Al, the HPF coach, shares four Jim Rohn-inspired principles for men: don't rest too long or weeds overtake the garden; distinguish between your best effort and all you can do; affirmation without discipline breeds delusion; and every man contains the potential of a full-grown oak, needing only the right environment to grow.

Enjoy the episode and again, share the love, spread the love and let's create impact and change across the world. Cheer. Here we are, another episode of Al's Insights. Short, sharp and to the point. Gonna dive into four key one liners and I hope you guys are really enjoying the the flow of the podcast at the minute and the content. Got a couple of real powerful ones in the pipeline. One, the two pillars come up with a better title I'm sure but they're like two very important pillars that are critical to having a thriving and healthy long standing relationship with your wife and talking about hitting the target as a coaching sess did with the boys. The, the the tribe on the inside. What worth does life have if we don't hit targets right? If we're not actually achieving what it is that we set out to, to achieve. So there's a pretty powerful little piece there I did on, on three core things that make that up. So some, some solid episodes coming your way gents. But I wanted to dive into this one today. Four key points. Another little hoursy insights, short, sharp, punchy out of these the actually I will say and I've probably referenced him a couple of times lately. Jim Rohn. I really, I think all four of these actually come from him. I think they do. Maybe he's his Jim Rohn library or something. I don't know the audiobook. He's got quite a quirky personality. I enjoy listening as opposed to reading his work. Let's rip on into it. These four key things are really going to help you. One, be proactive about what you're doing. Two, revisit how you measure your approach to what you believe is your limit or your glass ceiling so that you don't ever cut yourself short or stop or give up when you're so close. Also looking at, you know how to be real and come to grips with, with reality and, and one key thing that's necessary for that and understanding the value of what you have inside of you. You've got everything that you need. You really do. You've got everything that you need inside of you to be great. What you may be lacking is the. The fertilizer, you know, the nourishment and nurturing and the sunshine, the water, the things that are going to help you grow and become more. And I would attribute all of those key things I've just mentioned which helps one grow, namely men who want to become the greatest fathers, husbands and leaders in their life and society. It's all contained inside of hpf. It's why we're here. It's why we exist. It was a funny exercise I did with the leadership team today, talking about hpf, and they're like, hey, I'd really love to know. So we've got, you know, coaches and squad leaders and senior members. It was good, good crew. And what is hpf? You know, how do you describe it to someone? Someone wants to know what it is and how do you explain it? It was a really good exercise that we're moving the men through. You know, describe HPF in one paragraph. Pretty, pretty, pretty straightforward. Describe HPF in one sentence. How would you describe HPF in one word? You know, so it's. It is quite, quite interesting that one word for me at the moment's leadership, without a doubt, it's. It's an ever moving, ever changing, ever proactive. It wouldn't be legacy is like, it's come and gone. It's like, no, you're here right now. It is leadership. It is a living organism that truly is what HPF is. This leadership organization that not only is an amplification tool inside of the community to help men excel and have real, tangible, real tangible, not fluff and bullshit, real tangible results. To be the greatest leaders with the highest success in family, self and service. Why? Because you can. Why would you shoot for one? You can have all three. But actually understanding that HPF itself stands al from the community of men and myself driving it, it really does. Like, what is high performance father? It's actually a way of life. Like, what HPF is, is. It actually represents something. Like HPF isn't a group. It's not a fucking course. It's not a couple of people. It's not a fucking podcast. Like, it is something that represents a way of life, a standard, a choice, a decision, the embodiment of leadership. Like, it. It really is. So if someone says, what is hpf? I'm like, well, it's A way of life for these men to become the greatest leaders that they can be like. It is a choice of a level of operating, a level of standard. That's what high performance father is. However, there's also this thing called human beings and a community and men and fathers that are upholding it. So it's almost like if it's really weird, I don't know if it's making sense for guys who are non members, but for those that are members it is really strange. It's like, well, HBF is almost like that's our North Star, True North. High performance father is a lag measure. It's something that's measured after the fact. Why do you talk about marriages? Why do you talk about health and fitness? Well, think about it. To be a high performance father, greater than any title of king or all the lion kings out there that are trying to imitate and mimic our work. You know all those, the lion kings, they've either got lion or king in their name or their fucking pictures. The, the embodiment of HPF really is a lag measure. Like to be a high performance father. That's something