250. Taking 60 Men to the Highest Point of the Country
5 Mar 2019 · 69 min
HPF Coach led 60 men on Cozy 3.0, a multi-day retreat at Tinkersfield Farm that included a weighted climb to Mount Kosciuszko, Australia's highest peak. The group did white-water rafting and ceremonies together, and the coach shares what he learned about leadership, ambition, and why men show up when they feel real value.

Hey, just quickly, if you're a father who really aligns with our message or potentially his wife, because we have a lot of father's wives now listening to this phenomenal. Love it. Share it. There are people out there who are in pain. There are people out there hurting that you may intuitively know in your gut, in your instinct, yet you haven't shown them that there is a possibility and opportunity that they can create change through creating the right perceptions and the right influence with something like hpf. Share the podcast. Give it out to someone who you know will appreciate it and they can listen to it in their own time and take the steps they need to moving forward. Thank you again for spreading the love. Gentlemen, gentlemen, gentlemen. Wow. What an episode we have for you today. I've been reflecting after doing cozy 3.0 and heading up with 60 other men to the highest point in the country on where to even start to not not jam or cram, but fit everything that happened into one episode. And maybe it won't be. Maybe you'll see the evolution of HPF from every episode from here on in and that, that, that trickling or ripple effect from, from what went down will carry through to the next set of 10, 20, 30, 50 episodes and beyond. But boys, I wanted to share, and this is firstly a huge shout out to, you know, David Weir, unleashed Experiences, who is, has been a member for HPF with HPF for five years now, who got everything organized and just ran unbelievably seamless and smooth ship. So thank you Dave, and obviously all of the men who joined us and all of the men on the inside who are looking forward to cozy 4.0 next year. Because make no mistake, when you boys start to see the footage, which I'll be rolling out shortly, man, you can't, you can't not get excited. And for those who aren't members, well, no, no worries. This is going to instill a level of energy in all of you men and inspire you to carry on in your journey and being the greatest man you can be and developing your life level of leadership in family, self and service to continually get more out of life. And then maybe this is the catalyst, maybe it isn't. Maybe it's watching a cozy documentary, maybe it's a year's time, maybe it's something else. Maybe five years time, maybe never, but maybe one day there is a point where you're like, hey, you know what? Fuck you know, I don't want to be a man who's dead but hasn't been Buried yet. I want to maximize my life. And even if life's good, I want it to be fucking great. And really, like, really proper great. Like ultimately successful in family, self and service and maintaining that success at a high level, which is a continual pursuit of growing and adjusting. It's not just doing the same thing and being successful, it's doing the same thing better, but then adding in a higher level of leadership. That can only come when you take the step before the step that you take next. You know, like it's. Think of it like a set of stairs, man. Like, you can't. You can't jump up six. You can't jump up a flight of stairs or three or four or five or six steps at once. It's the step behind you that you look back on, that you press off with your foot and flex your calf muscles to ascend to the next step. That gave you the opportunity to develop momentum and build up towards taking that next step. So the game never ends, man. But look, what I've tried to do anyway for this episode is narrow it down into five things. Five points. The. I wouldn't say the top five, but five things that. Just doing some reflection this morning, up early or earlier, I've really had to catch up on some sleep. Was quite a. Quite a big event, you know, that really did drain me physically, mentally, emotionally, filled my cup spiritually. But shit, man, like, that's. That's a lot, you know, with. With me getting down there early with the coaches, then with the Platinums and then with the rest of the boys, you know, spent a proper week down there fully immersed. And that's. That's a long time to really goal in and serve even above and beyond when you're, you know, completely exhausted. So what I'll do is which. Which I was come Monday when we wrapped up, so what I'll do, fellas, I've got five key points I'd love to run through. This is for members. This is for the men who came to the mountain because it's really important that you remain, you know, focused and keeping those seeds embedded in your heart and soul of what we went through. And this episode will be some beautiful flashbacks for you and also remind you of that so you can continue to build that next version of yourself, version 3.0, and then get ready for 4.0 next year. And again, like I said, for non members to really be inspired from. Yeah. Not only the legitimacy. I mean, shit, man, like, if you're listening, if you're listening to this episode and You've listened episodes. You obviously know that we are legitimate, we're real. What we do is not just an online platform, although we do that exceptionally well. But, you know, our goal is to continue to serve fathers and families across Australia and we will reach millions of people over the course of my lifetime anyway. And then as I ascend into the next world, it will be carried forth with others, you know, because this is not the OWL show anymore and hasn't been for a long time. But, you know, it is exciting to share this with you though, men, so that you can, you know, really, really immerse yourself in, in what is possible inside of your life, what you actually can pursue and achieve, and what it is that you need to do to get it. So I'll walk through some of the other technical things that we went through, like our acronym dream, but one of the biggest things which stands out for me at the start of that acronym dream, but also in life in general, is the word desire. It's so important to not have wishful thinking, to not come from an emotional state of scarcity, uncertainty, to want or need, to not come from an egoic self seeking hedonistic pleasures of a gluttonous nature, to want, need or wish or crave or pine. But desire, that's such a pure word deep in your heart and soul. What do I actually desire out of this life? What is it that I desire in my relationship with my wife? What is it that I desire in my relationship with my children as they become adults, as they continue to grow, as I become a grandfather, as I become a great grandfather, as I have my remaining days on this earth? Like, what is it that I desire in service and the value I add to the world? It's a powerful thing. So I'll run through these five points with you men just to give some background on myself with the retreat, with the event as a whole. I think that'd be cool. I think it'd be good to just share what, what I experienced as well for all of you men, including the ones that were there, you know, so arrived on, on the Wednesday morning and obviously got everything set up. We had lots of little surprises for the men which I'll detail and highlight. But rest of the coaching team arrived, had a, had a beautiful lunch together and really spent some time together, immersed in what this mission really is and the important role that the inner circle of the HPF coaches and staff and really, really have here. Like what it really means to be on the inner, inner circle. And it was, it was Amazing, you know, to be out in nature down at Tinkersfield. Tinkersfield Farm is just such an unbelievable setting. You know, Warren and Sonja, I mean man, they put an amazing show, you know, everything from having the most delicious duck you've ever had to venison that was shot and, and prepared on the farm for us. So you can't get much fresher than that. Venison taco, venison schnitzel. Holy, man, like that's probably the best thing I've ever eaten. I rec. And they really did a stand up show for us in just fueling and feeding us and the caliber of the place there, you know, inside of the big schoolhouse which is a, you know, I think it's a World War II Vietnam shed that they got and everything's been refurbished and secondhand and it's all natural and you couldn't even put a star rating on what they did for us. But being in that environment was really something special. And as we prepared and got ready for the Platinums to arrive Thursday morning, it was just taking a moment and going, what are we grateful for? What would we like to get out of this and what would we like to give back? And for myself, on a personal level was my gratitude to God. And I mean, look, if you want a different word, that's fine. If you want to choose things like universal energies and whatnot, that's fine. I never use God to make money off people. I think that's fucking disgusting. Personally. With all due respect to people who try and do services, products, coaching