Welcome to another episode of Real Dad Movement Podcast. The point and purpose of these episodes, as always, is to have a point and purpose towards helping you win the second half in life by building a path of becoming the best father, husband, man and member of your community that you can be. We do this with various ways of connecting. Life is connection. And as you hear these words spoken time, time and time again, know that the driving force of connection in life is energy. Which means that how you turn up as a father, as a husband, as a valued member of society will always start and end with how you turn up as a man within yourself. First, this is why it's my mission, my purpose, our mission, our purpose through Real Dad Movement to inspire, motivate, educate, and guide you into thoughts, feelings, actions, and a change in your belief systems to rise up, cut the shit from your life, and live and leave a real legacy. When dads win, everyone wins. And when you win, I win. Let's get moving forward, mate, right here, right now. And here we are, another episode of Real Dad Movement podcast. As always, it's a pleasure to be here, and I just want to start by saying, fuck, yeah, the dads. You know, it's very interesting. I naturally am, I guess, most of the times, obviously, we all have critics as well, but most of the times I'm seen as a naturally energetic, passionate, genuine man who wants to help inspire and motivate people. And what that means is I can naturally motivate people very, very well. And it's quite interesting because I purposefully, I guess, in a roundabout way, try not to do that in these episodes because it then becomes, not a vanilla approach, but it becomes on a singular plane of focus and connection and input from me or input from you to take the output I'm giving and it dies. It doesn't last. It doesn't last. So I am conscious of that and aware of that. There's nothing against some of the great old motivational speakers. Les Brown is one of my favorites. Powerhouse, you know, look up. It's not over until I win. Which is. Which is pretty cool story that he has. And he's speaking this message. If you look it up on YouTube, to would have been like maybe 80 to 90,000 people in a stadium. That's fucking amazing. But that is a singular moment in time. And here's the thing that we all need to recognize. They are moments in time. And your actions or your investment in a singular moment in time may define that moment, but it doesn't naturally, with foolish expectations or assumptions, roll into the version of who you become in the following moments of time to come. So I guess I just wanted to be clear on that. But maybe that was a bit of a pre frame for me and what I'm about to say here and now, which probably was brought to my attention by just saying, fuck yeah, the dads. I want you to just give yourself a real good fucking pat on the back, man. And again, like I said, I'm not here trying to be. That's why I guess I pre framed it a little bit by saying that this is not the soul message. But you know what? We all fucking need it at times. We do. Motivation is an elevation of state. That's what it is. That's a great thing. Elevate your state. Problem is when you have some chaos and turmoil inside of your life, you may depend or hinge on or become reliant upon these fixes, whether it's drugs, alcohol, or the words that I'm speaking to elevate your state. And that's okay. But if you're not aware of that, you become dependent on that and that becomes a dependency on a particular system that you use to define your feelings and emotions. What I'm here to do is to help you inspire, provoke and evoke your own thoughts, triggered or not, with some of the things I say with a lot of transparency, a lot of truths, rarely. Opinions, rarely. I like working with with truths, universal truths, but you know, I don't have all the answers either and I never will claim to have all those. And yes, in my area of expertise, I'm a fucking gun because I worked and busted my ass to do that and be that and continually drive towards improving that. But that's from a place of humility. Because where I became someone who had the skill set that I currently have has actually been off the back of learning from other fathers, learning from my clients, learning from these men. So I just wanted to take a few minutes first with this episode. The episode is called the 30% barrier and I'm going to discuss and explain what that means. But I just want you to really sit back, man. Like whether you're driving, don't close your eyes, especially if you're driving, but just sit back. And if you're going to give yourself flack for the bad shit, the wrong moves, the fuck ups, the poor decisions, the weak moments, make sure you give yourself a pat on the back for the good and a real pat on the back for the great. Don't deny yourself that because that's bullshit and that's foolish to not at least recognize and reward the fucking great things that you've created in this life, man. Don't ever forget that like you are worthy. This is an important thing. These aren't words. This is something I'm driving to with. Driving with an intent straight into your fucking heart. You are worthy to pursue what it is that you want to pursue in your life. What is that you desire in your