Al teaches fathers how to reshape their lives through practical skills and the stories they tell themselves. He breaks down change into four steps: courage, commitment, competence, confidence. Then he maps how personal stories work: where they start, what drives them, how they evolve, and where they're headed.

Welcome to another episode of Real Dad Movement podcast. The point and purpose of these episodes, as always, is to have a point and purpose towards helping you win the second half in life by building a path of becoming the best father, husband, man and member of your community that you can be. We do this with various ways of connecting. Life is connection. And as you hear these words spoken time, time and time again, know that the driving force of connection in life is energy. Which means that how you turn up as a father, as a husband, as a valued member of society will always start and end with how you turn up as a man within yourself. First. This is why it's my mission, my purpose, our mission, our purpose through Real Dad Movement to inspire, motivate, educate and guide you into thoughts, feelings, actions and a change in your belief systems to rise up, cut the shit from your life and live and leave a real legacy. When dads win, everyone wins. And when you win, I win. Let's get moving forward, mate. Right here, right now. And here we are. Another week passes and another Tuesday is upon us. I'm your host, Al. Little bit of a change up this time. Not that we've always done our HPF episodes with our energy coach, ken Lavander, but Mr. Lavander is building out and completing a phenomenal 16 week program that's just. I'm super excited. When we roll this out, it's going to be incredible. So I've given Ken the morning off. You're stuck with me. And I'm looking forward to this episode where we're looking at skill sets and stories with our HPF episodes. It really is not too dissimilar from all the other episodes, but it's just peeling the layers back a little bit more and just being a little bit more assertive, direct, bit more intent. Yes, there's always feelings and emotions involved, but let's be crystal clear. So a little bit more on the side of absolutes. On. Hey, this is the way. Do you want this or not? And that doesn't mean our high performance father program that means this. Do you want this? As in, do you want the changes that you desire inside of your life? Well, let us show you how. With or without us, let us show you how. And when it comes to skill sets and stories, it's fascinating to see over the course of many different relationships with our clients, with family, with our children, with our wife or with our wives. Speaking for all of us here, like you, think about it, think about how many relationships that you've built over the years. Even if you're a bit of a hermit, you'd still have dozens and dozens and dozens of relationships, possibly hundreds if you're really going back to school day. So. And then thousands and connection points and touch points. What I start to see a lot of stories. And a story is an interesting one because I'm not saying it's necessarily right or wrong, good or bad, but it really is a collective of many different things. Reasons, results, excuses, foresight. So what may happen, what may come in the future, that's going to inhibit and limit me now. What has come from the past, I'm going to drag that into the now and possibly the future, and that will limit me again, or that will justify my positioning, or that will reinforce that I'm doing great or I'm doing okay, I'm doing a good job. You've got to be cautious of this. It can go both ways. It really can. When we're looking at skill sets and stories, 90% of life, possibly more, is skill set based. It's skill acquisition in certain areas of your life. And one large part of that is absolutely relationships. But how do we connect in these relationships when sometimes we see stories that don't quite line up or add up or align with us, right? And that becomes hard because when we tie into this without getting crystal clear on the facts, a lot of the times there can be breakdowns and there can be that short switch into insanity where it's like, well, I had an expectation of this hour, but it didn't happen. And that becomes bitterness, regret, disappointment. A real lethargic nature where the fog in life gets heavy and you're struggling for oxygen. It feels like you can't breathe and everything's closing on you. It's just like, fuck, what has my life become? Why has it become like this all of a sudden? And that becomes the pinnacle or the moment where you either realize things need to change or you do break down and there's that light bulb moment and point of no return. It's hard too, isn't it? With the chaos and the stresses of life, it doesn't seem like it'll come. And then when it arrives on our doorstep, just like right now, the 21st of September, it's crazy, man. What do we have, 100 days left? 100 days of the year. That's it. You know, it's fascinating when we look at this and we recognize how quick time truly goes, but the incremental shifts on how we apply ourselves is what leads us to the position we're in. Yes, there's external influences in different environments that can influence us different people. But ultimately the buck does stop with you. So I