Al argues that time and energy are the only two resources that actually matter. Everything else, including money, should be spent protecting and multiplying those two. He walks through how to measure your remaining hours and why most fathers waste both.

Welcome to another episode of our Real Dad Movement podcast. I'm your host, Al. And in this episode, we are talking about the only two things that actually matter in life. The only two. High form, Highest form. Highest forms of investment, highest forms of value that you will actually experience and use in this life. Can you have a guess? Can you have a think of what they are? Because when we are moving through the course of life and when we have fathers who are entering the second half and getting out there, and unfortunately, there are some challenging patterns that have been conditioned inside of them. And there's also good ones. Like, we're not all. We're not in the pit. Like, this isn't about guys who are in the pit reaching up, looking to be saved. This is about creating a higher level of excellence in our life. That sounds good, Al. What does that mean? A high level of excellence is ultimately being a high performance father. Everything we do, we get out there with not only the mantra, internally and externally, of we will find a way to win, to be the best we can, to serve ourselves and to serve others at the highest level, but also to draw from a level of clarity that brings purpose on why you are getting out there with gusto and giving everything full effort. This is the crazy thing, right? Because we get so busy as fathers wearing all the different hats, whereas men wearing all the different hats. Fatherhood's one of them, almost certainly the biggest. We go through the motions, and that doesn't mean it's bad. I've done sessions where we talk about going from good to great, but unfortunately, when you change in your life and you transform and create some sort of change, you do go from good to great. Or you may go from bad to good to great. Problem is, though, if you just stay there and you continually chew up, like I said at the start of this, the two most valuable resources, most valuable investments in this world, you start to draw back and go from great back down to good. The reason why is through the changing landscape of life, you getting older, things that are more challenging, less challenging, always chipping away at you, 70s, 80s, 90s, whatever age you live to be, there's always something, right? Which means if you're not steeling yourself for the next something and what can come, not that we welcome it into our life and not that we preempt or live through fear, but we know that it's a. It's a part of reality. You know, you can't have day without night, otherwise you wouldn't know what day actually is. You can't have good without bad, because there's no reference point for you to gauge how good or how bad something is. And a lot of that comes down to your experiences. So when you're staying the same, even though you might have hit great, so you might have done something in your 30s and it was great, it was amazing, you hit that. But now, if you are that same version, or that same mindset, or that same approach, or that same standard level of tenacity in how you get after things, or lack thereof, unfortunately, in your 40s, in your 50s, and I'm not talking about dad bods or things just slowing down, but through the rhythms and cycles of life and you organically, over time will face more challenges. You start to wane. And mentally you start to fall down into this pit. And it's a pit of acceptance. It's a pit of this just is what it is. Al, as you get older, that's bullshit. I've seen plenty of guys in their 70s that six pack or not, and they have, some of them have had them incredibly fit, strong and healthy men, fathers, grandfathers, maybe soon to be great grandfathers, you know, Then you see others who have used the exact same amount of time on this earth and they're sloppy and turned to shit. And not just physically. I'm talking about everything. Their attitude, their outlook on life, their approach, their lack of leadership or their actions, the way they influence others. Levels of control, levels of fear, hesitation, that all equals uncertainty. Obviously every human being wants certainty, right? You know, we love the unknowns in one area. Yes. Unknowns are what makes life curious, what makes life worthy and worth it to get after it and create and discover and explore. But ultimately, when you're seeking control outside of yourselves, you have no internal framework of who you are, what you can control inside of yourself. So when we're looking at ultimately these two most valuable resources, unfortunately it gets missed somewhere along the way where you don't have the clarity of who you want to become. You don't have the gusto to get after life and continually level up who you are. I mean, I'm never going to be the athlete I was in my 20s, but the guy in the version of who Al is the leader, how he handles himself, how he turns up. Ate that guy alive, he wouldn't even compete. Excuse me. It's the truth. The younger version of Al, no matter how strong and determined he was, is nothing compared to the version of Al that you see or hear before you today. So we look at expanding our life because even though you've done some great things. And you have. Everyone's done some great things. You have done some great things. Don't write yourself off. Don't say that your life's been useless or worthless. That's bullshit. Again, we're not here for victims either, you know. This is about highlighting change and excelling towards becoming a high performance father and maintaining that throughout the