This is a solo HPF (High Performance Father) podcast episode presenting a 21-day High Performance Challenge designed to transform men’s lives in under 30 hours across three weeks. The host lays out seven daily disciplines (Roam — 30-minute outdoor walk; Feed — simple nutrition blocks; Move — resistance training; Calm — pre-bed breathwork; Connect — 5–10 minutes special time with a child; Thinking-of-you — short appreciation notes; Progress Pick — daily progress photo) and explains how following them for 21 consecutive days yields “147 victories.” The episode also identifies three main roadblocks — stories (time, worth, doubt), environment (support/tribe), and perspective — and closes with motivational framing and a call to action to join HPF’s programs.

There are so many people in pain at the moment and they're just not opening up. The walls are up, they're too proud. They're focusing on the fake, the facade, social media, everything's okay, my grass is green, but they're not even watering it. The greatest way we can assist that is by sharing this podcast. You can do that by sending them the link or even giving a five star review on Amazon or itunes or Spotify, even on Facebook reviews. This is how we spread the message. I appreciate you and I hope you enjoy this episode coming up. But please, if there's someone out there who you know needs to hear these messages and listen to these podcasts, share the link, spread the link, spread the podcast, spread the message. And let's start creating some impact and some change with that ripple effect together. This isn't my legacy. This is our legacy and our time to create impact across the world. Cheers, gentlemen. Strap yourself in. It's been 12 months since I've done an individual podcast and I hope you're ready for some absolute fucking fire. The irony of this is the last time I did a podcast was when I was talking about how I lost my voice and what a. What a beautiful, what a beautiful gift that's been. Thank you. Thank you very much. The irony is after that I continue to suffer some chronic issues and challenges with the throat, hence the. The coupling of having guests on with this podcast as well as the frequency not being where I'd like it to be. Boys, so much has changed. I hope you're ready for probably. I'd be very excited. I. Nazarino Santoro is absolutely getting goosebumps right now listening to this. He's just signed for a second season not too long ago. Naz is a shining example, the epitome of high performance. Father. Special shout out to you, Naz. And special shout out to all of the men who are either in our legacy program now. It's a unbelievable program we've just launched for a lot of men who want to go all in, but don't quite have the ability, so to speak, to go into a high level, one to one coaching program, which is our HPF gold. But all of you men, and even you men listening to this, who may never even transfer a dollar to HBF by investing in yourself. Doesn't fucking matter, boys. There are much more easier ways to make money. I promise you that. I'm not here for the coin. I'm here for the impact. Because you and me are going to be dead one day. And when you know and understand that. And you can't take your money with you. And you know that, truth be told, you actually don't really need that much to live. Although that's a bit contradictive in today's world with interest rate rise and all the other, and all the suffering and all the pain and the hardships and troubles and challenges and what a. What a crazy decade it's been so far. What a crazy decade the 20s has been so far. Absolutely chaotic. The reality, though, is, what I'm saying is the prize is, has, and always will be you. The father, the man who can build, who can create. You can do the most fucking wonderful things, the most that you can't even think of yet. You can't even imagine because you're stuck. You're stuck in this spiral where you don't quite have the opportunity, the perspective, the ability to break out, to break free and to move forward. Man. I'm excited for an extremely powerful podcast episode. Make no mistake, this is gonna be one of the most aggressive, one of the most assertive podcasts that I've ever done. But also it's gonna really go back to. I don't know if grassroots is the term, but the foundation of how to build and how to build big and build fast, but build properly. Build properly. We don't have time. Life is a sprint. Big things take time. I get that. But time goes so quickly so you can build fast. Fellas, how to completely transform your life in under 30 hours. That's what we're going to be going through today. A lot of you men who aren't on the inside, welcome to something I'm going to be presenting to you. It's our High Performance Challenge. There are three phases currently at the time of recording this, I'm pushing myself and our team and our tribe who've completed the first portion of the High Performance Challenge through the High Performance Life Protocol. That's FAI Phase two. Phase three is an absolute pearler. But we'll get there and I won't reveal anything yet. I won't even talk about High Performance life. What I'll talk about is the High Performance Challenge. Excuse me. And a lot of you men who have no idea what I'm talking about, you'll know very quickly. This episode, I'm going to be walking you through how to absolutely completely transform your life, as we've done with thousands of men now. But how we can do this in such an accelerated fashion over the next 21 days, which only requires, across this three week period, less than 30 hours you are sorted and you're like, wow, that's a lot of time out. No, it's not. It's all just a little over an hour a day. You will completely transform your life with the actions, the habits, the routines, what you put in place. And I've calculated this is, and I was a little bit more generous too. It's realistically more around 23 to 24 hours. However conservatively. Yes. 29.75 hours of application focus and concentrating on seven key, seven core disciplines over a three week period. Your life will never be the same again. Those who are men on the inside listening to this, this is just as important for you because this is going to solidify when you join the tribe, when you're part of hbf, one of the very first protocols that we give you. This is critical for your own success, for your journey, for you to move forward. But also those on the outside. Fuck, man. I'll tell you what, I'll give you details later on how you can get started, although you can find it pretty easily all over socials, but especially our link tree. But I think it's imperative that you know that getting your hands on this and getting Access to this 21 day challenge is going to be an absolute game change for you. Make no mistake. So, boys, in this episode, what we're going to be going through is the seven core disciplines. What is the High Performance challenge? What does that look like? Why is it here? Why did you create it? So I'm going to go through and walk you through these seven core disciplines as well as the three key roadblocks. The key three, three things that are holding you back. Now, whether you guys eventually take up and do this 21 day challenge or not is relevant. What I'm arming you with is the tools and the opportunity as well as promoting the responsibility. The yes, it's on you to step up and to dominate and to become version 2.0. It is your responsibility. But yes, I'm going to be giving you, arming you with the tools and the knowledge on how to do this, what it looks like and how to completely transform your life. You do, you man. Your journey is your journey. You do whatever you want with what I'm presenting with you here today. We can't save everyone, avatar, having over 10,000 consultations in my time. Let me help you boys understand one thing for sure. What's very rare in this world is a man of his word. Which means if you're a man of your word, you become a Very valued and prized asset, not only in your own life, but in those that you love and care about and in your family. So, member or not, those listening to this, the more you are a man of your word, the more uplifted your life will become, both for you and for your family, and in family, self and service, those that you serve on the outside of your inner circle of your immediate family. And I really mean that. What does that mean? Well, we shouldn't fucking spin shit and just talk lots of words and do all and go back on our word. Because the difference between a liar and a man who gives his word and then changes his mind is nothing. And secondly, so be cautious with your words. Secondly, when you uphold and you do what you said you would do, magic happens. It really does, boys. These seven disciplines, this 21 day, this challenge, look at it this way. What you are racking up here is 147 victories. That's fucking massive. Think about that. Every single fucking man that I've ever spoken to, you know what he lacks? He lacks confidence. He lacks belief, and he lacks self worth. I don't believe I'm worthy, Al. I say these things, but I'm not believing them, not enacting them. I'm not becoming the embodiment of the change that I desire and wish. And as crazy as it sounds, it's true. I'd love to have this, but I don't believe I'm worthy of it. I'd love to do that, but I don't believe I deserve it. So when we look at this and we look at what confidence is, which. Confidence is a lag measure. So leading lag measures. Lead measures are typically actions that will lead to an outcome. A lag measure is something that's measured and reflected upon after the facts. So a lag measure would be like right now, you know, 30,000 people listen to this podcast. Cool. That's a lag measure to shoot for. The lead measure is right now Al's gotta shoot the fucking podcast and do it. So just to give you an idea of that. So when we're looking at lag measures, that's what confidence is. Confidence is simply proof presented in a way where you can showcase a track record or history that says, hey, look at what I can fucking do here. I'm the man. I can fucking do this. Just like me here with this podcast. Now, those of you who are pretty new to me, go back and listen to episode one. You'll see a completely different man. Now, I'm very proud of that. Man. Because without him, I couldn't have existed today, obviously. But on the flip side, I look back and I see so much change and growth where I'm like, wow, there was a man there who didn't have it all together. And I still don't today. And none of us ever will, because what does it all together mean? No one is ever complete. Because complete or doing your best or anything is a perspective which is really shooting a trajectory on a baseline that you can't keep, otherwise you'll eventually lose. If you stay the same, you eventually lose. Why? Because