HPF Coach and Adam Tasker discuss what sets High Performance Father apart: a three-circle philosophy of family, self, and service, combined with data-driven coaching and specialized squads. Rather than treating surface problems, HPF finds the root cause, then tracks progress through dashboards and month-long challenges like Winter Wars.
Chapters
Welcome to another episode. But just before we start, if you're someone who really loves and enjoys the podcast, what we stand for me dropping the occasional F bomb, sometimes a bit more frequently than occasional, but nonetheless, the passion and the will and desire to help fathers and their families reach the next level and live a rich and prosperous life for themselves and their families, then, look, take this opportunity, take this moment to please share this with someone who, you know, needs to hear these words and listen to these podcasts and it could be your significant other. We have a lot of fathers who their wives now listen to these episodes. Essentially you could start them off with something as simple as episode 200 with my wife and I. But look, there's so much value in here, not just for the fathers, but actually for their wives to see the perspective and the angle and the lens from which we as men making our way through this world, busting our ass and really sacrificing so much how we operate, how we see things and how much our family actually means to us. So again, enjoy the upcoming episode, appreciate your support, love and respect to all of you. But if there's someone who you know needs to hear this, whether it is your wife, your brother, could be your parents, anyone who is in your circle of influence and significant to you, I urge you to share this with them and continually build and promote this very valuable message in the modern world today that's so heavily needed. And again, much respect to you for giving back to yourself through these episodes. So what makes us different? What makes HPF different? Welcome to an episode where we're going to be talking about all the people riding our coattails blatantly plagiarizing, stealing, copying our stuff. And we thank them for it. We're flattered, aren't we, Adam?
Well, sometimes.
Most of the time, yes. Yes, sir. I hope you boys are strapped in for a bumper session, both members and non members. I think for members, the value in this is really reiterating the behind the scenes and how much goes on. So I've got Adam, Adam tasker, who's member 172. How's my memory?
That's right.
No, I'll tell you what, but this is why I can do crazy. So the 172nd man to ever join HPF who's now our COO, has been for a period of time now, and essentially my right hand man. And I've got to say this, especially at the risk that my mind that my wife might listen to this, but I think if I look at the core of Everything in those closest to me, Adam has probably supported me the most. Now come. Should we pause this, Adam? Should we hang on a minute. Crin's 80 meters away. She heard. She heard something. Her spidey senses were tingling. But look, here's the point, man. We're going to dive into. ADS is going to share some amazing stories on, on his life, his journey. He's been on here a couple of times before already, but it's been a while, so I really want to get him involved again. And the first of, the first of several almost a series on, hey, this is the delivery. This is how. This is how we roll. This is why what we do is hot and it works. So I say that respectfully. My wife, firstly, for all of you men listening members or not only men keep another man in check. I'm accountable for my wife and children. I'm not accountable to my wife, man and man, because she's not a man and I don't fucking want her to be. Right? So this is important for all of you men. Now, of course I look after my family. I'm Viking and Panda. I'm the chief inside of my household. But also one thing I said to the members on an inside session, ADS was you need to be prepared and be okay with understanding that and knowing that those who love and care about you most won't support you the way that you need them to. And I know this sounds a bit silly, man. This isn't a down and out kind of episode, but it's like, why the fuck would you expect that, right? That's your wife, it's your children. They've got their own shit, they've got their own mess, they've got their own stuff they need to do. So I guess what I'm saying is it's been awesome to have Adam on the journey with me. That's no discredit to, you know, Lynn, who's been on several episodes. He's been a game changer. He was, you know, one of the core mentors that I had early in the piece that helped me turn my life around. You know, obviously our existing coaching team are just weapons. I'll get those boys on as well. Yeah, Eric, the, the German warrior who's done an episode as a member, but he's just killing it as a coach now. The Titans. So just so you boys who don't know, we have multiple squads and we do competitions and games with and against each other. We're right in the middle of winter wars, which has just been epic off Its tits. It's been amazing. So everyone's played a great role. But I guess what I'm saying is Adam's been the most constant, right, obviously as CEO and founder. CEO and founder. And Adam being the coo, so wanted to bring ADS on today and probably very quick rehash of his journey because he's continued to ascend and grow. And this is good because now I have leverage because by me saying that Adam continues to ascend and grow, I'll keep fucking pushing him to continue to grow with me. There's no turning back now. But ads, man, great having you on. Thanks for joining us. I know you got a shitload on, mate. We've got some big things in the works which we won't reveal, members or non members. Some exciting things coming end of year. But yeah, man, how are you going? How you finding? How you finding everything? Stepping up. What a year it's been already, you know, past the halfway mark, almost six and a half months into the year and nearly the middle of July and six and a half months of the year completed. Bit of a whirlwind this year, hasn't it been, man? It's been pretty crazy.
Oh man, it's been insane, really. I remember sort of sitting at the end of last year and reflecting. I took the kids away and the wife away to America and I had an opportunity to really reflect on, I guess, the speed and trajectory of my own journey. And HPF at that time, sort of four years I've been part of it. And what we've actually jammed into the first six months of this year has already outweighed the previous three. So at the speed we thought we were going, we've actually just ramped it up considerably again, just through the right systems, the right people, you know, really, really reevaluating what, I guess what HBF was, what we stood for, you know, the core values have always been there, but really how we operate and accepting, even as I guess at the level we were operating at, we were accepting a lot of bullshit that we now no longer tolerate and raised our standards even higher, which allowed us to be quicker in the industry and it allowed us to grow to the extent we have in literally six months time. It's been insane.
It's really interesting, isn't it, man? There's no discredit or disrespect to those who are on a path of growing and their own journey. Your journey is your journey. However, Ads, none of us have 500 years to live. If you're a, if you're a woman or man who's just cruised through life, and then you've gone from cruising through life to, hey, I want a career change. I want to be a personal trainer. To, okay, I'm going to be a PT and work in a gym. To, okay, I'm going to be a PT and run my own business. To, okay, now I'm going to try and open my own. Like, it's.
It's.