course of the second half, which you can. It'll be a new program. High performance grandfather. When we're looking at this, you need to establish clarity over who you need to become, why that's important, that you need that, that visions. We call it alignment. It's our first pillar of rdm. Alignment. Alignment's important. That's key. But you also need to use that and leverage that to continually expand and maintain a level of greatness. Because what you've done, the runs on the board and the great things you've done in the past will only become good. And good will become stagnant and stagnant will become breakdowns and you will implode. You will fall apart. There will be hardships that you cannot face. There will be tough times that come and collect you and sit you on your ass. Make no mistake, I've had plenty of those. Actually, I feel blessed in a way, although it's pretty challenging. And the negative Nancy inside of me, or the victim inside would say, yeah, I lost my 20s, completely lost a decade of my life to these traumas and hardships. That's not how I roll, because I don't have regrets because I'm better for it. And maybe that is the blessing that I've faced in my life. Went through so much adversity, so much hardship, getting bullied and picked on and just worn into the ground as a shadow of a teenager who wants to become a man because he knew he couldn't because of what other people were telling him. And he allowed that. And he fought out of a fear of failure. He fought, rose up, became an elite athlete still out of fear of failure. Yes, a love for internal greatness, but you need both of those. I agree, for sure. But fear of failure, being the only driver is a dangerous place to go. You won't have any fulfillment in life. You actually won't create the identity you want. It'll just be against other people and competing. But man, there's been some crazy shit that I've gone through. But we all have a story. How do we use the old stories to create better, newer, better stories in our life as we forge ahead? Because the past is done. The future isn't even relevant. That doesn't exist. It's a vision of who I want to become in the upcoming present moments. That's all we have. All you have is right here and now. Your focus, your attention should be completely undivided. You should be listening, taking in and absorbing this reality in the constructs of listening to my voice. What we're going through, how it can help you get out of your own way and break some of the molds and shifts, shift some habits, shift some actions to level up your life. This is important. Focus is a powerful thing, incredibly powerful thing. From that, your immediate reality, A, is exposed and B, becomes. And what I mean by becomes is literally where you focus will become your reality. So looking at these two investments, line of investments, these two resources to maintain, which is why you need clarity to maintain that level of greatness. All right, I've done some great things, but now I feel good. Now I just feel. I feel like I'm stagnant. I feel like I'm just going through the motions. It's just I'm sort of drifting. I'm trenching myself through mud, and the mud's heavy and my legs are getting tired and fatigued and almost like that mouse in the spinning wheel type scenario. Absolutely. You're not alone there either, mate. And you know what? The mouse might have big legs, but fuck, where's he going? Nowhere. Does he even understand what's happening? Almost certainly not. He's just stuck in this pattern, stuck in this rut. The only two things that matter in your life. Here they are. The two things that matter in your life are time and energy. That's it. Time and energy. You lose sight of that. This is the craziest part. It's not overly complex, simple. But we dive deep, we peel the layers back. I bring context to this so you understand at a better level. It's like saying, hey, we've all got 24 hours in a day. The fuck's that mean? It doesn't mean anything anymore. But when I say to you, hey, you've got a thousand minutes a day, when you sleep for 7 hours and 20 minutes, some may sleep a bit more, some a bit less, but you've got a thousand minutes a day to get out and fucking crush life, that changes your thinking a bit, doesn't it? If we say, what are we going to do this year? If I say, what are you going to do over the next 6083 hours? Because that's how many hours you have in 20, 21 or less now because we're working our way through the back end of February. That makes you think a bit differently, doesn't it? Not 365 days, 6083 hours sounds like a lot, but it's. I don't know, man. An hour goes pretty quick to me. I don't know about you. Just seems to fly, just flies. And my son in hospital last week and the other two have been sick, and it's just he's been in and out of hospital. It's a fucking nightmare in some respects, opportunity in others. Being the man and the husband and father I can be, and supporting my family, still crushing it at work, still training and exercising and moving my body. But that was one of the fastest weeks of my life, I reckon. I reckon it was definitely the fastest week. Crazy, crazy, chaotic and stressful. And I just handled it all, handled it all very, very well, as did my wife. But probably the fastest week I reckon I've had in at least a year and a half. Unbelievable. You know, it's all relative, right? Put your hand on it on a frying pan that's already heated up and a second feels like an hour, you know, this is what it's about. So when I say time and energy are the only valuable things or the two most valuable things in your life, and I'll paint this picture and bring money into this as well, this will really change your scope and thinking. It's fascinating. It's a breakthrough I had only a few weeks ago, subconsciously doing it. But I realized the greatest way to communicate my point around money with you, which I'll make in a minute. But those two things, whilst they can be simple, they lack depth and sustenance for you if you don't construct meaning around them and value to them to your current Life. Otherwise, you're 48, you're 58, you're 68. 