In this episode of the High Performance Father (HPF) podcast, the host opens with a call to action for listeners to leave reviews, share the show, and support the HPF community. He then introduces the core concept of the episode – becoming a “4:1 man.” The term is defined as a man who balances four key domains (family, self, service, and an ascended version of himself) at a ratio of four to one, enabling him to achieve the ultimate goal of a fulfilled, high‑performing life. The host outlines eight concrete principles that constitute a 4:1 man: (1) controlling and front‑loading his schedule; (2) prioritising physical, mental and emotional health; (3) understanding and delivering value to loved ones at the right time; (4) maintaining healthy boundaries and reading relational energy; (5) continuously developing professional skills to increase service value and financial reward; (6) surrounding himself with more advanced mentors; (7) being accountable to others beyond the immediate family; and (8) fully embracing and cherishing the 4:1 philosophy. Throughout, he weaves personal anecdotes, references recent HPF events (Brisbane, upcoming Perth), and encourages listeners to reflect on which principle they need to improve, to take concrete action, and to teach the concepts to others as a way of reinforcing learning. The episode ends with a motivational reminder that living one’s potential and repeatedly revisiting the material will solidify the transformation into a 4:1 man.

If this is something that you're really starting to resonate with and you've racked up five, 10, 15, maybe 20 podcasts by now, I just want to ask a small favor of you. The greatest way that we create the greatest impact inside of this world is by reaching more people and more people really tying into the value they can offer themselves at a fundamental level. HPF stands for fathers really valuing and believing in themselves and investing in themselves so that they and their family wins. A couple of quick things. I hope you enjoy the episode ahead. It's a phenomenal one that we've just recorded for you, but essentially I'd love for you to give us a review. Obviously a five star review would be amazing, but whether it's itunes, Spotify, Amazon, it could be on Facebook, a Facebook review anywhere, Google, anywhere where you see this value in you, giving us the approval and recognition that will spread this message. Much respect. Really appreciate you for doing that and also sharing this with someone who you know would get a huge benefits out of listening to this as well. So enjoy the episode ahead. But if there's just one thing I could ask for 10 to 30 seconds of your life to give back. I love doing these episodes. I do these for you, member or not, and for the wider community. I'd love it if you could just give a little bit back and really promote that you support this and this is something that you would love to share with others who you know, would get value out of this as well. Hello men. Welcome to another episode of Al's Insights. And keep this one short and sweet, short and sharp. And actually, to be fair, some of the, some of the fathers who listen to this actually share this with their children, which is phenomenal. And there probably are. Well, probably there definitely is. There definitely are some women who listen to this as well. I think that's fantastic too. Like, just for the women out there who are listening to this, so good, so good for you to see insights that have not been labeled, slapped together, put in a box like unfortunately, some different parts of the world can, albeit through studies, university, different industries and whatnot, psychologists, counseling, to actually see in real time the effects of thousands and thousands and thousands of mental health that they have had, the effects they have had on the development of being a man in this world in real time, in a real way for his wife and children. We talk about being the prize. It's not to the detriment of you. It's being the prize for the wife and children, being the prize for those who they love and care about most. You know, it's all well and good to invest in yourself, but if you're investing yourself just for your own personal gain, what is the point? Why have a wife? Why have children? So incredible. Just on that, ladies and fellas, listening to this, one of our members which. Everything gets drawn out of the members. I need you to understand that there's, there's no, there is no Alex Renieri driving this. It's a collective consciousness, you know, it's. And I'm, I'm that conduit representing us as well as you are representing us. And that's what I love about this. You know, men living the embodiment of hpf. It's not, not just me, but one of the members had an amazing idea. Just like all these podcasts, they're built off the ideas of other men inside this community. What about the wives? What about the wives and the children? You have some amazing content and videos, especially when start their journey with hpf. Even people reaching out who haven't yet pulled the trigger and gone all in on themselves and their families or with, you know, through hpf. Have you thought about doing a video? And he detailed some amazing bullet points like, mate, that is awesome. So if you are interested whether this is a wife and, or men listening to this who are like, I really want to, I understand, I'm the man, I should make decisions so on so forth. But also, yeah, it would be nice if I had my family on board. I get that, mate. I totally do hear those sayings, better to ask for forgiveness than it is for permission, but I get that. But we're not talking, when we're talking hpf, we're not talking about you investing $5.60 into a marriage playbook. However, what would be very valuable is considering that potentially your word doesn't hold as much meaning as you'd like it to. And that's not your fault. It's just there's a contribution of time and the track record and deterioration of relationships and so on and so forth and you didn't know any better and maybe you did, but maybe you're here to make amends for the stuff ups. But, but that is true. So one thing with HPF is men get a massive leg up of trust, validity and ultimately opening the door again to relationships with their wife and the children purely from joining hpf. It's crazy, man. I should love, but it does crack me up because like a man joining can sometimes be the catalyst where again, with respects, I know women and children Listen to this. And