that is measurable after the facts. What would be contributing factors that lead to you being hpf? Well, the conditions that raise your children, AKA the way that you deal with women, your relationships, what little eyes are watching, you know, the stability and foundation of the environment that's raising those children. So marriage is fucking critical to high performed father. Then understanding value through the eyes of those you love and care about and your children and guiding and nurturing and fostering, challenging, disciplining and moving them forward towards their greatest little human beings. They can build. They can be. So they can build a legacy off the back of yours, whether it's boys or girls. That again is so important. How can you do that if you're not a man who knows how to go out and hunt and produce and make money and provide for his family and showcase a distance between A and B, closing in the attainment of something you've pursued with desire and passion to achieve said outcome based off all the disciplines and practices that you put in place. I think money is a fantastic tool. I think people make big mistakes when they make money greater than. And guess what? Here's a little lesson for some of you people out there. People who make money greater than are not the people who have all the money. It's the people who fucking need HPF and are fucking dying to fucking join. Yet somehow they just can't find a way to make it work and that's tough and I feel for them. And don't worry, in the future we'll have lots of different programs and options available. But I think the lesson here is people fixate on one thing so much, they make it greater than themselves. And money is fucking horrendous. And typically it's the people without the resourcefulness or without the willingness to spend money on themselves are the ones that hold it higher themselves. Imagine that. Like imagine imagination. Imagine saying, hey, no, this fucking piece of paper that's just been designed to create order inside of an exchange system so I can fucking eat, drink and live under a roof accordingly and have a few other experiences in the modern world. This thing here actually is validated as a higher source of me, a fucking living organism and a gift of miracle towards life. That's a fucking tough way to think, man. And I will never stop investing in myself financially. Why not? Because the money means that I've got buying to look at me, I'm investing myself. It's because of the ability it gives me, the tools, the people, the access, the growth, the development to actually live the life that I want to fucking live. Your life changes so much, man. I went through this with the team. Just little five year pockets of where my life was five years before, five years ago, then five years before that, five years before that, five years before that, drifting, no purpose, no nothing. And I can't, can't wait to see what happens in the next five years. So of course you've got to be 100 to give 100. What's a high performance father? It's a man who's squared away, knows how to hunt and go out and produce. He also knows how to look after himself physically, mentally and emotionally as a skill set around not only how he organ, himself and time, which is choice, management, priorities and telling all the other shit that doesn't matter to be gone. And focusing on what matters most in life. But also, yeah, skill sets around relationships, communication, connection, leadership. That's why High Performance Father isn't a program, it's not a course. It's something you fucking buy into to being your way of life. And then what we have inside of the inner circle in the community that represents High Performance Father is a collective of hundreds and hundreds and hundreds, nearly 500 men that have said yes. Yep, I want to be a representative, I want to be an ambassador for this. I want to be someone who's close enough to fucking taste what it's like and enjoy the fruits of being in a community. That everyone's all fucking in and stays all in on flying the flag, carrying the fucking torch of high performance. Father. Now that's not arrogance. That doesn't mean that there aren't successful men out there in the world that are not inside of our community. But I'll tell you what, if you want to look at what HPF is, that's the difference. It really is a way of life, which is why it's going to supersede all of us, you and I, and outlive all of us and continue to live on forever. It's not a fucking Facebook group. We don't even have a face. Actually, no, I think we have a Facebook group for the general pop. But yes, can't wait to roll out our app. So what an intro. Nine minutes in. I just wanted to paint that picture. A lot of these times I go where I feel Dr. Drawn to from an energetic point of view. But. But that is a great exercise. How would you sum up HPF in. In a paragraph, a sentence and a word. It's so much more than the deliverables. Coaching experts one to one stuff, the events, the retreats. It's unbelievable, man. And maybe I should do that. Maybe I'll do an episode of that is hpf4u and then walk through the do's and don'ts or what we do and don't tolerate in men that are a good fit, great fit, not a good fit at all. But I don't know if I've done an episode like that. But let's keep this short and sweet. Al's insights, very first point. Don't rest too long. The weeds will take the garden. You know, it's really interesting when we talk about that little voice inside. It's the devil that just really, really disguises himself as a supportive version of you. Hey man, the alarm's going