want you to ask yourself, what sort of skill sets are you developing to make sure that you have the steel to handle what the world will throw at you? Because we're in uncertain times at the moment. And please, if you're listening to this, you know you don't want to miss out on this. We've got a special opportunity with our HPF community. I've got a free high performance father community because yes, a lot of you guys might not be in a position to invest financially in our programs and to go all in on us. And I understand, I get that you should be joining our HPF community. I'm coaching guys several times a week inside of that community. That's becoming a very, very powerful place to be put all that aside. What we're going to go through today is two cycles, the cycle of stories. So your story cycle and the four Cs of change. And this is going to help you understand the skill sets that you need to develop. And not necessarily specific. You may have different ones, although we will touch on a few that everyone should develop. But looking at what side of the fence you sit on, skill sets or stories, results which can be reinforced with the emotions on this is why or reasons on why you didn't. Results or reasons. Which one do you want? You know, an excuse is a justification. That's an acceptance of what you didn't do. How many accepts are you going to hold in place in your life before you realize something's going to give? Something's got to give, something will give. And who's going to pull that lever? Is it going to be you or life? Like I said, I'm not a hard man. I can be direct. A lot of the times I don't like living on eggshells. Doesn't mean I'm not loving or empathetic. But fuck, mate, no one's got time to fluff around you and me, especially skill sets and stories. When we're looking at building a skill set, there's a few different things that play into this. Like yes, our pillars of progress is a powerful one. There's two pillars which equal progress in your life, not just practice. Practice means nothing. It's just a word. Precision and purpose. How well are you doing something? Like what is that and why are you doing it? Purpose. How well are you doing something and why are you doing it? That's developing a skill set with purpose moving you in the direction that you want to move into. That's progress in life. We're progressive creatures, like as human beings, not from a point of political progression. I know that word's used a lot, but I mean in terms of seeking higher ground inside of our life, becoming a better version of ourselves. Constant and continual improvement. That is part of our makeup. Otherwise we'd just still be in fucking shit mud huts and we just have horse and cart. We wouldn't have cars and planes and jets and all the above. You wouldn't be listening to this right now. Maybe on ham radio, who knows? That's the truth. We continually seek improvement, those who don't have buried and hidden deep, deep, deep deep down inside themselves and suppress that core being, that element of seeking growth and change in life because they do not believe they are worthy. So they use the brain to justify a logical pathway without real emotional attachment, understanding that it's diluting the logical pathway. And it's really convoluted. It doesn't actually quite add up or make sense because you look back over your life, you're like, well, this didn't actually turn out the way that I wanted, but it's too late. Skill sets and stories, four Cs. You must have the courage to stand up. A lot of our principles inside of our high performance father program, they definitely align with some of these things I share. High courage, long commitment. That's the spine. That's the backbone. That's what having a real spine of a high performance father is. High courage and long commitment, playing the long game, but turning up and doing what you know is right, doing what you said you would do, that's trickled in through this. The four Cs of change is courage, commitment, competence, and confidence. You must be willing to stand up. We all experience fear. We're all scared at times and we experience that. But I'll tell you right now, and this is part of the reason why I'm heavily disappointed in a lot of things going around with mainstream media at the moment and even acts of our government where there's so much confusion in the air. Experiencing fear is one thing. Expressing it onto others is another. And I don't fucking like that. Because that's not good, that's not wholesome, and that's not right. And you and I both know that anytime you've expressed fear onto yourself, inside and out, through your actions, onto others like your children, onto anyone outside of you who's willing to listen, who's vulnerable enough for you to influence, how'd that turn out? What? A bit more security, a bit more safety. Yeah, how's that turning out for you? Is that what we're here for? Why don't you just stay in a fucking bubble and live in your house for your whole life? That's okay. I'll do, I'll do. You know, I'll push the boundaries a little bit here. As long as it suits my narrative. Right? You know I can't stand that. That's just fucking hypocrisy, man. In for a penny or in for a pound. Either way you are pulling yourself down. We all experience fear. Don't hold onto it and create