In this video I'm going to be sharing how you can go from cold outreaching offer owners, business owners, to try and find a job within high ticket sales to actually receiving multiple inbound opportunities in your inbox. My name is Shelley, I'm a high ticket closer and I did just that. I went from working my first ever offer where I outreached the business owner through a job application. Since then receiving multiple six figure opportunities, legitimate opportunities in my inbox pretty much weekly at this point. So I have been trying to think of what it is I exactly did to get to that point. I've kind of got five steps that I think really move the needle forward so I want to share them with you. So number one is, is act as if you need to be congruent with who you want to be. Act as if you are the person until you are the person. So if you want to be someone making 10k per month in high ticket sales, what would that person do? What would be the inputs that that person is doing every single day? Would they be training, would they be role playing? Would they be reviewing their sales calls? Or if they're a complete beginner, would they be watching other people's sales calls, working on tonality scripts, understanding the job in hand? What would that person be doing every single day to be a 10k per month earner within high ticket sales? Find out what that is and then execute. Execute every single day, keep consistent with it and you will absolutely get to your desired result. I can say that confidently because that is what I did for over a year. Every single day I chipped away at my goal, acting as if I already was the person. Number two, surround yourself with people who are better than you. If you want to be the best, then you need to surround yourself with people who are the best. Yes, I understand at the beginning when you're kind of venturing into the high ticket sales space, it's nice to make friends, it's nice to kind of share the journey with other people who are at the same level as you. And of course do that. Find some people who you trust and who you get on well with and you can kind of share advice and guidance. But ultimately, if you want six figure inbound opportunities in your inbox, then the people who can offer you those opportunities need to know who you are. So you need to be in front of them. For me, that was on social media. For me that was posting about my social, my personal brand consistently like six days a week, posting my results from my role within high ticket sales. If You're a complete beginner. You could post kind of your inputs, your journey into the sales space, but you need to be in front of of the people that's going to hire you that can actually give you those opportunities. Number three is document your journey. And that kind of goes hand in hand with number two. You can't expect anyone to know who you are if you're hiding. You have to remember that. And for a while I really struggled with that because I really wanted more opportunity, I really wanted higher paying roles, but no one knew who I was. Like, I wasn't posting on social media, I literally was working six days a week doing my job as a triage or as a closer. And then that was it. There was no other input from that. And that was a huge mistake. And that is stunting a lot of people's growth and development in this space. You need to document, you need to showcase your wins, you need to showcase your work ethic and your mindset. And yeah, it's so important to get people to see who you are and make like, share that you would be a good culture fit for their team, essentially. Point four. You may find this funny, but I always say do not chase, attract. That is so important. The amount of people I see in my inbox and I'm not exaggerating, but it's so true. And I'm sure a lot of people in the high ticket sales space, if you've been in it for a while, you can also attest to this. The amount of people I see in my inbox who are chasing, chasing, chasing, like hi Shelly, can we book a 10, 15 minute call? Hi Shelley, I've seen this, this, this and this. Can I get your advice? You know, I want this from you, I want that from you. And they're like chase, chase, chase. And for me I'm like, whoa, I, that's too much like, yes, I want to help people, as many people as I can. But when people like energy draining, when people just want to take, take, take, no human likes that. No one enjoys that. No one feel, wants to feel like that. Right. It's got to be like a push and pull situation. So just be very mindful of that. If you're starting out in the sales space. I always say attract because that's what I genuinely felt that I did. I didn't really outreach many people. I never took, I never asked for anything from anyone to be honest. I focused on myself, focused on my inputs, networked of course, had conversations, jumped on a few calls with people because it was like a mutual, a mutual thing. But in reality I just attracted the opportunities to me because I acted as if I documented my journey. I added value where I could and people want to be around that type of energy. So I would highly, highly recommend that because I know there's a lot of knowledge and information shared in the space about networking and jumping on networking calls. But you've got to remember if you're speaking with people who have full time jobs in high ticket sales, they're pretty busy. So as a complete beginner, what can you do or how can you kind of get their attention without trying to take from them? If you can be creative with that, that is going to go a very, very long way. Last but not least, be ready. The high ticket sales space moves so quick. I'm talking, I'll give an example. My first ever offer. I applied for the job same day I got the interview, same day I got hired. Next day I started another offer that I'm on that we were just hiring for the offer. Owner told me they want closes. I put out a post, multiple people in my inbox, three people that I knew, you know, through mutual connections, I put forward. They pretty much got an interview same day, got hired same day, if not next day. So that is the example of you have to be ready, you have to know your interview skills, you have to be ready with call reviews, you have to be ready with your confidence and your, you have to be move quick essentially, because if you don't, and I see people in my inbox who are like, is that job offer still available? But they messaged me like four days later, which is fine, people don't see things on whatever. But you have to be prepared to miss out on opportunities. If you are going to be slow with it, which is a huge one, you have to act fast, you have to be ready, you have to be prepared to be thrown in the deep end, put in super uncomfortable positions if you want to achieve your goals. I hope that's been helpful. They truly are the kind of the steps that I took. I really wanted to try and add as much value as I could in this video so you can genuinely take these steps away, implement them same day and achieve your goals in the high ticket sales space. So if you've got any questions, I'm going to DM away.