life it is possible for you to achieve. I'm not going to say it's 100% done a given deal. I don't know when my life's going to end. None of us do now. For me, when I kick back and in a five year goal is to have the RDM ranch, 10 year goal to have two RDM ranches and branch out and have a high performance father certification for other coaches to come on board and really expand and blow this movement up. Yeah, cool, that's great. I could fucking die tomorrow. But make sure you recognize that you are worthy of having that vision and having the visual aspect of going, you know what, I can see this. I can see what I want in my head. I'm going to create this in my head. I owe it to myself. I have this right. This is my right. And it is, it's your right. This is your free will to exercise what it is that you desire inside of your head. And you also are worthy of taking a relevant amount of action or relative amount of action towards that destination or what you desire out there in the real world. You know, I look at and I'm not 70 years of age, although I've worked with fathers up into 78 years of age, none over 80. One day we'll get there. Yeah. I work with plenty of fathers in their 60s and 70s and you know, it's incredible to see the journeys of so many different people, so many different men. 8 billion in the world at the moment. A lot of toxicity, a lot of fear driven agendas, a lot of fear driven narratives. I've got friends that are in media, good intentions at heart for themselves personally. But as a whole mainstream media is a fucking joke at the moment. There's a lot of different moving parts that really push a lot of influence in certain agendas. Eight billion people, eight billion realities, nothing changes. So both at a global and a micro level, you know, zooming in and zooming out, you can see on all ends, across all facets of life, there are countless amounts of perspective, perspectives, values, belief systems and stripping that back and dialing that into a father just like you listening to this now? It's really hard, man. Life is really challenging. There are different challenges. Having three young kids at the moment under five, look, that's coming with a set of challenges where last night was a nightmare, got fuck all sleep. I wear my ring and I track all my sleep and my heart rate variability and my temperature and a lot of different things that are at a very specific level to make sure as an organism, I'm running as optimally as possible. I'm training this afternoon, so my training session, because my scores are shot to shit because of last night. There's a little man and Lillian both struggling. You know, I'm going to pull back on the training. So I'm definitely getting smarter, getting smarter with the data that I get to apply the efforts I need for the outcome that I desire, which is a mental and physical release in training this afternoon. So this is a lot of challenge for me. This is a big challenge being a competitive and driven man to do whatever it takes, especially in the gym, to perform. That's one area. I mean, you could be a father with. With teenage sons who've just got their licenses. Like, there's another area of, I guess, concern or, you know, like, I didn't tell my old man two years later, but driving his Statesman when I had my p plates doing 220km down the freeway, probably not a great idea just to see if it could go past where the speedo limit was on the. On the dashboard. So if there are police officers who are listening to this, don't come to my house. I'm just kidding. Quote unquote. But look, there are lots of. I'm not, but I am if you are listening and you are a police officer, but I'm not to the rest of you. There are risks involved in life. And one of the biggest risks, I guess, is by not being present and pulling up stumps when you're already invested. That's a hard thing, man. It's a really hard thing. So I just want to take this moment for you to really recognize and appreciate yourself. You're here. You're still living here. You are still alive. You may have goals and dreams and visions, or maybe you don't. You're talking and thinking about the shit you don't want in your life. That's okay. That's our pink elephant rule. Give that 10% of your efforts because you need to know that life is real. And this is what can happen to you if you fall down, fall apart, or you pull away through continuous weak actions. And a lack of self belief and action to rise up. I get that. But apply at least double that 20% to what you do want, what you do desire, what you crave and really want to hold true in family, self and service. And then apply the rest in the now. What am I going to do about it? And really start to visualize the changes you want in your family. Little subtleties, little things. Go through some of the old episodes. The love language, how you communicating, turning up with the wife, with the family, the transitions. The Third Space by Adam Fraser. Great book. How are you transitioning one space to another? The third space is the hidden one. No one talks about thousands of micro transitions every single day in life. You know, from your car to the front door, from front door into the house, to how you greet your wife, your children, to the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the