Road to 10. Here we are, we've got three kids now. I said to the missus, we're on their way. We're nearly halfway there. The road to 10. And it's funny every time I seem to say that around her, around her family, around anyone, really. They sort of laugh, but she seems to get angry. 10 kids. Imagine having 10 kids makes you look at those old movies like Cheaper by the Dozen and just sort of laugh. Maybe they raised themselves. Who knows? Either way, what a chaotic time. What a beautiful time to be alive. Welcome to another Real Dad Movement podcast. This is your host, Al. And yes, just had our third child a few weeks ago. Four weeks ago now. Nearly a month old, actually, he would be a month old. Here we are. He was born September 11th. There you go. What a date. What a unique date in many ways. And hopefully with the guidance and what I develop and help him build into in his life and his journey, he can put some good use to that date as an impactual way of going. You know what? This is when I rocked up and this is what I'm doing now to help the world. But yes, here we are at Time recording. This is 12th of October. So he's just over a month. Far out. Tom goes quickly, tell you what, he hasn't slept, that's for damn sure. But nonetheless, it's a beautiful gift and one that we're blessed with every day. And that's how I wanted to start this podcast, just for you to have a think about something that you're grateful for. And everyone does this practice. What's something you're grateful for? Write down your gratitude. Do this, do that. Okay, that's cool. But just. Just sitting down and going, what's something that you just. It's an absolute miracle in your life where you can just kick back and go, wow, that's. That's fucking amazing. You know, for me, it's. It's kissing my three children before I go to sleep. And I know there's dads in different circumstances and there's dads who may not see their kids every day and whatnot. And it's. It's not about that I get to see them every day. It's just literally looking at them. And when I kissed them all last night, I was like, I can't believe I've got three children. What the. What happened? Here's Alice some, you know, state shot put her in high school into, you know, used to get bullied. An obese kid, and then became a bully and then sorted his shit out and then became an elite athlete. And then, like, it's. It's crazy. Here we are. Today's episode is really talking about breaking down barriers, breaking down yourself, breaking down ultimately not just your definitions and how you define yourself, but the definitions of things that you think are concrete, do you think are solid or set in stone, or that you have a perception or ultimately an assumption and expectation that, hey, that's just the way it is. And let me be clear here, social media has done a really good job of fucking that up for all of us because people think, you know, the whole keeping up with the Joneses, grass is greener on the other side of that sort of stuff, mate, no one has it made. Life is messy. We've all got messy stuff. We've all got stuff going on. Maybe that's why I'm very highly respected. I'm not sure because I'm pretty truthful and transparent. And that's not the case. That's not the case that I'm here to go, all right, well, I'm just here to vent and dump my issues or dramas on you. It's just being real. Because what's the alternative? You put up this big facade and sweep things under the rug and turn a blind eye and bury your head in the sand and use every other analogy or terminology we can to basically look at dismissing what's real in life. Life will find you. Don't worry about that. That's one of the greatest gifts and lessons the hard way. And now a great way and hard way that I learned when I became a father. It brings up the mirror. You can only look away and close your eyes for so long. And it's a great example that I like to use because we look in the mirror every single day. And unless you don't have a mirror, I'm sure we all do. And it's not out of a Fabio type format. It's really out of a sense of looking in the mirror and taking that time and just going. And starting with that question, who am I? But then following that up with, do I even need to answer that? Because who you are is something that's always past tense. And that's the funny part. It was an awesome coaching session with the fellows last night. Sunday, charge ups, 8pm live. We always do it. And it was incredible to really look at the quality of the present that moves into the past and then the quality of the future that becomes the present. Now, what I mean by that is if I stand right here or sit right here now, whether you're watching this or listening to this and go, this is who I am. I'm Alex Renieri. I'm this, this, this and that. It's like, yeah, maybe you've just said that five seconds have passed. That's in the past. Now. It's who you were, which means that it's your actions that ultimately define who you are. But who you are can almost certainly then define your future actions. And this becomes the tussle, ultimately the yin and the yang of our life, where we try and look at the chicken and egg type scenario where it's like, what comes first? Like, well, isn't that a mystery? And is that a mystery that we need to answer? Probably not. Maybe, Maybe not. Is it going to move you forward? The reality is you're both and none of them. And that's what I love about life. You can continuously have a canvas that can be your makeup, your physiology, your genetics, your experiences, your consciousness here on the earth. But you can paint. You can paint over. You can paint over and paint and paint and paint and build your artwork however you like, build your legacy however you like, and then take ownership over that when