Al shares his philosophy on purpose, persistence, and leadership. He argues that commitment to your goals matters more than the goals themselves, and uses the metaphor "the hardest steel is forged in the hottest fire" to explain how vision, adversity, and action combine to shape who you become.

Just come off the back of a trip away. Had our Queensland catch up. As always, inspirational from the men. Nothing drives me more in this world than the men of hpf. And we're gathering around and those who were there. You'll know exactly what I'm talking about. Our knees were fucking shot. Kneeling for an hour after a workout in the cold sand, we couldn't feel our feet, but there we were. There we were having the mindset talk of a lifetime. Not too many groups on the beaches of Queensland. The country or the world would have been having those sorts of. Those sorts of deep dives. And I openly said to the men, you are my purpose, you know, and because that was the big word. That was the big word that's going to be the big theme for cozy 4.0. Absolutely. Purpose, you know, and it's all well and good to desire something, but it's what you desire that also gives you purpose. So saying, hey, I desire. This is great. It's almost like a goal shooting for something that you want. But what's going to drive you towards that is realizing your purpose, realizing your personal legend, what you're born to do. And I really mean that. Like, whether you know me very personally, somewhat personally, you've just joined the community. You haven't joined the community, but you love the podcast. I really mean that, guys. I don't use that as leverage to say, hey, for the fucking number one big dog of this organization can be fucking humble. I think we can all eat and enjoy some humble pie. I don't do it for that reason. We don't have egos and arrogance and unnecessary energy in our community. It's phenomenal. But I really mean that. You know, one of the HPF tenants is servant Persona. That's above the line principle to even be part of this mission of leading men. It's servant, not slavery. So I serve from a position of strength, from a position of power, sure. Earning that right, I guess. But it's from a position of leadership, which is your level of influence. Not social, but behavioral. So I truly mean that. Men like I, you know, I thank you. I really want to thank you. Even if I never even meet you or shake your hand. I really mean that. And the world has some great people in there and it has some evil people, has people who just care about money, people who just care about health, people who just care about family, people who just care about themselves, people that are full of shit, you know, people who are just driven by money. My biggest driver, men, is just success. I'm so fucking hungry to win. I care. Money's great. It's great when you spend it. Otherwise, what else does it do? Oh, yeah, it accumulates. Okay. And gives you what sense of security for what? Well, for future spending opportunities. Okay, cool. I'm not an idiot with my money, but, you know, it's this game of life I truly believe when I look at. And not with the wrong lens, but when I used to look at some people who are wealthy but very philanthropical, I guess. Guys like Tony Robbins and I don't know the man, so I can't speak wholeheartedly, but I'm like, I used to look at that guy and be like, man, are you really legit? Like the show? Jumping around on your fucking trampoline before you do your talks and super sogs and. But even if he isn't, even if he's not legit, holy shit, man. The dude's helped some people. So well done. But. But as I. As I get older, in. In all my old wisdom of 39. Fuck, can you believe it? Nearly 40. How cool. But. But in all my time just immersing myself in these men's lives over, you know, the better part of. So I've run. Sorry, just on that. I've run other programs and other things before, so. So HPF was birthed. Yes. In 2018. But working, working with men, health, fitness mindset. Shit, what are we going on now? 14 years. Yeah. You know, like, I really obsessively bought into their life and seeing that. And it really did hit me the other day where I'm like, man, it's like, it's not about the money. It's not about the status. I've read some great books lately which really reinforce that. There's a really good one called the Motive by Patrick Lencioni talks about the difference between being a reward centered leader. Hey, I'm the fucking CEO. Everyone look at me. And being a responsibility centered leader, which comes with sacrifice, pain, and that. Question, you know, not. Why do you want to be a CEO? Why do you want to do, you know not why do you want to be a dad? Why do you want to do what a father does, needs to do, must do, is required to do? A bit fucking deep on this one, man. But I'll tell you what, you know, it really is something that I just, I just want to fucking win. I'm just so driven. I'm so driven for success. I don't, I don't know what the dollar amount is. I don't fucking care. I don't know what the body fat percentage is. I don't fucking care. What I do know is I want to be strong, fit and healthy for when number four comes into my life. Because every time I. I don't know if I share this in other podcasts. Just, just quickly. You'll piss yourself laughing unless you're a difference. It's human and