By then you're in your fucking 70s. Like, you just don't. Like. It's. It's the rate of. It's the rate of growth. And that hunger and ambition is an interesting one, man. Like, I don't. I truly don't believe that you're born with it or you're not. I don't think it's that binary, you know, I. I think there are definitely genetic predispositions. Just like the kelpie that I've got who automatically goes into, you know, sheepdog mode and wants to herd the children or other dogs, or there's definitely a genetic makeup. I mean, look at all of our members who have Italian wives in the fiery side of them and seeing what Nonna and Nuno went through. And you had a bit of Viking when it comes to relationships with the. If you're listening and you've got a. You've got a wog wife, you know exactly what I'm talking about. So look, there are definitely dispositions, right? Whether it's early in childhood and. Or genetic, without a doubt. However, man, like, with access to the entire world and the way that the brain is so malleable, you can change and things can change. And one of the hardest parts, Adam, for this is, for me, over the years, the loss of friendships. It's been very, very tough, and everyone has their own side and their own story. But it has been tough where you're like, well, hang on a minute. It's not that I dislike or don't like. They'll hate that person or their shit, or it's just a case of they just don't get it. They're not operating at the level. They're not operating at the same level. So I think what's really led to this growth, which really there is a bit of a lag measure. So you're right. Six months has been more than three years. But ultimately, probably the last 15 months, I'd say we've really been ramping up. And now it's like we can see that acceleration in real time. At the end of the day, it Comes down to the people. And if people aren't carrying, look, I'll live and die on my sword with hpf. Like the passion. And for my role as a visionary and the founder and whatnot. I'm just a cog in the wheel. However, I am that tip of the spear which is like, hey, we're fucking heading in this direction and I don't expect anyone to drive it more than me. That's something that I love, enjoy. It's a gift and a burden that I'll carry to the grave with me. However, if you don't have other people around you driving that vision or driving it at the standard that's required, yeah, man, like, there goes your life. Like, here we are, we're in July. A lot of you men, like, I don't know if you remember where the last couple of years has just gone with all the shit that was fucking happening, but it's like, man, you, like, you are, what is it, 501? Like what, maybe 150 days away from 2025? Like, how does that make you guys feel listening to that now? You know, about 150 odd days away from 2025. Like, that's insane, man. Like, I remember 1995 in school and it's like, it's, it's, it's. I remember. You see those memes where it's like 20, 2025 to the 1980s music or some, something like that is the same as, you know, listening to like classical, 1930s, 1940s. He got the fucking bands up. Like, we're getting old. But man, it is something that I'm very proud of. We've got a phenomenal team here now and again, the men who were part of hpf, be it members, the coaching team, whatnot, they played their role, man, but this isn't the fucking RDM days anymore. Like, HPF is a high level, legitimate organization that's helped thousands of men. And we continue to ascend with our deliverables, to just go leaps and bounds above anything else that comes close. And that's not in a, in an egotistical manner of saying we're better than everyone. We just let the facts do the talking. But it's a case of again, standards. If you can do it, you should. And one of the biggest things I love ads is, you know, the fact that we're, we're not just one piece of the jigsaw puzzle. We're here to put the whole fucking puzzle together for the men. I think that's what I'm Most proud of. Whilst the one to one coaching is phenomenal in its own right, they're like the facilitators, the project managers that are plugging and playing exactly what the men need. So A, they're not it up, B they're heading in the right direction, knocking over the right dominoes and C, in the right order because that's important. It's all of them, man. It really is. The events, the catch ups, the retreats, some of the other stuff we've got planned in the year which I want to discuss today. But yeah, man, it's been quite a, quite, quite a ride. Tell me. Let's, let's rewind. So you, you were back in, you joined back in 2020 I believe, January. Yep. So start of the year, how much have we changed both from I guess a member's perspective because obviously you still have a finger on the pulse with that and also as the CEO, what's changed, man? Give us a bit of a rundown on your personal journey and then also what you've seen inside these four walls.
Yeah, wow. Lots has changed. Yeah. January 2020, which was just after my third child had been born. So I was in a bit of a rut and yeah, just really. And it's quite interesting because I think it's, it represents where I was, but also where RDM at the time, which HBF now is where. I don't know where I was at that point in time. I don't know whether I'd be a fit for HBF now because I didn't have any vision. It was quite interesting, you know, I was reasonably successful, I had a good job, great family, not too much was going wrong, but I knew that just wasn't where I wanted to be. And I remember our first conversation, it was kind of like, and even you've grown a lot since then, but it's very much about, well, do you want more? And it was kind of like, no, I don't necessarily want more. I just want what I've got now to be better. Which is absolutely, I guess a mindset or a position that we wouldn't tolerate from men because every man should want more. Every man should want better for himself. If you want to be rich, fuck yeah, go be rich. If you want to have, you want to be jacked and go run a marathon, go fuck it. You know that that's the level of, you know, not, not just I just want to be a little bit better than I am right now. So that, and that was the sort of, I guess the clientele that we, we were looking at because it was purely, we didn't know what we stood for. Like, yes, we had really core values and family self service that has been a key tenant the whole way along. But what does that actually represent in a man's life at the time was, let's just kind of try to help every man and every father and be a little bit better. Now it's like, nah, man, if you just want to be a little bit better, that's okay for you. But we want the men that want to be fucking titans, the top 1% of the 1%. So I guess that's a big representation of how I've changed because that's absolutely, absolutely how I operate now. You know, I want to find my, my niche and be the absolute best COO that I can possibly be. Which means, you know, bringing in the right people around me. But also, you know, throughout that journey, you can't just decide, I'm going to change fundamentally who I want to be and how I want to look at life. You must create systems and processes around that. So as I've been doing that for myself, that's what we've done. We've created process. I still remember our first podcast and we're in those little fucking 3 meter by 3 meter office and he's showing me the backend systems. I'm like, cool, where's your backend systems? This is awesome spreadsheet and this awesome Facebook page. And I'm like, yeah, cool, where's your back end systems? That's it. And, but at the time, that's what we had and that's what you build from. But now we've got, fuck, you know, dashboards upon dashboards that just, you know, really, you know, track and represent the most important data in a man's life. You know, their weekly temples, all this, all this data. They're, you know, they're training the nutrition, everything so that we know exactly where the man's up to. The coaches have the right information that can give the right stimulus or the right coaching or the right, you know, data points that they need so the men can actually take that next step. So yeah, it's, it's, it's chalk and cheese and, you know, four years, five years is not a long time. Like you'd smoke about, you know, people waiting their time in, in jobs to get a promotion could take 10, 20 years. Like, I sat in the same job for 10 years in, in warehousing, waiting for an opportunity. Me, if you wait for it it's never going to come. And then once I started creating opportunities for myself through my own actions, through tapping into the right people, look where we are now.
