Hi, guys. Welcome back to my channel. It is a super exciting day. Today we are joined by Kira. Say hi, Kira. I've been very, very excited to record this case study. This is my first ever British YouTube case study, which makes this even more special. I started working with Kira in the middle of May, so around three months ago now. I still very much remember our first together. I believe she gave me the think about it objection, which is quite funny to look back on, but she pretty much got started straight after that. But I really do distinctly remember when I met Kira, I knew how well she would do in this industry and how well she would perform, the way she carried herself, which obviously I wasn't wrong. Here we are. I know at the time she was kind of worried about what her family would think and if she could actually be successful with this because this is quite an alien concept for most, but especially being from the uk, I recognized a bit of an internal battle, I guess I would say, where she knew she was capable of more. But as I said, like most young people in the uk do not invest in online mentorships, especially not women. Like, it's not the done thing, it's not spoken about. It's kind of seen as a scam. If you're buying anything online, it's hardly ever spoken about in general. Instead, you kind of get your good grades, you go to uni, you get a 9 to 5, you buy a house and you're done and that is it. So to go against that kind of norm is pretty uncommon common. But I noticed, just like myself, Kira had that fire in her that she wanted more. So cut to today. She's now gone on to 4x her income, and in her first ever month of closing, she made £6,000, which is just incredible. I know her story will definitely resonate with a lot of girls watching this, especially you girls from the uk, who have been sitting on the fence for a little bit, wondering what your friends and family are going to think, you know, if you try something like sales, wondering if you'll be judged even. And I. I really do know. And I hope Kira's story will show you that on the other side there's so much freedom and, you know, on the other side of that decision, you know, the freedom that sales can provide and the life that you can build, which obviously is why we're here today with Kira. So I guess just to kind of dive in, I'd love for you to share kind of your personal story, Kira. Like, what was it about sales for you and high Ticket sales that attract your attention to want to get in touch and get started.
Perfect.
Yeah.
Thank you for that, Shelly. I'd say, you know, I went to uni, studied uni for four years, studied politics, loved it, but finished and had absolutely no idea what I wanted to do. I'm from Cornwall, so there's not a lot of job opportunities down there. I actually started then in door to door sales. Did that for a few months. Loved the sales side of things. But, you know, knocking on doors can be tough. I then, you know, spoke to my boyfriend, he actually mentioned high ticket sales to me. I did my research, of course, discovered Shelley whilst doing that and yeah, was watching people, you know, have that financial freedom, have that time freedom and that's what I knew that I always wanted. So, yeah, just doing the research, realizing that that's exactly what aligned with me. Jumping on calls, having the conversations with people, that's things I love doing anyway, so I thought, you know, why not just give it a go?
Yeah, totally. And I mean, going from politics to sales is a bit of a, you know, 180. So what was it about sales for you, do you think, like from your research that made you want to get into it to do door to door sales in the first place and then go to high ticket? Like, what was that thing pushing you, do you think?
I think, you know, it's just like building connection with people as well, having, you know, those long conversations, understanding their needs and their wants and their reasons why as well. I think, you know, there was a massive crossover from what I was studying in terms of, you know, there's a lot of psychology in politics and I love that aspect of it. And of course there's so much psychology within sales. So I think it's understanding the prospect, you know, has always been my favorite part about it so far. And yeah, yeah, 100.
Just like getting to know new people, like meeting different people from all walks of life. That's something that you felt you enjoyed.
Yeah, absolutely. And you know, especially when, you know, they go through and then they come back to you and they're like, oh my God, thank you so much. Because at the end of the day they're always learning something new. You know, you're always sharing different things as well and that they might have never thought of and, you know, helping guide someone who might have those limiting beliefs and helping them overcome those thought processes and then seeing them have that realization, it's just like, wow, okay. You know, it's so. It's so rewarding.
Yeah, 100%, I agree. And I guess speaking about limiting beliefs, like, what do you think, if any, your limiting beliefs were? One, around sales and two, around mentorship and seeking that support coming into this industry?
