Hello there, everyone. I am Eliza Riley, your menopause coaching specialist, and I'm coming to you guys today for a quick video on this rainy day. I don't know, I hope your day is much nicer than mine, but we are stuck inside in the rain, and I wanted to share something with you guys because I'll, I'll tell you guys, no one has actually ever come to me and asked this question directly, but if you, if you're like me and you go on Google every now and then just to see what people are asking, like literally just to see what other people are asking about, you know, you type in something like menopause coach and it will pop up. It will tell you what the most searched for things are around menopause coach. So the number one thing that people search for when they type in menopause coaches, what does a menopause coach actually do? So if you've seen that term menopause coach and thought, I don't know what that is, or even do I need one, you're in the right place. Let me walk you through it in plain practical terms. So first, let me start off by just getting this out of the way. What I am not— what I, as a menopause coach, I am not your doctor. I don't run labs. I don't prescribe medication. And I don't rush you through a 10-minute appointment. I also don't diagnose you. Also, I'm not your dietitian, so you're not going to get some cookie-cutter plan or lecture about carbs from me. And finally, I am not your therapist. But let's be honest, you might cry on our calls, and that's totally okay because I am going to ask you about your feelings. I am going to ask you about how you feel. What I do— what is a menopause coach? What I am is your thinking partner, your hormone translator, and your guide through the noise. I help you to connect the dots between your symptoms, you know, the fatigue, the cravings, those night sweats, the bloating, the low libido, and that weird feeling that something is just off. And I hope I can help you to connect those dots between those things and what's really going on in your body, because I, I know for a fact— I mean, this is just the way that our human bodies work. When you have symptoms, it is a message from your body saying, hey, I need help. Hey, I need, I need something from you. And sometimes we need an interpreter to help us to determine what that is that's going on in our bodies. I also help you to understand how the hormonal shifts affect things like your digestion, your energy, your mood, and even your identity. We— and we together create simple, consistent changes to support your body instead of fighting it. And I think the most important thing that a menopause coach does is I stay with you through the process. We come together, we talk about what's going on, and I continue to stay with you. So, so I'm your accountability buddy. I'm also the person who walks beside you week by week as you try different things. I, I make suggestions, you make decisions, you decide whether or not something that— something you— that I suggest you want to try. And then we come back and we discuss how those things feel in your body, and then we adjust. And finally, I'm with you as you feel better. I help you get clear, get confident, and stop second-guessing everything. And this matters because most women who come to me, it's not because they go— they woke up one day and went, I need a menopause coach. It's because they're tired of being tired. They're tired of not feeling like themselves. They're tired of not getting answers or getting too many conflicting ones. Like, again, we we talk about that noise. There's so much information in the world, and so many people are like, "I've got the answer. I've got the answer. I've got the answer." And it's it may not be the answer for you. I mean, if you found your answer, great, more power to you. I'm so proud of you. But I help you. you're feeling dismissed or overwhelmed or just done and you're ready for real support and you just don't know what that looks like yet. So if any of that resonated with you, um, here's how I— here's how I help. Here's how I start to help. Um, I offer a free strategy session for women who are ready to stop guessing and to start feeling like themselves again. And I'll tell you guys, We meet for just half an hour, and it's not a sales pitch. It is a focused one-on-one session where we get clear on what's going on in your body, what's keeping you stuck, and what is the right next step for you. When, when we come together, and I, I, I do have you fill out this form that, that gives me a lot of information about what you're— what's going on with you, so that when we get into that half an hour, we get right to it. We get and, and get so that you can get the answers that you need and get on with your day. But you leave the call with clarity, even if you and I never work together again. And if that sounds like something that you've been needing, please reach out to me. I don't know yet how I'm, how I'm going to share that with you, whether it's gonna be like in the comments below, or I don't know. But I will have something. I will have some way for you to reach out to me, and please do reach out to me, and I will personally Send you the next steps. Just remember, your body is not broken. Your symptoms are not random. They are a message from your body. And you do not have to keep doing this alone. I am here for you. You are ready. You just let me know. Bye.
