If you want to get into Wharton, you have to show these three things in your application. Number one, your analytical abilities. Wharton is tough and its students are really, really smart. Show your intellectual horsepower through strong grades, high test scores and by highlighting relevant personal and professional experiences. Number two the ability to work well in a team. Teamwork is super important to Wharton. It's the only school that has a team based discussion for its interview. So in your application, show off times where you've led a team or facilitated teamwork. You could even show both. Of course, it goes without saying that performing well in the TBD is critical. 3. A unique ability to contribute Wharton wants mature professionals who demonstrate a strong track record of contribution. They also want to see how you're going to contribute to Wharton specifically. So tell them about the unique professional and life experiences that are going to allow you to uniquely shape the diversity of the class.