Good question. I definitely had, you know, some imposter syndrome, you know, thinking, oh, am I going to be good enough? Like, I shouldn't be here. But I think it's so normal to have those thoughts. And like, looking back on it now, like, I definitely only had those thoughts because I cared and I really wanted to do well. So, you know, I quickly realized and Shelly, we've had so many conversations about this where, you know, I've messaged you and being like, oh my God, I'm struggling. Like, I can't believe that I'm doing this, making this kind of money. Like, what is going on? But yeah, I say the imposter syndrome was quite a big one for me, but, you know, quickly overcame that. And yeah, here we are today.
It's a really funny one, isn't it? And I know it doesn't sound relatable by any means and only if you're in sales will you get this. But when you make this type of money, you're like, what is going on? It kind of makes you feel anxious that you're making this type of money. Like you would think. And again, I know that's kind of not relatable whatsoever, but you'd think, like you'd want unlimited money. Money falling from the sky when you go into sales. It's like, that's the fun of it, but actually it's nerve wracking. And I remember when I kind of took my career to the next level on a different offer, I was not nervous that I wouldn't do it. I was nervous of having that amount of income and that kind of responsibility. So it definitely is a, it's something that I don't understand why and I can't explain, but it definitely is a funny one. Like you almost think, are you that person who should earn that money? In a way, Is that kind of how you felt too, or.
Yeah, absolutely. Like, I remember closing my first deal and I called my boyfriend straight away and I was just like, how did that just happen? Like what? Like how? Like. And then also receiving, you know, my first pay slip and it's just seeing that money sitting in my bank account and it's like, how, like, I knew it was possible, but I just never thought that I would be doing it at the age of 23. You know, with all of that time freedom and location freedom that comes along with it. I always thought that this is something that was going to be happening, you know, much later down in life, but now that I'm actually living it, like you just said, it's just. It's crazy. Sometimes it's crazy. You just sit back and think, wow, okay. Like, I wish I had done this sooner, you know?
Yeah. 100. And I'm sure it's like this in anywhere around the world, right? But I think especially for us being from the uk, it's not the done thing for young people. Like it truly isn't. You think older man or when you're in your 30s, 40s, 50s, you have like a product business or a bricks and mortar business, or like a trade business and that is how you're wealthy or you invest in property, buy and flip houses. Like that is really. I don't know about you, but for me, the only place I ever saw wealth, like online money is from where I grew up was non existent. Did you feel the same or.
Oh, absolutely. I remember, you know, having a conversation with my dad about it and he was so anti it and it was such a taboo subject for him because it's like, that's not possible. Like, how can you make that much money online? Like it's not a bricks and mortar business, you know, because my dad's come from sales, so. But very commercial sales. So yeah, trying to explain that to him, he just wasn't understanding it. And you know, we definitely did have a little bit of a clash, but now we can look back on it and laugh because. Because obviously after my first month after hitting that 6k, I went to him and I was like, here's the proof, like now, believe me. And he, you know, he was like, fair play, you were right.
So, yeah, sometimes we'll touch on this later, but you have to go against what your parents say sometimes, don't you? Because yeah, we love our family, but they don't always know best, I think we've both discovered. And how about limiting beliefs around mentorship? Did you have any? Because I remember when I actually watched some of our callback the other day and you were nervous and you even said, like, I'm actually quite nervous right now, obviously taking that step. So was that a done thing to kind of seek support like that or was this like a whole new concept?
It was definitely a whole new concept. And I think the reason that I was so nervous was because, you know, I've never invested so much of my own money into something like this. So of course you're going to be scared. Right. There's a lot on the line here. So, yeah, there was a lot of nerves around that. But after. After our call, you know, I went away and had had a think about it, realized that this is absolutely what I wanted to do. Took the jump. You know, I was only nervous, I think, because this. It was completely out of my own comfort zone. And, yeah, went through the program as absolutely, you know, so grateful that I did take that jump because I definitely wouldn't be where I am today without doing that.
Yeah. 100. I think it's one of those things as well. And I look back and I. I had a bit of a laugh because you were like, I have a holiday coming up and I have to wait for the holiday. And obviously you were able to do both because we figured something out. But it's like, that's what most people's mentality are like. Like, I'm not gonna invest in my future self and do that because I want the one holiday a year. And again, I think it's. I don't want to make this all about British, like, culture, but I do think it's like, you get you one holiday a year, you save up for it, that's your money, and then that's it. So obviously that wasn't exactly your mindset. You just had something booked. But it is funny to think, isn't it, like, people would rather spend their money on maybe that one or two holidays rather than now? I mean, we'll talk about in a moment, but you can holiday and as you are right now and. And work at the same time, which is pretty crazy.