I'm a passionate man. But sometimes, yeah, we get women who will email us and be like, thank, he took a step and pulled the trigger. I've been waiting for him. I'm a woman, you know, so sue me. Even though I say no, I really want him to say no to me and go in and say yes to himself. And I'm saying this, this is true, fellas, this is true. When your wife says no, no, do that. It's, it's a test. It's a test. I'm not saying rebuttal that goal in out of spite, be better. I'm just saying it's unbelievable the volume of women who have such a positive response when they're like, oh man, thank. He's fucking actually done something and he's, you know, despite me saying a few words and him crumbling like he usually does, he's actually firming up a bit and saying, yeah, no, I'm doing this. So email us@adminiperformancefather.com if you're a father who's struggling through that challenge with your wife, you're not sure what to do. You don't have the leg up runs on the boards or the trust and integrity in the relationship as it stands today. Or if you're a wife who wants your husband to do this and you'd like to know a little bit more about hpf, because I'm pulling together a video which is going to be walking through for the wife, the wives and the children. Hey, this is what it means for you. Let me help you understand through the eyes of you and your life. And that's a skill I feel blessed to have developed over the time where I know exactly what you want to need. I know exactly what you are thinking as the wife, I know exactly what you're thinking as the children. And so I should. This is like the obsessive mastery that I've placed my life into since my children were born. So if that's something of interest to you, flick us an email, we'll put you on the, on a list. Because when, when I roll this video out, I want to be able to share that with everyone who's very interested. Because with respect to you men listening to this, hey, this is what I do, man. Like, it's not your fault that you might not be able to articulate what this means for the wife. When the man holds himself in a level of integrity, good, healthy boundaries, provides for his family, makes decisions accordingly, but also empowers his wife and gives her the opportunity to lead. Leads by example. Keeps his temper curbed and he's not triggered. He has that Viking, he has the panda, but he hits that sweet spot as the chief. What it means for the wife and then for me to be able to forecast the vision that the wife can now see that isn't necessarily coming from your lips. That. That really does hit home. That really does hit home. But nonetheless, let's crack on into this episode. Something that's becoming pretty popular pretty quickly since I've been doing the events. I hear about that too, right, Man. I think we ended up with like maybe 100, 146 registered for the Brisbane event. That was amazing, man. I still feel doing this several days later. I threw everything into that. Like that was an amazing event, amazing weekend. And we did the event. I think I might end up with maybe, maybe 120something in the room. Lots of members, lots of non members. We obviously had dinner with the members at a workshop. The next morning training session. Brekkie. Phenomenal. Phenomenal weekend. If you haven't seen that, you'll certainly see some. Some of our reels and highlights and testimonials and it was just incredible to be able to share the room with these men where there's just such genuine intent. Like I need you to know that, you know, it doesn't mean every man who wasn't a member came on board and awesome. Hey mate, wrap the back of the room with some F Pops machines and give us your fucking money. It was just to. Is to really give you your power back wherever you are in your journey. And look, I think some have already come on board. Unreal, man. Like, so excited to meet you at our next HPF catch up. Knowing that you'll be a member and some might take time, might take a year, it might be never. But I just hope that what was left in that room was absorbed with you men in the energy, the intent and clarity on what you want to define for your life, what you want to create. I'm really big on that. Like, please understand this. With a very wide range in my vocabulary, with a pretty strong presence and energy given my size. And now I project information how I can articulate it. It would be very, very, very easy for me to become a man who's purely based on and elevating state and not manipulating. But yes, adjusting emotions and emotional states and I can do all that sort of stuff and just focus on the real spiritual side and that's important. I spoke about in the last episode. There's the spirit of the man that drives the ship. But there's the man who embodies the spirit. And it'd be so easy for me to do that. So please know that's never the point. I'm not here to motivate. I'm here to drive a deeper level of desire and inspiration inside of you. Such that by you pursuing what you are passionate about most in your life. Not. I'm passionate about animals. So I'm going to become a fucking vet. Like there's no way I could handle being a vet. We've got members who are vet. They are incredible men. Unbelievable what they have to do. Love animals though. Maybe I'll get the ranch one day and have 50, 50 dogs on there. And you know, absolutely love animals. Chickens, man, the best eggs you'll ever have. And it's so funny watching watching females interact in different species. They don't change. So funny watching the pecking order of the hens. Fuck, they crack me up man. They crack me up so much. I watch them and how they organize themselves and interact. Like fucking, you know, women with that little coffee emoji next to it. But so funny animals. What a gift. Please understand that like it really is driving you towards. This is what I want in my life. I have one shot. One shot. So I want to talk about being a four to one man. We spoke about this at the event. Brisbane was phenomenal. We're planning Perth. If any of you have contacts or people or people in the know how we want to spread this as far as possible. I've gotten some inside information that in some, some areas in the mining space, so not across all of Australia but in some regions there's an 86% divorce rate. Can you fucking believe that? Geez man, that is, that is a. That is a tough pill to swallow. 