programs and they really try and lean on religion, I think that's, that's a piss poor effort. You know, if you're going to do something representing his holiness, do it for free. But one thing I shared just with the coaching team was, was my gratitude towards the big man himself, you know, and like I said, regardless of, of what you may believe or words you use, it's fine. But I mean man, like boys, you cannot, you cannot live a life where you believe nothing else exists. And like I said, could be universal energy, could be we're all connected, could be your high level of self which speaks through to you, which is your intuition, that's fine. But there is more than what we represent as flesh and bone. But that was my gratitude because I look at my life and all the ups and downs and anytime where I've gone within and ascended to a higher sense of self that is not so emotionally reactive, operating from fear, scarcity, uncertainty and whatnot, it's just brought beautiful people into my life. I've got such a great crew around me and you cannot know day without night. I'm really thankful for a lot of the old guard. Whilst there were some unfortunate things that happened at times with past and previous coaches and there was a lack of alignment, a lack of integrity and whatnot, I don't blame them for it. I don't judge them for it. I thank them for it because it taught me valuable lessons on what to look for and how to, you know, I guess, weed out the weak hands or people who aren't all in and willing to live the values that we represent. Be a man of your word. Take ownership, perform with excellence. Seek growth, love and joy. Go all in and stay all in. That's it. They're my five values for life. They're the five values for hbf. I'll do it in another episode. I'll dive into that. But that was my gratitude. I'm like, man, I cannot. And it's not an egotistical statement here, but I can't do this on my own, nor would I want to. I need great people around me. The vision I have is the vision we have as a collective. Even if you're not a member listening to this, and you've listened to lots of episodes, you can see the vision. You can see what we're aligned with. You can see what we represent in shoring up the family nucleus, starting with the spine, which is the father helping the man invest himself to be 100 so he can give 100, providing a pathway so he's showing his daughters what to look for in a man and husband, showing his son who to be as a man and husband and staying connected with his wife season on season, so that when the kids do fly the nest, they still maintain that beautiful, deep emotional and spiritual connection together that created life itself. That's very special. And maybe you're divorced on your second relationship. That's okay. It's a level of energy in creating that established relationship so that you're not on your own, not that you have to be with someone for life, but you're continually seeking creation with another. That's a very powerful thing. At an intimate level, at a local level, say family and or society, in a macro level, in the impact you have in the world with others around you to protect and provide for your family, to protect them physically, to protect them mentally from all the bullshit in the world, to provide for them emotionally and giving them that support and being that rock to provide for financially because the higher you Ascend in your financial gain as an exchange of value in the world. The more masculine energy that's required because it's a competitive world of exchanging value. And what is value in the eye of the beholder? It's such a. It's not something I thought of overnight. I didn't sit down back in 2018 when I started all this and go, hey, this is everything. We're all set and complete. It's been a beautiful evolution that I'm really blessed for with so many highs and lows. But the men around me and the caliber of men that continue to raise the bar is just. It's just an exceptional way of life. It really is. I'm eternally grateful for that. And there is more than just me being a man who can speak worlds words very cleverly and articulate and I fucked that up getting that point across here. The irony me speak words Good. It's more than that. It's drawing those people into a common vision that we all uphold. And what did I want to get out of the event? Well, what I wanted to get out of the event was the. Yeah, the lie has the fire has already been lit. You know, it's already. We're lighting up lots of fires. But it's to have the rocket fuel man of seeing the ripple effect this will have of every single man. That one single event 60 strong with the ripple effect of their leadership in family, self and service through two generations will impact thousands of people. Thousands, thousands. Most which they'll never meet. That's just the craziest part of life too. That's what I wanted to get out of it. Hey, give me what I need to see in the flesh in real time and feel in seeing what these men will create in their Life. As version 2.0, moving to 3.0 and the ripple effect it'll have because that will give me more than enough rocket fuel to go above and beyond any adversity that I do have and will continue to face to make sure as the leader of this and one of many leaders, but as a tip of the spear, we are successful. And what did I want to give back? Well, exactly that. What I wanted to give back to this event was planting those seeds in all those men. The seeds of greatness. You no longer need to operate out of a fear of failure. I better do this. I better get primal. I better get physical, I better get competitive. I better get combative and fight my way. Instead of going, no, no, I'm just going to step in a flow and I'M just a fucking beautiful being here. Here to experience life and to create a ripple effect for those around me that I love and care about. How lose and when. You're just saying that my body adjusted as frequency men. And when you operate from that level, nothing else matters. The fear, the scarcity, the uncertainty, all that disappears. Of course, there's lots of unknowns in life. Who fucking cares if some of them need to be known? Cool. That's your mission. Go out and make it known. Go out and discover. Go out and learn. Go and acquire the knowledge. Then apply the app and then apply the knowledge. Get the application which will develop experience. And that's what I wanted to give back. Planting this seed so these men can truly see what I can see in them. From day one, if you've had a call or consult with me, because I still do a handful of these every month. I love being plugged into all areas of HPF. And yeah, over 12,000 calls in less than five minutes. I can already see who you can become, but I get it. Who is this guy? I've seen him online, or maybe you've seen me in person. It doesn't matter. But it's like, all right, well, of course I have your best interest at heart. But the challenging part for me has and always will be this level of optimism because I can see what's been done. I've done it before with another man. I can do it with you. To not over promote all of a sudden become sort of some sort of fucking sales guy that's super happy and excited because guess what? Your life's about to fucking transform. I'm like, well, hang on a minute. Can I give them that? Because in their own head, they're torn as shit and here I come across as the fucking ShamWow guy. No good. That's so hard, man. Like, what I loved about Cozy the most is I could just turn the tap on with that and just unleash. And of course, I do it online and with our events and other things. But with Cozy, it was like, yeah, man, pure opulence. We're here just to ultimately, yes, celebrate, but then set the stage for how we're going to conquer the year ahead. Because preseason starts now. That's what I wanted to give back. So we went through, we. We did some amazing white water rafting which got pretty. Yeah, it was pretty relaxing and it was just amazing. I'm just living through it now. I've got my eyes closed and, oh, scenery was phenomenal. Saw a few wild brumbies then a few hairy points. Pinch point was pretty cool. We dropped down into this little skinny point and a couple of the boys fell out of the boat. But all in all was pretty solid. One of them was Figsy, who was a one of the instructors and looked like he smashed his head on the way. Lucky we got him back in, but he was all right. He was solid, but apparently he was a bit of a wildcat. I wasn't in that. I wasn't in that ra. But pretty epic to see the men bonding right away. And that's what I loved most. My biggest advice to these men when we launched Cossie this year was, hey, this is to the whole group on Friday. We've got 68 hours. Yes, you can absolutely change who you are in 68 hours. This isn't Super Soakers or walking on hot coals or fireworks and fucking techno music. It's not a big hall of 5,000 people. No one knows who the fuck anyone else is. And that's with respect to anyone who does those sorts of presentations. I'm just saying with what we do. And this is coming from Dave, who's, you know, been in the space for 20 plus years and organized massive events