Yeah. And then even to add on to that, you know, I was nervous about spending the money. I had the holiday come up. But then once I joined the program, I did a complete 1ac, quit my job, went all in, and said to you, shelby, if I'm doing this, I'm doing it, I'm doing it properly. Not that I advise everyone to, of course, you know, but, yeah, I just had a little bit of a crazy spur of the moment, and, yeah, I thought I'd jump straight into it.
Yeah, I love that. And for you, obviously, I know your partner kind of introduced you to this world and. And kind of you found mentorship when you were like, googling and youtubing it. But what do you think made you reach out for support and not try this independently? Because most people don't believe in mentorship, and they think that they can do this independently. So what made you do that? If it's so out the norm for you, do you think?
I think it's because I wouldn't have had the slightest idea on where to start, you know, like, okay, I could have, you know, spent the hours googling watching YouTube videos. But I think if you want to do it properly and you want to do it well, then it's, you know, you've got to have the mentorship there as well, you know, and obviously, somebody across your videos on YouTube saw the success that you had, and I was thinking to myself, you know, if I'm gonna have the mentorship, I want to do it. I want to have someone who, you know, absolutely killed it herself. And for me personally, obviously, it helped you being a British girl as well. So, you know, there was a lot of connection there. And, yeah, I just. I needed that guidance and, you know, just felt right. Yeah, it definitely felt right, 100%.
I think it's so important. You know, I say this all the time, but when you seek mentorship to find that person you align with, whether it's a culture thing, whether it's hobbies or personality, like, you have to feel comfortable and safe as much as you can. You know, working with a stranger and paying a stranger, you have to feel kind of that safety that you can trust them.
Would you agree?
Is that kind of how you felt or.
Absolutely. And I also think, you know, I want someone that I can look up to. Yeah. You know, and, you know, listen to, you know, what you've done in your previous sales journey and have that motivation for myself to be like, well, Shelley's like me, Shelly's done it, so why can't I do it? And I think. I think that's so important because of course, you know, you're going to have your motivation and your discipline, but you also want people around you that can also keep pushing you as well. And I think that's where I felt aligned with you most.
Yeah, I love that and I appreciate that. And I think it's. I always compare self, like, going to the gym at the end of the day, if you want like a. A big bomb and your dream figure, you're not going to work out with a pt, no offense, who's overweight and doesn't have those things. Like, you're going to want your p to have your figure that you dream for so you can be like, well, they've done it. They've had the brains and the discipline to do it, so you can just trust them. So I very much agree you. It's important to work with Someone who's directly done the thing that you wanted rather than just like marketing it. There's obviously two very different things which I know we see a lot. And I guess with that being said, like, if you could describe the program to someone who's on the outside, like obviously your experience and kind of the program as a whole, what would you say? How would you describe it?
Empowering definitely is a big one for me just because of obviously the community that you've built within your program. Shelley is absolutely incredible. Like, I've never been in a space where there are so many like minded, ambitious women who all just want to see success for each other. I think the community has been absolutely incredible. And then alongside that, you know, all the videos that you have within the learning journal, there's so much to go through, is all in depth, which is fantastic, you know, and also everyone starts at the same place. Even if you came into your program and you've got loads of sales experience and. Or if you don't, all of the girls are starting at the same point. Starting point, which I think is also super important. And yeah, obviously the access to you via the DMS as well has been super amazing. Yeah, yeah. There's just so much within the program, to be honest. I could sit here, I think and talk about for ages.
How did you find? I'd love to touch on the one on one because I know one on one can be pretty limited these days and I get that a lot. Like people are quite shocked to know the access that people get to me because a lot of programs have like thousands and thousands of women and I just never want to be that type of program. How have you found that direct access of like being able to message me every day and getting that support?