you're chewing up time. So when I look at this, I see a man who was in a position where he lacked the confidence that I have today. So, yes, it takes time, but also it goes quick. We're entering our sixth season here with this podcast, and I'm really proud of doing it. You know, it's quite funny, I remember seeing a stat where I was like, hey, if you shoot over 20 podcasts, you're part of the top 1%. That's literally all I remember reading somewhere. I was like, well, fuck, yeah, I'm start a podcast. And then with that podcast, I just got to get over 20 episodes and I'm part of the 1%. Unreal. And here we are, you know, 230 something episodes later. Pretty crazy. And we'll keep going. So, gentlemen, when we look at confidence in life, it's transferable. And when we look at confidence in life, typically, where a lot of people lack it is they've either forgotten or they've been heavily overwhelmed with a new, more recent, could be years, but more recent track record that says, hey, man, like you said, you'd do this and you wouldn't. You're gonna do this and you didn't. You fuck this up, you failed here, you failed here. You're losing that there. You're losing that battle there. And, boys, this can be something as simple as setting your alarm, not getting up right. You think your wife, because she doesn't roll over and say, hey, get the fuck up and get out of bed? Because she doesn't say that. She doesn't know, like, these are chinks in your armor, man. You're losing faith and integrity and trust in her eyes because you hit the snooze button. So when I talk about this challenge, what this really is, is about giving you your power back at the highest fucking level, man. Seven disciplines, 21 days, 147 victories. And it's not about trying to overestimate, underestimate, downplay, Upplay. It's not about that. Like every single win in life, which is the default of life being death and decay and losing and suffering and pain. You should be recording every fucking win. Why? Because they all matter. They all matter and they matter so much more than you think. And that's why I'm here. Like, I'm not here to motivate you, man. I'm here as like your memory guide. I'm here as your memory guru. Hey, fucking remember this. I'll teach you some new things for sure. But let's bring this back to the surface so you remember what's most important and you execute on that. Because when I look at these seven disciplines, roam, feed, move, calm, connect, thinking of you and progress. Photo progress. Pick all simple shit. All simple shit. We look for the shiny objects. We look for the complexities in life. We look for ways to be more technical, so to speak, where we feel more important because of things that we make more complex. When really fundamentally we miss the mark on things that really build and build big. For example, your body. Show me your body, I'll show you your standards. Show me your body, I'll show you your level of self control. Oh, mate. And take it from me, like last year, blew up to 124 kilos, had the throat issue. I was really struggling, struggling with it. So I was obviously, yeah, still control what I put in my mouth though, right? Could probably still go for walks though, right? But I didn't. The mindset was suffering. I had stressed in all areas of life. The kids were a real struggle. I had a few operations with the kids too. It was just. It was just a nightmare. It was a fucking tough year. We all have stories. That's one of the three roadblocks, which I'll talk about later, and how you can break through and really be successful. So when we look at your body, we look at standards, hormones. Yeah, cool, I get all that. But guess what? Like epigenetics has proven one thing. You can rewrite your blueprint printing of your DNA. You absolutely can. The human genome sequence. Human genome project was a flop at best. Found 26,000 genes where there are over a hundred thousand proteins synthesis. Sorry, protein synthesis. There were 100,000 protein synthesizing cells that ultimately based off the perspective of how they say, how they perceive the environment, what they see, marine feel, they are interchanging where with a fight or flight mechanism, a growing or dying mechanism. So both at a philosophical and a physiological level, you are literally either growing or dying in that state. Pretty crazy. So, yeah, I get it. You know, I'm big boned. Yeah, well, so am I, right? Your bones weigh six kilos. Now, they might create the framework, but I've got more than double the density of the average person's bones. And I'm 6 foot 4 and I bounce between 105 and 108 kilos now. And yeah, my bones weigh 6 kilos, which is all for someone who's 6 foot 4 and has almost triple the bone density of an average human being. So at best, you're looking at 2 to 4 kilos. So stories, men, this is about empowering you and giving you your confidence back and putting you back in the driver's seat. And it's done in a way where we must, we must nail the fundamentals. I don't care if you're someone who's done the challenge already. I don't care if you're someone who's a legacy member, who's a HPF Gold member, who's a platinum member. With me, doesn't matter. I didn't care if you're my mother or father watching or listening to this. This is an opportunity for you to redo the foundations, build them even bigger and better than before, and know that the greatest things in life that you can build are always the simplest. They really are. And when you do that, men, and you do it well, everything else looks after itself. Everything else looks after itself. So let's walk through this 21 days. 7 disciplines, 147 victories, 147 chances and opportunities to lose the 21 day challenge. This is gonna be great for members as well as non members. And for those of you listening to this, you will absolutely sign up for this. This is gonna fucking change and transform your life. In less than three weeks, your life will transform before day 21. I promise you that. This is gonna be groundbreaking stuff for you. It's very, very important for you to pay attention and follow through on this. It's 21 day protocol. You must execute and perform all seven disciplines every single day for 21 days straight. There's no, you know, otherwise you start again. There's no gimmes. One of them roam. You need to walk for half an hour a day outside. It's got to be a half an hour walk outside every day. Don't care about the steps, don't care about distance, don't care about the pace. However, if you walk, if you walk for 29 minutes, fail. If you walk on a treadmill in the garage, fail. This has a militant Style, discipline to it, where all these disciplines need to be upheld with a certain standard. Why? Because we cut corners, we cheat, we take shortcuts and we don't even know. We just as human beings, we're efficiency machines, right? We're the big lion who wants to go and fucking hunt. But then 98% of the time we want to lay under the tree and. Or we want to the missus 20 to 40 times a day when they're in heat. But no, seriously, we do embody, and I'll use the lion as an example because they're extremely lazy. The women do most of the hunting, they come in at the end. But look, that's the truth. We are efficiency machines. It's how our brains widen operate to focus on efficiency. What does efficiency mean? It's energy preservation. What does energy preservation mean? Well, it means. Well, hang on a minute, can I do this a bit easier, a bit quicker, make it a bit shorter, make it not as hard. And we're doing this from the consciousness of programming in how we operate as animals, not as a spiritual being who wants to fucking evolutionarily get to the next, if that's a word, get to the next level. Now think about that for a second. You're. You have this constant battle. This is the dichotomy of life. Two sides of the same coin. You've got one side which is, hey, man, I'm an organism and an animal that just needs food, water and shelter from the elements and I'm sorted. Bit of emotional connection. Yeah, sure. Not be alone. Yeah, maybe, I guess. But essentially, fundamentally in terms of needs, so you don't die, not that much is required. And then there's the other. And if you live your life like that, then you'll end up just, just living like. Unless you're someone who's living off the land and doing that sort of stuff, which again, that requires a high level of skill, mind you. No efficiency there. Certainly not in the start. There's effectiveness, but not efficiency. Why? Because you're working way harder than what evolution in terms of technology and other resources and tools can give you. Now, does that mean that we should just go and eat crickets as our source of protein? Get the fuck out of here, right? Give me my fucking meat and let me fucking eat it and get the away from me. That's what I'll be doing. That's what I'll be eating. No issue at all if you're a vegetarian or vegan. That's not about that. It's about fucking choice. And freedom of choice, but it's also about the right kind of efficiency, too. I'm going to go to a local butcher that's done all the work, that has a great reputation, that's going to provide me with quality food before I get the ranch and then do it myself. Things take time. We'll get there though, man. We will certainly get the ranch, that's for sure. So. But when I look at this, I look at efficiency, an organism, an animal, I just want to survive. I just want to do the path of least resistance. Cool. That's all well and good, and there's some value there too. Here's the crazy part, though. In what area of life? What are you talking about? Because if you zoom right out, a lot of the actions and habits most men are doing right now is way fucking harder downstream because you're taking the path of least resistance. The path of least resistance now is going to you up later. Like if you're choose your hard. It's something one of our members did a video on. Actually, Naz, again, funnily enough, did a video on the other day. Choose your hard. Like you can be disciplined in a way where you get up and you train and you eat well and you suffer by removing some of the luxuries, some of the gluttonous plays with your taste buds and eating food and doing all training and just spending time on the couch watching tv. So you can do it harder there, or you can do it really harder when you have a heart attack, or you're fucking falling apart, or you can't get your fucking dick up because you're just sloppy, you're operating at a poor level and you're like, man, there's so much downside, it's crazy. So the path of least resistance, yes, I get that. But if we zoom out on a macro level, bigger picture stuff, every fucking hard thing that you do every single day, gentlemen, that is going to provide a platform for you to grow. That's the path of least resistance. Trust me on that