from all the major banks, corporations, the car industry, insurance, any, any industry you can think of, alcohol, anything you think of. He's spearheaded some of the largest events worldwide and some of the most smallest events worldwide too. So a whole range for decades. And he himself said the, the impact was profound. And he has never in all of his days seen something that's had such a profound impact on men in such a short period of time. So it's pretty unreal, you know, like the way that we can just go deep quickly and truly go all in. You don't have time. Whether it's 68 hours, 68 days, 68 months, some of the younger bulls listening to this, maybe fucking 68 years, who knows? But I'll tell you what. Fuck, man. Boom goes quick, quick, quick, quick. I can't believe it's already been over a week. And here I am doing a podcast on something we've been planning all year and now it's gone, it's done. But what happened is something that can never be taken away. It is seed into history. It is seed into the hearts and souls of every single man. That experience, of course, we're building. We sold out in a day next year. We're already working on the capacity so we can have hundreds of men as our tribe continues to grow. You know, tough that 90 or not 90, but a large portion missed out. But yes, this is about going well. Hang on a minute. Next year will make it bigger and we'll make it better and even more intimate. And that's what I really love. That. That was my point of gratitude with all of the coaches, the different squads that we have and having these men together and seeing them go deep quickly, straight away with different types of breath work and then obviously different types of mobility, cooking classes, connecting, bonding. Like the chat. When I knew, like not new, I already knew it was going to happen. But when I knew, bang, like we're on. When I knew that the boys had gone deep and gone deep quickly, it was because of the chat, like literally in less than a few hours. So the guys are coming in. This is after we do a little platinum stuff. We work through some leadership, which I'll shed light on. I'll probably do that in Al's insights. You know, he's a great man, 77 years of age, John C. Maxwell. I'm really loving his books at the moment. One of his greatest books ever is the 21 irrefutable laws of Leadership. I worked through some of that, did a leadership session with the boys. I'll roll that out to you guys. Another podcast. But on the Friday afternoon when we went from 20 something platinums to then all 60 of us in less than two hours, which is literally me doing the presentation and getting the boys prime, getting them pumped, running through our dream acronym, getting them setting the stage, boom, the chat was through the roof. The connecting, the bo, the dinner that we're having, the chat afterwards, it was just phenomenal. It really was. And that's what I love most, seeing how the boys just went all in right from the get go. And then the next morning, you know, not to walk through all of it, but the next morning and I plan all these little surprises, you know, I really enjoyed that the guys rocked up. Me and the coaches are standing there. Here are your weight vest, boys. Game on. You know, here's your mission. This is cozy. You've also got to do all of these push ups. You've also got to do planks. You've also got a flag for every squad. We had four squads, the Titans, Gladiators, Fire Breathers and Knights. And that flag can't touch the ground. Also you weigh the vested loaded 10 kilos, but some are loaded with 20 kilos because some of the guys who might be struggling a little bit have a weightless vest and they still wear the vest. And then some of you boys have 20 kilos. Good luck with that. You need to work as a team. And the, the way I. There was zero. I mean, there was zero whinging, bitching or complaining. It was just like, game on. And that was. Man, that just melted my heart because I'm like, here we are, we've got a group of strong, proud men who are willing to fight and bleed for each other and get the to the top of that mountain. Because I tell you what, man, unless it's a military operation, no one else is. No, I mean, look, you know, it'd be great if they did, but in terms of the percentages and no one else has done that before, no one else has gone to the top of the country with weighted vests, you know, and if they have, it'd be 0.0001% of anyone and everyone who's ever been to the top of the country. So doing that in our squads as a team, hunting down that target, going from the bottom, which was very tough with the weight of this. It was epic to see these men and you know, just, just having some laughs, digging deep, looking after each other, watching each other's back, supporting each other, changing the weights as needed. Some of the boys had the 20 kilos the whole way, which was just phenomenal. But it was awesome. And then big Wayno, he's done a few years with us, 170 kilo man, like no 170 kilo man on his own has ever been to the top of the mountain. I promise you that. Bet my left nut on that. Yet here he is. Because of the environment that he surrounded himself in, big man took like eight hours. It was pretty funny how Ed spoke about spending 11 hours with him in total, racking up more than six months worth of one to ones coaching sessions. They're so funny. That night when we celebrated, there was some great. Which I'll roll out and obviously there was some great speeches. But it's pretty epic to see the big man get up to the top from the bottom at that size, you know, from the bottom all the way up to the top of the country. Just. I can still see it now, the look on his face when he turned around, put his hand on that pillar and put up, held the fist with a number one, you know, with his index finger. Should have seen, I mean, Wayne O. You can probably see the pictures, man, but I just saw, I just saw his spirit flying. He's like, I'm here, I have arrived and it is quite a special place at the top of that Country. A lot of men went up there and, you know, they left some baggage there, left some things there to die, but they also rebirthed some new things, but it was a beautiful experience. Obviously did a ceremony awarded all the boys. They got some gold HPF medals, which we got custom designed and some. Some cozy patches for their vests and, and amazing, you know, amazing. Some of the speeches and shares as well as, you know, all the looking sharp wearing their, their dress shirts the next night when we had a huge feast and dinner. You know, like the, the biggest thing that really hit home for these men with some visualization stuff that I did for them on the Monday. It was an incredible weekend for me. There were two things that I took from, from Dave, who organized at Dave Weir, and that was be measured and have intent. And it was really good for the coaches to see how seasoned I am with this stuff, how I could operate at such a high level and conserve my energy at the same time. I'll tell you what, boys. Like, I woke up Monday morning, I was getting like, two massive cold sores developing on my lip. Like, I was pretty run down. I was pretty cooked. That's a big. Takes a lot out of you. You don't quite understand until you're in it. But really, you know, and that's. That's even as a member, let alone as the one leading it. But then here we go. Turned up, turned on, game on, boys. And we close out with some phenomenal awards and recognitions for, for the men. You know, the Gladiators award for excellence went to Dennis Miles. You know, and it was awesome to have the coaches, like, Benny's the coach of the Gladiators doing his speech and then handling it. And he had this beautiful big, you know, silver stainless steel cup out to Dennis. And the speeches were just incredible on the appreciation and gratitude the boys had. You know, the award for the fire breathers from coach Ed Armstrong went to Josh Webby. You know, that man's just been through so many battles and wars, and to come out on top the way he has and is is just exceptional. And James Dinan, you know, you've seen him with one of our other podcasts, how he's completely turned his life around in 12 months is nothing short of exceptional. And he got the award from Eric Summerfeld, who's the head coach of the Titans. You know, the Knights being one of our newer squads, we reserved. And we'll have awards for those boys next year. But, you know, a special mention to Ryannie Clemo. I'll have some video footage for all of this which will be pretty cool to see. But that man is just, he's the epitome of hpf and I gave him the high performance Father of the Year award. You know, Benny got the Coach of the year award. It was just, it was really special to acknowledge but acknowledge all the men. You know, there was nothing, no fucking bitterness or bullshit. It was just like, hey, these are men we want to celebrate and acknowledge. But we're all together here as winners and closing it out with a visualization piece. Having these men in their rocking chairs fast forwarding to their last days dying and then rising up with through their family, watching them as a spirit up