78 if you make it there. If you don't. Yeah, the average age is 82. But like, fuck, man. Like, where you're at right now, even if you live to be that age, you've got a couple of hundred thousand hours left and you're done. Like, that's it. That's it. If you get 6,000 hours a year and you live for another 20 years, that's 120. Like, I mean, I'm very good at maths, but let's break this down slowly so you understand, because you're listening to this on a podcast, like 6, 6000 times 20 years. It's 120,000 hours of your life, how does that make you feel? And I'm not here to bring pain in your life or bring pleasure, but just almost a surreal feeling for me, anyway, every time I go through this, and a lot of the times I get goosebumps, I'm like, shit, man, even that's not finite. You don't even know. It could be less. I could get axed. In five years time, something could happen, I guess. Swimming, get eaten by a shark. We bring up the typical ones. Could get hit by a bus. Like, you know, all the different. All the different things that happen to people as bizarre, freakish accidents, but they happen. I might only have 30,000 hours left. I don't know. You don't know. This is my point, and this is the point of these podcasts. Yes, I feel blessed. I mean, it's not like I was born this way, but I feel blessed to have a creative scope that just peppers away at unique forms of bringing the same message. I get that. You know, I love, you know, the wizards and entrepreneurs and all the. All the business and mindset coaches, life coaches. Look, there's a lot of great stuff out there. I don't dive into too many of those things. I don't want to become someone who's scripted telling you the same thing. It's like, well, how do we. Yeah, that's good information. How do I break that down and make it more relevant for a father in the second half? Because no one's entering that space where they're actually communicating it properly. That's bringing a level of value over your time and your effort, your time and energy, which is your effort. And I do feel blessed for doing that. But I had someone the other day on one of my Facebook ads saying, is it just me or is this guy saying the exact same thing but with different words? On all of his ads, I commented or replied to his comments saying, yes, mate, and what is that message? What's the message that you keep hearing? See, even then, in his own right, he's focusing on the wrong things. Of course it's the same fucking message. What do you think it is? Like, what are we up to? 90, 92, 93 podcast episodes? It's always the same message. My message has always been the same. Consistently, seek growth in your life. Be hungry for growth in your life, to remove regret, which is the greatest thing anyone could ever experience or fear, whether it's a minute before you die, a day before you die, a year before you die, or 15 years before you bite the big one. And you're looking over the course of the last 40 years of your life and you're like, fuck, man, I made the wrong turns. You know, like, the message will always be the same to all of you. Get up, win that fucking second half. When dads win, everyone wins. It's very simple. Be a real man. Stand up with the fucking balls to look after your family and yourself the right way by being the best you can be. It's a pretty simple message, but unfortunately, if I just said the exact same thing all the time with the exact same words, we can all be a little bit thick, including myself, which means we may not hear the message properly. We may not hear the revelation or the breakthrough that's needed. It might be a specific cue, a time of day, a type of word, the way the word's written, the way the word's spoken that creates this shift for you, maybe for you, maybe if you look on some of our last episodes, things like what? You say yes, you say no to some of the different interviews we've done with other dads, hearing their words, how their life has changed. Pretty fucking simple, mate. You know? That's my response to old mate who reached out with that comment. It's like, of course it is. What's your point? So another way that we can look at the same message, which is you valuing yourself to level up and expand in your life, to grow and become the best you can for yourself and your family, because this is your world and you keep rolling into next present moments, next present moments, next present moments, either with joy and love and fulfillment in your heart, or seeking that, or getting after that, or out hunting life, which is a term I like to use, or sitting back, letting life punch you in the face and watching the next season on Netflix and sitting on your hands or throwing your hands in there, going, ah, it's just life. Or poor old me. Or someone burnt me 15 years ago and that would have been a great opportunity, but I didn't get it. So it's their fault. Fuck me. No, no. The choice is yours. The ownership's yours. There's always a way. There's always a path. Take it from someone who had no power, no power in the world. No girls like me. I got bullied, got picked on, sloppy, fat body, just looking in the mirror from the age of 8 to 16, hated myself. Like, in their important years. Like, I know we're older and we're all entering and in the second half now, but they are, they are the years