bedroom, to waking up, to going to work, to different rooms at work, different sites at work, different people at work, different people online. All of these transitions. So with all the chaos, all the moving parts, all the crazy shit in life, I guess for me, I just want you to really drive home that level of, of love and self value, man. You need that. You owe that to yourself. It is a part of your makeup that you are entitled to. Even if you feel like you've done shit or you're in the pit or you're struggling, or there's one key area of your life where you know you're not coming to the party and you're not meeting the standards that are necessary. That's okay. Take a step back, take a breath, zoom out a little bit and then zoom back in and focus on the task at hand. It's why I love what we do, building these championship habits. They are a belief system off the back of our journals. Your myths, what's your most important thing? Your tabs. What are your targets, actions and versions? Who do you need to become to action the actions you need to put in place to achieve the targets. When we have all of this dialed in, what we're doing is removing the disruptions, the distractions, the chaos, the interruptions, the stress, the internal self sabotaging and tall popping to just be present and be real. I will do another episode on this and I will talk about feelings. They are fleeting. But you must use those feelings that you have at times to know that they don't necessarily define you. Use the great feelings you have as leverage. Fucking O fal. I'm in the zone, man. I'm feeling amazing. Awesome. Triple down on that and apply even more force towards the resistances you face to break through and win. If you're not in that position where they're a great feeling, where you're high flying, no worries. How about we apply the other Ls? There's three Ls. Leverage. Listen and learn. Listen to the feelings that you're currently experiencing to help dictate and dedicate your next line of actions on what you actually need. Like what? Listen to your feelings. I'm feeling this way Al Cool. Listen to them. What do you need then? What do you need right now? Don't be fucking aloof with yourself, mate. You are your greatest asset. The moment you forget that is the moment that you become your greatest liability. You, you need to write that down. Write that down. Put it on a big fucking post it note on your fridge or at your work or in your car. Say I am my greatest asset. The second I forget that is the second that I become my greatest liability. Because you're allowing external influences and environments to dictate and influence who you should be and what you are and what you're defined as your values, the power and the game that you can bring to life that may not have your best interest at heart. So you can't fucking listen to them. But if you're not valuing and understanding that you're your greatest asset, what you're doing is you're leaving the gates open, wide open for the flood of shit, toxicity and poison to come through. That's becoming pretty prevalent what I'm seeing right now in the world. It seems like there's a bit of a divide. There's always an agenda for division. You can see it in all different things. Races, sex, communities. It's fucking everywhere. So look at what the greatest asset is in your life. That's you. Look at the feelings you have. Leverage the great ones, listen to the challenging ones and learn from both on what you can do next time in retraining. Re recording your subconscious by being actively aware in the conscious part of your brain. To go, hey, I remember when this happened. This too shall pass. A lot of you guys. Like, I'm humbled. That's crazy. I'm getting goosebumps right now. I'm just really fucking humbled by. And it's not because it's cold, I've got the air conditioning on. I'm just really humbled by a lot of the outreach and support that we get from you guys. Like, I really am. You know, like, this is, this is for fathers. This is to help Dads win. This isn't about a blame game, pointing judgment, any of that sort of shit. And those of you who listen to us and listen to me and follow long enough, you know that, like, I fucking bleed for these men on the inside and even for the guys on the outside, to a degree. You know, I could be at home right now with my wife and children, but here I am sitting in the office doing a podcast. This is the value. This is what I love. This gives me purpose, and I'm really humbled. And I just want to say a big thank you to you and let you know that you do have that power inside of you. It's got to be true power. Not just knowledge, not just action, not just kicking back like the wizard, twiddling your thumbs or, you know, twirling your beard, going, this is all the wisdom I have and what I've learned. Learnt from what? You've done nothing. You've learned nothing. Do all of it. Apply true power, learn, take action, and then reflect. That'll bring what was one of the other episodes, folks. Accountability, direction, feelings can be fleeting. And crazily enough, we haven't even spoken about the 30% barrier, and here we are 30 minutes into this episode. But this is my point. It's what it exactly leads into. The hardest part is never the start. Now, people will hesitate. They