Yeah, it's, it's, it's quite an incredible shift, isn't it? And look for, for a lot of you men, like, this isn't like what adds on a couple of different layers. I want to look at that, look there. It's a case of understanding, hey, you know what? We're not here big dicking and saying that you're, you're not good enough or anything. In the top 1% and 1%, it's a fucking choice, man. If you're listening to this and you're disqualifying yourself, that's on you. That's your own story. And with respect, it goes two ways. When did you stop believing that you were capable of more? You are enough to become more because you're living, you're breathing, you're listening to this right now, which means you have a choice. You have power, you have options. There is always a way. You might not think there is, but that's because you're thinking from the one capacity that you're stuck with, which is your own brain. Which is why going it alone is seldom the answer. Now, take it from someone who's living in their gym and shamelessly driving around the front and the back of the gym early morning, late at night so no one would know that I was fucking in there. Like, it's just, yeah, don't worry. We all have our mess. And there's parts of me that are filled with big shame on going, how the fuck did I miss the mark in some of these areas that just required a little bit of clarity and then raising the standard a little bit more to then drive to become better. But I was a big dog in one area, right? So I was a fucking international athlete in CrossFit at a size that was incomprehensible. Like, no one at 112 kilos and 6 foot 4 was doing what I was doing. Cool. That was my story, right? I'm unique. Welcome to the rest of life and the rest of the world. How's that working out for you, Al? I'll tell you, back then, boys, it wasn't. That's for sure. And even now, I don't even need to use that anymore. Like, it's. I use some of the grit and some of the actions and measures that got me into that state, which is mental and physical and discipline and habits and routines, sure. But other than that, no, it's a case of going, hey, I can be more. I can be enough. And then on the flip side, some of you men listening to this, like, hey, you know, my life's cool, you know, I'm not like, that story of that guy whose wife left and they got back together. And that's awesome. Like, yeah, well, look, those horror stories where guys are hit rock bottom. It's actually a different podcast. I was going to do ads called what level you're playing at, Just talking about the different levels. But, like, those men who've fallen apart, they were very fucking high performers. That's the whole point. That's the whole reason why they fell apart. They were obsessively, compulsively dialing in one circle, which came at the cost of the other two. Family, self and service. That's the founding principle. That's the very first thing that was created with this movement. So it's not that those guys didn't have their shit together. They're extremely high performers. Probably high performer than you. Because if you haven't lost everything yet, there's a high chance you haven't taken any risks or push the standard or push the boundaries. Could be wrong, but I'd bet my left nut on it more often than not. Anyway, percentages will be in my favor. Second to that, if you're a man sitting there listening, going, no, I'm rock solid. I'm good. I am great. And look, I've had my hardships, Alan. I've had ups and downs, but I'm. I'm pretty rock solid, man. Like, I'm good, I'm fit. I go to the gym, I make good money for the family, I spend time with the kids and wife. I'm like, cool. Get it. What are you measuring that against, though? Like, if you're left to your own devices. I mean, I've. I've had guys told me that they're fit. I'm like, right, we got Olympians in here. Like, what. What do you. What does fit mean? Like, tell me. Tell me what the fuck fit means. Like, is fitness. You go to the gym five days a week, because that's just an action, you know. Oh, yeah, no, no, I'm on a great wicket. I own good money. We've got guys in here worth $200 million. So help me understand, like, how much money do you have and can you make? How valuable are you to the marketplace? Yeah, I'm great. I spend time with my family. Okay, cool. Have they given you scores out of 10 and measured that and why, you know, like, it's not. And, boys, I'm saying this with respect. I'm saying this from a position of being in your corner, saying, you're going to have stories. That's the little devil inside. You're going to have this little voice that just tells you to settle. You're okay. Just cruise. You don't need to do more. You don't need to stretch. You don't need to push. As Adam knows, it's been quite a turbulent journey because of the rapid growth that we've experienced personally and professionally. To go, hey, man, this is where it happens. You might have one foot still planted inside that circle of comfort, but then you're stepping out into the world of discomfort with three quarters of your body. So it's like, all right, I've got a bit of footing, but the footing is only there to help me if I can push into that next one. And that's the goal. That's the goal of life. So what I'm saying that, man, what I'm saying is, too often you settle on the standards that you've set instead of going, well, hang on a minute. Yeah, I can sharpen the ax a little bit more. And that losing of the edge, so to speak, is exactly the reason why so many men just become lost later in life because they haven't fulfilled the destiny or who they were born to be. And that's not a fluff and feeling thing. That's a realization. Right. I'm a very logical man. I used to be extremely emotionally driven. I use both now, but, like, really think this through. So when we're talking about what Adam's created. Absolutely. Pioneered with us is. Okay, well, yeah, data is very important. Data and tracking. Why? Because it gives you clarity on the now and the past. That's just. This just happened. Okay, well, here's the lag measure of what's happened. Systems and processes are important because they're going to drive accountability. People are important because they're going to drive culture. So when you start to pull that together, it's quite a phenomenal monster that we have here, which says, hey, you know what? All of these dashboards that are showcasing the men's wins, where they're winning, like their scoreboards, are they winning or losing? How and why? What does it look like? It's turned into a fucking sport where you as a man, you as a member can look at and go, hey, where the fuck am I down? Okay, cool. I've got to top that up. I've got to get better. So what I love most about the data ads is we're seeing through ones and zeros in real time, the life and legacies that are being built. It's, it's a bit weird. It's almost like, like reality and, and emotions and love and reconnecting and relationships and dad ventures and the man getting feeling powerful again and confident. He's got his body back and he's. Relationship's great and he's upskilling himself or driving and scaling his business and it's like, hey, that's all awesome. We can. It's almost like when you do it enough and long enough, fellas, you can actually see all of that through all the ones and zeros. You can see that through the data. You're like, oh, yeah, I can see all this now. This man is living a. Look what he's doing here. Look at his actions and habits and he's crushing it. And that's, that's a weird, It's a bit weird. But it's, it's, it's, it's, it's easy for you or me now, but I'm in trying to communicate that. It's like, yeah, like you can just, you can already see it. Like those who aren't on the inside of HPF listening this, if you ever speak with me within five minutes, I can already fucking see who you can become better than. You can. And I think sometimes men, you need that. Like you, you, I mean, don't have to do hpf, do whatever you want. But what I'm saying is sometimes you need someone else to see that in you, belief or not, you need someone else to see the path so they can point you in the right direction. Because maybe your set of eyes, which isn't 360, it's only looking in one direction. You just need to tilt the head in another way that can help you see the path that has been lit up for you. But walk us through our dads, like, tell me, man, what are you? Cause you're, you're obviously much more heavily involved in delivery, right, operations, the deliverables, the coaching. I'm connected with everyone. It's what makes me who I am. I don't miss a beat. But also, I, I would not do what you're doing as good as you are. And, and I can't, and I don't. So what, yeah, walk us through, man. What are you seeing? What are some of the amazing things you've seen this year to date? And then from that, carry that through, man. Expand into Winter wars and what you've seen so far, because that's been unbelievable Winter wars this year.