86% and a large portion of them have children. Monstrous portion of them have children. That's so Sad. So look, June 14th gonna be huge. Heading over to Perth, the team and I, it's gonna be massive. I want at least triple. I want 500 people at this event. Whether it's defense force, mining industry, labor, hire, any industries, any people that you know who you feel either decision makers or not, they have access and the ability for us to get men to this event so we can serve them, give them our resources, give them their tools, give them everything we can. All the bells and whistles. So it's not just a. Yeah, high flying techno music, super soakers and whatnot. We don't do that it's just establishing a foundation for these men to then leap up and into who they can become. Please hit us up admin@highperformancefiler.com same email. That'll be massive. Being a four to one man. Being a four to one man. So interesting. Someone asked me, would you mind expanding? And it wasn't, you know, it was something in short detail when I did the Melbourne event on being a four to one man. What it is, so on and so forth. But the answer was actually everything that we'd gone through in that day and what I have here. This is a little bit different to the Owls insights. We typically do one liners. Right. What I'm going to cover is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. I've got eight bullet points because I want to share what. What we have seen with hpf. A four to one man really is now what is a four to one man? You know, the reason why this is becoming very popular is because a lot of the times we connect through pain or a deeper understanding of life. And the deeper understanding of life is this life isn't fair. Things like fair and deserved don't really exist. Luck, be it good or bad, whichever side you sit on, is quite a fickle thing, if it exists at all. And ultimately, and maybe it does, but if it does, it's still a very volatile and fickle thing that holds no guarantees, good or bad, which is quite a. Quite a. It's not a good state to be in or it's not a good place to position yourself and not a good place to position control and certainty in the hands of good luck and bad luck. That's not fate. That's like, hey, this moment, this situation, man, you don't want to know how my day was today. Holy moly. Just every single thing that could have happened, like to the point where the minute detail, just cooking a little bit of chicken on the barbecue, pull the lid down, she'll be right. Whole breast, take about 20 minutes, come out 15 minutes later, checking in on it. Oh, wow. Of all days where I don't have any time. This has happened for about the 18th time. Just these little tweaks that have stolen my time and created the opportunity for frustration. The gas has run out. Gas bottle's empty. How would you believe it? It was full. Now it's empty. There we go. So I've got a lukewarm chicken just sitting there. And there goes my. So that's the day, right? Been unlucky about 25 times today, but look, when it comes to being a four to one man, deeper connection comes through understanding. Firstly, hey, this world is tough. It's not fair. It's not serving us the way that we feel like we want to be served. Now there's the man who wants to procreate and survive. I get that. So we want to work just like our brains on efficiency. That's why brains that use 20% of our calories, one organ, 20%, pretty big. That's why they work very well, but they also work without your best interest at heart. They work very well as a mechanism, as an operating machine. I'm going to conserve my energy because I'm using a fifth of this organism's fuel supply. So the way that I'm going to work is I'm going to go the path of least resistance, always, even if I don't know. Because the brain is not your conscious. Your mind is not your conscious. Your mind is not your brain. Sorry, your mind is not your brain. Your mind, I believe, is your conscious. So that's your head, your heart and your, your soul, your spirit. That's what I believe anyway, because we can mix up mind and brain very, very quickly when we look at the brain, it just wants to survive and run efficiently. You need efficiency in life, of course, but you also need effectiveness. You must have both efficiency and effectiveness. So how well am I doing something? Is that something I'm doing the best thing? Is that the right thing? So it's doing things right and then doing the right thing. So doing things the right way, but making sure that right way is actually being done on the right thing. So for us, it's like, yeah, I get it, man, we want to go to work. You know, we're we. All of you listening to this, you must have some ambition, otherwise there's no way you'd listen to these podcasts. But, you know, like, yes, you want more, but your default is, I've made babies, I'm surviving today. There's roof cover, myself from shelter, right, the elements, so that I've got protection from the elements. I've got. That includes clothing, family, staying as much as possible in homeostasis. So good temperature, whether it's cold or warm weather, trying as best as we can. My children have food, we have a place to sleep. Tonight there aren't any place to sleep that contains a good level of safety where there aren't as many perceived threats as just being out in the wild. Man, I'm good. That's what we're combating. So you throw into the mix, all of the happy hormones and getting that, that sweet, sweet temptation with social media in the world and technology, which gives you access to every single environment you could think of. And all of a sudden, Pinocchio, who goes to the island, shows us pretty quickly that we're not on an island anymore. It's the entire planet. The entire planet is a place where people are just engaging in hedonistic pleasures. And then all of a sudden, everyone's become fucking donkeys. Right? You carry on like a donkey or become one. I never picked that out. I know it's in my earlier podcast, but never thought of that. But that's a pretty scary movie actually, when you think about. But yes, Pinocchio goes to the island, acts like a donkey, starts to become one. That's what the world's like, you know, you're giving your children access to the world. You're giving the world access to your children. It's a very dangerous place, but it's even dangerous for us. Why? Because there's some pretty cool shit online. Like I said before, I'll jump online. And all of a sudden, in my algorithms, there's just all these fucking chickens and they've got little headbands and other things, and there's one just fighting the other. There's a big rooster, the