a story out of it and express it. No one wins there. I promise you, mate. No one who's ever driven a life through fear has ever come out the other end happier, more fulfilled, More results, more growth, more contribution, more achievement, more purpose. Or a legacy. Never. Show me one. Show me one. Show me where a chronic expression of fear has led to phenomenal and amazing outcomes for everyone. Where we've evolved as a species. Get us out the picture. Anyone, any animal, any creature. Courage. You must have courage in life. And that doesn't mean the big haymakers, the big home runs, just standing up and being willing to draw that line in the sand. You need to draw the line in the sand every single day. It's not one particular moment. Every single day you get up and you draw that fucking line in the sand and go, no. I will not say no to the greater version of me. I will not say yes to the judge and the victim inside who's trying to self sabotage me. Pull me down and told Poppy myself, I will not do that. I will not allow that. I will not give in like so many do and continue down that path of mediocrity and just settling and just being average. I'm here to live a great and amazing life. And I have a specific and unique gift that I can offer the world because you all do. You got to draw that line in the sand every single day and turn up and keep turning up. There are days when my ass is hanging out. There are days where I get punched in the face. It happens. This is life all the time. Where's your resilience to overcome that persistence to maintain the course that all comes through standing up every day and having courage. But you can't have courage serve you if you don't back it up with action. That's commitment, okay? I'm going to follow through. I've got the courage to know what's right, focus on what's right and move in that direction. Commitment is following through on that. Competence is getting good at it. What are the actions that you've had the courage to stand up for and commitment to follow through on and how well are you executing on that? You've got to build that. You've got to perform with excellence in life. Don't just mosey on through. Doesn't mean you're charging at 5am with party poppers and cooking a five course feast for the family just so the missus can sleep in for an extra half an hour. It's not about that. It's not about the big haymakers. It's not about fucking Valentine's Day. Look at me. Just like everyone else in the world. I've bought my wife flowers and chocolates. Fuck that shit. It's how you're turning up every single day in a unique and expressive way for you, your life, your family, to continually innovate what leadership and love looks like for your personal circumstances and those that you care about. Family, self and service. That's how you perform with excellence. Just like me, right here and now. I am putting my energy into this to make this the greatest podcast that I can for you to get amazing, phenomenal value. That doesn't mean me beating my chest and barking at you and screaming. It's not about just an expression of energy. It's directing that with excellence, precision and purpose. That's progress. When you keep applying this, you're building competence. And then when you see that competence transform because you are here to create. You are all creators. Like that's what we do, right? Have a look at your life and what you've manifested. Your house, the color of your walls, your children, the clothes that they wear, the food that you've bought and then cooked and then eaten, the way that you style your hair or have shaved your head or the hats that you wear, the way that you talk, the way you move your hands when you talk like you are continually manifesting and creating life. Don't ever forget that, man. Like, that's a very powerful thing. You let that slip into the wrong hands of the judge and the victim inside of you and that will fuck you up. Confidence to be able to see that you have created life, you have created change, which can reinforce that certainty. I am worthy, I am possible, or it is possible. I am full of possibilities. There are opportunities, the four Cs of change, having the courage, backing it up with the commitment, building the competence and doing it well, and then reflecting and establishing a high level of confidence. Go, you know what? Look at what I have done. Like, look at. Look at rdm, look at high performance. Father didn't just get plucked out of thin air. It became a manifestation over time. Anything. Look at Apple as a company name, right? This microphone I've got rode is the brand. Dell screens, computers. What have we got here? Wrigley's Extra chewing gum? Like all this shit's been created, man. It's all been manifested and created by something, someone, someplace, some organization. You have that power as well. Don't shoot yourself short or in the foot going, I can't do it. Yes you can. You don't have to be a big global mega company for that to become real. This is your world, your reality inside of yourself. So make sure you reflect on your life and appreciate and recognize where you've come from and what you've created. Good, bad and the ugly own, all of that. And then start moving forward. You will create change and this will start to develop a skill set. But you