won't pull the trigger. And that's okay. Even with some of the consults I have with these guys. I'm not here to sell or convince you, mate. I'm here to show you. It's almost like a genuine audit and then showing a pathway to go, okay, well, this is where you're at, man. This isn't. This is. Well, an audit is probably not the greatest word, but it's true. On your terms. It's not. It's getting. Getting the facts, aligning the feelings that support the facts, finding the better feelings and better facts to move forward from point A to point B. It's amazing. I love the consultations that we do, and I love the team that we're growing and building, both as coaches, mentors, team leaders, and as members. But, you know, like, it's never the start, and a lot of people will hesitate, pull the trigger, sometimes 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, never that. That's all good. It's time we never get back. There's energy and effort coupled with that time that you'll never get back. Please value that. Doesn't have. Don't even worry about me or idm. Just fucking value that, man. Because you're gonna blink and your kids will be old and you'll be laying back on your deathbed. It will happen. Like, that's. I'll give you one guarantee. Here's, Here's a news flash. We're all gonna die and we think we have 82 years. We paint this picture. Yeah, and I do too. I'm like, yeah, fuck, you know, like 87, that just seems to be a number for me. If I hit 87, I'll be happy. What do you think I'll be thinking about if I hit 85? Shit, man, I need 95. I've only got two years left. Right? Don't waste time, don't waste the effort. Coupled with that time moving away from the legacy and that champion version that you can become. But recognize that those who are hesitant, yes, you just need to fucking dive in. You just need to go all in. You need to jump in with both feet, with anything that you can see has your best interest at heart that is going to improve and increase your value, your self worth and who you are as a human being. Don't just jump two feet into anything. That's just fucking stupidity. That's why I want people to learn more about us, follow us, take your time, get to really understand and be connected so you really truly know where we can go. But it's actually, funnily enough, not the hardest point getting started. Although many get stuck here. It's the 30% barrier. And I always recognize this, like anytime when I did elite sport CrossFit, you know, it's, it's the, and you get in a groove and rhythm, but it's, it's like the, it's like the 15 to 18 minute mark in a footy game. Some people in a groove, some aren't. And sometimes it's like, ah, shit, man. If you want to break that down even more, I guess in the second half, it's like the, you know, the 60 minute mark of the second half or just before that, you're like, man, we're running out of time here. We're three tries down with 20 points down. Three tries and penalty. If you're talking rugby league terms, yeah, this is the challenge. Same happened to me. I'd be doing training and it'd be three sets of 10 hang power snatches, 10 pull ups, I don't know, 10 push ups or 10 handstand push ups or 10 meter handstand walk or what. I'm not here to try and impress you. 10 reps of something. I mean, I'VE done a million exercises, but it's always like, shit, man, I've got 100 reps of each. When I'd hit that 30% barrier, I'd be like, oh, fuck me dead. I'm not even halfway and I've got so long to go and I'm already fatigued. This is what I mean, this is my point. The 30% barrier is challenging. You're not alone here, mate. It will fuck you up if you're not moving ahead with the right influence, coaching, environment, the right energy, the right energy around you to help you stay the course, the right strategies and tactics to make sure that the course you are investing in and staying is delivering. You are getting an roi because that's going to stimulate and elevate your state. Which is why I'm not always big on just doing motivational pieces, because that's one form of elevation. How about we elevate your state with facts, results, runs on the board. Use this, use this podcast as leverage. Use it all. But ultimately, the 30% barrier is the point where we feel stuck. We've got so far to go. We're a bit more fatigued for it because we've already invested some energy. So it's like I'm going to lose if I just pull out now. I've got so much further to go. I'm at the point where there's still no guarantee. And look, man, I'm not a scientist. It could be fucking 41%, it could be 34%. I'm just giving you a rounded figure which is generally when you're about a third of the way, you're about a third in your journey, like Pooh. Like this is hard. On the flip side, yeah, you can get some great results and that can build some steam and momentum, but there will be a roadblock that comes and it might be the 60% mark. You might be past the halfway to your goals, what you want to achieve for that period of time, over a 12 month block. Deadlines are powerful things. You should always have deadlines in place and be like, oh man, I've invested so much, I've still got a little bit to go. It's challenging, but what you've done is you've built the right patterns of performance to have that steadiness, have that