off. But your eyes are tired. Bit harder to wake up today than it was yesterday. Have some rest as sleep in. You'll be okay. Do you have to get up that early? Come on mate, it's only 6:30. What about 7:30? It's only 3:30. What about 4:30? Yeah, whatever it is. There are stories that enter and they're so creative, so collaborative, so supportive. It's like fuck, wow. What does it do? It stalls us. And that's it. That little devil, that motherfucker, he can never beat you. All he can do is just delay, just delay. That's it. Can never beat you, but he can delay. And if he delays, if he wins enough of those little delays. If there's just enough of those little delays, little procrastinations, let's just pull you away from your purpose. Let's just muddy the waters. What is your purpose? Are you not quite sure now? That's okay. It doesn't matter. Here's another TV show. Here's some more fucking food to stuff your mouth with. Like this little devil man. He'll never. He'll never be able to conquer you. All he needs to do is steal all your time, take you away from who you can become, and game over, you've lost. Welcome to the world. Don't rest too long. The weeds will take the garden. You need to understand what I spoke earlier in the four to one man. It never ends. This game of life never fucking ends. But would you want it to Never ends while you're alive. Obviously. It's this weird. It's this weird dichotomy, right? One side of the coin is infinity and then the other side of the coin is certain and imminent death when that coin flips that side up. Crazy, isn't it? So whilst the coin of life is facing up life side up. Don't rest too long. The weeds will take the garden and then your mind, your heart, your body, and then your spirit and soul will just become mush. I really like that. Like it's. It's. The reason why I like that one liner is you think about weeds, right? What do you. What do you initially think? I've got to fucking kill those things. But jeez, they just keep growing. They're always growing. Are they? Always popping up somewhere. I even get the special spray out and I kill them. But then there's another one somewhere else. Yes, that's right. You know, see your garden as this big beautiful garden. And maybe it's even bigger than that. Maybe it's this big kingdom. Maybe it's. Maybe it is a kingdom. Maybe it is your legacy. Maybe it isn't. Maybe you don't think that highly of yourself. I'd strongly urge you to reconsider though. But that's. That's a big. That's a big plot of land. Big set of big series of gardens to tend to, right? But think of it that way. You've got this big beautiful kingdom in all these different areas inside of family, self and service, there are all different palaces and all different garden beds. And don't rest too long. The weeds will take the garden too long. Men will spend their life. And if you want to replace the word resting, we can. With settling too long. You gotta be careful what happens. A little story comes up. Oh, that's okay. This first point doesn't apply to me. Hell, because I don't really rest much at all. I work my ass off. I'm busy all the time. Yeah, replace that word with settle. Don't settle too long, the weeds will take the garden. Don't stop growing for too long. The weeds will take the garden. Don't forget your ambitions, don't forget your purpose. For too long the weeds will take the garden. So it doesn't matter what word you want to replace that gentleman. The point is this. There's always going to be something that's going to be able to outgrow or overgrow or overthrow you or pull you into a state of confusion, a state of mess, a state of distraction and sedation that just tempts you into, well, fuck, it's just a garden of weeds now. Just is what it is. That just gets a real fucking strangle on you and pulls you away from the life that you can live. There will always be that if you're not tending to yourself, pruning the weeds and continually building, building, building, building. Really powerful. Don't rest too long, the weeds will take the garden. I really like that one. And you gotta, you gotta, you know, you've gotta front load some of these things too, right? Like, okay, cool. It's Tuesday. I get up, I'm a little bit tired. Little voice comes in, hey, men, like, shut the fuck up, right? I'm getting up early. Why? Because I get to sleep in on Thursday and I get to sleep in on Saturday. So don't tell me which day to be tired. Not to be tired. Like, you need to see it for what it is. Sometimes you gotta be a little bit more assertive and aggressive. Not on yourself. Cause it's not you. It's a story that is feeding itself through all the little skeletons, all the little weak points, all the little voodoo doll hot spots on your body and your mind that tries to pull you into a lower state of being here. Just relax, man. Do it another time, get to it when you get to it, all that sort of stuff. So I like that one. Don't rest too long as the weed will take the gun. The next one, which is a perfect segue, is the best you can do versus all you can do. There's a real difference here. Like a lot of us, we don't realize that your best is only ever as simply. Only ever simply a point in time. Yeah, you're measuring that across a Standard. Why would you convert or compare your best, which is simply a pin drop, a point in time, versus a standard, which is a continual rate of operating? Because as soon as you've applied your best and you've burnt that fuel and that energy and that, you know, you've lit it up as best as you could and hooked in and ripped it, you're fatigued. You're naturally going to enter into