big dog coming in and he's got food on his face and all the chicks coming around pecking at all the food off his face. I'm like, oh, man, there are some funny things in the world. There's a lady holding a bab crocodile and playing some sort of baby game in, I think, an Indian language. And this crocodile smiling with his razor sharp teeth. That's what it looks like anyway. She's holding his paws while he's laying in a lap. I'm like, this shit's pretty funny. That's the problem we face. We're in a world where it just coerces us and coaxes us into relaxing. Just relax. Just relax. Enjoy the entertainment. Just relax. Just be you. Just be you. Which you? What are you talking about? You're talking about the you, you know, 10 minutes ago, 10 weeks ago, 10 years ago, 10 months ago, you know, mid last year. Like, what are you talking about? Which. Which you. You all hold different characters, but which identity are you talking about? Because I'm not a fucking child anymore. I'm not a baby anymore. I'm not a teenager anymore. I'm not a young man anymore. Yeah, like, it's all young compared to old people, I guess. But it's all relative, right? Like if you're in your 60s, like what a young pup you are to a man who's 95. But the point is this. You are becoming a different version every single time. And the world is consistently pushing a consumer, not a creator. So what is a four to one man? A four to one man is understanding that through that connection of where the world's at. Hey, you know what? Life isn't fair. Life's full of shit. And the temptation in the most valuable commodity in the world, attention, Right, the attention, like the distraction and the temptation and the attention that everyone is trying to steal from you. The temptation of every single business company. What not trying to steal your attention is, it's pretty cool, valuable and fun. But on the other side of that lies a pretty dark and deep energy. It's pulling you away from your children, pulling you away from your wife. Turning into not your greatest version, turning into not a man that can produce. Turning you into not a man who can protect and provide family, self and service, have all three squared away, hit the sweet spot in the middle, rubber band out when he needs to go ham in one area, but then be able to come straight back to that center point and be grounded with integrity and values that matter for him and his family. That's, that's the struggle that we face. So through this, what we see is a world filled with men who are one. And the game is this. If you are a one to one man, you will lose the game. Is this the ratio required for you to be successful in life? And this is, this is. It could be 2.7 to 1, it could be 5.3, but I, I like this ratio. I think, I think there's value to it. You talk about family, self and service. There's three elements that domina. And then you talk about the soul and spirit of man that operates through those levers that he pulls. Even when you're working the circle of self in third person form, your consciousness is deciding how to organize yourself in that circle of self. So I see it as four parts. Maybe that's me. You could choose your own ratio if you want, but that's why I chose four to one man. Your family, self and service, and the ascended version of who you are, or the transcended version of you. And the consciousness is actually pulling the levers on this thing called life. If you're a one to one man, you will lose what is required to get the. There won't even be a one. What is required to get the One being a four. If you can be four times the man, the fucking sloth and waste and disgust that is today's world, I promise you, you'll get the one. And that's where this notion came from, being a four to one man. So I put it to you, because I've said this before to men who have won. Is that the word? Maybe not. Put this to men who have reconciled their relationships and rejuvenated their marriage. Again, I don't want to say the word won. Loss. Their wife came back, they came forward like it doesn't matter. They came together again. Men who've saved their own lives, men who've connected with their children, connect with their wives and are building a beautiful legacy. I have said this, hey, if I gave you. If I gave you a 100% chance and we got pretty good, we got pretty good stats. So depending on how long you leave it, if you're in trouble, yeah, we're successful, we help, we'll get the job done. If I gave you a 100% chance, and let's just pick marriage. Sensitive subject. Brings up the mirror. Gave you a 100% chance that you and your wife will be back together better than ever. But it took you 18 months, would you stay all in? Ah, fuck yeah, mate, of course I would. It's my wife, it's my children, it's my family. It's how easy? Six months. Absolutely. Given three months, yeah, man. Obviously two years. Obviously five years, 100% guarantee. Tough. Gonna be tough, man, but it's worth it. Five years. You in? Fuck yeah, I am. Absolutely. That's what I want you to see. If you become a four to one man, I promise you you'll get the one. One. It's not doing your best and sometimes not doing what's required, it's both. And through that, you can then elevate what your best is. Because there's never going to be times when you can do what's required. You don't control everything out there, but doing what's required, not just doing your best. I get that that's a good saying, works well. But the reality is this. If you can consistently push towards that, the world will open up, opportunities will present themselves. And whilst what's required to grow and become more and become affordable, man, isn't always the path you think it is. In case, in fact, it rarely is on the other side of that, the rewards that you're anticipating come with some bonuses. It's almost like you're pulling back this curtain. It's like, oh, wow, I didn't realize. I thought I was doing this. And yeah, it wasn't the path. What was required was way different. I did this, but I got there and I got this thing. But on top of that result, I've got these other three. Yeah, that's look. They have a look. It's not even a lucky door prize. Let me pull back the curtain. Hey, because you did all of this, you thought that you're just going to get this one outcome. You're getting this, this, this, this and this. That's the one. All of that is the one. You have no idea how much you can change, how much you can grow. Have a listen to some of the old podcasts. Have a look at RDM back