Al explores lead and lag measures: the daily actions you control versus the results they produce. He frames personal leadership as building systems and habits that reliably move you toward who you want to become, using the TAV framework (Targets, Actions, Version) to bridge the gap.

Foreign. Podcast. I'm your host, Al, and in today's episode, I'm asking you the question, are you a leader or a lagger? What's a lagger, Al? What do you mean by that? Lead and lag measures are a common term or method or approach to define ultimately the goals that you have and the actions that you take. When we're looking at being a leader or a lagger, I'm putting a bit of a spin on this in identifying who you choose to be by who you are engaging yourself with more often than not in the version of you and the actions that define you. Because make no mistake, lag measures are an action as well. You're setting goals, you're creating goals, you're creating some level of true north. And whilst they hold a level of purpose and significance in your life, unfortunately, if someone's going to be defined in our terms as a lagger, it's someone that just has that pipe dream. That's all they're looking at. That's all they're left to manage with. They're not actually ultimately looking at the actions that they can influence and control that will lead to that end outcome. This is a critical thing and it was a really big breakthrough for me in my life as I look. And you're really going to enjoy this episode because it's going to give you a way to explore practices inside of your own life and how what you've done in your own life has ultimately either bridged the gap between where you are and where you want to go, or created an even bigger chasm or void in what it is that you desire in your life and ultimately why you haven't gotten there. Which is the difference between lead and lag measures, leader and lagger. It's something that was a real big breakthrough for me, getting back to my point on that, because ultimately there are two realities, and I was creating two realities, but they weren't connected or aligned. One reality was in my head, my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, my belief system. And the other one was the real reality, the real world. Not that it's not real inside your head. I'm being a bit of a smartass there, but truth be told, that is the external world from which you are experiencing life as a human being, as an animal, as some sort of creature on this planet, using your sensory receptors in touch, sight, smell, sound and taste. Can't miss that one. Food's amazing when you're using that. Yes, it matters. The external world matters. Your external reality matters. You need to Understand that, man, you are fucking one in the same. You cannot disassociate between the two. You can reconnect with the deeper level on certain ones, whether it is in the real world or whether it is taking time out, creating space, meditating, yoga as a form of that, walking as a form of that nature. Reconnecting, using the senses to your advantage, really nourishing and nurturing your brain, your heart and your feelings to slow the world down and go within. That's an important part of life. But it was a big changer for me because I've always been someone who's always believed in himself. I've never gone, gone down without a fight with some of the hardships, challenges or failures. And I've always stood up for what I believed in. And that's something I'll challenge you on today. But not in a way of just words or a belief, but the whole hog, the whole nine yards, your entire life. Like, do you stand for something or do you fall for everything? You need to really ask yourself that question, mate, because if you don't fucking stand for something, ultimately your life is going to be determined to you, by you, for you, with external things in which you'll fall for everything because you don't have your shit together. And you're leading as a lagger. You're leading your life as a lagger. Yeah, there's no such thing as poor leadership. Because if you're poorly moving forward in the actions you take, yet you hold positional influence over others, you're no leader at all. You're not a fucking leader. I don't care what you say, that's a contradictive term. There is no poor leadership because there is no leadership to us. That's our standard, that's our terms, that's what we define. So when you're looking inside of your life at being a lagger, you're setting goals too far. You're focusing on those goals. You're not driving the actions that can lead to those goals. Or you're floundering in what I call a bounce or a hop between two areas of life that actually don't exist, or two timelines or two time frames that don't exist, past and future. What happens is people bounce. They bounce between past pleasure or pain, future fear or fantasy. And when you do that, what you are doing, and I'll come to my point shortly, with what lag and lead actually means on a specific level for you. But when you're doing that, you are drifting and floating through life and life is ultimately rolling through you and controlling and maneuvering and pushing you around. Now, I'm not saying that life is the big bully in the playground that you need to stand up to, but fuck, man, you better take ownership over it and dictate who it is that you want to be in your life moving forward and what defines that for you internally and externally, what you desire and the actions that back that up. Bridging the gap, building the bridge from version A to version B of who you must become in your life. Non negotiable. This is who I am. I would rather die a young and fruitful life standing up for something that I believe in. Not that