Good morning. I am so excited for this video. You have no idea. So let me give you the lowdown. Today is the day my team arrives and is flying in from the UK. I'm flying up my whole sales team because we had a record month within the TFSA, and I thought what better way to celebrate than bring them to Dubai? But then we thought why not host a TFSA? Dubai Mastermind. So that is what's happening this weekend. It's a 2-day event. Day 1 is all the learning, the education. We're bringing all the women together, um, and we're basically teaching them how they can step into their next version of themselves— money, mindset, sales, career, everything. And then day 2, we have a yacht and we are going to spend the whole afternoon Together, just having fun, and I cannot wait. So today I have a normal work day, to be fair, but I am going to go to the Airbnb that my team's staying in. I'm just gonna make sure everything's good. And then tomorrow we have a full team day and dinner, and then the weekend commences with everyone else, and that everyone's coming to the TFSA Mastermind. So buckle up. There's nothing really to say apart from I am so excited. Good morning. So I am on my way to see my team. I have met all of them but one in person, which is kind of crazy, but we speak every single day and have done for like over a year. Um, so yeah, we're gonna spend the day together. We're gonna film a YouTube video and we're gonna do like a chatty Q&A video. I put up my story to be asked some questions. So we're going to try and spit all the gossip, everything we can. And the girls have some calls to take, and I have some work to do prepping for trainings for tomorrow. And then we're going to go out for dinner later. We're going to go to a restaurant called Gigi's, which I went to in Paris, and it was chef's kiss. So I'm super excited to go there to the Dubai version. The weather's great, the vibes are great. Like, it's a really nice time in October now, so I'm super, super excited. All the girls from the TFSA are starting to fly in. I'm seeing the group chat, um, go crazy with girls kind of flying in, or they came in yesterday and they're spending their day in Dubai for the first time, going to the mall and different things like that. And I really think being in a location like this, especially coming from like the UK or the US, it's just like next level. So I'm really excited for All of the girls to experience this if they've never done it before. And then obviously to spend a whole day with my team just catching up, having fun, and prepping for the weekend. I think the weekend is gonna be crazy. And I am an introvert, so I speak to people on Zoom all day, but in general I'm not like a massively chatty person. But I've gotta turn on chat mode for this weekend 'cause I think it's gonna be absolutely crazy. But yeah, I am so excited. Everything's prepared. We actually had a last-minute videographer blip. We had a videographer planned. I don't know why I can't speak. I haven't had a coffee yet. We had a videographer planned and then it didn't work out. So we've now managed to get a new one last minute as of yesterday. I was freaking out because I was thinking, gosh, we need this caught on camera. This is a crazy event. We have to catch it. So thank goodness we've been able to get that sorted. But other than that, fingers crossed. I think everything is planned and I'm hoping everything will go smoothly. So basically for us, it's all about you landing a job. So honestly, we have had a huge success rate of majority of our women landing roles between four to eight weeks of starting the program. Like we had something crazy last month, like it was averaging more than one a day landing a role.
It's actually so surreal to have everyone here for us to be working on our goals together, helping more women can. Can you see me because of the light? Helping more women achieve their goals. Yeah, it's like a very surreal feeling to me to like have my team here in person. We all get on like a house on fire. We're working together like I've never really found that in the past. Like friends or people have been around, like they haven't been able to like switch between work mode and fun mode, and we just have like a perfect balance here. Like, we're all so motivated, we're all so driven, we want to achieve our goals, but we also want to have fun and laugh in the process. And I think that's what I love about my team, like, we all know how to find that balance. So yeah, it's very surreal and I feel so lucky. And yeah, I'll introduce you to them once they're off sales calls and once we're done working, and then we're going out for dinner tonight. Hey guys! It's me again. Crazy. Good morning, guys. So Just had my hair and makeup done. I actually love it. Like, this— I think it looks quite heavy on camera. It is heavier than I ever typically have it done, but obviously for the event we wanted to stay in place, and obviously there will be cameras and things. I thought, why not? Um, so yeah, I'm just about to get dressed, probably on a bit of a time crunch. I do need to get going, but I thought I would check in. I filmed bits from last night, but we'll see if I put it in because like it was so loud in the restaurant. But it was such a nice night with my team. Feeling nervous, feeling excited. I've got my trainings to do. Like all the trainings that I'm going to be teaching, I know, and like they're literally what I embody. Like they're what got me here. But when you put pressure on yourself to then teach them to others live, I feel like, oh my God, I'm going to I'm gonna forget everything. So trying to be calm. Let's just see how it goes. Um, but yeah, I'm super excited to see all the girls. Cannot wait to get everyone together. But yeah, I just feel a bit nervous. I've got my shake, trying to eat something. We are around 6 minutes away and I am starting to feel a little bit more nervous, but I've read through all my notes, I've got everything I need. It's so silly because I'm such an introvert at heart, but I actually know that as soon as we get into this room, all the girls are there, we're going to be like best friends. Like, we speak all the time, we're on