must counter the skill set with constantly having a review and reflection and ownership over your stories, skill sets and stories. And the story cycle goes like this. Looking inside of yourself because your emotions can hold true and either lift you up or bring you down. That's a very powerful thing to recognise. Your emotions can work for you or against you. The question is, where are you positioning yourself like a grindstone, where you're either continually polishing yourself or pulverizing yourself into the ground. When it comes to your stories, it's filled with emotions, triggers, a certain level of belief and acceptance. The continuity of taking something from the past and continually bringing it through where it may not serve you. Looking forward in the future and creating something that may never be created, that doesn't serve you. It's where a lot of anxiety comes from. Where's your power in the now? Right here and now. Listening to this. Right here and now. So the story cycle, four pieces again. Just like the four Cs of change. Origin, agenda, life cycle, direction, origin. Where did you come from? So when it comes to your emotions, which are starting to carve out a storage, literally like your eyes, the way you see something, but internally inside of yourself or others. Which comes again from internally inside of yourself. Where did you come from? You can't. It's really hard. It is. But you can't reposition your stories inside of your life to serve you or to be cut away from you if you first don't understand where they've come from. I'm not saying you need to close your eyes, visualize back when you're four years old, what happened in the household. Where was the trauma? Where was the patterns and conditioning that became your familiarity? That's why you're grumpy, dad, because your dad was grumpy too. And so on and so forth. I get that. And that's true. That's real. Absolutely. That's important. But you don't even need to dive that deep into this. You can, but simply a recognition going, well, why is that my truth? Like you're looking at something. I can do it. I can't do it. I feel this way about something, whether it's right or wrong, whether it serves me or not. And that justifies my anger, my suppression, my bitterness being triggered, allowing those triggers to continually trigger me. The vicious cycle. I find myself in the victim and the judge, pulling on the strings, pulling on the heartstrings, and then toying with the mind, carving out a reality. That's a delusion. It's delusional. It's completely different to what can be. What is. It doesn't line up, doesn't line up with the family. It doesn't make sense. And even if that isn't happening in the real world, it's happening inside your head. That's draining, man, like that. When we're talking about getting father's time back, we get you your mental capacity back too. You've only got a limited amount every day like that, man, you'll be cooked. Not good. Not good. Where did you come from? Origin? Where are these emotions, these triggers, these perceived facts, these stories coming from? When you begin to understand that, you start to get clarity around where you want to move that and position that story inside of your head and heart, which takes us into agenda. Why are you here? Okay, this is where you come from. Well, why are you here? What do you want with me now? Yes, that's something that happened in a past relationship. Yes, that's something that happened in a past career or the business that I ran or used to run or continually run with the other people that I'm working with every single day in, day out with my wife. That fight that happened three, four weeks ago, three months ago, three years ago. The chronic fights that come into play, the lack of communicate. Yes, where did you come from? Why are you here? Why am I holding onto this emotional attachment? Why do I drag shit through the mud? Why do I allow my wife to do that of something that happened in the past? Why do I allow her to continually reinforce and influence my frame to Go. No, this is the truth. I did something wrong. She's going to keep bringing it up. Fucking great. How's that serving both of you? You need to be strong, man. You can't allow that to happen. We're here, we're now. Where are we going? We're here and now. Where are we going? We've all done things we're not proud of. But if you allow someone else to influence you enough to continually create and recreate and bring this shit through the mud again, Which dirties your entire identity right now when it doesn't have to, no one will win there. You can't do that, good and bad, you know, you can't just sit back on your hands and go, oh, the good old days and relish in all the great things you did, too. How's that serving you now? Well, it gives you a little bit of comfort, builds a little story around the good old days. How about new, better days instead of the good old days? Let's build better new days ahead by continually evolving through the different stages and cycles of your life. 