Oh, it's been brilliant because obviously it's super personal. You know, I've messaged you. There's been times where I've been messaging you like six times a day because I've got an interview coming up and I'm like, shally help. But you're always so quick to respond as well. And also, you know, I've really appreciated just having the option to send you across any closing calls I've had and you know, you being able to review them, send me back the review and then I can take, you know, what I need to take away from that video to improve my own closing calls. So absolutely, you know, yeah, the growth I've had from you personally in the DMS have been fantastic.
I love that. And I can even tell that with you like spending time with you now compared to when I watched our sales call back the other day. I have to send it to you. You're a different woman. Like, you're like a nervous. Like, I watched my sales callback, actually my initial one with my mentor on the weekend, and I looked the same as well. I was like this nervous, like young woman. And now like, your confidence in such a short amount of time has completely flourished. Like, do you notice a difference in yourself or.
It's crazy. Like the personal development and the personal growth that I've gone through in the last three months. Months is crazy. Especially compared to, you know, I went to uni for four years. Yeah. I've learned more and gained more personal growth and development in the last three months. And I'm not even just saying that, but like, I remember being at uni and I hated doing presentations. Absolutely hated it. Jumping up in front of, you know, your whole lecture, having to give a presentation. No, thanks. That was not. But now, you know, I'll just jump on a zoom call with a complete stranger, have an in depth conversation with them for an hour, you know, learn all about them, ask loads of questions. You know, I wouldn't have been able to have done that without going through your mentorship and having your guidance to, you know, allow me to be in the position where I am today, for sure.
It's pretty crazy, isn't it? Like, yes, we speak about the money a lot because that's why we get into it, money and freedom. But then really it just transforms completely you as a person, doesn't it? It's like there's so much confidence and there's so much many skills, like soft skills you get from being in sales. I think every young woman should, you know, do something like this. I know not sales is not for everyone and I appreciate that. But I think just to build that communication, to have confidence in who you are, so when you walk into a room, you can command that kind of presence rather than being like timid and asking for permission. Because I do naturally think women are like that. Right. Especially like men are the leaders. Women have to be quite timid, which can be good in certain settings. But also maybe in the workplace when you want a pay rise and whatnot, you kind of need to know how to ask for it rather than, I guess, asking for permission. Is that kind of how you felt as well? Like you no longer have to ask that permission. You can kind of like lead yourself in a way?
Absolutely. You know, the way that I just even hold myself now like I can walk into any room and just talk to anybody. Yeah. Why? Felt maybe in the past I was a little bit more reserved and you know, would you usually take a seat back? But now, you know, it just doesn't phase me at all. But I just didn't think it would be possible to see this much personal growth within three months.
I think what I've noticed and a pattern on now with myself and I'm working with so many women, it's like sales forces you to be consistent. Well if you're successful anyway, like you really show up every day, even if you're doing like 30 minutes of something, you have to stick at it. You have to kind of keep your own promises every day. And I think it's very rare in life to stick at something ever consistency consistently daily. And I honestly think that's what it is because you know, your output, your input is your output. You get out what you put in so you want to do more which means you're consistent, which means you keep your own promises, which means you build your confidence. That's what I recognize. Would you, how do you feel about that?
Yeah, I completely would agree with you. And also, you know, for me there's a lot of. I have my reasons why, you know, when I started this, I had my reasons why I want to do this. So I'm currently, you know, still living at home saving up money to move out. There's other reasons as well, but I think that's what's also keeping me going. Of course you're gonna have days where you know, you're feeling super motivated but there's also days where that's non existent which is completely. Which is so normal, right?
Yeah.
It's just having that discipline and reminding yourself of why you're doing this and the reasons for why you're doing this is, you know, what's going to keep you going. There's lots of, you know, as anything things can get a little bit repetitive. But that's just life, right. You know there are a lot of times where you know it can be hard but I think just having that resilience just to pick yourself up and detach yourself from the outcome is super important within sales as well.
And knowing that you could, if you get on a sales call, you could make money. So like why not? You know what I mean? It's not like you have to go to an office and do boring admin tasks and you can't bothered like if you jump on this call right now, depending on your close Rate, there could be a 40, 50 chance you're about to earn good money. Like, it's kind of like that's where that rush comes from, even on your down days. I found personally.
Yeah, definitely. And, like, I, you know, I've been on my offer for just over a month now. I've been on two holidays making us on holiday. I did not think that that was possible. And, yeah, I never dreamed of being in a position where I have that flexibility just to take my laptop, jump on a plane, go sit somewhere nice and take a few calls, and, you know, make some really good money from it.