one. Because the path of undeniable and unmovable and unshakable resistance is guess what? Fucking regret. And when you have that, it's too late. You're done, finito. Like, you can't. One regret doesn't technically exist. I remember an episode I did with Nath Hodge, which he painted the picture quite clearly because it's obviously what you wanted, because if you didn't want it, you would have done something about it and changed and turned the tide. Regret is typically when you have Control and influence over something like. So, okay, I dropped my daughter at the airport and she went around the world for a tour and a travel and unfortunately the plane crashed and she died. I regret ever taking to the airport, man. That's out of your hands. You don't know that's an accident, that. Yeah, you didn't influence the accident, but you contributed to the opportunity by driving the airport. But fuck, mate, you cannot, you've got to wash your hands of that something that is directly and proportionately connected to you. Your actions, your life and what you do and your outcomes inside of you. 100%. That's all you, man. But anyway, back to the point. An ounce is the weight of discipline. That's it. Like, it's a pain in the ass, I get that at times, but it only weighs an ounce. Regret weighs a ton. Once that lands on your feet, you can't move it. You are done. So trust me when I say this, gentlemen, the path of least resistance is now. The path of least resistance is today. The path of least resistance is doing the hard work, doing the hard things and stepping the fuck up and going, yes, I say yes today. I've entered the day again. I'm alive. I woke up. My eyes have fucking revealed what I can see right now. And what I can see right now means one thing. What I can see is the opportunity I have to seize the day. And what I can see is another fucking shot, another chance to live. Every day you wake up, man, you're alive. Every day you wake up, you get two things. One is a chance, a chance to fucking go again and earn your stripes and prove yourself to yourself again. And two, you get choices, choices on how you're going to do that. That's it. That's all you need. You wake up, bang, you've got a chance to live again. And you've got choices to make to fucking crush the day. And anything in your way, you move through it, you move past it, you climb over it, you get around it. You do whatever it takes. You don't do your best, you do what's required. So when I look at this, I get it. It's tough because there's that part of us which is the animal which just wants the path of least resistance. But because of the manipulation at play, whether it's mainstream media influen, different environments, poor quality people, really hard to break away from that, right? So you fall victim to the shit that puts you in a state of sedation and distraction that then pulls you away from the second part You're a spiritual being, man. Like, it's. I don't like, I don't say this disrespectfully, but I don't care where your beliefs lie. But you need to understand that you're more than just flesh and bone. Like there is a part of you that has a higher purpose in what you do. I call him Al version 5.0. Call it whatever you want, but we do bodle meetings, Board of Director of life meetings. It's a visual me by myself every week, once a week. I'm visualizing other people in my corner and one of those people is our 5.0. The 80 year old that wants to talk to me and tell me what I need to do to keep moving forward to make him real. Whatever it is, man, you're more than flesh and bone. You only have today, you only have now, you only have the reality in the present. That's important. Yes. However, you must couple and combat this constant fight, this animal in you that just wants to be efficient and lazy and only do just what's required based on his perspective and his stories and his environment and what he thinks. The answer that's really going to lead to a downward spiral. You've got to combat that with the spiritual being that says, no, no, I'm here to fucking exhaust life and live the most I can, live the greatest life that I can. This is my duty, my obligation, my responsibility. It's part of who I am. It's part of what I. I must do this. There is no alternative. It's a fucking zero options mentality. It is my time to step up and get to the top. I need to do whatever it takes. I can't just do my best. What is your best? Your best is your perspective based off the current state of being that you're in now. That makes a choice on what you think that is. That's it. Like I'm doing my best. What is best? Best is your perspective based off whatever, whatever state of mind you're in at the moment. So if you have a really bad day, your best is fuck all. If you're having a great day, your best is still only based off you having a great day and you feel in the moment. No, no, do what's required. Then you'll better your best, man. This is why it's important. Nail the fundamentals and have a growth mindset. But have a growth follow through in your actions. Let's work through this. I'm going to go through these seven disciplines, 21 days and just Walk you through it. Obviously, it's, I don't have the time and I'm not going to be walking you through the entire document. But those who are part of it obviously get on board, register. Yegan. It's an entire course and protocol runs through everything, goes through, gives you all your track habit, guide how you can go through it, or it's obviously all the members listening to this already get it. But. But I'm going to walk you through it. And then those men who haven't done yet, absolutely do it. You owe it to yourself. You owe it to your family. These are the seven disciplines I'm going to walk you through one by one. Then the three stories that are blocking, that are in your way. Then we'll wrap this up and you guys can get to work. Those who are already right in the middle of a challenge right now, and those who haven't done it, today's your day. Draw the line in the sand. You owe it to yourself to give back to yourself to be 100. So you can give 100, sign up and go. Fucking do it. It's fucking 21 bucks. Find the link somewhere. Type in High performance father 21 day challenge. You'll find it cool. Challenge number one. Discipline number one. Sorry, Rome. Rome is a half an hour walk. Why? What's the point? What's the purpose? What are we trying to achieve? The world is filled with chaos. Everyone trying to garner your attention. Steal it, take it. It's crazy. It's a savage world, a savage space. Now, one of the disciplines inside of the High Performance Life Protocol, because it upgrades to 12, is unplugged. I gotta tell you, man, like, unplug. It's been one of the best things ever. But what really facilitated that was this first one, Rome. Why? Because you can get out of your own head to some degree. Head in terms of, like, the monkey mind. I'm in work mode. I'm in family mode. I'm in father mode. I mean, whatever. Husband mode. You can get out and say a big hey, everyone just fuck off for a little while. Let me have some me time first. Can't pour from an empty cup. Let me be a little bit more. Let me get from 30 to 34, right? I'm on my way back to 100. Let me do a little bit of me first, then I'll come back and I'll give you a better version. How's that sound? Fantastic. All right, let's go. That's exactly what it is, man. Half an hour walk every day. That's what Rome is. The reason why I call it Rome is because walk is very desensitized. It doesn't hold the level of value that we can. Because everyone knows they should fucking walk. Everyone knows they should move around. But Rome is like, nah, man, let's get back to your primal roots. We were designed as human beings, and the way that we operate traditionally is to roam, to explore, to discover, and to remove ourselves away from, at times, a singular isolated environment. Now, for a lot of you guys who work online, I work online. I do things, obviously, live events and that sort of stuff too. But a lot of you guys are in one spot. A desk, a cubicle, an office, your car. Like, that's a. That's a crippling place to be all day, every day. Roam. Get out and roam. Get out and move. Move around. Of course it's good for your physiology. Of course it's good for the sun. Every single walk I've ever done, you know, over the last five months has been with my shirt off. I'll do the same in winter. Cold, hot, doesn't matter, get that sun, get that vitamin D, fantastic. But just get out and move, man. Roaming. Half an hour for you. Half an hour to fill your cup. Now, look, you can do audiobooks, you can listen to this podcast as well. Great. Do whatever you need. Headphones, sometimes. Zero technology, whatever it is, say no to the rest of the world and the duties and responsibilities and demands that everyone has of you. And just. Do you just fill your cup by taking some time out, unplugging as much as you can. If you still want to have headphones, fine. But unplug as much as you can, typically nature or a more wholesome environment, and just be. And just breathe and just be present. It's just you, man. It's just you. You're going for a walk. You're going for a roam. You're going to go roaming. You're going to move around. Set a little clock. You might do more. You might do 45 minutes. Good for you. You might do 37. Cool. You won't do 29. You failed. Don't fucking cut corners. And just move. Just move. That's it. If you promise yourself to do that 21 days in a row, I promise you this. Your life will change. You will gain better clarity, better perspective. You'll get better ideas. Some of the biggest breakthroughs I've ever had have come from nothingness. Settling all the noise, all the bullshit, and just being real. Just be real. It's funny, I remember Trent Waterhouse and a few of the Tony Pullitu and a few of the boys when I was with the Panthers. They're really good. I saw them as bigger brothers. Really took me under their wing. I love my time there. It was amazing. I was sad that I left, but I guess I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for moving on to the Dragons and other clubs and all the hardships that followed. I remember someone came up asking for a signature. They had no idea who was a first grader and who wasn't. Obviously wasn't established like those boys. And I remember signing, signing their footy, and I wrote there, keep it real big Red, hashtag number 10, hashtag 10. And the guys just read it and they pissed themselves laughing. But I tell you what, that was a long time ago now. That was 20 years ago now. Wow. But it's so true. Just keep it real, man. Keep your life as real as possible. Like, this podcast is real. I get it. We can use technology. We can leverage technology. It has a value or purpose to some capacity, but not all capacities, man. Get out of nature, move your fucking legs. After a meal, before a meal, first thing in the morning, doesn't matter with the family, with the kids, with the wife, all good. But Rome, if you're awake for 16 hours a day, you do the maths. 