Host (HPF Coach / Al) presents a motivational podcast episode framing 2021 as the "year of Domination" and uses Bruce Lipton's "biology of belief" (epigenetics) to argue that environment, routines and conscious actions (the ~9% of awareness) reprogram a dominant subconscious (~91%). The episode mixes scientific examples (Lipton's petri-dish experiments, genetics vs environment), personal anecdotes (fatherhood, recovering from health issues, example of Steve Cotton), and practical coaching guidance from Real Dad Movement (RDM): prioritize environment, structure, non-negotiables, tribe/accountability, and sustainable systems rather than short-term fixes. The host emphasizes discipline through structure over willpower, rejects superficial "quick fixes," and invites listeners to use RDM resources ("Power of Environment" free giveaway) to create lasting change.

Foreign. Here we are. Welcome to another episode of Real Dad Movement Podcast. I'm your host, al. Welcome to 2021, the year of Domination. This is what we have set in place off a massive foundation that we've built since 2018 in RDM. But really what I've been building for over a decade now in helping people transform their lives and more importantly, helping fathers transform their lives. Now, what we are clearly seeing and what we're establishing here in 2021 is continually building the foundation and exploding this message of rdm. But what we are faced with and seeing is a huge level of resistance for everyone inside of the chaos and the variables of the world as it currently stands today. And 2020 really brought back the curtain to show what kind of stuff we're made out of physically, mentally, how can we coordinate and be creative in our careers if we need to change work or need to change jobs? Trust me, we've had plenty of that. We've had plenty of dads who've actually thrived in the face of adversity because they looked after themselves and had the right environment in place that supported their goals and their dreams. One thing just before we dive into this biology of belief domination, we are here to dominate. You should be here to dominate in 2021, the quadrant of RDM. You're not here to exist. You're not here to survive. You're not even here just to compete. That will still just give you average and will give you something with a lackluster level of fulfillment where ultimately regret will be a byproduct of that as you get older. We are here to win. We're here to win and move forward and dominate. And the way that you do that is by getting after what is that you want and having that clear level of focus on what that looks like and doing it, following through and doing what you said you would do. But just to be clear here, when we're looking at. And this is our first episode for the year as well, awesome. Season two, we'll call this. Even though the first season went for 18 months, we've got enough episodes for that one. But what we're looking at here is really creating a shift in your perspective around the value that you can have in the actions you take and what that does on an automated level to your body and to your mind. There's no two other ways to break this down or cut it. But when we're looking inside of yourself, the biology of belief. And this is also a book, an amazing book by Dr. Bruce Lipton that I will reference when we're looking inside of this, what we're looking at is the patterns that you're creating in your life. You can call them routines, you can call them rituals, you can call them habits, whatever you want to call them, where you continually focus your efforts, physically and mentally becomes your life. So whilst there's chaos everywhere in the world and whilst there's hardships and tough times forever, we've all got lists, don't worry about that. There are hard things that come for all of us and there are times where we don't know what that is, what that looks like and when it's coming as well. I didn't think that last year I was going to have a third child. I was done. We did IVF for the first two children and we were blessed by it. There's a lot of heartache. Very, very hard, very challenging mentally and obviously physically, more so for my wife. But number three, the little man coming into our world, it was just, it was incredible. Very hard. Like, I'm still not getting much sleep. He's. What would he be now, about 15 weeks old. And you guys know what it's like. Your father's right. Whether you got 15 year olds, 5 year olds or 25 year olds, there is always a period where you have something in your life you want to enhance or improve. And it's, it's really hard to get because of the different hats we wear. And one of the hardest ones and the biggest ones is fatherhood. Whether your kids, like I said, are grown up and they've got their driver's license, they're going out and about, and you have a different level of concern, leadership and role model type, level of behavior that you need to initiate not only in your own life, but in your own life for them. Or whether you're wiping ass and changing nappies, which I thought I was over and passed, but here we are doing it all over again. When I say 2020 pulled back the curtain, what I'm talking about is it really showed what type of stuff we're made out of and the resilience that we can have and the belief system that we have now. Diving into this episode, the biology of belief, what we see from when the curtain gets pulled back is the behavioral patterns that you've put in place for years, decades, different constructs, whether it's social conditioning from schools, friendship groups, relationships, what your parents have shown you, different environmental factors, personal experiences you've gone through in, in the workforce, whether it's careers, running businesses, People, places and things built around that, and the value and service you provide to the world, all of these are ultimately moving parts that influence and create a level of autonomy in the back of your head, the back of your brain and your subconscious that rings through and rings true for about 91% of your life. That's pretty crazy, isn't it? Just think about that. 91% of your life is lived subconsciously. Here's the kicker though. 