what I believe in and stand for inside of RDM and the phenomenal message and vision that it is and practice that it is for fathers is something that's life threatening. But I would rather have that than live life as a sheep. Getting fucking determined, getting dictated to and getting my life determined for me. Because what I'm doing is bouncing between these two timelines that don't exist. Past pleasure or pain. Whether it's a nostalgic sense or pain that's ultimately rigging you for disaster, detrimental change. Because life is change, you think you're going to stay the same. You're not living out of fear, living in a state of constant fear, chaos or panic or future fear or fantasy. Being afraid of the future, being afraid from the past, having fantasy. This is what I desire. These are the dreams that I have. This is what I want. This. This. This. The law of attraction doesn't work that way, mate. You probably learned that one by now. You can't just think of something or desire something or dream of something and all of a sudden it happens. That's what lag is do. And when we're looking at lag measure, and this is where it'll come to a point if you don't quite understand yet. A lag measure is something after the fact. It's done. The past is fixed. What's happened has happened. It's fixed. You can't. You can't change that. It's done. The future doesn't even exist. Like it's a. It's a transparent optical illusion, you know, like a gas. It's not. It's not a solid or a liquid at all. Crazy part with life is though, like the now sort of exists, but then it doesn't as well. Like the now for the last six or seven minutes of delivering this podcast is almost certainly in the past. Yet it feels like the now, because it's a collective of, like a timeline of a comic, you know, someone slowly moving their hand in a direction. They're all one specific moment or moments in that time. Yet with our brain collectively, this podcast is one present moment, isn't it? Just like it is for you collectively. Reading the comic and seeing the superhero move from point A to point B feels like it's one man, when it's not. It's a snapshot of life. That's what motion is as well. Motion is a snapshot. If you freeze frame it, it's actually one thing. If you see a shooting arrow, the arrow is in one spot. Go to the next frame, it disappears and reappears in another spot, slightly forward relative to the surroundings and the environment. This is the same with your life, man. Like when we're looking at lead and lag measures, are you a leader or a lagger? Being a leader is someone who defines the actions necessary to reach the goal, from which, after that, the fact determines him to be a leader. That's why I call lead measures. Yes, it's a bit of a play on words, lead and lag, leader and lagger. But ultimately, if all you are doing is looking at your lag measures and that's all you do, and you're not doing anything else but that, and you're trying to manage that, you're living in the past, man. And then you live it in a past with a void or a chasm so large that you constantly referring or reflecting on past events, past things that have happened, and then you're trying to connect that with the future desires. And there's a whole whirlwind of confusion because you're not taking the right fucking actions by leading your own life and by creating lead measures to move forward in appropriate way, this is where lag measures can play an important role in your life. Perfect example. And it's very simple, very easy, fast to go into. All right, cool. I want to lose five kilos. No worries. Cool. That's a lag measure. All right. That's what I want. I want to lose five kilos before winter. Okay, cool. Awesome. It's got a big goal. I want to go from 115 to 110 kilos by winter. It's eight weeks time. No worries. You've got an X to Y by Z, right? There's got to be deadlines if this is going to work for you. There must be a deadline, there must be a pathway. It's got to be relevant. And this is what I mean. When I spoke earlier about you finding a way to specifically apply what I'm talking about here to your life, let's create a goal. All right? That is a lag measure. Firstly, why are you even doing that? What's the purpose behind it? What's going to drive you? What will be your rod and staff emotionally when physically, structurally, you don't feel like doing it for yourself or turning up. There's got to be a driver for you must have relevance and purpose. There must be point A to point B. There must be a finish line, a deadline, an end game. Why? What is that? What does that look like? Okay, cool, Al. I want to go from 115 to 110 kilos in eight weeks time. No dramas. Awesome. Cool. So what are you going to do about it? Are you just going to go on a diet? You're just going to piss in the wind and hope that everything will be okay by doing an extra walk every single week? Or are you just going to cut out carbs, you're going to cut out dairy, cut out gluten, you're going to go on a carnivore diet, all protein. You can't just make statements or choose philosophies or values or methods that don't have an applicable process to what we call lead measures, which is the actions that you are building to ultimately have a higher, higher consistent rate. Like it's not about the highest success rate initially, but a high consistent rate of success. Okay, cool, Al. Well, this is what I'm currently doing. This is my point about bridging the gap. This is the version A, this is who he is. He currently does these habits and these patterns. Alright, cool. Let's alleviate a few of those. Let's strip them down a little bit. You know, maybe you shouldn't be going and having chocolates at fucking 10 o' clock at night. And