about it.
Just.
Just thinking if I have any other questions. Yeah, I think it's all mapped out. So I know now I know how to make content on Instagram, which is going to drive people towards my funnel. I know how to make content on YouTube that's going to drive people towards my funnel. I have a funnel in place. I know what my next step is if that funnel doesn't convert. Cause. And I mean, yeah, as soon as somebody books a call, obviously I know what to do. We're gonna send in the start. I'm gonna send them like a personal video with my name. But then once I hire a setter and it gets to that point, I'm just gonna do what you do and send them a video. Yeah, yeah, sounds good.
Ready to go?
Yeah, amazing.
Good session. Good session.
Nice to meet you, brother.
And you, my man. And you. Good. Fun. Yeah, we're done.