into the sky, then coming back with some beautiful music was quite a deep process. But I won't dive into that. I won't dive too deep into that one. But all in all, safe to say pretty, pretty exhaustive but a full heart and soul in, in the experience. This is off the back of me going away on a holiday with my family to Hawaii, then one day later heading down for Cosby and then one day later driving back down in New South Wales. I'm a fucking glutton for punishment boys, I tell you. So here I am in my new office. We're back on the, back on the central coast and look, it's a beautiful spot here. There's a couple of little challenges with my father in law from a health position and some operations. So that, that's fine, that's, that's my journey. It's what we're going through, we all have. But yeah, it's, it's great to be be here. I do miss the warmer weather. Don't worry Queensland boys. I will be back. We're planning our, our ranch and we'll have several ranches but definitely going to be looking up in Talley Valley. I just think that's such a beautiful part of the world to have one of our HPF ranchers there one day. So don't worry boys, I'll be back man. The I'm not sure how valuable everything I just shared with you was. I'm hoping it, it me just sharing, sharing the stories, sharing some of the experiences. Whether you're a member, non member, first time listener, whether you went to cozy with us. I think there is value in just giving yourself space and time and ultimately looking at the way that our mind and consciousness works is operating through twofold. One is through your personal experience and one is through visualization and imagery of other experiences. So by you boys listening to this, whether you're driving, walking, sitting, I think it's pretty cool to listen to the words I just said and be like, wow. All of that happened for a period of time. Kosciuszko was the center of the universe for 60 men. And the vibration and frequency that we operated at was just a beautiful energy. No bullshit, no fluff, no chaos in terms of the world and all that sort of stuff. Good adversity, good challenge. Physically exhausted, mentally exhausted, emotionally exhausted. It was, it was very, very powerful. It's something that no man has ever experienced before and no man ever will until he does Cozy. So hopefully, if you haven't done that yet, you'll get your shot one day. Boys, these are the five points that I love to dive into with you and just peel apart each of them bit by bit. This won't be a super long episode. I think I'd be doing the experience a disservice if I tried to pump out all of my energy of Cozy, which I don't even think is possible to be fair, in a one to two hour to three hour episode. So I'll rip through these five points, give you some great value and insights into what I've taken away as I continually grow and evolve. And then you can be the measurer yourself over the, over the course of the podcast, what I'm sharing with you, what you can apply in your life, some of the latest and greatest resources we'll keep building. Absolutely. Have a leadership course, High Performance leadership, that I'm building at the moment, which is just going to be spectacular. It's something I'm building from the content and what we've done at Cosi2, because all of that was quite rare and none of the members had ever seen that before. Never seen that before. And yeah, it's awesome. Like, this is, this is what it's about, right? Like, I just, I love doing this. I love serving, I love giving and providing. So let's rip into these five points and from there I want you men to give yourself the space and time because I think it's important to do that so you can let it really soak. Just let it simmer and let it soak right in and be part of your consciousness because you're watching, listening, hearing, visualizing, smelling, tasting, seeing what I'm saying. Point number one, HPF is a leadership organization. That's the very first and biggest takeaway I got from this entire experience. High Performance Father is a leadership organization. I'm not a fucking relationships coach or guru, although I'm a weapon at that. And I have psychologist counsels and other intimacy and romance and, and relationship coaches seeking my guidance and counsel on things. But I get that. But that's not. It's not because of what I practice, because of what I've seen, what I've experienced with thousands of men. It's not a relationships course. It's not, you know, a charity organization or a sporting organization or a health and fitness program or a program around, you know how to interact with your teenage kids because you're having trouble as a parent. It's not high performance parent, it's not high performance marriage. It's high performance father. And father is like, look at the definition of father. And don't bind it by blood. Look at it and what it represents. Whether you want to associate that closely with the word king or not doesn't matter. You have a kingdom, which is a compound word, a king and a domain. And that is an area or realms such that by you having leadership over it, you are guiding and steering and influencing all that are within that realm. King, dom, kingdom, you know, the domain or the dominion. So whether you tie that into father or not, like what a father represents to me is a la. I've used the words before, but it is a lag measure, it's an after effect. It's a byproduct. If I'm a man who's stand up in family self and service, leading by example of what to do and how to develop from a child to an adolescent to a teenager into a. A human being who's an adult now and responsible into a husband who knows how to interact and also how to be a bit of Viking, draw the line in the sand, cut the out from the emotional points at times with their wife because women have that in course. But then look at honoring, you know, and worshiping parts of their queen, so to speak, that you're just like man, you know, what a beautiful gift you've brought children into my life. I'm so blessed and like and as a man providing value to the world. Like when you look at all these things as an individual that contribute to what you do, more often than not you adopt a level of seniority or a leadership position. For me, high performance father isn't how can I be the best father possible. It's how can I turn the up and lead and evolve and become the ultimate human being such that by doing that I am my high performing father and I am fathering my children, my workers and colleagues, my friends and family, even my parents. You gotta remember guys, as your parents get older, they're gonna slower, they're going to get worse. Yeah. Like hopefully I'm sharp as attack in my 70s, 80s, and potentially 90s. But, but essentially there is that real risk, whether it's dementia or other things. Disease, cancer. Yeah. Like it's, this is life. So it's like, well, hang on a minute. You know, we come into the world getting our bums wipe and we bum wiped and we leave the world getting our bum wiped. You know, that's a real thing for a lot of people. And then there's. Yeah, there's a sense of self and pride that's lost in that, which is, which is really tough for the elderly. So it's like, all right, well, well, I am a leader. Why? Because all of you men listening to this, some of our younger bulls in their 20s, great. But all of the men listening to this, you're typically in your 30s, 40s and 50s. You are like in that sweet spot. You're in that, you're in that 25 year block. You're in that like two decade period of time where it's like, man, I can build, I can build big. And that doesn't mean it ends in 60. We've got some guys in their 60s, we've got one guy who's 75, which is phenomenal. But, but yes, it's what you are doing in your 30s, 40s and 50s that will set the stage for what you can then do. As such an old wise man, the wizard who's still competent and capable. You don't have to walk slowly with a cane. It's like, man, if I nail this now, not only, not only am I going to have a beautiful life and a journey, but also I'm going to continue that journey because there is no real final destination other than last day. You break your final breath. This is what I'm doing. To then put me in a position so that in my 60s and 70s, I have zero limits, restrictions, but I can flow with so much wisdom and a wealth of knowledge and leadership and guidance so that everyone around me wins. That's what we are. That's what high performance father is. It's a leadership organization. If your marriage is shot to shit, well, look, sorry to hear men, and there's obviously variables you don't control, but also what can you do about it as a leader with the actions that you can control in yourself. Your physical actions, your time management where you structure your priorities, obviously your emotional output and mental input. So this is How I can have that emotional intelligence and awareness and develop my skill sets, how I feel about things, how I see the perspective, how that changes. When my wife says she loves me, she's not in love with me, and my perspective around that and how I react and how can I continually go back within