maybe should cut the wines from three down to one. That's a great start. Awesome. Cool, Al. Well, my lead measures are going to be no more than six wines a week. And on top of that, no more chocolates and no more snacking after dinner. Dinner will be the last meal. Awesome. They're good lead measures. You can track them, you can build data. They are influenceable, you can influence them. You have a level of control over them. You can't go saying, hey, I'm going to achieve this goal. And the goal is hinging or determined by the environment. Because you can't control the rain, you can't control the sun. When it's something you can control inside of yourself, you have influence and power over it. And if it's relevant and has a purpose towards the end goal, the end game, the lag measure, well then what you're doing is you are bridging the gap. This is what I need to do. Al Eight weeks time, I need to have less than 50 glasses of wine. Done. Eight weeks time, I'm going to allow myself maximum three times to have desserts or snacks. If I do have functions, occasions, birthdays, weddings and whatnot. Awesome. Eight weeks time out, I'm going to meal prep every single Sunday. So that's eight meal preps. That's going to last me with my lunches to win at least until Thursday to have good structure inside of my life. Great. Beautiful. Well done. These are the lead measures. Can you see now the difference between having a lag measure and saying this is what I Want to lose? 5 kilos. Awesome. How I'm going to go about it. I'm just going to be someone who's floundering and jumping into all these different shiny objects and silver bullets to try and get the approach instead of installing the right championships, habits and processes that to move your life forward with control and ultimately with certainty, like, this is the big thing, man. We need to understand when you want to go seven layers deep into your whys and ask all these different moving parts about the psychology behind. It's the same thing for every single human being. They want control. Why is that important? Control brings certainty. Certainty brings freedom. Freedom is ingrained in us at the deepest root level, spiritually, emotionally, how we're connected to other human beings, physically, part of our DNA, our genetic makeup, our ancestry, all of the above. It's what drives us. And with that freedom comes opportunity to create, to become the creators. Because you are a creator in your life. You are creating your life. And from that comes opportunity for growth and seeking that growth. And this is a crazy conversation I had with my wife as well as talking about this just as an offshoot. It's relevant absolutely to lead and lags and being a leader or a lag. But we spoke about movies like, you mean Dupree? And even people who might, you know, someone's down and out, so they move in with a friend or they move in with a housemate or something for a period of time, just so they can get back on their feet. And there's always irritation. Everyone settles, right? Everyone has a settle point for growth or for the type or the range or the height of growth that they desire. I understand. And get that? And that's cool. You know, people may not grow the rate that I'm growing at. And that's all right. It's their life, man. It's awesome that you're growing. You consistently seek that. But there's always friction. For example, if someone is homeless and they move in with a mate for a period of time, if they sit on the lounge eating fucking cheesels and watching television and there's no period or showing of growth or striving to grow and become more and change their circumstances, that's what leads to the frustrations and the breakdowns. And this is the conversation we have. We're like, well, fuck, you know, like we talk about growth. Every human being is attracted and drawn to it. It's just they can spot it and notice it in other people when they don't bring up their own fucking truth and look inside of their own lives and their own house and their own household and what they need to do to focus on themselves to continue to grow and move forward. But they can judge it, they can see it, they can observe it, and they don't like it, they don't approve, they don't agree with it. And that's true at every level. Even if you're a fucking bum and you're a druggo out on the street, you could have someone who's a lesser bum, even more of a drugger than what you are. And you will look at them sometimes with judgment or disdain or not valuing who they are because they are not seeking a level of specific growth to the standards or the settlement that you've defined. This is the breakthrough that I want you to have, though made inside of your own household and your own life. When you're seeking control, certainty and freedom in your life, the greatest way to have that is bridging the gap between point A to point B. And the greatest way to have that is through building championship habits and becoming a high performance father. The end. This is what I stand for. There is no middle ground. There's plenty of grays. There's plenty of empathy, there's plenty of love, emotion, connection. I am someone who wants you to win. Make no mistake. I'm not binary. I'm not a computer, I'm not a robot. But this is what we stand for. And if you don't stand for that, you will fall for everything else. You'll be caught in this, this tussle, in this tornado, in this whirlwind of your own life, your own bullshit, where you've got standards in some things and you don't in others, and all of a sudden you're a fucking hypocrite. You don't rise to the occasion because you're just focused on past pleasure or pain, future fear or fantasy by being a lagger in your