16 hours, times it by two. If we're asking for half an hour, you're asking for half an hour of yourself. Cool. So that's 16 up to 32. Cool times up by three and a bit. Fuck, mate. 3.1%. Like, do you not owe yourself 3.1%? Is not 100% of a day an opportunity? And is it not too much of an ask for 100% of your day in 16 hours that you're awake to try and jag 3% back for yourself? Add that to training for half an hour. That's our third one move to add 6%. Hey, I'm willing to give you guys 94%. Can I fucking six? Is it okay? Is that all right? Can I get permission for that? You can't if you don't give yourself permission first. This is why you need to be a little bit of a Viking sometimes. I've said this to my wife, Corinne. Hey, you don't need to like me all the time, Corinne. I'm your lover, I'm your husband. But also, it's like, hey, I'm not here to fucking appease you. I'm not your father, you're not my child. I'm not your fucking puppy dog. I can give you the world because I've done the work, I have the skills, the value and opportunity to. Oof. Man like that, rock your world. But that all comes at a cost. If I do that for you all the time and do nothing for me, we both lose. So, boys, roam is really important, and I've spent a bit of extra time on this one, but I just wanted to set the baseline here on how much you need to value yourself and give back to you. Half an hour a day out in the sun or outside, outdoors, rain. How long? Shine, man, it fucking hammered down. It thundered down sometimes when I did this challenge. Kept going, keep on going. Show goes on. Show goes on. That's our first one. Half an hour every single day. Go for a fucking walk. Go and roam and go and explore, discover, be present, be real and keep it real. Second one, feed. We've made this a very simple system. System, right? Blocks of protein, carbs and fats. 5 protein, 4 carbs, 3 fats. It gives you more than enough to, Even if you're 70 kilos or 170 kilos, gives you more than enough nutrients to negate or remove any muscle atrophy or dystrophy. I can't remember, probably both of those. Any muscle wastage, right? So five blocks of protein, that's going to give you more than enough, whether you're 70 or 170 kilos, to sustain muscle, bone density, organ health. Four blocks of carbs. You should have carbohydrates. They're very good for you. Fats, very good for you. Look, you can dive into keto. You can dive in all these other things. You can have the lion's diet of meat and salt. Cool. Do whatever you want. But I just work with a track record of what's been done and what's been proven with us. I'm not your medical doctor or your man who's going to go through and do all your bloods for you, although I have access to people to do that. But that's not the point of this podcast, is to say, mate, if you follow through on this, don't. Don't come to me saying, hey, I do keto Al. And then. Or, hey, I'm a vegetarian, or I'm a vegan. And then I see all these products. I see, of course, look at that fucking product. That's a bar that's wrapped up in plastic and fucking packaged three years ago. Oh, but it hasn't got any meat in it. Cool. The Animals are safe. Fucking bullshit, man. Get the fuck out of here. Like, don't get on your high horse and talk about what answer is the real fucking answer. From a point of view that's critical when fundamentally you've got holes all over your fucking game. Everywhere. That's hypocrisy. That's what we call being a fucking hypocrite. That's what we call the biggest fucking disease on the planet. Planet. Right. That's. That's. That's the greatest cancer to mankind. Hypocrisy. Everyone's full of. So feed is you men. Very simple, very easy. Follow through. Five blocks of protein. Yes. You're getting lots. You'll have anywhere from depending on your. You know, how you gauge things as well. Obviously we're not. This is not about turning into some sort of scientist that weighs every ounce and gram. You'll typically have between 180 to 250 grams of protein. That's heaps, man. Like, that's really good. Carbs slightly less. Any from 120 to 200. Fats, slightly less. Anywhere from 40. No, sorry, that. That's a lie. Not 40. Well, it's almost. Sorry, almost 40 a block. So anywhere from sort of 70 to 110, you pull that together depending on your size, your mass, using your hand for some sort of measurements. Because obviously our hand determines or connects directly to the size of man. We are too. Yeah. You're looking at somewhere between two to three and a half thousand calories a day based on you and your size. Fucking perfect. So. Right, do that. Meat and fruit. Meat, fruit and fat. Perfect. Like. Like off all the snacks and treats and donuts and the greatest, the greatest killers, man, really. There's only a couple of key ones. One is definitely seed oils. Get rid of that, man. Like seed oils, vegetable oils, nut oils, they're all. They're so bad for you. You have no idea how inflammatory they are. People, people ridicule butter, but then they're having these fucking seed oils that was like engine lubricants during the fucking war 100 years ago. That's madness. Get that shit away from me. One, two is grains. Now I remember going to Italy and having pasta and peas and everything. And I was sweet. Why the. The heirlooms of the seeds, right, or the grains generationally were better quality firstly. Secondly, the aqueducts. What's the quality of water that's feeding and fueling and nurturing the soil and the crop. So be very careful about. I wouldn't trust it in Australia. I wouldn't do it in Australia. Anytime I ever really have oats, I get farts right away. Listen to your body. Be smart. So yeah, look, carbs. Fruits, Fruits. Honey, maple syrup. Amazing. So look at this, right? Look at it from this way. I can have a massive steak for dinner and then I can cut up a banana, throw a tablespoon or two of dollop of cream, drizzle maple syrup and honey all over it. I mean, what's banana? Mango. Fuck, man, that sounds pretty delicious to me. All wholesome, all natural, good quality. So there's Rome, then there's feed. You've got to fuel your body and fuel yourself as an organism. That's really important. You are an organism. You are an animal. You are the vehicle that is experiencing and expressing your life. How could you cut corners on that, man? Your time is even more important as you get older than when you're younger. Like between, like put it this way, when you're 70, are you going to look at the pathway between 70 to 75 and be like, well look, these years aren't as, aren't as important as they were when I was 35 to 40. Are you fucking mad? Where are you right now? You're 70. Who would say that to themselves? Yeah, I don't give a fuck about my life for the next five years. They were great back then. You're not even real. You're not even present right now. Of course they are. They're even more important. If anything, the older you get, the more important your years should be because there's less of them left. So look after yourself now, men. Your future self will thank you for it. 68 to 78. Those 10 years are way more critical than 16 to 26. Why? Because when you turn that, it's whatever age you are, you are there. And then in the present you need to apply a level of importance. But how are you going to turn up then? However you're turning up now, you can't cheat that. Men. You cannot take it from someone who has a phenomenal work ethic when it comes to health and fitness. But I used to always try and gamify and cheat nutrition and it caught up to me eventually. Whereas now I'm in even better shape than I was before with less work, less effort. Feed. Eating wholesome, good quality natural foods. Here's the key. As least ingredients as possible. Meat. Meat. Banana. Maple syrup. Cream. Salt. Five things. A phenomenal dinner and an incredibly delicious dessert. Cool. Five ingredients. You go get a packet. Pasta or some sort of rice. Pasta. You're like, what the fuck are these 28 things that I can't even pronounce. You've just had 28 products. That's insane. I'm gonna make some banana bread with the kids later. It's a fucking egg. We might use maple syrup instead of sugar, obviously, or honey. So an egg, something that adds a bit of sweetness. Bananas, flour, bicarb, soda. I might put a bit of salt in, but you even count that. But five to six things, that's it. Not thickness and emulsifiers and xanthan gums and crazy roam, feed, move your body, nourish your body and then movement is the next one. So roam, move around, nourish the body. And the move is, hey, let's exercise the muscles. Let's get some bone density in play. Let's not just walk so short, sharp. 25 to 30 minute workouts, that's it. Every single day. We obviously in the protocol, we've got a whole range of training. You don't have to think, you just do. Bang, bang, bang. Three cycles, seven workout workouts each. Boom, you're done. 21 days home or gym, squared away. That's why you just need to sign up to the challenge. It's not, I'm not going to walk you through this. You'd be a fucking idiot to listen to me. Walking you through all of this. And then just try and just write it down on a pen and paper and do it yourself. Just sign up, do the fucking protocol and it'll serve you well. It'll give you everything you need. Roam, get your body out and about in the sun, outdoors, give time back to yourself. Just you feed, nourish the body. Move, move the body now with some resistance, body weight stuff home or gym, get your body up and running, get some sweat going, get yourself in a better position where you're healthier and stronger and fitter because you're actually doing some sort of resistance training, whether it's your body or whether it's with weights. Now you can combine those two. You might go for a half an hour walk and then go for a half an hour training session. Awesome. Fantastic. That's great. Good for you. But those first three are critical to you as an organism. You've got roam, you've got feedback and you've got move those first three. The next one is calm. Now, this is later at night when you're in bed. Now, when we're looking at calm, what we're looking at is essentially helping you have a deeper level of sleep and helping you be In a position where you're more rested, you're better rested and you're looking after yourself as an organism. So you can have a restful sleep, we would advise that you do a cooling posture. Lay down, legs up against the wall. So you're laying back. Allow a lot of the blood to settle and pool around the back of your head. Head right back of the brain and your spinal cord, your nervous system. Right. So laying