It's pretty crazy. I was gonna actually bring that up because you've done quite a few, like, trips this year. And, like, what has that been like for you for the first time, knowing, obviously, there are some trips you don't work because you can. You. You've made enough money where you can take time off. And there are other trips, like where you are right now in Mallorca, where you are taking calls and enjoying time with family. Like, how has that been for you?
Do you know what? So the first holiday that I went on, I definitely was, you know, a little bit stressed. I did think, you know, how is this gonna work? I really hope the WI fi in the hotel works okay. You know, silly little things like that. But, yeah, I went on a girls trip to Portugal, took my laptop, blocked out my calendar a little bit, so, you know, I'd only be taking about three calls a day, but, you know, closing, like, 50% of those calls. So still in position to be making money. And then by the end of the holiday, you know, you make so much money that that money that you just spent on going away doesn't even matter anymore. So, yeah, it's crazy. And then, of course, you know, on holiday now, still doing the same thing in Majorca. But, yeah, it's just. It's amazing just to be able to have that flexibility where I can wake up in the morning, jump on my laptop for a couple of hours, go sunbathe in the afternoon, and then take a few more calls in the evening.
I love that as well, because I love doing these case studies because I'm hearing so many different people's perspective, like, you can earn good money without selling your soul, like, you really can. It's just about finding the right vehicle. And I think because I shared my journey and because I wanted honestly to make as much money as possible in a short amount of time, I did not do the travel. I did just lock myself away and Work. And I think women often come to me and are like, do I like have to do that too? Like, do I have to like lock myself in my. Like, no, you don't have to. Like you've just made £6,000 in your first ever month. Like you're only just, just getting started and you've traveled, which is like 8 and a half thousand USD for like the US girls watching. So nearly like 10k US months in your first month and you've been on holiday. Like there is two sides of the coin here. Now we're not saying you can make 10k a month while working 2 hours a day. Like there's a different side of that where that's obviously not true. You have your weeks where you just lock in and you're just working and obviously you have your weeks where you travel. But did you know that there was going to be so much freedom or were you kind of apprehensive that you'd have to kind of sell your soul for this industry?
I was definitely apprehensive only because I didn't quite understand the logistics of it. You know, just being able to just get up and change my location and close off my calendar as and when I wanted to. You know, I didn't quite understand that fully yet. And yeah, as you said, there's been weeks where I have, you know, I've worked 12 hour days some weeks so I can be in a position where I can then, you know, restrict my calendar when I want to. Excuse me. But of course, you know, come winter time I will go back into lockdown mode and you know, get back on it again. But yeah, I just didn't think I'd be in a position this summer to go on as many holidays as I wanted to and still have so much fun with my friends, but also make money inside it.
I think it's like switching from the 9 to 5 mindset, isn't it? Into like the entrepreneur mindset. Because in 9 to 5 you get like 30 days leave. You have to ask permission, it might be denied. Thursday is obviously Nothing for a 12 month period. And then here, like you said, you can literally tell the business owner next month I'm blocking my calendar off for two weeks. And yeah, like there's no drama around it. There's no. And I can't. I, it's just this is my life.
Yeah. Which I actually have really struggled to do that because I, I almost feel bad for asking for time off because honestly, like in my previous job before starting this, I would never have Been able to, you know, have flexibility around my hours. So, you know, there's definitely been moments where I have felt really guilty. But yeah, but this is what the industry is like and you know, you can, you can do that if you want to.
100 similarly to what you said. I used to, I don't now actually. I think without knowing I've shifted my mindset. But I used to go on holiday and be like, oh my God, I'm not earning any money, like, am I going to be broke? Like what's going on? But it's just irrational. But it's just your brain out training years of, of programming of what we've been taught growing up. Like you get paid holiday etc, isn't it? But actually on the other side of that, like you said, there's the freedom and you earn good money on some months to earn less on others. But so you can have more of a work life balance.
Yeah, definitely. I mean, you know, I was earning between 1200-1400 pounds in my previous job.
Yeah.