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and so on. This is the problem. When you don't understand, A, where it comes from, B, the agenda, you have no control. And when you don't have control over your emotions, your feelings, your stories, you're not going to build the right skill sets to move forward and evolve and focus on change, positive change inside of your life. You change for the worse because you continually drag through a story of a version of an identity view that's already been. So why would you want to hold on to him? Why will he keep coming through? I don't want to hold on to 17 year old Al, 25 year old Al, 8 year old Al. He forms part of the clay that is the sculpture that as the artist I continually carve out and sculpt in the masterpiece that will become Alex Ranieri's life. That's it. Clay and tools for leverage to build now what I choose to build in the now, right here and now for slightly better now. That's coming up very shortly. Because that's all it is. The future comes into now. Now. Now. That's all it is. Where did you come from? Why are you here? Just before we dive in the last two, I just want you to sit back for a second, ask yourself this question. What? Why do I have these stories inside my head when it comes to my wife, when I can't communicate, or when we don't have affection or intimacy, or when I'm always triggered at not turning up, or I feel exhausted, or my team's not performing the way they need to with work, or my children just don't listen to me, and I'm repeating myself dozens and dozens of times. I mean, you do thousands of reps, right, when you're in the gym. Like, I've done tens of thousands of every single movement you could think of trained for 23 years. Now, what's different with your children? Not willing to put the repetitions in with them? How are you articulating creating a better level of connection and communication so that maybe instead of asking him 10 times, there's only three without killing the goose for the golden egg, do it. Or else without giving them an ultimatum. Maybe through leading, maybe through showing, maybe through not being triggered. Maybe that's what they're looking for. Maybe they're finding their way in the world. Maybe you're not having the energy to be able to perform and the endurance to be able to turn up when they're having their troubles and everything gets thrown in your face and you just collapse and cave in, which means you're not building stability for them, which means they don't believe you, which means they don't trust you, which means you won't get appreciated, you won't get affection from your wife or your children. You won't get the value that you feel you need or deserve because there's no stability for them. But who's there to be stable for you? Right? This episode is. That's why we're here, to help show you what's possible and what you need to do. How to think, how to control your emotions, to build better skill sets and to categorize the stories that do and don't serve you. Origin. Where did you come from? Agenda. Why are you here? Life cycle. How long do you plan on being here for? Is this a story you'll carry through your entire life? Awesome. Good one. Let's take that in the fourth one direction. Where are you taking me then? Forwards or backwards? Where did you come from? Why are you here? How long will you be here for? How long will you serve me? We all face. We all have lists. Life is very messy. They don't quite tell us that when we're younger. Maybe with good reason. Life is messy, man. The traumas that we face, the hardships that we face. You can't just put a timer on it. That's not what I'm saying. Okay, five minutes and that's it. Five hours, five days, five months, and I'll move on it. Doesn't work that way, but you need to continually revisit and explore. Okay. All right. Well, this is serving me. This is tough, but it's serving me right now because it's natural human emotion to go through these feelings and these experiences. You know, I had a massive fight with the wife. Things aren't quite long. Okay, no worries. Look, I'm not going to harp on this for months, but I think it might be good if we just have a little bit of space for the rest of the week and I just focus on myself and work on me, and I make that declaration to her and say, look, I didn't like fighting with you last night. It wasn't great. It wasn't good. I think what we need to do is just make sure that we get some realignment with ourselves. Let's make sure we just focus on nurturing us, not hold on to these triggers, these emotions, these feelings. I love you. I want to move forward with you. Absolutely. But we can't do it right here in this kitchen 24 hours later, when things are still hot and heated and triggered in this environment right now, when it's still pretty raw that we had a massive fight. How about we catch up on Sunday? Let's go for a walk. There's a nice trail. We can bring the kids with us. We don't have to talk about things, but let's just let the heat cool off a little bit and not be emotional and triggered. And let's just move through the week, be great parents. And I want you to do something for yourself. I'm going to do something for myself. I'm going to spend some time out for me. I'm going to go listen to some podcasts. I'm going to listen to Al. It's the truth, man. Like, you need to find an outlet. You need to invest in yourself, and you need to bring back the calm back to the level. You've always got to be one above the chaos. Doesn't happen. Sometimes you get pulled into that. Shame and blame, shame and