on your back, legs up against the wall, straight or bent, that's fine. Four seconds in through the nose, eight seconds out through the nose. That's it, nice and relaxed. You might do 2 and 4. Whatever it is outside the nose, it's double what it is inside. All nasal breathing. So might do 2 seconds, you might do 3 seconds, then it's 6 out, you might do 5 seconds, then it's 10 out or it's at least double. So when sometimes my sinus will play up, but when it's clear, I'll typically do two to three. So draw a big in and then I'll do like 15 to 18 seconds really slow. What that then does is like, man, three breaths a minute for three minutes only. So work out your cadence and then just calculate three minutes off that. That's all you need before you go to sleep. Right, so winding down, don't do it at 5pm and then jump around and play with the kids like this is. It's gotta be within a half hour block if you're going to bed. Typically just as you go to bed. If you can't go up against the wall, exit, just do it laying down in bed. Bed, that's what I do sometimes. So I'll just lay in bed on my back, do my three minutes and then, yeah, by the time that's done, I'm pretty much almost zonked out anyway and I'm sorted. So why do we do all this Rome? Well, we've got to get you outside and moving about. We've already covered that. Feed. You're an organism, man. You got to look after yourself. Move. You've got to have some sort of resistance. You're a man, you're primal. You've got to have some combative sport. Lifting weights, resistance, lifting your own body weight. There's got to be a combat at play, there's got to be resistance at play. There's got to be some sort of masculinity or manhood that's challenged. Hey, you want to do some push ups or lactic acid is going to kick in. I'm going to show you you can't do any more fucking push ups. Well, let me show you. There's got to be a fight, men, you must fight every single day. Every single day there's got to be a fight. You shouldn't fight all day, but every day you've got to do some sort of fighting. Doesn't mean you need to do combat sports either. I support them. I think they're fantastic, especially for men. I think we all need to be punched in the face at some stage and know the value and the reality of combat, of having that level of friction, of having that level of stress. You pick your battles, though, pick how you want to do this. For this challenge, obviously you're training. You're training 21 days straight and you're doing some sort of resistance with your legs, with your abs, with your arms, with your chest, with your back. All of it really important. Why? It's. It's an outlet. It's a chemical outlet, puts you in control, levels you out. You've got a better temperament, nature, more patience with the children. Whether you train in the morning, train in the afternoon, train with the kids, train with the missus, you have an outlet lip. Look at these four, man. And then you're breathing. To have a restful sleep, remove the latency. If you have a very low latency score, that means you just go to bed immediately, crash out, that's very dangerous. That's fucked up. That's bad. You never want to just crash out. That gives you very poor quality sleep. I strongly suggest against it. So you're having a good quality sleep so you can wake up the next day, get charging, moving the right direction, you're moving your body, your nourishing body, you're getting out and roaming. These are all critical things that keeps you in control in the driver's seat, gives you a beautiful outlet, has you chemically balanced and squared away and gives you a greater level of control and structure for your life to be the chief, to express yourself from a level of leadership, because you're filling your cup to then pour into others. Speaking of others, the fifth, sixth and seventh are connect. Thinking of you and a progress pick. Connect is five minutes of special time with one of your children. So if you've got one child just every day with your kid, be present with them 5 to 10 minutes we call a special time. Fill their bucket of power and attention so they feel valued, they feel important. I gamify sometimes with the kids. So now when I say gamify, it's a bit of a Game and a bit more status of play. So if I'm having special time with Stella, she'll gloat a little bit to the kids, and Lillian will be like, oh, what's my special time with daddy tomorrow? And it's pretty cool. It's pretty fun. But nonetheless, I have three children, and I split that up, so we've got a roster. So Roman's Monday, special time. Lillian's Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursdays are Stella, Friday's Lillian, Saturday's Roman, and Sunday. I just pick anyone randomly when I do this challenge, but don't have to on a Sunday either. But when I do the challenge, when I roll through, just like the High Performance Life protocol. Yes. Someone every day. That's it, man. It's five minutes. Why one? Super achievable. You're just being present with your child. Like, fucking, look at them. Look at the men. Look at their eyelashes. Look at the color of their eyes. Look at the strands in their eyeballs that make the color. Look at the little hair follicles on their forehead. Like, look at their little hands and their little fingerprints and the little lines and little hairs on their arms. Like, they are absolute miracles. Maybe if you've got teenage children, you might not have that level of observation or awareness. But the point is, man, it's crazy how fast they grow. It really is. There should be no other reality, no other world. Nothing else exists other than me being completely here and now present. But also because you filled your cup up with presence. Yes, I'm a very powerful man. Like, you need to define and choose who you want to be in the eyes of those that are giving you the title that you uphold for them. So it's not, who do I want to be to my children in the eyes of someone at the park? Oh, he's a great father. He's playing with his kids for 20 minutes. Who the fuck are you? I don't give a fuck about your opinion. No, no. Who do I want to be in the eyes of those from which I'm upholding the title? Two them, my children. I'm their father, man. I would have been extremely powerful, man. In their eyes were like, I reckon my dad could pick up a car. He's so strong. He's so funny. He's such a silly daddy. He says the funniest jokes. When we upset daddy because we're not nice to each other, he really lets us know. And Daddy means business. When Daddy's talking and he's serious, we need to pay attention and listen. Like, man, I'M everything. I'm the Viking to my children when they need it, and I'm the panda to my kids when they need it. But I'm the chief, which is when to be both of those at the right time. You can't have that men. And you can't learn about your kids if you don't connect with them. That's connection, man. Five minutes a day. Why? Because you can do it. Don't sit there and tell me you don't have time. Fucking bullshit. Okay, I'll come home. My kids are asleep. What can you do? What can you rewire? Can you do something else? When you do the challenge, inside of the blueprint, there's obviously variable. Some guys work away. I get that. Don't try and pull this apart. Look at the fundamentals of this, right? Don't pick at it. That's one of the roadblocks. The fucking stories, the bullshit. Don't try and pull it apart. Look at. Pull it apart. Look at this and go, okay, fundamentally, Ali's right. I'm away with work. I don't see my kids here. I don't have that there. But what can I do to be more present with presence with them? Five to ten minutes a day. That's it. That challenge is phenomenal, man. Like the stuff that you learn, what you see with your kids, what you observe, how you see them operate, how you see them figure things out. Remember when kids learn things for the first time? Time. There's only ever a first time once. I remember when Stella swam ten meters in a row. Sorry, ten meters. Unbroken swimming. Every other parent was on their phone. I was at the. Not that I wasn't on my phone to prove a point. I was just like, why the would you be on your phone? I'm watching my child swim and learn new things. She Swam, got the 10 meters, got up out of the water, held onto the rail. First thing she did, whip straight around like a fucking owl at night. Looked straight at me, and guess what? My eyes were looking straight at her. Locked in, laser fucking focused. And the biggest smile, man. I'll never forget that face. It's a beautiful thing, man. Makes me emotional thinking about it. Fuck, it's like, fuck, I could have missed that that first time. I would have missed forever. That's fucking disgusting. Fucking disgusting. Now, look, some things you can't control. Some firsts you will miss. But the ones you can control, influence will be part of Jesus, man. Like, don't. Don't that up. As men, as adults, as tough as life is, as messy as life is, there's already enough things that we up and continue to up. Don't do that. Connect with your children. Spend special time with them. They deserve it. You deserve it, man. It's. It's a really valuable thing. You're bored. What? What do you mean? You're bored for five minutes. That's because you lack purpose and you're out of alignment. You're out of alignment with what matters most. You should never be bored if you're spending five minutes with your kids. That's your monkey brain just in overdri. Because the programming and the software system that's installed in your head is fucking wrong. There's a virus in there. Fuck it off, rewire it, reprogram. And look at them going. When I'm on my deathbed, Will, I think that five minutes is boring. Imagine I'm in a time machine and I'm on my deathbed, about to die. And current version now says, hey, I've got a button here. It takes you back to this moment. Do you want to go back and change some things? I bet you fucking push the button. Men connect is very important. The sixth one is thinking. If you. You post a note for the misses every day. If you're single, do it for a significant other. Do it for your kids. Do it. Take a screenshot and send it to someone you know. Doesn't matter. You're writing a level of appreciation, affection, gratitude, whatever it is, depending on the person. If it's not your Mrs. With Corinne, it's appreciating her as a mother, as a woman, as my wife. Sometimes it's sexy and sleazy, sometimes it's serious, sometimes it's a mindset piece. Sometimes it's gratitude for her as a mother. Just a mix with intent. There's got to be intent. Intent and thoughtful and purpose behind it. That's the sixth one. Why? Because, man, like, for 10 seconds of effort and you forget about it, move on for the day. You're getting a 5x ROI. Your wife will grab it, pick it up, read it, feel it. Oh, it's so