me, but my wife fucks. She's a crack up. So Corinne's laying there and I'm like cuddling her belly because it's getting quite big now. She's past the halfway mark and I'm cuddling the belly and I'm kissing it and I'm talking to her. I'm like, hello, Bubba, blah, blah, blah. You know, we're having a little princess and talking to her and I just hear, I just hear this breathing. So I'll be halfway through talking, then I'll just stop and I'll just like, look up, you know, putting on my poker face and look up at Crin. I just see these eyes just staring down at me. I'm like, can you, can you give us a bit of privacy, please? I'm having a moment with my daughter. Would you be able to just give me some. She obviously can't. You know what she comes back with? She cracks me up. She starts laughing. She's like, do you need a moment? Like, yeah, can you, can you just fucking give us some peace and quiet, please? And stop staring at us, if not to her belly, right? She straightaway snaps back. She's like, you know what she's like now no, I'm losing it. She said, now I know how a conjoined twin must feel when their twin is having sex with their partner. Oh, shit. She says, fuck, I'm gonna have to bring her on for another episode. Actually, I will. I'll bring her back in me. That was funny. So now every time I'm kissing her belly, I'm thinking of. How is that the word? A conjoint. You know, when you got the twins and they split towards the top or the bottom, or they got both parts, you know, and he got one trying to turn a blind eye, look to the side. Well, old mate slaving away on. On her sister. I was like, man, that's. How could you think of that stuff? It's just. Anyway, I might just. Let's keep this between us. I'll bring that up. I won't tell it. I told you guys. And we'll bring it up next time when we're. When I bring her on for. For an episode, man, it really is that, Like, I just, you know, I hope that you. Your. Your gut and your intuition see, sees that and. And if not, I'm okay with that. Like, I don't give a fuck if people hate me. I'm not sure if you figured that one out yet, but, man, the comments. Some of the comments, fuck, they're good. They're so good on the ads, I tell you what. But, like, man, it's. It's. It's true. I truly, genuinely want the best for the children of this world. They're such a fucking gift, man. Fuck me, they're such a gift. What a gift. They're a gift where, like, I just think of that, just that word, pedophile. And I just want blood. Like, I just. Mate, I just. And I don't want to, you know, of course, I don't ever want to murder anyone. And then I don't want to sin and. But Jesus, man, like, oh, fuck me, what a gift they are. You know, anything that. Anything, like, I just get. I just see red. Anything that threatens the beautiful gift that they are, they grow up and they're not cute babies anymore. And they get stinky and they talk back. I get all that. But fuck, mate, what an honour. What a privilege to help so many men whose children I'll never meet, grandchildren I'll certainly never meet, and great grandchildren who I won't even be alive in the same time. Like, it's just, man, how awesome. So when I say thank you, I fucking mean it. I really do. Here I am sitting in My office, getting emotional and talking to myself in a fucking microphone, thanking someone who's not even here right now. But you'll hear it just in a different timeline to me recording it. What a time to be alive. A couple of one liners. First one, and this has really helped me actually. And I only just, you know, obviously I've lived this, this saying. But to pull it together, I think will help. I think it will help you. Men. Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Grittiness, toughness, talent, luck, opportunity. Like, none of those men, none of they can be valuable things to have, but none of those can take the. They can never fucking. Nothing in this world can ever take the place of persistence. Nothing. Nothing. Now, I used to think persistence was just the amount of repetitions of the resilience that you executed on. So it's, you know, saying I used to have, back in the RDM days, you know, reps. I still have acronyms. Reps, you know, repetition, doing the work. Sorry, fuck that up. Repetition. That's what it was short for, reps, Right? So get the reps in resilience. Overcome your shortcomings, overcome the hardships, and try and overcome them quickly. That's being resilient, right? Like you're not resilient towards one thing unless that one thing is lasting. So typically things, they don't last for 50 years. That's chronic thing. But so I'm resilient and I'm overcoming those hurdles. Excellence. So I'm pursuing a higher standard, which I really love that that's part of our tenets with hpf. Now that, that was like one of the founding. This is one of the founding acronyms and principles of HPF back in 2018. Excellence in all that you do. Persistence. So it's those two together lots of times. And success. That's the byproduct of the first three. I love that, man. That's so cool. Even just repeating that to you guys, it's pretty. It's pretty cool. It might be one of the early podcasts. Fuck, who knows? I can't remember. But I guess in that aspect it really is the first two, right? So I used to think persistence was just lots of res. Resilience. But if you're persistent, you're