blame, judge and victim. Not a great place to stay, man. Life cycle. How long will you be here? Well, it stays as long as you want it to stay. And I'm not saying you need to chip away and set an alarm every hour to go. All right, cool. Are we done yet? Are we done yet? Are we done yet? Am I over it? Am I over it? It doesn't work that way either. You know what I'm talking about. There are some heavy losses that a lot of men face. It's very fucking hard, man. It could be years. That's okay. You can own that. But it's walking the fine line of ownership over that and working through that, but also working and moving through life as well, and continually standing up and having a go and moving forward. Because life is a process. Look at the sun and the moon, the trees. It is a process. The rhythms and cycles of our life, we call them days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. We call them years, we call them decades. We call them months. Yeah, awesome. Great. It brings some level of meaning and social order and construct around our life and different commitments that we have to ourselves and others. Awesome. But life is a process. And everything has a life cycle, man. Just like the butterfly. Direction. Where will this take me? And this is where it's all connected. When it comes to stories, this is where it's come from. I understand now. This is the agenda. I've got clarity around why it's here. The life cycle, I don't quite know yet. But I'm going to continually work on this and make sure that I'm revisiting and acknowledging and accepting, if I need to, for a period of time, but certainly acknowledging why it is here and appreciating why it's here. Whether it's telling me what to do, what not to do, where to move, where not to move into. As I carve out the path moving forward, the path isn't written or laid or put down for you. You're building your life brick by brick, man. Whether you think, metaphorically, that that's building up into a sky, rise into a high rise up into the sky, or whether you feel like that's laying brick by brick of the path that's moving you through life. And you're laying that every single time. And it feels like as you lay it, you're walking on it and it's intertwined and very close to your life. But we must ask ourselves with those three elements and areas, where is this taking me? I understand where it comes from. I've got clarity around why it's here. And I recognize that it can stay for a day, a month, a year. I can feel that it's your intuition, man. I can feel that inside my gut that it's staying here for a period of time. But where is this ultimately taking me? Is this moving me forwards or backwards in life? Just as we wrap this up, I want you to think about your life right now as it exists. Where do you feel you're falling short in your skill sets? What's something you can Be doing better. Like, a lot of things are relationship building. Some of you may hear me speak, watch my videos, and I'm not perfect, never want to be. I articulate things very fucking well and I've got an amazing vocabulary and I might say eight different words to proclaim the same thing. Amazing, phenomenal, fantastic, great, incredible, unreal. That's cool. Good for you, Al. Doesn't matter. But this is a skill set, man, and a lot of it comes down to communication, how you deliver with others. When it comes to your relationship's context, what's the point of the words that you're speaking or the way that you're delivering? Your body language, your posture, your energy, your air, the essence that you provide inside of the household, the environment that you influence, Is that being received? Are you connecting? What are some skill sets you know you need to work on? Like, I've done 4,000 videos over the last couple of years. Like, I'd be very surprised if I wasn't incredible at what I do right now in delivering this message. And I'm grateful and blessed for it. Because if it's received, I fucking know, man. Because of my experience and the fathers I've worked with. If you can receive this well and connect with it, you will improve your life. You will move it forward bit by bit. Skill sets. Where do I need to apply? I want you to ask yourself this question. Where do I need to have just a little bit more courage? Open my eyes a bit more. Don't sweep things under the rug. No head in the sand, Pay attention, look up, look into the mirror. Where do I need to have a little bit more courage? All right, that's what I need to do. What's going to help me take that step to make that commitment? Whether it's myself, someone else, something else, an environment, tribe, coaches, I need to take that step and have that commitment to get after what I now know through the courage that I have of what I need to do. I'm going to go after this. I'm going to give it full effort, man. I'm going to build some competency here and get good at it and turn that good to great. And then I'm going to get more confident because you know what? I did something, I turned up, I had a go. Where in your life do you need to apply this courage, commitment, competence, confidence and then stories. Where did you come from? Why are you here? What's the cycle of this? How long do I feel it will stay for? Should it stay for? Am I revisiting this not just ignoring and suppressing it and