sweet. Maybe send you a message. You might do a few and hide them around the house and tell her it's a bit of a game, bit of playfulness, curiosity, whatever it is. It's just. It takes time and energy to do, but not as much as you think, right? Post it. Notes, 10 seconds, but it's handwritten in a digital world. And then you're giving it to her. Her, which at any time she can recycle through her mind, her memory, in a nostalgic sense. To be like, hey, he's thinking of me. He thought of me. Because every single human being is self centered. This is a very powerful thing, fellas. When it comes to influence and leadership, every single person is self centered. You are, I am. We should be. It's your life, it's my life. I'm the most important person in my life. In my life. Not in life in general, but in my life. I have to be. If I'm not 100, how could I give you a great fucking podcast? Doesn't make sense. Same with you, man. Be 100 to give 100. I get everywhere. So because we're self centered, what does this mean for me? Well, that's what my wife's thinking, right? So when she thinks that I'm like, okay, well, this is what you mean to me. This is what I want to do for you. What does this mean for me? Well, this means that he cares about me. This means he's thinking of me. This means he loves me. This means he appreciates me. This means he remembers so much. Man, you're getting like 10x ROI. Don't throw shit on the wall and see what sticks. Relationships aren't that hard. Like they take work, which makes them hard because it's a constant. It's not. I need to win marriage. No, I need to keep playing the game of marriage. That's how you win. It's not finite, it's infinite. Stay married. That's the goal. That's the game. If you love your wife, you're connected season after season. Cool. That's what you do, you know, so, so by doing that, you're more connected, you're more aligned, you're on the same page. And it's a really valuable thing to have where you've got someone who, with less effort, you're not throwing on the wall, seeing what sticks. You're having a level of accuracy and appreciation where you're more connected and you're more aligned. Mind. The seventh one is the progress pick. Progress pick, which is, it's, it's, it's a really powerful thing. Like what I, what I love most about the progress pick is like, well, if you follow through on this, you will get in better shape. And it's just a self discipline. Why? Because every day you got to look in the mirror. Really cool. Hey, I'm in the mirror. Boom. It's almost like symbolism. Like the progress pick is reaffirming you. Like it's reaffirming you or reconnecting you or reminding you of what you've committed to. I've committed to this challenge. I've committed, committed to myself. I've committed to eating well. I've committed to moving my body. I've committed to roaming. That's what the progress pick is. It's not even about, hey, I can see my abs popping out. That's a cool byproduct. That's a lag measure. It's no, man. This is what I'm committing to. That's right, I'm doing the challenge. That's right, I forgot. That's right, I remembered now. Really, really cool. It sounds so stupid and so simple, but once you do it, you're like, oh, yep, I'm in, man. I'm in. I'm just training. These are different habits, different patterns, different programming. I'm up. Cool. Take my fucking photo. Oh, yeah, not looking too bad. Oh, I can see that there. Or I better train today, I bet. I want to look better. All those little voices, right? It's so fucking cool. One photo, six seconds, couple of clicks. They are the seven disciplines, gentlemen. Now, what I want to talk to you about. And that's it. So just a bit of a recap. I'm going to give you a recap of all of them and then we're going to go through that and I'm going to go through the three stories that's holding you back from executing this, the highest level. So let's do a quick recap. So quick review, quick recap. Looking at those seven disciplines, 21 days, 147 victories. Roam. Get outside. It's got to be outside. Move your body for half an hour. Get walking, get moving, Explore, discover, feed. You've got to nourish the body, man. Be 100 to give a hundred. That's physiologically, mentally and emotionally without the physiology. Your mental and emotional state's so you've got to look after that man. You've got to fuel and feed the body. Move, you've got to exercise. You've got to have some sort of combat or battle or fight every day. One, it'll deplete, it'll deplete the resistant type, intolerant type, you know, short temperament type, all the grumpy dad nature shit, right? Like, say, I want to get tired here, where I don't have this, all of this. It's like this hidden fire. I don't want this hidden fire to have rage and a combative nature towards my wife and kids. Why would you Ever want that? No one wants. No father wants that, obviously, but also so it energizes you, it invigorates you. It sparks and lights you up, man. You're giving back to yourself. It's fantastic. Calm. Okay, cool. Three minutes breath work before bed. Cooling posture if you want some blood flow to the brain and spinal cord nervous system. Otherwise in your bed's fine. But I want. Need to make sure that I'm just. I'm closing the day. I'm settling down and getting ready to rest. You are an organism. Rhythms and cycles. The sun sets, the sun rises. You need to make sure, sure that you're easing yourself into a state of rest to then, boom, start the next day on top. Connect. And thinking of you. Connect is special time. Men, your children are a gift. You know that. The hardest and greatest thing. Nothing brings the mirror up more than fatherhood. And our kids. We learn so much more from them than they do from us. And that is absolutely the truth. Should you be present with presence and in a state of really acknowledging the gift that they are? Of course. My kids drive me nuts sometimes, man. They're savage. They fight every single day. It's crazy. It never gets easier. We work with men who have adults, you know, their kids are in their 20s. Some of our older balls. It's like it's always the same, you know, and everyone says the same thing. Yeah, wait till they get older. Wait till they. Yeah, true. Cool. However, when they're older, you've got so much more time, you've got so much more energy because you don't have to get up and wipe nappies in middle of the night. And it's always hard. Hard. Right. No matter what. When I'm 80 and my children are 50 and you know, and their children just had children, you become hopefully a great grandparent. And there's trouble at the hospital. There's always a stress, man. It'll never end. But what you can do is be present in the moment, be real and keep it real with them and really connect and bond with them. That's so important. Your children matter so much to you and they should. And no one else should be raising them. Do you need to spend 20 hours a day with them? No. But do you need to be prepared, present and build that emotional, that deep emotional bond with them? Yes. Thinking of you. The post it note with the Mrs. Man, like, that's, it's. I don't like saying the word easy, but it's so direct and simple and straightforward and so thoughtful and. And so Loving. And you might be on rocky terms of the missus. So be it. You might get nothing back. So be it. We've had men do the challenge to get nothing back. And then on day 21, they get a post it note back from the missus saying, thank you. Cool. Awesome. It's not do it without expectation. Do this because you're the man. Do this because you're the big dog. Do this because you know why you're a winner who's going to win 147. That's why you do it. Not because maybe. Maybe on post it note 11, I'll get some action. Maybe post it note 15 is the one. I'll draw a picture of an eggplant or eggplant on a peach. Fuck. I send my wife those emojis sometimes via mobile. It's pretty funny. But anyway, intent, without attachment. I'll do it all the time. Like, I'll stir my wife. I'll send her pictures of eggplants and honey enhancing time. Do you want to snuggle? All that sort of stuff. And then I won't even put it on her. I'll go to bed. I'm tired. So. So, you know, like, you can play games, but post it notes are very valuable. They're very, very valuable for the time and effort required. And a progress pick. Now that's. That's really good. That just sort of solidifies and brings everything back to center and keeps you aligned, men. That is how you completely transform your life in less than 30 hours. It's phenomenal. However, there are barriers. There are roadblocks. I'm going to quickly walk you through the three roadblocks that you face. And then we're going to wrap this up. Up. I've got so much to give. It's been. It's been a while since I've done a solo. I hope this has served you well, man, but I don't want to go over the top here and go too long either. So let's walk through these three right now. Three key things that can be your roadblocks and hold you back. First one, stories. I don't have time. Of course you don't have time. None of us have time. Like, tell me how much time you have from yesterday because I don't have any time from yesterday. I'm living today like, yesterday's done, man. Guess what? All 24 hours are used up. All of them. I don't have any stocked up. I don't have any saved. It's fucking done. Just like today. The time of recording this, I've only got like fucking eight hours left. The day's over. So none of us ever have time. Once the time is used, the question is not I don't have time or how do I get the time, it's what the fuck am I spending this time on? Firstly and secondly, the way this is geared, man, this gives you phenomenal structure, capacity through the roof, connects you with your family and has you dialed in. Builds discipline. So we're gonna get you more time the shit off. That doesn't matter. Seriously, look, look and do a quick. And I say this respectfully, man, I fucking love the men who listen to this. I really, I need you guys to know this. Like, I'm not fighting or combative or against or men who listen to this podcast. You're all cut from a different cloth. You are fucking great men deep down inside. Now there are a lot of you other men who won't hear this, who are out there in the world that are NPC non playing characters. They are useless. They're a waste and it's disgusting. Why? Why? Because as men, they're the ones that have put us in the position that we're in. Who the fuck allowed toxic masculinity to be a term enough weak men who didn't step the fuck up and do something about it through their own actions and leadership to steer the family unit in the right direction. To have that as a precedence, to be in a position where this is what keeps our fucking species alive. This is what keeps the species of the species alive and