not a. You're not a battler, you're not surviving. Like persistence. Persistence meant is an active pursuit of something you wish to accomplish or attain in your life. That's like, that's shit. I should have Written that down. But anyway, I mean, if we look at persistence, meaning. Sorry, I'm just bringing this up now. The fact of continuing in an opinion or course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition. Yeah. So look, resilience is absolutely part of that. But my question on that definition is what are you continuing? What's this course of action? What's the outcome? So what I'm saying here is, I love this saying, because you're not persistent in just fucking living. Persistence must carry an aura of progression or development, growth. It must. Progression, development, growth. It has to, man. It's not persisting. You're just being. You're just living. That's what I love about this. Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. So I'm not saying this. Hey, guys, just keep battling. You'll be right. Just keep chipping away. No, no, man, like, like carry that as a fucking badge of honor. Like you're persistent towards something that you want to progressively achieve and or accomplish that's going to increase the position of your life and those you love and care about. Nothing in the world can take the place of that. Nothing. Not luck, not hard work, not even work ethic. Man, there were so many people, no one knew who the fuck I was. I turned up 70 plus people. St. Mary's Saints won it the year before. Local rugby league under 19, C grade. Tough competition. Very strong Western Sydney. The Saints won it the year before. 70 people, no one knew who the fuck I was. Heaps of them more talented than me. I didn't even know what a block was or a cross. One guy runs in front and they pass the ball behind him. I didn't even know what that was, man. I didn't even know running lines. I fucking tore everyone's ass up, man. Preseason shit. Crushed it. And then when I made the Panthers in Jersey, flag, oh, man, I was on the bench. Wasn't even gonna get a start. Got an opportunity, and from there, bang, reserve grade. Then from there, bang, first grade. Heaps of people. All of them were always better than me. More talented, more experienced. Like, experience doesn't even replace persistence. Like, I love my old man for giving me some values. Like respect your elders. But I respect value. I don't respect time that's been lived. I respect the value one's lived in that time. Otherwise, what a fucking waste. I respect. Like, I obviously have a genuine general respect for human beings. I'm not saying if I'm better than you or done more than you, you don't matter. But respect your Elders, what am I respecting is the. So even experience can't replace persistence. Because those people who might live their entire life filled with regret in their nursing homes, in their final days might not have lived the life they were born to live. Which means they didn't carry on with the persistence of their dreams and hopes and what they wanted to achieve. I just love that. Like, that's a powerful. I've always loved that word. Persistence, optimism. What else? I mean, I'm sure I have another one, but I guess at the core there's a couple of sayings that I just love. Be a hundred to give. 100, man. That's just like, that's gonna be. Yeah, that's 100% our purpose and our path with hpf, where you focus your life unfolds. That's so true. But, man, one of my favorite quotes of all times is never give up. Pretty simple, but yes, optimism, persistence. Which I guess ties in with never giving up. Because the optimism is how you choose to see things. The persistence is how you choose to act. So those three, they were a powerful, powerful combination for me earlier in my life. Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. So what is it? What's that goal that's holding you back, man? What's that next level that's holding you back? Why do you allow that? Who are you to deny yourself? You're not here to just be a battler. You're not here to be resilient and keep getting fucking beat up. Resilience and excellence, right? Reps. Bring them in. Reps, baby. Persistence. Nothing can replace that. So make sure you've got it. You must have it in your arsenal, must be part of your weaponry, must be non negotiable men if you're to achieve anything worthwhile in this life. The second one, inspired by one of our members, Mr. Santoro, which I'll get him on for another podcast that's with such a weapon, is in one of our sessions today with the coaching team, just reflecting on the week that's passed. And he said the hardest. So this is a quote from somewhere. Someone said it. I don't know who or where, but I've heard it before. The hardest steel is forged in the hottest fire. The hardest steel is forged in the hottest fire. So for me, there are three elements to this hardest steel. What do you think of. So what, what this. This might be a bit of a reflective podcast which, which is cool, but I want you to just sit there walking or driving, whatever. What do you think of when you Hear that saying. The hardest steel is forged in the hottest fire. Don't give up. Have faith. Better things are to come. This too shall pass. Challenge and adversity. Brings out the best in you. Maybe. Yeah, maybe. Hardest steel. The