in the days, you know, shaky, testing, trying everything we could, doing what we could here to serve people. Covid came in big fucking shitstorm all over the world. Like it's. Yeah, I can't believe we've survived through, through the early days. I got some crazy stories for you. I'll tell you, but you know, it's, it's, it's just pushing through, being persistent, consistently chasing that growth to understand that I need to go above and beyond. But if I go above and beyond, I'll get the one. And that's what being a four to one man really is. I'll walk through these eight bullet points, but I just wanted to lay that foundation first. It's really powerful. This won't be very long. This podcast won't be very long. Well, famous last words. Lock the doors three hours later. Being a four to one man is knowing that you must do, you know, always do what you've always done will always get what you've always done. That's fucking, that's schoolboy stuff. As true as it is that that's quite a cynical. A lot of sayings and quotes are very, very, very flat, very stagnant in their message. It's like, oh, cool, thank you for telling me than warning me. It's like, hang on, have you actually given me the path yet? Thank you for warning me of what not to do. So, so what do I do? It's like having a bad father. It's like, hey, I had a really bad father. He was fucking horrible to me. So does that mean you know how to father? No, it doesn't. It just means I know what not to do. Yeah, cool. So how do I actually be a father? What should I do? I feel blessed in, in some respects because I had some tough times with my old man and I had some, some beautiful times with my old man. He gave me both, which means it wasn't all rainbows and smiles. And there's some pretty, pretty hectic moments. But then also he's a man of integrity who showed me the way in only the few ways, few core parts that matter. So being a four to one man, it's really saying, hey, you know what? Despite what life throws at me, despite what my friends do, other people are proclaiming as to being great, which most of the times is just normal. Who wants to be normal? Put your hand up if you want to be normal. I don't, I don't want to be normal. I don't want to be. Why do people try and push and promote normal? It doesn't, I don't get that. I hear that being thrown around a lot in a positive light. I'm like, do you understand normal means the same as average? Do you understand that? Maybe I'm wrong, but I'd like to see the proof. Being a four to one man is like, fuck that, man. I don't know when I'll be dead. Could be three weeks, three years, 30 years. Why would I spend this limited existence with a non renewable resource, time being average? Why would I want to spend a non renewable, non renewable resource? When you throw out chunks of. When you give out your time to yourself, to other people, to Netflix or any other fucking other. Look, I don't mind kicking back and relaxing. I don't really watch tv. Did watch a show and ripped into it and loved it. But look, it's, it's crazy. Like I. Look at that. Like when you're giving all of that time away you throw, you're giving chunks of life away. When you give up your time, you're giving chunks of life. Like, visualize that. Close your eyes if you need to. Not if you're driving. But visualize that. Okay, I'm going to grab a little bit of my left side of my abdomen. Okay, I'm going to grab my right ass cheek and I'm ripping off chunks of my life without time. There is no life without a process, without a cycle of you living this day, this night, this week, this month, this year. That all requires time. You're giving that up, you're throwing chunks away. Also on a side note, like each of their own, I hardly ever watch tv, but somehow, somehow I got onto this show called Reacher Man. How good's that? Like, let's go back to the basics. You got a big jack dude who's got brains who's just setting the world straight again. I love that. I thought that was, man. I thought that was a phenomenal show. My wife, I will admit, hand up my wife and I did binge watch that, but geez, man, that's. That's the most TV I've done in like 10 years. Years. That was, that was cool. That was phenomenal. I just love seeing masculine men get out, get fucking shit done. Look, I'm an outlaw, like, and I'm huge on justice and not justice by the way of necessarily our government or the police. Justice in what we know deep down in our soul energetically must be corrected. Which one of the biggest things is obviously hypocrisy in this world, but absolutely that leads into feminism. The destruction of the family nucleus and the spine and the backbone that keeps this entire world together. You know, men, men create the world that live in the. The children live in. But women, the beautiful gift that they are, they create the life that enters this world. What an amazing relationship. Why the would you want to break that partnership up? Why would you want women to go out and try and create this world? Do you know how hard that is, mate? And then why would you even try and fantasize about a pregnant man emoji that's in your iPhone? That's just ridiculous. This is not even possible. When you are looking at your life, you must acknowledge one, it is going to end one day. Two, you are the one that must live with the results of your choices. And three, do you actually want to win? And if you really want to win, the formula is this. Be a four to one man. Point number one. What is a four to one man? A man who controls his schedule, that is your commitments and priorities front, loads his calendar and executes in accordance with the circles of significance. So each circle enhances the others. What does that mean? Hey, good fuck offs and good yeses and making sure you're front loading your character so you're. You're front loading your calendar so you're driving decisions for your wife to give her some reprieve. Whether it's dinner, bed, bath time, special time, adventures with the kids, honey and handsome time, you are taking some of the logical men driven thinking off her plate. Doesn't mean a woman can't be logical. Doesn't mean a woman can't process things. They do a phenomenal job child rearing or, or a bit of a blend or a bit of a balance of. But for you, where can you come to the party? Of course control your schedule. Who you're saying yes and no to what are your priorities? What comes first? Front loading your calendar for you, your time. And execute that in accordance with family, self and