thriving. Actually having a family and being a family man and a father and a husband and a fucking leader and having the balls and the spine to step the fuck up and say no and fight and be the Viking, but also have a little bit of Panda. So I say everything I say. That's very direct. I love you men who are part of this. And I don't love men. I love women, man. I, I could not. I then anyway, like, my cousin's gay, great guy. But anyway, I don't judge. This is the thing. Like, I don't have anything against the Alphabet people and the people with purple hair and all that sort of you do. You just don't put your on my chest. Children. They're my fucking kids. I'll raise them the way I want to the end. What I'm saying is, I love how you men are out there going, how can I just be more? I want to be more. These fucking podcasts are great. I really enjoy this hpf. Like that's fucking awesome, boys. Like, it really is. It really is. Please understand this. When I'm being short, sharp and direct, it's not against you. It's to help you break through your own bullshit. Because guess what? I've got bullshit too. We all do. I've got a poster note right here on my computer. I've only got a couple of post IT notes. This one is, you will get stories. Okay, cool. Can you validate that for me? That's literally a post IT note I have on my computer here. That's for me. That's for me with you. That's for me with my employees. That's for me with my children. That's for me with my wife. That's for me with everyone. But that's for me with me. I'm going to get stories and give them to myself. Can I validate those stories myself? We all have them. So time. Well, no. What I'm doing is going to give you time back. It's not that you don't have time, it's where you're allocating it. It's not time management, it's choice management. Management. Make better choices, boys. Look on your deathbed. So fast forward, okay? I'm sitting here closing my eyes now, fingers on the temple, thinking forward to in my 80s. Does, what's it called, maths? Does married at first sight really fucking matter? Right? Think about this. You lay down, close your eyes. You're laying down. Well, don't close your eyes if you're driving. Imagine you're laying down on your deathbed. Your bets die, okay? Like I get it sometimes if I have a little bit of, you know, a little bit of a cheap meal or eat a bit of, you know, luscious, luxurious, exotic food, my ass is on fire when I go to the toilet. But, but do I need to fucking sit on the toilet for 15 minutes if I do that every day, hour and a half a week, 70 hours, 60 hours, 70 hours a year, 10 years, 700 hours. Do I really need to do that? Do I really need to watch this TV show? Do I really need to. To watch pornography and twist the ears off to it? I'm telling you, man, you don't, you don't. Like, you're setting the bar so low. Even women, even money. Women and money aren't flexes. There's money fucking everywhere. There's an abundance of money. If money flows to ideas that solve problems and ideas are limitless. Money therefore must be limitless. Same with women. Like if you're a dude that's half fucking decent. You got some chat about you. You know how to make money and you look after yourself. And you're healthy. Fuck, mate, you've opened up your pool where you're part of the 1% and you've got fucking millions to choose from. It's not. Don't set the bar so low on yourself. Like coming and having that feeling from watching porn. Like, fuck man, like you're worth so much more than that. Don't put your life into that shit. You're worth so much more than that. You're worth so much more than that. So visualize you're on your deathbed. Look back now and go, okay, okay. This is how I'm allocating my time. Do I really need to fucking fall asleep on the couch? Do I really need to drink that beer or that wine or have that alcohol or do I really need to go to bed that late? Not all hours are equal. Stop fucking trying to get time back between 9 and 11pm Instead go to bed at 9, 30, 10 in a restful state and wake up half an hour to an hour earlier and front load the day for you when you've got more energy. That makes sense, right? Give yourself more when you've got more to give. Fuck. That's what I'd say. Dollar nightmare. I don't want to fall into a state of sedation and distraction around 10, 30, 11 o' clock at night. Just trying to get some me time back. That's my rebellion against the world. Nah, man, nah, nah, nah. It's a trap. It's a trap. Don't fall for it. Fools fall for that. It's a trap. Stories, impact. I don't know Al. Like, I just got to keep giving for the family. I just got to front up and just do. Do what I can. No man, you're giving him 100% of 30%. 30. You're operating at 30% impact in family, impact in self, impact in service, even these challenges. Yeah, I don't know man. Half an hour walk, Will that really help me? Fuck an oath, it will. Stories. You don't think this will impact your life? 147 victories. Do you not tell me this. Do you not think that walking for half an hour every day, getting your food dialed in to be fucking amazing, delicious and wholesome, training every day, doing some breath work to sleep properly, connecting with your kids, being present, connecting with the Mrs. And keeping yourself accountable with a photo. You don't think doing that 21 days in a row will Impact your business? You don't think it'll impact your family life with your kids? You don't think it'll impact your marriage? You don't think it'll impact your mental health, your emotional health? You don't think that'll help you with your physical fit? Of course it'll fucking help you. The physical fitness, right? You train for half an hour, you walk for half an hour. Yeah. Roam and move an hour a day. 21 days, mate. You can't fucking not. This will absolutely have impact, but impact over what, again? Stories. You're creating stories that justifies the reasons why you should keep doing what you're doing and not do this. Big mistake. It's a trap. Another story. Self worth. You don't believe that you're worthy. You lack the belief. A lot of men out there may not believe HPF as their answer. You're not on the inside. How the fuck would you know? It's not HPF that you're unsure of because you don't know. You're not on the inside yet. It's yourself. You don't believe that you're enough. You don't believe that you have the answer inside you. I'm here to tell you, yes, you fucking do. Yes, you do, man. You have so much fucking power to give, it's not funny. It's unbelievable how much you have to give and how much you're selling yourself short. And you don't realize all these little things, right? Win by accumulation. Yeah, yeah. Lose by accumulation as well. You can lose by racking up. Think about this, man. I spoke about confidence earlier. All these little chinks in the armor. All these little death by a thousand cuts. All these little things. You hit the snooze button. You didn't get up when you said you would. You didn't go for that walk. You ate shit food again. Silent treat from treatment from the missus. Too tired with the kids. He went back to the bottle that night. And that night. And that night he snuck away into somewhere private and watched some fucking porn. Look at all those things, man. That's fucking soul crushing. I feel depressed even fucking stating those examples. And what I said then is probably half a week's worth now. Times that by a, there's another year. There's 2025, there's 2026, there's 2027. Oh, my wife loves me. She just doesn't love me anymore. Well, who the fuck would, mate? You don't even love yourself. You're not showing anyone that you love yourself. So why the should anyone love you? You can't give what you don't have. You can't attract what you are not. So if I'm a man, who's the fucking prize? Powerful, confident, love myself, value myself. I provide value to other. If I'm the prize, then I'm a prize through other people's eyes. Why? Because I'm valuable inherently. Not intrinsically. This isn't women. That high valued woman because I've got tits and an ass and makeup. No, no, that's fucking bullshit. This is about you inherently knowing. Inherent. Do you know what inherent means? I thought inherently was a funny word, and then I looked it up, I was like, oh, of course it makes sense. What did you inherit from yesterday? It's not genetics. What did you inherit three days ago? What have you inherited three years ago? The version you are seeing and hearing right now is the guy who built. Built with the clay and molded and sculpted from the 2018 Al, who was also in podcast episode one. Same fucking material, same ingredients. Recipes change a little bit, but yes, yes, sir, I inherited all the good stuff off all the bad stuff and built again and built again and built again. Men, you are worth it. You are worth it. Why? Because without you, the world doesn't fucking run. Women create life in this world. Men create the world that life experiences. The end. Don't hold yourself back. Don't throw your hands up in the air and think you're not worthy. I'm telling you now, you are the prize. You've just forgot I'm here. I'm the reminder, right? I'm a reminder coach, the perspective coach, the legacy coach, anything you want to call it, it's not. Hey, it's not that far away, men. It's so fucking close. And those of you who've had a successful journey with HPF and you signed for your second season, we've got men on their third season, we've got men on their sixth season with hpf. You men are worth it as well. Don't fucking forget. Like, you've just hit another horizon, man. Where's the fucking next level? This should be jacking you up, man, because you should be listening to this going, fuck, I was just like that guy I was talking about, there's a guy listening to this the exact same time as me over in Western Australia and I'm in Victoria. And yeah, man, I was just like that 12 months ago. Yeah, yeah. But let's focus moving forward, man, you can't navigate towards the future if you're looking in the rearview mirror, Kenya. So it's all well and good to empathize and relate and have that nostalgic sense of where you were and where you've come from. However, those here who are already successful in hpf, keep going. You don't stop. Have I stopped? Last year was a fucking nightmare from a health point of view. Guess what? I bounced back twice as hard. Here I am, best shape I've been in in 12 years. Pushing fucking harder than ever. Phenomenal connection with my family. Going to another fucking level. That's what we do. Backs against the wall. Good. I've got something to push off her. I'm gonna push off this. Push back and get my life back on track. Guys have already won. Fantastic. Where's the next hill to climb? My legs are good, Al, but I want them to be bigger. Excellent. Let's begin the hike again. We've got cozy 3.0 later