hardest steel. Forged. Hottest fire. I see three things. And again, I don't want to. I'm not here to. I can't even remember what the term would be, but I'm not here sort of clutching at straws, trying to extract something more than is needed. But for me, I see three things, man. The hardest steel. So steel is like the hardest steel. So it's something that is looking to change shape and form. So for me, that's the vision. That's the depth. That's the goal. The hottest fire. That's the adversity. That's the challenge. That's what's required and forged. That's the action. Too often people sit too much. They just fantasize and dream about this beautiful, brilliant piece of steel that's so fucking hard, it's unbreakable. That's just where they stay. The vision. That's all they do. They're just visionaries. And a vision without a plan, without actions to follow through, it just does a disservice to the word dream. Because dreams are fucking beautiful. But dreamers who take that identity are not. Because if that's your sole identity, you've done fucking nothing but dream. Hardest steel. It's the vision, it's the depth. It's forecasting what you desire, what you want. The hottest fire. I've said this in another podcast with that old mate at the gym. Not Hutto, one of the old Italian Indian fellows that I met, he was much younger. I think he was 82. But, you know, just talking. A man must have a vision, but it must come with great challenge, otherwise the vision isn't worth it. So the hottest fire. It's like when you set a goal, make sure you know that goal comes with a pretty big fucking challenge. That might be like, hey, man, I'm building this side hustle. I can almost leave my job and pay if you're even halfway there, mate. Fucking all in. Burn the boats. If you're. Let's say you're earning 200 grand a year, but you've got a side hustle that's making you 100. Fuck me. Why haven't you taken the leap yet, man? You guys have no idea of the stories. Fuck me, I got stories, man. I'll save that for another time. But fuck, I got some stories. You'd be like, that's fucking completely reckless, Al. That's fucking crazy. Yet here we are. I mean, one of the most notably was to not pay my gym rent, which is the sole source of survival and food and keeping a roof over our head to go all in on hpf. And obviously it wasn't fruitful. It was something I was trialing, testing, building as I went. Oh, man, I just got some flashbacks in. Holy shit. What? How? That's fucking crazy. Building something from nothing. Fucking crazy crazy, man. And then the wolves are after me, about to shut the gym down. I would have lost fucking both and my house and my family. Wow. Maybe it's 40 grand. That's fucking nothing. That's nothing, man. Nothing. So if you. So what are you waiting for? You know, if you got big dreams in you somewhere along the ways or you. But what. What are you waiting for? If you got the big vision, the hard steel. Yes, I want that. Okay, awesome. What's the shape look like? Great. That's cool. That's. That's. That's your true north. This will tie well to the third point, but. But the hottest fire, it's gotta come with challenge, man. You gotta feel a bit uneasy and. Oh, yeah, I gotta. Man. Some people build more money in their side hustle than their main gig. And they just keep doing that thinking that it's. They're winning. Are you fucking kidding me, man? Do you understand the value of going all in on one thing? Hey, this is the hardest part, gentlemen. Whether it's HPF joining, not joining, fucking doing you. Our evolution. It's like the difference between winners and losers is not that they see differently. They see the same thing, which is no fucking clear path. Big fucking forest, lots of bush, lots of trees, lots of poisonous snakes, lots of risks, lots of fucking animals. And you've got this. This blunt, fucking shitty machete to start with. Hey. The difference is one looks at the machete, looks at the conditions and says, I'll wait for the conditions to change. The other says, I'll fucking make the conditions and I'll make the path. They start fucking hooking in, swinging left and right and forged. This is really important. It's like the glue. And again, I'm not here to try and deconstruct and make it anything more than it is. Like. It's a beautiful saying. The hardest steel is forged in the hottest fire. You need to visualize what steel am I forging, what is the fire temperature going to be? So it's worth the masterpiece. That will be my fucking Life. And am I actually going to join the dots and walk through and make it fucking happen? Forged forging. Am I going to actually follow through and do it? And the final one, Men. This is just a written piece, so it won't make any sense. Sorry. It'll make a little bit of sense. But these are just written notes that I put just whenever things come to me. So I've just got this written in my phone, but I'll deconstruct it. Goals don't matter. It's your commitments to those goals and how you carry yourself that creates your life and what you live in life. So let me just rephrase that a little bit. Goals do matter. Otherwise you're wandering aimlessly. It's just like the heart of steel. What are you actually forging? Is it a small little blade? Is it a beautiful big sword? Is it an axe, a hammer? Like, what are you making? Goals don't matter as much as you think they do. It's like the pink elephant rule. They should have just a small amount of focus. So we have this thing where it's like, don't think about a pink elephant. Everyone does. Okay, well, that's where you spend your time. Most men don't know what they want. They just want know what they don't want to keep happening, right? And they stay stuck. So if you said a hundred minutes, just over an hour and a half on thinking time, three minutes. The 3% should be on what you don't want in your life. That's the pink elephant. Three minutes, 3%, 6%. So double the time. Double the time should be on what you want in your life, what you desire to be true. And that's what we're talking about here. Goals. 