with your hormones, with your Confidence with planting the seeds. They can shape your life. I was on a knife's edge, man, one way or the other. Like I feel blessed that something inside of me just chose to stop having McDonald's, stop drinking cordial and just start walking around the oval. As many laps as he could each day. It's crazy, man. I'd love to just peer back through and just watch him, just observe him because it just feels like lifetimes ago. No power. Turning it all around. Becoming elite athlete. No money. Had to sell my investment property because I couldn't afford repayments anymore. Career completely destroyed. Nine operations over a six year period. Body was just shattered. Shot to shit. Learning to walk again, learning to lift my arm again. Learning to move properly. Going from the pinnacle of a given sport right up there, which means obviously you're an extreme athlete and your performance levels through the roof to not even being able to walk, that's pretty tough mentally, man. Having zero money, needing to sell my, my home or my unit wasn't an investment unit. I was living in it. To living in Liverpool for a period of time. Getting electrocuted by the shower every day. The grass was up to about our waist high. Living in the back of a shack. I wasn't even in the house. I was in a shack with one of my mates at the time, James Sharkey, one of my teammates and you know, cockroaches and shit. There were things inside this shack that was put together with bits of wood that had aluminium foil wrapped over it were like, what the fuck is that? I don't know man. Just don't touch it, don't touch it, bro. After living with my grandparents for nearly a couple of years and being, I don't want to say burden but yeah, I put a lot of stress on them as well. They looked after me like they're, they're. Fuck, man. There are so many ways and times where we pull down, we pull away from ourselves or we think what we did do, Yes, I did some amazing things as well. We think that's the pinnacle and that's it. But looking back over the course of your life and finding the value in what you've gone through, to then use that value to move forward and say I must grow. There is no alternative. Time and energy. Time and energy. Coming to my point about money, this is why money can play an important role in your life. A really important role. Like yes, it's for survival. It's a roof over the head, it's food to eat. You might buy nice things and buy shit that doesn't even serve your stuff. That doesn't matter. And all the shiny objects, no worries, all good. Do whatever you want with it. But money is a phenomenal resource that can be used to serve you the right way and should be used to serve you. I've spent over 120 grand in coaches, mentors, courses, education programs. Easy over that amount in the last couple of years to really start exponentially leveling up my life because I realize the value of what it beholds. When the guys pay me money inside of rdm, they're paying themselves. I am the vessel. They're channeling who they want to become. They are channeling time and energy, those two resources, right? Time and energy, they're channeling that through me. I am the vessel for them to fucking get their shit together and level up and win in life. And they're obviously connected to that. They believe in that. They see the results, the runs on the board, they see the culture. It's why they're here, it's why they stay. And not all of them stay. Some think I'm here to save them. I'm not. Which means they fall to shit. I fall apart. But I'm not left scratching my head anymore going, why does it work for him and not for him? We know the recipe. We've got it. It's done like it's there, man. Father's in the second half, in the second half, becoming a high performance father, winning and dominating in those three areas of his life. Family, self, service, like it's set. We have it. We have the formula, we have the code. We continually evolve and expand on it. Absolutely. It's fucking amazing how we keep improving. And I'm satisfied with life, I'm grateful for life, but why not try and do more? You know, I'm amazingly happy with where I am in my life and what I've done, what I've achieved. Doesn't mean that I'm finished. We've still got plenty of work to do. I'm not done yet. So when these guys paying me money, when you're paying money, when you're paying money to anyone for anything, if you're just pissing it down the drain and it means nothing, well, this is when, and this is the funny part, when you reflect over what I said earlier, those two most valuable resources, you're fucking your life away, both ends. Because what you've done is you've used those two resources, time and energy, time and effort. You've used those two in the past to accumulate the money. That you currently have. Yes, correct. You've used those two resources. You never get them back. The most valuable resources, you'll get energy again. You'll sleep and wake up, you'll never get that energy back. And that effort that you push, that experience that you have coupled with that time on that timeline of your life, you'll never get that back. No way. It's done. So you're using those two things, the most valuable resources on this planet, inside and outside of you, to accumulate money. And then you use that money, which is a byproduct, as a representation. And there's variances here, obviously, whether you have investment properties or slightly passive forms of income, active income, what sort of work you do. Of course there's slight variables, but the principal is the same. You are using that tough, hard earned money that's come from past time and energy to invest in present and future time and energy. That's a