steel, to understand the identity and the version of who you are. Don't forget that your pattern, performance systems, behaviors, frequencies and habit, which is a belief system, your identity. See the 30% mark, you're not quite there yet. It's like, yeah, now this is. This is where I'm going. But you've still got the little voice inside that's stronger than the little voice inside. When you become consistently successful, you already invested energy and time, and it can become a tough spot. Because what happens ultimately, and this is the point, it's not about 30% of even a result or reward. It could be 30% of your time, 30% of both. What happens is you end up doing yourself in and you fall down, you fail. And here's the kicker, you get worse than you were before. Perfect example is all the shiny objects, all the silver bullets, all the quick fixes, because you'll get results. And you want to drop 20 kilos and you lose 10 kilos, you might think you're halfway there. Fuck, mate, you are miles away. Because the result that I'm talking about is a 30% in a shift in identity, not a perceivable external result alone. It's a combination of things. So when you're doing these quick fixes and you come up against a wall hard and fast, all of a sudden you're like, man, what's going on here? Because unfortunately, the patterns of who you are consciously and subconsciously has not been something that's been ultimately redeveloped and redesigned on your terms by having the right pillars and principles in place. That's why I'm so big on our pillars and our principles. They never change. They will never change. They are the same for everyone, for everyone. And they can transfer to children and mothers. We see that our fathers, they take these principles and they apply it to their business, they apply it to their family, they apply it to their relationships. It's a beautiful thing to see, you know, and it's like when you're looking at your pillars alignment, where are we going and why? Let's stay aligned. Let's continue that realignment. Let's get back on the course. One degree left for 10,000 clicks is a fucking completely different part of the world. Energy, that's the gas tank to perform in life. Immersion, that's your environment, performance. What are we tracking? How are we tracking how we optimizing what we're doing to get the most bang for our buck. Time and effort, you never get it back. So when people are doing these quick fixes, they hit that 30% hard and fast. Even though there might be external results that start with their identity and their belief systems and who they actually are, has not completely converted and hasn't even converted past the halfway mark, they're at 30% and that barrier pulls them down to old habits, old routines, self sabotaging, tall popping themselves. But here's the hard part, mate, which is why you must play the long game. One, the long game is made up of a series of lots of short games. Maybe that should be another episode, but which is the truth. So it's like, you know, you look at a marathon runner, they're moving pretty fucking quick. Like even some of the guys that stay in the stadium, your 1500 meter runners, I think they average from memory maybe low 13s, high 12s every hundred seconds. That's crazy. Maybe 800 meters, maybe the 1500, it's more like 14 seconds. But that is crazy. That's a crazy pace to hold. That has always blown me away. And this is why. Because of the 30% barrier. And that's the funniest part. You know what, Just on that note for a second, athletics and international athletics and the Olympics, the 100 meters has never been something that's impressed me. And it's no disrespect to anyone who loves it or watches it. I love the weightlifting. That's just a crazy fen alone. The man in the bar, the bar is always true. It's him, it's got to be him. And the mental drain, pressure and focus is unbelievable, like it is in most sports. But that's just a, that's just a whole other beast. If you ever get to see that, you're in for a treat. But when I look at these yet, 200, 400. But when I look at the 800, 1500 meter runners, I'm like, fuck, man, they have invested so much energy and effort and they're only at the 30% barrier. You know, you're 1500, they've only done one and a half laps and they're holding a crazy pace. And then that comes through. It's almost like it's two sides of the coin or it becomes a compound approach or a flip that flips again, like 30%, there's a barrier, 60%, there's another barrier where it's like, do you really want this? Are you really willing to go all the way? I know I've titled this the 30% barrier, but this is ultimately about your state and belief systems to go, you know what, if I break through this, I'll make it. Well, guess what? You won't. Because you're going to hit a 60% barrier. Well, you'll be reasonably successful. You know, you've got more in the tank. You know, you can do more, be more and give more and that's a hard one because you're so invested now and you've gotten rewards and you have changed. And you know that last 40%, that's the 1% of your efforts, your tenacity, your resilience, every single fucking day that leads to the full hundred. That's hard, man. I don't believe personally it's as hard as the 30% barrier. You're a third of the way