If this is something that you're really starting to resonate with and you've racked up five, 10, 15, maybe 20 podcasts by now, I just want to ask a small favor of you. The greatest way that we create the greatest impact inside of this world is by reaching more people and more people really tying into the value they can offer themselves at a fundamental level. HPF stands for fathers really valuing and believing in themselves and investing in themselves so that they and their family wins. A couple of quick things. I hope you enjoy the episode ahead. It's a phenomenal one that we've just recorded for you, but essentially I'd love for you to give us a review. Obviously a five star review would be amazing, but whether it's itunes, Spotify, Amazon, it could be on Facebook, a Facebook review anywhere, Google, anywhere where you see this value in you, giving us the approval and recognition that will spread this message. Much respect. Really appreciate you for doing that and also sharing this with someone who you know would get a huge benefits out of listening to this as well. So enjoy the episode ahead. But if there's just one thing I could ask for 10 to 30 seconds of your life to give back, I love doing these episodes. I do these for you, member or not, and for the wider community. I'd love it if you could just give a little bit back and really promote that you support this and this is something that you would love to share with others who you know would get value out of this as well. Gentlemen, welcome to the first of many, many, many new episodes that are going to be interwoven and layered throughout. Not only the long hardcore power rants, as the members call it, that AL does, but also the testimonials, the experts, the guests, all the other people we have on this phenomenal podcast which is nationwide with hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of downloads, which I'm very blessed and humbled that you take the time out of your day and during your day and or night to listen in and find some of those golden nuggets, boys. This is the first of many where I really want to be diving into where I'm at. So obviously reading lots of books, being in the space of where I am, what I'm starting with, this being the very first episode, is something called al's Insights. Now, OWLS Insights is entirely geared around the resources I'm reading, what I'm currently moving through and learning with hpf, what are the different changes and evolutions we're creating with the men on the inside, all the moving Parts are coming to my life to then sit down and work through a series of one liners. Not necessarily quotes or cliche type things, but working through a series of one liners that just come to mind that I can put down and then present for you. So really is a place here inside of Al's insights where it's short, sharp, you're looking at 15 to probably 25 minutes max, where I'm going to be peeling apart these little one liners and then giving you my insights, my wisdom, some golden nuggets, food for thought, all the things that, weirdly enough, men, regardless of the material I read, whether it's business related, philosophy around parenting, relationships, women, men, mind, mindset, athletic performance, any of that, all of that because of what I do, my obsession, this space in helping fathers and families just win through, you know, volatile times and standing the test of time. And what a time we're in at the moment. Boys, there's always a bias towards family, self and service. You as a father, you as a man. So every single piece in this place. And of course I switch off, you know, family, self and service. You know, I train at the gym, I go for walks, I create space, I spend time with my family, so on and so forth. However, in terms of a professional sense and hitting that, that higher level of consciousness and flow, it always comes back to center. And center is you. Center is you men. You men who are giving the time, energy and effort to listen and really dive in and really buy in and go all in on what we stand for by not only listening to what these episodes are about, but actually applying them. So, men, welcome to the first of, like I said, many Al's insights. This is going to be something where I'm doing a bit of a rapid fire and ripping through these key points. Today I've got seven key things. Again, sometimes I'll share the resources, other times it won't be necessary of, like I said, different books, different experiences, different things that just come in. Because a lot of the times, especially when I'm out creating space on my own, these things just flood into my head. I'm like, fuck yeah. Like that's. And I've got to put this. Someone needs to hear this. I've got to put this down. I've got to share. This hard part is sometimes when it's too long between drinks with either the individual podcast that I do or having the guests on, it just gets lost in the ether. So I want to keep this frequency up where, you know, because of what I do on the work that we do on the inside with hpf, it just comes flooding in every single week. I don't want to miss those opportunities anymore. I don't want you men to miss those opportunities anymore either. So get strapped in, men. I hope you enjoy the following. This may be a little bit longer than usual, might be a 20, 25 minute, but typically, like I said, probably around the 15 minute mark. Just to hit you with some good golden nuggets, some of Al's insights. To me taking these one liners that come off the back of resources experiences, what the share what they shed light on books, different types of things that I learn to then go, all right, how can I apply this for you men? And just expanding on it. So