Yeah, it has been. And considering we've done this every year and it just continues to level up. And it's quite interesting because it gets harder, but it gets deeper every year. And what that data does is allows us to create more depth in a man's life by removing the stories. So when we have a set goal and we have a set path to achieving that goal, all of those stories that we have about why we can't achieve things, they're still there, but we find a way to. We're focusing on the goal, not the roadblock, and we actually move our way around them. It's something I was listening to by Hormozi. I was listening to. He was talking about the unconscious bias that other people may have. So you're in a workplace dominated by men and you're a woman and you've got this bias against you. Fucking, so what? You're a salesman and you're too young, so people won't buy for you. Well, so what? So you actually need to get better at what you're currently trying to achieve. Now, the interesting thing is we all have those stories. Everyone's got a story, whether it's real or not. And that's the crazy thing. Like, when we talk about stories, a lot of the time they're not real, but sometimes they are. And then the answer is, well, so what? So that data and that sort of coaching and accountability lets us focus on what's important, which is, well, I just need to get really fucking good at what I want to do so that I can achieve what I want to do. I need to be better than the next guy because he's got an unfair advantage, maybe, but who fucking cares? Because it's my life, not his life. So that's what that data and those sort of challenges allows us to tap into. So the Winter wars, you know, like, it's designed to put men in. Out of their comfort zone. So, you know, whether it's at the moment, it's. It's all around, you know, long term. July, you know, you've got the whole of July to do your challenges. Cool. How do I make sure that I get myself in the position to actually achieve those things? It's going to be uncomfortable. I'm going to have to face things. Because it's not just all physical. There are physical challenges, but it's. It's mental, it's personal, it's connection, it's Stuff with your family, the challenges across the board that challenge you in all areas of your life. But you still got to live your current life, and that's important in what we do. And, you know, in a man's life altogether. You must find challenges to put yourself out of your comfort zone, to go and achieve something you've never achieved before, to go and level up in an area you've never leveled up before. Because if you don't, how the fuck do you know when life challenges you or the people around you challenge you? Or how do you step up then? Because you've never had to. And that's resilience that you know. And we build resilience through choosing our own challenges rather than letting life and the other people around us choose them for us. Because if we do that, then we are fucked because we won't have the skills or the capacity to actually face the challenges that realistically we shouldn't be. Shouldn't be facing anyway.
Yeah, look. Yeah, agreed. You know, 25,000 hours in this space now, I'm a gun at relationships, right? And when I talk about that, like, I'm not a fucking relationships coach, I don't like the term. I don't like. I don't like the way it's promoted anyway. That's for sure. With other services, not what we do. Point is, you want to improve the marriage. Don't focus on the fucking marriage. There's too many variables and things you don't control. Just like what Adam said, then you need to be able to control and contribute to who that individual can become inside of who you are, which then contributes to that fucking cloud in the air called marriage, right? Then you've got more firepower, more leverage, more value. Not to dominate the relationship, but to provide more value from a position of personal integrity and strength. So it must be when. When we're talking about this man, like, lots and lots of time in this space, it's got to be you. You have to be the vehicle, and you don't have to. This is the thing, too. Like I mentioned, those other people, like, you don't have to become any other individual. You simply have to become the man you were born to be. That's it. Like, it's. You know, and one of the biggest things adds, like, I was just coming back to my point around, you know, with. With being extremely fast and accurate on the dynamics of relationships. Is. Has to be the pathway. Has to have as much control as possible in your favor, which is what you can do, how you can choose to see things, the actions you can take. Which is why you must structure your time. Because everything costs time, which means you have to off the things that don't matter and cut away the dead wood. Everything comes at a cost. But I think it's a cost to hold on to so many other things, mate. To be fair, when I look at a lot of, if you call them hobbies or any other things that just become distractions, really, I'm like, well, is it actually a cost giving this up, quote unquote, sacrifice, or is it costing me to try and hold onto it? Just, Just another thing to juggle? But what. One of the, one of the, one of the best things I would say with, with a lot of men, members or not, is really owning your position. Yeah, when you own your position, Adam, you can improve your position. So when you're talking about Winter wars, you've got the whole month, you've got all the other variables of life in general and you've got these runs on the board you need to accumulate. It's like, yeah, welcome to the game. But also it's a case of going, well, hang on. If I can actually really own where I'm at and look at it and have full conviction, which is what you said before, right, with the stories, and then have things like what we're doing with Winter Wars Juggernaut July, which is like, hey, you got the month. We've got massive reps in certain areas you can accumulate over time. So it is cool. I do like the mix ups we do through our competitions and challenges, but owning the stories how I'm a young guy who can't sell and I'm selling to older people, you know, and I'm 21 and I've got like, cool, just own, Own who you are. It's like. So we've, we, we call them Team Eurovision because we've got a couple of international. Well, they're all, they're Australian, but we've got, you know, a couple of our coaches are English and German and again, been in Australia for donkeys years, if not forever and, but so I, I call them Team Eurovision and we partner them up, which is quite funny, but talking about Eric and Ed, but Eric, Eric, one of our coaches, he's, you know, he's German. I'm like, yeah, man, you're the German juggernaut. Like, you're the, you know, you're the war horse, mate. You're the one who comes in and, and, and, and really? Because like, like all things, I pursue excellence and I'm always pushing for excellence. I'm like, okay, all coaches, how can we get better? And with Eric having a. I love his accent, I think it's awesome. A good, strong accent. I said, man, that's sweet. I said, but, you know, yeah, I guess if you want to keep fucking polishing up and having the vocab that I've got, you know, he. He listens to the podcast. He dives in. Like, he's just. He's such a gunman. Like, he's such a great coach. He's created phenomenal success. The point is, Eric is enough. He's doing an amazing job, but he needs to own his position and then improve it. So, hey, I am the fucking German warrior here. But also I'm going to improve it so I can make sure that how I operate inside of the constructs with our team is something that is, that is cohesive with how we roll, what we do without buying into any other stories like this, this. Maybe this is a poor example, but I'm like, yeah, like, we're in Australia, so we should only have Australian coaches, for example. What the fuck does that even mean? Who gives a fuck? That's my point. So it's weird how. And guys who aren't German wouldn't even understand. They'd be like, I'm not quite sure. I'm like, well, that's the point. We all have these weird stories as opposed to. If I was Eric, I'd be flipping the script going, all right, boys, welcome to our session. Hey, have you all fucking enlisted for your German speaking classes or do you expect me to speak fucking English forever? Like, come on, come to the fucking party. You know, like, flip the script, Eric. We'll all learn German for you, bro. But it's. Now he's a weapon. The point is we all have these weird stories that we seem to hold onto and if some of them are true at em, like you said, just fucking own it and then do something about it. Because the conditions of life, your relationships, the marketplace in all areas, you get eaten alive. Like, especially in relationships. Fuck. You know, I just want my husband to be vulnerable. You know what women say they and what they want. Fucking two different things. Okay? Cry in your wife's arms every day and tell me how much she loves you being vulnerable, right? We fucking someone else balls deep in her before you know it. So it's about you maintaining the authority in the position to go, hang on a minute. What's my strength? What are my stories I need to cut away? What are my Stories that are true that I need to own and then build upon. That puts me in a position of strength and power that through that becomes more valuable to the marketplace, to my family, to my wife and children, to myself, to my workers and colleagues, such that by finding a way I become even greater, even better. That's a very attractive thing. Like, I don't. What are we up to? What is it? 243 I don't know what episode we're up to, but lots go back to the first episode and tell me if I was a bit different. Of course he fucking is. Had some. Had some stories then ads, that's for sure. Fuck. Some. Some stories that I thought were good but are bad.
Yeah.
What do you question, man? How you finding. How you find the structure? So talk us through. Like, we've got the big tribe, then we've got squads, we've got the coaches. Like, what's. Yeah, I guess shed a bit more light on. On. On what we do and why. Because the episode's called what Makes Us Different. You've seen a heap load of floating around too, mate, as we all have. And obviously lots of men have tried other things that clearly didn't uphold what they said they were going to do. So they've come on board and joined hpf. But why? You know, which. Yeah, good on them. But yeah, talk to us, man. Why are we different? What makes us different? Coaching delivery, your experience, what you're seeing. Because you're right in there on the action, mate.