on your journey. The quick fixes, they pull you into a low sense of security. When you're moving through, you become more solidified in yourself. Who you are, what defines you, your identity, all the other moving parts in family, self and service. Not talking about just you as a man, or even health and well being for that matter. The problem and the challenge is when you don't play the long game, which is made up of lots of short games, a series of short games. When you don't play the long game, you fall down. And not just in the results. Yeah, I did this, I did this Shakes program or this detox, or I did this training or I had this mentorship or this challenge. And look, we do 12 week blocks, our first 12 weeks. Fucking amazing. Like massive results. We have the onboarding, the foundations and then the accelerator where we start to accelerate their results. That's woven into the 12 month journey. And then, yeah, I mean, yeah, we've had fathers with us since day dot for years, which is awesome. Please understand this though. I want to put you in a position where after 12 months you never need me ever again. But yeah, we have loyalty and we have members for life and they love the environment, they want to stay. That's cool, I'm humbled by it. But look, when you have the quick fix approach and you come across massive roadblocks and barriers, the challenging part, mate, is it pulls you back into feeling like even more of a failure. This is what I did. I'll do this, this and that and then bang. I just failed this, I failed that, I failed that. And then that becomes your autonomy, that becomes your belief system. I'm going to do this, I'm going to have a crack. Elevate your state. Motivation, get those tunes. Touch, sight, smell, sound like whatever it is to get you in that state, get you, that might get you motivated. Cool. Do it. Great. And then you fall down again. The long game is quicker than you think. We're going to blink and it'll be 20, 22, we'll be 200 episodes in, right? We'll be 300 episodes in. You'll blink and you'll be an old man. The long game is quicker than you think. But if you don't go out there with the long term investment of going, I'm going to find a vessel that I will be using to express an experience and move forward into a greater level of leadership and legacy. You will fall down and fall apart and your life will pass you by like that. And that's what I say to these guys. Well, even the guys on the inside, they've already like the guys in the inner circle, like a proper high performance father coaching, paid program, a paid coat. They've already paid their money. It's like, yeah. And I still say to them, you are paying, you are paying yourself and you are channeling that through your commitments of time, money, effort, which money is usually a byproduct of time and effort. So it's quite fascinating, the investment. That's why, you know, love to change the world for free. But this is how, this is how we do it. Let's get you more invested in yourself. Let's get you with more skin in the game. Let's get you more committed. There are so many different tools that we use, but you are paying yourself through me. We are the vessel from which you are paying. The next fucking version of who you want to become. The end. What a powerful thing that unfortunately 99% of the world just doesn't see or want to dive into. You know, and this is, this is the crazy part, it becomes a pattern. Like all things patterns. You try, you fail. You try, you fail. You try, you fail. Money, money aside, like that's just, that was just one example. Time and effort, man. That's another example. Throw that to the side. Who are you? Like, who do you actually think you are? Who are you? You've tried for 10 years. Ups, downs, left, right, quick, fix that silver bullet, that shiny object, this dad bod, that fucking dad bod challenge. You're kidding. This isn't a fitness program. But our fitness element of this program fucking blows them away. They've got no idea. It's unbelievable. But call me perfectionist, call me something else, I don't know, I'm just too competitive. We hit the highest standard and the highest level across all facets and areas. And we do that by not being a one man band, obviously. Who are you? Who do you become? You become the 30% barrier man. That's who you become. You become the man who goes, yeah, I'm a gunner Wooder. Shoulder coulda. Here are my stories. How can I Get the rose colored glasses on and, you know, rewire my nervous system and my neurological pathway so that when I'm talking to my grandkids, I can try and glorify or doll up or pretty up, pretty up. Some of those stories where, you know, I didn't make it, but actually I really did. And all of a sudden it's a fucking lie. Like with the stories that you share, they're half truths, but it becomes your reality because you fed it so much. You know, put a skirt and lipstick on a pig, it's still a pig. I remember hearing that from a country guy. I couldn't stop laughing. I was like, mate, that's a fucking great call. Something like that. You can put lipstick and a dress on a pig, but it's still a pig. And I was like, man, truth always wins. Hey, this is my point. And as we wrap this up, I hope you've gotten some value and some key takeaways from this. It's very