let's rip on into these seven points that I have for you today. The very first one is who are you? It was a book called Zero Negativity by Ed Middleton. And when he went through this in, when he was in, I think it was. He's an SBS X SBS and obviously pretty well known now, but he was with, I don't know, for Survivor, I can't remember. I just literally finished the book the other week. But he was basically on a TV show and when he'd ask people, who are you? He'd get what they do. So I want you men to just sit there, whether you're driving or not, walking, and just really let that sink in. When I ask you this question, who are you? What comes to mind? Someone says, al, who are you? I mean, the answer isn't, I'm hpf. I'm the living embodiment of the message of what HPF represents. But again, until listening to ant stuff, sometimes you just get stuck in the weeds where it's like, who are you? Well, I'm a man who helps other men all around. Boom, straight away into what you do. I'm still working on the answer, you know, like, I don't have it all figured out, men. So when I sat and reflect on this, it wasn't the other week, it was two days ago. I finished the book and when I reflect on this, it's like, well, who am I? I'm like, well, in my eyes anyway, I'm a free living man walking the earth. Bit of an outlier, a bit of an outlaw, of course. But yes, I'm a free living man walking the earth. Filled with passion, and not only just passion of, you know, this is what I'm passionate about, but filled with an enthusiasm or a love for life and growing as an individual. As a human being, if someone said, at your core, who are you? I'm like, well, I'm simply a man who wants to maximize life and its opportunities in three core areas. You know, I want to have phenomenal. I want to be an amazing father and have phenomenal experiences where it's not a title, where I'm only a dad, it's not a title, where I'm only a husband, it's not a title where I'm only a businessman, but I want to be a man who has the abilities to continually grow through life, to be loving and leading, to connect and create experiences. So at my core, who am I? I'm simply a fucking man walking the earth, looking to extend the bloodline of our species to continue on after me in better stead than what I was brought into. And that answer. I'm still not satisfied with men. Like, it's a really tough one. Who are you? Who are you? What are those qualities? What are those traits? We've got 10 core values with HPF. Stripped it right back the other day. Like, oh, yeah, 10's a good number. Why did I create 10? Why not 9? Why not 12? Why not 3? And I'll touch on that with another episode because I've actually boiled all of my values in life down to four. Only four core values. But when I look at those values, I'll say them for another episode. It really does shape who I believe I am and who I believe myself to be carving out and creating. But at my core self, who am I? Who are you? Like, who are you when it's all said and done, standing there naked, strip it all back. I'm simply a man who fucking loves helping people and wants to get as close as he can to re realizing his potential, knowing that I'll never reach it. Neither of us ever will. And that's this love for life and opportunity, a disgust or distaste for waste. And when you come back into that, that flow of a gratitude for life and a vibrancy that is the core of our. Sometimes I lose that being in this space where it's heavy, hard fucking work. So I want you to sit on that one. Who are you? Who would you like to be? Maybe we none of us have it figured out right. We need to get a bit of a game plan together. Something to think about, though, in your own time. Who are you? Not what do you do? But who are you? Really powerful, man. Really powerful. Like I said, this will take maybe it'll take years to figure out. In a way That's a clear, concise sentence. Who knows? But maybe in two weeks I'll have it figured out. But it's a really good exercise. Sit back and go, hang on a minute. Who am I? And then maybe to extend that, well, who do I actually choose to be? Who do I want to be? Second one again, a couple of these. This is from a few different books and experiences with men on the inside. Bit of a range. But second one is, why would I change what I really am because of a situation? I really like that. Like, I really. I really like that. What I really am because, one, the work's done upstream in terms of who you are and how you operate, just like I said before, the first point. But two, how you handle yourself reveals that. So, regards to the situation, shit hitting the fan in your marriage, your children going bonkers, work stress, business stress, family health issues, you've got your own health issues, whatever it might be, it's important to know that, especially when it's not with our best interest at heart, a curveball or something that comes to punch us in the face, we need to just step back and not react and look to respond and go, hang on a minute. Am I changing what I really am and who I really am at the core? I didn't do this in order, by the way, too. It just, weirdly enough, coincidentally, how it worked out that way. So it's like, all right, well, who are you? Well, hang on a minute. Okay, cool. This is who I am and what I stand for. These are my values. But then also it's like, well, why would I change that because of a situation? And that in itself will drive grit. It'll drive resilience. And those two together, lots of times will keep a level of persistence in your life to follow through and win. You only ever lose when you give up, boys. You only ever lose when you give up. Why would I change what I really am because of a situation? If