life that talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk, when all you really needed to do was adopt the HPF method, which for us, in becoming a high performance father and maintaining that which is a huge part of the vision of what RDM is. And being a real dad in this real dad movement in life and being a true leader is building the systems, creating behavioral shifts, executing to create patterns and frequency to turn what is that you desire into autonomy in the habits you instill in your life and install in your life to then create the desirable outcome that you want to achieve. I'll go through that again. I know I've done that in another podcast episode before, but this is what you need to do. Systems, you can have the greatest action in life, but if you don't have it in the right order, you're fucked up. What order are you doing things day to day, week to week, month to month? How are you carrying through your life? And it's not hard, it's not overwhelming. You don't need to plan what you're going to do on day 87 of your 90 day plan of your three month high performance FAFTA journal. You don't need to do that. Where are we moving and why will ultimately determine the approach that you have with the systems in place. What's the order that I'm doing it now, day to day? Like, you know, if I train early in the morning before the kids wake up, or if I train at 6pm when everyone's having dinner. Hey, training's an awesome thing to do. Exercise, mental physical stimulus release. But if you do a 6 o' clock when it's dinner time, mate, it's probably not going to go over well with the missus and the kids, right? Systems, what's the order in which we do things? Behavior. What's your mental attitude and approaching how you're turning up frequency patterns? How often are you doing that to turn it into a habit, make it autonomous, and then ask the question, how is this moving me forward and why am I doing this? Can you see with that approach alone when we're talking about being a leader and not a lagger, that the leader is someone who has lead measures that defines the actions physically and mentally that are necessary for him to reach his goal? Deadline, awesome end game, awesome lag measure, good starting point. But don't ever sit back and go, this is my true north owl. This is what the real owl looks like. This is what the version M of owl looks like or the Z of L. Let's go from A to Z and let's just look at that and spend time on that. I talk about having the I DM ranch. I talk about reaching millions of fathers, all that sort of stuff, and having multiple ranchers across different countries and having this global influence and Real dad movement and what it stands for. That's all great. That's all well and true and I love that and I feel blessed that it's a part of my makeup, but B, something that I am heavily and deeply connected to and aligned with. If you want to talk about our brand promise, our promise, our. Not our vision, but this is our promise from me to you. With Real Dad Movement, it's guiding fathers on a pathway to growth, using our coaching, resources and education for a life of purpose and significance. The end. Like, it's something that is so ingrained and a part of me, but if I live and breathe that every single day, a lag measure, which is so far away, which is something that can only ever be determined after the fact of whether it's true or not. And the fact is the actions and the time I spend in pursuit of that, I'm lost. I've got no idea what to do. I'm fucked. Or I can peel that all the way back and go, what am I doing this month, this week and today to move forward. Which is why I love our high performance father journal. And we've got some coming out for all fathers, not just those on the inner circle. And these are fucking amazing. Like, nothing has changed my life more than this journal. And it's not a journal where you write 5,000 words every single day. It's incredibly specific and relevant. Fathers, there's nothing like this journal in the world. But just stay tuned for that. We'll obviously have updates and that'll be available shortly. It's incredible, man. It really is. What it's done is it's helped me focus on becoming a better leader in my life by identifying what the lag measure is, but then using lead measures to get there. Just like the dads, when we're tracking their data, when we're looking at their data, are they red? Are they orange? Are they in the green zone? Are they blue ribbon? They're winning this week. Awesome. You're a blue ribbon winner. Well, Done. This is what you've done. It's what you've done. It's after the fact. How do we use the facts to then create better future facts? Well, by installing the right habits. How do we install the right habits? Well, by creating right measures from which to gauge where you are now to where you want to get to. Lead measures. That's what a leader does. Hard part with this, though, mate, is you're heading into the unknown. You're stepping into constant unknowns in your life. That's what being a leader is. There's lots of unknowns. Yeah, there are variables, yes, there's equations, yes, there's likely outcomes. But if you live your life with assumptions or expectations of outcomes, mate, you're in for a lot of pain. Make no mistake on that one. Whereas, yes, I don't have assumptions, but yes, I have expectations on standards, I have expectations on actions and excellence in those types of actions. Absolutely. But when you define your life as someone who takes lead over his own life by building the right actions with relevance towards the goals that he desires, all of a sudden you have a blueprint, man, and it's a universal blueprint that every father can instill