important that you understand the value of getting out of your own way. By investing in methods means mentorship, environments, all of the above. Investing in an energetic source larger than you that can influence, guide and direct you to get out of your own way so you can at a high level, not mundane. I'm going to flick you an email once a week. Did you train today? That means connected and invested in your life to help you break past. Don't worry about the sound barrier. Break the 30% barrier, because that's the barrier that kills more dreams than anything ever could. That is an absolute, that is a universal truth. Like I said, could be 41, could be 34%. But that is the truth, the message and meaning behind this. As we wrap this up, I just want you to kick back and just ask yourself, where am I hitting the 30% barrier in my life? Where am I starting and then stopping? Why am I stopping? Is it the external influences and environment? Cool. How is that stopping me? How much ownership do I need to take over that stopping me? How much do I not control? Because we don't control everything. But how much am I? Am you know, how much am I controlling inside of myself that I can control Thoughts, feelings, emotions, feelings, they're fleeting. No worries. Let's leverage them, let's listen to them, let's learn from them to then steer the ship in the right direction. Now, one of the quotes that I love that I say I came up with, but it's the tribe, the tribe gives me the ideas and the inspiration. But so I'll say we Came up with is. And it was a collective with some of the footy days. Sometimes it doesn't matter how you feel. It's what you do that's more important. As long as this kick is important, as long as what you're doing that's important will change how you feel. 30% barrier, man. Is it your emotions? Is it wearing the pants of the household? Like you stand up for some things, but you don't stand up for others. Let me, let me get clear on this. And we got some phenomenal episodes booked and planned. There's also going to be some that I'm going to be doing in the future for your partners and wives. So it'll be something like this. Hey, gents, press play and get your wife to listen in because this one's, this one's for her. So to give her some perspective on, on her man and valuing and cherishing him and coming to the party because it takes two to tango. I think we'll all enjoy that episode in. In the right way, in a loving way. You know, it's. It's important to ask yourself these questions and look back and go, where are the barriers? Where do I feel like I'm just stuck? Why? Let's explore that. Peel it back a little bit. A little bit. Let's focus in on the feelings. What am I attached to? What am I letting control and influence me that shouldn't. What am I seeking with an overarching reach to go and get control over because I don't have my own shit together? Short temper, rassing on the kids, not connecting with the wife. Blow ups, suppression. Even worse. Right? Gain of control. Well, I won't. I'm going to try and control everything outside of me or I'm going to control nothing and control my feelings and hide them away to myself. Poof. Not good. Happy endings, man. On both of those 30% barrier. We are human beings. We crave progress. We crave stability. Stability and progress go hand in hand. You're never going to be stable the same because you're assuming that the conditions, the environment, the world will never change. What a foolish dream. What a foolish thought. Build certainty through the right kind of action. Build control through action that delivers a higher version of who you are. Build stability through a rinse and repeat process and build progress, which is obviously one of our other pillars. Principle. Sorry, the pillars of progress. By getting precise on what you want and having purpose behind it. Master your craft, build some mastery, make sure it's aligned and all that will equal freedom. This is what you need to explore when it comes to the 30% barrier. Asking a set of questions, peeling the onion layer back and going, what do I want? What do I desire? How can I get there? You can, mate, you can get there. You can break past that 30% barrier that holds back most men in their life, which then equals being the leader that you choose to be wearing the pants, like I was saying before, of the house. And like I said, let me be clear, there are two pairs of pants. Now, there's 200% in the house, not 100%. So if you're looking at an argument and you're 80% right and she's 20% wrong or she's 20% right, sorry, no, no, there's 200% that comes to the party, your wife, your partner, she has a pair of pants that she can, will and should wear for the household. And when I say household, I'm talking about the family unit. I'm not talking about what she does in the kitchen. Just like you have a pair of pants that you can, will and should wear for the household. Now, if that naturally gears towards what's in our instincts, the masculine and feminine ratio and breakdowns and there's a lot of range here. There's a big amount of range. And you're a stay at home dad and that's what you love doing. You're fucking awesome, mate. That's so great. Talk about breadwinner this, breadwinner that. If your wife has that level of drive and tenacity