91%, 91 minutes. The rest of the time should be plotting, planning. What are the action steps I'm going to be doing this month, this week, this day, right now? 91%. So this bit I wrote here was really understanding that you are the journey. So goals don't matter as much as people think they matter. But your goals aren't even the compass. Like, your goal isn't even the fucking compass, man. Your goal is a little N, a little capital N on that compass with a needle. That's just shooting you towards the direction. That's all it is. Like your goal is simply a direction. I have no fucking idea where HBF will go, man. This could be fucking massive. Like, this could be. We talk global that we might find an Indian owl and a Chinese owl. Who fucking knows? Or it would just be a beautiful mission that is set in stone and just has an unbelievable generational impact. Family after family after family in Australia. Who fucking knows? So what I'm saying is the goals themselves aren't as important as the life that you're spending that you'll never get back. And your commitment to the goals. So, ah, that's where it was from. It was from the seven commitments of a great team. John Gordon, great book businessman or not, if you're part of a team, get the fucking book. It's 140 pages or 155 pages or something. Get the book. Read it. It's phenomenal. Incredible. You're all leaders so you don't have to be a business owner. But yes, amazing book. Love it. He had his team there. And it's a fable too, so it's an easy read. But it's a true story. Sporting team. What are your goals? Okay. They write them all down. Cool. Scrunch them up, throw them in the fucking bin. Why don't we just do that, coach? Will your goals get you? Will your goals get you to what you want? Yeah, they will. No, no, no. Your goals are where you want to get to. Will they get you there? No, they won't. The commitments, your commitments will. That's why I love the word commitment more than action. I picked that up from John, great mate of mine. Known him for 60 years, but don't know him. But pick that up from his books and one of his podcasts. Love it, man. Like, your goals are not going to be what gets you to your goals. Like, that's just. Is that Noxymoron? I don't know the term. It's your commitments to those goals and how you carry yourself that's very, very important. It's not just your actions, it's your attitude. It's your commitments. Goals don't matter. Well, they do. So I was just writing this down, you know, just quickly before I forgot it. Your goal is simply your direction, that's all. That's why I love setting massive fucking goals and stretching the vision. Because if you do that, even if you don't hit it, hey, you're in a fucking much better spot. You're within the range. Your proximity is it. You're approximately there. So they don't matter as much as people think. Be careful. If you're just fucking sitting there dreaming about your goals all the time. It's not that. Set your direction. Set your true north. It's not your only mountain. HPF Australia wide isn't the only mountain. HPF Global. That's not the only mountain. What impact can we have at a global level? That's not the only mountain. What impact from that can we have on a global level? That's not even the mountain. What generational impact can we have with fathers and their sons? That's not even the mountain. How can we have a grandfather, his son and his grandson in the fucking photo? Or with HPF key? I'm three, I'm a third generation hp. Like that's not even the fucking mount. So, boys, it never ends. So your goal isn't your final destination, it's your commitments to the goal and how you carry yourself that actually creates your life. Love that Lee Dorfliger, man. He had a mad hashtag in our community hashtag bethejourney. How awesome. I love that. That was so good. So good. So as we wrap this up, hope this serves you well, man. Wanted to keep this short and sharp. Your commitments to the goals that you have. So it means you do need to have a vision how you carry yourself. You do need to have an attitude, mental approach that is uplifting for yourself and those you love and care about. It's not fake until you make. It's not positivity fairies, it's pick your fucking attitude up because it's either gonna raise you up or pull you down. Which one would you prefer? Just fucking pick one, mate. Some things in life, you can be binary. I promise you that. You can. Pity party. Short lived, five minutes, right? Shut the fucking party down and then keep moving forward. That's what creates your life and what you live in your life. The hardest steel is forged in