in this year. I'm so excited, man. You guys have no idea what I've got planned for you. That's so good. It's going to be so awesome, fellow. Trailers, stories, time. I don't have the time impact. What if it doesn't work? What if it won't work? It can't work. How will it work? Worth. Belief. Self worth. Right? Doubt. The little voice inside. You've got to remove these stories and just fucking go. Your life changes in seconds. Not days, months or years. Seconds like those who haven't done the 21 day challenge. You're fucking two clicks away, man. You're two clicks away from your life. Change, changing. When you wash your hands of good things, right? It's like the decision's been done. When the little. When you're fighting with the little voice inside, it's like, no, man, I can't. Al's already told me I gotta do this. Sorry, man. Decision's been made. 147 wins. No, it's got nothing to do. I got no choice in the matter now. It's beautiful. Like, they're good times. Then there's other times where obviously, if anything, the last few years has proven. Do some fucking thinking for yourself and be a bit of a critical thinker. Don't just go with the flow, right? I've got your best intentions at heart. A little bit different. Different with the government and other governing bodies. You know, just be careful is what I'm saying. There's good and bad everywhere. But what I'm also saying is there comes time when you can look at something and be like, you know what? There's no downside here. If I follow through to a T and do all of this, I'm gonna win. Beautiful. Done. Choice is made. All you need to do now is just fucking execute. You don't have a say in the matter anymore. That's already done. Washing my hands. Sorry, sorry. Little voice inside. Fuck off down the back of the paddock. Cause this, you got no pool here. You have no pull. The decision's been made. I need to do it needs to be done. It's getting done. All I need to do now is just execute. Then it saves you the decision making process at the time of deciding. It's already been done. You just execute, execute, execute. Stories. Remove the men, the other one, the other two. But the next one is environment and the final one is perspective. Three roadblocks. If you don't have the right people around you, the right men around you, those who are not on the inside, dive into all the podcasts, listen to them, embody them, immerse in them. They're going to be very, very valuable for you. You must have the right environment around you. Why? Because besides, or even on top of or coupled with what I just said, then, hey, I'm gonna do it. Decision's been made. But I get it. We're human life still gets in the way. Little voice inside. He's not against you, man. Not. He doesn't front up like he wants to fight. He's very subtle, he's very sneaky. He's on your side. He's the good guy. You gotta be careful of him. All he wants to do is just delay, just delay one more day. One more day. Just one more day. Because he knows if he delays you enough days, days, you'll die. And one day you'll be dead. So your environment is important because as good as it sounds with negating some of those stories in yourself by exporting or outsourcing the responsibilities and decision making. Aka 21 day challenge 7 disciplines. Game on. You're still going to have some challenging days where the little voice comes in. So environment the right people around you, the right support network, the right men. Like, man, you would look at an Olympian and think he was a idiot if he said, hey, I'm going the Olympics. Cool. What's your coach got plan for you? What do you mean? I don't have a coach. I'm just going to go there on my own. Like, what the fuck are you talking about, mate? You're a fucking idiot. You got rocks in your head. You'd look at an Olympian and you would say that yet for something which is a million times harder. The game of life. A lot longer than a four year block. Eight year block, 12 year block, it's an 80 year block. Something that's much longer, much harder, much more variables, much more skin in the game. Game. A much higher reward that is absolutely in no way guaranteed. Just like the Olympics. But in the grand scheme of life, no do overs. Hey, you're on your own. You go back 100, 200, 2000, there's always been groups of men. You go out, you hunt together. You're a tribe. That's the camaraderie, man. It's that cohort. You must go out and hunt the together. How are you going to bring down the big woolly mammoth on your own? You're not that fucking good. I'm not that good. I'm not on my own. I'm one of the tribesmen. I'm a member inside hpf. Like if you, if you guys to some degree look up to me and regards for how much you know me. Like he's got his together, you know, service, family, self, alone. Yeah, guess what? I still get help. I rely on the tribesmen. I got one of her experts who does all my training programs. Ken Lavander, one of the experts. Like I don't run my. And I was an elite athlete in two different sports. I still get someone else to write my own training programs. So I'm not here to say what right do you have to go it alone if I'm getting help. But what I am saying, well, probably is that from a place of respect, man, get the right people around you, you gotta have some fucking good people in your corner. Not the people you have history with, who you think are. But they're not. Because you know they're not deep down, but good people in your corner who want nothing but success for you. And the final one is perspective. Perspective men, how you choose to see things. So the stories are things you fabricate as truths and realities. Perspectives are almost like a gateway and changing the way you see things. So perspective is around time management, the stories. I no longer have time, perspective is. Well, how do I make all of this work? What does this time actually look like? How do I manage my time better? And it's like, no, no, it's just choices, yeses and nos. When you say yes to something, you've got to say no to something else. The three blocks that stop people is perspective. You don't have a good enough perspective that your eyes to the possibilities now Perspective is really valuable in two different ways. One is the depth and gravity of something, both good and bad. Two is the timeline and how you leverage past, present and future, both good and bad. Here's a very quick example. Hey, you know what? Like if you're a middle aged man who's in his 40s, you've got lucky, lucky to have a couple of hundred thousand hours left and then you're dead. Now when you're laying back in your deathbed, are you going to be looking back at all the porn that you watch of some slut that you don't even know the name of that you twisted the ears off? You gave her your soul and you gave her your power, which led to you disconnecting from the wife. And then 10 years later, at 50, you end up being divorced, estranged, your children. You're a lonely old fucking man in your little cottage by yourself. Or is maybe today the day where you're like, hey, that man, what the am I doing? I'm gonna get rid of that. That's the power of perspective. When deep, hard gravity. Timeline, past, present, future, gravity, good and bad men. Perspective. Perspective can be a very powerful thing. It can be a dangerous thing too. Obviously, the power that I can wield for good can also convert to be bad. Both in my own little voice. Inside. He's a powerful. But when you remove the stories, when you have the right environment, the perspective changes. They're all, they're all, they're all connected stories, environment, perspective. But they're also all roadblocks. If you don't have them squared away. Hope this serves you well. Men, those who haven't done it before. Oh, boys, you get so much out of it. Do the 21 day challenge. I'm not sure what the call to action is. I guess you look it up somewhere. Try and find it in my socials, Instagram, Facebook, somewhere flicks, an email admin@highperformancefiler.com hey, would love to do the 21 day challenge. Just let us know, man, and we'll sort you out. But boys, this is your time. Every day is your line in the sand. Every day is your call to arms the sand. Say no, I will not lay down. I will not give in. I will not give up. It's my time, it's my life, it's my opportunity and it's on me to do something about it. And with the chance I've got, because my eyes are open and I'm awake and I'm breathing and I'm here and with the choices I have, I'm going to make sure I do the right thing by, by me, by my family. And I do what's required. Not just my best from a state of mind and a perspective at the time, but I actually do what's required. And when I do that, I have enduring faith. The will to win and the initiative to hook the fuck in right now that I know will take me to greener pastures. I can't see all the way through the forest, I can't see a way through, but I can see the next step and I'm going to to take it. And that's what I want to leave you boys with today. Take care, man. Have an amazing day afternoon. Looking forward to the next one. It's good to be back. It's good to be back. I miss the solos. There is no tomorrow, man. Today's the day. This is your day. This is your time. And bless you, man, for giving back to yourself and listening to this. Take it, though. Don't just consume, consume to create. And take it and go fucking dominate. Cheers. Well, that wraps up another episode. And just as we wind this down, I want you to just reflect and think back through some of the golden nuggets, some of the revelations, some of the sore points, some of the things that might have hit home with you, and then just look at ways that you can apply a different set of actions to change your position, change your circumstances, change your feelings and change the facts. These episodes are done with your best interest at heart, and there's always something we can can get from that. Maybe it's not the first time, maybe it's the second time. We've had members listen to episodes four or five times and then it finally clicks. But either way, I hope you got a lot of value out of this. And also if this is something that you really want to solidify inside of your life, repetition is the key. You've listened to it. Write down your revelations, think about them, read them, speak them, believe in the changes that you will carve out in the action plan of those revelations to create change in your life and then share that. And when you teach, you learn the second time, right? So teaching and showing this to others you love and care about is the greatest way that you can remember. And make sure you consistently learn and relearn what is it's true and what is it is important to you in your heart. Take care, have an amazing day, night, weekday, weekend, and I'll see you for another one soon. Cheers.
