This is a YouTube video titled "Top B Schools That Don’t Require GMAT" created in June 2024 featuring Ellin Lolis sharing insights and advice on alternative ways to get into top business schools without taking the GMAT, including using the Executive Assessment or applying with a GMAT waiver. The content is a single-speaker informational presentation by Ellin Lolis.
Did you know that you can get into a top business school without ever taking the GMAT? I'm Ellen, and after 10 years as a top MBA consultant, I've uncovered a lot of secrets. This is one of my best ones. If you want to avoid taking the gmat, one of your best options is a more streamlined test called the Executive Assessment. With the ea, you can get into top schools like NYU Stern, Duke Fuqua, and even Columbia Business School. We've had tons of applicants get in using this test, so don't worry. You'll be just as competitive applying with the ea. Now, if you don't want to take a test at all, which I totally get, you can apply with a GMAT waiver to Cornel Johnson and Michigan Ross. Both of these schools take GMAT waivers. To get one, all you need to do is send an essay justifying why you think you deserve a waiver when you send your application. So whether you're having trouble getting a good GMAT score or you just want to hack, these options are great ways to ensure you get into a top business school. And I think that's a secret worth sharing.