fucking waste. Perfect example. You want to go and buy some movies, Go and subscribe to Netflix. It might not cost you much. You want to go on different experiences that sedate or distract you, like drugs and alcohol, different forms of technology. Awesome. So you're sucking the life out of present and future time and energy, using past time and energy that you use to accumulate the money to buy those things or to invest in those things that aren't actually serving you and moving you forward and helping you grow. I hope this is really coming through clear, man. Like when you have this breakthrough, it is very eye opening. Some of you may already have it. You just don't realize how to package and put it together, like what I'm saying and speaking here and now. It's crazy. It's crazy. What I mean by crazy. It's crazy that people don't think about this. And then I might get people mad. Oh, it looks like he's here for money. I'm like, fuck, mate. Do you want someone to help you win the second half in life and completely transform your life for free? Do you expect that? Is that how much you value yourself? You value yourself so much that you don't want to actually invest anything in yourself. You just want someone to fucking walk across the fire for you. It's mind boggling, man. I can try to understand where they're coming from, but it's a place of victimhood that makes no fucking sense. And no one wins out of that. No one moves forward. So I won't, I refuse to. When you're looking at this, and that was my point, and money's A funny thing. I guess maybe it's a sensitive subject for some people. Maybe that's just a story in their head. Who fucking knows, you know, Money's all here. It's. It circulates, it transacts, it transfers. It is what it is. It's a form of resource, but it's a resource that's a representation. That's a source of value. That's a representation of the most valuable thing. Otherwise, it's just paper, just digits in your bank account. It's what it represents, which for a lot of you, like I said, there's slight variables. It represents the past, time and energy, two things you'll never get back that you've used to accumulate what you currently have in your pocket, which means when you're smart enough to know what it takes to expand and become the best version of who you can become, to have better time, better time management, better performance with that time in the future, right here and now and moving into the future, if you want better quality time, a higher level of time, a higher level of effort and energy that you're using that time with. What is that? That's your life, man. That's your experiences. It's the leadership you have with yourself, with your family, with your partner, with your relationships, with your business, with your work. If you want that, well, then use the money. Use the time and effort that you've already accumulated in the past through what has now become money, to invest it back into yourself so you can exponentially grow, which brings exponential rewards off the back of exponential opportunities. There's always a way, man. When you're looking at Steve Jobs, who created the iPhone, you're looking at any of the wizards all the way back to bloody Galileo. Like, all these crazy people that just stand out. It's like, why do they stand out? What did they invest? Which means when you are. And money was just one example, like the end, that's it. But you want to use money as a resource, which is a representation of past time and effort. Use it wisely, use it, get you a better. Use it to get you better time. Use it to get you better efforts, better energy, better performance, better results moving forward in your life. Like, that makes sense to me. That's why I don't blink. Like I said, invested over 120k easy in the last couple of years. Like, it's a given. Like, how can I not? It doesn't make sense not to, right? Because it's provided me the platform, the opportunity to birth RDM and to build rdm into a massive empire, that it's becoming like it, that there's no other way to look at it. But my point is this. Get that out of the way as well. When we're just talking about the two most valuable things in your life, time and effort, time and energy. Whether you're going to use that coupled with money or not, use it wisely to invest in yourself. Whether it's reading, whether it's this podcast. Here you go, this is yours. Like, you don't. I don't need your money to feed my family tomorrow. Have it. This is great. Dive into things that are going to help you get out of your own way. And your own way is the current version of who you are. So remove him. Remove your own roadblock to then find a next, better version of you. What does that look like? How does that man operate? What are the identity shifts that we need to make here? I used to feel funny about talking about creating an identity or creating an identity shift or changing your identity, because I'm like, well, hang on a minute. That means we're just cutting and throwing everything away behind us. No, you're not. It's like a sculpture. It's like Michelangelo's David. You're just carving it. You're cutting away a little bit of rock here, a little bit of rock there. You've got a massive amount of rock. You don't need to stick your tape any back on. I just carve it out. You fuck up the bicep. All right, trim out a little bit here, back into the elbow, up around the deltoid. Awesome. The arm looks good again, you know, like it's. I mean, personally, I would have put probably like a 12 inch cock. He obviously was pretty humble, so maybe that was why he was quite reserved there in that section. Or maybe he ran out of stone. Maybe he kept carving and he couldn't carve the perfect