stalled in his own life. It must be in order, though. What are the systems? What's your mental attitude like? What's the behaviour? What's the pattern? How often will you do this? You can train once a week for the next 20 years and it'll do fuck all. Or you can train three times a week and you're going to get great results if it's specific for you, with the right reasons, with the right lead measures to get the lag measure and the outcome that you desire. Or you can train five to six days a week in the wrong areas and you can completely break down and be fucked after a month and have injuries and you're even worse. This is why being a true leader, not a lagger, a visionary who's just dreaming and not taking action and backing it up, being a real leader, defining the actions you need to take with relevancy to the purpose of who you are, with a clear point A to point B, and using that as a guide and a guide only for 5% of the time, to then reflect on where you are now, today is the only way forward, because it is in this motion that you are living. The current now and the future now is which roll in again, again, again, again, minute after minute. Here's another future in the now, another future in the now, another future in the now, like it just Happens, man. Have a look at it. I'm recording this. It's the first. The first day of Q2, you know, welcome to April. April 2021. Like, how does that make you feel when I look at this? And I'll just bring it up here like this. This. This is the perspective I want you to think about as we wrap this episode up. And just touching on the spine, the spine of rdm, the spine of being a high performance father, high courage, long commitment. That gives you certainty. That's what this is about. Courage, commitment and certainty. When I look at this and I bring this open, this is what I want to. I want you to visualize as we wrap this up and use this for yourself. It's not about 24 hours a day, 365 days in a year, all that, that shit's gone. You're desensitized, that it means nothing. And when I say, how are you going to look in your children, your grandchildren's eyes when you're on deathbed going, fuck, I wish I drank more piss and watched more Netflix, how will that make you feel? Well, how about we look at this? Okay, let's look at the breakdown. When I want to talk, lag measures. Right. Just to wrap this up, because I want to give you transparency and show you some insights into our journal, the next 1000 days. That's the title. That's three years. And don't get. Trust me, I love my maths. Don't talk to me about it being, you know, a thousand and eighteen days. Next thousand days, bang. When we break that down into seven hours and 20 minutes sleep every single night, that gives you 1,000 minutes a day. So when we break that down, this is what comes after that title. When the next 1 million minutes passes in your life, where will you be and why? Key three and three. Three words that describe who you are, who you've lived as, and who you wish to become over the next three years that you must be now. For me, I'll share this with you. It's pioneer, strength and relentless. They're the three words that will define me. I am pioneering, we are pioneering into this space that is needed for fathers all over the world. Strength and relentless. 100%. What are the feelings you want to have in the outcomes you desire? Family, self and service. What are the outcomes you want to have from the actions that you'll take to experience the feelings you desire? Family, self and service. What are the actions you need to take to achieve the outcomes you desire, causing a shift in your identity? See, when we're talking about lead and lag measures, leaders and lags, inside this journal we've created something called the tav, which stands for targets, actions and version. What are the targets that you desire in your life? Awesome. Great. There's your lag measure. What are the actions that you must take from which after the fact, the targets which you're influencing have the highest chance of success? V TAV version. Who must you become to execute on those actions, to have the highest chance of success to achieve those outcomes? Targets that you desire. Cool. Then we break it down 12 months, 6083 hours, and then this quarter, the next 1500 hours. Awesome. This month, this week, this day. You know, when you break it all down, mate, it's not about spending and living life in what I'm going to be doing in three years time or 12 months time, or in quarter three of 2021. Quarter four of 2021. I can now look back and reflect over Q1. That's passed, that's gone now. Awesome. What have I achieved? What have I learned? What do I need to do to keep moving forward? Q2. Beautiful. What do I need to do in month one of Q2? Awesome. What I need to do in week one of month one of Q2? Stay with me here. Awesome. What do I need to do today to move forward, to win the week so I can win week one, to move forward and build momentum to win week two, to win week three, to win week four? Bang. Month one is done of quarter two. Now we're into May. What do I need to do in May? Week one, day one, What I need to do in June. When you do this, mate, you are so fucking focused and in control of the thing that matters most and the only thing that exists in your life, which is the now, which means you move from being a laggard that just lives in the fucking fantasy land or in the past. Trust me, I've done that plenty, man. I'm someone who's born and been built up with amazing belief that I can do anything in this world. Unfortunately, that didn't ring true for a large portion, but it also did for another portion. Becoming an elite athlete, you know, on. On the stage of rugby league