service. When am I front loading for self? When my front loading for my wife? When am I front loading for my children? Making decisions, locking in the calendar, getting the appreciation reward before the time of that experience even comes. Because to them you've already said you matter. You're important to me. Help me help you by making sure you turn up because we've got special time at 5pm this Thursday. I hope you're excited. Hey, what are you thinking of doing? It's Wednesday night. Hey Stella, what are your thoughts on special time? Do you want to do this? This is layering a little bit of conversation around dinner time. We're at the dinner table talking about special time. It hasn't even happened yet. Yes. Stella and I have had three or four moments of connection. Visualizing, thinking through, fantasizing. What are we gonna do? We're gonna do coloring in. She loves Minecraft, so we're gonna play a bit of Minecraft. We've got to go easy on that. But yeah, that is good fun. She does enjoy it. Cool. That's what a four to one man is. Someone who can control his schedule. Say good, healthy no. So he's got good, healthy yeses available to those he loves and cares about most in family, self and service. Point 2. What is a four to one man? A man who prioritizes his own physical, mental and emotional well being to increase his performance and leadership in life. Leadership? Why? What do you mean? Well, greatest form of communications. Examples. So when you're in great shape, your children looking at you, whether you train at home or not, you can communicate the story of the day. How I went to the gym, I did this, this and this. And I was dying. It was so funny. Daddy' was hanging out, he was sweating and he was just, you know, I wouldn't say masks hanging out to my children, but I'd tell him, you know, I was so sweaty. You'd have struggled. I couldn't even do this push up because my chest was so sore. And they're visualizing something even if they're not there seeing me do it. Leadership mentality, right? Physical, mental and emotional. Mental is your bandwidth. What does that mean? Your patience. What about reviewing, being the chief? Cool, calm, collecting control shits. Hit the fan. What can I do to pull down this situation so it doesn't keep escalating and to realign everyone in the family and to have the Vision to forecast what the best outcome is for all and then to app the opportunity to each person. Hey Crin, what about if we did this? Hey Stern. Lillian, let's not do that anymore. What are your thoughts on this? Hey Rome, come with daddy. Mate, we're going to do this. We're going to kick the footy. Give the girls a little bit of a break because you've just impeded on them playing or you've just jumped in. They're playing. Mate, give them a break. Let them play. Come out with daddy. Hey Crin, I've got this sorted. Boom. All of a sudden stress lowers. Emotional wellbeing. So if you can pour into your own cup, you have so much more capacity. That's what performance and leadership is in life for others. Emotional is absolutely taking that time out. The spirit of the man, whether you're journaling or not, going out in nature, just revising some of the questions that we have in our how to create a better outcomes resource. That's an amazing resource guide or any, any point of contact here with HPF which is you pouring into your own cup and understand that you do have that heart of you as a man. A fourth value. Seek growth, love and joy. Love and joy. We've got five values. Only five in hpf. Pretty, pretty powerful. Only need five but inside of that don't need any more, don't need any less. There is the emotional well being of you as well. What is a four to one man? A man who knows what each person dear to his heart and his life values how and when to provide that value. Provides it just speak, follow through and also brings out the best in them. I'm not providing value through my children's eyes. If it's lollies and candy like is that bringing out the best in them? I know what they value but it's bringing out the best in them. Oh yeah, you value lollies. Well, let me provide some lollies. Okay, cool. That's not bringing out the best in them. He knows what each person values, how and when to provide that. So it's got the best contextually lines up. It's not an inconvenience. It works in with their rhythm moment day week. Your rhythm moment day week. You're providing that value. Are you doing it in a way that brings out the best in them? What is a four to one man? A man who has healthy boundaries, can read the energy of relationships and situations and operate consistently as My wife doesn't have to like me. I'm her husband. But she loves and respects me. Those are two things I'll do on another podcast. They're two things you need critical in a relationship. I'll spend a bit more time on that. It's a solid one. Healthy boundaries. She doesn't need to always like me. And I'm okay with her not being okay sometimes. But also, hey, man, like drop of a hat, I protect and provide for my family, my wife. I know how to be her puppy dog, how to float her boat, so to speak. I know exactly what she wants, what she needs. It's not I don't give it to her out of denying her her. And it's not, I don't give it to her because if I did, I know she'd become a fucking monster like most women do. Not their fault. That's just the way that they're operating wide, which is why you guys listening to this is Pandas. Be very careful. It's just because just like my wife, there are. There are a few core things in my life that matter. Want my wife. Love my wife. Don't need my wife. There's me as a man, me as a husband, me as a father, me as a servant, serving the community, serving all of you you like. I've got to make sure I'm not any one of those. I'm the entity that's steering all of them. How neglectful of me to give too much to my wife, which costs the children, the servitude to this world, the peace and harmony of me as a man in my own heart and soul, of me doing what I want to do in my life at least once. You hear that? I just want to do something for me for once. Like, don't ever get in that position. I've never. Well, not never. Sorry. Since hpf. I've never had that moment. Never. Never. Why? Cause I fill my cup. That's really important. So it's not to deny my wife. I'm using her as an example in relationships. But a 4 to 1 man, has healthy boundaries, can read the energy of relationships and situations. So understanding the energy of people, where they're