9%, which is consciously pushed forward, re records over the 91% and is the only area and element of time that actually truly exists where you can initiate change. That's why you're rerecording with what you consciously do. Now, this isn't. And I've gone many different ways and angles in life to create a really wide breadth of experiences, so to speak. When I'm looking at science and spirit and everything in between, and there actually there is a connection between both of them, which I'm going to get to shortly. This isn't woo woo crazy shit, this is real. This is absolutely proven as well. So when we're looking at this and what you're consciously doing, that is really the building blocks for what is going to become the autonomous part of your life, your subconscious. So here we are. Time of recording this 4th of January, rolling out another year, new year, new me. 28 day dad boy challenges New Year's resolutions. 92% failing in the first four weeks. If you didn't catch episode 81, go back, watch that, listen to it on the podcast. We've got itunes, Spotify, watch it on YouTube. I might have posted on Facebook as well. And just have a look at that and ask yourself the questions, where are you going and why? It's very important to establish where you're actually going in your life. Otherwise the efforts you're putting forward, they mean fuck all. Which means if you're doing it because it sounds good or it's a good idea, or it's an initial element of change in your life or something that superficially you just desire. Like, I want a before and after photo in 28 days. Awesome. You'll get exactly that response. But that response will live and die in that moment and not become a part of who you are or carved into who you can continue to become. And make no mistake, I'm fit, healthy, strong, I've got a good body, I'm in good shape. But I don't do that for the superficial value. I do that because of the capacity it builds inside of my life and the performance because of the mental toughness, but also the mental release where I can just create some space and time out for myself. And the physical performance is a byproduct. Yeah, I might not be rippling with an eight pack, but my aesthetics certainly put me in a position where I can perform. I have the energy to perform and outperform my children. And that's how it'll stay until I'm 70 and they're 40 or 50 or 80 and they're 50 and 60. This is what I will continue to lead by example with my actions first. So when we're looking at this, the biology of belief, I want to quickly crack open Bruce Lipton, phenomenal guy. His book is one of very few, probably four or five, that have changed my life massively. It's only a small book as well. He's an epigenetic scientist who basically founded stem cells back in the 70s. Maybe it was discovered before then, who knows? I mean, there's a lot of gray areas around science and releases and what we get shown as the general public. But either way, Bruce Lipton was an amazing pioneer in the space of understanding the consciousness of yourselves. It's in all of my books. I'm not giving them away. Tribal, you can have. Alexrealdabmovement.com you can have the tribal 1. Power of environment that's for free for the rest of January. But it's ultimately in a couple of my books. It's in the nutritional one and it's also in the mindset one where he gets three petri dishes and puts the exact same type of tissue in every single dish. Same dish, same tissue. He then exposes that dish to three different environments or exposes those three dishes to three different environments. What you get as a result is one grew muscle, one grew bone, one grew fat. Exactly the same type of tissue to start with. But they're all exposed to different environments from which the perception of, of the cells initiated a stimulus or response through the consciousness of the cells and how it perceives the exposure to the environment it's exposed to to create change. Long story short, the human genome project was a flop. We have 25,000 genes. There are different species of flies and worms that have 23, 24,000 genes. Right. Have a look at a worm. I'm not saying an earthworm. It's got quite a funny unique name, and I'm not going to try and rattle it off here, I even remember it. But through reading his book, it's this special type of worm that has 24,000 genes. Well, it's not special, but it's got a special name. That's pretty crazy. You look at a worm and you look at the human body and what we're able to do, and there's only 1,000 genes to separate us. Yeah, but maybe those thousand are the ones that are different. Well, it's not actually how it works, mate, because those genetics are basically a blueprint and it's the printer that prints those. So it's a blueprint that the printer has a default and it prints. Prints your genetics, prints your genetics. Who sends the order? Who sends the order? Run to the printer. And this is where it gets interesting. You've got over 100,000 proteins in your body and your makeup. It is these proteins that create a different stimulus response in the exposure they