what you really are is the fucking goods, then you're above and beyond that situation. Good or bad, you're always on your level. The level, your level. You're the one. A lot of people, they just cave in so quickly, they get easily triggered. And then all of a sudden, like, people over in, say, Western Australia and I'm over on the east coast who ridicule and criticize my ads is like, man, you just let me. You don't even know me and who I am. Control your emotional state and your feelings and literally think about that, man. Like you're letting someone like when you have those tough moments or road rage or anything, you're letting something else. I mean, that's a crazy example. Someone doesn't even know me. Thousands of kilometers. But your entire energetic frequency, how you operate is not of your choosing. You've just forfeited that. You've been triggered, you've reacted, and all of a sudden it's like you've got no control and you're literally changing. Or maybe that is who you are. Or maybe you don't know who you are. So you haven't done the work to build this breastplate. Not everyone has to agree with me. Not everyone has to love hpf. What HPF represents it entails is nothing short of fucking spectacular for families and future generations. And it's wholesome in its track record, year on year, on year, on year, on year, on year. However, some people can't see that. And that's okay. You know, there's 8 billion Earths, gentlemen, not one. You look at reality and some of the distorted views that can creep up. Pretty fucking crazy, right? So be careful the company you keep. So why would you change who you really are because of a situation? Well, you would. Because you haven't done the work to solidify who it is you are, what you stand for. And then having a tolerance of yeses and nos to then go, well, hang on a. No, no, no, that's, that's not on. I don't accept that. I don't care if you're my mother, my father, my brother, my wife. That's going to cost me my personal integrity to buy in on that. I say no, really valuable one. Because situations done long enough, over a long enough period of time, frequently enough over a long period of time, if you bow down to them, allow them to manifest inside of your own head between your ears, they will completely change who you are. And then you're not engineering the life that you want on your terms. 3. It's the possibility of a dream come true that makes life interesting. How good is that? Right? How good is that? Like, I want you to consider, Here's a question for you. If you could. If what it is, whatever it is that you pursued inside of your life, family, self or service, or all three, if what it is that you pursue in life, you knew that you had no chance of failure. You knew, whatever it is, whatever it is that you chose to pursue in your life, you had a 100% guaranteed chance of success. How big would you dream? How large would you go? That's a. It's a really confronting Question Man. Because it's like, oh, wow. And it's not that we're sitting here as dreamers going, oh, well, look, yeah, I'd love to be able to just flap my arms and fly and defy the laws of physics. It's not about that. But it's going, shit, where have I pulled the pin or settled in my marriage or as a father with the kids, or in how I keep my time, where I invest my time, my own health and wellbeing, my business or place of work, the level of impact I give. Think about it, men. If you could dream and know that those dreams and goals you set, you had 100 chance of success, you knew you could not fail, you knew you would get it, how big would you dream? Is HPF Australia or is it global? Like I said before, this is an open advertisement. I need some Indian owls, some Chinese owls, a couple of Middle Eastern owls would be good. Don't have to have red hair, of course. Like, at least, at least global in the Western world. I'm not sure. I mean, I've got heaps of Middle Eastern, Indian and Chinese friends, but it's like they're trying to move. Trying to move a whole country of fathers is a bit of a different ballgame, fellas. It's the possibility of a dream coming true that actually makes life interesting. We talk about this all the time. The journey itself and the type of journey you have and the reward and fulfillment, enjoyment, that's the destination. Because any finite destination you hit, that's just. It's literally like a pin drop. Imagine that you've got your navman on. It's just a pin drop, man. Like, and you define that, and you define that from a lesser version throughout the journey in which you've grown. So when you achieve that, you're like, ah, I achieved that as L 1.6 because of all the shit I had to eat to get to there. I'm L 2.4. Of course I can get this goal. Let's smash this out of the park as 2.4. Ah, I've just spent three years, five years, nine years. The biggest challenge with men is they take too long making decisions. You've thought about it enough, enough. It's gone through your head like you've drawn the line in the sand. It's just a one second decision. So if it takes you a month to make a decision and you make 12 decisions every year, but instead of that, it takes a week to make a decision and you act on that, think about you and you and your twin. You've got your twin who's made 52 decisions and acted on that. You've got yourself, who's made 12 decisions now times that by five years. You've got 60 decisions, man. You've got what, 260 decisions. Wow. Backed with action men. It's the type of journey we have. We need to make sure that we honor ourselves in really appreciating the grit, the grind and the hardships. And make no mistake in family, self and service. All three. I've been at rock bottom multiple