Which is like nothing compared to now. And I would have to work for months and months to be in a financial position to be able to afford one holiday, let alone two. Yeah, yeah.
And what does it take? Obviously we're talking about all the holidays, we're talking about all the fun, but what does it really take, you know, from being inside the community, from achieving like 4xing or 5x in your income yourself and seeing the other girls around you doing the same? Like, have you noticed any patterns in yourself and others? Like, what does it truly take to be successful in this industry, do you think?
I think just sheer determination. Yeah. And I think that's what all of the girls within the community, you know, portray is that we are all so determined to see success, to be, you know, hitting those 10k months or, you know, as, you know, there's so many girls in the community who are way past the 10k months, which is just amazing in itself. Resilience. You know, there's going to be days where it's not going to be that great and you're going to feel a little bit annoyed perhaps about it. But you know, you've got to pick yourself up off the, off your feet. Not every day is going to be, you know, amazing and that's just how things are, of course. But yeah, I think for me, when that happens, I think coming back to the community, going on the WhatsApp group chat, seeing, you know, what the girls are hitting that day has also helped me, you know, to pick Myself up and just being in that positive. Keeping yourself as positive as you possibly can and asking for help when you need it. Because of course, you know, we all need help from time to time. And you know, I've made some lovely friends within the community as well, so it's nice that I can also just drop them a message as and when I need to just for that little me up. But yeah, yeah, totally.
I actually love you that you touched on that because I was speaking about that the other day with Martina. Obviously she got a closing role within four weeks being in the community and she posted a big long post on her. Her experience and the friends that she has made. And I remember in my call with her, my. My sales call, we were talking about how isolated she felt and I'm sure, I know I felt that way and I think you did too. We knew no one else in the online world, especially not girls. And obviously you have your girl group that does something completely different. But to have like genuine friends that you can make for life that are either in the same country as you or are in different countries, when you go traveling, you can meet them, I think is something that I personally never had. Obviously with my story that I shared is pretty amazing. Like how. How have you found that connecting with women from all over the world and building like genuine connections?
Oh, it's. Yeah, it's been absolutely incredible. Like, I've made a friend called Fleur. She lives in Oxford. Never met her before, but you know, we'll call regularly, see, you know, how each other are getting on and yeah, it's just always so nice to see that the success that she's having. You know, we've even set ourselves a little goal together so that when we both have our first 10k month, we're gonna do a little girls trip away. Like Bearing had never met her. But you know, when you meet people, when you talk to them and you can get the sense that you obviously can gonna get on really well like I have with Fleur then I think it's nice to have those little goals together because it's motivating for each other as well.
Then 100 you build a bond because no one gets it. Like no one will ever understand this industry, I think. And we were talking about that the other day, weren't we with like partners and choosing the right. My like boyfriend on the journey as well because it's. You have to make sure you have the right one because they won't get it otherwise. And it will be like a whole different. That's a whole different conversation. But it is super important to have those people around you who you can be like, I've done this today and maybe your parents won't get it because they're like, oh, nice. But for you it's like, no, this is huge. Like I followed up with this lead for two weeks and now they've closed xyz. It, it's, it's, it's crazy. It's nice to have those connections.
Definitely. No, it's great.
And what would you say your biggest learnings are from both working with me and from being on the journey?
Would you say biggest learnings to attract and not chase? Yeah, because I feel like when you join you just want to get on an offer, you want to start making money, you know, but sometimes you do have to sit back and really think about what truly aligns with yourself. And I feel like I personally had went through that when I did start and yeah, if the offer doesn't feel right for you, then you don't have to do it. Of course. The question.
So your biggest learning.
Biggest learning.
So that's a good answer. Attractor, not chase. We talk about that a lot. And I think the, the big thing that I see, like girls will come into the community and they'll, they have, which is an amazing thing to have. They'll be like, Shelly, I've been offered this job, I've been offered that job. And I'm like, if it was me, I wouldn't take it. And they're like, why? Like I'm getting offered a job. I'm like, I can see what you can't right now, which is X, Y and Z. And it's very hard to not be in that chase mode when you're full commission and maybe you've quit your job or whatnot and you want this so much. But I think like patience and like you said, like attract not chase, confidence in yourself that the right offer will come to you. Now we're not going to sit there like waiting, we have to the inputs but off the back of that opportunity will just start like flowing to you, would you say?