have to the external environment that creates the adaptations and the change. Digestive enzymes engaging. Well, you've got the process of literally eating food and putting something external inside of your mouth. And then how that is perceived will initiate specific processes with digestive enzymes and the process of digestion to create a change or a rhythm or a cycle or a flow inside of you and me as organisms, you look at people who live in cold areas and people who live in hot areas, you swap them over. The hot people in the cold areas are freezing their ass off. And the cold people in the hot areas are nearly passing out, fainting because they're so hot. What changes the perception of the cells in the environment and the stimulus it is put under consistently is what creates the reality. And the reality is created off the perception of those cells, of what they are experienced to consistently. This isn't a tongue twister or some sort of. Riddle me this, Jim Carrey out of fucking Batman. This is the truth. Man like yourselves have their own level of consciousness from which they perceive the external environment and create change. This is life. It's what we go through. So when we're looking at the monstrous control center of your brain, wherever that's located, your brain and your heart or your spirit or your will, what we have here is a connection of points that identifies who you are as a man, how you turn up, how you choose to see things, and the actions that you take inside of your life. This is my point, mate. At a cellular level, your body is doing this. And there are times when you can have that awareness, from what I've just explained with simple examples and times where you don't. It's autonomous, where they are literally through the consciousness of the cells, perceiving the external stimulus. Or the environment and adapting, creating a change or response. The exact same applies to our life mate. Macro, micro, zoom in or zoom out as much or as little as you want. This is the truth. So when you're rattling off these New Year's resolutions, when you're pushing out this low level stuff, when you're promoting these things that you know don't have depth, you know, they don't have sustenance, that there is, there is no light at the end of the tunnel. It's purely a quick fix. It's delaying the inevitable. It's putting you in a position where you're spiraling out of control. Not only because you fail this and you will fail this, but because you failed, it seems, six or seven or ten times over. I might have had a different name, might have been a specific type of shake, might have been a specific type of nutritional regime, might have been a certain program at a gym, a certain trainer, it doesn't matter. I'm not blaming, judging, and I'm certainly not here to talk about competing with them. We are fucking worlds above anything of that. Because what we do is we help the fathers in their life on their terms, win, win the second half in life. Why and how? Why? Because this is very important. It's your life as well. I don't care what you give up and do and sacrifice for the family. That's great. But are you being 100 so you can give 100, yes or no? Very hard to be at the top all the time and ultimately understanding that this is your life, this is your world, your children are part of your world, your relationships are a part of your world, your work, everything around you is a part of your life. Fuck, man. Why wouldn't you want this? Want to win the second half? Like, why wouldn't you want this? This is a critical thing. Because before you know it, another 20 years passes and you're in your 50s or your 60s, 70s, and all of a sudden it's like, well, shit, where did my life go out? I'm in the twilight days now, there's not much left. And my body's definitely not physically able anymore, which means I'm mentally run down and I'm feeling worn out because everything you do physically affects you mentally and ultimately. Just like I said earlier, there's been low level energy and performance in your life, which has led to you feeling like an even bigger failure because you failed every single program. That's been low level bullshit or it's been some magic pill or shiny object that's Been sold to you so this one will be the one. This is the answer. This is the answer. What makes you different from all those shiny objects out you might ask, or maybe you don't because you've seen enough of rdm. You clearly understand that this is something that is built around a system of human beings and coaches in your corner that covers every area of your life with what your true north is, how to tap into your primal power to get physical and mental energy moving forward and how to have the right accountability in the tribe and the coaching to stay connected to what it is that you must do. These are incredibly powerful things. Our five pillars, the five key points of rdm. When you have that at the highest standard, it encases every element of your life and then tailors towards your life so that you win on your terms. That's why we're different. The focus and the elements of energy that we put forth into and with you across the board of your life is tenfold. Anything that you're going to put in your mouth or you're going to go and burn or do or have a calorie counting thing or do your walks or any of that sort of stuff, all of them may yield the result or response, but ultimately, when they don't give you the lifelong or the long sustaining change that you want and desire, the greatest pitfall is not the physical changes and the yo yoing up and down in weight, it's your mental attitude towards yourself and