then just explodes one day. Am I acknowledging and appreciating the time it's spending here, but then am I reviewing and reflecting on the direction that it's currently taking me, if that's where I want to go and where I want to go, and cutting away the stories that don't serve me, which can be emotional triggers that we chronically hold on, which we create as a reality and make that our truth when it doesn't necessarily have to be. Your truth can be whatever you create it to be, man. Like, you can create whatever truth you want internally. The question is, is that matching up with the absolute reality externally? Because if it isn't, you'll go insane. But you can do something about that. Heaven and hell, like people create hell for themselves right now, you can find a problem anywhere in the world if you look for it, that's for sure. That doesn't mean that I'm delusional or delusionally optimistic, either. I'm optimistic and positive through a recognition of action that I continually take and turn up and stand up for what's right for me and the tribe, just like the guys on the inside do. That's optimism, not wishful thinking. Yeah. Things will be right. They'll turn out okay. Optimism is carving out the path through your actions with a positive mindset to go. I will make this work. I will find a way. There's a hurdle. Not a big brick wall. It's a hurdle. I'm going to jump over it. I'm going to push it over. I'm going to run around it. I'm going to find a way because I am the one. I'm a winner. And you are, too. Even if I never meet you, ever. You are a winner. You're fucking here, man. 400 trillion sperm. You are the one. When did you forget that? That's crazy. How does that even. How can you even compute that? Like, I want you to think about that. A stadium filled is 80 to 100,000 people. Like, what do we need to do? I'll get the calculator out. Like 80 to 100. Let's say 100,000. Just to make it easy. We got a hundred thousand. I mean, 400 trillion. I'm not even gonna be able to put this in the calculator. There's 400 million. There's 400 billion divided by one. I can't even do it. I can't even calculate it. I tried. I need a bigger calculator. 1 in 400 trillion. Like, have a look at a stadium, have a look at our country. 26 million. Like have a look at the world. 8, 8 billion, right? So you need to times that by, you know, I guess if we're looking at 8 billion, we need to times that by 120 to get 1 trillion and then times that by 400. Just, just multiply the world, multiply the world by the world population by 120 and then multiply that by 400. That's you. One in that. One in that. Fuck, mate. If that doesn't brighten your day, I don't know what will. That is just incredible. Have an amazing day, men. Be the change. Be the change you will see in this world. But it's your world, your reality. Take ownership over your stories. Take ownership over the skill sets you currently have. You need to improve. I'm telling you right now, you need to get better. It's not that you're not enough, it's that you're living and breathing right now. So you're using time and energy. So fucking stand up and use that to be better. Because why not? People say why? Well, why not? What's the alternative? Do nothing? How's that going to go? For your security and safety? Or more importantly, stability inside of your household as a father, husband, man and leader in your own right, in your own world. You're not here living a computer game. This is fucking life. Turn up, stand up. Build better skill sets. The four Cs of change. Courage, Commitment. Competence. Confidence. Analyse your stories. Visit them. Emotions are powerful. They'll bring you unstuck or they'll lift you up. Leverage them. They are a tool. Emotions are a tool. You're not a robot. But emotions are a tool that you leverage to reposition yourself, to move forward in the right direction, that you want to go through understanding the story. Where do they come from? Why they here? How long will they be here and where is it taking me? And then adjusting course to keep moving forward. Skill sets and stories. You put these two together, mate, and I promise you that coupled with you being the 1 in 400 trillion chance of being here, the miracle that is life. You, you cannot lose. You will not lose. And you will move forward and create phenomenal changes. Step by step, brick by brick, day by day. 1,000 minutes a day. It's a lot. But when you're wasted on shit that doesn't serve you or move yourself or your family forward, you are bleeding. The most valuable resource that you and I never get back. How much time do you think you have and how much quality do you think you've had? Don't be a fool like the masses thinking you'll cheat the system or get round to it one day or worse. Just accepting life and sinking back into a slumber of regret. This is your moment, your time. You're cut from a different cloth. You have the hunger and desire to be more and live more. Otherwise you wouldn't be here. So stand up. Find the golden nuggets. In this episode, you choose. Just listen to and align immediate action with them and where you want to go. You are worthy. This is your life. You are the king and this is your kingdom. Now go and claim it by showing, not telling and be the real leader. You and I both know you were born to be.