you pass and hand off the brush to your children, who then continue the artwork. So when we're talking about breaking down the barriers inside of your life, I want to make sure that this is something that's hitting home on a personal level. I want you to ask yourself these questions. Questions. What are my truths? What are the things that I convince myself about that are A, good and then B, bad? Like, I can't track my nutrition because it's just too hard and I don't have time. There are all these stories that fester up that are no longer even stories. They're just the makeup of who we are now. It is literally a belief system that we have in place that we're not even aware of. See, for me, I've tracked my Fitnesspal for the last few weeks only because of the absolute value and importance of me getting as many nutritious calories as I can in my body because I'm under the pump, man. I've got rdm. I've got two other children that are. These girls are very demanding. I've got my son, who's very demanding. Obviously, he's not feeding off my tit. But the reality is I got to be there, and I've got to support my wife. I've got RDM as well as the members as well as the coaches. And there are so many moving parts, like, well, hang on. I Haven't even mentioned myself yet. What about Al? So for me, yeah, there's, there's a period of time now where I am getting up at 4, 4:15am that doesn't mean I'm a rock star. I'm the champion who's getting up before the world. It's the only time that I am allowing myself to dedicate time out for me. Because what it does is it gives me the opportunity to take time out, create space, set the foundation for the day, and then do what I want to do with rdm, then do what I want to do with the family. That's a win for me. Or I can train at night and I can train at night after kids go to bed between 8 and 10pm and it's working out that arrangement with my wife to go, okay, when do you want to spend time together? Do you want to have breakfast together? Do you want to spend some time at night together? And then massaging all the moving parts of your life as one. Because that's what it's about. It's about massaging in the fluidity of life. Life is the ocean. And you might be a particular wave and the wave crashes and an experience or circumstance in your life crashes from the wave onto the sand, which creates a result in an outcome. But here comes another wave and another wave and there are crests and troughs in your life when you are either riding the wave or in the dip and looking in your life and going, well, where is my truth? Does it have to be this way? Do I have to accept the status quo? That I don't have time to prepare good nutritious food or to even just do some bulk prep? Food is so easy, man. Like it's not. Fuck, it's so easy. And you can do some really tasty meals. But we create these stories thinking that meal prep is six hours on a Sunday. No, it isn't. Not at all. I trained this morning at 4:15, got home at 6:30, just before the girls wake up, got the rice cooker cooked three cups of rice, that's going to give me six serves. Sorry, three half cups, that'll give me six serves. And then last night cooked a kilo of turkey mince which took like six minutes. Threw some herbs and spices in, bang them away. I got like six meals. It took me like, you know, the rice cooker cooks itself and cooking the mince virtually cooks itself. I just got to turn it a little bit and within 18 minutes I've got six meals. I don't have to Think, and this is the value of removing the barriers in your life that ultimately take away the decision making processes where you've got less willpower, or you're in a lesser state, which is either in the morning, in the evening, or generally throughout the day. If you're under the pump, flogged with your work, with your family life, there's a lot of stress. You're not connected with certain areas of your life, whether it is your family, your relationships, or yourself, which puts you in a lesser position. And then you pump up the stimulants of caffeine and coffee and what that entails, and all of a sudden it's like, fuck, man, I'm falling apart. I don't even know who I am. Which means I'm saying yes to all these things which don't even align with who I am, which puts me in a state of confusion in actually setting the foundation of what I want in my life. Breaking down the barriers and the definitions is a very powerful thing because what you start to do is you start to organize and collate the information and the value of what's important for you in the actions and the relationships you hold. Which means, guess what? You can say no to the rest. It's a powerful thing. One of the most powerful things you can have in this world is the ability to say no. When you say no, guess what? You're saying no to something, which means it opens up the door for you to say yes to something else. Focus. Priority one at a time. There's only ever one most important thing. And when you learn and establish that inside of yourself, that's your rock, man. That's your true foundation from which you can begin to break down certain barriers of definitions of yourself, your character, your behaviors, and definitions of what you get imposed onto you. This is how the world should be our. This is what it is. These are the rules, these are parameters. No, they're not. Don't you tell me what my world is. When we're looking at your sensory perception, so we're looking at touch, taste, sight, smell, sound, and we're looking at aligning that with ego, which is an information processing system of how you handle what it is that you're perceiving through the senses and combining that with your mind and then connecting that to your higher source. That's your consciousness, your awareness. To go, oh, well, I'm