Absolutely. You know, and I definitely held myself back a little bit just because, you know, as we just said, I didn't want to be chasing offers. And then all of a sudden business owners started approaching me with offers that genuinely aligned with myself and that I actually wanted to do. Like I remember I said to my boyfriend, oh, I really want a part time offer. And then all of a sudden I just received this message, you know, with an offer for a part time job as a closer and then the same again for a full time closing position. You know, that also got, that also came to me and you know, I think it is super important just to sometimes sit back but of course still do the work that needs to be done so that those offers are coming your way. Of course you can't just sit there and not have, and not do anything and expect all the offers in the world to come towards you. That's just not realistic. But I think it's super important to position yourself within this space correctly so that you know you do have those offers coming your way.
100 because people think the industry saturated, but I don't think it is. I think the competition is quite low. As a woman, yes, women are coming into the space now, but to be a very like professional put together, you know, intelligent in the sense you've done your study, you've done your training, like to be a sales professional is very different to being a remote closer. Like a real professional is hard to come across. And that's obviously what we're building within the female sales accelerator. And that is why like I'll always stand by that. How you talk, how you dress, how you come across, your confidence, the skill, the practice you've been putting in, that is what creates the best closer. And that's when. And you're a testament to that, like with how, with everything you've done. And then you, like you said, a recent offer that you've had is like a 10, 15k plus opportunity which is exactly what you wanted and it landed on your lap. It's pretty crazy.
Absolutely. And now I'm working two offers, you know, one full time, one part time in the evening. I never thought I'd be in a position to do two offers at once.
Yeah.
I also still have all the flexibility and communication freedom that I'm having, you know.
Yeah, it's pretty crazy. I love it. And what do the people around you think, like your family and your friends?
Well, my friends think it's crazy and they're so happy for me. They've been so, so supportive, which has just been, you know, absolutely incredible. As I touched upon earlier, my dad was like, what are you doing? Like that makes no sense. It's quite funny. So when we hopped on our first course together and obviously I decided to, you know, go all in with the program, my dad was like, oh, so what are you doing now? Because obviously I wasn't working. I just told him that I was receiving some free help. Online to help me land a job within this space. I didn't tell him that I, you know, I invested in myself and I spent the money on the program. Nothing like that. Because he was just, you know, he wasn't convinced at all. But now, you know, he realizes, you know, how much money I'm making, what I'm able to do because of what I'm currently doing. He is fully on board, super supportive. And, yeah, my mum is also, you know, over the moon for me as well, so now my family on my side, but, I mean, it took some time for them to get there in the beginning, but, you know, it's just because, of course they care and it's an unknown subject to them, which is completely.
I was the same. My mum's always, like, gone with my crazy ideas. She's just like, you do you, and whatever happens, happens. So my mum was fine. My dad and my sister was like, another thing she's doing that's not gonna work. You know, like, my sister went to uni. She's a teacher. Like, super into, like, the intelligent side of things. And. And I was always kind of like, I'm gonna start this business and I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do that. I was very much, like, lost. I'd say, honestly, if we're honest, they were like, oh, just like another thing. But I agree. I think you have to do what you feel right. And we have so many girls in program who's never told their family, and then they made their first paycheck, like Maria. Actually, my. The last case study I did, she didn't tell her family because they were so dead set against it. It. But then you make your paycheck and you show them it's real, and then it's like a whole different story. And I think you've just kind of got to have that conviction in yourself, haven't you, that if they're on board or not, it doesn't matter if you know in your heart that it's for you. You gotta give yourself a shot.
Absolutely. Because at the end of the day, right, like, this is your life. You are the driver of your own vehicle. Of course, you know, it's important to listen to what the people around you have to say. But I think, you know, since joining this program, I've also kind of learned to take what other people have to say with a pinch of salt. Yeah. Because, you know, they don't know the work that you're putting in behind closed doors to make this an actual reality. And you know, it's harder for them to see the actual reality of it because they're not also doing it, you know.
Yeah.
I think it's important to not always take advice from people who aren't actually doing it.