to develop myself, to then become more outwardly to those I love and care about. So a lot of the times, the hook in your life that really gets you, so to speak, it's like, fuck, it's man. You know? And that's like, that's a bad hook. Or the linchpin is probably a better term is your marriage. Because nothing brings the mirror up more than those that are close to you, right? So it's either A, your wife or B, your children. And then they represent what is lacking or missing in your life. Whether you're overweight, run down, there's massive bags under your eyes, you look in the mirror, your self esteem shot to shit. You don't have any confidence. You become too much of a fucking panda. You're too much Viking. You push your family away like anything you put out into the universe, the universe will always give you. Always. Always. You're Viking, out slaying, making big coin and pushing hard with your business, all this sort of stuff. And yet what you're saying to the universe, the energy you're saying to your wife is, I don't fucking care about you and what your needs are. I just give you what I think your needs are, which is money and security and safety, and that's it. Remember, value is in the eye of the beholder. If you can figure out what your children value and provide that value to them, you'll become more valuable to Bull. Same with your wife playing monster trucks with Roman. I don't give a fuck about monster trucks. What am I gonna do with a little plastic toy that's 2 inches big and rolling around on the floor like I'm a grown man. However, that's his world. So what do I want out of this? Engagement or experience? Well, I want to connect more deeply with my son. What does Roman want out of this? Well, he wants to express himself with what he loves and share that experience with someone else, AKA his father. So if all I care about is having a great experience with him, that's the prize, not how well I can play with monster trucks. I don't give a fuck about monster trucks. But if I'm playing with my son and the monster trucks are the vehicle to connect with my son and he loves that and the smile on his face. And he's looking up and he's like, wow, dad. And we're doing little tricks and flips. I can bring a bit of creative in, man. Like, we're bonded for life. This is leadership, gentlemen. The true measure of your leadership is influence. Nothing more, nothing less. It's your ability to influence. Not social influence, but leadership influence. Social influence is one thing, but leadership influence is your ability to connect with someone at a level that then drives behavioral change in what it is that you've prescribed or desired or are trying to promote for them that has their best interest at heart. Because you can see more. And before they can, you can see higher and further than they can because you're the leader. So you're providing that platform for them. And when they follow that lead and then they initiate and develop their own level of leadership and actions, you have led them within. Well, true measure of leadership influence. Nothing more, nothing less. That's why I always talk about greatest form of communications, example, not talking and listening per se. So HPF is a leadership organization. Because what I saw unfold with these men over several days was like, wow, of course you talk about leading the family and blah, blah, blah, but it's like, no, this isn't like a pity party. This isn't like, save me. Although men come to us when their marriage is shot to shit and they're in real trouble. And I get all that, but it's like, yeah, but hang on, on, let's go upstream. This river's very dirty. Like, it's very stirred up. And there's some crocodiles in there. They're going to you up and eat you. Like, let's, let's, let's go. Let's get out of that water. Let's trek upstream and let's have a look at what is making that water muddy and dirty and putting killer animals in there. Or, you know, all these creatures that are no good for you. Ah, yes, it's you. It's you and your level of leadership. You got to clear the stream up the top and then the water will flow beautifully. Men, it's not your fault, but it's your responsibility. If you're listening to this fuck, man, what a great responsibility to have. Don't you want control in your life? Don't you want to be able to influence and do things that you want on your term? Fantastic. We'll focus on the shit that you can control, which is you. So if your wife's been a pain in the ass, I get that. However, like you need to make sure you become almost flawless essentially in your approach to your personal development. How you operate in family, self and service. Balance that sweet spot. How to posture well to put up healthy boundaries so you don't buy into her, you become unshakable. Then how to extend those little olive branches out so you can also pull her into your world because you can provide value through her eyes. Be not just someone to be walked all over like a doormat that just dilutes your own fucking value because you're always available and accessible to her. No matter what you do, it never seems to be enough. And you keep that cycle going, which then creates entitlement. And from that entitlement she becomes a fucking monster. Of course she's not going to respect you. Like love is the answer, but it's not the only answer. It must go hand in hand with respect. Must, must, must, must. Any of you men look at a leader in the world. So a leader that you see as a leader and not respect them. Like I, you know, I look at politics like I don't see them as leaders. They're not, they're not, you know, they're not leaders in my eyes. So what I'm saying is, is there someone you look up to that you actually don't respect? Of course not. Like that's impossible. It's a non event, cannot happen. Does that mean you always like them and or love them? No, that's what's important. There are different types of athletes and other people where I don't necessarily like them, but I'm like, man, I respect him because he leads here or he dominates there or like Michael Jordan, man, that guy was my hero when I was a kid. Now in terms of certain character traits and values and his tenacity to do what it takes to win and drive and push his teammates and get them out of their comforts, all this sort of stuff, man, like he's number one. I look at personal relationships, other things, maybe vices that he's had in the past that obviously got promoted quite heavily with gambling and other things that became somewhat, you know, almost addictions and, or points of neglect. And it's like, yeah, like no, but so I respect certain elements of that. But what you're respecting is recognized leadership. Boys, when you do this in family self and service and you do this with a family nucleus, the one thing that matters most in your life, which is, you know, the core human beings around you that will continue and carry on your ripple effect in this world, that's Beautiful leadership. That's the power of leadership in life. It's not just I'm leading a company, it's not just I'm leading my wife by setting up date nights. I'm not just leading my children. That's what HPF is. It's, hey, how can I be a phenomenal leader in life? And that's what we have evolved into, which I'm really proud of too. And it's not to discredit credit the old members. We've still got some OGs with us. I think we've got about 12 men who've been with us since day dot. However, one thing I will absolutely say over the years is as we continually evolve and develop, so do the caliber of men. And we've got a beautiful range of men. They don't have to be seven, eight, nine figure businessmen or Olympians. We have plenty of those. Plenty of different world champion athletes in all walks of life. Plenty of men who don't run their own business, but they're very high up in their level of leadership. You, you know, plenty of men in all different industries and trades, blue collar, white collar. But the value here is the ambition. The ambition to grow and the hunger and will to do what it takes and be committed to that. No, no. Are you okay Day? I'm just, you know, and then off. Not do anything? No, no. Whinging, complaining and bitching but not doing anything about it. Like of course life's filled with areas that are unfair. Like it's, it's, it's riddled. That's like the default of life, you know, death, decay and unfairness or so what, what are you going to do about it? Worrying won't make it any better. Complaining about it won't make it any better. Whinging about it won't make it any better. And that is my third point, but I'll go to the second one first, which is about environment, that third point, but wrapping up with the first one. Boys, HPF is a leadership organization. This is to help you become the most phenomenal leader in your life. And through that, like look at John Maxwell, man. Like the dude's been in leadership for 55 years. He's 77 years. Age didn't exist in the 80s. It was all around management and just maintaining systems and processes. All of the old, you know, personal development or business type books. He's reached and impacted over 5 million people, trained