Well, yeah, it's a loaded question because it's how long we've got three hours to talk about why we're different. And I guess the answer is we're better than everyone else because we're specific and broad at the same time. Which. Whether it's programs, coaching experts that they can't do because they're either too specific in one area. So I go to a marriage counselor to fix my marriage, but I'm 150 kilos. And the reason my marriage is breaking down is because I come home from work every night, drink 12 beers, fall asleep at fucking 8 o' clock at night. So my. My issue is in my marriage, it's my health. Then I go to a PT to get healthy, but all the other issues around me, I'm working too much. So I go to a pt, so I take the time away from my family. So I'm robbing Peter. And this is the issue with the experts. And they're great in their own area and we use them like we absolutely use Them. But you need to be broad enough to actually highlight upstream what the biggest issues are and then navigate with the man through fixing or correcting those issues. But you might be three or four weeks in, and then it pivots. So life gets in the way or something else happens or we find another stimulus or another story that exists and we need to pivot as coaches. So what we actually have is we have a structure around the man so that we can get surface level. And this is. It kind of works backwards and in and out. You go surface, then zoom out, then come zoom right in. You're looking at, well, what's the problem? Right now we bring in a man, it's his first week. What are your perceived issues? Great. Cool. Let's come up with a plan of where do you want to be in the next 12 months? And we'll come up with a plan of attack. But we know in the first three, two, three, four, five weeks, that's actually going to change because what I think is the issue in my relationship or in my life is actually not the issue. It's somewhere upstream. And that's where our coaches are amazing because they've had so many conversations and they've worked with so many men and they've seen all the patterns. Again, like, as you spoke about, we can see the potential in a man way before he can. We can also see the pitfalls in either something external or internal where we can focus as a coach. Awesome. That's where we're going to focus. But a lot of the time, the man's not ready for that yet. So we still need to work to get him ready. So we're actually looking at, I guess, a man's life from every single angle. And if we need to pull in experts as part of our specialist coaching, as part of our coaching program, we absolutely do. But a lot of the time it's just, how do I identify what's going on right now? Zoom out. What do you actually need? Zoom back in. What do you need to do? Zoom out. What do you need? Zoom back in. What do you need to do? And that's across family, self and service. So that's looking at all areas of life. Because a business coach is only going to give you business advice. They're not going to say, leave work early and go spend time with your family. They're not going to say, well, they might, but they're not going to say, knock off at lunchtime and go to the gym. So we're able to cover all angles. Family, self, and service and actually plug them in at the right time because we know that true balance doesn't exist. You can't say, cool, I'm going to spend eight hours on family, eight hours on service, eight hours on myself every day because it doesn't fucking happen. So we navigate all the external stimulus and all the external things that are happening in a man's world and help him find the path. Then once we have that, that's where we work on what's the plan to get you greater than what you are right now. So we might start with working on what the biggest pain points are. But very, very quickly, we're actually working on looking forward. How do we become greater in that area? If one of my biggest areas is, you know, I'm not great with communication, like a lot of us aren't, we don't get taught how to communicate with our wives at school. Well, how do I learn the skills? How do I increase my capacity? How do I just do that over and over again? How do I structure it in my calendar so that I'm making sure I'm front loading my week? So all these different areas are getting looked after. Am I just swimming upstream or I've actually got a plan of attack? So very, I guess, broad answer, but life's broad, life's, life's aid. So I guess in a nutshell, the reason why we can do what we can do is we have the right men, we have the right coaches that have lived it. They, most of our coaches have been through the HPF program for a reason. They've become greater than they were. And they understand and they understand what's required to become that version of yourself. Because, hey, you've got to, you've got to want it. You know, you've got to lean into your stories. But then also too, you've got to actually go and do the work. And you know, we have a lot of men that come to us that understand and acknowledge all the stories and they're at that point and then they're just not quite prepared to actually face all those stories and do the work. So, yeah, very challenging, very rewarding work. And hopefully that answers your question in some small way.
Yeah, well, the hard part is like it's not broad, is right, vague, not so much like that. The structure's there. It's just a case of going, well, everything we do is individualized and tailored for each man. So all of you men listening out there, do you actually have similar patterns? Of course you do. But what's your pathway? Well, you know, Domino 5 for one man might actually be Domino 2 for you. And that's, that's critical, man. Like, that's the difference between the linchpin, which is all empires rising and falling, your marriage and that staying together and. Or running enthusiastically in the wrong direction. It's not just doing the right thing. It's the order of things too. You know, I can train and that's great. Healthy, fit, strong. I can train at 6pm and I'll get shot because that's dinner, bath and bedtime. Yeah. My wife, rightfully so, would like my help and assistance with three crazy, hyperactive children. So the order of things matters. Now, look, it's a great answer, man. One of the biggest things I got from that is I just did a little drawing here too. A very poorly constructed one of a mountain and then a lake. A lot of the men will come to us. You're right. Like we identify the source so that never happens again. But we're also the vision, the visionaries for these men because we've seen the past so many times. Hey, this river canal here, the, the water's muddy. How do we, how do we pan this water out or clear? It's like. No, no, hang on a minute. Let's go upstream a little bit. Like your story right now. And the actions you think you should be having do not line up with what the actual main reason or the main point that we need to address. You're just reacting to the dirty water along this part of the stream. Let's go up. Source. Ah, this is the one. Like what you mentioned. If you're having trouble with your marriage, but you're heavily overweight. Yeah. With everything is respectful, man. You've got no energy. Typically your integrity is shot to because like other things, the truth always wins. And if you're eating lots of food and you've lost that personal integrity and integrity. Integral just means held together, kept together as one. Well, you're not. You keep fucking dropping the ball. Like, I don't care how much exercise you do. You put too much shit in your mouth, that's it. So that's really hard. And I'm not taking from someone who was fat as fuck when I was younger. It's a hard thing to do. It's a coping mechanism. But they're all stories to take you away from the reality of the situation that we just pat around and cover up and. Okay, well, hang on a minute. If we help you drop 50 kilos, you're going to be a better husband and father. Anyway, your energy will go through. Pure physics suggests it's impossible for you to be operating at your peak. I don't care how many love languages, books you've read, how much time you spend with the kids. That's it. So there's your first domino. Turn you into a fucking disciplined athlete again. You know what the hardest part has been over the years? Ads. And it's been from Lyn and other people, I guess, where it's like, hey, you gotta have one thing right. And it's not no respect to