a lower state and then you just stay there and then you reflect on. Your best is just a standard that you can then pinpoint to. One moment in time was a little bit higher than the others. But yeah, just, I'm just doing my best. Or 90% of my best. Or the best you can do versus all you can do. There's a real difference. Here's a really easy visual for you. Right, do as many pushups as you can. What happens? Oh, I can do 20. Okay, cool. You can do 20 pushups now. Did you do your best? I did, Al. Like, mate, I couldn't the 20th pushup, barely squeeze it out. Went back down, couldn't get up. Had to use my knees, sort of prop myself up, come to it, to a sitting, sitting position, mate. I'm done. Chest is blown, arms are blown. It was the best I could do, Al. It is the best I can do, Al. Okay, you've done 20. You've done 20 pushups. Well done. That's the best you can do? Yes, that's the best I can do. Okay, question though, is that all you can do? What do you mean? Well, just sit here with me for another 30 seconds and let's just relax and shake the arms off a little bit. Then once you just get into a plank position, ready for push ups again, push up position and just do a few more. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I got seven out, mate. Wasn't 20. Chest is already blown. Lactic acid fatigue, whatnot. And he said, hey, mate, fuck, it's all. So how many have you done in total though? Oh, I've done 27. Ah, okay, the seven though. Could you have done more? Nah, man, it was the best I could do. Oh, the best you could do? But I thought 20 was the best you could do. No, no sevens at the end. I'm fucking cooked now. Like, seven's the best I could do. Yeah, but if you put those two together, what have you got? Well, I got 27. Okay, so is seven the best you can do? Is 20 best you can do. He's like, well, I guess it depends on the point in time. That's Right. The question, though, is 27 all you can do. Like this is a. I'd love to. We don't have time today, but I'll tell you what, I'd love to dive into this and really pull it apart and look at like, either, like HPF and what we've built. Myself as an international athlete in two different codes. Even now with my training regime, what I'm doing, like, I'm getting pretty sharp and some good muscle on now. I'd love to look. Even children and relationships and, you know, the special time with the kids. A honey enhancing time, life as a whole, balancing family, self and service. I would love to really break this down further and just try and get some mathematical formulas that can just showcase this track record of consistency and discipline through the habits you adopt and apply in the best you can do versus all you can do. Because I tell you what, all you can do is just limitless, limitless. But is all I can do something that needs to be within a certain time frame? Ah, now we're talking here. You've got. You've got some interesting things to consider. If I said, hey, you gotta do 50 pushups, will you do 20 and then seven and then three and then three and then two and then you're busted and time's out. 50 pushups in three minutes. Can you do it, yes or no? So what I really love about this is one, stop limiting yourself to just a point in time that says, that's the best I could have done. And then you don't fucking back it up or do anything. And then also measure your goals based on a different metric. Is the goal I'm trying to pursue something I must pursue to just give the best that I can do in that spot? Or is this goal something I'm going to spread out, pace, good deadlines, so I've got bursts of sprints and recoveries. So I can do all that I can do to hit the fucking goal and be successful. If anything, men, if anything, I implore you, please use this as a motivational or psychological tool to get the fuck up and just do one more rep. Whether it's a podcast, whether it's a bench press or push up or squat or going for the walk when you don't want to go for the walk, or a special time when you're tired, or one more rep in being actually fucking present in that special time instead of just being a body there, just a warm body that your children can see, you're not even engaged with the best you can do versus all you do. Anytime when you're struggling. If anything, this is going to be a beautiful psychological edge for you. Anytime when little voice inside is starting to take over, you're feeling withdrawn, down and out, struggling, fatigued and not feel like giving up, but you're just like, man, I've got nothing left though. Like, I'm done, I'm done for this. Just say, hey, have I given my best? And is what I've just done or have been doing this hour, minute, day, week, is this all I can do? I've given my best, yeah, this is the best I can do. But is it all I can do? Anytime you feel like you're struggling, you're fatigued, you're about to burn out and you're about to fucking lose, is this all I can do? I've done my best. Yeah, you have, but your best is measured on a point of time. How many pin drops have you fucking dropped? 1. 3? 7. Try again. Do 70. 