Hello, everyone. My name is Lucas and I'm here to give a personal testimony about working with Ali in the whole MBA process. As everybody knows, this is not an easy process. It's a long process. It takes a lot of time, a lot of effort, energy, and especially for me and my wife, this was a process of more than a year. And we were very lucky to have such a someone like Ellen besides us and supporting us throughout the whole process. We got a lot of denials in the middle. It took a long time to get the gmat and all the time she was there supporting us and helping us on getting to the next step. And I personally went through a lot of these people that do support with the application, and I've never felt so embraced like Ellen does. So when I think about the application, it's a time of a lot of stress. And you definitely want to be with Ellen because she is somebody that is going to be beside you. She's going to be somebody that's going to support you, that gives you psychological safety. I think that's the main thing. And another thing is that when I was in the process and the person that indicated me, indicated Ellen to me, said that what's different about her work is that she really reads what you're reading and she's picky. In a very good sense. She's somebody that's gonna read and it's gonna make you rewrite your essays all the time until you get to a point where it's very good, where it's excellent, it's something that you're gonna be proud of. So if I were to say everybody should work with Ellen, and I've been referring her to everybody that comes to me and asks for advice or who to take as a consultant for the MBA process, I was very happy and I'm glad that I had Ellen in my life because I don't know if my wife and I would be able to do it otherwise. So that's it. I'm very happy here. I'm at INSEAD now, actually. Ellen all the time told us to apply, and I'm really happy that she pushed us to. To be here because it's an amazing school and I've been meeting a lot of different people, very talented people that are taking me to the next step. So that's it, guys.