I agree. I think my rule, full stop, is I do not ask for advice from anyone who's not doing better than me. Like, I've learned my lessons. Like, I used to ask people's advice. I used to tell everyone, like, oh, I'm on this fitness journey, or I'm doing this career. I'm doing that. And yes, people can support you, but no one will ever really cheer for you as much as you will cheer for yourself. And I've just learned, like, you gotta just keep it quiet and just win for yourself, and then that success will radiate from you rather than kind of telling everyone and kind of seeking permission as well.
Yeah, because obviously, I think sometimes you don't want to slip into that. Then that thought process of because you're telling everyone and everyone's throwing their opinions at you, it then can also, you know, change how you're actually thinking about it and how you feel towards it. I think I've been in situations before like that where, you know, I've had my life, like, dimmed a little bit because of the opinion from others. So I think, you know, it's okay if you don't want to tell your family before doing it. Yeah.
100. Obviously, as long as you're not spending their money without permission, no one else needs to know.
Yeah. 100.
I had a closing call with one girl once who used her dad's credit card without his permission. I didn't know. And then I found out after when the dad was calling me up, not obviously for my business, for when I used to sell Airbnb, and I was like, I didn't know. I would never promote that. Obviously, we don't promote that. But, yeah, if it's your own money and you believe in yourself. Yeah, I agree. I think you've just got to go for it. You've got to take the leap.
Yes, definitely.
And what are your goals from here? I guess we'll wrap it up now. Like, what do you want to achieve? We've got maybe six months left of the year. Where are you going to be by the end of the year?
Definitely surpassing 10k, ideally onto the 15k a month mark, which I think is achievable. You know, I surprised myself by hitting 6K on my first month. So, you know, working two offers, I can't Yeah. I can't see why I won't be hitting those 15k plus months. I'm telling myself anyways, manifestation and all that. If I see it, it's gonna happen. So, yeah.
And it 100 will. Like, I'm not just saying that. I have no doubt in my mind there is. Once you've got the momentum, your foot's in the door now you know what you're doing. Obviously you can do some extra training to like build on that skill, but your core skill is there, you've got the opportunities, you're on the right vehicles. It's just about out working now, getting to work. And yeah, you'll be there in no time, if not before. I remember I said, oh, I just want to hit like 120k month by the end of the year. That was my goal at learning because I'd done the other steps and I'm hit it on that one month. I said it. And I guarantee you won't be far behind. Like, you'll be like, I just want to make that 10k and it'll be next month for you. Or 15k, it'll be the month after. Because once you've planted that seed, it can sound silly unless you're in sales, you'll get it. But if you're not, probably won't. Once you've planted that seed and everything else, else is kind of in line, it's just going to happen for you now it's just about time kind of catching up.
Definitely. I've got a bottle of champagne in the fridge with 10k written on it, which is getting pop when that happens. So hopefully.
It will be soon. 100 and I guess my final question for you, like, a bit of motivation for people watching. Like, if there are girls watching this, you know, maybe from the uk, sitting on the fence, thinking, everyone around me thinks I'm crazy for doing this. I've, you know, gone to uni, I've done what I was supposed to do, but I'm not fulfilled. Like, the family will judge them, their friends will judge them, but they just have that inkling inside of them that they really want to push themselves and do something like this. Like, what would you say to them? What would your advice be? I guess your. Your previous self, what would you say to. To kind of motivate them to take this step?
Honestly, just do it. Because we've all been in that position before and at the end of the day, discomfort is what leads to growth. You're gonna feel nervous, you're gonna feel scared. It's a big jump, but the benefits that come after taking that initial jump is. Yeah, it's crazy. So, you know, believe in yourself. You know, take that risk because the risk will 100% pay off.
100. I love it. Well, Kira, thank you so much for taking the time. I know I said this at the start, but I know how much this will inspire so many girls. So, yeah, super excited to release this. And if you are watching this, you've been sitting on the fence for a while. You know what I'm about to say. If you've watched any of my previous case studies, there is a link in my bio. You can fill out the form. You'll be able to book a call to speak with me on my team. We'll be able to discuss your goals, what you're looking to achieve, and start building that plan of action.
Action.
Because you can't take a step and you can't see success without a plan. And that's exactly what we do here within the Female Sales Accelerator. So we look forward to meeting you and yeah, hope you enjoy.
Bye, guys.