life. Why? Because the consciousness of what you're doing right now in the present every single day and that continue leads to another moment where you look back and there's failure and you try again something else. You look back, there's failure, but you keep trying the same thing. Not only is the definition of insanity, but it's also really building. This is hard, man. Like, it's really building. It's creating and building and reinforcing a loser's mindset, a losing mindset. There's just something wrong with me. It's just the dad bod. It just is what it is. Now, I'm not saying you need to have an eight pack and train three hours a day, but when people talk about the dad bod and just is what is on getting old or just what happens with age, man, that is bullshit. There's a father, Steve Cotton, I'd love to get him on for a podcast. Good, good friend of mine, him and his son, world champion water scares. And Steve is in his 70s. He's got bricks for abs. Like I Would be blessed to have abs at his age. I don't even have those now, but I've got a very good body. I'm very strong. But this guy has looked after himself incredibly. He's in his 70s, runs a massive business, runs his own business. He's doing incredibly well. He continues to do well and move towards big goals and things he wants. Like when we asked him when he turned 70, oh, what's the plans now, Steve? And I was stirring him up. Like, you know, I don't. Personally, I don't believe in retirement or the way that it's constructed. That word doesn't exist in my eyes because retirement, the way that it's socially baiting people or putting out as a carrot is, hey, do all this sacrifice, do all these different things and just work and basically give away a large portion of your life when you're more often than not most physically healthy and strong and put a lot of that into your work and into your children so that by the time you're old, you can just retire and do nothing. Who wants to do nothing? There are so many cases and stories I've seen where people have retired. Some have just died because I've had nothing left. The mind's gone, the body goes. But a lot of people have gone downhill very, very fast to live life as a vegetable. So we're talking about retirement. I was stirring Steve up. I said, oh, Steve, what are you gonna do, mate? You're 70 now, you got all the money in the world, mate. Just kick back, relax, you can retire. And just stirring him up. He's like, now I'm seeing what I can do in the next 10 years till I hit 80. I've got bigger things to build again. That answer that he gave me and the fellows at the gym was one that purely showcased the autonomy, the 91% in his life because of what he's done in that 9% conscious awareness being present and action taking and building the confidence and courage to go, yes, this is what I need to do and I'm going to get after it. Which builds his competence. So he does do it, which means he gets results, which means he gets certainty. Uncertainty is when you take no action. You'll always get certainty from actions you take. There'll always be a result, whether it's good or bad. You know where you stand. All of that was something that was pure, fast, quick, easy, part of his subconscious, part of who Steve is, because that's what he's been building. So I need you guys. And this is a Slightly different, you know, yes, it's. It's time sensitive to a degree, but you can still listen to this or watch this in March, in Easter, first quarter gone, halfway. June. Where am I? July. Here we are, half the year's gone. Okay, summer again. What do I need to do? You can use this at any time. But yes, I'm releasing this at a time sensitive, in a time sensitive way where we're looking at the New Year, where more often than not we get manipulated around things that have been created. Like, think about it. Monday is a word that was created, calendar created, months created, years created, 2021. It's an agreement that we have all invested and bought into to agree and say, yes, this is the year 2021, and yes, today is January 4th. So we're using external fabricated times and measurements to manipulate and control how we think, how we feel, what we should do. Instead of going away from a reactive state which leads to a path of more pain, being in a creative state to go, no, I'm not a consumer, I'm a creator. I'm going to manipulate what I've been conditioned in my head for the last three, four, five decades of what New Year's means. And instead of just having a belly full of piss and going to get in KFC and McDonald's the next day because I'm hungover, and then creating these quick fire approaches and writing down some journaling of my goals for the year, I'm going to actually start building a foundation of what I want on my terms. If that means it's January 5th after I listen to Al's podcast, or January 18th or February 2nd, so be it. But have it where you're in a position where you have complete control, not where you're reacting because everyone else is supposedly doing it. That doesn't make sense. And don't forget 92%. These are real stats. You can look them up. 92% fail news resolutions in the first four weeks. I'd love to see the following stats. It's probably 92% again. You'll have 8% of the 8% make it through to March. Crazy, right? Welcome to another year. This is where the calendar year might shift and elevate your state momentarily and you might be motivated, which can elevate your state. How do you maintain that? You got to have the right purpose and drive behind what you're doing. What's the difference between December 11th being a shit fight and January 4th like it's not even a month? Just