over 40,000 certified coaches. Like he's, he's a fucking weapon. He's created. He's not he didn't create the idea of leadership, but he's essentially created an industry from nothing and built his entire life on. On it. Like from nothing. It's not about even just getting paid and being wealthy. It's. It's the families he's fed and looked after and the teams that he's built and the legacy they're carrying on and the partners and business partners he's had and the impact with his family members and then going to all different countries, third world and all, and developing leadership there. And that's just incredible, man. And I look at that, not to model him specifically per se, but I look at that and at the core, that is what HPF does represent, leadership and that's who and what we are. Because when you square that away, boys, with the environment, the tools, the courses and experts, obviously the one to one coaching, which gives you the direction and consistent effort, which is accountability and measurement. Where are you going? Are you on track? How do you stay on track? I'm going to keep you on track in a collective of men that are all ambitious to grow you. You'll never lose. That's really important. Point number two is you have levels of depth to who you are that you have no idea about until you immerse yourself inside of that or allow someone else to open that up inside of you. You know, you really do. This is everyone members, non members. Well, if you're listening to this podcast, you are somewhat awake to the world. And when I say awake, you're awake to the possibility. You're awake to the hunger to grow, the ambition to become more like. It's. It is tough, it is sad to see, even if it's loved ones, close ones, school friends and whatnot, family members that, you know, most of the world's asleep. They are dead, they just haven't been buried yet. If you're walking that line where you're feeling the same way, but you know and you're aware of that, mate, very, very careful, you've still got a shot. But you don't have much time because once you do fully fall asleep and go into the coma that the rest of the world does, it's too late. It's too late. If you're here listening to this podcast, you have something inside of you. You have a fire that needs to be lit or relit. You have more purpose in this world. You have more to give. You want to live a great and phenomenal life. You want to be a successful man, bouncing from achievement to achievement, pin drop to pin drop. To continually pursue that success, a fourth value. Seek growth, love and joy. Your life has meaning and purpose. It's not just about providing for the family. It's not just about being a martyr. It's definitely not about just being selfish and thinking of just you. But it's about you being the vehicle and vessel for life itself and wanting to live. You have so much depth to you, man, and you don't have to go, woo, woo. Although vibrations frequency is a real thing. Like this desk is made up of the atoms that vibrate at a certain rate, right? It's actually science. This microphone has a certain makeup of the atoms that vibrate at a certain rate. They're moving around, left, right, up, down, which makes it black. And these LED lights light up and then go down based on the pitch and of my voice and the volume. And just like that, as a beautiful being that's been created and brought in this world to experience and express a higher level of living and evolve. You have that in you. You have so much depth to who you are, are. But you get caught in the rat race. You get caught in the hustle and bustle, the spinning wheel. Just got to do this and everything be okay. I just got to make ends meet here. I just got to get through this part here or, you know, I've just got to keep the misses happy or all these just, just got us, you know, and everything will be okay. Or I'll be right or I'll figure it out one day. Or you accept it and it's like it just is what it is. Or don't get stuck in that mode. It's. It's a. It's a tough one. You know, the animal in us just wants to be comfortable and survive, but the spirit inside of you is screaming, kicking and shouting, saying, letting me out, let me fly. Let me rip into this life and grow and expand and become more and experience this evolution that I can have as this constant tussle. Man, tough one to, tough one to battle alone, but that's what you have inside of you. You know, your. Your gut feel, your intuition. Like your gut feel. It's. It's not an emotional, it's not an emotional expression that, that feel inside of you. That's your highest self talking to you. Your highest self saying, hey man, like, fucking, come on, pick up your game, bro. Like, help me, help me help you. Make me real. Bring version 2.0 out. Bring version 3 point out. Come on, the game's not over yet. You can rest when you're dead. Of course, rejuvenate, reflect, recharge. But come on, let's go again. Guess what? You've woken up today. Fucking congratulations. You've got another day. How cool is that? You're getting punched in the face. Congratulations. You get to punch. Get punched in the face. Because what's the alternative? What? You want to be a fucking vegetable on a machine just laying in a room? You get to experience the pain, but then you get to do something about it. You get to experience the joy and the pleasure, but also you get to understand the weighting and value of it. Why? Because you've experienced the pain. Wow. It's daylight. The sun's up. How beautiful is the light? What's amazing? Why is it so amazing? Well, because you know what dark looks like and the mozzies come out. You can't see shit. This. This is the level. It's just. It's hard. Hard to do on one podcast, hard to do on many podcasts. Even, you know, challenging. The man must be ready. Student is ready. Teacher appears. I can't teach you anything, but you can learn. There's a difference between the two, right? So I can share, provide, guide, and say, hey, pick your leg up and move it forward. Because there is the path. Take that step, but only if you are open and receptive will you learn. I hope that makes sense to you, boys. I can't necessarily teach you. It's you that learns. But when you have this in person. So I'm gonna receive the elements of cozy, the five takeaways. Man, like you just fucking. Boom. Deep. Quick on. All right, let's go. Wow. Layer, layer, layer. And that doesn't mean you need to cry. Although there were some tears that were shed. Boy, he's got me a beauty at the end. Bastards. I don't know if I'll roll that video out. Oh, well. Well worth it. Well worth the laughter. And it was almost the ecstasy of what we'd gone through over the few days we had. It's pretty awesome, boys. You have so much depth to you. You have so much. There's so many levels of depth to who you are and who you can become. Don't ignore it. Just. Just. Just scratch the itch, peel, lay it back. One day, one week at a time, one podcast at a time, and just. Just see what you find. Because when you get close to the core, you really find who you are, and then you find the formula for who you can become, because you have everything that you need inside of you. You already. If you're listening to this you already do. You already have everything that you fucking need inside you, man. I promise you, you that. But potential means all until it's realized. So let's do something about that. Let's use that fuel. Let's use that rocket fuel. Let's use the good stuff. Instead of operating in a combative way as an organism going out and fighting, fight or flight, and get out of your head and get into your heart. And that's not emotions. Get deep, deep into that. Your mind, your consciousness, your spirit. That's not your brain. That's not a beating heart that keeps you alive and pumps blood around the body. That's the essence of who you are and what makes you filled with greatness waiting to be realized. Point number three is having an environment of ambitious energy around you. It really allows you and your spirit to grow and stretch, which is probably just building off. Second point, right? Being. Being a large and powerful man who's strong and physically competent. And, you know, I've got a. I've got a pretty crazy rage inside me, which I've, you know, tucked away nicely for, for over 10 years now. Obviously used it with, used it with my brothers growing up, even though they're bigger than me and obviously used it in professional sport. But being a man who has that, that, that. That killer Viking in him, it's, it's. It's not something I try and fabricate, but it's something I'm really blessed that I have. Why? Because you've got this man who's large, strong, powerful, has some fucking crazy in him, you know, to, to. To be that Viking and hook in and tear shit up. That is saying to you, with all of those traits, beck and call, flick a switch. Fucking game on, man at any beck and call can tap into that. You've got that man who's saying to you right here and now, hey, you know what, man? Like, it's okay to go into your heart. It's okay to explore the spiritual side of yourself. It's okay to close your eyes and hum and visualize your goals