Did you know that not sending a thank you note after your interview can lower your chances of success? It's true. Sending a thank you note gives you two clear advantages. First, you connect with the decision makers much more quickly, allowing you to influence their decision. Second, it's a kind gesture that makes you seem like a nice person. Always a plus. When sending a thank you note, follow these best practices. First, keep it concise. I recommend one paragraph two. Be sincere and authentic. Nobody likes used car salesman vibes. 3. Send it to the person who interviewed you and tailor it to your interaction. 4. Send it within 24 hours. Email and LinkedIn work great because timing is everything. By following these steps, you can give yourself an advantage over your competitors, and that's a win. For more tips on how to perform your best in your interviews, follow me.