at, looking through their eyes, then forecasting also almost like when I look at all my children, my wife, I can see like these lines going off into the future. I can see where those experience almost like a little flash roll mo. If they keep doing this, this is what will happen. They all populate themselves and I'm like, ah, okay. So as a man who has logic and emotion, I need to look at where they're at help them course. Correct. Do it in a way that empowers them and gives them the opportunity. I'm not here to squash my family. But also do it as someone who can guide and advise them where sometimes the answer is just support and sometimes the answer is no, that's really important. What is a four to one, man? Sorry, this has gone a bit longer than now's insights. Maybe we'll have to change the topic model, but maybe we will. But we should be wrapping up soon. I hope this is really landing with you guys and clicking for you. We've got four points left. We'll wrap it up. What is a four to one, man? Man who continues to develop his skills professionally to grow as a leader adds more value to the marketplace and in turn, he's exposed to a higher financial reward. That's a real thing. You know, the love for money is the root of all evil, not money itself. So when you look at that, money's a beautiful thing. Tool to be used to create experiences, to drive better opportunities for those you love and care about, even those you don't love and care about. People who say money doesn't make you happy, it's like, well, it's a different. It's not the right way to measure things. Like, if I had a billion dollars I could donate to charity, I'd be feeling pretty happy right now. It's like, fuck. Wow, how amazing. So it's just a stupid way to try and, you know, it's not a linear pathway to go, X amount of this equals happiness and X amount of this does. It doesn't. It's going. That is. It's going. This is a byproduct. So it's after. Like money is a lag measure. It comes after the fact. This is a byproduct of the value I've provided someone in their life. And now I can use that to provide value to someone else. That farmer went and got some veggies and grew them for me. Let me help give you money that shows the value you've provided. Getting. Getting my. Oh, not getting my hair done. That's just what my wife would do. But my wife getting her hair done. The children, buying them school uniform, clothing, other things, buying them books. You. We are using that as a tool book. Someone wrote that book. Someone made that dress or that shirt. But if you can continue to develop your skills professionally and grow as a leader, you'll add more value to the marketplace. What does that mean? It's not about how much more money you make. It's just how about growing in all three circles, Family, self and service. So it's you growing in the circle of service. That's all. Point six what is a four to one man? Someone who always has someone in his environment more advanced and further along to model standards, actions, growth and make the possibilities of what he desires real. Real man. That guy's done it. He's got what I want. He's doing what I want to do. Which means what I want is possible. I've got those around me. I'm not the fucking big dog. Big dog of what the world like, you know. Of course I'm a master in this space in terms of this, if you wanted to call this what I'm doing right now as a leader and or technician in the space of High performance father, 100% no one comes close. I'm number one. But also there are more moving parts than me just spending where I've spent nearly 30,000 hours in this area of helping you with podcast coaching leadership. There are people who I need to answer to and be accountable to for all areas of life. That includes my parents, my grandmother. Like I don't know how to be a grandparent. I don't know how to be an aging father into his 50s and 60s. I'm always seeking someone who's in my environment that's more advanced and further along in certain areas of my life that I want to improve. Not all areas. It's not a respect your elders thing. Most people are dead. Like they just haven't been buried yet. Do you want to be part of the Dead not buried yet yet club? I certainly don't. You should get shirts made up. I am not part of the dead not buried yet club. So whilst it's true as you get older there's an opportunity for you to be more wiser. Absolutely not. I would not suggest that just because you're older or you're established in some area of life that someone else wants that. And same for you. Just because someone else has established something doesn't mean that you necessarily want that. It's finding someone and having them in your environment that you can see, hey, this really plays a role in in my heart what I'm pursuing. I'd love to have that around me. Then the next point ties in together really nicely. Accountable to others. A 4 to 1 means someone who's accountable to others for his actions outside of his immediate family and or work to maintain dedication and drive towards the big goals he sets. Accountability man. You're only ever accountable to yourself, but sometimes you don't feel like doing that, right? So be accountable to yourself through the vehicle of others. Others whose word and whose eye you really respect and look up to because you don't want to let them do down. Like if it's some bum on the street, yeah, cool, big deal, you don't care, you don't mind letting him down. But if someone who like, you know, there's a, there's a real, you take a real shining to them, you're like, man, this person, like you really look up, be accountable to that person because you won't want to let them down. Final one is accepts and cherishes what I spoke about the start of this accepts and cherishes the four to one philosophy. Understanding that fair and deserved do not make any sense in a world where all that matters is doing what's required to get the one, you know, all that matters. All that matters. I'm just thinking on that wording, all that matters. I mean all that matters is embodying all of these points together so that you can do what's required to get the one. Not at all costs. I think that's important to just adjust that one slightly. Like it's not doing what's required, whatever the cost. But that's also fundamentally, if you've known HPF long enough. This is all within family, self and service and all the other values and principles that we uphold. Obviously this isn't about narcissism. Hope this serves you well as we