times in all three. You've got to appreciate those as much as the wins, because it's in the bottom when you're bottoming out, that you rise up and become more. It's at the peak points that you reflect and appreciate where you came from. And it's both of those together that are just, like I said, pin drops. They're just points. But what about the big space in between? You're looking at your tombstone. You've got your date of birth, you've got your date of death. That's weird. I've never really said that before. Date of death. But your entire life is that little hyphen, that little dash that'll fucking make it mean something, man. It's the possibility of it meaning something above and beyond ordinary. That's what makes life interesting. And that's a great term to use. It's not heavy, it's interesting. It's like, it's fascinating. It's worth it. Next point. To realize one's destiny is a person's only real obligation. I must say, when I first read that point was in a book. Incredible. Incredible. Because I'm like, what? What do we owe the world? Like what? What do you owe the world? What do you owe your wife or your children? What do you owe yourself? I mean, all of these just come about with stories, belief systems, programming, what we're told by others. You know, I owe my wife this because she told me that. Or I owe my parents this because they told me that. I owe my children this. I owe myself this because I told myself that. Yeah, but from where? From who or version? What kind of story is a story filled with facts or feelings? Is it out of fear or fantasy? Are you not here in the present? Is a fantasy of something that doesn't make any sense and you haven't earned any right through physical actions to attain it? Or is it a fear of something that might happen that never actually does, but it does because you put that energy into it so you make your fear come true. Which is the ironic part when it comes to people who live a life of fear and anxiety and doubt. So where do you stand on all of that? Tough one. So when I read this, I was like, you know what? If anything, again, you don't. These are Al's insights. You don't have to agree with all of it, but this is to get you thinking. But if anything, for me anyway, personally, if anything, the one thing that I owe myself and my future self Al, who's on his deathbed as 10.0 looking back on. I'm proud of you son, because he is my father. He is the ascended version of me. He is my superior. What is father? Father is almost like the title of king or leadership or. Hey, this is the fucking standard. That's how I see it anyway. Like fatherhood. You've already got the title, man. You as a high performance father, you're already the king. Why? Because that's a lag measure. That's a byproduct of all the great things that you've done such that by doing that this is the after effect. If anything men. To realize one's destiny is a person's only real obligation. That's something if you hold onto with all your might and power and all your head, heart and soul, there's no downside. You won't lose if you back that up. To realize one's destiny is a person's only real obligation. And I believe that to be true in my heart. Anyway, point number five, everything you deal with is only one thing and nothing else. This is really important, you know, because it'll be a morning you're pouring OJ out for the kids. This happened to me a couple years ago. One of them goes to grab it, spills it. But because of all this pent up frustration, something happened. You know, Crin and I didn't have honey in hand sometime the night before. What all these little things creep up, right? My daughter spilling a glass of oj. Here I am, a large, strong, powerful man, apparently wise. It just blows his shit like wow. Instead of picking it up. That's okay, darling. Just make sure you look for the glass and look at the glass when you pick it up. Use your hands next time, daddy, you get a few wipes. Get some wipes. Wipe it down. That's like fucking 12 seconds. 12 seconds of effort. Watch where you're going next time you're picking up that like it was crazy. Didn't yell, but certainly voice the frustration which obviously put Stella back on her heels and I was like, man, what the fuck was that? Fellas? Everything you deal with is only one thing and nothing else. So you've got to create like almost like this psychological delete system, almost like spam enters. So when you go through a tough moment at work, it's almost like in your head. I know those who are listening can't see the video, but in my head I'm like, okay, move it to the right. Bang. Who does this belong to? Boom, Deleted. Who does this belong to? Boom, deleted. Ask yourself these questions when you're getting negative thoughts, negative emotions, negative feelings. When you're stack day. I've had, I got this this morning with this meeting. My boss blew up at me there. My wife is really rude to me there. The kids did this. They stained my shirt. It was a really nice hundred dollar shirt that I had to wear for work. And boom. Who does this? Who does this belong to? Delete it. Delete it. Delete it. Delete it. Is it going to serve me moving forward? No, it's not. Does it actually belong to me or is it just a sensation? Is it just a moment in time that my subconscious is holding onto it as a thought to put me in a victim mentality which empowers me because what it does is activate emotional output. And when I have my feelings, I feel in control. Yeah, temporarily. Bullshit. Bang. Who does this belong to? Delete it. Really powerful stuff, man. When I read this, I was like, wow, that's so good. Everything you deal with, it's only one thing and nothing else. Don't you fucking dare compare