because the calendars ticked over from 2020 to 2021, that changes the game. Not at all. These are key things to understand because when you get clear on this, you start to understand the low level of functioning, your low energetic functioning, like whether it's your goals, your action taking, your perception around different things which controls your feelings, thoughts, emotions, all of that has been lackluster and standard. Like at best in the, in the quadrant, the RDM quadrant of competitive, which means as soon as you dip below the line, you, you go from competitive to survival mode. And if you stay there too long, you go from survival mode into existence mode and you're just like, this is just, I just got to get through this week. I'm not even here to survive. I know my ass getting kicked. I just got to make it till Friday and then I can have my drinks or have my, I call it sedation and distraction. High levels of alcohol and drugs and high levels of technology and obviously television being one of the main ones, scrolling through phones. When you understand that this low level of functioning, whilst it may seem like you're moving, you're taking action, you're talking, the days are passing when you understand that this is the reason why you feel like a failure. It's the reason why you haven't hit the long term goals that you want. It's the reason why you keep looking for the big hitters. You know, I say hitting the home runs, which is probably American talk, but hitting fours and sixes instead of just getting quick singles, you know, you'll then start to realize that there's nothing wrong with you. It's not your fault. We all have those problems, we all have those issues and challenges now. It's not your fault, but it's certainly your responsibility to accept and choose to continue down that path or to acknowledge and go, no, no, no, now's the time, I'm changing. Enough is enough. I've spent enough time here. I've got challenges. I still love my wife, but I've got challenges in my relationships. It's not easy. I don't have energy there. It's waning and just feels a bit stagnant. The kids, I wish I could do more for them, you know, I just, I don't have energy. I'm struggling and I feel like it's just, it becomes like a Groundhog Day. It's just a repetition type thing. And yeah, I've got a few weeks off over the Chrissy break, but then straight back into it, my ass is going to be hanging out before February is even here. This is the hard part, because then you continually go back to the same thing again, which means I'll start after Australia Day. I'll start after Easter. It's winter now, it's cold. I'll start in spring, we'll be right. Then all of a sudden another year passes and you've got between those areas, plus Queen's birthday, plus Christmas, plus carnivals or races or any other excuse for a barbecue or work functions, plus birthdays, mate, you'll have something every single month. I'm not saying you need to cut your friends and drink alcohol free beer, although a lot of our dads did that over Christmas and they loved it with the alcohol free beer. What I'm saying is there's always going to be something. Who do you want to be? What does that look like? And how are you going to stand up as that man in your life which is the same man that wears the hat of fatherhood, husband, worker, colleague, business owner, boss, like member of communities and society. This is the make or break. This is the fork in the road where you can look and go, well, I'm going to keep going this way, or no, I'm not. Things need to change. And all of this, which is my point on this entire episode, comes back to that level of subconscious thinking which is reinforced every single day in what you're consciously presenting. Your cells know it. Your skin does it, the hair on your skin does it when it's hot, when it's cold, when sweat comes out, or you perspire. Like, there are so many different things that run autonomous to your life that your cells are very intelligent and aware of. But how come you're not doing it? Why aren't you building in and reinforcing a presence, an awareness of the now, living in the now and building nows to make better future nows because of what you choose to do is a level of energy higher and a level of excellence higher than what you used to tolerate. And the bullshit in adversities that comes comes thrown your way. Like it. It launches your way, man. It comes for all of us, myself included. It gets launched. It gets, you know, it's like slingshot sometimes of all these different challenges and points of adversity. Yet if you have a high level of energy to overcome and combat that, you'll improvise at times. Yeah, you'll be flexible and strategic and adjust. Yeah. But you'll overcome and adapt everything that you face because you have that higher level of being and purpose. How do we get that out? One of the biggest Things is environment. Nothing influences or changes your life more than your environment. Your external environment influences your internal environment massively. It's why I've got that giveaway tribal the power of environment. Get it? You can have that course, ebook, audiobook, coaching videos. Have it for free for the rest of January. Hit me up alexealdadmovement.com, or send us a private message. It's yours. I'll send it out to you. You need to establish some inroads into the right environment for you might not be rdm, it might be rdm, who knows. But finding that environment to help influence you to get out of your own way with the bullshit standards and stories and excuses that we all have. I've got it as well. To make sure we're moving away from that