dick. I'll tell you what, it's an unbelievable artwork, like all piss taking aside. That is the point when you're looking at a sculpture like that, you are the artist. Your life over the decades and over the stages of your life is the stone. Like the stone is the stone. Whether it's a big or medium size, whether it's 43 years or 70 years, you don't know when your time's up. But it's the stone. It's a representation of life. When you're connecting to life, you are using time and energy, you are using time and effort to carve out the greatest fucking sculpture that you can for your life. From which when you're dead, your children, your grandchildren, your great grandchildren are looking up at this masterpiece going, have a fucking look at this. I can take a lot out of this. This can be an amazing blueprint for my sculpture, for my carving. I've got my stone now, but look at dad. Look what dad did. Look at the carving dad made. Or Granddad. Look at what Grant. Look at what great grand fucking puppy did. That's what I want now for me, because I know it's possible because I've seen someone so close to me do it. I haven't seen some tech billionaire do it. I haven't seen fucking this next latest crazed Hollywood celebrity do it. I saw my father do it, my grandfather do it. Look at the history. Look at the photos. Look at the experiences. That is time and energy, man. That is a collective or a byproduct of the two greatest resources that you and I will ever have. Time and energy. And with that, you live life. With that, you don't let life roll through you. One of my favorite sayings, life is like a grindstone. It can pulverize or polish you, depending on how you position yourself. Amen, man. 100%. You know, I know I'm not perfect, but I know I'll get better. That's a thing that I continually revisit as well, because what I'm doing has been exponentially growing over the last few years. Massive. Massively. Way more than I want as an athlete. Way more. That was a choice. There's always a choice. I want you to think as we wrap this up, I want you to think about your life. Think about the choices in your life. Think about who you currently are. Clarity is important. Use that to create alignment. Think about areas where, you know, you haven't really been holding the old pick and hammer. You haven't been chipping away. You've just been looking at it going, oh, man, it's such a big rock. I don't even know where to start. Start. It's like I did the legs, but I didn't even know how to do the torso, the midsection, the arms, the head. Like, if we're going to use that as an analogy, have a look at it and go, well, hang on a minute. There's only one way to. There's only one way to have the masterpiece complete. Better get the pick in hand and the hammer in hand and start chipping away. Like it. You start carving and creating. There's no blueprint. Like when I talk about rdm Having the recipe, the method, the tools. Absolutely. Yeah, of course we do. There's no blueprint to your life. You use the tools and the resources and the pathway to create your own, to create what you desire, to create what you want for you. Patterns. Absolutely. They're the same routines, habits, rituals. The good shit, the bad. Absolutely. It's why I'm so dialed into fathers. It's all I focus on. To the T, man. I can read it. I can see it. I can. I can feel it. I listen. I listen and understand. Absolutely. But it all applies to your life on a personal level. Like, it's you. It's your name, it's your life, it's your legacy, it's your leadership or not. It's your marriage or not. It's the respect and love of your children. Seeing the man with the fucking cape or not. He's just in rags, you know? This is always a choice. I need you to know this, mate. Time and energy, the two most valuable resources you'll ever use. Don't fuck around. Rohan, one of our members of rdm, he had a great saying. You've only got one. Don't waste your turn. And I really like that because of how simply it's put, because it's the truth. You're not in a dream. You're not into your 10th life or your 400th life or whatever Buddha thinks we should have. That's not your problem. When you're dead, whatever happens next will happen. That's not your problem. Doesn't mean you shouldn't have faith or whatever you believe in. Absolutely. We know there's more to this world than black and white, but it's exactly what that last word was that Rowan said. Turn. This is your turn. It's your turn now. The pick and the hammer, they're in your hand. Like it's your turn. It's your life. Don't waste it. Hope you've enjoyed this episode and really taking some fruitful thoughts with you to go, wow, man. My time and my energy. How can I spend this better? What am I wasting it on? What can I pick up? Look at the other episodes. Saying yes, saying no. Like a lot of the other episodes previously that we've done, the latest ones, they're all great, but some of the latest ones, it will start to paint a really clear picture on you, seeing where life is not serving you, where life can serve you, and then starting to bridge that. Starting to bridge the gap from that A to B with the two things, the only two things that will ever matter in your life, which is time, energy. Because they're two things. A, we'll never get back, and B, they're limited almost on borrowed time, so to speak. Hope you enjoyed this episode above all else. Get out there, take action. Do something with what we've presented today, what you've gone through. Shift your scope of thinking. Apply the thinking to then your words. Reading, speaking, saying, writing, behaving, believing, acting and becoming. And make this, make this a second half where you do win. There is nothing else but victory.