in 18 months, that's very fucking fast. So I can perform, I can produce. But ultimately there are three levels to your life right now. You're in the second half or entering the second half. It's family, self and service. And you're building a legacy, a dynasty of what will remain when you are gone. That's a very powerful thing that you can influence when right fucking now, excuse the French, but that's the truth, mate. Like, honestly, you need to be invested in who you are now. You need to understand where you're going. If you maintain the current course, then you need to define where you want to go. Then you need to peel that back and look at the lead measures. Okay, well, what actions are going to get me there? All right, this is what I desire. Cool. That's after the fact. I want to lose weight. I want to reconnect with my. I want to get my shit together. I want to build my business. I want it to explode. I want to provide more value and service. So. They're awesome. They're great, man. They're awesome. They really are. Well done. That's a desire. Let's pull that back to the real world now and look at the actions you need from which that becomes a byproduct. That's just a benefit. That's a side effect. Well, of course, I've achieved X, Y and Z out. Look at the version of who I am. Look at the actions that I take. Of course, that's the likely outcome. Goes both ways, though. Sweep shit under a rug. Don't bring up the truth. Don't be honest. Live in denial, man. The truth will find you. Don't worry about that. You don't even need lead and lag measures. They're getting dictated to you for you. And then build 1%. That's all you need. 1% every day. That is all anyone ever needs. 1%. And keep moving forward with that trajectory with a clear scope on where you want to go, but then stripping that back to where you are now and what the next step is, to move close to that, focusing on the one most important thing. You then find that that will serve you with more energy, more drive, more focus, more motivation than anything else. Anything. I promise you that. Anything else you can listen to, Rocky, you can listen to me and I can put some nice music in the background. I can pump you up and I can fucking gas you up and get your motor. No, no, no. That. They're all elements. They're all influences that come down to the core being of who you are, where you are right now, what are the actions you're going to take, what are the leads to become a leader that you can then determine for yourself, that can lead to the outcome and the result, bringing with it fulfillment, significance and purpose, achievement, contribution, family, self and service. You're not in this world on your own. I hope this has been a powerful and enlightening episode for you where you can start to break through some of the bullshit of your own stories, your own voice. The little version inside, like the little version inside man, he's not even relevant. Like he's past or future. He doesn't define who you are right now. He can influence you, sure, if you allow it. But I hope this has given you some insights into some tools and methods. Obviously, the journal is one that you should get. We all need that. And it's incredible how dull it is for fathers and wait till you see some of the other dads and their testimonials. But this is something where when you get clear on that and you have that clarity, you can then go forth and dive into using the two greatest resources you have, which is time and the energy to create effort coupled with that time, you'll never get those two back to. Then triple down and focus on what is your desire. What you aim at determines what you'll see. So let's look at the aim and get that aim right. And then let's open up the eyes and see what we need to see and create the lead. The lead measures the real actions to move us forward to become better leaders in our life and stand up and fucking stand for something instead of falling for everything and own our truth and move forward and grow and evolve. It's so crazy, isn't it? Like you, you look at your life and you think it's long. People talk about the long game. Hits it's way fucking faster than you think. You know that, I know that. And this, this effort, it's so applicable, it's so small, it's actually so simple. And when you do it, it's so easy. When you don't, it's hard. Absolutely, man. It's hard. Chaos, stress, hurricanes. Your life has fallen apart. When you dial it in, though, it's so fucking easy. Like, with less time, more stress, more pressure, more chaos than ever in my life. With family members having operations and all the moving parts of three kids under five and building out various courses, resources, building our coaching team, we're in a phenomenal growth phase right now through all that. With less time than ever, we are having more impact than ever. Personally, professionally, with myself, family and service, all because of what this episode means and what I've just gone through with you. And yes, a lot of the other episodes. But then dialing that into something physical and practical in the high performance father journal as well, it's incredible. Hope you enjoyed this episode and got a lot out of it. Join us for another episode where we peel the layers back on certain elements of this to help you execute. Execution is key, man. Building those principles and making sure that you do what you said you would do. It's all well and true to listen to the stuff I'm saying and then take in and absorb it. I appreciate that. Respect that awesome men like you. Take it and run with it. Don't just sit on it. Run with it and take action and build. Build the life and become that high performance father. You know you can.