owl, that little L, that little version inside that has low willpower, that consistently reinforces failure, that keeps trying and giving up. But the reason why he's consistently failing is because he's trying the wrong things with a lower level of energy. Knowing full well deep down that it's either a quick fix or it's not going to work. It's dangerous, mate. That is a dangerous pattern to build in to your arsenal. You don't you want to have your arsenal, your tool belt full of resources and full of triggers that you can just go fucking bang. You come up. This comes here, bang. This comes up bang. In a position where ultimately you've got all the weapons you need to handle all the different types of challenges that you will face. And a lot of the times it comes down to not being super disciplined, just being disciplined long enough so it becomes part of your makeup. Being effective with how you structure your time, having the right environment in your corner and then applying that level of non negotiables in planning your work and working that plan around that time structure so that you don't need to rest or rely on willpower. Willpower is almost a fucking scam. I'm telling you man, it really is. Your willpower is a level of energy that generally is hard depending on your fatigue levels and energy you have physically and mentally throughout the day that wavers and ultimately goes down more and more and more, which is exactly the same as motivation, which becomes a state of fleeting. But you hinge so heavily upon it to get the results and rewards you want in your life. You're constantly in limbo. You are literally drifting and floating through life. It feels like smoke and mirrors. I just don't where am I? Here I am or what's that who is this bloke? You're looking in the mirror and going I don't even know where I am, what direction I'm heading in and I can't even see clearly. You don't need that, you don't want that. You don't need excess amounts of discipline, you don't need excess amounts of willpower. What you need to do is set yourself in this now to get the low hanging fruit and create non negotiables. Have the right environment and tribe in your corner. Be effective and structure your time the right way because structure is massive. Everything physically and mentally around your life is built and improved upon the structure. You have to move forward and get those runs on the board. Very quick example, recording this. I Woke up at 4:30. That's never easy. Yes, I've woken up earlier plenty of times. I've been in this office at 2:30am before when I was doing those writing and creating those books and those audio books just to get ahead of the world before I got hassled, you know. And the little man number three was, he was almost going to come at 26 weeks. That's pretty dangerous. Obviously you guys know that's very, very early. So for months because he ended up coming around 37 weeks. So for nearly three months and I am on the edge, hustling and hooking in. Hard to finish those five books in time. Yeah, I got up pretty early but I got up early at 4:30am If I set that snooze button my day's gone complete chaos. Up at 4:30, gym at 4:45, get back at 6, make breakfast for the girls, set up their routine. Little man comes up, he wakes up, give the missus a sleep in. Then I take them to swimming, do some educational stuff with them at the moment because they're not going to daycare, take them swimming. We have a family outing, swimming, come back, organize a few things for my members at home and a few different bits and pieces. Got some new members that came on board, onboarded them, head straight to the office. I've got my day in the office right here and now had the podcast set up, had different advertisements set up that I'm doing. Having a look at our coaching structure and what we're currently doing to roll out for the dads, our different challenges. All things around RDM beautiful. About to head home after this podcast. Help out with family with the dinner, then some more work afterwards, then some time with the Mrs. It's all set. Time of the Mrs. Is only a Little bit. Today we've got a date night on Wednesday, Thursday morning and Saturday night it's all set. Like you're not, you're not being a robot. You've got a thousand minutes a day, mate. 1,000 minutes a day. That's it. You sleep for seven hours and 20 minutes. That gives you a thousand minutes a day. How are you chewing up your time? How are you spending or investing your time? Because when you create that structure in place for me, if I don't go to the gym early this morning and get a fucking phenomenal session out, mentally and physically and time stream structure wise, I have lost. I started this day with complete control and I've already had probably seven or eight challenges, but I've dominated complete domination. Why? Because it's on my terms. Do you have to wake up at 4:30? Of course not. It's your time, it's your day. Structure it how you want, but the reality is if you don't build this in, you're not nurturing the subconscious that rules 91% of your body, mind and life to move you forward in the right way. The most powerful is the conscious, because that can change the subconscious. But the subconscious mind and how that operates is tens of thousands of times more powerful than what you can consciously put out. I think it's 40,000 Mbps. If they broke it down to computer frequency, computer rate, speed, rate, and conscious is 40, 40,000, 40. Which is why when you're consciously present right here and now, like listening to this or watching this, there's only one thing that matters in your life. I'm a part of your reality