Hey, guys. So Ross just released their essay questions for this year, and I want to give you all the tips that you need to do an awesome job on essay one. So if you look at essay one, their question is essentially talking about how Ross really focuses on learning by doing and how you'll benefit from that and contribute to that environment. So the first thing that you want to do here is really do a lot of research into the Ross experience. They have the MAP project, which is a really famous part of the Ross experience, but they also have a lot of new opportunities that they've called the kind of real program. So there's real invest and other type of things. So look into those and see which ones are going to help you reach your goals. And instead of saying things like, oh, I'm really excited about the social venture fund, for example, say, I'm excited about the social venture fund, and here's how specifically it's going to help me reach my goals. Finally, you want to talk a little bit about how you can contribute to Ross in this environment. So thinking about specific things like your experience and how classmates can learn from you is going to work great here.