and your dreams and the beautiful reality you can have with your children. And bring the walls down if you shed a tear here or there. So people be it, you know, like if you don't, so be it. But it's okay to be you at your greatest self and embody all things that make you who you are as a human and as a spirit. Like, there's a. There's a certain level of waiting that comes from that. And I'm just one person. But then imagine an environment, you know, of dozens of men and then imagine environment of, of hundreds of men and then imagine environment of thousands of men. You know, we help thousands of men, but we'll have over a thousand actively in our program next year, which would be awesome. I think we're nearly at 500. And then these men want to do season on season and they fucking love playing the long game and they see this being a part of their life and that, that gives you so much more permission as opposed to, I just got to say it how it is. If you were a 40 kilo man with a man bun who's done fucking nothing with your life and you've just researched chakras and, and you haven't experienced all the fullness of being a man and stepping into that fucking masculine Viking, Panda, you've got no track record. You're still living at home with your parents. Hey, but you know all about, you know, the seven shocks, chakras and what they represent and how to create healing ways and blah blah, blah. Like I've dived into all that stuff. Like I'm well versed on all that sort of stuff, but that's what I love most because like, hang on a minute, like you've got a complete and whole man here. And I'm always, I'm not saying I'm complete in terms of like, I'm always looking to improve, grow, develop, like, but in terms of the essence of life, family, self and service, the masculine energy, obviously the feminine. Or you want to say Viking and panda, how to be the chief. Hey, my life's been 20 torn as in all areas, physically, mentally, emotionally, in my relationship with my wife, in my businesses in the past, Like, I've just, man, I've hit rock bottom everywhere and also climbed the highest heights and changes, gotten out of the pit. Like when you have someone like that and then you've got dozens and hundreds and thousands of men that also are walking the path, that have the battle scars, a track record and they've got that ferocity to go out and hunt and produce that say to you, hey man, it's all good. We've got your back. You can let the walls down. We're hungry to grow, we're ambitious. But you know what? You do have a spirit and soul. You're not just a fucking man. You've got more in you. You've got more to give. You've got greatness inside of yourself. You need to raise your standards and take the right actions, but also you need to Love yourself a little bit more and build your enthusiasm for life and your self esteem and look in the mirror and say, yes, I am worthy, I am the prize. And create space for yourself. Go for a walk along the beach, take some time out in nature and enjoy just watching the waves crash and wonder how the fuck does all that happen? Oh, is there a scientific explanation? Of course. But you know, it's a bit of a miracle. Your eyes in your head connect to your brain that then tells you, hey, that's where the wave is. Like how do you even work out that simulation? It's phenomenal. Crazy minute detail, unbelievable. A little bit more waiting comes when you've got good, hard, strong men who get the up and get after life and get after it that also say, hey man, it's all good, we've all got hearts here, let's fucking hug it out. You got this bro, but this is what you're going to do about it. And walking that beautiful balancing act. Because intuition knows, but it doesn't do, right? So you can get spiritual and do all the shit that you want and operate a certain frequency and that's great. And you can operate in those states. I'm not discrediting that. We've got men who are wear unbelievable weapons in that space. However, guess what? Like the, the man in them does things too. Intuition, intuition knows, but it doesn't do. So you've got to do. You've got to apply the actions, you've got to apply the change. You've got to live and experience as a human being. Because if all you cared about was maintaining that spiritual state and staying in that element, then why the are you here? Yeah, and that's definitely not a precursor to any negative thoughts or someone who shouldn't be here. What I'm saying is what, why, why would you be here, here in this body, in this time, in this human element if this is not what you're seeking? The combination of experiencing life as so men having an environment of ambitious energy. I want to fucking grow. I want to build. I want to win family, self and service. Being amazing father and grandfather. I want to build my place, you know, businesses or place of work. I want to ascend up the ladder and develop my skill sets and become a leader in that organization that I represent. And I want to make sure I've got a beautiful relationship with my wife. I want to be in tune, in touch with nature myself. I want to still the world, world and say, hey world, can you off for a little bit? Let me just be present in here and now and just observe the beautiful miracles of life. I want all of that. Yes, you can. Having an environment of men who all want that as well, it just sets you free. It allows you to stretch and grow and go deep in and then boom, open the floodgates and express the greatest stuff you have inside of you. We saw that a lot at Cozy. It was. It's pretty special. Pretty special, man. These words aren't even doing it justice, but I'm hoping you're getting the point. Point number four, People invest. This is. This is an interesting one. Might have said it before, but people invest when they see value. People continue to invest when they feel valued. There's a large portion of men, if not probably all of them. Unless there's logistical issues and timing. That will come to COSI 4.0 without a fucking doubt. And that wasn't the agenda. Hey, let me under promise over deliver, and then cool. They're going to come next year, and next year we'll just do camping. We'll have marshmallows on sticks. Imagine that for an experience just getting fueled by marshmallows to the top of the country. People invest when they see value. You guys are investing time and energy in this right now, and I really appreciate you for it. I really do. Because you're giving me time and energy that you'll never get back, just like I'm giving you time and energy I'll never get back. What I love about this podcast, though, is I'm giving the time and energy once, and then it's a beautiful ripple effect where all of you can take this and apply it to your life and you all win. That's what fills my cup up. It's evergreen. It's an exponential return for me. I love doing this. It's worth the time. There's zero agenda, zero expectation. It's worth it to serve all of you men out there, known or unknown, and you can see that you value it. People continue to invest when they feel valued. So see value. Cool. I'll invest. Feel valued. Yeah, man, I'm here. I'm staying. I'm staying all in. Why would you listen to more than one podcast? Is there a chance that maybe you feel valued? Because I speak your life so true to you, and I talk about things that are deep in your head and your heart, your soul. This is what. Wow. No one's ever spoken like that before or articulated like that or has got me like that or has given me so much, you know, strategies, tactics, whatever it might be. Direction and guidance. And even if it's surface level, hey, yeah, love it, man. Ours shoots some shit, doesn't mind a few swear words, says it how it is. Blah, blah. That's still you feeling value because you're connecting to someone who's talking and, you know, expressing the way that you like. And of course, I'm not a fit for everyone. Cool. Good luck to them. That's fine. I'm not here to please 8 billion people. What a fucking nightmare. I want you to take that like that's what we did in Cozy. And the men felt so valued even before Cossie, they could not be part of it. And then after, we wanted to leave that imprint in their hearts forever. But I want you men to take this point and really apply it more personally. Personally. Has my wife stopped investing in me? Have my children stopped? Have they stopped investing in me? Why is that? What's. What's. They obviously saw value for sure. Otherwise they wouldn't be here. Same with your work or business or clients or blah, blah, blah. How come they haven't continued to invest? Where has the value misalignment happened? What I value, what they value has become transactional. Life's so transactional these days. It's a bit sad. But that's a really big takeaway I got because guess what? It goes both ways. I invest in the men in HPF because I see value in them and the lives they can live as human beings. I continue to invest in them when I feel valued. Like, hey, these guys are fucking listening to what I'm saying. They're applying and doing what I guide and advise them on. And when you build that relationship, they feel valued. Otherwise, why the