right here and now. You can only focus on one thing at a time. Leave multitasking to the women. It's a fucking scam. If you write A to Z and time it and write 1 to 26 and time it. And then write A1, B2, C3 and time that, it's exponentially slower. Just because you've added another element which creates at a multitasking element. Instead of a straight to Z or a straight to Z, It's A and 1, B and 2. And that has slowed you down massively. Try it. Do it. You'll surprise yourself. Well, you won't surprise yourself if you trust and believe what I'm saying. But that's the truth. One thing at a time. But that one thing is the most powerful and important thing. So when you're in those states of autonomy, I know how I've structured and set up that the day to day I'm evolving as a man in the three circles of significance that make my life, family, self service. I don't have to make decisions there. It's already removed. It's a non negotiable. I've removed the decision making process when it comes time to decide at that moment. This is the power, mate. As we finish up this podcast, I hope you've gotten value out of this. Diving to a little bit of the epigenetics with Bruce Lipton, man, that's the tip of the iceberg. We dive into some phenomenal stuff, but not, you know, white lab coat. You're never going to understand this. I'm a complete nerd professor and I'm going to show you how many fancy words I know kind of way. It's in a very structured way in our identity cycle. Master your mind book and also in the nutrition piece as well. That's important. You are what you eat, eats. So understanding how that affects you and you at a conscious level with your cells reinforces how important it is with the control center, the large portion of you that's connected to your heart as well inside of who you are, to turn up the right way and to plan the right things and initiate those. So you consistently, in the nows, in the present moments, moving forward and creating the greatest fucking recording over your subconscious so that when shit hits the fan, when the tough times come, when you feel like your back's against the wall, you push off that wall, you double down, you triple down and you move ahead and you are a fucking champion and you win. That's exactly what we do. That's why I am blessed to be here and I love what I do in rdm. Even though my career was shattered and destroyed with nine operations over six years and incredible hardships at such a young age, being overweight and obese and suicidal and depressed. And these are some massive hardships that I've overcome. Not just through being optimistic or being positive. That's a state that can come and go, but through building that optimism, through a recognition of action. Seeing what I've done and the changes I've made, seeing what I've done and the changes I've made. Fat, overweight boy, no one likes him. Everyone bullies him. Bang. Elite athlete, one of the best, like at the top, passing lots of, lots of people and then diving into different areas of work, business, service, serving people. It never gets easier, you get stronger. But because I've done that, that's just, that's autonomous. Any challenge comes my way, of course. I have initial reaction. Of course it's human to go, oh, what the fuck? What's going on here? How about this? That's bullshit. Yeah, I understand that we're human, emotions are important. But as soon as I dial that in, which is incredibly fast, I then create a flow and state of Auto Al, and he's Big Al and he's here to rock and roll and no one gets in his way. He doesn't lose, he wins. He's ultra competitive. In fact, there is nothing or no one as competitive as me when it comes to getting to that state. I'll do whatever it takes to win, and that's important. And when I'm saying that, I'm saying that against the little owl, the little version of the little voice inside, just like you have. So I hope you got a lot of value out of this podcast as we spearhead 2021 on the basis of pure domination and the greatest way you have, that, that's their word, that is our word for rdm, man, fucking domination. Because there is no alternative. There is no competitive, there is no survival, there is no existence. This is the quadrant that we sit in that we operate at. And we are high flies in doing so, because these are the standards we constantly reinforce through the biology of beliefs. What we believe in, this belief system, we put inside of ourselves, in our mind and our hearts and our soul to go, no, no, this is my will, this is my desire, this is what I must have in my life and this is what I'm going to do about it right here and now so that you know what? I don't even have to fucking think. This is just who I am and I'm a champion. I'm a winner, I'm a killer. I get after it, I get it done and I don't stop till it's over. Hope you enjoy this. Tune in for another episode sooner. Like I said, get that tribal podcast. Not the podcast, the audiobooks, the ebook and the video series, alexealdadmovement.com email me right now. Get it. You need to see the value of environment. Environment. Having the right structure, the right tribe in your corner and the right areas around that. And then building non negotiables into your life so you do win. You're not reactive, you're creative and you are creating the life that you want to win the second half and doing it without shakes and bullshit and everything else that exists is the. As the flashy object to steal your attention, to get you distracted and take you off the focus and the sole prize. And the number one prize. The number one fucking prize, man, that will only ever exist in life is you.