through corporate or careers, and that's what she does, mate, awesome. You still have a pair of pants to wear just like she does, and vice versa. If the woman's more of a. My wife's a teacher. If she's more of a teacher or nourishing or nurturing or more patient or does things around the house with the kids and that's her domain, I will submit to her 10 out of 10, that is, she dominates areas of the house, man. That is her domain. I do not argue, I do not challenge at all. I am a team player. I'm one of the team there and vice versa. She knows when I make a call on something in a specific area in a certain way that, yes, that's fucking right. That is what we are doing. Thank you. I love you. I know that this is taken in the right context because if you're listening to this episode, listen to the others if you haven't, but chances are you've followed us for a while. This is some phenomenal stuff. This is a space where we're pioneering and entering, which is, it's very special actually as we continually build and develop skill sets. Because it's skill sets. Most things in life are skill sets that then tie in facts and feelings and purpose and drive in life around relationships, marriages. It's awesome. It's actually amazing. Some of the stuff we've done with some big guarantees that we, that we have, which is very cool on our program. I hope you've gotten a lot of value out of this. Like I said, the 30% barrier, it exists for all of us. Mate, you are not alone. Give yourself a pat on the back. You're still here, you're still breathing. If you're listening to this, you have a drive and desire to be more. If you're listening to this episode, make no mistake, if there's eight billion people in the world and roughly four billion males take away children, two and a half billion men take away, you know, let's say there's 2 billion fathers in the world. They're not all going to listen to this stuff. You and I are cut from a different cloth. You have that drive, desire and hunger to be more, to hunt life and to win in life and win the second half. Take that as a big fucking pat. Big fucking pat on your back. I applaud you for investing time and effort in this sort of stuff. But no one recognize the play at hand. You are playing a different game. There are different rules. Let's break through some of these. Let's build some strategies, let's build some drive and purpose towards our actions and let's get clear on the obstacles at hand. And one of those, yes, is the 30% barrier. You can start anything. It's when you get some of the way there, you've got some of the results, you're getting even more resistance because you're challenging your old belief systems. The tall popping of yourself, the self sabotage, all the little bullshit creeps in life gets in the way. There's a hurdle you didn't think about. One of the kids is sick, something happens at work. All of a sudden that 30% gets fucking blown to smithereens. Especially if it's a quick fix or a silver bullet or a shiny object approach that goes, nah, this is just going to be something superficial that gives me a tangible outcome. No, no, no. We are revolutionizing who you can be as a father, who you can be as a man, as a husband, who you can be as a source of energy, as a real fucking leader in this world. That's a very powerful opportunity. The question is, are you coming with us? Are you willing to go all the way? And that's not even talking about our membership programs and all the other values and offers that we have for you. It's about continually investing in the message like you are right now, and applying that above all else, like I always say, to action in your life. Get after it. Men. Have a fucking amazing day, night, weekend, weekday, when you listen and tune into this. And I hope this serves you well. And I hope this puts you on the path to recognizing that, yes, you are worthy. Yes, you do have the barrier like the rest of us do, and yes, you do have the power to build up ahead of steam, the perpetual motion inside of what you have, what you can give, what you can offer yourself and the world to break through that barrier and continually move forward and live and leave the legacy that you actually choose. Because you stood up and you stood for something. You stand for something, just like I do, instead of falling for everything just like the majority does. 1,000 minutes a day, it's a lot. But when you're wasted on shit that doesn't serve you or move yourself or your family forward, you are bleeding the most valuable resource that you and I never get back. How much time do you think you have and how much quality do you think you've had? Don't be a fool like the masses, thinking you'll cheat the system or get round to it one day or worse. Just accepting life and sinking back into a slumber of regret. This is your moment, your time. You're cut from a different cloth. You have the hunger and desire to be more and live more. Otherwise you wouldn't be here. So stand up. Find the golden nuggets in this episode, you just listened to and align immediate action with them and where you want to go. You are worthy. This is your life. You are the king and this is your kingdom. Now go and claim it by showing, not telling, and be the real leader. You and I both know you were born to be.