aware of this. Like, I'm aware of ego. I'm aware of actions, I'm aware of touching things, tasting things, smelling. When you put all that Together you start to see ultimately a common pattern or a thread in which the common denominator, the challenger, the challengers, but also the triumphant person is you. It starts and ends with you and how you see it. So these definitions from your sensory perceptions, how you're seeing things, how you're perceiving the world all the way through to your thoughts that are making sense of them all the way through. It's a whole chain of connection where one isn't necessarily evil, right or wrong, but they're all. They're all important. Like, they all play a level of importance. People hammer and bash. Ego. It's like, yeah, but everyone's got one. Like, what does ego mean to you? You know, if it runs and rules your life, then you're in trouble because you've got closed vision, you've got tunnel vision, and you're living on the extremes of not having a greater scope of what's possible. Literally, there is no black and white. There's just white or there's just black. It's like, this is it. This who I am? Who is Alex Rainieri? Like, fuck, mate. It's the name that I was given. I didn't have a choice over it. Maybe I did. Who knows? Flying around with my. With my Casper tail, going, yeah, I'll go with that family. And they can. They can call me Alex. These are things that. There are so many things we don't need to understand that are outside the realm of what we're living right here and now, and then inside the realm of what we're living right here and now. We've all got our own realities. You've got your world. You've got a version of who Ali's in your life. I've got a version who Al is in my life. And when we start to break down the berries and ask questions, we begin to explore what possible solutions there are. That's my biggest gripe, I think, with an issue and challenge at the moment with what's going on with COVID And it's not about diving into an opinion debate or a political debate. What I'm seeing, what I'm observing is actions and outcomes. It's very simple. Actions and outcomes. People can form their own facts and truth about that. That's fine, observing actions and outcomes. But the pattern that I'm seeing is people living in a state of fear. And they dictated to what their life should be. When you're coming in a state of fear and control, what that does is it pulls you into a lesser state, a lesser Version where you are literally living as an organism that's just fighting for survival. You don't need to worry about that, mate. That's your instincts. You've already got that covered. Don't worry about that. You've got your adrenaline, you've got all different types of power and superpowers you can. You can tap into. We're talking about, how can I be on my level, that I. To build and establish the legacy that I want. And that will never come when it's just living in that constant state of stress, fear, worry, concern, doubt, uncertainty. Because from that comes the inability to act in accordance with the greatest version you can become. So let's look at some of these barriers and breakdowns. And what I want to do today is just read a couple of different definitions, because this is what I want to show you in how liquid the world really is. You think there's all these four corners. You think the sun rises, sunsets and all these things. We just assume they're solids, man, that will never change. Just like Covid. And then all of a sudden this happens. People's world gets turned upside down. You make the assumptions and expectations that this should be the way it is. Yet let's have a look at some of these definitions and let's see if you can pick up on the common thread here. And really the greatest resource and resourcefulness that can come about when it comes to breaking down your own barriers and your limiting beliefs. Because that's what this is about. It's limiting belief. It's that simple. I want to run a gym one day. That'd be awesome. Okay, cool. I wouldn't mind having a couple of gyms like that. That was out. And I'm like, yeah, that's not going to work. I figured that out pretty quickly. I'm like, I'm going to outgrow that. And there's nothing against people who want to do that for their life. But I'm like, I can't see myself being 50 or 60 years of age and just running a gym and doing the exact same thing and being happy because I'm no longer growing. Life isn't walking a path. Life is walking upstairs or downstairs. That. That's it. That simple. You need to ask yourself this question. Am I walking upstairs or downstairs? Am I expanding into greatness or walking downstairs? Sometimes it's easier to walk downstairs. But guess what? You're going to fuck up your knee joints and you're going to put a lot of pressure. And when you build momentum, you're Going in the wrong direction, you're going even faster. It's even harder to climb back up. Does that mean walking upstairs is harder? Yeah, sometimes. Have you built your legs up to overcome the resistance? Of course, other times you just need to stand and stop and pause and stay on that step for a little while probably. I know I have a lot of times in my life when you use that, that analogy, that example. It gives you the realization that if you stay where you are and accept your truth, the moment you accept that reality is the moment you confine and restrict the opportunity for you to create your true destiny. It's that simple. You want to look at certain black and whites in your life which aren't black and white, and then you won't explore the other ones which can give you the most power. That is very simple. You're either growing or dying. That's a black and white. That's a universal truth. Yet there are other areas