that you're walking or looking across a linear timeline. That is unfair and unjust. Just because it happened a short period of time, that doesn't make it okay. That doesn't mean you can use it. It'd be like me sitting here and oh yeah, I stubbed my toe on the door walking out. That was when I was 12 years of age and that kid called me a fat cunt and told me that I'd never amount to be anything. This is like, it's. Who cares? The problem is as, as organic creatures and beings, as animals, primal in our five senses, our sensory input and as well as our memory, we hold on to things that are shorter. I was like, man, why would I pull something back? I've stubbed my toe on the door in 2024. Why would I pull something back to like the, the 1990s, the early 1990s, and use that to say, oh, woe is me. I know I exaggerate sometimes, but that's what comes to mind. I was like, oh, of course. Everything you ever deal with, men, it's only one thing and nothing else. I hope that really helps you. That's really, really important. Because it's so important, because you're going to be harder on yourself than anyone else in life. Which means when these little things stack up and you look at blowing you, blowing your lid, go to your spam folder, put it in spam in your mind, and fucking bang. Delete, delete. Who does this belong to? Is this really serving me? Is this mine to hold on to? Should I own this? Should I accept this? Should I open it and read it? Look at the title. Nah, that's bullshit. Fucking delete it. Delete it. Delete it. Markers unread. Delete. That's a. That's a powerful mantra as well, man. I strongly urge that you use that as well. Really powerful stuff. Anytime you get in this stuff, festering, whether it's judgment of other people, victim mentality, like I said, holding on or letting things stack up both ways favorably because you could become complacent. It's like, who does belong to? Oh, yeah, you know, I took the action in terms of the ego. I don't need to hold on to that. That was great. I'm really blessed to be part of HPF and help so many men. The victory's theirs and I'm really proud to be part of their life. Fucking love it. It's awesome. That's what I'm here for. Fantastic. You're on the level. It's your level. So who does this belong to? Not fucking me when it's something negative. Because all these negatives, they're only ever just one single thing along this timeline of my life. So when I address them one by one and delete them one by one, clean slate, I can move forward. Really powerful. Why? Because we're so critical in ourselves, man. I need you to be more kinder to yourself. I need you to be more gentle to yourself. Look, other times when I rip in on these podcasts, of course, do I need to swing back a little bit more? Maybe sometimes. But the reality is, like, when you find your own level of flow, you can then see more clearly with some of these podcasts that it's like, oh, yeah, of course. The way that our operates, the way I operate, there's always an undercurrent of love and respect and value for you. You're a man. In the modern world, nothing is hard. Which generation is a Harder, older or new, tough one to navigate. Would you rather go to war as a Hero and Diet 21 or live through the modern world with all the social media and destruction that's around that's just soul crushing and crippling our children, our family, so our wives, you know, in how we're seen. Misogynistic man, male toxicity, all this sort of what the is, all of this toxic masculinity at all. You know, it's bad enough they stole the rainbow from our kids, but they didn't. That's ours. It belongs to us. And then even then, it's like there's this division, us and them. Most people who are fucking the Alphabet people just want to live their own life in peace and quiet. They don't give a fuck about anything else. And all the mainstream bullshit, it's all division. So it's like, all right, well, hang on a minute. We're in a tough spot in the modern world, men. I'm here to support you. I fucking love what fatherhood entails. And you men, representing that is such a gift that I'm blessed to be sharing with you. So thank you. So make sure everything you deal with, it's only one thing and nothing else, and don't let it chink away at your arm and know that you are the prize. You are the one. But we as men must back that up with action. That is important. Final two points. Men will wrap this up. Like I said, this will be a few minutes over with the intro and all, but I really hope you've enjoyed Al's insights. People need not fear the unknown if they are capable of achieving what they need and want. People need not fear the unknown if they are capable of achieving what they need and want. That keyword is capable if you're consistently improving and developing yourself in the right areas of your life by zooming out, having a good crew of people, or at least someone to create that alignment for you and have that vision outside of your own mind and head and heart, then all of a sudden you're acquiring the tools and the skills and acumen to actually reach that point and get it. That's really valuable, that's really powerful. Because then if you're capable of achieving what you want to need, then you need not fear what's coming next. Like, even hpf, I don't know where it'll go. Like, I'd love for it to be global. Don't know how to do it tomorrow, but either way, I'm building the fucking bridge and laying the Slats and sprinting across that bridge to the other side where the mountain is sometimes foggy. But the mountain behind me is too small now and it's collapsing, it's volcanic, it's eventually going to go off. I don't have lots of time. I can't just stand on the bridge. So