wrap this up. What is a four to one man? Well, it's a man who controls his schedule, front loads, his calendar, executes in accordance with the circle's significance. He prioritizes his own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing so he can be more higher performance, higher leadership. He knows what people he loves and cares about, values how and when to provide it. He actually provides it and he does it in a way that brings out the best in them. He's got healthy boundaries. He understands the energy of relationships and situations so he can be the chief, when to be Viking, when to be Panda, when to be button, both at the same time. He continues to develop his skills professionally so he can build the circle of service that brings higher financial reward. And if anything, if you don't care about money, think about the stress it might alleviate from your wife and your children. Like there's always an angle of value when it comes to money. It's just the relationship people associate to it. By making money greater than they by default become less than don't fucking do that. That is a trap. There's an abundance of money all over the world. Like there's an abundance of doesn't mean you have to have it all either. If money flows to ideas that solve problems and there's limitless amount of limitless amount of problems and ideas in the world like it's so funny I butchered that quote. I remember saying it in another podcast. But it's true. Like this is about developing yourself and your circle of service, not about your relationship with money. Don't ever make anything greater than because by default you become less than. Be very careful of that. But why wouldn't you want to develop yourself professionally? Someone who always has someone in his environment, type of high performance father, four to one man always has someone in his environment who's more advanced further along in some area of life that he wants to model their standards, their action, the growth to make the possibilities what he desires in that area real accountable to others for his actions outside of his immediate family. Work to maintain his dedication and drive and accepts and understands, cherishes this philosophy. If I can be a four, if I can be four times a man, I'll get the one one. And that's what this is about. If you can level up and adopt those eight points and be a four to one man, I promise you, you'll get the one. I hope this serves you well. My biggest thing is to wrap this up, to try and apply it in real time for you with actions. Just reflect on those points. What's the one that stands out the most you need to work on and start working on it. Could be the marriage playbook, could be other resources. Could be a member already on the inside. Have some conversations with your coach, your fellow tribesman. Could be someone who's way far out. You've just found out about hpf. No worries. Just do a bit thinking time around that. Is there someone in my environment? Do I have a story where I don't accept this four to one thing and through that I've got this victim mentality. I wish I can't, I have to. You've got all these little terms. It takes away your power. Your father listening to us doesn't prioritize his own physical, mental, emotional well being. Give and give and give. Stretch yourself thin. Give to everyone. There's nothing left. Your family's getting scraps, man. Pour in your own cup first and become a powerful man first inside of yourself so you can give them the best of you. You greatest gift a man can ever give his Family. I Love this quote. 1:37pm Top of Kosciuszko, November 3, 2024. The greatest gift a man can ever give his family is the very best of himself. That was a quote by me, maybe, but it wasn't me that made it. It was the inspiration of all these men at the top of that mountain. Someone who don't have control. Someone doesn't have control over his schedule. Come on, man, like, fuck with your schedule. Like what a schedule is, is you're actually writing out how you're gonna live your life. That's what a calendar is. How am I gonna live that's so important? Diamond of development. Very first thing is structure. Critical. Pulling everything together. You don't have healthy boundaries, so just reflect. Pick one and find an area where you know you need work and just start chipping away at that. Whether it's resources, not reach out to us, or you might already be on the inside, start with one and then work yourself through those eight points and know that you, you have it deep within your heart. If you're listening to this now, most you either got it or you. If you're here listening to this podcast, I'm telling you, you fucking got it. Even if you're not a member yet, you've got it. Which means you need to know deep in your heart that you do have what it takes to be a four to one man. But I'll tell you right now, one thing I learned in elite sport, potential means all until it's realized. So live your potential. Don't think about it, don't fantasize about it. Live it. And you will become that four to one man. Well, that wraps up another episode. And just as we wind this down, I want you to just reflect and think back through some of the golden nuggets, Some of the revelations, some of the sore points, some of the things that might have hit home with you. And then just look at ways that you can apply a different set of actions to change your position, change your circumstances, change your feelings, and change the facts. These episodes are done with your best interest at heart. And there's always something we can get from that. Maybe it's not the first time, maybe it's the second time. We've had members listen to episodes four or five times and then it finally clicks. But either way, I hope you got a lot of value out of this. This. And also if this is something that you really want to solidify inside of your life, repetition is the key. You've listened to it. Write down your revelations think about them, read them, speak them, believe in the changes that you will carve out in the action plan of those revelations to create change in your life and then share that. And when you teach, you learn the second time, right? So teaching and showing this to others you love and care about is the greatest way that you can remember and make sure sure you consistently learn and relearn what is it's true and what is it is important to you in your heart. Take care, have an amazing day night weekday weekend and I'll see you for another one soon. Cheers.