that have so much fluidity about them that we see as universal truths. We see as ultimately the walls around our life, that we develop a level of familiarity and comfort, so we no longer want to expand or seek that. Not saying you should quit your job and start a business. I'm not saying you're starting a business. You should employ 10 employees and then go nuts and go gangbusters. There are so many different moving parts. This is the experience of life, relationships, yourself, circles of significance, family, self and service. You can top them all up the right way. But let's just quickly dive into some of these. I wrote these definitions down and it's just fascinating, like, because there is a common pattern here which ultimately means the keys to your kingdom and the power is always in your hands when it comes to breaking down barriers, breaking down definitions and how you define things, how you define yourself and how you define what's presented to you. The definition of reality, the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them. That's the definition of reality. I'll look up the definition. That's it carved in stone. My first question is, okay, well, who decided that this is the thing? And it's not that I'm not cynical. I love the world, I love the earth. I love everything that we have and the gifts and the miracle that life really is. When I look at this, I see the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them. Okay, that's obviously been a collective agreement that's then been posted and Viewed and accessible forever to see that this is what reality means. Perception, the neurophysiological processes, that's mind, muscle, brain, everything, including memory. What you've done in the past, because memories, history repeats itself. Surely you know that. They're the patterns of your subconscious by which an organism becomes aware of and interprets external stimuli. And perspective, which is almost the same as perception, a particular attitude towards or way of regarding something or a point of view, opinion. I'm like, okay. So I started looking at this. I'm okay, your reality, perception. Let's look up ego, let's look up truth. Let's look up opinions. Like everyone's got opinions, a view or judgment formed about something not necessarily based on fact or knowledge, the beliefs or views of someone or something. Quite interesting, isn't it? People turn their opinions into truth or others opinions into their truth. Ego, the part of the mind that mediates between the conscious and the unconscious and is responsible for reality testing and a sense of personal identity. Like I said, everything you're thinking and feeling processed down into literally your perceptions and the senses and how you operate day in, day out and how you have that in accordance with yourself and relative to others. Final one, truth, a fact or belief that is accepted as true. Now, I know if you're watching or listening to this, you might rewind it, you might play it again, you might not. That's okay. But when we're going through that reality, perception, opinions, ego and truth, for me, and it's not being nitpicky, but for me, I start to look through and go, okay, I just want to dive into this and just pull the parts around and move them around and just see what comes out. And this is what I saw. And it didn't take very long at all as well, obviously, because it's exactly what my gut feeling was telling me. Always trust your gut. Your gut's a very powerful thing. Don't ever underestimate that. So when we're saying this, what I'm saying here is a pattern of choice. Reality, perception, opinion, ego and truth. These are the words that they have inside of them as they actually exist. Who says that it's actually existed? Who decides that perception interprets external stimuli? Who's interpreting? What's the type of interpretation that you're having and holding opinion, a view or judgment, your belief, your truth. Right, let's dive on into truth, a fact or belief that is accepted as true. So who's accepting this? Why are you accepting this? Ego, a sense of personal identity. Again, coming down to you, when I look at these words, actually interprets, viewpoints, judgments accepted, responsible for reality testing. Personal identity mediates. What I see is the pattern comes down to one singular thing. Your choices and how you choose to see it. And I know that's the definition of perception as well, but ultimately the choice that you make on the connection with the information presented with your circumstances as well and what it means to you, you don't have to be controlling freak. In life, there's so many things you can't control. There's so many you can control, but a lot of them start inside of you. There are things outside of you you can influence absolutely 100%. I influence my family big time. I've got a lot of power. Not authority, but I've got a lot of power, I've got a lot of energy and I've got that level of leadership and that level of steering the ship when there's times when they obviously need it. And obviously our children don't have the mental capacity. They're not developed like I am as an adult. And this is the value here. When it comes to your reality, your perceptions, your opinions, your own ego, your truth, it comes down to a choice. These definitions themselves, they're not set in stone. What's your truth? Like? I look at this microphone here, I say it's black, you say it's charcoal. What's the truth? Now, it's important to understand, unless you're going to live life as a hermit, there's a singular reality and there's a collective. So right here and right now, I'm sitting here, sitting here in my office. This is my environment. I play some nice music, I get in the zone, I pump out a load of work. We'll