70 pin drops. Is this all you can do? And this is the reason, the reason, please understand. The reason why this is so important is because you won't even get to 70 pin drops. I want to achieve my 12 week goals. Four days in, the best I could do and I give up. It's like, fuck me man, you've got 80 days left. What's that? Seven 12, 12 week goal? 784. Yeah, you've got 80 days left. So what would be four like you, mate, four days, what good is that? That's just a mentality that's completely broken. Doesn't matter about the physical outcomes, adaptations or changes regards to whether it's health and fitness or something else you're pursuing. People never get to that 70th pin drop. This is why it's so important. I'm not telling you to be David Goggins and burn yourself out and whatnot and, and become some sort of crazy runner that just doesn't even have a personal. Well, it's not even the personal life like his family's shot to, unfortunately, but his journey, his choice. But there is a mentality in him that I do love, that I pull a granule of sand out of and go, hey, this is all, you know, this, this is the little grain or little nugget of wisdom. I'm going to apply it here. I'm going to be much more calculated and measured and intentional with, with how I use the Goggins juice, the Goggins energy. But men, you must address when you feel like giving up before the Time has run its course. You've given your best, but have you given your all? Well, no, you haven't. Yes, I gave more. No, you just gave your best for that point in time. You haven't given all you could do. Really valuable, really valuable stuff. If anything, it's a psychological edge. Reviewing the best you can do as being a deflating, defeating situation, but then gone. Hang on. Using that as a tool to go, hang on. That's the best I could have done, but it's not all I could do. You wouldn't be listening to this podcast, man, if you listen to the first episode. The only reason why I did this was actually a competition. I remember seeing this stat that like 91 or 99% of people don't get past 20 episodes. I was like, oh, well, if I'm gonna start a podcast, I may as well do at least fucking 20 episodes. Got past there. And then here we are. This has been, this has transformed thousands of fathers lives. I mean, hundreds of thousands of downloads. But it's, it's crazy. Crazy. What I did in episode one was the best I could have done, but wasn't all I could do. And look at me now. Look at us now. Don't look at me. It doesn't really fucking matter. But look at us now and what we've done and where we're growing. The best you can do versus all you can do. Third point, affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion. Yes, yes, yes, yes. I'm not delusionally optimistic in life, but I'm very optimistic. I think where worlds collided for me was there wasn't. There was action, lots of action. I always take action. But there wasn't the right types of action. So. So affirmation is personal reassurance, a statement, something that puts you in a different state or state of flow or a different perspective that re like affirmation, right? So I guess you could have a bad affirmation, but you're affirming, right something. But let's just say it's good for now. So affirmation. And that could be, could be something that is quite lazy as well and ignorant and assuming affirmation without discipline. So affirmation in terms of your marriage, of you investing in your marriage with your wife and having honey and handsome time and finding out what her needs are, making sure they're being met, putting up healthy boundaries. You're a man of status and you're the prize. You're the prize for your family, but also for your own time. That's to be respected and not disregarded or taken advantage of. Like, if you have those affirmations, she'll be, oh, yeah, it's my wife. She's here forever. We'll be okay. Yeah, we're married. Got the ring, you know, till death do us part. But that sort of affirmation without a discipline of doing the fucking actions, that's the beginning of delusion. And it sucks. You know, sometimes men who reach out to us, they need their fucking wife to open the legs up to some other person to pull his fucking head in to go, oh, wow, okay, so this is real. She really was thinking about leaving me. I fucking hate saying that, man. Like, it's just fucking disgusting. Like, it just, you know, I really don't like saying those sorts of things, and I wish that that wouldn't be the case, but unfortunately for so many men, it is crazy. Well, hopefully if this inspires one of you who might be going down that track without seeing it, you might do something sooner rather than later and it doesn't happen to you. But team affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion. What is discipline? It's adhering to a choice. It's a skill. It's simply a skill of choice. And adhering to that choice to make sure you follow through on it, that's it. You don't need to be disciplined all day. You just need to be disciplined on whether you go left or go right. No, go right. That's the right way. Hard part is you've got millions of those decisions. It's a one to three second moment. Left or right? No, we'll go right. Left or right? Right. Right. Left or right? I already said right. Left or right? I'm getting tired, man. But let's go right. Left or right? Oh, my. My willpower's draining now. It's late at night. I want to go right. Show me what left looks like. Same with your affirmations. Like, it's just delusional. Be very, very careful of what you think is reality versus what is actually reality and happening. Whether it's your children's needs not being met, your wife's needs not being met, you're not servicing your customers, your employees and colleagues. You're not stepping up and growing as a leader. I love personal development, man. If you do it properly, without the bluff and the bullshit, which isn't throughout the entire industry, but it's like all places. There's good and bad, but I love it. So awesome. What better thing to do than to invest in Yourself and just see how far you can go, how much you can grow, what you can accomplish, what you can