anyone else too. But it's like, what's your one thing? And there's a great book by Gary Keller called the One Thing. It's fucking amazing. But that's a little bit different. That's like in driving specific measurable outcomes and goals. That this is the most important goal that I have and how do I. But throughout the book, the whole how to get there has lots of little things. I know I'm very cautious of the word legacy. I know it gets thrown around a lot. But our one thing is the lag measure of HPF and high performance father represents your children wanting to be around you when they're adults. What does that mean? You've got beautiful stability in the household. You understand the value of relationships with the opposite sex and provide accordingly. Is the Viking and Panda to be the chief, you gotta scan the skill sets around, how to connect and plug in and have impact with your children. Not time. Balance does exist. It's just the metrics people use are fucking well out of whack. Like if I have a stereo mixer to top up family, top up self, top up service, mate, self. Everything else we do outside of ourself involves other people, Adam. So I only need a fucking hour a day, mate. If I got 16 hours a day, give me 6% and I'm sweet. That's all I need. Got up at the gym this morning, 4:30am, crunk, 4:30am this morning, cranked out a session. I can eat shit for the rest of the day, mate. I've experienced control. I've filled my cup, I've invested in myself. So the other 15 hours, it's with you, it's with these men on the podcast, it's with the other coaches, it's with our members, it's with my wife, with my children, like I'm fucking solid. I can give, give, give and give. So balance does exactly does exist from the metric of impact, not time. So high performance father, the one thing is your children love, cherish and respect you. And want to be around you when they're adults and you're showing them how to fucking do it when you're 80. That's our one thing. Because typically here it's got to be health, wealth or relationships. Health, wealth or relationships. It's like, well, why? Because if I make you lots of money, yeah, you can probably outsource and buy some time back for your wife who's stress cleaning the house. But then what else? She's got access to that money too. So you've already lost your value. A lot of you men listening to this have heaps of fucking money. That's why you're struggling at home. Because the source that helped you create your identity and provide value in the household is something she's seen over time. So it's diluted. The value's diluted. Or desensitized was probably the better word. And she's got access to that anyway. So the game's changed, man. You got to provide different value again, you know, and it's not like in love, languages, books. It's more than that. It's been one step ahead of her own bullshit because with respect, love women, they're a beautiful gift, but their emotional volatility continues to change and fabricate a reality, which means you need to be ahead of that curve, provide that emotional support and stimulus. So you've got this predictability but spontaneity at the same time. It's actually not that. It's not that complex. It's complex when you buy into the bullshit where you don't understand. Now, the point with this man is when it comes to value and how we provide value and how we create a balanced life and how we can hit the mark on all fronts.
It.
Is important to treat it like a stereo mixer and top it all up because we can get you fit as that could be the one thing. But then what? Right? We could help you with your relationship, but then. But then what? What about the rest of your life? So weirdly enough, the most valuable thing is you becoming the most valuable vehicle for life possible, which you as a man includes three circles. Family, self and service. Circle of family split into two sections, right? Obviously your children and that generational, yes, legacy. It's not your legacy, it's the family's legacy and the opposite sex relationships. Service is both paid and unpaid. You know, obviously your business and work and all things you do for the community and self is two things that make the man capacity and skill sets. So when we look at this, how could it, how could it ever be just one thing? Because that won't, that won't fix or that won't improve, that won't help a man grow or evolve. So I hope this is making sense for a lot of our members too to understand that hey, like you might be focused on one thing right now, that's your low hanging fruit. But essentially we try and measure that you have to have a nation, one thing and one. It's like, well, hang on a minute. Like the law of win by accumulation applies every else, every other area, every other area of life for everyone else. Why wouldn't apply here with the hardest and greatest game of all, which is a man where the game changes with more skin in the game than ever when he becomes a father entering andor in the second half, that's what I love most, man. But, but it's not broad because like, because when we do the deliverables, it gets super specific, right? And that's, that's something that, that I've come, I've, I've come to terms with and made peace with for many years. Like you've seen ads which we, we change and evolve and adapt and adjust and question. We're always questioning, like we question and challenge our own processes more than anyone else, obviously. And it's always been that thing. I'm like, it's got to be one thing. So what are we, what are we? One thing. I was like, no, fuck that, man. Like we have the leverage on firepower through dedicated one to one coaching where everything's tailored for the man like he's his Sherpa to get him to stop the mountain. Then also the assets through the modules, courses and then the experts together provide exactly what they need at the highest level in family, self and service, specifically for what they need when they need it in an environment of, you know, 400 plus memories. Like, hey, this is the standard where a man keeps another man in check. This is how we operate. This is what we don't tolerate. Get the up and win. But that's. And then you layer that in with physical events as well. Like it's just these lay. I mean obviously, as you know, I've bled my cun out to get here, but it's like, man, it's, it's. I still feel like we're just warming up as crazy as the results are that we get. But, but yeah man, I definitely hear what you're saying and you delivered it extremely well, as you obviously would. But just to sprinkle some spice on that for you, man, that's the reason why we're not a fucking commodity like a counselor or a PT or business coaching or what if we could make you a fuckload more money and get your relationship hotter than ever before? Have an unbelievable relationship with your children when they actually respect you and revere you as the king of the household. Wanna be around you when they're older as well, as well as getting you in the best shape of your life better than when you're in your 20s and pulling that all together, where you're in control of your time and what you choose to do with your life in an environment that brings fulfillment, joy and reward. Because you're not walking the path alone and you actually know that you matter and what you're doing means something. That's hpf. That's what makes us different. Adds anything else you want to add, mate?
Not much, mate, I think. And I really like that we're talking about the one thing, because I do believe in the one thing. But it's probably not so much the one thing, it's the right thing. The right thing at the right time and on your own as a man, it's very hard to understand that. So it is important that you have the people around you because again, externally, everyone else will tell you what their right thing for you is. But it's one thing to have that. But it's very rare to actually know what the right thing is for yourself is. And that's why you do need those people around you. And that changes. And that's where, you know, coaching and the coaches will actually see the right thing before you do. Because you're still, like you said, in the stream, sifting through the muddy water, you know, so there's no clarity, it's just whether the coach can see that a little bit further up the stream. Ah, there's. There's the right thing. There's the rock that you need to latch onto. So, yeah, I really like that. Yeah.
