Hi guys. Welcome back to my channel. If you're new here. Hi, my name is Shelley. In this video today I want to discuss why you can't find the winning opportunities in this space. Why you can't find the winning offers within high ticket sales. Because there is a huge difference between the sales reps that are on the opportunities that are making them 10, 15, 20k per month and the sales reps that can never make it past 2k a month. And I'm going to tell you exactly what that one thing is that differentiates the difference. And throughout my time in the industry, I've nearly been in the industry for two years. I've been a setter, I've been a closer, I've been a sales manager for a multi million dollar company and now I'm a sales coach helping women get in the space. And this question has appeared in my DMs time and time again. And it's something that for me I've always done pretty well. I've worked on two opportunities in the past as a setter and a closer. Both of those companies were very, very successful companies which allowed me to achieve my income goals. And I'm going to tell you exactly what I did personally and exactly what I teach the women in my program to actually get them to where they want to be. Because the last thing you want to do is be working for free in this industry when you got into it to make your dream income. So let's get into it. This industry has thousands of opportunities, like hundreds of thousands of businesses that have a high ticket product. But that does not mean that they are good, profitable businesses to work for. In fact, from my research, up to 60% of info companies in the high ticket sales space make less than $1,000 per month. That's $1,000 per month. If you were closing on that opportunity, you would only be able to make $100 a month in that company, which is mind blowing. Like when I saw that I could not believe it. And there are so many businesses like that, right? Small agencies or people scamming people or just companies that just have terrible fulfillment. On the other hand, not to put you off and scare you, there are also thousands and thousands of some of the best companies with the best fulfillment and the best product making millions. So there are plenty and plenty of opportunities. It's just finding the right one. Because really for this industry anyone can start an info business. Like literally all you need is a laptop and a wi fi connection. That's literally it. It's not like the old days where you need a bank loan and a bricks and mortar business, you literally just need your laptop. However, we do not want to be betting our income, our hopes, on dreams, on someone else's hopes and dreams. We don't want to bet our income on someone who just started a business because they had a laptop and a WI fi connection. We want to ensure that we are working for companies with proven track records, proven histories, that we can go into the company and actually get real results. And the way you are going to do this is by learning how to screen offers. Screening offers is crucial because it doesn't matter if you have interviews after interviews, after interviews, day in, day out. You could have so many interviews, you don't even know what to do with them. But if you don't know how to screen the offer to ensure that you are choosing the best company that can actually help you achieve your income goals, and that is actually ethical, then it's kind of pointless. You need a strategy to hit your goals, just like you'd need a workout plan to hit your goals at the gym. You wouldn't just walk into the gym and hope for the best and then lose the weight you want to make. Lose the weight you want to lose. Sorry, you would have a plan. You need a plan in this industry if you want to actually achieve your goals. You cannot just wing it. So a few tips that I've put together to actually help you achieve your goals and actually help you learn how to screen offers. And hopefully they will help you do that and actually help you feel confident when you're on interviews, knowing exactly what to look out for. So, number one is having someone who has experience and who has expertise in screening offers guide you with this process. And I'm genuinely not just saying this because I'm a coach myself. Like, it doesn't matter whether you work with me, and I say this all the time, you have to find someone who you are aligned with, whether that is me or whether that's someone else in the space. Most importantly, what I truly, truly stand by is having that mentor, having that guide, someone who's been there and done that, so they can really just help you cut out the fluff and tell you exactly what you need to look out for. So when you are choosing a person, make sure that they can actually help you screen the best opportunities, not just guarantee a placement, put you in a rubbish agency and then wish you good luck where you can make $100 a month. You need to learn how to actually have the leverage skills to Be able to find the best opportunities and screen the best opportunities to make the six figures. So screening offers and having a mentor to help and guide you is the most important in my opinion. Number two is mapping out your goals. And I always do a bit of math too. When I was looking for opportunities in the past, I was always kind of use math to help me differentiate if the offer or the manager was lying or they were telling the truth about their numbers when hiring you. Because at the end of the day, opportunities and managers will try and sell their business to you because they need you. Not many people talk about this. We all think as sales reps that we need them, but they need us. So we have to be careful that we're not being sold to and that we can actually read the numbers. We have the skill and we have the confidence to do that. So an example, if a company is making $50,000 per month, the maximum you can make is $5,000. And if that's $50,000 revenue, then best believe probably the maximum you can make is 3,3000 depending on their profit margins. There's a difference between cash collected and revenue, right? So that is a huge, huge red flag. And I have people in my DMs come to me and say, well, if the company's got an OT of like 6 to 10k per month, and I'm like, well, how much are they, how much are they making a month? And like, oh, 30k. It's like you have to do the math, guys. You have to have someone to teach you how to do this. And, and once you learn this, it's not just common sense, right? If you're brand new to the industry, how are you supposed to know? So it's about learning exactly how to do the math to ensure that the offer owners and the managers are telling the truth. Because I don't know about you, but I don't like betting my income on someone's hopes and dreams. I don't like betting my income on a company saying ot will be 5 to 10k. We just need to increase ad spend here and do this marketing here and do that there. And yeah, you'll be making the money in no time. I teach my girls in my program exactly how to find actual proven offers, actual proven opportunities that they can just walk in and know as long as they put in the hard work and they have commitment, they will be making the money that they want to make. They're not betting, they're not hoping, they don't have their fingers crossed. You want to be actually working for a company that has consistent income. So asking what their cash collected is over the past couple months will really help you differentiate. Is the business consistent? Is it growing? Is it decreasing? What's going on? Last but not least is proof of concept. Are there reps in the company making the money that you want to make? If it is a no, then the truth of it is is you are going to go in and you are going to be a guinea pig for that business. You do not want to be the first person that has to lead the way. And yet that can be controversial. At some point, someone has to be the person that leads the way. But I don't know about you, I didn't want it to be me. Yes, I've been able to hit records in the company. I've been able to be top performer and hit cash collected records or hit closing percentage records. But that was on top of my dream income. That wasn't betting and hoping that I can make some decent income. And if I'm like the top performer and the best in the company, this is so, so important. So find out what the top performer is making, find out what the lowest performer is making and find out what differentiates them. Because if the OTE is 5 to 8k but the top performer is making 4, then you can see the red flag and you know that you're being lied to. And this is super, super important. You want to go in, you want to copy and paste what the top performer is doing and you want to make the money. Don't get me wrong, it's not always going to be easy because you're going to need to work hard, you're going to need to have skill, you're going to need to have training, but at least you know that the offer is proven and you can actually go in and hit your target. You do not need to act out of scarcity, guys. You do not need to take the first company that's promising you hopes and dreams just because you want a job. No job is sometimes better than a job at all because you can spend time practicing, you can spend time networking, you can spend time finding the right opportunity, then working for free and then ending up resenting the industry, which I see all far too often. And that is it. Those are my tips. I hope they have helped.