achieve. That's fucking crazy, man. Like, I feel like there's something. I used to feel like there's something wrong with me, with this insatiable hunger and thirst just to grow and explode as a human being and just get up and get the fuck after life. And just like, how many shots do you plan on having? Because it doesn't matter. You're not in control of that. Let me break it down for you. You get one shot, one shot to make the basket. And that's like. It's like this. It's like this ball of fire inside me that you can probably feel and hear right now. It's like, man, I just. Oh, I can't. I gotta be careful. Why? How you just become the motivational man. You're just a promoter now trying to sell something like. No, no, no. This is. Let me sell you on fucking life. Let me sell you on your life. Let me sell you on yourself and how fucking valuable you are to live the life you were born to fucking live. And here's an example. Well, here's some motivation. Look at the rest of the fucking world. There's your motivation. Even if you don't know what version 10.0 looks like, doesn't matter. Just make sure you don't do what everyone else is fucking doing and don't become that. Then you're halfway there and then let's fine tune and polish you up to become that beautiful fucking gem, that beautiful diamond in the rough that lives the life that it was born to. And guess what? You. You've just carved out in stone the example that your children can now follow. Wow. Who could want any more? So it's really important that, you know, hand on my heart, there was a time where I had all these different affirmations, but I wasn't disciplined enough. I wasn't disciplined in the right areas. I wasn't learning what I needed to learn. I wasn't developing, even though I was hungry to grow. It was sport. It was, you know, being a professional athlete and chasing and pushing. But I didn't live the laws. It's a law to me, or a law to me, anyway. Family, self in service. I'm all in on this, man. I'm all in on hpf. Like you wouldn't fucking believe. The obsession is real. But switch gears. What is hpf? I don't know. I'm all in on my family. What is hate? What's the family I don't know. I'm at the gym right now. I'm all in on this exercise and this regime and being in the moment, lifting this rep and squeezing every bit of juice I can out of it. Now what I love about what I do for a living and this service I provide is it's all interlayered. I love that. Like how I turn up for my family and for myself absolutely enhances what you get, and I love that and I'm blessed for that opportunity. But I've got to tell you, without discipline, so many people are affirming their life at a state of delusion that eventually comes and catches up to them. And when it does, holy shit. That's when the breakdowns happen. That's when there's a real mental breakdown. It's like, oh, wow, my reality's completely fucking different to what I thought. Yeah, it's not the movies. I did want to make that a grim one. And hopefully that is just empowering you in some aspect of your life to go, hey, well, you know what? Yes, I've got to be more disciplined, more proactive in what I'm doing. The best verse is all I can do. There's a real difference there. All I can do is so much more than the best. Yes, you are so much more. Don't rest too long the weeds will take the garden Yes, I can't just sit on my ass. I've got to get up and get after it and I can't just get after it a certain level. And yeah, don't settle too long the weeds will take the garden don't stop growing too long the weeds will take the garden like any term you want to use for where you're at. Got a lot of high performance in hpf. Most of them are. All of them are just different levels and different ranges of their life at the moment. What they're trying to look at, building and developing, getting a hold of whatever word you need to use. Replace that. As we come to this last point, that's really, really important. Don't rest too long the weeds will take the garden. The best you can do verse, all you can do shows that you've got so much more to give. Affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion. Make sure you're current and up to date with the true, the one true reality that is present and real. As soon as you do that, regardless of how much pain it brings into your life, you will empower yourself to be in a position of strength to do something about it. That's the greatest gift that can come from truth. As painful as it is, you are now in a position to do something about it. And the final one, which I absolutely love, is I want you. Next time you go for a walk or anything, just look at. I mean, look at all trees, but look at the biggest tree. Find the biggest tree. And you know, there's the angel oak in South Carolina. Never seen in person, but that's a beautiful picture. You should look that up. Unbelievable. Big oak tree. But this final saying is this. Everything that giant tree contains is in that little seed where it started. Isn't that crazy? Everything that giant tree contains, everything that that tree you look at and see on your walk or when you're driving, or have a look at that and look at it, like thousands of leaves and all these different branches, and look how thick the trunk is and roots that bury under the earth. Like everything that. That massive tree, 60, 70, 112 years old. Everything, Everything that that giant tree contains was in that little seed that it started out as. Isn't that unbelievable? Isn't that crazy? Everything. Everything. Everything you look at was contained inside that little seed. I just love that. Such