And it's also, yeah, like, so it's the vision to go, hey, this is exactly where you're going to go, man. And that's like the non members will understand to some degree, but obviously the men on the inside are listening to this. Like, you boys need to understand, like the. Everything is very thoughtfully processed and precise. Even with Winter wars. The psychology of tapping into your primal power as a man, leveraging good competition. Like we're on the same team. So it's almost like the Spartans, right? It's the training run and then when you get out on the paddock the competition is life. So when we quote, unquote, compete, we're not competing against each other, we're competing with each other to raise the standards. And that's. And then the way that we're doing Juggernaut July or the short five day sprints or the way we're tapping into making sure that everything we're doing around, whether it is the tactical stuff because you're right, as we'll do 30,000 foot view, then we go super granular. Here's your three minutes of breath work so your latency score is better so you don't crash out because you shouldn't. You're going to hit a deeper sleep and wake up more restored and recovered. Like the weirdest part is, and it's because, because what we do is dialed in just for the father. So the terminology is there, the understandings there that those two things are so important. I don't care how fucking academic you are, those two things are so important because if someone ever feels understood and you're not speaking their language, you will never hit the mark. Doesn't matter how smart or clever or how much information you give them, but because of those two and how we pull it all together. I've seen this with allied health professionals before. When I had a fucked up knee, you got the exercise physiologist trying to talk to the chiro, trying to talk to the physio. Something so simple, Adam and three people, Allied health with a knee reconstruction and it was a fucking nightmare. They couldn't even get that. So the fact that let alone imagine trying to put all this together yourself. So the fact that we can pull it all together, here's the whole jigsaw puzzle that we're going to pull together for you and put together with and for you on the level with you, where we understand and get you with your terminology, with the tools and the deliverables that taps into the psychology as a man and how we operate, leveraging emotional hooks, not anchors and also logical pathways. It's weirdly enough got us to a position where quote unquote, our energy protocol health and fitness is fucking better than going all pt the stuff we do around relationships. Again, this is with respect, we hire the experts and counsellors, but men will say, hey, this has worked way fucking better than the marriage counseling. I got the business coaching, we've done like just the bonus stuff we do on the side. It's like, oh, it's so fucking clear now because you've tied it into my life and my way of being like, that's the weirdest part. By, by, by understanding the man, the father, what he needs, how he needs it, when he needs it, and where we need to take him. We're fucking hitting the mark and blowing all the other things individually out of the water. Anyway, it's, it's, it's. Anyway, this isn't a jerk fest. I'm not like this is a podcast just to twist the ears to it and say, hey, look how good we are. It's just, and it's not a call to arms though, sitting on the fence. Like we've got heaps of work. I mean, if you want to jump in and you're not a fuckwit and you're a genuine person, team player, yeah, sure, inquire. But other than that, we're all good. It's just awesome. This is probably more so ads, I think, just turning this around a little bit more in appreciation for the members that we have right now. And just they're just fucking weapons, man. It's so good. Like when I, when we see some of those winter wars and there's like 500 plus comments of guys posting their accountability pieces, it's like, it's not, this isn't, are you okay? Day for a five second post and everyone forgets about you and you're invisible again. Like these men, they're catching up in person. They're making friendships and bonds and brotherhoods above and beyond the events that we're already running all over the country. We're going to Victoria this weekend, which would be epic. And I tell me again, mate, why did we book Victoria in the middle of winter? I'm trying.
It's the ice bath challenge. We just walk out when we're down there. Can we jump in the arrow?
3 Northern Territory, back to back events, Bernard, or saving that joke for the mindset talk. But I'll bring it up again. Hopefully not all the members listen.
We'll see who's listening to the podcast.
That's right. That's the golden rule with dad jokes, isn't it? You can repeat as many as you want, you know, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's pretty epic, man. The members, the members are the ones who make this. Like this isn't arrogance on me. Big dicking ourselves. It's going. No, no. The reason why we're phenomenal is these men push us to push them, to push the stand. And when we, you know, rising tide raises all ships, all that sort of stuff, it's it's true. The problem is, like I said way back earlier in this session was a lot of people are growing at such a small rate. It's like imagine like the marketplace, 9% every single year in increase, right? So if you're not growing at at least 10%, you're falling behind. Same with, same with life. So you might grow, but I think more, to be fair, ads, I'm open to your thoughts on this, man, but you might grow 5% a year. But if the default of life, you as an organism, you decaying, your missus has her shit, your kids have their shit. There's volatility in either the marketplace, your business, or your place of work, employee and whatnot. Your parents get sick, one dies, you break your leg, you might have a risk of fucking prostate cancer or your brother's. Like, people can handle life, assuming that it won't change, right? So if you're growing a 5%, but the default in life is 30%, that's why you go 5, 6, 7 years, 8 years, all of a sudden, bang, shit falls apart. Most men, it's in their 40s, wonder why. This is why you must. You owe to yourself to go above and beyond, to exponentially grow at a rate that is above and beyond the decline of what life is going to be pulling your way. What are your thoughts on that, man? I guess, and, and yeah, just. And how that's working with. With what we do in HPF as well.
Yeah. I guess what's really pleasing for me on the inside is it seeing the men that want to get better, you know, because we know there's so many men like you talk about the growth rate, but there's so many, I guess men that aren't necessarily in my circles now that have been. That aren't growing at all, literally the same people they were a decade ago. So that's frightening in and of itself. But I guess just working with so many men that genuinely just want to be greater than what they are right now and not from a position of they're not good enough, but they've actually found the vehicle to become that and to become that fast enough so that it matters. Because like you said, you know, there are people out there that, that do go it alone. And that. That used to be me, you know, I'd read Ava books, I do courses and that, and. And I was just chipping away, but I wasn't actually moving anywhere. I was learning things. But, you know, to be actually be able to sit back and watch these men a immerse themselves in a tribe of other men that all want to succeed or want to become greater, but the speed that they could actually do it at together, you know, yes, the coaching is a big part of that, but without the tribe and the actual environment they're in, the speed wouldn't exist because they're all pushing, like I said, rising tides because they're actually crowd. And I've said this at catch ups, you kind of crowdsourcing ideas, you're crowdsourcing different ways to become greater because you've got access to all these other men doing the work. It's not about sitting there reading a book from some multimillionaire that stumbled onto a process that worked really well for them. And then all of a sudden I've got to now fucking work out how to apply that to me. I don't need to do because, hey, I've got the coaches that'll do that for me, but I've got the other men applying all the same lessons at the same time and I can use what they're doing and say there's. There might be a man that's six weeks in front of me in exactly the same journey or a very similar journey. Cool. How's he going? What's he doing that's working well and everyone has that. You know, you have guys in front of you and behind you. So we can all just see. And not from a competition point of view, but we can literally just work together. Hey, man, I'm fucking struggling. This is what's happening in my life. I've got this issue with my wife. Has anyone else had this? Yeah, man, the Italian wife. Yeah, I've gone through this, has worked really well. Learn these skills and you'll be sweet. Cool. So we're actually the speed that we can work at now as. As an organ, I guess. An organism is fucking so rapid and we've seen it HBF itself, but the men within it are working at that speed as well.
It's a proper network, isn't it, man? It's pretty, yeah. Very powerful, very inspiring for me. I'm a part of hbf which, you know, being plugged into the. Into the tribe is just holds me at a higher account because if I'm here to drive the vision and the vision must be such that it's so big that the big umbrella of HPF can fit every single person's goals and dreams and their visions inside of it. I've got no fucking choice. I have to. But I love that I'm obsessed with growth which means I just fucking hate waste. I can't stand it. You know, it is that. That.
That.