the hottest fire. Embrace the challenge, embrace the change. If you're under the pump at the moment and your life's a fucking shit show, you're struggling. Welcome. Welcome to the party. Welcome to the game. Welcome to the show. You're exactly where you need to be. The question is though, what are you going to do about it? Because two things will happen for our audience here. Either that's happening, but you're a much older man. Well, that's just life catching up to you, man. And you got away with it for so long, but now you really are fucked. Or you are being tested and challenged in a way. Life is saying, hey, do you want to. You want to take lead on this or do you want me to roll through you? I'm good either way. I swallow most people up. I'm called life. I can swallow you up too, if you want as well. And we can wrap this up and you can be another NPC non playing character. Like choose the hardest steal is forging the hardest five. So if you're listening this and you're under the pump, one, you're not alone. Two, if you're a high performer, well, typically that means you're struggling the most because you're too fucking arrogant or proud to ask for help. Well, guess what? The more help I ask for, the more successful I become. And I'm an extremely successful person. How fucking good. I love asking for help. It's the best thing in the world, man. It's helped me so much because then I can help others. Be 100 to give a hundred. So you're in the right place, but what are you going to do about it? And hardest steel is forged. The hardest steel is forged in the hottest fire. What kind of path do you want to carve out? What kind of steel do you want to carve out? And are you actually carving that out? And nothing in this world can take the place of persistence, man. That is such a without that you'll never follow through on the other two, ever. Steel's not shaping properly. I don't really want to forge anymore. Fire's a bit hot. Let's make it cooler. Yeah, I don't need to commit to that. I mean, I am committed, but just not today. All that little shit just fucking creeps in, man. Persistence. Persistence. And it's a daily right, it's a daily act. We earn the right to play in this crazy, beautiful game of life. Hope this serves you well, man. As always, thank you for giving and investing the time and energy in yourself through me, through hpf, through the vehicle and the vessel that we represent. Because HPF is a way of life. And doesn't matter what level you're playing at, you have an opportunity to uphold that way of life. And I'll finish on that note. Don't live from a place of fucking obligation, right? You will burn out. Live with intent. Live from intention. That intent is what will drive your persistence. That intent is what will drive the shaping of the steel. That intent is what will drive your ambition and positive attitude and approach towards forging what you need to do in the fucking hottest fire and your commitments and your attitude towards life itself. A life that you build. Don't just build your life, men. Live the fucking life that you're building. Otherwise you'd be like everyone else who just spends fucking 15, 20 years building their wealth to lose at least fucking half of it with no one who wants to fucking be around you anymore. And fuck me for the members. You know, thank the Lord that you guys took the step and you're embracing the second half in your life because then you will rebuild. But if you're not at that point, listen to those guys. I'll get more on. I'll get more members who've lived that life. And they're carving the second half with us now with hpf. And they'll tell you, hey, if you haven't fucking done it, don't fucking do it. If you can still turn things around, don't wait. Live, live the life that you are trying to build because you matter. And every day you live matters as well. Thank you, man. I'll see you on the next one. Well, that wraps up another episode. And just as we wind this down, I want you to just reflect and think back through some of the golden nuggets, some of the revelations, some of the sore points, some of the things that might have hit home with you. And then just look at ways that you can apply a different set of actions to. To change your position, change your circumstances, change your feelings, and change the facts. These episodes are done with your best interest at heart, and there's always something we can get from that. Maybe it's not the first time, maybe it's the second time. We've had members listen to episodes four or five times and then it finally clicks. But either way, I hope you got a lot of value out of this. And also, if this is something that you really want to solidify inside of your life, repetition is the key. You've listened to it. Write down your revelations, think about them, read them, speak them, believe in the changes that you will carve out in the action plan of those revelations to create change in your life, and then share that. And when you teach, you learn the second time, right? So teaching and showing this to others you love and care about is the greatest way that you can remember and make sure you consistently learn and relearn what is it's true and what is it is important to you in your heart. Take care. Have an amazing day, night, weekday weekend, and I'll see you for another one soon. Cheers.