go to our shrine there with the family and other bits and pieces and the shrine of Mojo Knight Rider in our protein. We've got a Greens coming out soon. Hell, man. Unbelievable. That doesn't. Doesn't taste anything like a Greens. You wouldn't even know it. But anyway, that's down the track, hopefully before the end of the year. But this isn't a plug about supplements. But what I'm saying is this is my home, this is my environment, this is what I do, it's my jam. And as a singular, this is my reality, it's what I choose as well. Now, yes, you're going to hear this, you're going to see this, we're going to expand this over 12 or 13 different platforms. Ultimately, at the moment, I'm just sitting here talking to myself. And looking at myself or looking into a little lens, this is my world, my reality. Now when you're looking at a collective, well, you got to be careful. And it's not to muddy the waters, but just to understand that my reality and my wife's reality. When we're coming together with decision making processes and we're both invested in like our children or ourselves or our level of connection or intimacy or different things where we, we may not have that understanding, it's going to fall down because the understanding isn't there. Because we're both living singularly in something that is a collective or collective consciousness, but it's a collective choice and interpretation of what we're being presented with and what it means to us. I hope this stuff is making sense. And look, it's not that I'm here to dive woo woo, like there's some great philosophies out there in the world, a lot of great eastern philosophies and all that sort of stuff. When we're looking at energy and, and all that, that's pretty. I mean, it's science as well. Like it's. I'm not here to, you know, chant Kumbaya, although it could be a good song for many, but. And I'm not here to hack on that either. I'm a bit of a shit stir at times and smartass, but it's all tongue in cheek stuff. But my point here is, even things outside of you that you think defined or you can find within yourself these four walls, because it has to be this way, isn't this way. And it all comes down to you. You don't know what power you have. You don't know what you're capable of yet. Look at that as a positive. Look at that in the light of optimism to go, well, fuck, man, I might be 43, but I'm not down and out yet. There's so much more I can give an offer. I might be 38, I might be 51. You know what? I've had these things. I've had this period. I've had a shit 10 years, man. I've had a tough 20 years. I've had a tough three years. I had this horrible issue with my family here, horrible issues with work there. I broke down and destroyed myself. Self sabotage. Went into drugs, alcohol. There are so many moving parts that make up the experiences you have, but they don't necessarily have to be the framework of who you continue to become. You know, think of it like I said, like you might have slapped on some different types of paint on your artwork and it might have been fucking horrible and you're not happy with it and you're disappointed with it. But guess what, mate? You can just paint over it. It. You can just paint over it. It's as simple as that. Is it hard? Yeah, I'm not going to say it's as easy as that, but it's as simple as that. Comes down to a choice. What are you going to hold on to that ultimately is going to destroy you? And it's something that I'll finish with this. And it's. I know I've wrapped him a little bit lately with the dads, just because it brings me back some good memories of my childhood. And ultimately the hero that drove and demanded a lot out of me. I mean, I loved following Arnie's story, but Michael Jordan is my favorite of all time. And I've got it here on the wall. Why would I think about missing a shot I haven't taken yet? Just sit with that for a second. What would I think about missing a shot I haven't taken yet? Too often we're driven or driving with the controls and levers of fear that put us in a position to not go outside of our comfort zone. Fuck, mate, look up comfort on the dictionary. In the dictionary. What does that even mean? You don't even need to get uncomfortable. Like, there's all these sayings, get comfortable being uncomfortable and discomfort is where you grow. So it's like, well, fucking, maybe me challenging myself isn't uncomfortable. It's amazing. I love it. It's awesome. It's great. It's hard, it's not easy, but it doesn't make me go, oh, this doesn't feel good. It's like, no, I'm going to get after it. What's the alternative? What choice do I have? If I miss, I'll do something else. But I don't even need to think about that. Like, it's not if I miss. It's when there's a hiccup, I'll do something else. Just like that quote, why would I even think about missing a shot I haven't taken yet? Like, with rdm, it's not like, if this doesn't work out, it's like, I'm just going to keep pushing and driving as fucking hard as I can. This is the change the world needs. And this is message with a level of depth and value, with a standard that you will not see anywhere else. There are a lot of different social support groups. There are a lot of different programs and everything good for them. I don't care. I'm not comparing. I don't even look into them. I don't need to. We stay in our lane. We're driven by the results, driven by the service and the value we add and changing life and creating legacy fathers. The end. Like, what more do I need to try and explore? So what do I do? I don't think about if that fails. I continually navigate the course and expand and evolve. We've got different tiered memberships coming out. We've got this massive ecosystem we're building. If I sat back and built what you could. What you'd