The 3 Things You Have to Show to Get into HBS

Ellen breaks down what Harvard Business School actually looks for: leadership, analytical aptitude, and community engagement. These three things matter more than your GPA or test scores alone.
There are three things you have to show in your application if you want to get into Harvard Business School. Period. I'm Ellen and I share all of the best kept secrets you need to get into a top mba. Habit of Leadership Harvard wants to see your leadership skills and potential. Demonstrate this through extracurriculars, community commitments, personal achievements, or even work projects that you've led. 2. Analytical aptitude and Appetite. Harvard is tough and its students are smart. Show this through strong grades, high test scores, and by highlighting relevant personal and professional experiences. 3. Engaged community citizenship Active collaboration is a must at HBS, so prove that you can collaborate and that you'll actively contribute to the unique diversity of the class. If you want to get into Harvard, make sure that you're showing all three of these in your application, and I think that's a secret worth sharing.