Zoom, we're chatting, we're learning, etc. But it's always just the build-up. It's more excitement than nerves, I think. And yeah, en route. Anything to report? I honestly don't think so. Yeah, feeling super excited. I actually hired an event planner, Katie. She's been amazing. She's there now. God, if she wasn't, I would have been up at the crack of dawn planning that, like getting everything ready. So she's holding down the fort, so I'm just gonna go. I've got some flowers here for the table, and I got some— I think I showed you earlier, but I got some notepads and water bottles, TFSA branded. I was like, why not? And there's some Super easy to get hold of in Dubai, so I was able to get some of those last minute, like literally on Wednesday I got those, uh, just for fun. And yes, I've got those in the boot, got my coffee, and that's it really. I'm just gonna go in and enjoy the day. It's 11 AM now, guests are coming at 12, um, and the girls from my team, the TFSA team, are coming a little bit earlier. Yeah, they're So coming at 10. we can catch up. We've got some content to film, some reels to film. Like, I feel like a content creator. Like, it's not my forte by any means. I actually much prefer YouTube and just being in person, but gotta be done for obviously for more of you girls to know about me. I had to wake up at 8 AM this morning, which is probably not revolutionary to most of you, but for me, because I go to bed quite quite late because of my team and the times, um, time zones and things like that. I'm usually up at like 10, 10:30, so 8 AM. I like gua sha'd my face to try and get rid of the puff, and then I had someone come and do my makeup and hair, which I'm super happy with. Like, I don't usually wear like a ton of makeup or anything like that. This is a lot for me. I think I said earlier, so I'm probably repeating myself. This is new, but it's so nice. And yeah, super, super excited. So I guess I'll show you around when I arrive and hope you enjoy the video. Hello, so I have arrived. We are just finishing the final touches of setting up. Let me give you a little tour. Let me do a spin around. So we have a slushie machine, a TFSA slushie machine. Now the idea of the slushie is the fact it's hot outside, but we might think it's too hot outside, but let me show you out here. Look how cool this is. We have a little backdrop. This is the view. It's insane. And now hopefully we'll be able to stand out here and drink our slushies, but it is quite hot. For me, it's fine because I'm used to this temperature, but I think for the girls it's going to be a little bit crazy. So yeah, this is the outside. View is just insane. And then— We're showing the way to the suites. We have the tables. Little notebooks. Just as a little something something, you know. Super excited. Got everything set up and ready to go. So we have 3 trainings and a Q&A, and essentially this day is all about women stepping into their next version of themselves, mindset, wealth, sales, how they can achieve their goals and leave not motivated, leave with a plan of action and actual actionable tips to be able to do this. So excited. And yeah, we're just waiting for the guests to arrive. Quarter to 12, so probably in the next 10-15 minutes we're gonna get some guests here. But yeah, I'll see you soon. But yeah, we've truly had the best day. Um, I feel so lucky, so grateful, and we have the best team, the best clients, the best community. And they do say you attract what you are, and I really do feel that way with the TFSA. Like, I truly feel that to my core, and that's why I I really do aim to show up as authentic, as real, as honest as I possibly can, because I don't want to attract people that aren't like us. I don't want to scale the community to levels that are bringing in people that aren't like the TFSA girls. Like, we have a genuine, kind, amazing group of women, and I'm not just saying that to say that. Like, it's true. All of those girls today didn't know each other, never met in person. All of them were super nervous to come in, and every single one of them made each other feel welcome. It's not a bitchy environment, it's not a toxic environment. It was like a genuine, kind, lovely place. And it's a place I never had getting into this space, and that is my only goal, to make this The best community we can. Doesn't have to be the biggest in the world, but I truly want it to be the best genuine kind place where women feel safe to be vulnerable, safe to try something new, and safe to become a better version of themselves. And so that's what we did, and then woke up at like 10 AM this morning, got my makeup done and just chilled out. And we got some alcohol for the boat. Now I'm not really a drinker, but I, you know, some girls want to have fun, and it's really hard to get alcohol in Dubai. I've never bought alcohol in Dubai. Um, you have to literally travel to a certain shop, you have to bring your IDs. It's not like stocked in normal shops, and so it's like a whole thing. guys, hope you are good. So I'm not gonna lie to you. I don't know how much I vlogged on Sunday on the yacht. I think I started to and then I just completely didn't. So I'll see if I can insert some footage of what we got up to, but there'll be another video coming which my videographer Dior has filmed the whole thing. So he's caught it, I did not. I just completely forgot. I'm just not gonna lie, I'm just not a seasoned vlogger just yet, and it has been a couple days. I'm also not I have just been crazy busy catching up with everything, but now it's Wednesday and I've taken myself to the Banyan Tree Spa, one of my favorites, and I've got like a 2-hour treatment booked. It's the afternoon and I need it. I need some time to reflect, to relax, think about the weekend, you know, really just let it set in because it hasn't yet because I've just been so So busy. Everyone's like, how do you feel? I'm like, I don't know, I haven't thought about it. So yeah, now I'm here. This is my favorite place ever. I'm just about to get changed. I would show you the massage room, but the lady's in there. I won't do that. But yeah, I'm about to have a full body massage, a body scrub, and a body wrap.