see behind here on day one. Those are watching this. And that's another whiteboard. If you saw like that, that entire ecosystem I've got there, mate, that's massive. Like, we're looking at events now. We've got one in Kosciusko in November, but next year, rolling out multiple events just for fathers and, you know, an apparel and equipment and clothing line as well as, like, equipment, gym equipment and gear. Like, this is monstrous, man. It's becoming massive and it will find its course. Like the supplements. I didn't just go, I want to start a supplement. The dads were hassling me. There are a lot of dads who knew I had the connection, the ability to make the greatest supplements in this country. Because the man, the connections and what we have, he's phenomenal. Like, it really is amazing. And the proof is in the pudding with those who have it. I didn't start and go, I'm going to start RDM and create a little group just so I can make supplements. Like, it evolves, it changes, it grows. Does failure exist? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe it's just a hiccup. Maybe it's just a fucking punch in the face. You need to realign and go, okay, cool. What next? That didn't work. Preconceived ideas of failure will lead Exactly. To failure, which means guess what you're building. You're building the barriers that are going to eliminate or take away the opportunity for you to move forth and continually step and walk up those stairs. Because all of a sudden, instead of just a set of stairs, you've now got stairs with a big wall. You're like, fuck, man, I'm climbing stairs. I got to climb over this wall as well. You're kidding, aren't you? My muscles are f. Where's the rotten staff? I'm on my own. Another great value that we have in rdm, you know, the Tribe is amazing. I hope this has really helped you out and made some sense here in developing an intuitive understanding like inside of yourself. Hey, these definitions are what someone else made up. Even the word reality. Someone made it up. It's just a word. These wristbands are amazing. We made them up. This shirt, we designed it, made it up. You know, this apple that I'm holding up, these classes, like it's all something that was created, meant, you know, and really manifested in a way that it was, was nourished and nurtured and then produced. Like these iPhones say iPhone 25 years ago and see what someone say iPhone. They think you're illiterate. They think you're a fucking retard. What are you talking about? Like that sentence doesn't make sense. Are you trying to say a sentence? Yet here we are. Go forth in your life and today, right here and now, after listening to this and ask yourself a quality question of not just your surroundings and how set in stone they really are, because they're not, but yourself. How set in stone are you? Because you don't need to be like, you don't need to be some disciplined, some disciple who just prays for the rest of his life and no, no, you just don't need to be disciplined enough until it becomes a habit and it just becomes part of who you are. Just like what I've done on tracking my calories, my fitness power, it's amazing. It's so easy. It's like, oh, cool, I'm going to dedicate three minutes a day to track my nutrition. You get a thousand minutes a day. Awesome. Point three of a percent. Pretty hard not to do it right. Go forth after this. Ask some quality questions of the barriers you're putting up inside of yourself. Don't self sabotage, don't tall popper yourself. You have that power and that ability to break through and create new changes, create new habits. Al keeps leveling up. I look up memories of a year ago. I thought I was pretty bang on with some of my messaging and the message was great and I thought the delivery was awesome. I look back, I'm like, oh man, fuck. I've grown so much since then. And I'm actually not really trying to yell and scream into other things. It's just like, wow, I can't believe how much I've changed. It's only 12 months. It's because I'm consistently seeking that growth. And is it uncomfortable? Not really. Like, are there periods where there's this bit of stress, bit of hardship, there's some challenges, sure, but uncomfortable is probably not the word I'd use because the alternative is uncomfortable. Like, if you do what is easy in life, your life will be hard. And it'll be hard because you'll reach a breaking point where it will get really hard, but you won't have the resilience, the kahunas, the grit to follow through all the patterning, to stand up and fight the resistance you're facing. It's game over, man. Do what is hard. Life will be easier. Life gets harder. That's the secret. Keep your body as young as possible. Expand your mind as much as possible. Take care. Have an amazing day, night, weekday weekend, whenever you guys listen to this. Thanks again for your love and support as always. Really enjoying the feedback. And don't forget, for the rest of the month of October, the free nutrition course. It's amazing. Like the e book, the audiobooks, the video series. If you want it, hit me up alexrealdadmovement.com or if you're watching this or listening to this comment, hit me up with a with a private message. Anything you need, let us know. But that's something that's a free giveaway. It's helping you build and establish your own relationship to food because that's important, not what a nutritionist sits down and says. You have to do this. And that's not taking away the art of what they do. It's the value of connection, which a lot of people don't have. Doesn't matter what degree you have. That's bullshit. What's going to work for you in your life and why? Why do you need this? What's the purpose behind it? Take care guys. Thanks again. See you on the next episode.