a beautiful visual. Not everything that contributed. There was water, there was sunlight, there could have been fertilizer, nourishment, nurturing, depending on the type of tree. So not everything necessarily that contributes to it, but everything that's contained. Inside of that little seed, everything that giant tree has, everything is contained inside that little seed. Everything that you see inside of that little seed can grow that big, beautiful tree, Big, beautiful oak, everything. Isn't that unreal? What does it need? A true environment. Nourishing, nurturing, fostering growth and its own journey and evolution. That's what I see HPF as. Like all of you men, listening members or not, doesn't. Doesn't matter. And I really love that the members are so all in on this podcast as well. Like, you get so many great angles too, as well as being on the inside. But I need all of you to know, like, you've got everything that you need. You've got everything inside you. You contain everything that you need to become fucking huge in this life, to become massive, magnificent, a wonderful journey. Everything that you need, you have inside you. You. You contain everything that you need in you to become great. But what you might be lacking are the core few things that contribute to fertilizing and nourishing and ensuring that your growth becomes true and real. That's what I really love about hpf. We are your sunlight we are your water. We are your fertilizer. We don't want you to fucking grow halfway. Human beings seem to be the only creatures that stop halfway. How big will a tree grow? As big as it possibly can. How big will a lion grow? Anything. Like, you know, well, they'll eat as much as they fucking can and hold it in their guts and then they sleep. But they grow as big as they can. They, you know, maybe there's some anomalies. Maybe a sloth is different. And a koala, who knows? Panda bears apparently, you know, could have a much more nutritious diet compared to bamboo. But would it be safe to say that 99% of the rest of the world tries to grow to its maximal potential if and where allowed, because of the environment? That's what we are. The environment. That's what HPF is. Hope this serves you well. A little bit longer than usual. 33 minutes. We'll wrap this up. Don't rest too long. The weeds will take the garden. The best you can do versus all you can do. You have so much more to give. Just because you've hit your best doesn't mean you've hit your all. Little bit of time will fix that. That's all you need. And then we go again. Affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion. Do not live in a state of delusion. It will create disaster. It will wreak havoc throughout your life and those you love and care about. And finally, everything that that giant tree contains is in that seed. Everything that you can become. A fucking most unbelievable life and legacy that lives generation after generation of generation. Great grandchildren, great, great GR grandchildren don't even know who you are yet. They're living. They are the living embodiment of you and what you pass down. Everything that you can be is already inside of you. Don't you ever fucking write yourself off. Don't you dare. But also, don't be a fucking idiot and don't be ignorant. Invest in yourself. Develop yourself. Know that you are the one you have to be because other people are depending on you. They're counting you and they need you. You and do something about that, because that's really important. Become that big, beautiful oak. That's what you're born to be. Hope this serves you well, man. Have an amazing day afternoon. Looking forward to the ones around relationships and the ones around hitting the targets and continually giving you everything I can and everything I do as this is a really important mission that I feel blessed to be one of the voices to uphold. But I truly want that for all of you. Whether I ever meet you or not in person. I truly want you all to. To win and become that giant tree that you were born to be. But first and foremost, I want you to realize that in yourself, because that's the start. That's the start of all things. Great. Well, that wraps up another episode. And just as we wind this down, I want you to just reflect and think back through some of the golden nuggets, some of the revelations, some of the sore points, some of the things that might have hit home with you. And then just look at ways that you can apply a different set of actions to change your position, change your circumstances, change your feelings, and change the facts. These episodes are done with your best interest at heart, and there's always something we can get from that. Maybe it's not the first time, maybe it's the second time. We've had members listen to episodes four or five times and then it finally clicks. But either way, I hope you got a lot of value out of this. And also, if this is something that you really want to solidify inside of your life, repetition is the key. You've listened to it. Write down your revelations, think about them, them, read them, speak them. Believe in the changes that you will carve out in the action plan of those revelations to create change in your life and then share that. And when you teach, you learn the second time, right? So teaching and showing this to others you love and care about is the greatest way that you can remember and make sure you consistently learn and relearn what is it's true and what is it is important to you in your heart. Take care. Have an amazing day, night, weekday weekend, and I'll see you for another one soon. Cheers.