That speed where it's like tens and tens and tens and tens and tens of thousands of. Of. Of reps. Like, it's just, you know, you can't. I mean, we're writing a book on behalf of all the men, but you just can't even then, like, it's. You know, it's crazy. And I think that's the hard part, because there's a lesson here when I talk about the copycats. And you can take the what. Like, the copycats can steal the what, but they'll never have the how or the why. And that's. That's what just stands the test of time, obviously, as it has. But same for you, man. Like, don't. Like, don't cut corners on you, on yourself, man. Like, don't. Don't cut corners on what needs to be true, on the outcomes you desire and the path to get there. You got to work harder and smarter. You need. You need both. And. And that's. You need both in life, you know? But the biggest thing that can accelerate that is HPF or not. You know, you do. You. But we see ourselves as like an amplifier. Like, we're here to create alignment, obviously. Let's get aligned. First we're heading the right direction, then we're here to. It's that amplification, man. It's like, all right, let's. So let's. Let's. Let's. Let's get dialed in on where you're at, where you need to go to. Fantastic. And then. All right, let's really fucking. In a good way, blow this up. Because at the end of the day, Ads, as you know, mate, you hit version 2.0, I'm shooting for 10.0. You know, when I'm in my 80s, looking back and, you know, if I'm blessed to live that long, it's like, yeah, yeah, it's. That's what I'm shooting for. The 10.0 can look back on even a session like this and be like, I'm proud of you, Al, that you never gave up, and you made sure that I came true. Like, I want you men to sit in that as we wrap this up because we'll do more episodes, but because Ads has to shoot. He's got some meetings to go to. But I want you to think of that. You got version 10.0, but now he's peppering you right now he's in union going, hey, man, make sure that you help me become reality. Like, don't, don't let us down. And that's really important, boys, because what you realize is it's not just a mountain that you climb to become 2.0. It's just the horizon and there's lots of horizons. And that's the game. Though it never ends in my 80s, I'm still going to be finding a way to provide value in family, self and service. Is it going to be different than right now? Of course it is. Just like right now is different than when I was in my 20s. Just like it was different when I was a teenager. Just like, was different when I was, you know, a baby just wanting to get on the boob and stay alive. It's, it's. How can I continue to make progress so that I know, looking back on my deathbed, that I actually matter? And that's a hard one with absolute certainty to ever know whether you hit that mark or not. Ads. If you're on your own, using your own measuring stick with yourself, with your own dialogue and no outside factor that can say, hey, man, have you seen this benchmark? You want to have a crack? Let's, let's go. Like, why not? Why? Why not? Anyway, final thoughts, Ads. As we wrap this up, mate, final thoughts. Thought for the men inside, outside, bits of advice. Anything to wrap this up, mate. It's been good, good chat. I've enjoyed it.
Yeah, that's been good. It's been well overdue. We keep talking about it. It's probably been nearly two years, but yeah, I guess I really like that analogy of looking on our deathbed, but I actually like to come back a little bit, you know. Yes, talking about when you're 80, but yes, talking about when you're on your deathbed, you can't do anything about it. But I was having a conversation with Danielle, my wife, only a few weeks ago, just sitting at the back, and we're talking about what our life would look like when we've got grandkids and great grandkids. And I said, I was talking to her with such conviction of, well, yeah, I'm going to be the granddad that's out in the park, kicking the footy around, throwing the kids on my back. And I could see in her face that she could actually believe it. And I guess that's a challenge that I like to throw out to all the men out there. You know, can you actually have that conversation with your partner and see in her that. I could see that happening because a lot of the time we talk about goals, we talk about what we want to achieve in life, but actually sit down and reflect and look at yourself in the mirror, look at the people around you and see if they actually believe that vision with you. Because if they can, then at least you know you're on the right path and then you can put it all together and you still need to learn and actually do it. But if there's a disconnect there where you can't even have that conversation, you don't believe it in yourself. Maybe there is something where you need to take a step back and think about, I need to change the direction I'm on. So it was something that. Yeah, just sparks in my memory while you were talking about the 80 year old version. You must have conviction about that, but you also must be able to believe it in yourself that I pointed in that direction. I'm actually doing the work to become that. Because if you're not, it's never going to happen.
Yes. Yeah, agreed, man. Very wise, very wise words. And that's if they can even see it. Right? This is why we really hit home about clarity. Clarity is king, man. It's what helped me save the shitstorm of my marriage that fell apart in 2017 by just stopping and God, Hannah, minute. Where do these paths actually go? What's the upside? What's the downside? Can I live with the downside? And is that what I truly want? So for a lot of you men, I think it's just giving yourself the space and I'm just stopping a. Hang on. What would the 80 year old version say to me right now if I maintain this path and yeah, awesome session, man. Yeah.
Hey, that's a whole other podcast.
Yes. Yeah, yeah, we'll do another one. We'll do another one, mate. Well, we might do a panel, I think maybe get you on the boys on too. The other coach. I think it'll be awesome, but great to connect with you and share this with the men. And I hope your boys got a lot of value out of. It's been great. And above all else, man, the key is always making sure A, yes. Get crystal clear, but then B, hook in. Hook. You just don't. None of us have time to waste. I don't think I could say that enough. I've said it about a million times, but action, action, man. Information. One thing. Yes. Implementation. So yeah, anyway, boys, have an amazing day or night when you listen to this ads. Thanks again for jumping on, bro. It's been epic.
Thanks for having me.
Just Wrapping up. I hope you enjoyed that episode. I just want to make it clear as well. I mean, it's not to create confusion or keep you at a distance, but it's also at the same time to that. I'm not here to sell you anything, but I just want to make it clear and known that if you are a father that connected with that message, if you're a father that's resonating with some of the sore points, if you're a father who knows that there's a couple of holes in his game, we're not here to take you from dead to alive. We're here to get you absolutely thriving and we're here to take you out into the field of life and be battle fit and battle ready to handle the adversities that will keep coming. That's who we are. That's what we stand for. We're not here to get you from version 0.1 just to version 1. We're here to take you to version 2.0. And that's something we're very proud, proud of. So if you're a father who knows that, yes, you've got problems, the first step to course correcting and addressing those is by acknowledging them and then seeking help and seeking the tribe and the coaching to get out, get in front, take charge, take control. You don't quite know where to start or what to do. We can potentially be a solution for you. And I just want to let that be clear and known. Like we we're under the pump every week. We have over 100 applications, but there is always room for a man who's dedicated, willing, who wants to reach out to have that conversation. So if you're a father who is looking to create change and you are getting serious about joining us in high performance father and being part of the tribe in this phenomenal coaching program, then reach out either adminghperformancefather.com or contact us through our social, send us a message on messenger or through Instagram. I'll have my coaching team reach out and see how we can best serve you. We've got nothing to sell you. There are so many things we can give away for free. There's obviously paid coaching and paid programs. It just depends on what you want and what you want to do and the steps you want to take. This is all you, man. But when you've got the championship team in your corner, you will not lose. You cannot lose. And that's what we're here for. So take care. Have an amazing day. Or night, whenever you're listening to this. And again, the invitation, the offer is there. If you're a father who does want to go all in on his life and you do want to create the changes that you desire for yourself and your family before it becomes too late. Like so many stories and so many times when I hear that. And we can't turn back the clock. We can't wide back time and take action now, man. Reach out and we'll see what we can do to serve you and your family and get you moving on the right path forward in your life again.