keep laying the fucking slats and keep running. And as you do that, you develop who it is you need to become. You develop the pathway. You know, life is a straight line, A to B. That's what we shoot for, right? But then when you see those pictures, it's a whole big squiggly. You know what success really is, what it looks like versus what it is, what it looks like. And what we want is a straight line. What it really is is all these squiggles and circles and roundabouts. I'm sure you guys have seen that picture. We don't try and do that though. You try and make it as straight as fucking possible. You do that by having the right people and tools around you so you can develop who it is you need to become or what it is you need to do. Then you don't need to be afraid. I'm not afraid of hpf. I'm not afraid of where it can go, will go, could go good, bad, the ugly, minus a B point Z, Z plus doesn't matter because I continually humbly, in humbling way build myself to be capable of just taking that next step. People need not fear the unknown if they're capable of achieving what they want to need. What you want to need is not the outcome. What you want to need is just enough to take the next step. That's all you need and it's all you want. You don't want the end right now, otherwise then what the fuck are you going to do with your time? Like someone said to me, hey, I'll fast forward 20 years, mate. HPF is a success. You've impacted over a million fathers lives. You become a billionaire, whatever it is like it's like. But al, now you're in your 60s, I'll be like, oh, can I have that time back so I can at least experience it? And no way, no way would you fast forward your life like that. No way, no one would. Final point, men. Life is the moment we're living right now, weirdly enough. And I know it's a tough one, I might work on it next session. But life really is simply you right here and now. Listening to this now, whilst this is something I pre recorded either earlier today, last week, last month, last year. If you're catching up to it, you're listening to this right now, which means you're actually recreating this. Like me talking right now. You're bringing it back to life. That's fucking crazy. I don't know if it's clicking for you or not, but for me, that's fucking bizarre. Here I am looking down the barrel of a camera lens myself, speaking to my microphone. It's the 29th of October. It's the 29th of August 2024, and you might listen to three years later. It's like, fuck the the 29th of August 2027 and you bring me back to life. That's pretty special. You have that with your children in what you instill inside of them. Life is simply the moment we're living right now. Hope this serves you well, man. I'm sure over time I'll. I'll get better. As always, dedicated and committed to serving you all, whether you're on the inside of HPF or not. I consider you all valuable men in this grand scheme of life in really developing the level of leadership required. Otherwise you wouldn't be listening to this. And that's what you want as well. And I can feel that. I can sense that and I thank you for it. Wrapping up who are you? Why would I change what I really am? Because of a situation. It's the possibility of a dream come true that makes life interesting. To realize one's destiny is a person's only real obligation. Everything you deal with is only one thing and nothing else. People need not fear the unknown if they are capable of achieving what they need and want. And life is the moment we're living right now. Take care men. Have an amazing day or night when you listen to this. Might be good to reflect, go back, repeat, do a little bit of journaling. But this is episode one. Locked and loaded. Ready to hook on into owls Insights number two. But episode one complete on ours insights and if you want to give any feedback more than welcome to send it through to adminighperformancefiler.com we'll create a new one. Ask Al anything and I do that on the inside. Maybe we'll save that for just the members, but yes men, if you want to provide any feedback on this or things you would like to discuss, always open to that. However, I've got a shitload of bullet points here that I'm going to rip through, so I'll see you on the next one. Cheers man. Well, that wraps up another episode and just as we wind this down, I want you to just reflect and think back through some of the golden nuggets, some of the revelations, some of the sore points, some of the things that might have hit home with you, and then just look at ways that you can apply a different set of actions to change your position, change your circumstances, change your feelings, and change the facts. These episodes are done with your best interest at heart. And there's always something we can get from that. Maybe it's not the first time, maybe it's the second time. We've had members listen to episodes four or five times and then it finally clicks. But either way, I hope you got a lot of value out of this. And also, if this is something that you really want to solidify inside of your life, life repetition is the key. You've listened to it. Write down your revelations, think about them, read them, speak them, believe in the changes that you will carve out in the action plan of those revelations to create change in your life. And then share that. And when you teach, you learn the second time, right? So teaching and showing this to others you love and care about is the greatest way that you can remember. And make sure you consistently learn and relearn what is it's true and what is it is important to you in your heart. Take care, have an amazing day night, weekday weekend, and I'll see you for another one soon. Cheers.