would I do hpf? Imagine that I bring guys on board. Okay, cool. They pay money. Yeah, great, awesome. But then what a horrible prison I've set for myself. If it's just eating day after day with horrible members who did all, didn't do the work, didn't listen to me, were disrespectful. Oh, man, that'd be. That'd be horrendous. Goes both ways. But if you're a leader, yeah, front load, man, front load that value and don't have an expectation and you will draw in the people that you really cherish and want and desire in your life. As we wrap up getting to point number five, men wrap up this podcast. I hope it's really given you a different insight into the energy, the change, the evolution of HPF. I think this is episode 250 as well. What a. What a big one. Quarter, you know, bloody quarter of the way there to a thousand episodes. Imagine that. Bloody hell, that'd be pretty. Where would you start? To create our own library. HPF is a leadership organization. Without a doubt. Without a doubt. You look at anything in your life that has gone wrong, two things have happened. One, you've operated out of your head, so you're stuck in your head too much, which typically, weirdly enough, especially with the way the croc brain works, works, is what drives your emotional states. So you're stuck in your head too much, which drives fear, scarcity, uncertainty, doubt, so you haven't had the opportunity or capacity to listen to your gut feel. The second one is there's been a lack of leadership. Have a look at every poor decision, every trauma, traumatic experience. Everything's happening in your life. Hey, look, maybe your wife is a narcissist and she's your ex now. Or maybe there's other things. Of course. But let's go upstream. What was the level of leadership that you had? I didn't have it. I read Maxwell's book when I was 18. I thought it was shit. Shows how unprepared I was. But somewhere along the lines, whether you knew it or not at the time, which always, obviously most of the time, we don't know it at the time, which is why it happens. It was a lack of leadership and leadership skills. I'll dive into that in future episodes and give you some more granular on how to become a better leader. But I think we got a pretty good message across in 250 episodes. But HPF is a leadership organization. You have levels of depth to you. You have no idea in your head. But then when you get in your heart, you see it that you can have. You have no idea until you're like, oh, hang on a minute. Give myself the space and time. Wow, I really can explore and have so much more. And a lot of that comes down to what is it you desire in your life and giving yourself the space and time to just go deeper into yourself as a man, as a human, and as a spirit. Point three, having an environment of ambitious energy like that. Ambitious energy. I want more. I want to be more. It's not that I hate or I'm unsatisfied, or I might be dissatisfied if I stay here, but I'm grateful, but unsatisfied if I stay here. So I'm grateful. And I love this. And it's great and it's awesome, it's fantastic. But I'm ambitious. I want more. I'm exactly enough. I've got everything I need to be more, to express more, to grow. Having an environment of ambitious energy around you, it allows you to stretch, grow, and ultimately be free. And with that, it allows you to then start to really chart the course of who you can become. So the hockey stick comes into play. You're not setting. I'm at level one. Would love to be level three one day. Fuck that. Like, you should hit level three by the end of this year or by the end of 20, 25, then it's level four, level five, let's see. So when you're in your 60s and 70s or 10, 15, 20 years, you're like, hey man, I'm at level eight. Yes. Like there's no do overs and you don't have 500 years. What are you waiting for? You know, a lot of people have a boat without a rudder and they're looking for that. Cool, I've got a rudder now. I can see the ship. Fuck, mate, let's zoom out a little bit more even before you get the rudder. To know the mechanics of what you need in your ship and the designs and what's required. How about you chart the course? Anyone can steer the ship, but it takes a leader and a good group of people around them to really chart the course of where they want to go. Otherwise you're steering it to fucking nowhere. That's the power of having the environment in your corner. Number four. People invest when they see value. They continue to invest when they feel valued, super important. So what do they value? What do they see that I can't, that I can give them that I've been missing the mark, throwing shit on the wall or doing nothing about. And the last one is when you know, you know, man, you already have the answer inside of you. The challenging part with life, which we all experienced when we came back from cozy on this absolute high, was the rest of the world. You got this lower level of frequency and chaos and daily trauma or different pull and push different areas. Temptation, distraction, sedation, and people garnering your attention, trying to pull you away, give you their problems, give you their cut. Like I get it, we're leaders, we're here to solve problems. But handling everything else in the outside world is what brings you unstuck inside. If you don't go within and fucking shore yourself up and make yourself rock solid and build this big breastplate of armor to protect yourself, you will fold and you'll crumble. It's why a having the Right environment around you is critical, but then B, developing the right environment inside is going to help you with external environments that you don't control or aren't conducive. Conducive to that frequency and being your greatest version so you can be involved with hpf. Awesome. Fantastic. Amazing. This is beautiful. Love it. Great group of men. We're doing this in the unreal. Yeah, but like, you don't live in my house. Whilst we're connected, which is what I do love about the online platform. You connected all the time. You've also got the external, real reality in your wife, your kids, your work traffic, the roads, some stranger that was being a dick to you, like, you've got all of that. So we, we don't save you. We, we can't save you. We're not here to save. Save you. However, we're definitely here to plug you into what you see in your greatest version, the leader you can become. And then applying that in the real world by being so rock solid internally and that investment itself, that personal development, is what helps you externally and professionally handle the shit out there. So you already know, like when you know, you know. You men listening to this, you already have the goods. You've just either A, fucked up or B, missed the mark because you haven't consistently applied it or you haven't brought out, you haven't fleshed it out and actually stepped into your greatest version, which is why you're not enough for your wife at the moment or your kids or your business employees, colleagues, or yourself. When you look in the mirror, you already have the answer. It's the not what should I be doing? It's the what not to do. Of course we can help you the what to do's, but where we help men the most is, hey, here's what not to do. The most successful people in the world, family, self and service. It's not the amazing shit they do. There's nothing we're recreating here. It's. This is all the bullshit. I don't fucking do anything anymore. This is the stuff that really killed me and crushed me. This is the sedation, distraction, addictions that just destroyed my marriage. So you already have the answer inside you, man. It's making sure that you remember the what not to do's. It's making sure you don't do the what not to do's. And you build yourself and you develop yourself as a man, as a spirit, you develop yourself as the whole package. So not only do you not do the what not to do's but you're able to handle everything else in the outside world and be that leader that can shine that light, be that beacon of light for all the others around you that are experiencing their own chaos, their own bullshit, their own like look at my children man, of course I'm going to make them earn every single fucking thing in this world so that they become who they need to. Not they just get what they need from me. But shit man, like what, what a life they're going to have. And that was a blessing off the back of my father who really opened up the door to personal and overcoming resilience and persistence and never giving up. And you can do anything if you put your mind, your heart to it. And I remember this stuff my dad said to me when I was five, six, seven, eight years of age. That's what you can have. That's the ripple effect you can have when you don't do the bullshit and buy into the things that just pull you down as a lower level organism. And also you develop yourself to become so much more so you can handle the outside world and become a phenomenal organization leader to those you love and care about. That's us boys. That's a wrap. I'll hit you with some Al's insights next time get some more guests on but yeah. Wow, what an experience. Cozy 3.0.
